It's day three of the Democrat National Convention. I'm no longer in Chicago, as you could tell. We had a couple great days there. I'm really glad I went. I learned a lot. I absorbed a lot. And I have more and more takeaways that we will share throughout this hour and throughout our program.

There is a trick. There is a psyop. There is a game that is being played against the American people. And it's very clever if you do not have eyes to see and ears to hear. It's very clever what the Democrat Party is doing.

You see, they understand, they know the top leaders, David Plouffe being the leader of the Democrat Party right now. David Plouffe, by the way, was the senior campaign advisor and campaign manager for Barack Obama back in 2008. He wrote the best political book of the modern era called Audacity to Win. David Plouffe is now the campaign manager, senior advisor for Kamala Harris. He's a very, very smart person. And David Plouffe knows...

that Kamala Harris's policies and Joe Biden and what this White House has done, and honestly, the state of the country is bad for Democrats. They know that the state of the race is a difficult terrain. So the brilliant idea, and it's very risky that they have, is let's pretend that we're not in office.

Let's pretend in our speeches, in our vibes, in our messaging that we're not the ones running the country because we're not going to run on results. We're not going to run on wins. We're not going to run on victories or successes. We're going to run against the other side. And then I'm just pure over the top exuberance, energy, enthusiasm and spirit. Just talk about how nasty Trump is. Talk about abortion. Talk about Project 2025.

And if you watch the DNC and you aren't a trained eye, you can fall victim to this propaganda. You can fall victim to this idea that the current Democrat Party has been displaced from party. They're trying to make it seem as if they are the rebels, that they are the resistance, that Donald Trump is still controlling every major institution. Obama certainly made it feel that way yesterday.

Now, let's just get the obvious out of the way. Michelle Obama and Barack Obama objectively gave very powerful convention speeches. I think Michelle Obama was far more effective than Barack Obama. Michelle Obama goes after Trump, goes after the Republican Party. And what was missing, though, from Michelle Obama's very well-delivered speech, it was objectively a well-delivered speech.

She didn't all of a sudden riff off, and here's the things that this administration has done. One, two, three, four, five. For example, at the RNC, when Donald Trump spoke and all the surrogates, all the surrogates spoke, myself included, we said, you should put Donald Trump back in the White House because he gave you Amy Coney Barrett, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh.

He renegotiated NAFTA. Unemployment rate was at a 17-year low. Mortgage applications were at a 7-year high. More than 5 million jobs were created. Consumer confidence was at a 17-year high. The stock market was reaching record highs. We had peace in the Middle East and no new wars. We were building the Keystone XL pipeline. We were limiting immigration and border crossings at an all-time low.

We are energy independent. The middle class blue collar boom was underway. The results we could pepper and we could say in a bullet form fashion, Democrats have nothing to run on. Now, of course, in their own circles, they're happy that the border is open and the country's collapsing and inflation is amok because inflation and immigration are not mistakes. They are stated policy positions of the Democrat Party. But you must take a step back and you must say time out here.

Beautiful speech, Michelle. Really great. You know what you're doing. Barack Barry Sotero, you know how to deliver a speech. No one has ever debated that from Boston, Massachusetts in 2004 when he said there's no red states, there's no blue states of the United States of America. He's been on the public stage for 20 years. But what have you done? And if this election is about results, Donald Trump will win. If this election is about vibes and attitude and charisma, they're going to out Hollywood us.

Their production was over the top from their roll call to Little John to going to the event in Milwaukee with Kamala Harris. But you must detach yourself from the propaganda. Wait a second. Outside of all the taunting and the one liners and the the ridiculous attitude that is being espoused, what are they running on?

This is Michelle Obama going after Donald Trump in such a low blow fashion. By the way, Michelle Obama, weren't you the one that says when they go low, we go high? Where's that Michelle Obama? Exactly. She went very, very low. So did Barack Obama. Where's the we're not going to go to their level? Oh, Michelle Obama lying and deceiving, going after Donald Trump, saying something he didn't say when Donald Trump was talking about black unemployment.

saying he might be searching for one of those black jobs. This is all they have is social media taunting. One liner is made for TikTok base Democrat politics, a lot of rhetoric and not focusing or emphasizing.

