What's up everyone? It's Chicks in the Office with Rianne Friend giving you that Friday energy on a Wednesday or Tuesday night, depending on when you're listening to this. Yeah, we're all over the place. Our schedule is all over the place. Yes, I know it's probably been confusing for you guys. We've been releasing episodes at different times.

But when Love Island calls, we answer. And we're just trying to get these things turned around as fast as possible because there's episodes every night. So it's like if we have an interview or we're talking about the episode, it's like if you wait a couple days, it's all news. Right. We don't want to keep anybody waiting. And we do have Hannah on this episode. So we didn't want to keep anybody waiting. So we decided to release it early and then...

Our usual Friday episode will be out.

Wednesday night instead because we also have a special guest on that episode as well. Which we're very excited for but unfortunately it does mean you will be away from us for a little bit longer because then we are going on vacation and we will see you July 6th or 7th. What's the day we're back? July 7th. Monday, July 7th we will be back. We do have three episodes still this week so it's not like we're not feeding you. We're feeding you a ton.

The episodes are there. They're just a little closer together. Yeah, they're closer together and they're early. So listen to them as, you know, in your own time. They're here for you to listen whenever you want. Exactly, but we want to be on top of it and we want to be giving the people what they want and that is what we're doing. Well, yeah. So on this episode, we have Hannah and then we also have the ladies from the Lady Gang joining us. We have Jack Kelty and Becca and we're going to do some other topics with them that do not involve Love Island. We're going to talk about

Lady World and some other pop culture topics that are going on. But we do want to discuss Monday night's episode of Love Island just a little bit. Just a little, yeah. We've got a lot of new information. We do have new information. It's hard to digest. And I was quiet about this on social media. And I had girls messaging me being like, you're too quiet. What happened? What happened?

And it's because I literally told our group chat that I had to sleep on what happened because it was a lot to digest, new information, new format. We went into Casa Amor and we're all going into it thinking it's the usual Casa Amor that we're going to get. Nope. They changed Casa Amor this year and now they're having everybody single to couple up with

new islanders in both Casa and the regular villa and then everybody goes back to the villa and they I would assume then decide who they actually want to couple up with I'm sure they do a recoupling one giant recoupling and one giant dumping right that has to be what it is it has to be a giant recoupling and a giant dumping all at the same time that giant dumping yes everyone's joking about Ace and the new guy that Shelley's with

Oh my god, if they have to stand next to each other, I'll be so happy. I mean, that is actually just the funniest thing in the world that she's with the tallest guy and she was coupled up with the shortest guy. Also said she's always dated tall guys, which is interesting. She was, you know, taking a short king for a spin, but we'll see what happens. I want to give him a noogie. Ace? Yeah.

I want to take his hat off. I want to walk up behind him, take his hat off, and go, what are you doing? He was so. You're such a little mad. You're so mad at everybody. He was so mad at Shelly that they picked Hannah. He was like, I just, explain why you voted for Hannah. Like, I don't really get that vote. Like, why wasn't it mine? Like, you don't run this fucking house, bro. He thinks he does, but unfortunately. You don't decide who both people go home. You don't, but unfortunately, like, I was with him.

Like, why did they pick Hannah? But also... No, he was kind of right in that sense, but he doesn't have any leg to stand on because of how wrong he was about the Jeremiah vote. I know, and they didn't discuss the Jeremiah vote as much as they wanted. No, they literally just had Taylor say two things about it. Right, and it was like, did Taylor lead this pack? Like, I'm confused about the situation. But I am not sure how to feel about the Casa Moore switch-up. I don't think I like it, and here's my reasoning why. Yeah. I think when it came to Casa...

putting the guys and the girls in houses with you know strangers and new highlanders it was like up to them right like are they gonna do something and it was so tempting for them because you know they shouldn't be doing it but are they gonna and like you got to see really if somebody was slipping up or if they were really gonna keep to their connection yeah with this they're kind of forced to

to do something and forced to be in a new connection. And I can kind of see the side of it being like, all right, well, some of them almost seem like they're so locked into a point where like, are they just trying to win the game? You know, like, are they just locked in? Cause they know if they go all the way that they'll win or what's going on. I just felt like we didn't, we didn't have to do that. Cause I think that they all were going to kiss each

each other anyway. Like I thought they were all going to explore anyway because the whole season they've all been open. I can't decide if they're open or if they're closed. I think that's where I'm at. I'm like, are they all closed or are they all open? They keep saying they're all open. Right. But then, you know,

Taylor and Alandria have been locked in. I'm sorry. Let's stop acting like Alandria and Taylor have some strong connection. Because every time they're on the screen together, it was pointed out to me by somebody at work yesterday. Steve actually said, can you talk about the way that Taylor kisses Alandria? And I thought, I've never noticed that.

Then I went back and looked at Sunday night's episode. People are talking about it online. Oh my God. It's like he wants nothing to do with kissing. Like he's like...

Like, it was a really strange kiss that they had on the dock when she set up that little date and everything. People are saying, like, he has to work himself up to, like... Yes, that's what it felt like watching. I was like, wait, what's going on? Because then watching him kiss all the new girls, I was like... He's kind of a weirdo, though, a little bit, you know? But he was making out with the other girls no problem. Like, it was like, you know... And maybe they're just not showing us the passionate, intimate kisses between him and old Andrea, but I was like, wait a second...

That's right. And I just, I'm like, I don't know. Maybe it's just both their personalities. Like I'm like,

I'm not feeling the chemistry like I I'm just not feeling it so I don't I their their chemistry does not jump off the screen no not at all it really doesn't um I mean to be quite honest none of them really do that much no besides like Sierra and Nick but like yeah like you know no Sierra no Sierra and Nick definitely do but at the same time I'm like I'm like I also want to like have a talking to with Nick to be like fucking get your shit together but I don't

know if production thought that they would either be like so crazy in Casa or like not crazy at all that they were like we have to give them some sort of structure because what's so great about Casa too is it does make it it makes it feel like

They are moving on their own volition. Like they are like if they're they have that connection in the house. But if there is someone that they see that they like, it is their own choice to pursue that person. There's no like, oh, well, now we're in a couple. So I should explore because we're in a couple. And I almost think I was like, does this kind of restrain them a little bit where it's like, how are they thinking this is going to go? Like, should we just.

with the person we're coupled up with? Does that stop them from sort of talking to some of the other guys? Because it's like immediately it plays, it shows all their cards. Like having them, having the guys have to, you know, vice versa, whatever, but like having them have to stand nonstop

next to the Islander that they're interested in, it's like you're putting all your cards on the table already. Like pretty, you're not, like you can't play it cool of like, ooh, I like this girl, I like this girl, I like this girl. Because in his mind, if two girls, you know, now one of these guys, they're paired up with the person that wasn't their first choice,

The girl's like, well, I wasn't your first choice. No, both ways. I'm saying it like for both because he did it on both sides. But like it's the same kind of thing where it's like, oh, now you're like we just kind of started the whole show over again a little bit in a weird way. Right. Which I don't really know if that was necessary because I'm not going to like that. It got a little it got a little slow. It got like a little boring. It was boring. Of being like, OK, we're just watching two giant movies.

First episodes again of them like coupling up and showing who they like when I don't cost of something that does not need to be changed like it's so and I did write on I wrote on Instagram to I was like look right now I'm nervous about it.

Could it create an absolutely insane recoupling at the end of all this? Yes, it could. Having them all there together and they all can talk and they all can see each other and they all can say something that could be explosive in that sense. That part I'm like, okay, but they could have done that anyway without the like full recouplings at the beginning of Casa because they're just not there for that long either for it to be like you have to do a full thing.

Right. New couple. It kind of feels like they now just are fully playing into it's a game aspect because now people are just talking. It felt way more strategic. It just feels like people are talking and trying to connect now because somebody has to go home. So telling TJ and Amaya that they are

vulnerable and going home it's almost like okay well now they have to make a connection or else they're being sent home which feels like things could be not genuine because everyone's just worried about being sent home so I'm not really a fan of this new twist because

Could it potentially lead to something great when we get back from it? Yes. We'll have to wait and see. I guess it's something there's going to test, see if it works. We'll find out what happens. But I really wasn't a fan of it. And honestly, I just got bored throughout it. And now I'm like, oh my God, this is the proof that you get attached to the Islanders. Cause now I'm like, oh my God, we got to learn about so many new people. And we're like, it,

and you do anyway when it comes to Casa Amor, but in this one, it just feels so much more because everybody's in a new couple and you have to see each couple. And yeah, I mean, I guess we'll see what happens, but TJ being a hard judger and then like it completely backfiring on him was so funny. Ariana was killing me being like, what is with this guy? I mean, TJ,

If every single girl isn't a good kisser, maybe the common denominator is you. Maybe it's you. Because the other guys were rating them like 9.6, whatever. And you get to see Jay's like, um, like a 6. It just doesn't even really look like a good kisser, to be really honest. No, and one of the girls was like, he kisses different. Yeah. So I was like, okay, that's not... You never want to hear he kisses different. Yeah, you don't want to hear that at all. That's not good at all. No, so we'll see. But I do, I want to go back for a second because...

