Welcome to the Marketing Seekers Podcast. My name is Russell Brunson, and I'm what you call a serial entrepreneur, but with a twist. You see, 50% of my time, I'm the CEO of ClickFunnels, helping over 100,000 brands to grow their companies with funnels. And the other 50% of my time, I'm actually in the trenches using ClickFunnels to grow the startups I believe in. During this podcast, I'll take you behind the scenes and show you how we are bootstrapping ClickFunnels and my other businesses from startup to nine figures and beyond. Welcome to the show.
What's up everybody? This is Russell Brunson and I'm doing something crazy today. And this is not going to be for everybody, but for two of you guys or gals or whoever wants to do this, this is going to be something that I think can change your business and can change your life. So I figured like, where do I promote this? Where do I talk about it? And honestly, the only people I really want to work with are those who are subscribers of the podcast, who are listening in, who are following me day by day, hopefully learning from me, that kind of stuff.
My opinion has always been that the podcast listeners are our highest quality clients, usually in my inner circle and in my hiring and coaching programs. The people who are coming in are also, lo and behold, happy people who listen to podcasts, which is a lesson for all of you guys. Having a podcast is powerful. Your highest quality clients will be the ones who listen in and who are plugging into you every day while they're working out or they're driving or whatever the thing might be. Okay, so this is the deal. I had a big epiphany and what I realized is like,
If you can follow me on Facebook or Instagram, maybe I've been talking about a lot about the fact like I'm back, I'm going hardcore. I'm publishing every day. I've been live on Facebook like every single day this week so far. I'm gonna keep doing that for the next couple of years and just getting up, getting re just re fired up, re excited. And I've been looking at the last decade of click funnels and I realized that like,
I look at different front-end offers we created and the people that attracted. And what's fascinating to me is like the people who I like, who I remember, who I recognize, we talk about and we tell the stories about inside of our community. Lo and behold, where most of the people that came in during like the traffic or during the expert secrets era, like when I launched the expert secrets book. And during that time, I was talking about finding your voice and building a movement and like building future-based cause and like all the things related to that, right?
And what's interesting is like whatever bait you put into the world, that's the type of fish you catch, right? So I was putting out this bait, like talking about how we're going to help people to find their calling and step into what they're supposed to do and change the world and stuff like that. And lots of people came in. And I look at like most of our big success stories, they came in during that window and
And during that window listing things I had people do, I told everybody, I'm like, you have to do, you have to write a webinar, right? I mean, half the expert seekers book is just crafting the webinar, right? Like how do you create your new opportunity? What's your origin story? What's the frameworks you're building? And then how do you present the frameworks? How do you do it correctly? Like how do you tell stories, break false beliefs? How do you do the kind of like bridges? Like how do you do the stack and the close? Like all the different things, right?
And it's crazy because from that, what would happen is people would come to read the book. A lot of them joined in a circle during that time and they'd come to an event and we talk about expert secret stuff and they go back home and they'd write a webinar and they'd come back and they would, they would, uh, they would pitch it and they have, you know, either it would work or it wouldn't work and they'd come back and then they would go back and forth. And it was like this fascinating process back and forth and back and forth. Um,
in the mastermind groups watching these guys execute on creating a webinar. What's fascinating is that some people use the webinar presentation for webinars. Other people use the webinar inside of a challenge, right? Because challenge is great, but all challenges is a whole bunch of really cool things. And the challenge structure follows the perfect webinar structure, but there's one presentation in the challenge, the most important one, the one where you actually ask for money. And if you look at that presentation, it is the perfect webinar. Same thing in a live event. Like you look at Funnel Hacking Live,
Um, you know, the Farnacic Lab is structured in a very certain way for sales, but then there's one presentation. It's the one that everything like it's the cornerstone of the entire thing. If it works, the event makes money. If it doesn't work, the event doesn't make money. It's the most important. It's the one presentation where you're actually selling your product, right? Farnacic Lab, I do four days of serving and then there's 90 minutes where I actually sell.