On what have you done on the border, on inflation, on middle class growth, on industrial policy? Why is it that there's hundreds of thousands of people that have died in Ukraine? American weaponry is now being used in the interior of Russia. We have the Middle East in bedlam. Energy prices are record high. We were energy independent under Donald Trump. Where are the results? They don't have results to run on. So they have pure propaganda brought to you by the mainstream narrative and the regime. Play cut 56.

For years, Donald Trump did everything in his power to try to make people fear us. See, his limited, narrow view of the world made him feel threatened by the existence of two hard-working, highly educated, successful people who happen to be black. Who's going to tell him that the job he's currently seeking might just be one of those black jobs? That's all they have. Taunting, one-liners.

Again, if you are looking at this as a political outsider, you might get mesmerized by that speech. You might become a little emotional and say, wait, oh, and then afterwards, you know, your emotions die down and you look at your Amazon shopping cart and you can't afford groceries. You can't afford the rent. You realize that your kid is going to a school being overrun by Hondurans and Nicaraguans. Crime is going up in your local neighborhood.

The question that we must ask is, who's in control of this country? Because if you watch the DNC, they don't take ownership of America. Do you notice they don't take ownership? Because they know that if they were to present a clear agenda of what they have done, the American people are very, very negative on their agenda. So she's talking about Kamala Harris. This is their sales pitch for Kamala Harris. Notice the platitudes, the one-liners, the abstractions.

Not a single legislative or policy accomplishment. Instead of saying Kamala Harris is able to get border crossings down and secure the border, she was able to be in charge of negotiating peace with Ukraine and Russia. This is all brand and no content. This is all pizzazz and all

shiny little objects and no meat whatsoever. It's all hat and no cattle. So listen carefully. This is Michelle Obama who delivers a beautiful soliloquy of garbage here. What are the results? She's the current vice president of the United States. She's in charge of this country. Play cut 59. Has shown her allegiance to this nation, not by spewing anger and bitterness, but by living a life of service.

and always pushing the doors of opportunity open to others, she understands that most of us will never be afforded the grace of failing forward. We will never benefit from the affirmative action of generational wealth. Things don't go our way. We don't have the luxury of whining or cheating others to get further ahead. No, we don't get to change the rules.

We always win. If we see a mountain in front of us, we don't expect there to be an escalator waiting to take us to the top. It's like from Wolf of Wall Street. Fugazi, Fugazi, where's the meat? Where's the essence? If you really listen carefully, this is so manipulative and insulting. That was 45 seconds of just, okay, propaganda. It's well written by your speechwriters. Great job, Michelle. People are suffering right now. We're losing our country. And that's the best that you have?

You know, they always talk about, yes, we as Democrats care so much about policy. Last night, they mentioned Donald Trump 24 times. They only mentioned the economy six times, the border four times, inflation one time, crime zero times. I do not think we have a list of how many times they mentioned abortion. I think every speaker mentioned abortion, letting women to do whatever they want with their bodies. That is their idea of a winning campaign message. But once you see it, once you detach from the matrix, right?

You realize that as the country is collapsing, as people can't afford basic necessities, as the border is wide open and we are being invaded, as our women are being hunted down, it's all fairy dust. Play cut 98. It's all a fugazi. You know what a fugazi is? Fugazi. It's a fake. Yeah, fugazi, fugazi. It's a wazi. It's a wuzi. It's a fairy dust. It doesn't exist. It's never landed. It is no matter. It's not on the elemental chart. It's not f***ing real.

That's the Democrat Party. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. And it goes back to this question of who's in charge, who is running the country. Now, it might not be Joe Biden, who's out in Santa Barbara right now enjoying a nice vacation. Who's making these decisions and who is responsible for what you are living through? Who is responsible for the fact that the majority of Americans think that the country is going in the wrong direction? Is it all Donald Trump's fault? Democrats have controlled democracy.

the White House, 12 out of the last 16 years. The Uniparty has controlled the White House 20 out of the last 24 years in this new millennium. For four years, we had a little bit of a change. And those four years are looked back upon as being some of those prosperous, safest, best years in modern American history. The economy was humming. There were no new wars. We were not being invaded. Crime was on the way down. And yet they have programmed

The population to believe that it's all Donald Trump's fault. It's all his fault for just four years of a successful presidency. And Kamala Harris comes up on stage and does not list, I did this, and we did this, and we did this. She's trying to convince you that she is the insurgent. This was beautifully put last evening on CNN, Playcut 90. In all these speeches, as good as they were, is that she's in the White House right now.