The explanation that these Islanders were giving about this vote that I'm still not over is so frustrating because I don't know, like they some of them have decided that while they are still going to stay in their couple, it's like, oh, well, if you explored Islanders.

and you had connections, actually now it's your time to go. It's like, no, that's not the point of the show. You explore, you make connections, you make a connection, you stay. You found it, now you stay. That's the whole point. It's like, when Shelly was like,

oh, you know, Hannah, she's gotten two great connections and like, and now like she can go. It's like, no, she explored. She made a good connection. Now she stays. Like, it's not like, oh, there are other girls that haven't had like,

no, they're exploring and it's not working. Right. So I just, no, Shelly pissed me off about it. I was like, that's a terrible explanation. That was a terrible explanation. And the same shit with Taylor being like, oh, Jeremiah was going to do the same thing with, the same thing with her. Jeremiah has one option in the villa right now. One option. Taylor's been with one girl the whole time. literally,

Taylor has not explored at all. Taylor hasn't talked to anybody else. I don't know who gave these people the right, but since they've been locked into the beginning, they think they own the villa and they make the rules of what the other Islanders... It's almost like they're looking down upon the other Islanders. They have decided that they have defined...

Like the way Love Island works. And that's just not true. By the way, like any season of Love Island can be different. I don't know why these contestants are acting like there's fucking rules to Love Island that they like have to follow. It's like, no, no, no. We make the rules. They're like, we make the rules this season and you're not exploring enough. So you're going to go. But it's like...

Literally, Jeremiah tried with Iris, wasn't there. Andreina comes in, there's a connection. He's not going to connect with any of the other girls. He's known them for weeks. It's not, there's no connection. So for him to pursue Andreina, it's like, yeah, that's the one person that he can pursue. And you're going to say, no, no, no. He's doing what he did with Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda, Huda,

insane up a wall I can't listen to the talk it's so frustrating it's so frustrating and the way that Ace keeps saying this is what we're here to do this is what we're here to do we fucking get it bro like they just keep saying it and also if they mention by the way he has not really explored either and he's just tried to act like he has but he's not really and the way that they keep talking about America is gonna make me lose my mind because it's like stop

Being aware that you guys are on this show with the vote. They're just too aware of it. His little pouty face after that vote because they didn't send Amaya home. He wouldn't even look Shelly in the eye. He's sitting there pouting. I'm like, oh my God. Get over it. It's actually crazy. I don't know what's going to happen in Casa, but if Taylor...

And Ace have two conversations and then like, you know, we're sticking to our girls, like whatever. It's like, well, you're not, you're not exploring, are you? You're not exploring.

They really think they run this shit. I know. They really do. They really do. Who's the king in Game of Thrones? Joffrey. Joffrey. Ace is like Joffrey. Yeah. No, literally. It's like Willy Wonka. Daddy, I want it now. He's like just sitting there like mad. Yeah. Like you didn't do what I wanted. It's crazy.

why would you save Amaya I just don't understand someone tweeted like a picture of Taylor with the new girl and Kasa and they were like Ace's next victim yeah wanna be surprised it's just I'm I'm honestly getting pissed off at all of them no I know I really am but now it's like you get pissed off at them and you're like just bring in the other day we were just bringing all the new

all the new people now the new people and I'm like I know there's all these new people they're like they're not doing it for me yet I know you know now we gotta get attached to them and it's a whole thing I'm just like honestly Nick you're not gonna do better than Sierra but like no fucking off bro like he's like he he his eyes are all over the place he can't he can't keep it together he really and and I'm like you know what Ace maybe Nick should win the in in

Ace's mind Nick should win this show Because my god He loves exploring He's exploring all over the map He loves exploring Yeah he's really got it down pat Yeah He knows how to explore So When he was like When he was giving the speech His introduction He was like I plan on doing that With each and every one of you And all the girls were like Each and every one of us Each and every one Like whoa Slow down Yeah yeah yeah

Oh, my God. This season, man, it's taken a weird turn. I know. I know. And I guess we'll see where it ends up. But I was unhappy last night. Yeah, yeah. And the fact that...

The fact that this show is having this much of an impact on me is no good. I, towards the end of the episode, got up and I said to Matt, I said, okay, I'm going to go blow dry my hair. I said, you let me know what happens because I have to step away. And then afterwards he was like, nothing. Nothing happened. What do you think happened? Nothing happened. It was boring. It was like 8 o'clock and I was like, oh, I don't have time. What am I going to? I said, Joe, what should we do to kill time?

And he was like, kill time. I was like, till Love Island comes on. That's how I felt. I'm like, I can't start. It was 8 o'clock. I'm like, I can't start it. I was like, 8 o'clock hits and it's like, what do you do for the next half hour? Also, when I turned on 8.30, it wasn't on. I'm like, what the fuck? When there was sports on, it was like, I'll put the game on until Love Island starts. I know. I put tires on. So when I played a game of backgammon, I was like, let's just... I was just going to say, you definitely played back. I ordered ice cream. I was like, okay, the ice cream will get here at the perfect time. I'll be able to eat the ice cream. It's like...

Between 8 and 8.37, you gotta fill this big. I've been mistiming my orders. Like, it comes too early, and I'm like, I'm gonna be done by the time Love Island starts. Ugh.

I had the same situation happen Sunday night. And I'm like, oh, we ordered too early. Yeah, 8.37 yesterday. Like, come on, man. Yeah. It was a long episode, too. It was. Now we're 28 minutes. Yeah, it was really long. Because we watched a whole episode one over again. Because I clicked it when it was halfway through. And I thought, oh, my God, we still have that much time to go? Crazy. Goodness gracious. Yes.

All right. Well, we're very excited to have Hannah on the podcast. Yes, we are. So that'll be super exciting to talk to her. And I mean, I guess we'll, we realize Hannah and Jeremiah are not coming back. Yeah. You know, people on TikTok still think Hannah and Jeremiah are going to walk through those doors. Yeah. Like, they're not, you know? I think people- Yeah, I don't think so. I really don't think so. When people were saying, like, bring them back for Casa, I think people forgot that, like,

They already started filming. By the time we saw... No, but by the time we saw them go home, Kasa's probably done for them. Could you not see, like, if they're still in Fiji? Like, they do all have Kasa more. Then they come back for this recoupling, and they're like, and...

And then Hannah and Jeremiah walk in and they're like, we have a couple more options. It would be fucking amazing, but I don't think they let them do interviews and then go back on. Has that? Oh, is that like? I don't know. I just feel like they don't do that. I don't know when I've seen like Islanders do interviews and then all of a sudden they're back on the show. No. Yeah. Because then they're like, because we're telling them what's happening. So it's like they don't they don't go. All right. Now getting on back up.

Right, it's like, here's a taste of the outside world. Now let's send you back in there so you can tell everybody. Right, right. I don't think they do that. That would be awesome, though. They go back, they're like, everyone hates Huda. It would be amazing, though, if they had Jeremiah come back in with the guys and then he couples up and walks back in the villa to see how angry all the guys would be. Oh, that would be magical TV. You'd see smoke come out of Ace's ears. Yeah.

Be levitating. Yeah. Oh, my gosh. Well, it'll be interesting to see what happens with this new little twist. Yes, it will. But I'm hoping it's not permanent. We'll see. We shall see. All right. I mean, this is the first time we've had three people on the couch. Right? Yeah, this is the first time. Today we were like, oh shit. Right. What do we do? Well, I guess the couch is big enough. Honestly, I love that intro already. I think we could just get started with that. It's the first time we have three people on the couch. We are joined by the Lady Gang. We have Becca, Jack, and Kelty joining us. And we're super excited because we will be joining them again soon in...

September at Lady World. So we're super excited. Thank you for joining us, ladies. Thank you for agreeing to do Lady World. Oh my God, I know. You didn't know it could have been Fyre Festival. And you were the first people to say yes. I actually would have been thrilled if it would have

would have been like fire festival like just to be a part of something yeah it's great publicity either way yeah really right like just feeling like you're a part of something you know well it hasn't happened yet yeah stay tuned stay tuned it could be fire we could have a whole documentary about us yeah exactly I feel pretty confident with Kelty too you know like I was like she wouldn't let that happen if it was just me and Becca I'd be like oh

Here's your cheese sandwich, bitches. Enjoy. Right now, I'm planning your backstage elf beauty touch-up station and your hair station and your merch and your meet and greets and where you're VIP. I'm planning. I know you're on top of it. I'm on top of it. And I also want to tell you that if you want to come and wear your wedding dresses one more time...

You could. Wait, is this new? Is this a thing? Well, they both got married this year. Oh my God, imagine. We did both get married this year. I would be very hot in mine in Florida in September. Sure, I understand, but that's

Yeah. Well, it's at night. Unfortunately, mine's trashed. That's what I'm saying. They're so trashy. Run in the ocean. It was like a hurricane when we got. So it's like, it cannot be safe. You know what? Maybe I'll wear just the sleeves of it. You know what I mean? Because they are not attached. I'll just wear my veil. You'll just wear your sleeves. Just little parts of it. What night are you? Are they on? Sunday. Sunday, which is pink day. You can't wear white. Okay. Not having a pink purse.