And if I do that 90 minutes correctly, you know, we're looking at eight figure close rate. If I do incorrectly, it could be zero. You know, it's the most important part. When I launched ClickFunnels, I told everyone the way I launched it is I did a webinar. It's funny, in the expert secrets, I told everyone do a webinar every single week for a year. And if you do that, you'll be financially free forever.
Now, I'm an overachiever, so I didn't do my webinar once a week when we launched ClickFunnels. I was doing it five or six times a week. Some days, in fact, my record, I think twice I did it, three times in a day. A lot of times I did it twice in a day, but usually it was a couple times a week, three or four times a week where I just came in and I was doing webinars, webinars, webinars, selling, selling, selling.
It's interesting that I'm coming back to really focusing on doubling down and tripling and quadrupling and 100x and click funnels. I'm like, what's the most important thing I could possibly be doing? Right now I'm doing all sorts of stuff. I'm doing CEO stuff and I'm doing live trainings and podcasts and blah, blah, blah. It all comes down to what's the most important thing I could possibly be doing? And it's doing my presentation, my webinar pitch once a week, minimum.
It's crazy. And then what's really crazy is I just got a message from Garrett J. White. I'm going to play it for you guys. Hopefully he won't mind. But I've been telling him for seven or eight years since Extra Shakers came out, do a webinar every single week. If you do, it's going to change your business. So actually, I'm going to insert that clip from Garrett here right now. Garrett, if you're listening to this, forgive me, but it's just too good. It fits too much. And this came yesterday. I literally sent this yesterday. Didn't ask for it. Didn't even know he was doing it. But he basically is doing the model. So yeah, insert Garrett audio now.
Oh man, I want to send you an audio and tell you thank you. And I'm having one of those student moments. Here's a student moment. You ready? It's the moment when you have your coach, aka mentor or leader, telling you to do something for years. And of course, you don't do it. You're like, ah, you know, I'm not going to do it. I don't need to do it. Blah, blah, blah. I've heard you talk about
doing a paid traffic perfect webinar every week for a year you did it 60 or 70 times perfect the pitch and off of that webinar that pitch you built 100 million dollar empire which is quick funnels i am 17 paid webinars in live in 2024 with our current offer and we are liquidating and profitable and making money
And I'm sitting here having this moment, I'm getting prepped for another one tomorrow and I'm watching your webinar content again. And I'm just sitting here going, dude, what kind of idiot waits this long? And yet my students do the exact same thing. So your frames work, they're incredible. And I don't see how anyone could think about automating a webinar without doing this at least 30 to 40 to 50 times. And I know my content in and out every week we're like twisting, adjusting and tweaking frames.
It's no wonder your presentations are so solid. And what it's doing for me is it's allowing me to sell under a game of structure that has deep containers for all of my energy. Whereas up to this point, I didn't sell on energy, dude. I just sell certainty. I deliver by the bucketfuls.
So on this glorious Monday, wherever you are, it might be around the world, my friend. Thank you for who you are and thank you for what you do and hope you're having a fantastic day. What's up, everybody? Really quick, I want to jump in because I am excited for our next sponsor of the show. The next sponsor is Mint Mobile. I found out about Mint originally when Ryan Reynolds bought in the company. And Ryan's not only one of the greatest actors of all time, he's one of the best marketers I've ever seen. If you've watched
the funny viral ads he's created something that all of us marketers should be studying and watching and I remember watching the ads from Mint Mobile and they were amazing number one and number two I started seeing what they were doing I got really excited and so I'm pumped to have them as a sponsor for the show and what I didn't realize until I got my own Mint Mobile account was that typically with most cell phone companies as you probably know you gotta pay anywhere from 70 80 100 a month or more for premium wireless service and the reason for that
is because you gotta deal with TV commercials, and then on top of that, you got the retail stores and the sales people, and there's all these costs along the way. What Mint Mobile does is they sell their wireless services online, cutting out the costs of all of these retail stores and sales people, saving you a ton of money. So instead of paying 50, 70, $100 a month, you only pay $15 per month as part of this premium phone plan. And so because I decided to check it out on my phone, and so far I love it, they've been really, really good. Since I've been loving it so much, I was pumped when they asked if we could partner up,
It helped people who are listening to this episode of the podcast actually save money, and they said yes. So here is a special offer we created for you guys. You can now save a ton of money by switching to Mint Mobile for just $15 a month. Literally, you can say goodbye to all of your overpriced wireless plans, get high-speed data and unlimited talk and text on the nation's largest 5G network without having to change your phone number or your existing contacts.
