Adam, what's your point? The future looks bright. A handshake is better than anything I ever signed. It's right here. You are a one-on-one? I think I've never said this before. Okay, so...

What happened? Is this me? We got a lot going on, guys. We like the song so much we want to hear it twice. I have it playing right in front of me. Anyways, a lot going on. The best meme of the day yesterday was Nancy Pelosi making a phone call saying, we got to buy some baby oil stock because Diddy was acquitted with the other stuff. He got in a little bit of trouble. The lawyer on Cassie's side responded, his lawyer,

There's protesting going on in the streets, outside, celebration with Baby Bowl all over the place. Very weird stuff that's going on. Some stories with the big, beautiful bill. We'll get into that. Trump says Israel agrees to conditions of 60-day ceasefire as proposal, heads to Hamas.

And then Trump administration hauled some weapon shipments to Ukraine to put America's interests first. Tom's got some thoughts on that as well as Adam. Next thing we have CNN's Harry Enten says, Trump is more beloved among Republicans than any other GOP president in modern times. Then in the big beautiful bill, people are asking what's in it. We'll talk about that. Three Republican senators voted against it. U.S. Senate overwhelmingly rejects plan to stop

States regulating AI. That is a very big story. The 10-year marker they put on there, it's almost like a patent law they put on there that some people are not supportive of. I have my own opinions on that as well. Mandani on Trump's deportation threat. We want to accept this intimidation. There was comments being made. We'll react to that one as well. That's the guy that wants to be the mayor of New York City. Powell confirms that the Fed would have to cut

By now, were it not for tariffs, meaning if the tariffs wasn't done by Trump, he would have cut the rates, and he's obviously put the blame on Trump, which is one interesting way of doing it. Jay Powell signals openness to July U.S. interest rate cut.

Trans UPenn swimmer. If you remember Leah Thomas. This guy will be stripped of his titles. They put her on reading his titles after university bends the knee to Trump's administration. Then there's another story that Tom has thoughts on. Trans inmate back in male prison years after allegedly raping female cellmate. Mystery surrounds the Jeffrey Epstein files after Bondi claims that 10,000 hours

Satellite imagery captures activity at Iran's Fordon nuclear site after U.S. strikes, and Iran suspends cooperation with U.N. atomic agency. There's something going on with Musk. Well, that's kind of weird. Yeah, there's something going on with Musk trying to build a third party and calling out Bannon, saying he's going to be going back to prison. A bunch of other comments that are being made.

Tinder launches new biometric face scan verification. Adam's got a major update on that for us. Caitlin Clark's new shoes sell out within minutes. Reselling on secondary market for over double. Again, Adam's got a big update on the Caitlin Clark shoes as well since he was one of the first buyers. Del Monte Foods, the giant of goods, files for bankruptcy. Tom's got thoughts.

Trump says Powell should resign immediately. And last but not least, trans athletes wins U.S. Cycling Women's event as female opponent protests and speak out. Vinny's got a lot to say about that. All right. Before we get into it, a couple things. Guys, you know, once a year we host an event called the Vault Conference. If you're somebody that either runs a business, you're a married couple, husband and wife,

Life's been kind of flatlining lately. There's not been too much things that are growing in ways, business, personal, financial. And you kind of want to call a timeout and get away and spend four days with 3,000 other couples and nearly 12,000 people in the same room together to strategize the future of your life with your kids, being intentional about it. I highly, highly recommend you attend the VOLT conference.

It's the only conference you can go to where the attendees are comfortable talking about business, are comfortable talking about money, are comfortable talking about politics, are comfortable talking about family values, and no one cares. No one walks on eggshells. You go to some business conference, oh, we can't talk about politics. We talk about everything. If that's appealing to you, do whatever you can to go to the VOL conference. Here's a video I did with my patient.

Here's a doctor sitting down as a therapist, sitting down with his patient and guess who his patient is? Rob, go ahead and play the clip. - Mathew, who's my next patient? - Me too, Sean. - Oh, this one's gonna be tough. I gotta take the jacket off for this one.

Okay, so what's been happening lately? Oh, nothing positive. I'll tell you that, Doc. Just, you know, work is crazy. My marriage is hanging on by a thread. I know we talked about that last time I was here. The kids are freaking screaming and yelling all the time. The business is bleeding cash. I

I can't breathe. So what do I do? Let me ask you, Gautam, when's the last time you and your wife sat down and actually mapped out your next 5, 10, 15 moves, personal life and your business life? Never. The only thing we've ever mapped out was our Disneyland trip. Just like which rides to go. Well, that's one day, David. I'm talking like 5, 10, 15, 20 years from now. You guys have never done that? Never. Never.

Do you guys read books together? Do you spend a lot of time reading lately or no? I don't know about her, but the last thing I read was the back of a shampoo bottle while I was in the bathroom. Yes, I don't know. I know, but you should see the stuff that's in there. It's crazy. It's actually really interesting stuff, but I'm talking like life and business. No. Nothing? Nope. Okay. We don't have time.

Does this sound familiar to you? Do you listen to anything he said and say, that's a little bit of me? When is the last time you and your wife took a timeout, went away to a business conference to identify your next 5, 10, 15 moves? If you've never done that, we host a conference once a year called the Ball Conference from September 8th to the 11th. If you just watched this, you laughed a little bit, you giggled, but you said, that's kind of me. Get registered. I look forward to seeing you and your spouse September 8th through the 11th at the Gaylord Orlando.

All right. Well done, team. Yes. Guys, go to thevaultconference.com. Go to thevaultconference.com. Get registered. Get yourself a ticket. If there's one thing I can tell you since 21 years old, I've gone to four to ten business conferences.

every year purely to recreate myself. Again, go to thevaulconference.com, get yourself and your spouse a ticket. Let's spend four days to get in Orlando, September 8th through the 11th. Cannot wait to see you there. All right, let's get right into it. What is in Donald Trump's giant tax-cutting bill? Rob, I think you have a video on this. If you want to play this clip, go for it.

Let's talk one big beautiful bill. We've heard you loud and clear. With a bill this big and this beautiful, it can be hard to understand exactly what's in it. So let's go through some of the most important pieces of the bill. This bill modernizes and overhauls our nation's air traffic control system so you feel safer when you are flying. It gives a 15% tax cut

to working families like yours amounting to $5,000 per year. This bill increases the child tax credit for more than 40 million American families, ends taxes on tips, cuts taxes for overtime workers like law enforcement officers, slashes taxes on social security for our seniors, and that's just the start. We must pass this big, beautiful bill and usher in a new golden age for all Americans.

Okay, so that's that. President Trump's $4.5 trillion tax bill passed by the Senate Tuesday with a tie-breaking vote by Vice President J.D. Vance, which extends the 2017 tax cuts and eliminates taxes on tips over time. But the CBO estimates it'll add $3.3 trillion to the national debt by 2034. With the Committee for a Reasonable Federal Budget projecting a 130% debt-to-GDP ratio, the bill...

criticized for its regressive impact, reduces after-tax incomes by 2.3%, or $560 for the poorest 20% while increasing incomes by 2.1%, or $32,000 for the top 1%. Tom, what do you see in this bill that just passed? So I see a couple things here, and I like to get past...

the numbers in the headlines and get to what is really the numbers in the wallets. So they were saying, oh, it's going to reduce after taxes come by 2.3% or $560 for the poorest. Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.

Five hundred sixty dollars a year is forty seven dollars and forty six dollars a month. OK, so that's ten dollars a week. OK, well, a poor person, you know, ten dollars is ten dollars. But it's not like you're taking three, four thousand dollars off of it. Number one. Number two, the president is betting on growth and putting things in. So let me explain how this works.

If you've ever been working for a business, it could be a small business or be a big business around November. Pat, you do this. You tell people to get together. Hey, we need to do the budgets for next year. And it's not a wish list. It's a fact based of analysis of what do you need in your department to do this, this and this so that we can meet our 15 percent growth. OK, fine. Well, guess what? The president is betting he's going to get growth.

Well, same way that a business owner would say, okay, Vinny, I'll let you hire one more person in your department because we're hiring it, assuming we're going to get about 15% growth next year. So we're going to be able to cover that. And that person is going to help us with that growth. It's a very simple thing. So the president is betting on growth. That's what's in here. And he's keeping his promise to eliminate taxes and tips on overtime. That will help.

You know, people working in the hospitality industry. He's extending the tax cuts. He's keeping that promise. And how can I don't understand how the mainstream media can say, oh, we're so worried about Newark Airport. It's so unsafe. We're limiting flights. Do you remember Easter weekend, Pat?

Newark Airport. Remember they were saying, oh my gosh, you may have to stop half of Newark Airport. Everybody's traveling Good Friday, especially here in the Northeast where there's so many Catholic people. Oh my gosh, air traffic control, what a problem. And now he comes out. One of the things in the big beautiful bill is to overhaul air traffic control. Suddenly, he's spending us into the poorhouse, right? Wrong. Look, I understand the concerns people have

about the spending, especially the healthcare spending. But you have to remember, he's talking about the Medicare cuts, excuse me, Medicaid cuts, but the Medicaid restrictions

comes handcuffed to you got to work 20 hours a week oh remember that we talked we talked about this almost immediately after the inauguration when he said hey medicaid changes are going to come with the requirement to work a little bit yeah and we all talked about on this podcast and say well wait a minute that's not 40 hours a week it's not 50 hours a week can you figure out how to work 10 hours a week 40 hours a month and then we'll we'll figure out something on medicaid

So I see both sides of it. If the growth doesn't come true and the Medicaid spending just happens and they're raising the debt ceiling, then, yes, it's going to add to debt. But the president is saying, just like he said on the tariffs, you got to trust me. And now we've got tens of billions of dollars of tariff revenue. He's betting on growth. Here's a clip I want you to watch. It has to do with the bill. Go for it, Rob.

What we are saying is that if you are able-bodied in working age, you need to be either working or seeking work in order to receive Medicaid. That is common sense. In other words, if you're a 32-year-old guy, you cannot sit on your couch and smoke weed all day and expect taxpayers to fit your Medicaid bills. That's wrong. That's something the majority of Americans agree with Republicans on.

We're also saying that if you're an illegal alien and you shouldn't be in this country to begin with, you should be deported, you shouldn't be getting taxpayer subsidized Medicaid. That's what we're looking at. We're looking at expanding eligibility checks so that whenever somebody shouldn't be on Medicaid anymore, that we take them off. These are the common sense solutions that we're putting into this big, beautiful bill. And these are the things that Democrats are against.

Very common sense. Many of your thoughts on this. Listen, anytime the Democrats are on MSNBC, CNN, and they're calling it the big bad bill. That's what they're saying. And they want people to be melting down over it. They want the media to be going nuts. All I kept seeing on social media was cutting Medicaid, Tom. Cutting Medicaid. No more free stuff. Yeah, it's weird because

And by the way, these are the three cuts. So one, like he said, illegal immigrants don't get free health care on our dime. That's it. Only citizens qualified. Guess what? That should already be the rule. All right. And if you're mad about this, you're either stupid or you're lying to yourself. Number two, it eliminates taxpayer bailouts for unpaid hospital bills, a.k.a. bad debt. So right now, if someone with Medicaid skips out on their bill, guess what we have to do as American citizens? We pay 65 percent of it.

That means hospitals jack up the prices on purpose, knowing that we, the taxpayer, are going to foot the tab. And then the cut three, the third cut that the Democrats are losing their mind, are saying...

Excuse me, hospitals can't change Medicare or Medicaid can't charge them more than they charge private insurance or cash customers. Simple and fair, which saves us one hundred forty eight billion dollars. And just from those three, guess how much we're saving a year? Two hundred billion dollars. OK, but the Democrats are all emotional and they keep feeding us all these headlines.

You know what it is too, Tom? It's the same thing that they did with the border bill. Remember the border bill? Yeah. They're like, we'll close the border, but the Republicans are stopping us. Yeah, because you guys snuck in 60 billion to Ukraine, 14 billion to Israel, and 4 billion to Taiwan. It's the...

The big, beautiful bill. Yeah, the Inflation Reduction Act. That was the War Increase Act and the Immigration Increase Act. Yeah, exactly. So the big, beautiful bill, not the big, bad bill, puts America first, and that's why they hate it. Anything that's helping us, Pat, the Democrats are going to fight it. Adam, your thoughts? So I feel like we lose a lot of sight during these bills, conversations, debates.

Of one key fact that the government will not save you if you're relying on the bill or what's gonna happen Are they gonna pass this gonna pass that you're losing the big picture? Which is you got to do it yourself? I don't know anybody that's rich maybe of the asides Elon Musk and government subsidies who's like, how'd you get rich, bro? Dude, the government got me straight up government. It's all that Obama hooked me up Bush hooked me up then Trump zero people who are successful in

give credit to the government. It comes down to four things. Work,

earn, save and invest. And if you do those four things, you're going to be OK. So a lot of people are excited about the extension of the 2017 tax cuts that are going to expire. Corporate tax rates, I believe, are going to stay at 21 percent. That's great. PBD always told that story about the Trump tax cuts in 2017, 2018, where you gave what was it like bonuses for every year they were there, month they were there.

Child tax credit to help families, no tax on tips, stop funding immigrants. And then critics will say, well, what about the Medicaid? What about this? What about that? If you're working and you're earning, you're going to get taken care of. So the biggest concern that I have that a lot of people have is, is this actually going to add $3 trillion to the deficit or not? I guess we'll see if dynamic growth happens or if we're actually going to go deeper into debt. Yeah, and all of that is time will tell, right?

Time will tell on what's going to happen with this bill here. The reality of it is this. This is the part where I'm not very comfortable with. One time I was having a big debate with a guy who used to be a very close friend of mine. The debate was if the government is giving you any kind of entitlement programs, welfare, Section 8, whatever it is they're giving you as a handout, unemployment checks that they were given during Obama for almost 24 months, should the government have the right to drug test you? He says no. I said really? No. Why not?