Pink party. You have to wear pink head to toe. I love pink. Get a pink outfit. And Saturday night, I think you guys will already be in town, is Y2K. Love. Oh my God, I'm so excited. To watch, like, because it's Chris Kirkpatrick and Mark McGrath. It's like, where are your butterfly clips? Yeah, I'm going to do that hair thing. Do you guys ever do this? You're younger than us, but like, did you ever do that? And then the butterfly? Oh, yes. And then that with the butterfly. Oh, yes, the butterfly. And I just picked one. I know I shouldn't.

The headbands are back too You know like the claw thing I bought one Yeah Those are Obviously Chokers You know who was wearing one the other day I was like I grabbed it The other day It was when I was down Sam Asghari on the Traders Yes Yes And also my 28 year old brother

Oh, I did see that on his chick. I kind of like it. It was in my house. I saw that. And I went to visit my parents and I was like, Mom, is this yours? She's like, no, I think that's JB's. I was like, what is he doing? Does he have long hair? Yeah. Yeah, sure. It's long-ish. He would be wearing that headband. Is that with Jesse on? I can't figure out Jesse on The Valley. He sometimes has- He has headbands. Is it a headband? It's a headband for sure. I don't know what kind it is. I can't really decipher. Do you want one? No, not at all.

Yeah, that kind of just looks like a normal head. Like he's just wearing like maybe his daughter's headband. Wait, that's weird. But he wears it because he likes to have the bouffant. Like it's like he trains it to get the front. Yeah, exactly. And then it's just around. Does he wear this out and about? Yeah. He wears it out in a boot.

Unfortunately. Yeah. Wait, that's so exciting though. I love a theme like that. Like I've never, you know, everybody on TikTok now is doing these like Y2K themes. I've never been invited to one of those. Well, now you are. Well, do you think you'll come in before? Well, if we're there and Saturday night, you gotta come to experience. There's some jams playing and I, you know, now I know that there's a Y2K theme. Like I'll be there. Bring your hubs. Like if you want. The whole itinerary looks awesome. I'm like, I don't want to miss. Yeah.

Yeah. No, I want to play it. And Saturday night. Mahjong on the beach. Yeah. Oh my God. Kelty with the Mahjong. Mahjong. We just added it. I don't know how to play that. What is that? There's a lady that's coming. You're too young. You're too young to play Mahjong. My mother-in-law does play it. Oh my God.

Are you a fitness on the beach kind of girl? Like, will you do a workout? Yeah. Will you do a pickleball? Yes. I love pickleball. Will you do a craft? Do you like a craft? Love crafts. I'm not that crafty. I'm crafty. Do you like a skin? Like, so one of the things we decided, we're going to do like a massage class for your own face to teach you how to lift your own face. Lymphatic. Lymphatic drainage of the face? Yes.

I am an avid lymphatic drainage massage person. So, yes. That's why your face is so chiseled. I was thinking the other day that I need to. Oh, God. I'm feeling salty today. Thank you. No, you are. Yeah. I was at a facial recently. And I was laying at the facial hoping that my, wishing that my facials did more muscle stuff. Yes. You know? And then I was like, I'm going to have to go somewhere else now. Yeah. My woman does it. And it's fantastic. My girl goes in for the buckle fat.

The buckle massage. Yeah, yeah. And in the mouth. It's disgusting. Spit. Listen, I know I'll already... She was eating her mouth? Oh, yeah, like the face gym. I've been to those, too. Oh, I gotta try that. Selling Lady World to me, although we will already be there. You're gonna be there. You're now selling it to our listeners, though. Yeah, exactly. To make sure it's gonna be... It's gonna be fun. And then on Saturday night, it's gonna be great because after we see... Saturday night is Hannah Burner.

Into Girls Gotta Eat Girls Gotta Eat Hannah Burner Justin Sylvester Yes And then Pop 2K Pop 2K Chris Kirkpatrick O-Town BB Mac O-Town LFO Mark McGrath And then After that wraps up Then we go to the beach And there's a huge Outdoor bonfire Beachside That we have it all Set up with like Fancy chairs So fun It's real zhuzhy And then you wake up

Then you maybe do some fitness. Then you get ready for your show. Amazing. Love it. Well, we will be there. Caitlin Bristow is on Sunday. Yeah. And she told us that she's planning on doing a performance, like singing the EP. Because, you know, she started to release music. And this is her big goal for the year. So she's going to do like a little bit of podcast. And then she's going to do a few songs, which is like, you can't get that anywhere. No, that's a dream. And what a perfect...

place to do that because I have I just feel like the Crowd is gonna be so lovely and full of amazing women that it's like yeah Yeah, if you were gonna try out music and you like you you want a crowd that's gonna be like yes. Yes Exactly before we move on Can I ask you one thing because I have needed to ask get some questions about the chicks in the office fan base I know that when you guys go on tour, there's this sign thing like your Gus Brooks. I

Okay. Correct. Are we bringing signs to Lady World? Is it for you, for everyone? They can do whatever they want. Oh, so if they can bring signs... You can bring a reusable water bottle and we'll refill it all day. No, I mean... We'll tell them to bring signs because sometimes we have issues with...

The venue We just had one On Saturday And they They were Confiscating Everybody's signs And like They all had to run out And be like No no no Give them back Like that's the whole point Of our show And some people Didn't get their signs back And we have a segment In our show Called Time of the Signs Which is a play Of Sign of the Times Harry Styles So we play that Everyone holds up their signs And then we give away prizes Yeah So we can definitely Incorporate that into our show So we like fell back And we were like There's only a couple

And we're like, what the hell happened? We could have a craft afternoon where people make their signs. So we got lady world. They don't have to fly with their taken away. Yeah. They don't have to fly with their poster board. See, we need you guys here to help us come up. Cause we, and I have been sitting here for months now thinking like, what else could we possibly do? And,

During your meet and greet. So many new options. So we have this giant, it's called the Elf Activities Tent. And it's all like seated and air conditioned. And in there is like where you're going to do your meet and greet with your fans. And while people are waiting to come and like cry and tell you their story and hug you and love you and steal a lock of your DNA and take a picture with you, we'll have the sign stuff and people can make their signs while they wait. That would be perfect. That is genius. Yeah, that's pretty cute. Totally.

me together i'm so glad we came i'm gonna make signs for us yeah i'm gonna make signs for you guys thank you no one's ever made a sign we've never had a sign except one that was like kelty you suck but that was no wait who made you guys's first sign yeah did it like start from something at our shows yeah yeah yeah people they just i think maybe the first time we did tour people just made them organically and then we came up with the segment to start incorporating them and people are

so creative by the way that one hanging up people sexiest man alive somebody made that at our show and it's what i dressed up as for halloween one year it's like so creative like who would think to do that like the the signs that people come up with are so good a lot of photoshop a lot of photoshop uh like lights they like have like actual lights coming from it yeah jesus you can see them it's very it's very impressive because then i also think like we are

the photographer will always take pictures of them all and then we post them and I think people like to see their someone made a whole like tinder profile for their dog to be go on a date with my dog and put it on a poster shut up well okay just adding one thing I know we do want to talk about other things so the coves no but we're also here to talk about Lady World where do you sit in Lady World this is inside Lady World

This is Lady World HQ. She needs to hit all the points right now. No, I'm getting inspired. So like where you sit, you know, this is a seat of festival because I'm an elder. We cannot be standing all night. I love it. So there's seats for everyone. Your booze and your food and your merch all gets delivered to your seat. No standing in lines. But you can decorate your little what they call cove, like where your seats are if it's two or four or six or whatever.

You could also have a cove decorating contest. You know what I mean? So you walk around and you're like, if what about like you could you could have a Fran and Rhea contest.

a chicks in the office themed cove. Right, right, right. Yes. Like how to make the cove look like this. Yeah. Wow. Put Joe Jonas in your cove. Right. That's true. You need to have one of the Jonas brothers in all of them. Yeah. That is smart. No, that is. Listen, the opportunities are endless. What made you guys choose Florida? Just want to hang out with you. Yeah. Well, we,

I grew up going to this part of Florida. Okay. It's the Panhandle. Yep. And it's very underrated. Yep. And it's the Gulf of Mexico. So the water is like, it's crystal clear blue. The sand is so white and fine. You feel like it's the Caribbean. Yeah. And we just so happen to be approached by these guys who throw these like music weekends and

And when they said Miramar Beach, Florida, I was like, well, I know the area so well and it is so fun. Yeah. And like our first trip down there, I like popped there. It's Pompano Joe's is this restaurant. I popped their Pompano Jerry Cherry. So good. And like it's just fried fish like a fried on the beach right on the water. Shrimp with. Yeah. Yeah. Like coconut shrimp. Yeah. It's just very.

it's just a really, it's a jewel. No one gives an F like you can just be in your flip flops and like it's not about the makeup. It's very casual. So casual. You better wear a muumuu all weekend. Yeah, I love it. Well, tickets are still available. So if you're listening to this right now, if we haven't sold you already, like I don't know what

you're waiting for because I can't wait to be there. I'm so excited. I was so excited for the Hannah and Girls Gotta Eat edition. Obviously it's sad to have people not be able to do it but to have those three girls are amazing. We immediately reached out to them being like we're so excited you guys are doing this. We have a very big New York City representation there. I know we do. Yes.

