This is not something where we have a roadmap or a playbook before. We have been telling you for a couple of years, they want us dead. They want us imprisoned. And this is just the beginning. Now, what is Steve Bannon guilty of? Did Steve Bannon go torture Wendy's during the Summer of Love? Did Steve Bannon go and rob a bunch of stores? Did Steve Bannon break into the country illegally? No, no, no. Steve Bannon didn't comply with the illegitimate January 6th Committee.

illegally constituted by Nancy Pelosi via Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger. That is his crime. But no, Steve Bannon's real crime is that we're in the middle of an election. And in a functioning country, you allow elections to play out. And you allow people to decide who gets to be in charge. The people are the sovereign. This Thursday is Independence Day. One of the course human events becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political lands that have tied them to another.

Tied them to another, deriving from the separate but equal station. Goes on to eventually say, deriving from the power of the laws of nature and nature's God. In the Declaration of Independence, they said, you get your power from, quote, the consent of the governed, a belief that all men are created equal. Our form of government relies upon you determining who's in charge. Our form of government is based on

on the people being in charge. Our current form, the oligarchy that we're living under, they don't want that. So they are taking Steve Bannon out simply and solely because we're in the midst of an election and elections are no longer fair and they're no longer free. If you are too big of a threat to an election, you go to federal prison. He is going to federal prison now for 123 days, 123 days in the midst of an election.

Things are about to get really hot, everybody. And we have to bring down the temperature. Left-wingers are now openly calling for the public assassination of Donald Trump. Happy Monday, everybody. This has been a bad week to be a Democrat and a liberal. And by the way, you better watch out. They're going to get very violent because that's what the left is. These people are deranged. Do not take the bait. They want to trigger us. But be ready to defend yourself and your family if they come hunting you because these are sick people.

And I'm going to read some of these tweets, by the way. They are openly calling, for example, Dash Dubrovsky. I strongly encourage Joe Biden to take advantage of the absolute immunity, which has been lawfully granted. And do whatever it takes for Donald Trump from becoming president. Bradley Moss said the Supreme Court just gave Biden unequivocal immunity to order the military to take action against Trump today, right now. In full compliance with the Supreme Court's ruling, Max Kernely says, quote, to serve his country, President Joe Biden should drone strike Donald Trump.

Oh, they're openly talking about assassination now of the 45th and God willing, the 47th president. Things are about to get really hot and we need all of us steady and stable at the wheel. Do not take the bait. Joining us now is Mike Davis. He's at the steps of the Supreme Court where the Supreme Court has now issued a ruling of limited presidential immunity.

for Donald Trump. Mike, welcome to the program. Mike, break down what happened today at the U.S. Supreme Court. The Supreme Court in a six to three decision issued one of its most monumental, consequential rulings in its history. The Supreme Court held that the president of the United States, any president of the United States is immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts, not his personal acts.

And the Supreme Court broke this down in this way, that when the president is performing his core constitutional responsibilities, he is absolutely immune, for example, whether he's going to fire his acting attorney general as Biden's special counsel. But in his bogus indictment of Trump for the January 6th case in D.C., Trump would be absolutely immune. And then there are categories where the president is...

presumptively immune under his official acts. And the Supreme Court said when President Trump was pressuring then Vice President Pence to not certify the election, there is presumptive immunity that Jack Smith can rebut with evidence, right? And so, and then in his personal acts, there's no immunity. So what the Supreme Court did today was

was essentially destroyed Jack Smith's theory of the case on two of these four charges against President Trump. And in the Fisher case, the Supreme Court got it, the other two charges. So Jack Smith doesn't have much of a case left after these two monumental Supreme Court rulings.

So, Mike, help me understand. Clarence Thomas also went to the core of this, and he said that Jack Smith might just be illegally chartered from the beginning to be doing this. Help the audience understand that.

Yeah. So in order to be an office, you have to be an officer of the United States or you have to report to an officer of the United States in order to be constitutional under our in our executive branch. So the attorney general is an officer of the United States. He's nominated by the president, confirmed by the Senate, then appointed by the president.

that Jack Smith is a special counsel who was created through regulation. He was not even created through a statute passed by Congress. And the way these attorney general regulations work is Jack Smith is essentially independent of the attorney general or another officer of the United States. And because an officer of the United States

does not fully control the special counsel, the special counsel's office is unconstitutional. The Supreme Court did not decide that issue today. Justice Thomas flagged it. But I imagine that President Trump is going to be filing a motion to dismiss in this January

Sixth case in D.C., along with the Florida presidential records case, because Jack Smith's office is not constitutional. So let's go even deeper into this. What do you make of the left wingers and the Democrats that are now openly calling for the assassination of Donald Trump? They are saying we should drone strike Donald Trump. Again, we have been predicting this for a couple of months.

We have been saying that all they have left is assassination. They lost in the debate. They're losing in the polls. They lost at the Supreme Court. Did the Supreme Court just give Joe Biden the authority to assassinate Donald Trump? Well, I would say absolutely not. And I would say this. They tried to bankrupt President Trump.

