Alix chose Key West because it is a magical, chill beach town with no worries, and she has had some of her craziest nights there. It also aligns with her Jersey Shore-themed birthday.
The theme is '24 at the Shore,' inspired by Jersey Shore, with trashy outfits like neon tank tops, cheetah print bras, rhinestone sunglasses, and furry boots.
Planned activities include a drive from Miami to Key West, skydiving, tiki boat rides, a chill dinner, Uno games, and a Jersey Shore-style pregame with red solo cups before bar hopping.
Alix wanted to skydive because it sets the mood for a fun weekend and adds an adrenaline boost to the birthday celebration.
The tiki boat ride was memorable because it turned into a wild experience where the boat sped uncontrollably for 45 minutes, leaving the group holding on for dear life and questioning if they were being kidnapped.
At Fat Tuesdays, Alix and her friends enjoyed drinks, free Jello shots, and ended up in a confrontation where Alix dumped a drink on a guy who insulted her friend Braxton.
Alix ordered $370 worth of Wendy's because she was excited about the menu options, including Frosties, spicy nuggets, and Baconators, and wanted to share a large meal with her friends.
The highlight at Ricks was when the band played 'Please, Please, Please' by Sabrina Carpenter, which is one of Alix's favorite songs, and she and Jake sang along enthusiastically.
Alix's friends made a donation to the Miami-Dade Animal Shelter and got dog toys for her to use when she volunteers there, which she found to be the best gift.
Alix feels ready to turn 24, as she views 23 as a confusing and transitional year. She believes 24 will be her year and is excited for the new age.
Come with us to Key West to celebrate Alix’s 24th birthday…Jersey Shore style. It’s cheetah print, bar fights, confessionals and so much more.