Which is amazing. Well, New Yorkers love Florida. That's really true. And it's a really easy flight. Like, it's a super easy flight. And flights are so cheap right now. Not saying because, like, planes are falling out of the sky, but I'm just saying that, like, flights are cheap. So, you know. People are getting arrested left and right. Did you guys see that video of that girl last week on the flight from – do you see that? What happened? She was flying from New York to – I want to say Kansas City. It was, like, on, like, a Southwest flight.

and that tracks people started recording her because she like went nuts and started pulling this other woman's hair and like they couldn't restrain her like the the they hadn't even taken off yet i don't think and the flight attendants like like other passengers had to like help restrain this woman she's like spitting at this other lady jesus and like talking shit about her and her boyfriend husband whoever the other guy was she was with i was like oh my god

Flying is so fun. So fun. So fly to Florida. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I want to know, was there anything, you guys went to Jonas Con. You were the blessed and not stressed chosen ones. That's crazy. That's insane. Congratulations. Thank you. That's a big deal. That's better than the People's Choice Award that we all lost. Yes, of course. Never forget. That Meghan Markle then stole from us the next year or two, you know. She won the podcast award next year. You know,

They're fake podcasts Yeah yeah she did That was the last year Stop talking about it Wasn't that the last year No the last year Was the one The other year I forget what year it was They still do these podcasts But now it's like Actual famous people But they changed No they changed They got rid of the whole Now it's people's Country Awards Yeah they changed The whole award show Awards

Like the People's Choice Awards like don't even, it's like now it's the People's Country Choice Awards or something. Weird. Although the Golden, what, who just added? Golden Globes added. Golden Globes added podcasts. I'm like, it's going to be Amy Poehler. I said the same thing. It's going to be the top 25 and then six people from there. But continue, you were asking us about Jonas Con. Oh, yes. Is there anything we should steal from Jonas Con that was really great other than the Jonas Brothers? We cannot afford them to bring to Lady World. She's talking about like things that they did. Yeah, things that they did. Activations. That's a good question. We were,

so removed from the activations. They had to keep you behind because they knew. Yeah, right. The whole crowd would be chasing after us, of course. No, we were so removed from it because honestly, we were kind of just working the whole day and it was like very fast paced. Like we were on stage all day. Like it was like a lot of back and forth. We missed the whole water park aspect. Yeah, activations of it all. Yeah.

I don't know if this fits into Lady World, but something really cool that they did was all their old merch dating back from the beginning of time. Their whole store, they had almost every piece of merch that they had. Oh, that's designed. Yeah, archive stuff, which was cool. I'm trying to think of some of the other booths. They had... Do you have photo booths? People love photo booths. Photo booths. Like...

None of it. Well, maybe for the musicians that are like the musical acts you could do that are coming. Like Joe hadn't put out his new album yet. So they had like a booth where you could like go in and listen to his whole new album. That was cool. Oh, well, ask Chris Kirkpatrick if he can bring the new NSYNC album.

Yeah definitely Be the only place They can have it Exactly Just be like I know you guys Aren't putting that out For a while But just like Let everyone hear Yeah Did you The Valtrax Be like you guys Must have something That you never put out I thought you just said The Valtrax Me too And I was like Do they have an album Called Valtrax Progressive Yes you know like Taylor She's got They probably have some They gotta have some She saw them at dinner

I just saw Taylor and Travis on Friday night. I was trying to figure out where that was. Teresa. Yeah, of course. Yeah, they were like really looked so madly in love. Oh.

And like talked the whole time I'm like that's weird When I go to dinner with my husband There's a lot of like dead air You know It's a lot of looking at your phones Right You're like so You want to get this appetizer Or the other appetizer Do you ever see that on On Dumas or something They'll be like Saw this couple out to dinner They were on their phones Their whole time Yes I'm like So they're helping

And you're like, well, maybe they were working or something. Maybe something was going on. It's just like a star. So just like us. Yeah. I saw that in their relationship. Those two. Oh, definitely honeymoon cocaine. Yeah. I saw that about a Nina Dobrev and Sean White on Dumas. They were like,

like they were on their phones the whole time. I saw that too. You ready? I was like, they're just at dinner. No, they're definitely like me and my husband, if we ever went to dinner, which we don't, we would be on our group Pinterest board, like pinning houses that we love in Mexico that we want to go see. And we'd be like, oh, what about this? And it would pop up online. Keldy's a full iPad screen up at the table. No dinner? You don't like going to dinner? I don't like leaving my house. She doesn't hang out ever much.

Why we have to throw lady world because it's like I have to leave the house this year. That's our only social interaction before the end of 2025. Well, we want to talk to you guys about some topics. Okay, culture topics. What's going on right now? A lot of like talk about Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber, obviously, which is honestly becoming a tiresome topic. Even on our show. We just talked about this on Monday and it feels like we're repeating ourselves. But

after we talked about it there was an article that came out on page six that they're allegedly really struggling in their marriage and I didn't see things are not good things are not good Justin is getting irritated with Haley which I thought was funny and then for being perfect yeah right and then he posted on his story bitch if you're giving me the silent treatment at least tell me why which I was like oh my

My God. The sub-tweeting. Yeah, it's like... And because Haley we see is in New York City, he's not in New York City. What do we feel like what's going on? Well, this is my like, you know, darker opinion, but I think the Diddy stuff maybe brought up... This is my like...

Yeah. Armchair. Allegedly. Allegedly. But it's not even allegedly. It's just what I what I assume. I think when all the Diddy stuff came out and just the darkness of the music industry in general, that probably brought up so much trauma for Justin, who was so young when he started and who knows what he saw. And I believe wasn't he sober for a while and like really into like church and really trying to be this person?

you know, different person. I, I feel like the timing is suspicious that all this stuff is coming up and yeah, I've seen videos of him where it just, he seems like he's, and,

I know, but then the church stuff kind of took a turn for him, too. The what stuff? The church stuff, like, took a turn for him, too, I think. It was like he was so in it, and then he was, like, not. It was like... And people have been speculating, like you've been saying, that whole whole deal. Like, that became a thing, and then I think people were kind of weary to speculate on that because they're like, oh, well, we don't want to say something happened if it didn't happen, and everyone's very confused. But I think it's pretty obvious something is happening. Like, I, you know, I've seen people say, like, well...

he just wants to like be silly and I'm like I don't know if he's being like silly yeah like I don't know if it's if it's technically silly what what's happening you know some of it's silly for sure but some of it seems like a little bit more like him posting those bitch why are you giving me the silent treatment yeah it's like no well that's not silly he posted that fan that he posted that tiktok edit that I sent you guys the other day the dad the daddy yeah with the cut in with the love island with him being like I'm standing on business like I'm like

objectively funny. Silly. That's silly. But like, even all the stuff he was talking about, like, or posting about over Father's Day, that he was just like taking digs at her. And it's like, even if this is a joke to you, now you're making everybody think that you hate your wife. Yeah. And it's like, I feel bad for her. It's just like... It's giving...

Kim and Kanye like early separation days when Kim was just walking around kind of pretending like nothing was happening as he was sort of spiraling. And I think that that's eventually just going to come to a head because he won't shut up. He won't stop. Well, in the article, they said like Justin's annoyed with the way that Haley wants to present their relationship to the public.

And which to the public would be like, not that they're fine. Yeah, that they're fine, whatever. And maybe Justin's like, I want to air this shit out. Like, we're not speaking and she's giving me this treatment, which it's like, we don't need to know. I also want to know who he was talking to in that text thing that he leaked.

It's like, oh. I heard it was allegedly. Oh, I saw another text. No, it definitely wasn't. I don't think it was Scooter. He's had a short relationship that like blah blah. It seemed like a new friend. It seemed like a new friend. That's why we had a whole theory about somebody that he could hang out with. I thought it was

kid Eddie Benjamin he's been hanging out with constantly and I was like oh no they've been spending too much time together having a little friendship breakup he's calling him a pussy like a whole thing yeah she's like because for a while it was like any event that Justin was at this kid was with him so they were like oh maybe they they burned too bright you know they were but you know when you get like that new friend that you're with every single day and then after three months you're like get away from me wasn't there a Kourtney Kardashian text leak too people were assuming there was some sort of

that he was talking to Courtney about something because you know the allegations I didn't do that but he's what's his name yeah yeah yeah it's just very interesting very interesting very juicy Kelty what are your thoughts you've been a little bit quiet over there I'm taking it all in okay I I'm just she's thinking how she could plug Lady World again

Her mind is only... She's looking for a good segue. She's like, so Justin is from here, which is only a few states away from Florida, which is where Lady World is at. I am also Canadian, as am I, and I will be at Lady World. You guys did it for me. I have said nothing. I had nothing to say. No, I think I had heard some allegedly very uncomfortable things about his finances through the music industry that...