So to get this new customer offer and get your new three-month unlimited wireless plan for just $15 a month, all you got to do is go to mintmobile.com slash funnels. That's M-I-N-T-M-O-B-I-L-E dot com slash F-U-N-N-E-L-S. Cut your wireless bill to just $15 a month and get premium phone service at mintmobile.com slash funnels.

Okay, so you see like it's the process and it was like the core fundamental thing. Like I looked at ClickFunnels growth, like that's when we're from like 30,000 members to 80,000 was like in that window of expert secrets. Then we transitioned to traffic secrets, you know, all that other stuff. But that window is like where we grew the most. It's because we were tracking people who had a message. And so you're going to notice over the next,
I'm redoubling down on that. In fact, I'm working on a new version of the coaching program, like a pre-version. We have the linchpin, which is amazing, but like a pre-version. I'm going to call it Fountainhead because if you look at like, what is the fountainhead of, you know, like,
If you think about water, like water is in the water table under the water, right? Or under the ground. There's a spot where it comes up out of the ground and it's the fountainhead where the stream begins, right? And then the stream goes down and it makes the grass and the trees and everything grow from that. The fountainhead is like the beginning. It's the foundation. It's like the most important thing where you take all this raw water and material and push it into the world, right? And in my mind, it's like the most important part of your business is...
is the presentation, right? It's, it's understanding how to craft it correctly. And it's understanding how to craft your offer correctly. Um,
It's fascinating. I've had a chance to critique thousands of webinars and there's core things people always mistake, right? Number one is they don't do their offer correctly. Even they think they are like, I've read your book, Russell. I made it a new opportunity. I'm like, nope, that's an improvement offer. Number one is like if you really want a presentation that's going to change the world and like grow in scales, like the offer's got to be correct. You have to create an actual new opportunity. In fact, we're just finishing a huge book with Dan Kennedy called Selling Opportunity, which is all about this. And this is the piece that everybody's missing.
even people come to me, I sold my new opportunity. I'm like, no, you didn't. Like it's, it's a, you didn't improve an offer 100%. Um, and they can't see it. So the number one is like really figuring that out. Um, then after that, it's like now how to create this presentation that will, um, that will destroy the false beliefs of the people that, that, um, that don't, you know, that aren't gonna buy a product and then like rebuild it with the right belief. So they will not only buy your product, but then you'll have the ability to actually move them, coach them, change their life. Um,
And then, yeah, all this stuff, right? And so that's the goal. Because then again, I think every funnel, everything you're doing, like that presentation is the core. It's the key. It's the most important thing.
Right. Um, again, like if you're doing a webinar, it's a webinar. If you're doing a challenge, it's the pitch where you do the actual presentation. If you're doing a three day event, it's the pitch. If you're doing, uh, you know, Jamie Cross was selling e-commerce soap. Like she'd made a five minute version of the perfect webinar. Like, and that blew up her business into multiple two comic club awards. Right.