Well, you can't drug test. That's America. It's free. I said, no, no. We're giving you free money from taxpayers, from workers. Workers are paying you the money. We almost have to replace the word taxpayers to the American people. We got to stop saying the government's paying you. The government's paying you. No, no. The American people are paying you. So American people, you got kids. If a kid after 18 years old lives in your house and does nothing for you,

In return, rent-free, no chores, doesn't clean the bed. You're either a terrible parent or your kid's a freeloader.

No parent's going to sit there and be okay with that. If you are, you're raising somebody that's going to have those habits, grow into wanting the government to take care of them and American people to take care of them. I am very comfortable with the 20 hours per week. I am very comfortable with any of that stuff. I would even add drug tests and all the other things to it. If you're not taking care of yourself and your life and your health, why should American people pay you anything?

Nothing. Make better decisions in your life. You make better decisions in your life, you have a higher likelihood of good things happening to you. But Tom, I'm going to give you the last word here on this topic before we leave because I feel like you want to say something. No, and let's remember that Medicaid is a state problem.

And the federal government is cleaning up the mess of the state. And let me give you one example. Our good friend Gavin Newsom. I wish he could come and sit right here. I'd love for him to come sit right here and talk about this and say, look, dude, you took Medicaid in California. And the first thing you did is you took the current budget, which couldn't be expanded because you only had so much money in the bucket.

Then you said more of you can get Medicaid, more of you that are just got here, you know, illegal aliens. You can get Medicaid. And then secretly, he and the State Assembly, remember they got together and they spent the money on other things? And then he went crying to the federal government. Oh, my California Medicaid bucket is empty. Well, of course it's empty. You said that more people could put their ladle in the bucket. And then you spent, then you drilled a hole in the bottle of

bucket and drained it off to use other things. I'd love to understand legislatively what was going on. I know he's trying to run the state, but I disagree with this, and I wish he would come on and talk about things like this. But the number one thing I think everybody needs to remember is Medicaid is a state problem that the government is having to clean up. Let me read one part of the bill that is causing some challenges for some people, and I'm kind of in agreement with them. U.S. Senate overwhelmingly rejects plan to stop states regulating AI. It's Financial Times.

They voted 99 to 1 on Tuesday morning to reject a 10-year ban on states regulating AI models, removing the provisions from President Trump's big, beautiful bill, with Senator Marsha Blackburn stating it was an honor to lead this fight until Congress passes federal legislation like my No Fakes Act and the Kids Online Safety Act. We cannot remove those projections.

And this is a proposal backed by lobbies from Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Meta Open AI, Sam Altman, Trump's AI team, David Sachs, and others, aimed to prevent inconsistent state rules but faced by partisan opposition over concerns

about stifling oversight of AI social and economic impacts. Republican Senator Thomas Tillis, the sole dissenter planning to retire, had told the Financial Times the provision was necessary to keep the U.S. the number one country in the world for innovation. Tom, your thoughts on this story here? Well, so you basically, there's a couple things here. If every state, you know, made a different test for,

for the number of miles per gallon of a car, then that sticker on the window when you go to buy a car would be madness. California, you know what I mean? They all made different standards. So that's the argument the government is making. The argument that people like me are making for the states is, wait a minute.

What about when DeSantis said, no, we're not going to do trans stuff in our schools and we don't want a federal mandate on that. We know our people locally. No, I am not going to close all the beaches. I got people saying that UV is really good for killing bacteria and viruses. So why can't people be at the beaches in Florida during COVID? No, I'm not going to get behind that. That's the tension we have here. What worries me is that.

The proposal was backed by lobbyists. That scares the hell out of me. And then look who's lobbying. Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Meta, OpenAI. So guess what? If all of those are lobbying the Senate, they only need to get 100 people together and get 51 of them to go their way.

Make sense? If it's in the hands of the states, all of those companies have to work with 50 different states, 50 different governors, and they don't want that. And they're claiming, oh, it's going to be like miles per gallon. The sticker on the car would be madness. No, I get what they're saying. And trust me, I get from their perspective because it lowers the speed of growth and innovation. When we were in the Department of Insurance, we didn't just deal with the federal government on getting one license.

We had to get a license in 50 states. 50 little governments. And we dealt with every single one of the states. And trust me, it was super annoying. So I fully get that part. But for me...

If I'm a state, I want to be able to govern and create certain laws with AI that may be different than somebody else's to be able to attract better talent or to say, no, I'm not okay with you doing that. Is this DeSantis' clip talking about the same issue? Yes, this is DeSantis late last month, late June, where he discusses why he was not in favor of the AI provisions in the big, beautiful bill. Go for it. Go for it. Here's DeSantis. ...raises the issue of this whole artificial intelligence...

They're talking about in Washington banning states from being able to regulate it at all for the next 10 years. And as governor, I want to be able to provide protections for you working with the legislature if that's warranted. This stuff is...

progressing so quickly, but you will absolutely get to a point where they can just take you, they can put words in your mouth and do a video, and you're basically saying something that's the opposite of what you actually believe. And they can make you do, they can have you depict you doing awful things. They're already doing that.

That's not the world that we want to live in. And so I think that the states need to be able to retain their ability to handle the emerging AI issues. So this is a really significant issue. You can pause it right there. I'm with it because, again, if a state wants to be a little more liberal, guess what they do? They attract the people that want to have their AIs being done there. If somebody wants to be a little bit more aggressive, a little bit more conservative, then you may say that may not be a place for me. Adam, your thoughts on this?

Yeah, just about the AI. Do you remember about a year ago, the World Economic Forum had their list of the top 10 most pressing issues that the world is going to be facing? Yes. For the next decade. And do you remember the number one on the list was misinformation and disinformation? Do you recall that?

Yes, of course. Yes. Yeah. So this, I think, is the centerpiece of that. I mean, how many videos I'm seeing AI videos of grandmas and grandpas talking about all sorts of sexual stuff. It's like, what? What just happened here? I saw Trump playing the World Cup and scored the winning goal. Yeah. What were you watching, bro? Oh, yeah. It's pretty sexual. I've seen Taylor Swift sitting on Trump's lap. We've seen these deep fakes, this misinformation, this disinformation everywhere.

We're getting to the point where we're not going to even know what's real and what's not real. They're talking about some of the highest earning women online are not even real women. They're AI bots. So this might not be the number one issue right now, but...

If things turn out to go this way, we're going to circle back in five years and see if this turned out to be true. And by the way, I don't even think that's what it is, though. I don't think they're worried about the deep fakes. I think they're worried about other type of regulation that they go above and beyond. Like, let's just say Palantir is trying to do something. They want to be able to say, as long as the federal government says it's okay, it's okay. And Florida wants to be able to say, no.

No, we're not doing that in our state. We're not going to be doing this in our state. I think it's a little bit more than that. Is this the clip that was extremely disturbing? This was with Peter Thiel sitting down with Ross Douthat, and he's talking about the Antichrist and how the Antichrist could be ushered in through AI because he was warning this guy about it. By the way, I don't...

Peter Thiel looks kind of odd, but listen to that. Look at how awkward he turns, Pat, once he mentions the Antichrist and him basically being able to usher him in if he's really going there. Play this clip, Robbie. It's going to be in the first place. My very specific question for you, right, is that you're an investor in A.I.,

You're deeply invested in Palantir, in military technology, in technologies of surveillance, in technologies of warfare, and so on, right? And it just seems to me that when you tell me a story about the Antichrist coming to power and using the fear of technological change to sort of impose order on the world, I feel like that Antichrist would maybe be using the tools that...

You that you were that you were building, right? Like, wouldn't the Antichrist be like, great, you know, we're not going to have any more technological progress. But I really like what Palantir has done so far. Right. I mean, isn't that if isn't that a concern? Wouldn't that be the you know, the irony of history would be that the man publicly worrying about the Antichrist accidentally hastens his or her arrival? Look, look.

Have you ever spotted McDonald's hot, crispy fries right as they're being scooped into the carton? And time just stands still. They're all, look, there are all these different...

I obviously don't think that that's what I'm doing. I mean, to be clear, I don't think that's what you're doing either. I'm just interested in how you get to a world willing to submit to power and authoritarian rule. By the way, this is a very important question he's asking right there. Huge. He says, I don't think you're doing it, but how do you prevent from a guy? Go back seven seconds, Rob. Could you go back seven seconds? Keep going, keep going, keep going. Ten seconds.

Yeah, play that clip from right there. I don't think you're doing it. Well, but again, there are these different gradations of this we can describe, but is this so preposterous, what I've just told you, as a broad account of the stagnation that the entire world...

has submitted for 50 years to peace and safetyism. This is 1 Thessalonians 5:3, the slogan of the Antichrist is peace and safety, and we've submitted... That's correct. How do we know that's not AI itself?

Tom, what do you think about what he's saying? Well, he's pointing... Peter Thiel sounds like, and I'm not inside his head, and there was a lot that was going on in that interview, but he's correctly pointing out that verse in 1 Thessalonians that says that the Antichrist will come, I bring peace, I bring safety. And what does everybody want right now? They want peace and safety. By the way, when Amy and I, when you said, hey, let's do a 16-week countdown, let's look at the polling. And so we did that, and it was great programming that you...

chartered on value attainment. And one of the things that we found was state by state, guess what was number, the closer you got to the Southern border, immigration was number one. And that safety related to immigration was number one, much different Missouri than it was in Arizona and Arizona Republicans and Democrats were worried about it because in Arizona it was on their front lawns. So what he's talking about is peace and safety and,

has been something that the voter and the citizen has wanted for 50 years or more. Look at how Germany agreed to things at the end of World War II because the Germans that were still alive in villages that weren't even connected to the Nazis, they just wanted it to stop so they could get back. And so they agreed to things, including, you know, they didn't really protest and understand what was going on with the split of Germany that was happening. And so they went with peace and safety. So what he's talking about is very accurate.

people look for peace and safety, and the Antichrist will come offering peace and safety. Now, I disagree. I do not think AI is going to hasten the arrival of the Antichrist. The sin of man will hasten the arrival of the Antichrist and hasten the return of the real Christ, Jesus Christ. However—

Along the way, the deception will be great. And I think that's a point he's trying to get to. But the other gentleman was making, I think was a good and fair point. Aren't every advanced tool, you know, like if you go look at all of the technological tools, you look at the DVD, you look at video games, you look at things that were going on, you look at the multi-camera angles that were on DVD. Do you know what the first industry always to use all of these entertainment advanced technology is? Government. Porn.

Porn. Porn was the first one to use all the advanced stuff on DVD. They say, imagine watching a movie from five different angles. Boom. Porn had it first. And so sinfulness and things goes first with usually technological advances because fraudsters used it before there's controls.

And evil people use it before there's laws and a sheriff. And so whereas the Antichrist will say, hey, I will clean all this up. I will make it nice for you. He's absolutely correct, and he's speaking from a biblical point of view. I like it. Okay, next story. Trump says Israel agrees to conditions of 60-day ceasefire as proposal heads to Hamas. President Trump revealed on Tuesday that Israel has agreed to the conditions of the 60-day ceasefire with Hamas.

My representative has – is this the one, Rob, if you have – okay. My representative had a long and productive meeting with Israelis today on Gaza. Israel has agreed to the 60 days and the conditions, during which time we will work with all parties to end the war, the Qataris and the Egyptians.

who have worked very hard to help bring peace, will deliver this final proposal. I hope for the good of the Middle East that Hamas takes this deal because it will not get better. It will only get worse. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Adam, your thoughts on this? Well, Trump's trying to run the table and work out all these deals that he's been working on and first started with.

India and Pakistan a couple weeks ago. We see that the ceasefire between Iran and Israel is holding and now he's moving on to Gaza and then hopefully he can run the table on Russia and Ukraine. But Trump is a dealmaker and he's trying to cut a deal. So what's happening here, in my opinion, there's a proposal, there's conditions. And what's the title of the article that Israel has agreed to the conditions? Is it not?

So Israel has agreed. Now, Israel, in my opinion, they have two stipulations. Number one, can we get our hostages back? You know, those people that you just kind of like ran up on and stolen, hijacked and killed a lot of people, you know, that whole thing. And then number two, this is kind of important. Yeah. Stop terrorizing us.

We'd like that. We'd like to just live in peace and prosperity and not have missiles from Houthis and Hezbollah and Hamas and Islamic Jihad and all the terror crew out there just terrorizing people because, you know, that's what terrorists do. They terrorize. Meanwhile, we're literally negotiating with terrorists. And, you know, the whole the phrase about not negotiating with terrorists. And then Hamas comes back. And what did Trump say? That they basically gave an unacceptable counteroffer.

So the story kind of goes like, all right, yeah, we'll give you the hostages back. Some are going to be dead. Sorry about that. But the second part...

The whole like stopping jihad. Yeah, we can't do that. Like Diddy, we can't stop, won't stop. That's just kind of what we do. It's kind of in our charter that you can't live. So in my opinion, this is one big poker game. And, you know, you talked about the word tilt the other day, Pat, you know, when you're throwing good money after bad money, oh my God, I'm on tilt. Well, in poker or in cards, it's all about who has the leverage. Now Hamas using a Trump quote, Hamas don't got the cards.

Right, Zelensky? So meanwhile, Israel has a full house. They got three kings, two queens. They just eliminated all the terror proxies surrounding them. With the help of America, eliminated Iran's nuclear capabilities. And Hamas is basically holding a pair of twos and

and maybe an ace up their sleeve, which whatever that is, which doesn't exist, they're like, yeah, we're going to negotiate here. If this were a real negotiation, like an actual business negotiation, Israel would just run over Gaza and Hamas and just say, better luck next time. But they're trying to sort of play the geopolitical nice guy without wiping out this entire community.

