Now's a good time to remember where the story of tequila started. In 1795, the first tequila distillery was opened by the Cuervo family. And 229 years later, Cuervo is still going strong. Family owned from the start, same family, same land. Now's a good time to enjoy Cuervo.

Guys, I was thinking the other day, what would be an album that you would want to listen to again for the very first time?

An album that you love, that you don't skip on, that you're like, man, this album and these songs, these collection of songs are so good that I would love to re-listen to them again. You want to have that experience all over again. For the very first time. Right, right. And the reason I was thinking of that was because... When you listen to them the first time, do you know what you're listening to or do you have amnesia? You get a Men in Black zap. Yeah, you get zapped. You ever seen the movie Yesterday where the whole world forgets the Beatles ever existed and the guy...

Only guy who remembers them. I never saw it. Was it good? It is good. It is pretty good. Yeah. But like basically he starts playing all the Beatles songs. I was like, oh my God, it's the most amazing music ever. Yeah. It's the Beatles. And they're like, huh? I never saw it. So you're choosing to forget the thing you like the most because you know you'll experience it again for the first time. Not choosing to forget, but just like wishing that I could re-listen to the experience for the very first time. Because as you listen to an album that you love and you listen to it so many different times, you know all the songs by heart.

Like, you just love the album so much that you miss hearing those collection of songs for the first time. The reason why I was thinking of that. When you listen to it again for the first time, do you have, like, that first time feeling on some songs? You're like, I don't know about this one. And then they grow on you, right? But then they grow on you, and then you really love them by, like, the tenth time. So, like, you're listening to them. This time you don't like that one. Yeah, this time you're listening, you're like, oh.

And also, like, when you go back in time and you listen to this for the first time, are you the same age you were the first time you listened to it? Or are you now listening to it with your current sensibilities? You're just older now. Yeah, like, are you going to with your current sensibilities? Nobody's going back in time. So, like, if you could go back in time to listen to, not actually back in time, you're still in the present, but mentally you're going back in time to hear this for the first time. So, like, you announced last week you're going to have a child, right?

So when your child is born, you're going to have different sensibilities probably than when you listen to this the first time. Are you now listening to this as a dad or are you listening to this as like 17-year-old Tony listening to Eminem album for the first time? No, I'm listening to it 30 seconds ago when I got zapped.

when I didn't remember the song. But you're thinking as a person in 2024, not as someone in like 1998 or whatever. I'm thinking of me 30 seconds ago when they hit me with the flash. But this is where Billy is coming from. You, Tony, are a different person than you were, I don't know what year you listened to this album, but let's just say it was in college. I don't know. The feels that you got from those songs

Might not be the same. And so we need to know if you're chasing the exact same high or you're just saying, hey, let's see if the high is going to be the same. And are you literally high? Because chances are if you heard it a while ago, you might have been. It was not high, no. Are you high the next time? What's the album? Can we start there? The album that I thought about this whole conversation on was Umbrano Sin Ti with Bad Bunny. That was my guess. Really? Okay, but you told us...

that you listened to that album with your wife in Hawaii but now you just are listening to it in your car in Kendall so like maybe it's just yeah where are you when you're listening to it the second time you get to choose the location I can choose are you on vacation again with your wife

I could be. Well, maybe that's why you liked it more. But no, but I heard the song prior to. Like, I heard the album when it came out because the day before we went to Hawaii, the album came out. So I listened to it that day. Was this when you cut your foot? Yeah, that was when I cut my foot. So you're listening to it on the day before you went on the trip, not on the trip with your wife. I listen to it on the trip every single day. No, but you're going back to the first time you listened to it, not the first trip that happened after you listened to it the first time. Oh, you get to go on another vacation? Yeah, do you get to go on vacation for free? Can I point out really quick that

Tony has like the vast universe of music he's heard his entire life. He's picking an album that came out a couple of years ago. Two years ago. May 6th, 2022. That's what you want to go back to? That's the idea where I had. I was like, oh, if I could re-listen to these songs, it'd be cool. But can't you remember it pretty well because it was two years ago? It nukes Billy's follow-up entirely because you are the same person from a couple of months ago. Well, hold on a second. You went on Hawaii shortly after listening to it, which probably made you, because you were going and doing these funding, It's the greatest summer album of all time. But Billy's...

Because you were on a trip that was an amazing trip, right? Describe the feelings. Now I understand what you're most excited about is NCAA coming out. So now if you hear a video album for the first time the day before NCAA comes out, you're going to be like, oh my God, this is the best album ever. I might re-listen to the entire Un Verano Sin Ti album while I play NCAA football. And then what?

Explain the feeling you were going to get, though, if you got zapped and listened to it again. Chris, is that yours? Weezer? No, I'm just saying the best summer album of all time, Weezer, by Weezer in 2016. In two years, Tony's going to be like, what would you do if you could go back in time and replay college football 2025? Well, we'd have 27 at that point. Can I respect the question? For the first time since it went out. For the first time, somebody respects the question. I'll share my way. Florida Panthers legend, Alanis Morissette, Jagged Little Pill.

Really? That's a great one. But are you listening to it after seeing her perform the national anthem in the Stanley Cup final? Me, personally, I'm going back to 18-year-old me listening to it. Would you warn yourself about terrible things that happen in the world? Or would you invest a lot of money in certain stocks and try to get really rich? So there is a time machine involved, Tony. I told you. You guys don't get it. I mean, thriller. Second place college dropout.

Thriller, like, because I heard Thriller when I was a child. So, and you hear, like, back then you didn't hear whole albums, no skips. You heard a song. Mixed match. No, no, no song. No, no, no song. No, no, no song. I'm like, oh, every song this guy makes is amazing. And so I wonder, like, if I had amnesia right now. I often think about this a lot with songs that I really like. That, like, hey, if you, like, if the Yesterday plot happened and, like, I took this.

Biggie's tracks and then I came out like I'm a new rapper and then I just did Juicy and Hypnotize will people be like yo this guy's amazing or will be like what does this old ass sounding rapper sound like you know like does Hypnotize sound like an old song to young people

No. No, right? No. But then I think about young people who the entirety of their rap catalog is like, if it sounds like that, then they might think that like, oh, this is way too, why is he enunciating every word? So I don't know. What about speaker box?

The split album, Love Below Speaker Box? It was a really good album. I mean, it wasn't my favorite. When you go back and listen to College Dropout, did Kanye Kanye already? Oh, yeah. This is in a vacuum, guys. This is just the music. It's just the music, but you know everything you know about Kanye. That's what I'm asking. That's crazy. No, absolutely not. There has to be a time machine involved. There's a time machine involved. We've settled in.