Democrats have controlled the White House for 12 of the last 16 years. And for all of the talk about division and the problems in the country and people are hurting, Democrats have mostly controlled this country. Trump had it for four. The Obamas and Biden had it for the rest of the time. And somehow it's still all Trump's fault. And somehow she hasn't been at the center of it. So to me, that's still the glaring hole in this campaign that hasn't yet been solved at the convention.

How do you explain all of the problems that will be solved by the person who is currently in there for the last three and a half years who is supposed to already be working on solving it? Sue's actually the one that is responsible. She has no respect for the citizens of this country. She still has not taken a press conference or has done a sit-down interview. She takes like a one-off question here or there while she's just kind of on the way out.

She's really done one or two questions in the last month, and one of them was, are you going to debate Donald Trump? That's not even a question. And so when you take a step back and you can see through the outright propaganda campaign, you start to realize that these people, the Obamas, the Clintons, the Pelosi's, the Schumer's, how much damage that they have done to this beautiful country. And the message really needs to be reminding people, hey,

Donald Trump was there for four years and did a wonderful job. Democrats have been in charge 12 out of the last 16 years. What is the accomplishment that you guys want to brag on? Tell us your greatest win. Tell us the thing that you are most excited about, that you are over the top about, the agenda item that you are running on. They can't because there is no such thing because the accomplishments that they do have are ones that,

You experience odds going in your favor. When Donald Trump's convention was occurring in the betting markets, which are not scientific, it's more based on vibes, but I guess that is the new normal. The vibes of the Trump candidacy were going up. The chances of Trump's winning were going up during the Republican National Convention. Interestingly, though, fascinating that during this convention, this DNC, it's been two days,

Betting markets show Donald Trump going up. In fact, betting markets now give Donald Trump a 52% chance of winning the presidency with Kamala Harris at 47%. Now we'll see if this manifests into polling, which I am doubtful. And but I cannot ever recall a convention dip. This continues to go in Trump's direction, moved 0.8 towards Trump since we checked it last night. And that is on polymarket.com. Now, to be fair, predict it.

which is another foreign-based, I think it's New Zealand-based betting market, they still have Donald Trump as the underdog around 47% chance. Here is my theory. My theory is that Kamala Harris already had her convention. What she experienced these last two weeks was the equivalent of a convention. Non-stop positive media coverage. Relentless. It can only go down from here. Eventually, what goes up must come down. Gravity will come.

eventually come to the Kamala Harris campaign. The air will be let out of the room eventually. And there's already Kamala fatigue. And I also attribute this to her making a very, very big mistake. Kamala Harris last week told the country what she planned to do. As soon as she announced her economic plan, which was widely criticized by the media. Can we get that CNN clip again from last week, please? That CNN clip.

That as soon as that was brought to be center stage, people are like, wait, you're going to do price controls? Not to mention, yesterday she said she wants to cap unrealized capital gains. She wants to raise the capital gains tax and potentially tax unrealized capital gains. Typically, when you see a convention, you see a building surge. You see more and more support. The odds seem more in your favor, but it seems as if the more the American people see from this...

The worse the numbers are. Kamala Harris is proposing an insane 25% tax on unrealized capital gains. So let me tell you how crippling this would be for the American economy. This is communist. This is communist. Imagine buying shares of Apple stock for $10,000 and their price rose to $15,000.

Under Kamala's plan, you'd own taxes on the $5,000 gain, even though you haven't sold the shares or made any actual profit. Now imagine the stock's value drops back down to $10,000 the following year. The gain that you were taxed on has vanished. So you already paid 25% on a gain that no longer exists, leaving you with a financial loss and no real benefit. And you had to pay taxes on something that doesn't exist.

Taxing unrealized gains would force investors to sell off assets to cover their tax bills, hurting long-term investments and economic growth. This is a recipe for a stock market crash. And also, for those of you that own homes, again, you want to win baby boomer voters. This is a way to run up the score with baby boomer voters, Kamala Harris. Talking about from our side. You bought a home for $300,000. Now the home is worth $600,000. That's a $300,000 gain.

By the way, where do you get money for this? Do you sell the stock to cover the tax bill? This is so dangerous. And I believe this is one of the reasons why her betting odds and why her chances in the presidential election are going down and Donald Trump is ascendant. Trump has been having a great week. It's not been reported by the media. He's been on message. He's been on point. He's been going to the battleground states. He's been going to Wisconsin, going to Michigan. He's in North Carolina today.