We'll see what happens. How do you sit there and say, second request is dismantling Hamas? How do you? What does it mean to dismantle Hamas? What does that ask mean? How does a Hamas organization get dismantled? So I think that there's really only one angle I can think of, and it's cutting off all of their money in supply. But the money in supply has always flown black market for these guys. I mean, the whole...

I mean, Adam said it very well. Their charter is you shall not live. How do you dismantle that charter when that is at the core of their belief in existence? And if you cut off their arms supply and you cut off their dark dollars that are coming through Iran and others, then, okay, you still have a group of people who believe in their heart in the charter, even if you tear up the charter as a piece of paper. So dismantling Hamas, I think...

I think really means disrupting and disorganizing where they have their bases and where they're getting their money. I think that's probably the angle, because unless you go out and systematically figure out how to kill each and every Hamas and then wait for their 13-year-old sons to grow up and get worse, right, which is what happens, is what happened with al-Qaeda.

I don't know how you dismantle it. I only know how you disrupt the hell out of it for now. It says, number one, disarm, give up all weapons, including rockets, guns, and other military capabilities. You think Hamas is going to do that? No. Number two, disband its military wing, dissolve the Is'ad al-Din al-Ghassam bridges, the armed wing of Hamas. And their money. Yeah. Number three, relinquish political and administrative control, step down from governing Gaza, potentially...

handing over control to other authority like the Palestinian Authority or international body. Four, end all hostility, cease planning, supporting or carrying out attacks against Israel permanently. And five, accept Israel's right to exist a broader long term. I mean, they're not going to do that. So Vinny, what do you think about this ceasefire? I don't know. Adam mentioned something about, you know, because Israel could just go over and get rid of everybody if they wanted to. I saw a video, Pat,

I'm hearing that, Rob. I saw a video of just what Gaza, what Rafah looks like in Gaza, on the Gaza Strip. And this is a five-month-old video. This is five months ago. I mean, I understand they were going after Hamas and they were hiding and building and stuff, but this looks like Hamas

was literally everywhere. There's going to be another shot of overhead. My question is, where is Hamas? This is Gaza. This is Rafah. This is one section of Gaza where it's decimated. I understand they're talking about a ceasefire, but where's Hamas here? They're what's known as living in the tunnels.

Oh, well, guess what? Instead of taking the billions of dollars that the UN and all the Arab states have given them, they decided to build down and build tunnels. But look at this video, Adam. This is wiping out the entire city. And Israel, I think, is technologically advanced. They could go in those tunnels, put your boots on the ground, and go get these guys. And go get them. Because that ceasefire, again, Pat, you're right. You're negotiating with terrorists.

America doesn't negotiate with terrorists. So if Israel's going to do that, go finish it. Get on the ground and go get them because they're not... I'm with Pat. You think you're going to negotiate with Hamas, with terrorists? No. No, because that's what... I agree. All you can do is disrupt them. And even if you disrupt their money, disrupt their arms, disrupt them, you're disrupting them, comma, for now because...

the same charter and the same belief on their heart waiting to grow up and take up dad's take up the family business which is what eliminate Israel well people he asked a very important question like how do you actually do this and Tom sort of touched the surface of what you do you take away their funding you mentioned Iran you know Iran is definitely funding them especially the military wings

But it's no secret that the biggest disruptor and the biggest funder of terrorism isn't necessarily Iran, it's Qatar. So if you look at the title of this article, what two countries are negotiating with Israel and the United States? It's Egypt...

drumroll Qatar so Egypt in my opinion a lot of the Arab states actually don't actually care about the Palestinians I'm sorry there's more people in the West the Greta Thunberg's of the world the woke mobs of the world even the Candace's of the world that care way more about what's going on Gaza than the actual neighbors because if you ever seen the fence in between Egypt and Gaza it's worse than the one in Israel and

Egypt don't want these people. Jordan doesn't want these people. Lebanon is taking in zero people. Why is that? But why is Qatar involved? Qatar is nowhere near them. It's because, because Qatar is basically Hamas's daddy. Where did they find Ishmael Hania? There's the fence in Egypt.

That's a sign that they don't want you coming through here to Egypt. And we saw what happened when basically the woke left showed up to Egypt and tried to get into Gaza. They were turned around not politely. But Hamas being funded by their daddy, Qatar. Qatar is a very interesting country because they present this sort of lipstick on a pig, neutral ambassador. We're going to work this out. Meanwhile, they're the ones funding the Muslim Brotherhood movement.

When when the US had to negotiate with the Taliban, where did they meet in Doha, Qatar? Qatar is the daddy and don't take my word for it. Take their neighbors. Saudi, UAE and Egypt itself has all accused.

Qatar of funding terrorism. So the person negotiating the middleman is actually the person that's funding everything It's a very weird situation here and Israel in my opinion. They're doing two things peace through strength. They're not messing around anymore They've eliminated all their enemies and number two They're basically saying total domination within that within that sector and we're gonna see what happens what Trump does here with Gaza but in my opinion Israel should just take the whole thing over and

Yeah, if I look at a comparison to ISIS, right? Remember, every day was ISIS, ISIS, ISIS, ISIS, ISIS. And then when they took out Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, he died like a dog, right? That whole thing that happened. A beautiful dog. And it gradually disappeared, but they went right after the head leader. Now, they're still around in a couple different pockets. They're not as big as they used to be, but I just don't know what it means. Right?

Yeah, as long as you get rid of Hamas, this is what, no, I don't see that. Well, how do you kill an ideology, right? I guess that's the question. Yeah, but what do you mean? Then to me, then it goes to Israel is asking something that's impossible. You're making those two conditions. I'm sorry. If I'm Trump, I'm like, no, we can't deliver on that. Why? Because they're true believers, fanatical. They're never going to stop.

So what do you mean one of the conditions is getting rid of Hamas? That's not possible. They're not going away. They can't stand you. You want them to suddenly stop? And I don't mean it from a standpoint of, you know, I don't mean it from a standpoint of, you know, leverage or any of that stuff. I think this is a dumb deal. I think it is. Because you want to ceasefire and one of the two conditions is this? Who's going to listen? You think they're going to listen?

Are we supposed to be this naive? I'm sorry. I'm really trying to buy in. I have a hard time. I've been around these guys in the Middle East. They're fanatical. You can't reason with them. You can't say, let's have a reasonable conversation. We're willing to do this as long as you guys stop talking about that Israel doesn't have the right to exist. No, go read their charter. So why is that one of your two requests?

It's almost as if Israel is asking for something knowing that can't get done. So if you're asking for that knowing it can't get done, what do you want to be done? What do you really want to get done? Yeah.

It's interesting, Pat. You talk a lot about negotiation, and you're one of the most astute negotiators that I've ever seen in multiple things. And when you ask for something that you know the other side won't give you, it gives you the excuse to keep fighting. Great point. I'm not with this approach, and I'm not. Because I would sit there and I would say, let's just say I'm in the room and you ask me for that kind of a request. I'm like, no.

No, you know they're not going to do it. Well, then I'm not going to stop fighting if you can't agree. So then why don't you just say that publicly? This is why this thing will not stop. Yeah, but it's both sides, though. It's not a, you know, to me, if you just want to go do what you want to do, stop making it seem like you're forced. Just go do it already. Just go do what you want to do already. Don't tell me I have to get rid of Hamas and put the onus on me that you're agreeing to a ceasefire. That's an impossibility. It's not going to happen.

Everyone shouting ceasefire now ceasefire now forgets that there's two terms of the negotiation. They just stopped the ceasefire Well, they're still shooting rockets. They still have our hostages. How do you stop this? You know a major point This is it's so funny Like if you don't learn from history or destined to repeat it Golda my ear who was the first female Prime Minister of Israel She said the following there will be peace when the terrorists the Palestinians what-have-you love their children more than they hate Israel and

If you love your children more than you hate Israel, you'll want your children to live and grow and not have them in indoctrination jihad camps. How many times have you seen videos of five-year-olds, six-year-olds wearing terrorist outfits with guns? This whole society has been indoctrinated. How do you get around that? You're not going to. There's a billion and a half of them around the world of which take...

A tent are fanatical and a tent of those are extremely fanatical, which is a percent of them. That's a big number. I hear you. Let's just actually do this. What's a tenth of a billion and a half? 150 million. Let's just say they support some of these things, but they're not fully fanatical. What's 1% of 1.5 billion? What's 1% of 1.5 billion? 15 million. What's 0.1%?

1.5 million. What's .01%? 150,000. What's .001%? 15,000. That's 15,000 too many. That's 15,000 too many. This

They said the same thing about Egypt. They had a peace deal with Egypt. They said the same thing about the Jordanians. They had a peace deal with Jordan. Now they have the Abraham Accords. They've done deals all around the Middle East. This is why Bibi, quite frankly, is more focused on the new version of the Abraham Accords and getting peace with actual major players in Saudi than Hamas. This is BS negotiation. This is BS negotiation. What would you do? I'm going to give you. My number one step is Iran. My number one step is not Hamas.

Where's the money coming from? Who is funding them? Who's backing them? Qatar and Iran. Okay, so then go to the source. Go to the source. This is step number eight. Like you go and play domino, there's 10 dominoes. When you want to have the tipping, you know, you hit the first domino. Why are we going and hitting number eight domino? The first one's the problem. Get to the first one, not to the eighth one. I don't understand this methodology of negotiation. To me, this is theatrics.

To me, this is all like, hey, we're open to it. No, you're not. You're not open to it. This is pure for theater and TV and for- You're saying Hamas is not open to it. No, I think both of them. Stop acting like you were pursuing a peace deal. You're giving something that 90% of naive people will fall for and say, wow, look, they really want to do this. No, number one is Iran. Number one is not Hamas. It goes to that. Now, I know the people that can't stand Israel.

Those who hate Israel, whatever you want to call them, the woke right, any of that stuff, they're going to say, no, number one is Israel. But the reality is, pre-79, it was cool. It was chill. What happened after that? The fanaticals showed up. The extremists showed up. I'm going to go to the next story because this just drives me insane just reading this even more and more.

It's purely showmanship, and it's not something I support. Not for things like this. Rob, can you do me a favor? Just play this clip. I don't want any reaction to it. I just want to play this clip. Here's CNN's Harry Enten talking about where Trump's at right now. More beloved amongst Republicans than any. Watch this one here. Very weird. Watch this. Go ahead.

I think every politician would like this number here, especially to see it go up. How about compared to other presidents who were Republicans? Yeah, it's history-making. It's history-making. What are we talking about here? So why don't we look back? We have all the presidents, Republican presidents, going back over the last 35, 36, 37 years. What are we talking about? GOP, who strongly approved five months in. Look at this.

George, H.W. Bush, Bush 41, 46%. Bush 43, 59. You see Trump, the first term, 53. But look at this. Damn. 63%. He beats all the other Republicans on the board here, and I was looking even back since Reagan. And get this, Donald Trump beats...

Ronald Reagan when it comes to the strongly approved five months. And of course, Reagan was coming off that high after that assassination attempt. So the bottom line is Donald Trump is making history with the Republican base. He is more beloved by this Republican base than any Republican base loved any GOP president five months in. It is history making. So I'm going to go to this next story, which kind of coincides with this. Elon Musk's

Trump's libertarian, libertarian Sikh partnership with Elon Musk. Okay? Sikh partnership with Elon Musk. So what does this mean? What does this mean? Let's go to this. Because you saw the follow-up between the two, and it doesn't seem like it's slowing down anytime soon. Libertarian National Committee Chair,

Stephen Achelya urged Billionaire Elon Musk to join the Libertarian Party rather than start a new third party, stating making a third party would be a mistake and the Libertarian Party is the most set up party to be the dissident subservice party. He noted the party's budget is a million dollars to three million dollars annually. Wow, that's not even a budget. While Musk spent over $250 million in 2024 in his pact to support President Trump, he added, once the Capitol is there, the doors get blown wide open.

He emphasized the libertarian party's established ballot access in nearly every state, stating that there's no way an independent or new party can actually do this. Rob, can you pull up the poll of Elon Musk talking about should I start a third party?

And then by doing so, Musk escalated his feud with President Trump by supporting Republican Kentucky Representative Thomas Massie's 2026 reelection, stating on X, I will win press on Monday and me on Tuesday in response to a post about backing Massie's campaign. Musk criticized Trump's big, beautiful bill posting on X, every member of Congress who campaigned, da-da-da-da, we read this last week, that he's going to campaign against them. I will try to, what's the word he used?

What's the word he used? That I'm going to primary you out? Massey posing the bill for insufficient spending cuts. Told the Daily Caller the political calculus that both the president and AIPAC have to consider is if they go after me and lose, they've lost a lot of credibility. Here's the one. Is that the one, Rob, that he talked about? No, it's a different poll. I'm still looking. So anyway, there's discussions about polls. So now you heard about the popularity amongst Republicans. What are the chances you think Musk saw that clip?

What is it likely that you think Musk saw the clip about Trump's popularity being above Trump in 2016? 100%. Okay, so he's watching that. When he sees that, what is he thinking long term?

What is he thinking long term? Do you think there's a high likelihood that Musk starts a third party, Tom? There's a video out there of that. So, yes. Do I think he's going to try? I'm going to look for it right now. Yes, I think he's going to try for two reasons. One is there are a large number of voters that are the Lieberman voters that are,

the Joe Manchin voters who are the edge independents from both parties who are a little fed up with both sides and then there are those people that are true centrists who

who believe that we live in a uniparty. And so there is a certain percent of people that believe there is absolutely uniparty, and then there are people that are frustrated Democrats and frustrated Republicans. All of those coming together under one banner, call it the lavender, whatever you want to call it, and I don't mean lavender like LGBTQ, talking about true purple, right, in terms of red versus blue. Yeah, what Florida used to be. So do I think...

that Elon Musk is going to try to galvanize that support. He has shown that he can be impulsive and he uses his money as leverage. So I think, yes, I think he's going to try. Now, how big of a swing of the ball would this be?