There was some sticky... I think the biggest thing that happens in Hollywood behind the scenes is these money managers. Like, if I could go back in another life and be a money manager, I've never heard of one that's not a fucking... Sorry, scam artist. Like, it's wild. So, allegedly, that in the back of... The falling out between Scooter and Justin really happened around...

the fact that Scooter had done all these deals for Justin. Allegedly. Allegedly. But instead of just getting him paid, like, here's the check, sign it, he got, like, stock options in these companies, like whatever that big company was. Instead of getting paid, I'm going to take stock. Yeah, gotcha. But then he took the stock, and the stock was put in the name of Ithaca Holdings, which is Scooter's equity company. Mm-hmm.

So and I think it's all like, oh, then you have piece of you have a piece of that and that and that. And I think that it got to the point where when they broke up and Justin looked at his bank account and he was like, where's the money? And it was all tied up in this web, allegedly, of things that Scooter put it in. And he didn't actually have any cash money to pay for things. I think that started that. That was the start of a very bad.

break up for Scooter. And I think when you're a kid and you've had a manager like that for so long, it's like J-Lo and Benny Medina. Like you've had someone in your life for 25 plus years. That's your dad. That's your business manager. That's your manager. That's your person. For them to break up, I think he has lost it. And I think with the money issues as well, because I think he allegedly went to go audit Scooter to say, hey,

hey, I'm owed all this money. And then the audit came back. No, actually, Justin, you owe us all this money that we never commissioned on. So it's a big financial disaster. And you guys know, buying a house, getting married, like that's a $50,000 like you can't sleep at night because you're so agitated about it. Can you imagine a $50 million version of that? And you're young and you have no one to go to. You can't go to your family because you're

paying for all their mortgages. And there was all that, like, with canceled tours and canceled shows, like, all these things seemed to be adding up. Nothing is ever free. Yeah. And I don't know what has been going on with, like, their, we were saying the other day, it's like, people keep talking about that they, I guess, didn't have a prenup or don't have a prenup. But at a base, at a base...

The way a man opens the car door for you or walks you into a restaurant. Where's this going? Or he doesn't walk beside you on the side. He doesn't do this a lot. He's a man child. But he just doesn't seem like he might be nice to her. His pants are

falling down he can't walk that right and i think that's where it you kind of separate the two and on one hand you feel so awful for him and probably how he was treated sure from such a young age and getting that fame at such a young age and like what he probably saw like all of that and then on the other side of that you're like well he's stuck he's stuck in that age somehow and he does not treat her kindly from what we've seen and for a while i was on the side of like guys maybe we're just not

seeing it behind closed doors like maybe he treats her really well and then I'm like no no no no time and time again he embarrasses her like it's yeah I went on a I had to cool I had to take it back a little bit but one episode I was like she should divorce him and then I was like okay well you know like we you know

Maybe don't be screaming that right away. But you sign up for what you sign up for. And you cannot change a man. You cannot change a man. They're who they are. They're going to grow up and maybe take out the trash when you ask. But that's all we can... Sorry to the men. We cannot expect more from them. Like, if you married him at 22 and he was...

acting like a ding bit he's gonna be that at 42 yeah that guy's not changing look you're we watch and see Travis Kelsey open that car door and hold Taylor's hand walking in and out of every restaurant right you have we ever seen Justin Bieber open the car door no he slams the door on her face but you guys but look at the the power dynamic yeah

You know what I mean? Travis is still auditioning. He's sucking up, for sure. He's hoping there's no prenup. I'm fairly certain. He's like, maybe if I keep opening up these fucking car doors. And he knows. If those Kelsey brothers keep doing commercials, they'll be set for forever. Every fucking commercial. They're in every commercial. Now Donna's on Traders. Oh, I'm excited about that. The mom's going to be on next season of Traders. Yeah, that's going to be a good season of Traders.

Moving on to another couple that have been in the news constantly lately is Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom. It's been a tough year for Katy, guys. I mean, to her own. Yeah, it's been a tough year. The music wasn't great. Do you think she just saw her first show of this tour and was like, we got it.

No it had to It was that and the space trip Apparently Apparently he thought The space trip was so ridiculous That he just couldn't do it anymore He couldn't handle it There was such an absolutely Hilarious absurd quote That was given to like You know who knows What it was It was like the Daily Mail Or you know it was like But it was just an absurd Potential source quote Of like

Orlando Bloom was like, you're going to space. Motherfucking space. You know how ridiculous that is. I mean, it is. Ridiculous. I mean, the Blue Origin flight was probably the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen anybody do in my entire life. So that alone and with the... What was it? What she did up there with the flower and then she sang to them. And then the butterfly with the set list. You guys know that

Saturday night during our live show was the first time I saw the photograph of her kissing the ground when they got back. It was the first time I saw it and I had, I was like, what the fuck is that? I was actually so happy. It was like a live reaction to seeing that picture. I was like, where was I when like, I didn't see her kiss the ground when they returned. No, they acted like they had been on Mars for 20 years. And like, this is the first time that all of their loved ones have aged rapidly. Like it was, I don't blame him for divorcing her. Ah,

I couldn't look at her the same ever again. No. I think touring is so hard on relationships. Like, it's just, that's why we need these residencies, okay? Because relationships thrive in a residency. Those Backstreet Boys are happy, dolly,

Yeah. Dolly. Carl Dean. Rest in peace. That was a bad one. But like people go and you're doing your residency in Vegas because you can go home to the same house every night. You don't have to travel. I think a tour is so hard on a relationship. Remember her last relationship was on a tour that ended. I think there's nothing harder in the world than to be an aging female pop star. I think it's a terrible. Nothing. There's nothing in the world. Nothing.

Nothing. Like Navy SEALs? I'm talking about in the entertainment business. In the biz. In the entertainment business, you can be an aging actress now. Not really. No.

A little bit. A few of them are allowed to. Becca's like, I'm looking for a role. She's like, where's my role, bitch? When you've been the girl that's on stage backup dancing with a poop coming out of a toilet in Vegas, which was her shtick, how do you continue? I don't agree. Well, the show itself is a fucking disaster. She could have done that in a way that made sense, but everything was...

It's like why is there Like a HVAC tube on the stage Right it was just like What are we doing here Like who's advising her Who's doing these things That's doing this to her Can't she retire Like don't you think She's made enough in life Where she could just like Sit back now And like Sort of just like be like I was Katy Perry And now I'm You know

It's like Adele. She's like, here's your album. See you in 10 years for my next album. But people can't help themselves. It's like J-Lo. J-Lo, I'm a massive Jennifer Lopez stan. I love her so much and I think she's fantastic. But like even I am like, do less, Jennifer. It's Tinkerbell.

bell they die if they don't get applause yeah that's true because for me i always think of i was this pop star and i was katie perry right and i had california girls and like all this shit and i lived my life wouldn't i at one point be like all right i'm good i did it i was katie perry and i have all this money and like i don't need to do that anymore just chill right just did the vegas she did the vegas residency already she's done two yeah yeah and so it's like i don't know why she did and that looked

Like, that looked wacky as well, but not as, like, cheap as the tour. It made sense for her. The tour looks cheap. That's what it is. It is so... Yeah. I just think it is... I feel really bad for her, and I just, like...

She's looking great. She does look great. You're right about JLo too, though. Remember her tour situation? What happened there? Do you think no tickets were selling? It didn't sell. Nothing's selling. Even Beyonce's not selling out. I mean, the only thing selling is chicks in the office. That's true. And Lady World. Bring some of those tickets to Lady World back. You know what I saw, though, actually? People struggle to sell tickets in L.A.

Yeah, there's too many options. People will sell out, and we've had that situation as well, but I don't want to put us on the same level as these other people. But people will sell out in five seconds in any other city. And then in LA, it's like, what the hell is going on? People like to see celebrities when they go to Starbucks, so they're like, why would I pay $900 to go to a concert? Tickets are so expensive. Right, I mean, that's true too. You know, I would never ever say...

A bad word About the brothers The brothers But they also had to downsize The brothers had to downsize They had to downsize Oh we did hear that They did cause they They did It was like some arenas And then they did like some Bigger arenas And then like a couple stadiums And they And

There are only a few people That can do a stadium Yeah they're keeping MetLife Because it's like local That one's sold Yeah But like Maybe 10 other cities They They were like If you bought a ticket To the show You're getting a refund And we're putting tickets On sale for a new Venue In that city Like that At the same time I asked Fran if she wanted To talk about this On the podcast And she said no And now we're talking About it

It's fair though. It's fair though. She was like, this is different. This is on topic. In the context of a conversation of like all musical acts having to make changes like this. If we talked about it then, the headline would have just been like, Josh Brothers had the downside. I just wanted to bring it up after Josh Brothers. We do that all the time. We'll be like, hey, you guys, I don't want to talk about this thing. So let's not. And then we'll get there and whoever said that blurts it out immediately. And we're all like, oh, we're going. They were like, oh, you said you didn't want to talk.