Like mastering and understanding the offer and the pitch is the key. It's the most important thing. So anyway, we're going to be launching a brand new coaching program specifically around this to get this like becoming the thing that everyone's focusing on. I'm excited for that, but it's not ready yet. And so, um,
as I'm building this out, I had an idea. In fact, the idea was stemmed, I was hanging out with Richmond Din a little while ago, and he was talking about how he trains his clients to do one-on-one challenges, where basically instead of having a challenge with, you know, 100, 1,000 people, it's like they're one-on-one. And it was just really fascinating. I was like, I want to do that. I want to do a one-on-one challenge with a couple people. And by couple, I mean two. This is my plan. And so I'm sending this out to the podcast. We're going to get, you know,
I don't even know how many we get. Less than 250,000 people will listen to this podcast episode. So of the 250,000, I'm not looking for all you guys. I'm looking for two. Two of you guys who basically want to do a one-on-one challenge with me where I'm going to take you over five days. It's not a day, but it's not like five days in a row. It'll be five days over probably a month. We'll jump on for an hour and we will work one-on-one for me to help you. Day number one will be about creating your actual new opportunity, not improvement offer. Day number two is like crafting the stories and the framework. We'll go through this five-day challenge.
And the other challenge, um, your webinar will be done. You have a chance to go and do it and crush it and kill it with it. So that's the game plan. Now, obviously of 250,000 people who listen to this, two of you guys could do it as like, how do I, how do I do this? And so I'm going to price it ridiculously expensive. Kind of what I mean by that is, um,
To do the challenge, it's going to cost $100,000 for a one-on-one five-day challenge with me. It's five hours, one-on-one. I don't do one-on-one coaching or consulting. When I've done that in the past, the least I've ever done it for is 100 grand a day. Anyway, so this is going to be 100 grand and you get five one-on-one sessions with me where we're literally working together to craft your perfect offer and your perfect presentation.
I said it's kind of expensive, expensive kind of because yes, a front is expensive, but the goal with it is literally to give you guys a presentation. Now you can use to give your presentation every single week for the next year, two years, five years, whatever it is, you know, and get better and better. Like if you look at ClickFunnels, like we just passed a billion dollars in sales and how did we do it? It all came on the back of.
of one presentation, the funnel action presentation. You've probably seen it a hundred times, right? And it works and it converts and it's continuing to convert. And it's going to, you know, like it has to have one presentation. Like Garrett White right now, he's scaling his thing with one presentation. If you're doing live events, if you're doing challenges, anything like this, one presentation will change everything for you if you do it correctly, right? So we're going to fine tune it. We're going to master this. It's like me wrapping my head around it for a month, like helping you to correctly execute on it. And that's the game plan. So it's a five-day challenge.
one-on-one. Again, it's expensive, kind of, but the reality is for the right person, having the perfect webinar correctly, you should make 100 grand from the first webinar, first time you do it, right? And after that, it's all pure profit. And I'm not going to take any royalties or anything else. Everything else you guys get to keep from the back end of it. So it's just kind of a one-time fun thing. So I really think about that. And then my plan, this is my evil motivation, is at the end of the $100,000 webinar,
is obviously in the end of a challenge you gotta pitch something so I'm gonna pitch something. Now the reason why I do this is because Eileen Wilder has a $250,000 a day that she charges and I'm always
jealous. I don't have some of that. And then Myron Golden's got $350,000 a day that he charges. And so at the end of the five days, um, I'm going to pitch you guys something. I don't know the price yet. It'll be, um, ridiculously expensive cause I don't really want to do it. And I'm hoping of the two people, only one of you guys say yes. So that's kind of the game plan. Um, and then what we'll do is you'll actually fly to Boise and it'll be cool because what will happen is, um,
I'll have a chance to continue to craft a webinar. And then literally I will stand on stage and I will present your webinar and you'll have a recording of me pitching it. And then you're going to have a chance to pitch it. I'll critique you and work on that. And that would be the first half of the day. The second half of the day then is helping you craft out your challenge, your three-day event, all the other places that you would use this presentation because it's a tool. It's a hammer. It's the most important hammer you have in the box. But how do you implement it into a challenge, into a live event, all kind of stuff. So that's going to be the plan. I don't know. What do you guys think? That'd be fun? Yeah.