They're trying to throw him in prison for the rest of his life. They're just trying to throw him off the ballot. That failed, right? This is all their lawfare and election interference is failing. So what are they trying to do now? They are openly calling for President Trump's assassination. I mean, these people are sick.

And in saying that, I would say this, maybe they should nominate a better nominee for the Democrats rather than someone who is obviously demented and obviously not up to the job. So they don't have to take desperate measures like they're doing. Put up someone who can actually do the job and win the election. So the president is decided by the American people instead of a drone strike by President Biden.

This is historic times, everybody. This is not a slow news week. They might be pulling Joe Biden. We have a lot of reporting on that. We might end up getting nominee Jill Biden. Wait till I tell you my little theory there. Just maybe it's a long shot. But you could have a Biden for Biden swap and maybe Jill Biden becomes the first female president. We'll see. Mike Davis continues with us from the steps of the United States Supreme Court. Mike Davis, can you comment on the Steve Bannon federal prison sentence and how unprecedented and how ugly this is for our republic?

We've had constitutional executive privilege for 250 years, going back to George Washington, so presidents can get candid and confidential advice from their presidential advisors, both inside of the White House and outside of the White House, without fear that their advisors will get hold before courts.

or Congress to reveal those discussions. And the whole point is, if you don't keep it confidential, if you don't have that executive privilege, you're going to destroy the president's ability to get good advice. You're going to destroy the presidency. You're going to destroy our country. There was a constitutional executive privilege with both Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon. The Biden Justice Department eviscerated that.

to get Trump. And at the same time that they put Navarro in prison and they're sending a man into prison now, they turned a blind eye to Hunter Biden, who did a drive-by political press conference at the cop,

at the Capitol and ignored a congressional subpoena. Merrick Garland ignored a congressional subpoena and said he had to get out of jail free card because he has constitutional executive privilege, which is absolutely nonsense. Merrick Garland's

released the transcript of special counsel Rob Hurst's conversation with President Biden, but he's refusing to release the tape. How can you release the transcript but not release the tape? So Garland is making a legally frivolous statement

claim of executive privilege and refusing to cooperate with Congress, contempt of Congress, yet Garland is sending Navarro and Bannon to prison. There must be consequences to this. The House Republicans must hold Merrick Garland in inherent contempt of Congress and send the House Sergeant at Arms to go get him and arrest him and put him in the Capitol jail until Garland turns over those tapes.

So the yeah, I just have to wonder what exactly is the path forward then for Republicans to reciprocate? Why is it that our side is so unwilling to ever use political power against Democrats? Republican politicians are weak and

and stupid. They're cowards. They think that this is all going away when Trump's going away, and they don't understand 100 years of Marxism with 100 million people who have been killed by Marxism. Remember, these Democrats, these Biden Democrats aren't stopping with throwing Trump in prison or his top aides like Peter DeVos and Steve Bannon. They're going after his attorneys, Jeff Clark and John Eastman. They're going after his supporters.

On January 6th, they're going after parents outraged by gender chaos in schools and the resulting rapes at high school bathrooms. They're putting 75 year old Christians in prison for playing at abortion clinics while the Biden Justice Department and these Biden Democrat prosecutors turn a blind eye to Joe Biden. All right. Can the Attorney General of Kansas, Chris Kobach, who's apparently a really great guy, who's pushing against the vaccine,

Can you explain why he has not criminally investigated BLM for alleged charitable fraud? By the way, the window in the statute of limitations is going to close soon on some of this stuff because that was during 2020. This is called accountability. Why is the attorney general of Kentucky or South Carolina, Alan Wilson, who I also know, do you know what they tell me? And I've called them out and I've been very unsuccessful.

Because I just ask questions and they say, well, we don't want to stoop down to the level of Democrats because we cherish the rule of law. Hold on a second. The question in front of us is whether or not there is an equal application of the law. It's like when you never punish your kids for bad behavior. Equal treatment under the law feels like oppression when you're so used to the other side getting its way.

And our side is completely unwilling. Or how about the attorney general of Florida, Ashley Moody? Does she have an open investigation into James Biden? I don't think so. And his alleged Medicare fraud and Medicaid fraud. Or how about the attorney general of Louisiana, where the Bidens that a very, very corrupt deal with the nuclear power plant there? Is there a single investigation there? Our Republican Party.

is perfectly content watching people like Steve Bannon be perp walked into federal prison. And it's not going to stop there. Let's remember, Tyler Boyer, the COO of Turning Point Action, is under active indictment from the Arizona Attorney General. The electors in Michigan, all under indictment.

The electors in Georgia, they indicted Donald Trump on a local level in Fulton County, Georgia. Donald Trump is going to face sentencing on July 11th in New York, and he could face years in prison. And there is not a single Republican attorney general in the country that is even entertaining reciprocity. Our side almost enjoys losing.