Okay we're doing it Not in my time I will be at MetLife But yes Like there's shows In Italy And like other places They were like They know we're moving Like in Philly They were supposed to do An arena I think But now they're doing But we saw how dedicated Their fans are in Jonas Con People were flying for it It's also It's not that people Don't want to go It's not for lack of fans It has nothing to do With the fans It's not It's for We saw you two years ago It's the economy too It's money For sure We're in a recession And the last people That understand That people are broke Are the rich people

They're on their private jets and they're like, why isn't this tour selling? Have you been to Ralph's lately? Yeah. The cheese is $9. The day after donuts are sold out. We have no money. Living in New York City, I think even when you go see some of your... I want to go see Gracie Abrams I think next month is in July. When I looked at tickets for me and my sister to go, I was shocked. How much was it?

700 something dollars What? Like to go to Madison Square Garden What? Yeah It's crazy The crazy world is only It starts with $300 $300 for three nights And three days of activities And lots of freebies Boom Deal of a century It really is Deal of a century The Taylor tour has desensitized Everybody Because they're like Well I didn't pay 15 grand I only paid $700 That is insane to me I think other artists Have the mindset of like Well if Taylor can do it Because like everyone You know and then Someone has to sit them down And be like

No, you're not Taylor. That's a problem now, too, because back when I was younger, shows were $15. So I went to a bunch of them. But now somebody's like, I have to pick my one favorite artist and save up all of my money to go to the one show a year. A one show, sometimes these tickets for one show is crazy.

the same or not more than going to you know Coachella like it's like a weekend you add that and then of course people want merch to show that they went to the show and the whole thing you add all that together who is your guys favorite artist right now if you each had to say well I oh my god they make fun of me I'm not in making fun of you I love have you heard of cam cam c-a-m

I don't know. Well, I feel like, yeah, but I don't. She's wonderful. Um, could have been, she's a very talented songwriter. She won a Grammy for Cowboy Carter. Like she wrote like a lot of that, but she has like an insane voice. She's one of the best people I've ever seen live. I think you would remember her back in the day. Burning house. Do you remember that song? Do you guys remember? If you heard it, you would know, but like she's,

Did she just go by Cam? C-A-M. Okay, Matt Nathanson. That's not going to be my name. Oh, I know who she is. Also, that's very disrespectful to snore when I talk about an artist. Take it back. Right. No, no, no. She's bugging artists that maybe people never heard of before. I'm supporting an artist. Cam's amazing. We've had her on the podcast. She is insane. I'm just bugging her. She's ran for Beyonce, Sam Smith, Miley Cyrus. She's insanely talented. She's so talented. Yeah. And she's cool. I've seen her before, for sure. She's very cool. She's just a...

Well, I love that answer then. She's a cool ass chick. Mine, nobody's going to know mine. It's a band called Sleep Theory. They're like a new emo type of a band, but they sound like Backstreet Boys. Like Backstreet Boys melodies with like hardcore music. Really? And it is my favorite combo ever. I just saw my sister. My sister probably listens, honestly. She's very...

Love that. And the same music as you. Emo girl to your core. To my core. Forever and ever. I think mine's probably Justin Bieber. I do love Justin Bieber. Oh my God. Ed Sheeran is another one of mine where I mean, he just does it for me. I'm the same way. Like even he's putting out new music right now. And every time I see, I like play the new song. I'm like, love. He's so funny on TikTok. He's just like terrible in general. He's so funny. So cute. I would love to like,

sit at his pub in his backyard with him. Agreed. He has a pub in his own house. I would love to talk to him. Kelty, you've probably talked to him before, right? A zillion times, but then he ghosted me, so that's why my face got sour when you started talking to me. Oh, really? I was like, I did his first interview in the United States for my digital music show 20 years ago or whatever, 15 years ago, and he turned to his publicist and he goes, am I famous here yet? In the interview. And he goes, no, but we're working on it.

And I was like, you're welcome. And then I put it up and then I went everywhere and I was like, oh my God, you guys got to hear this guy. And I was like, I was about, I was camp. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You got to hear it. So good. So good. Oh my God. He's written all these songs. And then all of a sudden he gets mad. And then I'm backstage at the Grammys. He used to bring me backstage at all his shows. He brought my mom backstage in Canada as a thank you. Like he was so nice to me. And then,

We had him on Lady Gang TV as the first celebrity guest of our TV show in 2017. I wrote a song for him. We have matching Best Friends t-shirts. You honestly, I loved your show, guys. It was so good. Thank you. You probably said something that offended him. Probably.

Probably. And then it's just gone. Let's not throw him under the bus right now because you're making him sound like not a nice person. No, I'm sure he's definitely your fault. It's your fault. For some reason, I could tell when Kelty goes quiet, she has a lot to say. Ed Sheeran's name got brought up and Kelty just sat there and I was like, I'm... She's scary when she's quiet. Yes. Yes. The thoughts are brewing. It's not just about Lady World. I just would say like, you know, a lot of people listen to Chicks in the Office.

Ed if you're out there like I would still like to be friends with you I'd like to support your career even though she just made you sound like a user no I'm not saying I think his people change it's like yes and you single-handedly made him famous yeah I did he's a giant selfie knight maybe fell through the cracks maybe he changed his he doesn't have a phone

Yeah. That's the thing. He has a phone. No, but even his publicist, like, yeah, yeah, it's fine. And you know what? Look, I've been there. You

Listen, we have been there plenty of times. It hurts. Multiple people. It does hurt. When you feel like I had your back when no one wanted you. Rolling Stone didn't want us. The Jonas Brothers. You, Oprah, didn't know who you were. No, no, no. Don't you bring them up in this. No. I'm saying it was like that for a little bit. The Jonas Brothers were ignoring us for a while. We talked about it openly on the podcast. Yeah, yeah, yeah. They were ignoring us for so long. And we were like, at one point, we were like, we're not talking about them anymore. They're a team. Wait, were you friends with them?

No. None of us were directly contacting Kevin, Nick, or Joe. We did a whole interview with them. You know, we had this rapport going, it felt like, with them. And then all of a sudden, it was dark. It was like every time we wanted to interview them, we couldn't. Like, everything. For years, we were like, what the hell happened? And then Jonas Conn came to be. And now everything's okay again, you know? So we just need Ed Conn. They need you when they need you. Guys, it's not show friends. It's show business. In the words of Kelty's mom. Yeah.

It's not show fun. Oh, show fun. It's show business. Sometimes people just get... No, they needed me. They needed me there on the rise and then they get famous and they're like, who are you? What? Oh, I gotta go in. Sorry. And I'm like... Chase Stokes. What? What?

Chase Stokes hates our guts. We joke about it. We joke about it. We joke, but he doesn't like us. We were told by someone. It's okay, though. It's okay. What'd you do? He spoke to Chase on our behalf, our friend. Yeah, and...

Basically what happened is when Outer Banks came out, we were like, I mean, we literally took it off the wall. It was like, I would die for John B. We sold so it was endless. Like they came on our show. It was like the first interviews they ever did. It was COVID. We were like the first ones they ever talked to. We did everything like Ed Sheeran. And Chase had come on our show virtually at least like three times.

And then he went on Penn Badgley's podcast and Penn Badgley said to Chase Stokes, oh, this is your first podcast. And Chase was like, it is. And so many people sent us that being like, how dare he? Now, maybe he meant in person, you know, because we had done virtually whatever. Maybe it's because it was like we had fun.

We joked about it. We made a video joking on the podcast. Madeline Klein commented being like, I didn't forget you guys. Like, it was very funny. Like, all in good fun. Like, we weren't actually mad at Chase. But it was like, we posted the video and then three days later he commented like, this could have been a DM. Yeah, or like, he damned us being like, you guys could have DM'd me, da da da. He commented, I think. He commented.

Yeah, something like that. And then he was supposed to come on the show and he did not feel comfortable coming on our show. Not feel comfortable? And you've never seen him again? He was supposed to come on with a co-star. Like it was like they were promoting a project together and then the co-star couldn't do it. You know what I call men like this? And then he was like, you know, his team didn't, he said he wasn't comfortable coming on. He's a baby bitch.

I have to be honest. Like I was like, really? Like we were joking and then we DM him apologizing. No, don't do that. We were like, you know, we were just kidding around. Like we didn't mean to ruffle feathers. Like we were really just joking. I did see, you know, we had a, we had a friend. Oh, no answer. You actually, I don't even know if I told you this because you were on your honeymoon and I was like, I am not texting her about this right now, but our mutual. Yes. Had dinner with him.

and was talking to him at the table being like, the girls, what are you doing to the chicks? He was like, oh, he felt so bad. He wanted to send flowers that he didn't come do the show. I was like, we never got flowers. Really? I didn't know any of this. I just told this whole story. I actually forgot all this. Oh my God. Wow. Because you were on your honeymoon. But no, our friend made it seem like water under the bridge. He would do the show later, but I was like...