So I don't know, this could be done, but I want to do it because I want to like, I want to re, like I want to, I want to reteach these things one-on-one with people handholding them as I'm building this new curriculum and coaching programs, stuff like that. I'd also request that I'm able to record this process. So, you know, people in the future who do join the coaching program can actually watch this and see it. Cause I think seeing me hands-on developing this,
with you for your specific company will help them to be able to, to model it in theirs as well. It'd be really cool. So yeah. So for 250,000, hopefully you got a couple ideas just on how to do a webinar and get you re motivated to do it for two of you guys. Um,
I'm going to have a chance to work with you one-on-one and we're going to build it out. And it's going to be ridiculously fun and exciting and cool. Do you love the Marketing Secrets Podcast, but you don't love listening to the ads? If so, we've got great news. If you want to get the premium version, all you got to do is look at the show notes or the episode description to get a link for how you can upgrade to premium. So the question is, Russell, how do we sign up if the two of you who are interested want this? Let me know. And my guess is there's going to be more too, so...
250,000, I bet we get, I have no idea, 10, 15, 20 people who would be interested. So I was like, how do I do this? I don't have a sales team. I don't have phone calls. I don't do phone calls. This is not something I want to pitch you on. I just want like, if you're interested, I want you to let me know. And then based on that, again, this is the thing. I'm going to find out how many respond. If it's two, cool, you're in. If nobody responds, we won't do it. If 10 respond, I'm going to pick two of you guys. So this is the thought. I set up a Google voice phone number. I want you to text me.
So I'm going to give you the number right now and I'll tell you what to text me. And you got to make sure you follow the instructions because if you don't follow the instructions, I literally will not respond back. This is like number one, you got to be an instruction follower. I'm doing this because it'll be fun, not because of anything else. And it's like if you break in the rules from the beginning and you're not able to follow like instructions about how to respond, you're definitely not going to be able to follow instructions how to create a webinar that's going to make you a bajillion dollars, right? So all right. So here's the phone number.
208-391-3098. It's 208-391-3098. And it's a Google voice number, but it's coming to my phone right now. I'm going to delete this app when this is all done. So right now it's there. Oh, you just want to text me initially. Just text back 100K challenge. So text that first. Boom. And that's just one text. I know 100K challenge. Then text back with your name.
your business, your industry, and a link to one of your funnels or somewhere so I can go and see who you are and see if I'm like, oh yeah, we could crush it. Or if I'm like, I have no idea how to write a webinar for rock training. I don't know what some weird thing, right? So again, just basic information, not a lot. And that's it. So only text me if you're a hundred percent. And again, this is not, I'm not going to sell you. I'm not going to do anything. I'm just going to pick two people of the 20 or 30 who respond and we're going to rock and roll and we're going to do this and it'll be fun. Or maybe, I don't know. It's good. I'm excited to try it out. So that's kind of the game plan.
And then if I look at your stuff, I'm like, sweet, this person will be a lot of fun to work with for the next month, then I will text you back a link to Wire the Money and we'll get started. So that's kind of the game plan. Again, it would be awesome. For the right person, this is something that will change your business forever. Again, one webinar properly executed will grow your company and your business faster than anything else. And so my job is to help you to craft and create that perfect webinar. And I can tell you,
you know, success stories that people we've helped do this for. Um, you know, and I could, you know, basically who's, who's of the ClickFunnels royalty. They all, I helped them create a webinar. That was it. So I look at Caitlin Poland, the lady boss, helped her create a webinar. I look at Andy Grace of, um,
you know, this naked mind and you know, the number one person in fighting the alcohol addiction industry. What did we do? Wrote a webinar, boom, she launched it. She wrote a webinar, she launched it like a week before she had her baby and then just run an evergreen for the last like five years since then. Like never really did it because it was so perfect the first time. Now I'm not going to recommend that. We're going to go back and we're going to do it over and over and over again until you perfected it like Garrett did and like I did. Um, but yeah, it's amazing. Look at Stacey and Paul Martino, you know, the number one people in the marriage industry and relationship industry. What do they do? Boom. We create a webinar and
their businesses off and they use that webinar for on the front end at their live events they use the presentation like they use it every single place like and it just continues to work and the coolest thing is after you have the skill set and we've gone through this process you can then go back and listen to recordings and do another one like i'll have a new offer i want to create i have a high ticket offer i have a low ticket offer like yeah that's the key and i want to stress why this is so important just one more thing obviously i'm a big believer but i look at click funnels i think we are the biggest business in our in our in this space right and people always ask me russell how many sales people you have working at click funnels
And I was like, halfway smile. And I'm like, there's only one. Like, what? Like, yeah, it's just me. Like, what? All these other companies have like 80 people on sales team or 100 people on sales floor and all stuff. I'm like, yeah, no, I just have a webinar. Like, it's better than 80 employees. I love sales people, but like, they're also like,
you know, and they would all admit this. They're a little more needy. They're high maintenance. They're hard. They're like, because they're great at what they do and they make a lot of money. And it's like, that's great. But man, it's a lot of stress and headaches. So I just, it's just me. We literally, we tried a little while ago to start rebuilding the sales team and we just shut down. And they're like, you know what?