I don't know. But I believe he's going to try because I believe he's bitter. I believe that we see a lot of things coming out right now. And I believe that this big, beautiful bill we have not yet seen, and we're going to see it in earnings reports, and I'm not going to go back to my analysis from last time, that there's a lot of different angles that are going to impact Tesla. And I think he's pissed off. You know, when Biden invited all the EV companies and he left one out, do you remember that one meeting? And he was so furious. Yeah.

And would you like to believe that that kind of lit the fuse for a billionaire dancing on stage in Butler, Pennsylvania? So that's one, right? Do you remember when Newsom did what he did to the county where Tesla's headquarters were? And he's like, wait a minute, you want to do this? I'm out, right? Do you remember all this? Correct. Okay, so there's a pattern here, okay? Remember how I said you have to watch people politically on where their opinion comes from? Number one is bias. Number two is who offended them.

And there's different levels of being offended. There's those that are offended and move on, and there's those that are offended that will never forget. And then there's those that are offended that will never forget and will do everything in their power to seek their vengeance. And those people typically don't necessarily, they don't have a way to tap into their faith. It's tough. But I'm talking seeking vengeance at all costs with...

Negative vengeance, not positive. There is choose your enemies wisely that brings out the best in you. There's choose your enemies wisely that brings out the worst in you. Musk has been offended on the biggest stage in the world. There's not a stage bigger than that. There just isn't. He got offended at the highest level. Is he able to reason and be fair? I don't think so. I think those two are out the window.

Would he be willing to spend billions of dollars to start a third party? I think so. Do I think he will be successful? For sure. Here's a poll that he ran, Rob. Glad you found it. Is it time to create a new political party in America that actually represents the 80% in the middle? Yes. 80% said yes. He says 80% in the middle and 80% said yes. And that's a good sample amount. That's 5.6 million people that voted for this. Go a little bit lower, Rob.

Does it show when this poll was? I just want the date, if you could find it. I'll find the date. Okay. I just want to know when this date was. June 30th. June 30th. So that's a few days ago. It's not a long time ago. I think if there's any guy that could start a third party and get a lot of support behind it and completely disrupt the Republican Party and all of it is this guy. Go ahead and play this clip, Rob. What's this about?

This is the clip Vinnie sent. Yeah, this might be one. And then, Pat, also, just to follow up on this one, do you remember when they asked him who would be in the White House in 2032? That's a quick clip after this one I want to show you. You'll remember it. Rockets and cars and stuff. Um...

So what am I doing in politics? It's not, I don't want to be in politics, I want to be clear. That is not my preference. I just like building stuff, I like building products that people love, and I derive joy from seeing people enjoy the products that my companies make. I actually don't like politics at all. I hate politics.

But the stakes are so high here that I have had no choice but to take a stand. So it's not something I want to do. What is he saying here, though? He's basically saying, I don't want... He's

He doesn't say third party, though. No, but basically what he's saying is he doesn't like politics at all, but when this much... Did you see the AI one, Pat, that he said? What's the AI one? He's basically saying, they said, who do you think is going to be the president in 2023? He's like, how do you know it's not going to be an AI version of this or that? That's even a scary one. But him saying he doesn't have to get involved, but when it's his money involved, then he gets... Rob, what's this clip? This is the AI question. Play the clip. Who's going to win the White House in 2024?

Who do you think will win the White House in 2032? Which type of AI? Transformers or the fusion? He's already going there. You know what I mean? The hell with 2024. 2032, that's where he's going. He's the one guy that could start a third party and piss a lot of people off and disrupt like ways we've never seen before. By the way, keep this in mind.

Everything in negotiations is about leverage, right? Long term, where does he have negotiation? Where does he have leverage? Starlink, you need it. Iran, Starlink. Ukraine, Starlink. Hey, we need Starlink. Starlink, Starlink. Hey, can you send Starlink? Begging him to send Starlink, right? Okay. All right. What's going to happen with robots? Guess who's going to want a lot of robots? Everybody. Military. Yes. Everybody. So the only leverage the government has...

is if they keep giving the money to them and they stop that, if they stop funding him, if he's shown this type of behavior after gathering billions of dollars from the U.S. government, I would not be surprised if President Trump suddenly comes out and says the funding for Musk is stopped. Then, do you think Musk can get funding from anywhere if he really wanted to? He can get money from anywhere if he wants to. The opposition, 100%. Anywhere if he wants to. So the sequencing of...

making some of these decisions, you have to be really thinking about what's going to happen next with this. But I think if there's anybody that can do third party, it's him. Adam, your thoughts on this? I don't think Elon is going to do this third party thing. I think if you just take him literally, he don't want to be in politics. I think he kind of dipped his toe into the water. How long did he last at Doge?

Six months, and all of a sudden he's back to basically colonizing Mars. Anytime that somebody tries to start a third party, it's always easier said than done. I agree that this two-party binary system is killing us, no doubt. But anytime that a third party is mentioned, I always say one thing. Who's your candidate?

Because if you look at case examples, shout out to the BizDoc, the most successful libertarian candidate of all time was Gary Johnson in 2016. He had 4.5 million votes, 3% of the popular vote, zero electoral votes. And then we had the powerhouse.

in 2020 known as Joe Jorgensen. What a candidate. And she got 1.8 million votes, zero electoral college votes. Loserville. The last candidate that I remember who actually kind of tipped an election was 2000 Ralph Nader, Green Party. He had a million votes.

The last successful candidate that was in a third party didn't win zero electoral votes was, of course, Ross Perot in 92, right? He helped get Clinton elected. RFK, we thought he was going to do great. You know, he's a Republican now, essentially. So all these candidates that come out there and get paraded out there, they end up getting zero electoral votes. They end up making a mess. And a lot of times they end up tipping the election to the team that you necessarily don't want to win. And the last part is this. There's no infrastructure. If you look at the quote where he says...

there's no way an independent new party will actually do this due to time resources required, just like with RFK. So in my opinion, unless the Libertarian Party, the Independent Party, whoever, actually has a viable candidate, it's all just hot air. This is not the regular guy. By the way, here's... But he can't run. No, I get that. He can fund somebody. But that's even more powerful. But who's the candidate? That's even more powerful. He's going to find his candidates. Here's the part you have to be thinking about. I'm okay. I'm just trying to fix this thing.

is the following. You say he doesn't want to be in politics. Bro, he said that. No, I get that. He is in politics. He's been in politics. The moment you become a billionaire and not even a billionaire, the moment you're public and you're worth in the billions, let alone tens of billions, let alone hundreds of billions, you are in politics. You don't have a choice.

You are in politics. You are a politician. You are dealing with all the lawmakers. You are dealing with all the lobbyists. You are dealing with all these other prime ministers and presidents. Elon Musk is in politics. He doesn't have a choice. He can never, ever leave politics. Ever.

Whether you like it or not, this is kind of how it goes. You ever see those videos where these celebrities say, I miss the days when I wanted to just go to Walmart and be able to buy something, all this other stuff, right? Okay, great. And you lose that Walmart freedom of going to Walmart or Target or whatever it is. This guy, he built something that's revolutionary, and now you don't want to deal with politics? You don't have a choice. Every one of his biggest feuds, if you think about the last few years, have been with politicians.

Go ahead. Don't do politics. You don't have a choice. If I'm an advisor and I'm sitting there in a room with him, I'm a friend or a family or somebody that he's coming for councils like I'm so sick and tired of dealing with these bullshit politicians that one minute they promise this one minute they say this one minute they say that I'm done with politics. I'm going to say no, Elon, you can't. You don't have a choice. Your approach has to change.

But you don't have a choice of getting out of it. So for him, he doesn't like to be controlled. He's the worst employee in the world because he doesn't need to be one. He believes in himself so much that he doesn't like control. And the more he moves up, there's control. He can't stand him. Again, my opinion. Can I push back on you a little bit? Of course you can push back. Yeah, for sure. So here's where you're definitely right. And then here's where maybe there could be an adjustment. So he's 100% in politics.

So, I mean, if you remember when Trump ran in 2016, he's like, yeah, I know all the donors. I've given it to all these people. I know what's going on here. You know, Hillary Clinton won't remove this tax deduction because all her rich, famous friends use it. Same thing I would do. Right. So they're all in politics. I totally agree. But there's a difference between being in politics, kind of playing the game versus trying to basically start a new third party. Right.

That's like starting a new startup, right? I mean, you can appreciate that. You want to give seed capital, startup, who's going to be your CEO. That's a whole other level of getting involved in politics. When I went to Brazil and we were there and we were dealing with all these guys, there was a guy that everybody kept bringing up. And it's not a guy you know. Everybody kept bringing up. Everybody kept bringing up. Everybody kept bringing up. And he was the guy that had 21% of Brazil's voters.

It was 14 to 21 percent who had – give me one second. So this guy had 14 to 21 percent of voters. And here's what it meant. He's never going to be president. His candidates will never be president. But guess what? The road to presidency only comes with you giving him favors. Hmm.

If you piss him off, you ain't getting elected, buddy. He controls it. Okay? And there's a name for the guy. I don't know what the guy's name was. This guy was so powerful. Everywhere I went, they would bring up this guy. Everywhere I went, they would bring up this guy.

on the political party that he had. Everybody. So if Musk gets to a point, I don't think it's that guy. It's a different one. I would see his face. He's a good-looking guy. Every time, if this guy even gets 15%, he doesn't need to be 51%.

If he gets 15%, if he gets 18%, if he gets 20%, he is the biggest throne. Every time midterms comes up, every time elections comes up, the most hated man and the most powerful man is the man that only controls 15% to 20%. He doesn't need 51%. So I think that's the one. Go back to the one, Liberty Park. That's it. That's the one right there. Ciro Gomez. I think this is the guy. What party is it that he controls? The Democratic Labor Party.

And what percentage do they have? Yeah, I don't want to say 100%, but that looks like it's the guy. 10% to 15%. That's the one where everybody, everybody has to go through this guy. It is the most annoying thing that they all were talking about. And he knew the power that he had. And guess what? Every time you wanted to go through him, it came with a bunch of favors you have to give to this guy. And it was so annoying.

It was so annoying that they had to go through this guy every single flipping time. I'll try to find the name here in a minute and give it so we know. Who's that person? Huh? Who's that person in America? Meaning? No, that could be Elon. That gives Elon full control. If Elon has influence over a party.

You don't have to be somebody that wants to. So then Elon is just a puppet master of whatever candidate shows up. No, no. And then his leverage is, all right, if you don't back me, the other team is going to win. It's still going to be a Republican or a Democrat that wins. He becomes every candidate's boss. He becomes the ultimate puppet master. And you can't F with him. You cannot. I don't think we want that, do we? It's not that. You don't have a choice, buddy.

You know this whole thing with Muslims, you know, they're growing the Mecca in Plano or whatever they're building. What was it called? Epic City. What was it called in Dallas? Epic City. Yeah, go ahead. The Constitution says they can do it. Unless if you say no one in Muslim Islam can be in the States building Meccas, these guys are going to keep building. You don't have a choice of a guy wanting to build a third party. Say whatever you want to say. I'm building my third party. Go ahead. Do something about it.

No, it's not that whether we want it or not. Competition works that way. You just offended the wealthiest man in America on the highest level of public stage, and everybody saw it. Everybody saw it. You think he's going to forget? Have you read his book? Have you read his book to see what this guy's wiring is on? I don't think it's going to go away anytime soon. But anyway, let's go to the next story here. Let's go to the next story here. Let's go to the next story here. So Mamdani, the guy that wants to be the mayor of New York.

Trump, a deportation threat. We want to accept this intimidation. Rob, do you have the clip of Trump talking about deporting him? Let's start off with that one first. Here's President Trump. Go for it.

Your beloved New York City may well be led by a communist soon, Zorhan Mondami, who in his nomination speech said he will defy ICE and will not allow ICE to arrest criminal aliens in New York City. Your message to communist Zorhan Mondami? Well, then we'll have to arrest him. Look, we don't need a communist in this country, but if we have one, I'm going to be watching over him very carefully on behalf of the nation.

We send him money. We send him all the things that he needs to run a government. And by the way, they get already, they get about three times what you get, Ron. If you look at the per capita, Florida gets one third of what New York gets in terms of the numbers. Why don't you give us those numbers? Because that's what we should send him. Sometimes people say Florida gets more because they count Social Security recipients, but that's not money to the state.

Those are seniors that live here. If they moved to North Carolina, you could count it there. So it has no interaction with the state government. They get more in the city and state governments than we get. Right. Substantially. We're going to be watching that very carefully. And a lot of people are saying he's here illegally. He's you know, we're going to look at everything. But and ideally, he's going to turn out to be much less than a communist. But right now he's a communist. That's not a socialist.

All right, so that's the president saying that. And then this is, by the way, the guy I was talking about earlier was Gilberto Casab. And this is him responding to President Trump. Go for it. Yesterday, Donald Trump said that I should be arrested. He said that I should be deported. He said that I should be denaturalized. And he said those things about me, someone who stands to be the first immigrant mayor of this city in generations, someone who would also be

the first Muslim and the first South Asian mayor in this city's history. Less so because of who I am, because of where I come from, because of how I look or how I speak, and more so because he wants to distract from what I fight for. I fight for working people. I fight for the very people that have been priced out of this city, and I fight for the same people that he said he was fighting for.

This is the same president who ran on a campaign of cheaper groceries, who ran on a campaign about easing a suffocating cost-of-living crisis. And ultimately, it is easier for him to fan the flames of division than to acknowledge the ways in which he has betrayed those working-class Americans, not just in this city but across this country, and the ways in which he continues to betray them.

Because we know that he would rather speak about me than speak about the legislation that he is shepherding through Washington, D.C. He's a pro. Legislation that will quite literally take health care away from Americans. Legislation that will steal food. Legislation that looks to build upon one of the largest transfers of wealth we've seen in recent history. You can pause it at this point. We got it. So now it's lip service. He's very good, Pat. He's very good at what he does. So...