I don't know at this point. No, he doesn't deserve that. At this point, he was like, and he was like saying to him, he's like, you know, they took your sign down. We took the sign off the wall. At least he's aware. We're all aware of what happened. And we really were just joking around. Like we didn't mean any harm by it. And yeah. So, you know, we all have our Ed moment. It's hard.

And I just like dealing with people who can laugh at like, yeah, it's not that serious. We're not actually, we weren't trying to be like, we hate you. It was like, it was funny. It would have been hilarious if he came on and we joked about it. And yeah, and it wasn't even more about Chase. It was more about Penn Badgley. Obviously you're in a situation. Someone's like your first podcast. And he's like, yeah, yeah.

What is he gonna stop him And be like No Actually I did three virtuals With a chick on this exact moment Right like we don't I don't expect him to do that It was just more just funny So yeah Well he can't Take a joke obviously Or maybe Is his sense of humor So good That this could have been A DM was actually A really funny Like joke No cause they apologized And he didn't respond Remember then he didn't Come on the pod You know

the part where he was not comfortable coming on the show. Baby bitch. Baby bitch. It's a whole thing, you know, guys, it happens. I think new fame is really hard on people. Totally. I give them grace. I'm mad at him for you. It's so hard. It's so hard.

It is. It is so hard. The first three years of fame, you have to give people a lot of grace on the way they act and the way they handle things because they get so famous and they're excited and they get like all hyped up by the people around them and they think they're really important and they listen to them. So a publicist is like, you can't go back to that. No, you've outgrown them. You'll only do armchair experts now. And like,

Some publicist in a room is like, you do Oprah, Mel Robbins, the guy with the bright eyes. What's his name? The guy with the bright eyes. Mel Robbins. Mel Robbins. Jay Shetty. Jay Shetty. The guy with the bright eyes.

Yeah, he does have bright eyes. He has beautiful bright eyes. I'm not saying you will not do these low-life Lady Gang chicks in the office barstool podcasts. Because people are afraid. They're like, oh, they only want to talk about their relationship. I'm like, what? No, we're like the most easygoing people to have interview you. To our own fault. To our own fault. People are like, come on, Lady Gang. I'm like, we don't have to talk about that. And then they're like, do you guys ever make news anymore?

anymore? I'm like, nope, because we don't ask anything. We're too fucking nice. We're getting all the notes of you can't talk about this, you can't talk about that. And we're like, yep, yep, okay, okay. Meanwhile, they'll bare their entire soul on whatever. I'm a shit expert. I'm a color daddy. And then the end.

the enema and my herpes. Yes. And then I just let them. And I said, no, I don't. Fuck them. Sorry. Oh, it's too good. Wow. Do you want to take this as a moment? This is a good segue into your book. Thank you so much. Yeah. I want everyone to give me the good juju. I have been working for the last about

eight months on a book proposal. I'm taking it out next week. It is called the Fuck Them Theory. It is a self-help book for people that are done being the bigger person. Amazing. I love that. It's about revenge. I might have revenge. If you guys do anything at Lady World to piss me off, I'm going to ruin your life and you won't even know until 10 years later. I really feel like we should all channel that. Sometimes I get tired of being the bigger person. No, you don't need to. In this room, we're like, God,

I'm just always being the bigger person. And then you go to the dinner parties, right? And people are like, oh, you have that really popular show. Oh my God. Who's like the worst celebrity you've ever met? And you're like, no, they're all great. You just, next time you tell them. No, we've been telling people it's French Montana. Oh, okay. Actually, we've been telling people it's that. Wait, what was that? No, we had a really good, but that was such, it's such a good, easy answer because it was, the interview was like,

Such a disaster that even like anybody listening to be like, no, that was a train. And our listeners will always bring it out to us. They're like, remember that French Montana interview? I think he was kind of fucked up. I'm not quite sure. Yeah. He spent a long time in the bathroom before he came into ours. So very alleged. Like, yeah, you know, and then he thought that I was trying to insinuate that him and Drake

or like were gay and I was not doing that. They went on vacation. They went on vacation together. They just got back from the Turks and Caicos. So I was like, oh, you just went on vacation with Drake. How was it? He was like, what are you trying to say? And he was like, you know, like in Hollywood, you can't just talk about two men going on vacation together. And I was like, dude, what are you trying to tell me? Because I'm just simply asking how was the beach in Turks and Caicos? Yeah, did you wear sunscreen? Yeah, like what? Did you drink pina colada? Right, right. What was your drink of choice? The interview, I think, lasted 10 minutes. Friends in the middle like this. Did he leave? Like I literally was like,

I was just sitting, sipping my water because I was like, I don't know what to say. And eventually Rui was like, all right, thanks so much, French Montana, for coming on. And then he did another interview here. And in that interview, he was talking a ton about all the animals he owns. And then when he got an hour interview, I was like, oh, and you own like these animals? I don't own any animals. And I was like, am I going nuts right now? Me and French were fighting. He just like 100% did not respect us at all. No, he didn't at all. And this was...

Six years ago. We had something like this and I can't remember. Where I was like, you just, you're, and then he made some, remember he made that comment, he was like, you got sisters? Yeah, he was like, yeah, what are you guys doing after this? You got sisters? Yeah, and I was like, ew, okay. I'm getting the vibe that, you know, alright, thanks so much, French Montana. And you guys aired this? We did. We did.

We had to. Oh, we were like, we're putting this out. I would have said, I would... Oh, the clicks. Okay. You know. It was so bad. People were like, wow. We introed the interview and we were like, guys, get ready to listen to the worst interview of all time. Oh, that's so smart. Yeah. I feel like we've had situations like that and then we just lie to the publicist that like the...

We had a tech issue. One time we had someone doing a full at-home French manicure on the podcast. They didn't look up at once during COVID. They just did this the whole time. Oh, yeah. And then there was...

Somebody when we were in person at the old studio who live streamed like her whole... She's put her phone like this. Propped it up like this. And then she just... But she talked to herself. She talked to the phone. She talked to the phone the whole time. Wasn't interacting with us. It was wild. Wow. Podcasting is wild. You know, we haven't had that many crazy ones. I do remember though...

When we got our Katy Perry interview and we had hyped this shit up. Like we were like, guys, we're going to LA for our biggest guest yet. Like da, da, da, da, da.

We then revealed it was Katy Perry. The way our listeners treated us after that. Shut up. When was they? They were angry at us. They were angry. This was December 2021. They were like, really guys? This is who you are? It was like, honestly rude because objectively Katy Perry is a huge fucking guest. Huge guest. Household name. How does that do podcasts? And we left it in the interview. She specifically requested us. Oh, that's cool. Right. And we like hyped it up and our listeners were like, pfft.

this is what you hyped up and we were like, damn. Wait, that's crazy. And now it's like an ongoing joke when we do like an interview or something, people will be like, this is bigger than Katy Perry. No, yeah. Like when we have like the hot, whoever, like if, watching Love Island right now, like if we have, we're like, oh, we have Hannah, they're big, this is better than, this is better when you watch Katy Perry. I mean,

Really? It is. In my mind. You're watching Love Island. I am watching Love Island. I didn't watch last night, but I'm caught up other than that. Beck and Kelsey, you know Love Island? No, I like aspirational television. Okay, you're above us. We get it. I watch just Ariana's slow-mos and like write Oh My God So Hot and that's it. Yeah.

Yeah. She is smoking hot. It's unbelievable. She's the hottest person there. Ever. You took the words out of my mouth. I said this to them last night. I texted everyone. I was like, it's so hard to pay attention to the other people there because Ariana is the hottest person there. Listen to this. So I had a birthday party at my house. I never have a party. And she came by and it was a book nerd party. So everyone came book nerdy. But she didn't. She came in like a barrel jean and like a little, you know, like a letterman's jacket or whatever. And.

and just plain face, no makeup, whatever. And my husband's like, I was like, it's Ariana. And she's like, oh my God, oh my God, oh my God. And then like two days later, something came up on Instagram. It was like, oh, there, she was at the birthday. You met her. And he goes, that girl? No.

That was... And he pulled up the pictures from the party. He's like, that's the same. She is... It's the craziest transformation because she's shy. She is actually shy. Yep. She's pretty quiet. She's pretty demure in real life. She's not like a look at me person. No. She's not a Tinkerbell. No. Not at all. She doesn't have the thirst. Like at all. And then she's like, let me just...

And then she's like, the looks are so funny. I don't know. She puts on a fucking show. Like, obviously it's a character for her, which is so fun. You said that. She puts on this character. It's so opposite of, like, who she is in real life, which I love. Like, she's doing the job. But it's so good because I think she was a fan of the show for so long and she's like, I'm going to be the, like, I'm going to be Love Island's host. This is what I love about her. It's like, she is, like, giving Caroline Flack, like, who is the ultimate rest in peace, like,

Her hosting ability is She's terrifying But like There's something about her And she really channels her Totally Which is so opposite Of how she is in real life But like She's a scary host And it's like That's what you need On Leland Love Island Without all the makeup And everything though I think she has like The cutest face ever She's tiny She's so tiny So beautiful and cute and tiny Like I remember seeing her Like bare face Whatever for the first time And I was like

She's so freaking cute. She's adorable. She's stunning. I'm really happy for her. And I'm happy that she wanted the job. She knew she'd be great on the job. She's giving it her all. And the results are in. Ratings are up. Like, that is such a win. Like, more females hosting shows, okay? Yes, absolutely. Because they always give it to, like, that old guy. Uh-huh. No, absolutely. We're getting the... I'm getting this from our producer. So we're going to wrap up. But then we're going to do your part.