And I've called them out and they are terrified of their own shadow. Oh, I can't do that. And, you know, I like Ken Paxton a lot. Ken Paxton says he can't do that. It has to be a local jurisdiction thing or a local sheriff. OK, I guess in Texas, the attorney general has no power is basically what I've been told for criminal investigations. That's what he tells me. And I believe him. He says that they have weird rules. OK, but then how is it in then in Arizona, the attorney general is able to indict a bunch of electors. How does that work out?

or in Nevada, or in Wisconsin, or in Michigan. They are going after the regular, everyday rank and file of the conservative movement. And this latest, sending Steve Bannon to federal prison, is an attempted chilling effect. Our Republican Party, as it stands right now, without Donald Trump, is a Vichy French Republican Party. The regime is collapsing.

And they are doing everything they possibly can to desperately hold on to power. Let's play cut eight. This is Harry Enten on CNN on how unpopular the current regime actually is. Play cut eight. Do we have new poll numbers for President Biden post-debate?

We do. You know, CBS News, YouGov conducted some polling post-debate. We can compare it to the pre-debate numbers. And the bottom line is it's not any good. It's not any good. Look at this. Voters who say that Biden has the mental health to be president. It was just 35 percent pre-debate. Look where it's dropped to now post-debate, 27 percent. How about that? He should be running for president. It was 37 percent pre-debate. It's now 28 percent.

I have never seen numbers this bad for an incumbent president. And they are trying to hold on to power in the most desperate ways. You can govern a country through speech, reason, and dialogue or pure, brute political force. And Democrats have selected pure, brute political force. Leg irons, handcuffs, perp walks, and subpoenas. And today with the Supreme Court decision,

This might invalidate all of Jack Smith's special counsel. This is Jonathan Turley on Fox News Play Cut 11.

I'm reading through this opinion. I can't see how this doesn't induce cardiac arrest with the special counsel. You know, the at one point in the opinion, they say, look, this is a quote, the indictments allegations that Trump attempted to pressure the vice president to take particular acts in connection with his role with the certification proceeding thus involve official conduct.

And Trump is at least presumptively immune from prosecution for such conduct.

continues here, cut 12. The court then goes on to say that the burden, of course, is on Jack Smith. He has to show that this does not pose any intrusions into the executive branch. And the court says that there's there that this quote may well hinder the president's ability to perform his constitutional functions.

So what we're seeing here is that according to Jonathan Turley and the Thomas concurrence, the burden is completely on Jack Smith. He has to show that this does not pose any intrusions into the executive branch. This could obliterate almost all the lawfare against Donald Trump. He's going through why the Jack Smith case is so weak and is so fragile. We have never lived through times like this before. And we have a choice. We have a series of choices we can make.

We can decide to just hide and hope it gets better. Or we can actually do something about it. You see, we have an opportunity to win in November in a way that we've never had before. Donald Trump has a path to become president again. But to be very honest with you, I'm not seeing enough work from our side.

You were doing our best to try to find voter registration folks. You know, we got an email. Someone says, Charlie, every day I'm out there working for Trump. I said, what are you doing? Oh, I go out there and I fly flags on the side of the street. Yeah, that does nothing. I don't know why you think that's helpful. I mean, I guess people see the flags. How about you go get a voter registration app and go talk to people, go knock on doors, go ballot chasing.

We have given very clear instructions multiple times. Happy to again. This country is not going to be saved automatically. It's going to require the grassroots muscle. And that is exactly why I want to keep on having these folks that are out there registering voters in the grassroots. I was told that they recently had their election. They were waiting to add me to new registrants to be next week. I live in Harris County, southwestern side. You see, we're going to try to stay away from all the noise here. They're talking about, are we going to pull Joe Biden? And by the way, don't be shocked if all of a sudden you see a very serious campaign to try and bring in Jill Biden and replace Joe with Jill. I'm not kidding. Be ready for that. Same name. Don't have to change the ballot. She's kind of been running the country. She's on the front page of Vogue right now. And by the way, Jill is already basically president. She would have the longest term in American history if she were to be elected to two terms.

They're talking at serious levels. Are we going to pull Joe Biden? The New York Times is all into it. Internal reports are showing that the Obama alums want Joe Biden completely and totally removed. We are seeing a ruling of the Council of Experts. I don't know if we're going to be running against Gretchen Whitmer or Michelle Obama or Jill Biden. I don't know about any of that. Here's what I do know. Steve Bannon's in federal prison. They're trying to lock Donald Trump into prison. Here's what I do know. I don't know who we're going to be running against.

But I know for certain that we are not working hard enough. I know for certain there is far too much spectating going on. And we have to go do the work. And the work is very simple. Find people that usually do not vote and get them registered. Or at the very least, find people in your life, the people that you know best, the people in your phone, the people that are relate relatives that might have been sympathetic to you.

Joe Biden and convince them to vote for Donald Trump. Become a one person force multiplier. Absolutely do not spike the football. This race is not over. Some people on TV are saying the race is over and they're measuring the curtains in the Oval Office. The Democrats still have a machine that is formidable.