Tom, your thoughts on the president talking about we will get rid of him or any of that stuff and then his reaction to it. Well, what the president was answering a hypothetical with a hypothetical. And it's like, what if he walks up to you on a playground, sir, and hits you on the head with a stick? And what Trump looked at and said, well, I guess I'm going to pick up on a bigger stick and I'm going to hit him back.

And that's basically what you heard. And then you heard fact based analysis. And by the way, it was really good to see DeSantis and Trump on that stage answering a question and being on the same side of something. Floridians wanted to see that. We voted for Trump for president and we've got a great governor in DeSantis. We really want to see that unity. And when he's talking about mad Manny, the madman of New York,

The madman of New York is speaking as if he's already mayor. He knows he's he is doing that on purpose. I'm already here. I'm already in power. And it's a very interesting, you know, psychological ploy that he's putting on the voters. But I think what Trump said was exactly right. Really? OK, well, if you're not going to go along with it.

then I guess you're going to get arrested, dude. I guess, you know, we're going to have to take action against you because you're in violation of a federal order. And what you have to remember is in New York City, he is trying to sow the seeds of chaos to get a bigger Marxist plan in place because Mad Manny knows exactly what he's doing. He knows where Eric Adams got all those EBT cards. Remember those? Of

Of course. $63 million a week or whatever that weird number was. And I'm going to have that number wrong. But remember all that during COVID? And it's like the rest of the nation was like, wow, what's going on? I said, hey, taxpayers, United States of America, you are feeding New York. The government's not feeding New York. Every person in the rest of the United States who is a legal taxpaying citizen was feeding New York. So I like the fact.

that Trump just kind of stood up to him but did it in a very casual way and then pointed out, said, look, man, there's an awful lot of money going to New York. You want to mess with this? But I think he wants, Mad Manny wants the disorder that's going to come out of that. Your thoughts on this? Me? Oh, yeah. I think if I could give any advice to Donald Trump, I would stay the hell out of this election.

Because within New York City, clearly, they're not a big fan of Trump. They do have TDS. Otherwise, they wouldn't be putting this democratic socialist slash communist slash jihadist slash ismist up for the candidate of the Democratic Party in New York City. So in my opinion, Trump, stay out of this thing. It's going to be a one-on-one battle between Mondani and most likely Eric Adams. I also think Cuomo...

Sayonara, buddy. You had your chance. Get the hell out of this race. If this is a two-person race, Eric Adams does have a chance, the incumbent mayor of New York. If there's multiple people competing...

Get ready for Mondani to be the mayor of New York City. The juxtaposition of a democratic socialist jihadist immigrant mayor coming into the heart of capitalism in the heart of America, in the heart of Wall Street, governing using terms like I just want economic justice.

Right? People over profits. We're just going to seize the means of production. You know, just like Karl Marx recommended. Nobody needs that much. We don't need billionaires. Hey, Mr. Mayor, New York City has the most billionaires in the world. Don't worry about that. So we're going to see what happens here, but

All spotlight is going to be on what happens with Eric Adams and the rest of these candidates against this guy's overrun. Well, first, I picked up really, really quick on how he just said Donald Trump. He doesn't address him as president. He doesn't show any type of respect for the office, which whatever. He can do whatever he wants. But the fact that he is openly saying, I am not...

He said he's going to block ICE from doing their job. So he's basically saying he's going to pledge to harbor illegals that the city has already been going downhill because of the whole sanctuary city nonsense. I also think... And by the way, Cuomo... What's Andrew Cuomo polling at right now, Pat? He's at what? He's the lowest percentage...

he's just going to run interference which is going to help Mamdani even more, if he had any decency any sense, get the hell out of the race let it get down to him and Adams, which I can't even believe that it's going to be down to, you know, the lesser of the two evils, which I already hate that freaking saying, but you know what, let them let, like I said before, let him win, dude he seems like he's going to be the favorite, let him

do it and then I want him when ICE comes to get illegals try to block them and then put his ass and arrest his ass that's what I want to happen he's talking all that tough shit right now but when it comes down to it do it when you're in and we're going to see what's going to happen because listen

He's going to win. Adams, they're not going to vote for Adams. That's the future is that guy right there. And just the way that you heard him speak eloquent and breaking everything down, I wish he rapped it. I would have enjoyed it more, but this is it. This week he was talking about buses a lot, talking about transportation, public transportation. Who in history said, you vote for me, I'll make the trains run on time?

Yeah, that was in Italy. Benito Mussolini. Mussolini? It was a very simple thing. You people don't have what you need. I'll make the trains run on time. And they elected a man who would partner with Hitler. Great. But, I mean, look, I'm not going as far as this guy's going to partner with Hitler.

and resurrect them or do something like that. I'm talking about the people that are reacting to this. If you're going into like AI is going to find a way to resurrect Hitler and you're going that dark, Tom, I'm not going that area right now with you. I'm not going that far. That's a little bit extreme. I'll be over here if you need me. I know fully what you're saying and you're right because God knows who he can partner up with. Do you know if it's legal for the U.S. government to denaturalize a U.S. citizen? Do you know if it's legal to do so?

I think there are, didn't Ethel and Julius Rosenberg kind of subject to some of that? The atomic spy case? You showed me, so I don't want to say anything. It is legal. Yes. Okay. To denaturalize a U.S. citizen, but only for specific reasons. So now let's see what that is. Go a little bit lower, Rob. Okay.

Legal grounds for it. This breaks down exactly what's there. Fraud or misrepresentation. Okay. That's not going to be the case here. Legal procurement. If the person wasn't actually eligible for naturalization. Membership in subservice groups. Okay. If the person joins a group like the Communist Party. Uh-oh. Like the Communist Party or terrorist organization. Or a terrorist organization. A citizen.

or military dishonor. If a person gains citizenship through military and is later dishonorably discharged before serving honorably for five years, their citizenship can be revoked. Now, was this guy born in the States? Was Mandani born in the States? No, I think he was born in Sudan or Uganda or something. Where was Mandani born? I thought it was an Asian. He was born in Kampong, Uganda. Uganda? There you have it. The reality of it is he has the ability, if you wanted to,

to be able to do something with Mamdani. I don't think he should. I don't think he should because if you thought George Floyd was a hero, this guy will be on the cover of every single magazine around the world that will turn him into a Nelson Mandela type of a figure if they do something like that. But long term, here's a crazy thought for you. Long term, I think a part of where if somebody is here

And if you truly want to protect the Constitution, what America was founded on, you don't want it to happen to what's going on with UK. They're begging people to have kids. There's a story that came out saying the UK government is begging for people to have kids. I don't know what the story is. There it is. Right there. Look at this one here. It says UK government urges young people to have more children amid plummeting birth rates. Go a little bit lower, Rob. Plummeting birth rates. Okay. Okay.

I don't care about the feet, Rob. Go a little bit lower if you could. He's trying to say if you tickle the feet, you get pregnant.

Zoom in right there, Rob. The latest figures from the Office of National Statistics showed in 2023 British fertility rate dropped to 1.44. You know how scary that is? A record low since the government began tracking this in 38 and far below the replacement level of 2.1. We know what the government says. Who cares? We're going to just invite more people from crazy countries and allow as many Muslims and Islam and people to send them as many immigrants that want to come here. Send them. We're going to make it up for that part.

Where am I going with this? If America is going to be able to protect itself long term from people like Mamdani running for office, I don't think that needs to be possible. The guy's got a pure... The language is all communism. I don't think that ought to be possible. But at the same time...

I don't think anything's going to happen to the guy. I think the guy's going to get elected, and the guy's going to cause some damage to New York, and a lot of people are going to move to Florida, and they could potentially cause Florida to be purple again instead of being where it's at right now. I think that's what could end up happening. Adam, final thoughts before I go to the next story. Well, I'm so glad that you pulled that up. Can we just show that one more time? What was sort of the exclusionary part? It said that you can be denaturalized. Rob, can I see that one more time just before I make my point? It says...

A person can actually be eligible for naturalization. Where was it? Okay. If a person has to join a group like the Communist Party or a terrorist organization within five years of becoming a citizen, I'm so glad you found that, PBD, because he does have what's known as an out. I'm not a communist. I'm just a democratic socialist, guys. It's not a big deal.

I'm not a terrorist. I support Hamas, but they're freedom fighters, guys. Come on. What are we talking about here? River to the sea? No big deal. So I do agree that he should have to win at the ballot box. I don't think there should be a referee involved in the middle of basically eliminating this guy from the race. But you bring up a good point with the kids. So I think it was Gaddafi fact checked us who said, listen, you guys in the West,

You know, we're going to slowly take over. Why? Because they're going to come from the women's wombs of Islam. Fact check that statement from Gaddafi. Now you have Muslims having way more kids than Christians. So say what you want to say. America is a Christian country. It's a Christian country. I'm a Jew saying this.

I'm so glad I live in America, in a Christian country. Yeah, sure, it was based on Judeo-Christian values. But we're going to run into a clash of cultures here when we start to see full-on Islamic jihadist-type governing officials in major metropolitan cities. It's already happening in Minnesota. We see what's going on in Dearborn. It's about to happen in New York. We're seeing it in Texas. At some point, America's going to have to take a look at Europe and be like, damn, Brussels just got taken over.

They're praying five times a day in London. They're doing this whole thing. And some, in my opinion, some red blooded Americans are going to say, hold on here, buddy.

This is John Wayne country, okay? We're America here. We're a Christian country. You can get aboard. You can assimilate. But a lot of times these people want to come in and populate and dominate. And in my opinion, we're heading towards a clash of cultures and a clash of civilization. And we're going to see it here right in America because Europe did not stop it. And we'll see what happens.

We're learning a lot about you today. We're learning that you're big fans of grandmas and you're a big supporter of Christians. And if you're ready for it, if you want to repeat after me, Lord, I ask you that you open your heart to your truth.

And hold hands with all the people around you. And if you want to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior, Adam, we will receive you. I think there's going to be a lot of regulation. But we'll put in a good word. And John Wayne. And that's a big wah-hi-um to you, partner. We're the OG Christians. Yeah, it's funny. All right, so let's go to the next story here. A trans UPenn swimmer, Leah Thomas. Willie Boy! Yeah. Will be stripped naked.

of his titles after university bans bends the knee to Trump's administration. Rob, is this the story? Yes, this is Education Secretary Linda McMahon explaining what Penn State has agreed to. Go for it.

Thanks to President Trump and the Trump administration. What he campaigned on, what he actually signed an executive order on, which was that men will not be able to compete in women's sports, was acknowledged by the University of Pennsylvania. We have signed an agreement with them, and we hope that that agreement is going to be a template for other universities who acknowledge that there is no room for men in women's sports.

not only during the competition but also in the locker room and other intimate spaces where these women were required to be with males who changed in front of them. So this is a big deal. The university is apologizing. It is taking away the titles that were incorrectly given to men.

I had stated that it will not have anything on its Web site other than the fact that they are complying with Title nine. We are just very pleased with the outcome that we had today is an utter triumph for for President Trump and for the administration, but mostly for the women and girls who will come behind the Riley games and the Paula Scanlon's and in others. Any thoughts that I

I would be so pissed off. Now, now, what, you're going to mail me my medals? After all the shit that you've done, all the stuff that you guys have... Like, how many girls have had to go up against this dude, this dude, William, because that's his freaking name, William Thomas, okay? Lives are... They're altered. Their lives, you know, and Back to the Future, the space-time continuum, their life is altered because...

America was in a place where they were like, no, you have to let him live his freedom with his testicles in the pool with women. Okay? Yes, I'm happy that it's about time, but let's call it what it is. Okay? He's a mediocre swimmer at best, ranked 400. Then he's like, oh, I'm a girl and kicked the shit out of everybody, broke all the records. He's a freaking coward. Now what? Pat, it takes...

Trump to come in to wake everybody up and fix it. Not the NCAA, not the Ivy League, not the media. They all bent the knee and then Trump has to force their hand. It's unbelievable that it has to come to a point where a different guy has to come in and say, guys, women,

play with women, men, play with men, okay? And then she's the education secretary, Linda McMahon, right? She announced that they're gonna be sending him these apologies. To hell with the apology letter, okay? Send them their records back, send them their medals, okay? And then the scholarships. And then as for Will, good old William Thomas, I would make him publicly hand over every trophy he stole live on TV, just like this photo where we have to see his ass standing there with this freaking girl. Look at that girl's face.

On the right. Swam her whole life to get to this point. And look at this dude. Just chilling on... Hold on, Vinny. I have a question for you. Yeah. I'm not too familiar with this story. Pull up this picture one more time. Yeah.

Which one of these three people was the guy? If you look, Adam, look. I'm having a hard time figuring out which one of these three people may be the 6'6". Adam, look left. Is it the short stubby one on the left? Adam, look for the bulge on the left. Or is it the man on the right with the Adam's apple and the big package? Look for the guy that when he was backstroking, it looked like something. There was an apple floating. There was a periscope. It looked like a shark, like a shark fin hanging out? Yeah, but I wouldn't make him. I don't mean to be rude. I don't know. If that truly is a man, I don't know.

actually condone this decision. But it might actually be a woman still. What is a woman these days? I would say, make him, I want to see this live. Hand over every trophy you stole live on TV. Vinny, why are you misgendering this guy? And I love that you said that. You're a bigot. He misgendered himself. Five years ago, if I was saying this, the J- Still might be identifying as a woman. He misgendered himself.

The what is up? The jig is up. It's a long... The jig is up. The jig is up. Yeah. But you know why this pisses me off a lot? Because there was a time, there was a time where, like, not that long ago, five, six years ago, if we spoke like this, YouTube would take this down. YouTube would come after us and people would... Because Tom said the jig is up. Because Tom said the jig is up. Not because of this freaking dude with his testicles. What does it mean the jig is up? I think there's... I think there's...

