At the very last minute, Democrats have conjured up sexual assault allegations against Brett Kavanaugh. There are several very good reasons to doubt the story. I will outline those reasons. Also, we have to tackle another question: even if Kavanaugh is guilty, should he necessarily lose the Supreme Court position because of a bad thing he did as a kid three decades ago? Let's talk about it now.