I'm just going to webinar. That way I keep all the money. I'm not worried about all these other things. Um, you know, we do our three day events and people are like, you know, who, who's the sales team at the end of your three day events that go in like in process money. I'm like, it's just the webinar. And we can send an order for them. Our certification program is $10,000. People are like, well, $10,000, you have to get someone to call. Right. I'm like, not if you do the webinar. Right. Um, we have a, I have a webinar. I sell a $10,000 certification program. And, uh,
In the last 18 months or something like that, we've sold 700 or 800 people from webinar. No phone calls needed. Boom. There you go. So it's like, you know, we use this to selling supplements. I've done it for high ticket supplements. I've done this for low ticket supplements. I've done it for e-commerce. It just works. So I think it's the most important thing I could do for you. Like I said, we're building a new coaching program where I'm going to be focusing on this in group coaching with a lot of people. But in the interim, I just want to do it one-on-one with two. So yeah.
Once again, I'm 250,000 of you guys are listening. Two of you guys right now saying, that's me, Russell. I'm in, in like Flynn. I'm ready to wire you the money and let's get started. If that's you, this is the number again, 208-391-3098. That's 208-391-3098. Text me. Again, one text that just says, um, 100K challenge. Boom. And the second text is your name, info about you, links to a couple of funnels, just basic stuff so I can go check you out.
And then, yeah, if it's a fit, if you're one of the winners, I will shoot you a link or info on how to wire me the $100K and then we'll set up five calls and it'll be awesome. And at the end of the five calls, I'm going to pitch you on something extremely expensive where you come out to Boise for a day and
And basically, I'm going to pitch a webinar for you so you have a recording of me pitching it. Then you're going to have a chance to pitch. I'm going to critique you. And then we're going to map out your challenge funnel, your webinar funnel, your event funnel, and all other things and all the places where to use this. And it'll be extremely expensive. I'm hoping that all of you say no to that because I don't want to actually do it. But if one of you guys say yes, it'll be great.
It's everything I've done in the last decade. We have the biggest events, the biggest challenges, the biggest webinars. It's kind of me for a full day pouring into you and it'll be awesome. So anyway, that's the game plan. Let me know if you're interested. Once again, if you are, text me 208-391-3098 and that's about it. So thanks to you all. And if you aren't able, I'd say start saving money now because the new coaching program is coming out. It's going to be amazing. And we're going to get you guys all doing a webinar a week every single week until you are –
financially free. That's the game plan. That's the goal. That's the mission. That's how I built my company. It's how Garrett's building his new version of his company. It's how all the who's who in the ClickFunnels ecosystem have done it. And for two of you guys, so pumped, so excited to do this with you. So anyway, I've never done this before. Probably never do it again. So this is your one and only shot. If you're interested, 208-
391-3098. Please text me. Do not call me. I don't like phone calls. I'm not going to answer, but if you text me, um, I'll respond back. All right. Thanks so much. Appreciate you. And, uh, look forward to working with you soon. All right. Bye everybody.