One point I want to make here. Get jiggy with it, Tom. And that is, and I've been waiting for two minutes to say this. Go for it. Behind the scenes with everything else that's going on, the Ivy League and everybody couldn't get their voice into the media right now because there's too much other things going on. And behind the scenes on this issue, Donald Trump has the Ivy League by the balls that...

That Leah Thomas has. He absolutely has them by the balls because they pulled back funding. They pulled back support for these...

research that they did. And he stepped on their air hose, which is money that just flows through senators that are alumni and everything back to the Ivy League. It's a slush fund that goes to private, you know, especially elite Ivy private. And Donald Trump threatened to step on that air hose permanently. And he got people to pull back on it.

First on things like protest and so that all students on campus could feel safe when they weren't protecting Jewish students and allowing violent Palestinian protests, except the University of Alabama, which they did a really good job of it, that said, you know, these frat rats here want to kick your ass and we get off work at about 7. So if we're cops, that's what they told them. So the cops said, if we were to leave here and prevent these frat guys from walking across the quad here to kill you, you're going to have a real problem.

So maybe you just want to disband and go home. That's what the University of Alabama told the protesters. But absolutely, President, you know what this is called? Keeping yet another promise by Donald Trump that said, I'm going to come into office and I'm going to handle this. And you know what? I bet we're going to see Riley Gaines in the Oval Office getting that wooden, very simple, but very meaningful NCAA platform.

for her championship i think that's the next step we're going to see shout out and you know what i think it did take too long to get justice and i think you're right and i'm with your emotion but you know what trump is keeping a promise and step one the wrong guy is giving up his trophy and the right girl was sitting there on fox smiling and beaming because after all that she's been through riley gangs god bless you for keeping your tenacity of it justice is about to be served

Adam. Amen. Yeah, well, respect and shout out to Riley Gaines. Hopefully the justice will serve her. I'm not sure if we have this, but I think that Leah Thomas actually...

Responded I don't know if it was her or him or her representative Rob do you have that clip of her responding to this? Okay, there might be her representative my bad can you can you tell me that that's not him I

What? Oh my god. Motherfucker! Take it outside!

That's known as a his-he fit. These dudes are terrific. He's a game star. What kind of woman is going to be a game star? I need my doll on aisle three. It's a man. Good to see that woman removing that. By the way, these stories get crazier. I'm not going to read all of them for you, but

You know, trans inmate back in male prison, years after allegedly raping female cellmate. This is Daily Call. There's so many stories like this, we're not going to get into it. We're going to skip to the next story here of what's going on. So, California. Voters want more action on housing. Poll finds. Okay? And this is from Politico. So what do they mean they want more action when it comes down to housing?

So a University of California Irvine School of Sociology poll found that 70% of richest California voters consider the state's housing shortage a major funding priority, with 33% of likely voters naming housing as their top issue, nearly twice as many as those prioritizing health care. Per the survey shared with Politico, John Gould, the dean of the School of Sociology, said,

stated the lack of affordability of housing as the state continues to vex most Californians and they don't feel like it's being addressed. The poll conducted before Governor Newsom and state lawmakers approved a plan to accelerate housing construction by exempting most urban projects from environmental reviews reflects

ongoing voter frustration with California's affordability crisis, which has worsened homelessness and driven residents to more affordable Sunbelt states. Tom, thoughts on this story? Do you know how many houses the state of California believes it needs to build? And by the way, this is a correct analysis they've done. And I just used California incorrect in the same sentence. I apologize if I offended anyone.

California believes they need to build 2.5 million more homes. And this is everything from a 1,000-square-foot, one-bedroom apartment for a couple or a person to a 1,400-square-foot apartment, two-bedroom, two-bath for a small family to condos, townhouses, high-density, more higher-density single-family units everywhere.

They believe they need two and a half million more homes today. And now they're saying, oh, you know what we're going to do? We're going to skip environmental reviews. You know what that means?

That means they're going to stop having the phony inspectors that would go out to Palisades that said, we need to do a coastal environmental impact study before we can allow you to rebuild your home because we didn't want your home here on the coast in the first place. And you remember what people were saying, whether they were wealthy people or not, saying if that house burns down,

They won't be able to build the one next to it for rebuild it for five years because a coastal commission and other things. So now California finally looking in the mirror and going, you know, all this permitting and all this other stuff we've got and all these phony environmental studies, gosh, maybe we should have, hold

hang back on some of that. So that allows developers to build this because we need two and a half million houses and it's going to take a hell of a long time to do with it. So Nick, guess what? The California voters are saying you moved a lot of illegals in here that squeezed out lower. And then you built a multimillion dollar condo. Yeah.

for the illegals in downtown LA that they trashed over the course of four months. You don't say. Oh, wow. Shocking. Yeah. Somebody something for free. They didn't value it. Well, that's odd. Never heard that. You know, you know, a child has to pay a child saves money all summer to buy themselves a skateboard. They took better care of it than the one you just gave them free because they lost the first one because they were irresponsible. What a freaking shock. This is odd. So PBD

The voters are now surfacing this as number one. And you know what? One of the reasons that these affordability is coming to number one on housing is because on a national level, immigration has slipped to like number three or four in polls. If you ask voters right now, what's number one for you? Guess what? Housing's all the way up. And guess what? Immigration and the border are down like number four or five. You know why? Because the president's fixed that part.

and has put a dent in it. Right now, you've got Californians, Pat, they're screaming for new leadership, and they're screaming in the form of, man, we need more houses right now. They're not going to get that, Tom, that leadership. Because, Pat, question, if they need 3.5 million, what is the realistic number that they're going to get in 2012? Like, what's the...

They need to build 3.5 million in 2025. It's already, we're already in how many months? No, the study is they need two and a half right now. Then how is that going to happen? It's not. And that's why you have multiple families living in apartments and things like this. Do you know what all the fires that happened in California, Palisades, roughly 16,000 homes and structures were burned down. Okay.

Of those, you know what percentage right now are living in RVs on their properties? What percentage are living in RVs in regular places? 70% right now, give or take. Of the money that came to them, do you know of all the 16 homes, 16,000 homes and structures, do you know how many have been rebuilt so far? Six. Out of 16,000? Six.

And outside of that, you ready for the next one of the six that we're talking about? They are saying that if the homes are not rebuilt within three years, they're out. When it comes down to permits, this is the craziest number out of everything that we're talking about. When it comes down to permits, do you know how many people? Fires happen when, Rob? When was the exact date for fires? Can we find out when the exact fires were in California? Yeah.

It's been five months. It's been six months. When was the fires? January, I want to say, right? What was the exact dates that we were looking at this? It was, I want to say, right before election is what it was, or right after election. January 31st. Okay, January 7th is when it started, and it was finally contained January 31st. Do you know what percentage of the people that have been wanting to rebuild their homes got permits? What percentage do you think have gotten permits? 2%. 14%. 86%.

Have no permits. So you know how Newsom is going. I'm going to sue Fox News for $787 million. President Trump says, hey, brother, Mr. Newsom, Gavin Newsom, Governor Newsom, you realize all those homes that were burned, all the structures, everybody, only 14% have permits? Only six have been rebuilt?

You realize a couple billion dollars was given to try. These are people that are living in RVs. You realize how embarrassing that is, how terrible? No one's talking about that. So you want to talk about building homes? Three and a half million of them? If of the homes that were burned, and we're only talking 16,000. Watch this here. Adam, Vinny, Tom is saying that they need to build two and a half million homes, right? Is what they need today. Today. How capable is a state...

of accelerating the process of building 2.5 million homes, when a fire happened in Palisades and 16,000 homes and structures were torn down, destroyed, only six have been rebuilt and only 14% have gotten permits. With that kind of a regulatory environment, how long do you think it's going to take California to be able to build those homes? Now, I mean, this state is in shambles. The speed of execution is insane.

Trump at the top is moving like this. State of California is just keep trying to get to the next campaign to be on the limelight where Tom says it best. I think Newsom is deep down inside worried because the Democrats have chosen Pritzker over him because the moment he tried to show that he's a little bit more on the center, the moment he went there, they're like, the moment he went center, you know who he lost?

He lost the left and the right because he went to the center, had a bunch of these conservatives on his show to act like, yeah, you know, Democrats, we did mess up.

And so Republicans are like, whoa, maybe he's being a little bit reasonable. The center's like, maybe he's being a little bit reasonable. And then he went, boom, back to the left. Guess what he said? The left can't trust you. The right can't trust you because it's all theatrics. You're just trying to get ready for your 2028 election. You know what everybody realized? Neither the left or the right trust you, period. So the only thing you have left is to allow the puppet masters on your political party to tell you what they want you to do. That's all you got left.

So you got to look because the amount of problems your state has and the speed of execution is so slow, people are not going to stay in your state. Adam, any thoughts on this before we go to the next story? I do. There was an article from Tuesday. I don't know if Rob could pull it. Do you have that article about the housing crisis in the major metros, Rob? Do you have that? I do.

Okay, perfect. This was an article from Tuesday that actually I'm glad we're commenting on that talks about how basically to live in America, it's been completely unaffordable in 47 of the 50 major metro areas. So when you're doing your monthly budget, which I encourage everybody to do, which is you take your income and you minus your expenses, and then you have your net savings each month, hopefully you're saving that money.

You're going to have a major problem doing that budget in one city in particular, and that city is, of course, L.A. So what they say, general rule, when you're doing your housing costs, which is your biggest part of your budget, something called the 30 percent rule. Does it say that in the article by any chance about how 30 percent of your monthly income should go towards housing? Here's the problem that you're going to run into.

47 of the 50 top metro areas, people are spending more than the 30%. The only cities that it costs less are Pittsburgh, Detroit, and St. Louis, which is basically hovering around 27 to 29%. But here's where it gets good. In New York, people are paying 67% of their total budget towards their housing. Okay, so that's more than double. In Boston, it's 64%, so a little bit less than double.

LA you ready for this make this make sense to me a hundred and four percent goes towards housing You're supposed to be at 30. Okay Most cities nationwide are averaging 45 percent So there's a 15 percent Delta in big cities like Boston in New York. You're at 66 67 percent in LA you have to spend 104 percent of your total budget on housing

How do you live? And by the way, that's not because it's beautiful and there's the demand to live there. It's because there's a supply shortage. And just like toilet paper was a dollar a roll at Costco during the early part of COVID when all the shortage happened. Remember that, Adam? People were going in there buying the big pack.

of toilet paper and it was very expensive, it's a supply shortage. It's not because they love the beach and the weather or they love the regulatory environment or the traffic or the lack of jobs or the I'll stop with the list or the high insurance or no insurance. It's because there's no homes to buy.

to buy. And those that are buying it, I've bid the price up and that's where the value is. Well, everything's always a supply and demand problem, right? Obviously you're right here, but they also have a math problem. It's just not adding up and they have an affordability problem and a cost of living problem. LA, I continue to remind you, show me a good story that's coming out of California these days. I don't know. I'll wait. This is why I live in Florida. All right. Well, let's go to another story, which is not necessarily good news for LA. New Jersey poised to soon become the top three, uh,

Film destination, says the CEO. Now, in the history of this, if you're familiar with it, I did a video on this about a year and a half, two years ago, about the fact that the headquarters, Hollywood, used to be in New Jersey. And Thomas Edison ran it. And now it looks like it's going back to New Jersey. New Jersey film industry has surged since Governor Phil Murphy signed a film and digital media tax credit in 2018.

with 547 projects filmed in 2023, generating $592 million, and up from $67 million in 2017, per Variety, prompting Tim Sullivan, CEO of New Jersey Economic Development Authority, to state, film and TV started in New Jersey way back in the day, under Thomas Edison, in Fort Lee, New Jersey. We were Hollywood before there was a Hollywood. He's right. We're bringing ourselves back to the top of the pack,

with major investments because we see a huge economic opportunity here. Major studio developments, including Netflix's $1 billion, half a million square foot production studio at Fort Monmouth, announced in May, Lionsgate's 300,000 square foot facility in Newark, announced in 2022, and 1888 Studios' 1.6 million square feet space, and Bayonne, our rare set two...

to boost real local economies. Tom, thoughts on this story? Guess what? New Jersey saw an opportunity to say, we live in the shadow of New York.

We need economic incentives. You know what? There's a lot of actors and actresses that are up in New York. There's a lot of good people here in New Jersey that would like jobs. Tell you what, what if we gave a tax credit to these people because we're not blue, we're kind of light blue. And by the way, I believe the answer is 4.5 points for

was New Jersey was not far off from going red in the last election. And so I think New Jersey just spoke up and said, hey, guys, tell you what, here's an economic, you employ a bunch of people. We'll give you some economic incentives, like some startup costs. And we're going to call it the Film and Digital Media Tax Credit. And guess what? 547 projects.

That's huge. That's like 547 little startup projects that are out there. And you know what? And guess this is where people that are operators that join government and get it done. And I'm going to, I don't even know this guy, but I read about what he's been saying and doing. And it feels like I agree with him. Tim Sullivan, the CEO of the New Jersey economic development authority. Um,

And when you have those people that have the ear, it's like, who's in your ear? Is it a bunch of crazy liberals want to give away free crap with a mayor coming into New York? Or is it people that are whispering in your ear and saying, hey, maybe we should do this incentive, Mr. Governor. Maybe we should do this. And the and the Economic Development Office here, we could bring this stuff here. It's going to make jobs for people in New Jersey.

And by the way, this is a growth orientation. This is the same thinking that Trump has on a national level. If we get growth and more people paying the tax that there is today and buying groceries and using cars and doing all those things in our city and getting haircuts and all that kind of stuff, guess what? They're part of the local economy. We can help grow New Jersey without having to tax during the exodus, which is the current California plan or the Chicago plan. And

And this is a sign of when an operator gets in the ear of a governor, Phil Murphy, and something gets done to help things grow. Jobs happen and good things happen. And the loser is California and Hollywood. And it is so ironic that in the annals of history where Thomas Edison was, we're back where we started.