Kamala Harris demands homeowners give up nearly half their profit and taxes when selling their homes. Now, I want to play a clip here of a Chicago alderman who I think pinpoints it perfectly. But let me tell you something that I keep on hearing from people on the ground.

What I keep on hearing from baby boomers and older Americans is they say, Charlie, typically, OK, if Trump wins, if Biden wins, whatever business grinds on, they say, Charlie, if Kamala wins, I'm actually scared of what this would mean for the country. There is real fear amongst rank and file retirees to the radical revolutionary life altering type of policies that she would bring. And by the way, you're right.

She's a fundamental insurgent revolutionary communist. According to the Wall Street Journal, Harris endorsed Joe Biden's fiscal year 2025 budget proposal this week. Many have sounded the alarm on the proposal as it allows 44.6% tax rate on long-term capital gains. According to Yahoo Finance, Harris is likely also to decrease the threshold for the estate tax, which currently stands at $13.6 million for a single filer, which would crush, which would crush farms in this country.

So let's first go to CNN. This is CNN that was reporting on Kamala Harris's economic plan, which I think was the beginning of the end of Kamala-mentum. Typically, when you have these conventions, you see a big surge. We still might see that in the polling. We still might see some of the sugar high. But on the ground, and you're talking to people, and you're seeing all of a sudden Virginia within the margin of error. Virginia within the margin of error? A state that Donald Trump lost by 10 points in 2020 is within the margin of error? There's something else happening here.

And the media can only cover it up for so long. First, play cut 102.

The federal ban on price gouging for groceries. You are skeptical of this. Why? We've seen this kind of thing tried in lots of other countries before. Venezuela, Argentina, the Soviet Union, etc. It leads to shortages. It leads to black markets. You know, plenty of uncertainty. And beyond that, the specific way this bill is written might actually increase prices.

And just so we're clear, today there was new jobs data that came out. The government lies about everything. They lied about COVID deaths. They lied about masks. They lied about kids shutting down schools. They lied about six feet of social distancing. They lied about the efficacy of the vaccine. They lied about the safety of the vaccine. They lied about ivermectin. They lied about hydroxychloroquine. They've lied about the border. They lied about how many illegals there are. They lied about crime. They lied about violent crime. They lied about Ukraine. They lied about the budget. And now they lie about jobs. They're like, oh, actually, the job numbers have been adjusted today.

by a million. Democrat Chicago Alderman says it perfectly. This Democrat convention is not winning over new voters. It is simply a rallying cry for the base of the Democrat party. Okay. Kamala Harris might run up the score in New York City. Is that going to play in Peoria, Arizona? Get it? I don't think that's going to play in Peoria. Play cut 89.

Alderman Lopez, great to see you. Democrats winning any new voters at this convention? I highly doubt it. I think this is all playing to their own base, not trying to recruit new people, because clearly the Democratic Party, my party, is not interested in talking about what matters. How are you going to keep people safe? How are you going to secure the border? And how are you going to deal with the 8 million undocumented individuals that they let in under Kamala Harris's lead? Because right now we're like in this beauty pageant of hypocrisy going on right now.

A beauty pageant of hypocrisy? Yeah, because we say one thing and we're doing the exact opposite. You have the most American of American cities where we're telling people to come here, feel welcome, enjoy our beautiful city. And 100% it's a beautiful city. But yet we had to board off every single store in the surrounding area to keep it safe from looters and rioters that our mayor, Brandon Johnson, has welcomed here and said, come and show us what your true colors are. It's really pitiful. That is Chicago aldermen.

I think I said something Lopez. What was his name again? He's saying it very clearly. What has the Democrat Party put forward as a three-pronged solution to make your streets safer, your groceries more affordable, and your borders secure? His name is Raymond Lopez. Thank you. The answer is nothing. It is a depopulation parade where you can get vasectomies in the van outside. 25 abortions have already happened, by the way. Again, regardless of your opinions on abortion, you know I'm pro-life.

You got 25 babies that were aborted just feet outside of the DNC and they're bragging about it. This is this is really sick stuff. There is something so morally wrong with the Democrat Party where they are advertising bragging that just feet from the DNC. You can go get abortion and vasectomies and you can shout it and advertise it. And in the next segment, I'm going to tell you about what Kamala Harris did yesterday and the branding that she had in Milwaukee yesterday.