It's pretty wild when you see this happening. But the great thing about competition is the fact that it's going to end up taking place. Meaning, if you're able to produce a better product to attract the people coming to you, it doesn't matter where it is, people are going to come to you. Adam, your thoughts on this story? Yeah, well, I remember we talked about it. When did you film that episode, PBD? Probably a year and a half ago. Okay, I remember that. And...

So this would have been in early 1900s. This is how Hollywood kind of got started. You tell me if I'm right or wrong. I think it was Thomas Edison was the man, right? And he was in New Jersey. And that was the original Hollywood. And he had essentially a monopoly on what could not be done. So then you had all these people that were like, well, I can't.

Do what I want to do. I can't use the equipment that I want to use. I want to do all these things. But good old Thomas Edison is basically telling us everything. He controls everything, you know, so people don't like control. So they moved out West. Now, a lot of these people that moved out West that started Hollywood happened to be Jews. I don't know if you know this, but Jews happen to be kind of good at writing, kind of good at banking, kind of good at finance, kind of good at telling jokes. I know. I know it's hard to hear, guys. I know. But they were the ones who.

that moved and took the risk and disrupted the original Hollywood and moved out to California. And they were the ones that started and founded, I think it was Warner Brothers, Paramount Studios, Columbia Pictures, MGM. That's why we know while Jews run Hollywood, well, they do because they started Hollywood. So that's sort of the story that I recall.

I thought we were talking about New Jersey, so let's get back to that. That's true. That was just Adam sending a shout-out to his... New Jersey? Did I mispronounce that? No, no, no. No one's saying any of that is false. The challenge is now, sometimes when you get too much power in an industry, like they did in Hollywood, and then the state thinks they're going to own them forever and they're never going to leave, and they start abusing those privileges, and the gratitude of having Hollywood, the creative guys being there,

other states there's 49 other states that will be more than happy to accept them some states are saying by the way you know some states had the opportunity to do the same thing as well they didn't do it you know why they're like we actually don't want hollywood here we actually don't want you to come to us go to atlanta

Go to New Jersey. Go to Austin. Please don't come here. Please do not come here because the track record shows that the moment Hollywood moves to a certain city or state, with the way they vote, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40 years from now, they destroy that great state. So we'll see what's going to happen with New Jersey. But as of right now... You're absolutely right. But I remember a time when Hollywood, California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was a California Republican, was the person running the show. He was Hollywood.

Yes, Hollywood does play a role here, but woke politics, that's Gavin Newsom. That's Pelosi. That's a lot of people in California. There's nothing necessarily to do with Hollywood. Silicon Valley wasn't around when Hollywood basically was getting started. Yes, Hollywood plays a role, but to blame everything on Hollyweird would be a disservice to how far left the Democratic Party has gone. No, I said the politicians...

start owning and controlling Hollywood, they abuse. But still, other states, typically folks who are in the entertainment business... Like, for example, we just watched a shitty movie. It was called Jurassic Park, whatever the new Jurassic Park movie came out. Three, whatever the hell. They did a new one? It's so funny, literally right before going to watch this Jurassic World movie, I told the guys...

I've never seen a Jurassic Park movie I've not liked. I've never. I like every one of them except this one. I give this a two. It was absolutely horrible. The acting sucked. It just wasn't good. And to counter that with a Formula One movie, which what is a Formula One movie with Brad Pitt? F1. F1 the movie. It was awesome. I gave it a good seven and a half. It almost was as if Brad Pitt was talking about his life even though he's not in race. And if you replace Formula One with Hollywood...

It was Brad Pitt's, some of the stuff, I just didn't feel like he was acting. I really liked the actors in the F1 movie. But you know, in this movie, Jurassic World, they're trying to get these three different things that's going to cure cancer, right? And the one guy's like, you could tell he went to Berkeley in the movie. He's like, why don't we not sell this for tens of millions of dollars? Why don't we just open source it and give it to everybody? Everybody so they can just have it and not just do the right thing.

That's what we're going to do. We're just going to give it to everybody for free. Scarlett Johansson made $15 million doing the movie. Why don't you do the movie for free, Scarlett? Why don't you guys go do this movie for free? How much did they pay you? How much did they pay you for what it is? So those ideologies move to the state that they want to live in, and that is why some states that could have easily...

made the bid to attract Hollywood to their cities and states, they're like, no, this is definitely not a community we want in our state. Let it go to a different state. We want job creators coming to our state. And by the way, they also have a good argument. You wouldn't recommend the movie, B.B. Dean?

Jurassic World. Absolutely. I wouldn't even recommend it when it comes out on DVD or when it comes out on Apple TV or whatever you want to call it. Acting was no good? I wouldn't waste two hours of my 13 minutes of doing that. Go watch reruns of Baby Shark video. Watch that Baby Shark video 60 times. It's a two-minute video. You will get more value from it than watching this movie of freaking two hours and...

13 minutes, waste of a movie. And you consider all that momentum in Hollywood and everything. It makes you respect people like Gary Sinise and Vince McMahon who have always stood up to it. Yeah, I just thought it was a horrible movie. I thought the dinosaurs that acted in the first movie and the second movie were way better than this one. Believe it or not, as much as I remember being 14 years old watching the first Jurassic Park and I was blown away by it.

This was horrible. Absolutely horrible is what it was. Anyways, let's go to the next story here. The next story I'm going to get into is with this alligator alcatraz. Folks, if you haven't heard about this alligator alcatraz, Stark first photos from inside alligator alcatraz has driven a lot of people insane.

reveals bleak digs for up to 5,000 migrants is what they're building. Okay, is this it, Rob, that you're showing? Yes, sir. Okay, so each cell comes with an alligator pet. No, I'm just kidding with you. That would have been, can you imagine? Each cell gets an alligator. It's like, hey, you got to pet this guy. You know, studies have shown that 92% of people that pet an alligator lose an arm. Yeah.

By the way, again, this is hypotheticals, guys. We're joking. We're not being serious with you about these things. But President Trump toured the Alligator Alcatraz Migrant Detention Center in Florida Everglades on Tuesday. Rob, can you show physically where it's at? I want to show exactly where it's at physically. Like if you try to escape, you're dead. These guys are going to get you when you try to escape this place. Revealing rows of empty industrial metal bunks,

There's only one road leading in, and there's only one way out. It's a one-way flight. And describing a facility as isolated and surrounded by dangerous wildlife and unforgiving terrain, Trump remarked, Rob, do you want to play the clip of the president? Watch this, folks. ...tangled pretty hard in the 2024 election, yet you stand here now... Yet you stand here now as partners on this effort. How would you describe the relationship and what future does Governor DeSantis have?

I think it's a 10. Maybe 9.9 because there might be a couple of little wounds. How much does Santa's love him? Look at that face. I think we have a 10. We get along great. Well, the thing about it is I endorsed him immediately in January 2024. I raised one of his PACs millions and millions of dollars. And obviously, we saved him a lot of money in Florida because Florida was a deep red state.

He didn't even have to do a rally in Florida, whereas 2016 and 20, this was like ground zero. And so we've been happy to do that. And then we've worked very well on this and other issues with Florida. You can call him at any time, and he wants to be helpful for governors.

Yeah, this doesn't have to do with Alligator Alcatraz, but... There's no way he's that tall, Pat. Who? Did you see how tall... Trump is really tall. No, no, look, Trump has given him a bunch of kudos, and he's going into what he did for him. He just gave you a bunch of love. Just go back and edify him the way he edified you. But anyways, let me give you some stats on this facility here.

Dubbed the alligator Alcatraz or the Gator Gitmo. Built in eight days. Gator Gitmo. That's good. Per Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. One thing about Ron DeSantis, the guy gets shit done so quickly. It's freaking amazing. Featuring 200 security cameras, 28,000 feet of barbed wire,

400 security personnel and 100 National Guard troops with Trump humorously stating we're going to teach them how to run away from an alligator. Okay, if they escape from prison and how to run away, don't run in a straight line. Run like this. He's so funny. He's trying to have fun with these guys. But a lot of people are saying this. What did Joy Reid call it, Rob? Joy Reid called this place... I believe a concentration camp for brown people. Yeah, go ahead and play this clip. She's fantastic. Yeah.

And I will note that, you know, we've tried to forget about him, but Ron DeSantis is still governor of Florida. He took the comfy couch hosts on a tour of the concentration camp that he's building in Florida in order to round up people, brown people and throw them in a camp because he doesn't want them in Florida. Surprise, surprise. The concentration.

economy of Florida is going to be severely harmed by rounding up brown people who, by the way, all over this country, Latinos are afraid to go to work. How do you get to go at the highest level and work at a company like MSNBC when you say stuff like that? Well, guess what happens in...

first quarter of 2025, your show gets canceled because your opinions and your viewers and everything go away. Hey, Joy Reid, you're still technically employed because of what's called the rollout or the transition period of your agreement. How about you go to the border and go look at the Biden

and Obama cages. Go down and look at theirs. And then go look at this. And you know what? When I was in high school, we had to watch this movie. The movie was called Scared Straight. And it was how the juvenile hall works and how county works and what can happen to you if you end up in county which wasn't very good.

It's like I was assaulted in jail. Who did it? I don't know. It was behind me. So we had to watch this thing scared straight. And so now you look at this. We're not trying to make a hotel. We're making a detention center for people who have broken the law, and we want to treat them humanely. And humanely doesn't mean comfortable. It means humane. Give them personal sanitation. Give them a bed. Give them a place. Give them air conditioning while we're shipping them back.

because they did something wrong because of what they did. And so, oh, this is a concentration camp. Yeah, there you go. Dog whistle and using the big words, trying to get people all upset, you know, waiting to use the Holocaust words, waiting to use these big words to see if they can trigger people. Joy Reid, go look at both and objectively talk about it. You won't because you can't because your narrative won't let you. Adam.

Yeah, so this Gator Gitmo, is that what they're calling it? Gator. Alcatraz. It's interesting. Rob, I don't know if you can pull this up. If you've ever lived in South Florida or even in West Florida, you've driven across the Panhandle on Alligator Alley is what it's called, 595, right? When we went to Bradenton, we did that drive, right, PBD? Dude, there's nothing. There's nothing. It's a straight line across.

of nothingness and if you want to get off and pet some alligators and go on an airboat you can do that but everyone who knows that makes that drive you say there's like two rest stops there's like zero gas stations use the bathroom make sure you have snacks fill up your gas tank because if you break down here in alligatorality you might be gator bait now what's interesting about this thing is it's not even on the main road which nothing exists it's like a half hour south

Off the road. Can you pull that up one more time, Rob? You pull that up and you get to go even further south. Dude, this is the middle of nowhere. Nowheresville. Ain't nobody breaking out of this and heading up back into a city. As far as Joy Reid in concentration camp, I'm so sick of the Trump is Hitler. It's Nazi Germany. A concentration camp was when innocent people were rounded up.

and starved, forced to work to death. And then there was that whole oven-burning thing that the smell of human flesh basically surrounded all of Germany and Poland for years to come. The comparison for illegal immigrants being housed in alligator alcatraz is such a disturbance

to any concentration camps that ever exist, including whether it was the gulags in Russia or even in Ukraine. Anything that happened there is such a disservice and it's such a just foolish notion that immigrants who are being housed in this Gitmo-like location are in concentration camps. Don't believe the woke left when they tell you crap like this. Vinny. I love it. The fact that we have a...

facility surrounded by alligators how many conversations do you think are going to happen tom of guys of whatever whatever country they're going to try to come here from mexico el salvador then as well as going they have the the alligator no they're not gonna bro i'm not coming yeah i can't swim and i don't like the gators by the way it's a deterrent number one okay and here's the thing damned if you do damned if you don't if we send them to el salvador and let um the

their president take care of them, it's wrong. If we keep them here, but we keep them from escaping, it's wrong. And by the way, we can't blame Joy Reid, guys. I mean, like, look where she came from. Her job, CNN, was it CNN? Or MSNBC? MSNBC. MSNBC. Just fear porn and everything and just right by just scaring everybody. She's like,

She can't help herself. Now she's in a basement doing sub stack that nobody's watching with another angry black woman as if she's not a multi, multi crazy millionaire. It's like just walk into the sunset just like Brian Stelter and all these people that all got fired because they suck. Your network sucked.

Okay? And people are just tired of that shit. And I love it. Anytime, guys, you hear, I'm starting a sub stack, like Jim Acosta and all these people, it's over. Okay? I love it. I love what Ron DeSantis is doing. I actually love that they're cool. But by the way, he loves Trump, Tom. If you watched him, body language and everything as Trump is talking, he is so excited, which goes back to me to say that, dude, he never really wanted to run for president in the first place. And look at the hype, bro. If he's at Alligator Alley, he's wearing some alligator boots right there. Look what the other guy's looking at, though.

You know exactly what he's looking at. Kristi Noem, buddy. Kristi Noem. Can we give her a shout out? Look how just, there's just hot women around Trump all the time, bro. Shout out. Kudos, Kristi Noem.

Oh, disgusting. And by the way, Joy Reid was reportedly terminated on a negotiation that canceled her show and then rolled her off the network. So let's just remember, she didn't go walking into the sunset. Her ratings and everything dropped, and the reports that came out indicated that even MSNBC grew tired of it and said, I think you're done here. Yeah, I mean, that's business. Okay, so Diddy.

Very weird what happened, but nobody is surprised. I talked about this a few months ago, saying he's going to be the next O.J. Simpson 2.0. Nothing's going to happen to him. Sean Diddy Combs verdict, the live updates, jury convicts Combs of two counts in sex trafficking trial.