David Plouffe, smart man, running the Kamala campaign. They said, hey, what if we do a rally during the DNC in Wisconsin? By the way, that's the abortion truck right there. People are going in to go get abortions. People are going in to go get vasectomies in a mobile van. This is the Democrats' vision for the country. Pure depopulation. Excuse me. This is what their idea of freedom is. And that's what we're going to talk about in the next segment.

They say freedom. They want freedom to be able to go into a mobile RV van and get a vasectomy and not just be able to do it. But it's the celebrating that is the most disgusting part of it. If you have to get a vasectomy because you've had five kids, okay, and you want to make sure that there's control there, go for it, I suppose. This is a shameful exercise. And they do it this way because they know what they're doing is actually evil and sinister. And the only way they can cope with it is to celebrate it

and to evangelize other people. Okay, everybody. So last evening, again, I got to give credit to David Plouffe. He's running a good campaign. Do not underestimate David Plouffe. If you were to say, Charlie, what is Kamala Harris's greatest advantage in this election? David Plouffe is a smart dude.

I read his book growing up. It was one of the first things I made our entire staff read at Turning Point. Audacity to win. Do not underestimate David Plouffe. Okay, let's put up 94 or 95 up on screen. So David Plouffe is running the campaign and they...

did a counter event in Milwaukee. This is super smart of them in a battleground state because obviously their convention in Chicago, not exactly drawing swing voters there. So they decide to do the convention. They do a counter event in Milwaukee and they filled it up. And you know what arena that was in? That was in the arena that the RNC was in. So kind of a little bit of a hey, a little bit of a jab. And do you notice the branding there? Freedom, freedom, freedom. And I just saw these images and it set me off last night. This is one of the most revolting

Twilight Zone upside down world propaganda in the history of all politics, and we cannot allow it to continue. So let me be clear. The party that has freedom branded everywhere as their message, they're the ones that mandated an experimental vaccine and fired people who wouldn't take it. They are the party of freedom. The party whose vice presidential nominee believes the First Amendment doesn't apply to misinformation is the party of freedom.

The party that wants to imprison the opposition leader as if we are a tin pot third world state is the party of freedom. The party that locked Americans in their homes and barred them from worshiping God and from being with their kids and sending their kids to school is the party of freedom. The party that arrested people for not wearing masks on airplanes is the party of freedom. The party...

That wants to ban gas stoves and gas powered cars is the party of freedom.

The party that wants to take your guns away and your Second Amendment God-given rights is the party of freedom. The party that imprisons people for making memes like Douglas Mackey is the party of freedom. The party that puts political dissidents like Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon in federal prison is the party of freedom. The party that wants to make homeschooling and pregnancy crisis centers illegal is the party of freedom.

There is literally only one freedom the left actually cares about. They're happy to throw literally every other single right in the garbage. You can't own guns. You can't speak your mind. You don't have a right to privacy. By the way, the party that authorized and pushed forward the most expansive and aggressive Patriot Act in American history, the party that has expanded the FBI. No, there's only one freedom that they care about, and it's not even freedom.

And I'm not even talking about the party of censorship, IRS surveillance. The freedom that they are pathologically obsessed about is the freedom to be able to terminate another being in your being. They don't even believe your body, your choice. If it was your body, your choice, the amazing military members that were kicked out of the United States military during COVID would still be there with back pay and an apology. But they're not. They are propagandizing you on one single freedom.

The freedom to be able to go into a mobile RV van when two people walk in and one person exits. This is the most propaganda, aggressive propaganda we've seen in recent memory. Ever, I think. What is freedom for them? They don't love liberty. They never have. These are the people, by the way, that believe that hate speech should be illegal. These are the people that do not believe in free speech. Their party hates freedom of speech.

They're the ones that got mad if you were not wearing a mask while you're driving alone in your car. Their idea of freedom is abortion vans in every town. At the RNC, we had food trucks that were being run by entrepreneurs. At the DNC, they have abortion trucks. As they brand freedom, freedom, freedom, they want you to be a comfortable slave where you own nothing and you are miserable. You can't own a gun. You can't speak your mind. You can't leave your home.

You got to take nine vaccines, even walk into a public place. But the one freedom that you're still allowed to have, the one freedom that we're going to still allow you is to be able to depopulate the earth. That freedom will give you.