When you look at the story, all this stuff with Rico, nothing happened with the Rico stuff. Rob, is this the clip? This is Fox News breaking the announcement of the Diddy trial. And then I also have the video of you predicting that Diddy will get off if you'd like to play that after. Play this one first.

I just want to repeat the main headline and that is this Sean Diddy Combs acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering. The racketeering is the most serious charge. That was count one. That would have put him behind bars for the rest of his life. Not guilty on that charge. So to recap of the five counts three not guilty Dana and two guilty and Manhattan federal court New York City. Right. We want to bring that. OK. So.

The main things he got off on is exactly what he wanted, which was the Rico stuff. That was the dangerous stuff. The lawyer comes out and says, we accept the fact that he paid for people and prostitution, but not trafficking, not any of that stuff. And because of that, they say the lawyer's on the other end totally royally screwed up. Rob, if you got that clip.

This is us from the podcast. I don't know what the timeline was. It was definitely a few months ago. Oh, I can tell you. This was May 15th, so almost two full months ago. Okay, I played a clip?

What is the purpose of this? What is he being judged for? He's being judged for what? For racketeering and trafficking. Well, trafficking is mutual. There's consensual. So the trafficking case could be dismissed. The racketeering on what he's doing, well, there's plenty of documentation there that something can happen. But some of the handling could potentially cause Diddy to become O.J. Simpson 2.0 and goes free.

Oh, man. Yeah. I actually think that's what's going to happen, to be honest with you. I think Diddy's going to be okay. Adam, thoughts? Diddy right now is doing his best Michael Jackson impersonation and basically moonwalking the hell out of jail.

So what do we know about Diddy? He ain't a racketeer. They're not catching him on the RICO Act. He ain't the mafia. He's not conspiring with anybody. He's not guilty of sex trafficking. The only thing he is actually guilty of is being a freaky piece of crap. And in true...

Whether you want to call it Hollywood, we would call it a rap game. He's just rock star. He's doing the sex drug and rock and roll lifestyle. And he's doing, just doing it crazier than everybody else. Get your baby oil, get your freak off ready. Cause did he's coming back to a city near you. So they were hoping for what? 20, 40, 60 years. They're like, yeah, we maybe we'll get them for six months now. So apparently he's going to be sentenced in October of 2025. He might at that point, at that point,

Just get time served and just moonwalk out of jail. Last point. Has anybody noticed that the Me Too movement, the Believe All Women, all they're doing is catching L's these days.

You know, it started with Johnny Depp. We're like, whoa, Depp, he did all these things. Yeah, you're innocent. Now, did he? Apparently, what's going on with this? I don't know. I haven't heard anything about what happened with Russell Brand. Seemed to be like sort of fake news. Andrew Tate, I don't know. They're slowly, surely just letting him out of jail. All of a sudden, Candace is interviewing Harvey Weinstein. She believes he's innocent.

I don't know, this #MeToo movement might have gone too far and this is sort of the pendulum swinging back the other way. That yeah, they might do some wild, foul stuff, but that doesn't mean they're completely guilty of everything. The trial by media, the trial by social media, everyone thinks someone's guilty.

Until they're actually proven innocent. It should be the other way around. Innocent until proven guilty. Well, Adam, you just said he's just a freak and everything. Let's not forget an abusive woman beater who chased down freaking Cassie in a hallway and beat her up.

beat her ass in front of everybody saw in front of the world let's not forget that and nothing is going to come off of that I don't care about statute of limitation or anything we saw that and all that controversy between the hotel and his bodyguards and holding the footage but you know you're absolutely right it's a total scumbag move horrible what's the charge for that being a scumbag he

No, he's coming back. Battery? They already settled that. No, he settled it, but there's no job. I don't care how much money you give somebody. That right there? I agree. If this happened to my sister, to my mom, I would want to dismantle this person. But in a court of law, what do you charge guilty of? Being a dirtbag? No, that's assault. We all know he's a dirtbag. Assault. No jail because what, you paid her money? No, no. That was almost 10 years ago. Adam, can you cut, Rob, because I hear the volume playing in my ear.

I hear the volume. No, no, hold on. Assault, period. You have to pay the... That's assault, brother. That's assault. What I'm saying is, I don't care if it's 30 years, 40 years. If it's on camera, you have to pay the price for it. But another thing that people aren't talking about... You don't think they showed that in court, though? They did, and nothing happened. Everyone saw that. Everybody saw it in court. Anyway, my point is... My point is, what are the charges for that? He didn't get any charges. No assault. No nothing.

I'm not saying convicted. What's the charge of that? Being a scumbag? No. Yeah, everyone knows he did that. Adam, if you did that on camera and somebody showed it to a cop, you're going to get arrested and then you're going to get charged for assault. He didn't get a charge for assault. There's no charges for assault. Period.

He got charged for drugs or whatever the hell it was. Prostitution. They settled that out of court. Oh, yeah. Are you ready for this? I think she has like $20 million. Adam, I don't. Again, you're missing the point. If you punch me in the face, I don't think that there should be a, okay, pay me the money, but you should still get in trouble for assault. You committed a crime on camera. Period. Second point. Maureen Comey, she's the prosecutor.

She's the same prosecutor, weird, that handled the Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell cases without naming a single sex trafficker, okay? And she just tanked this case as well. Is that incompetence? Some people would say it's protection. That last name looks very familiar. Weird, weird. Yeah, it's the same guy. Is her dad in law enforcement? What Comey is that? Tom, you guys know a guy named James Comey who recently made headlines because he put 86-47. He found...

a formation of rocks to sell his shitty book that nobody bought. Sorry for my language. She's the daughter of James Coleman. Every time a case gets close to exposing intelligence like ties or elite networks, it magically falls apart. Am I the only one connecting these dots? And also she's connected to the suppression of the 14 terabytes of that child abuse evidence. So what I,

Every time this happens, guys, every time something like this of this magnitude happens, there's always a web and it always hits either a Comey, an FBI or Hillary Clinton and Epstein. It's always connected. And these people always walk. It's just weird. Can I ask you a question, PBD? Because I'm going to go back to your prediction. Obviously, you've done a lot of stuff with the mafia, the Rico case. What was it that you saw instinctually that you thought that he was actually going to get off?

What did I see to think that it was? Yeah, what did you see when you said that a couple months ago? Purely pattern. Pattern recognition, Maureen Comey. Damian Williams was replaced by Maureen Comey and who he had represented in the past before, what her background is. And you hear a story here that comes out to me. These kind of go together. A story comes out about the fact that mysterious, mystery surrounds the Jeffrey Epstein files.

after Bondi claims tens of thousands of videos, right? When she claims, I mean, if she's saying she has access to her words, this is her words when she's in there. That's her job. So it's no longer somebody's telling her this. She's saying this, right? Okay.

Attorney General Pat Monaco, the FBI is reviewing tens of thousands of videos of Jeffrey Epstein with children or child porn made during the White House press conference and earlier to a stranger with a hidden camera. As reported by conservative activist James O'Keefe, who alerted the Justice Department prompting Bomby to reiterate to reporters, there are tens of thousands of videos of Epstein with children or child porn made.

The AP found no reference to such videos and hundreds of reviewed documents from the Epstein and Jelaine Maxwell criminal case, with Maxwell's lawyer, Jeffrey Pagluca, stating, we were never provided with any of those materials. I suspect if they ever existed, we would have seen them, and I've never seen them. So I have no idea what she's talking about. The Trump administration's promise to release the Epstein file has faced criticism. This is the key. The way I process this is the following.

So you claim you have tens of thousands of hours. Oh, Rob, can you play that clip with Bondi? You claim you have these videos, okay, of child porn. This is Pam Bondi, okay? This is not us saying this. This is Pam Bondi saying this on all the videos, okay? Watch this one here. This is right after O'Keefe. Go ahead.

No, no, the FBI. Yeah, the FBI. They're reviewing. There are tens of thousands of videos.

of Epstein with children or child porn. And there are hundreds of victims and no one victim will ever get released. It's just the volume. And that's what they're going through right now. The FBI is diligently going through that. I haven't seen that statement, but I'll call him later. Okay. So that prompts

When the AP says there was no reference of such videos and hundreds of review documents from Epstein and Delaney Maxwell criminal case. And even Maxwell's lawyer saying we were never provided with any of these materials. Why not? If there are hundreds of videos with child porn, and then I suspect if they existed, they would have seen them. And I've never seen them. So I have no idea what she's talking about. Okay. You have no idea what she's talking about. Adam, you asked me a question to say, what do you think of what's going on? What made you want to say this?

The entire case for me ends, starts and ends with,

Do you believe Diddy has videos of men hooking up with men, celebrities hooking up with celebrities who were other men involved, boys involved? Do you believe Diddy has videos like that? If your answer is no, then I know where you're going to go with this. If your answer is yes, then you have multiple options of where to go. I'm convinced the answer is yes.

And he has a lot of videos of these celebrities. And if the answer is yes, guess what I believe happens? Those people who are powerful people who produce billions of dollars of revenue and commissions to people in Hollywood and different industries have access to a lot of powerful people. They're going to do whatever they can to make sure these things happen.

Don't make it out to the public. And then that's where we are today. That's it. It's that simple. It's actually not that complicated for me. It's very simple for me. Why did Epstein's videos not make it out to the public? You have a choice. Do you believe Epstein did what he did with underage girls and bringing celebrities and powerful political figures and billionaires in there where a guy that paid him $170 million in consulting fees?

For tax advice? You know who I'm talking about, right? Leon Black, I believe. Yeah, Leon Black and all these guys. Wait, these guys paid you that kind of money? Yes. So you don't think anything happened? I believe something happened. Then why would Maureen Comey be involved in that and Damian Williams? Why would they be involved in these things? Well, maybe they're protecting somebody. Who knows? It's that simple. It's not complicated. Don't forget, guys, Pam Bondi was...

Florida's Attorney General from 2011 to 2019, all the stuff with Epstein happened prior to her being named, but she had full authority because the victims were asking for it to go after Epstein, but she never did. Despite all the pressure from the public, she actually defended his 2008 sweetheart deal and refused to reopen the case. So...

Again, these aren't crazy dots where people are like, whoa, you're making all these crazy claims and accusations. No, no. It's everybody involved. It seems to me, Vincent Oceana's opinion, that every time something like this happens, when it comes to children and sex and all this rape and all this stuff, it's always the same.

Same freaking actors always involved. And the kids are always the one that's going to be the victims. And it's absolutely freaking ridiculous. You say you get caught talking in a restaurant about tens of thousands of hours of the footage. Then you go out on the White House lawn and you forced to go out on the lawn. Thank you, Tom. You have to go make a statement. And now come to find out what are you lying? Are you? And again, they have everybody running around in all these circles and

always comes down to this tommy the freaking victims zero we have i don't want to know the names i don't care especially when castratel was like i'm not gonna do that i'm not gonna we're not gonna put them through that i don't want to know one person's name okay i want one person to go to freaking jail one i don't give a damn who it is i want that famous person that was on that plane that was at epstein island doing this thing i don't even want to see that footage

You just tell me. Tell me what you guys saw, and we'll believe you. Well, yeah, where's Tash Patel? Quiet. Who's the other guy? Dan Bongino. Quiet. Guys, come on, man. Come on. Do justice for one freaking child. One child that was there, underage. Do your job. Vinny, a lot of times on big cases like this, it all hides in plain sight. Now we look back, and we can see Oswald didn't act alone. There were multiple shooters. You can even go to the National Historic...

tour that you can do of the book depository. Listen on your headphones and they tell you you're hearing what's called rapport, which means echo of a gunshot, the report, that you're hearing multiple shooters. They even say so. They don't say who, but it's like, oh, okay, it was multiple shooters and Oswald didn't act alone. And a lot of the stuff just hides in plain sight. Here's what was in plain sight for me. Number one, Diddy's plane was on the move when they were searching his house and it went

all the way to a non-jurisdiction, right? It left U.S. airspace after stopping in Opelika. Second, that's a fact. We tracked the plane. That is a fact. Second fact, he gets on the phone with his sons, and he's talking about them to remember to get the pizza boxes. Weird.

Anybody in IT will tell you pizza box is a nickname for the flat servers that go into racks and they're big, square and flat. They slide in and they're about the size of a pizza box. They're called pizza boxes. He's not telling them to clean up after a party. I believe and many other people believe he was telling him to go get servers.

It says, or what those contain. It says, then Ann Coulter said, and she talks to a lot of people, not that she's a big informant here, but she said something. She said, I think it goes along like this. And Ann, if you're listening, I'm not trying to misquote you. It was,

Food for thought. Sometimes when the FBI is coming in on a person of high profile that was with other high profile people, commission of crimes, it's not the FBI looking for things as much as it may be the FBI taking things. And so I'm on the same page that Pat was from the beginning. It's like, man, there's too many people that were in these rooms. How is Diddy going to die alone? The answer is he ain't.

And so now it comes down to this, you know, it's and the defense, I thought, was very, very good. You may see a violent person. You may see about the statute of limitations left on the hotel thing. That's why there wasn't a charge. You may see and hear testimony that says he conducts his sexual life a lot different than mainstream America does. Yeah, that's true. However, he says he didn't do this.

It's a very simple defense in the mind of a juror to say, yes, he did. Yes, he did. Admission kind of leans. And then a poorly played case, just like the OJ case was poorly played. And that's where you end up. But I think this was hiding in plain sight from the beginning. Get the pizza boxes and leave.

the planes on the move. And the answer is carrying what? I think it was carrying a lot of stuff that was basically the dead man insurance policies that Diddy had on everybody else. I think 60% of people believe that. 60? I think most people believe that there was stuff on there. Of course. Most people believe there was stuff on there. What happens with that, who knows? Anyways, gang, we're at the end of the podcast. I do want to remind you guys, for those of you guys that are competing for the Manette contest, it was an explosive month of...