Can I just say one more thing? Tickets are available for Lady World at ladyworld.co. We can't wait. And thank you for saying yes. It's going to be so fucking fun. We cannot wait.

I was wondering if you guys had a take on Taylor Frankie Paul posting a TikTok about being the next Bachelorette. I think that could be the key to reviving the franchise. I was an avid Bachelor watcher for probably 15 years, and then I haven't watched the last two seasons because it's just gotten so boring. So, yeah, just curious to see what you guys think of that. I think it could be...

super interesting. They could have a little crossover a la Vanderpump Villa. Yeah. All right. Thanks. Love you. Send her in. Send her in. But unfortunately, I don't think that would be able to be aired on ABC primetime. Send her into the mansion. Oh, no, they could. I mean...

Mormon Wives is a dirty show. Yeah. And... They just have to, like, bleep things. Yeah, yeah. She'll just have to, you know... Yeah. She might have to tone it down a little. Keep it clean? Yeah. I don't want her to keep it clean. No. No, that's fair. I think it would be a great season, but I think we'd have to, like, just put it straight to...

Straight to streaming. I would wonder if they would ever consider that, like putting The Bachelor on Hulu and then they have way more freedom. We did talk about that the last time, which they should so that we could see more and they'd have more freedom. Not see more, but you get what I mean. I don't know, but at the same time, it's like they do need to put shows on TV sometimes.

They do. I feel like it's still a big show for them. Yeah, that is true. I think probably their demographic is still very much like the older folks that are watching TV, you know? So like they would pretty much lose them completely. Right. But they would gain so much more. Yeah. I think that's a big risk though. Cause like, do they not like, I think if Taylor Frankie Paul was the Bachelorette, people would be tuning the hell in. But I think they would tune in if it's on ABC, you know? Yeah. Yeah.

Because really it's like they can't you can stream you can stream it the next day. You know. Yeah. That's true. I was just thinking about like having to cut things out. Cutting things out. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And things like that. But I just don't I don't think the Bachelor franchise will ever change that much. You know I think that they could use they could put her as a lead but I don't think they'd be like we're going to change the whole show kind of thing. Yeah. That's true. Listen if they kept it as is even still and put her on I still think it would be

great yeah yeah yeah honestly I'm with that no they I think that's a great idea I think they should like fuck it just just go outside the franchise and put somebody on who's never been on any of the shows before and make them the bachelor bachelorette yep yep just like start start the cycle fresh yes

Hey, this is Brooke. So my question is, what is one theme song that you absolutely hate and have to skip every time it comes on? For me, I hate the Modern Family theme song. Also, cannot stand the Suits theme song, but I absolutely loathe the Friends theme song. So yeah, looking forward to hearing yours. Okay, bye. Absolutely loathes, she said. Loathes the Friends theme song? Loathes it. Now...

be there what she's probably shut the show off and she started singing it who loathes the friends i know seriously that's gonna be one of the most enjoy that's gotta be one of the most liked ones i would think she hates happiness wow that's a good question though because there are definitely theme songs that i've hated before but i'll say this you know what i actually hate when

The post credits or no, the credits come up on a movie that you're watching at home and like you don't shut it off in time. Like it's like almost like, okay, it's playing too long. Like we shut this off. It's a weird. Wait, what? Yeah, I'm confused about what you're saying. You watch a movie. Yeah. The credits come up. Yeah. And maybe you get off the couch, you know. Yeah. But it's still playing.

Oh, you're just saying you just don't like that. Right, like you forget to see... There have been times where we've gotten off the couch and it's still playing and I'm like, oh my God, oh my God, we have to shut off the TV. But what if it's an okay song under the credits? Yeah, I was going to say, sometimes it's a good song, but it's just a weird thing. I feel like that's actually nice. I leave the credits rolling, I'll go to the bathroom. No, no, no. It's still just playing. See, it's a weird thing that I have where I'm like, I need to have...

It needs to be shut off. Something new needs to be on. You don't care about anyone behind the camera. Get these credits off my screen. That sounds mean. It's not like that. It's just like the noise of it. I'm like, ah, we gotta shut it off, you know? But what about end credit scene, you know? Then I'll stay for the end credits, of course. Don't want to miss out on that. For me, it really depends on length, right?

Because there's so many that I enjoy, but they just go on for so fucking long that I'm like, skip. Like, that's how I always feel about Game of Thrones. Like, I like the Game of Thrones. Like, I'll play it for 10 seconds.

But then it goes on for so long. I would say the visuals matter. Like the Game of Thrones one, like I skip because it's kind of just like an animation that I don't care about. I guess I'm trying to think of like old ones and I can only think of like things I'm listening to right now. I actually really don't like the theme song for Stick. What is it? I feel like I skip it every time. It like doesn't match the show in my mind. I definitely skipped it every single time. I don't even know if I watched it. I don't really like it.

Right now I can only think of ones I do like. I didn't like your friends and neighbors one either. Like Succession. It's amazing. Now my brain is just thinking about the ones that I do. It's weird I'm only thinking of HBO shows. I'm trying to think. Yeah, yeah, yeah. What about Stranger Things? I can't even think of one. Yes, Stranger Things has one. It's the same one every year. Yeah, but it's not like even I'm thinking sitcom wise. And you know, I like them all. Same. Yeah.

It has that nostalgic feeling. Full House, Friends. King of Queens. Oh, I don't know that. I don't know the King of Queens ones. It's a good one. And there's like the old, like step-by-step, you know, like the old ones. All the Disney ones. Sopranos is great. Sopranos is amazing. Sex and the City. Simpsons. See, now we're just all naming the good ones, though. No, I know, but I'm trying, I need you to name some of the good ones because then I'm like, maybe there'll be one that I don't like.

I'm going to look up the worst. I'm looking at top 20. Theme songs. But here's the thing. That caller, objectively, those are all good ones and she hates them. Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Yeah, those are all good ones. Number one is on Rolling Stone. I won't knock her on the Modern Family one. I could see that one maybe being a little annoying. But it's just like sound. I'm reading ones that people hate. How do you guys feel about the Ted Lasso one? Love. Love.

This person hates the Ted Lasso one. I love the Ted Lasso one. Oh, my God. This person also hates the Entourage one. What? Entourage is a classic. Yeah. Sopranos? God, this person hates fun as well. No. We're definitely missing ones because I'm like, I can't think of... It's so hard. Yeah, I just really don't think I have any problem with theme songs. But do you watch the intro...

after you watch it the first time or do you skip it? Like when you go to start a show that you're just like watching, like five episodes in. I am normally always a skip and Joe gets mad at me. He's like, why'd you skip it? Because he likes the song. Sometimes I just keep it going because I want some like more phone time. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I can, like, yeah. But if it's like the third or fourth episode of a show that I'm watching, you know, I'm like, okay, skip. Right, like you're binging it. You know? Right. Yeah. Yeah.

All right, next question. Hi, Rhea, Fran, Nella, and Olive. I'm Skylar from Columbus, and I recently saw Julia Porter talking on a podcast about the potential of joining Summer House, and I would love to hear your opinion on this. I was definitely a huge CSDK fan, but would love to hear if...

this would be a good cast in your guys' eyes, or if there's any other reality stars who haven't really been on a show recently who you think would be a good new summer house addition, just to mix it up a little bit, or if you think they should just stick with people who have never really been in that reality space before. Okay, love you guys.

Thanks. She, Juliette said this on the toast. I think she was like that she, a casting director or someone that worked on Siesta Key was a casting for Summer House and she did the whole interview thing, whatever, and they didn't obviously go with her. And she said she thought maybe like that, like Lexi kind of took that role that perhaps she would have had. I do feel like Summer House has kind of stuck somewhere

with the formula of bringing in people that maybe haven't really done reality tv before because it's not like like lexi had a shit ton of followers so it's like she was in that world like kind of being known um but not necessarily reality tv but i think i would actually love for them to bring in some reality tv people do you know who would actually be great um brandon lee

Yeah Who he's Pamela Anderson's son Yeah Was on the hills Yeah Yeah He would be great on Summer House Yeah

No, for sure. I think there's a ton... And Juliet would be great too. Yeah, like at this point... Like bringing the people who have dipped their toes... Right, right, right. Well, I mean, Juliet was full force, but like... It would maybe be a good way to shake things up for the show. Like if it ends up kind of being like a reality TV star house. But then it's also like, then you kind of need to have some chemistry within the group because you would want this... It's like...

Because then it just becomes summer house where every season maybe you'd have different people, you know? Right. But I feel like if you have people who have been on before but haven't been on years, at least they know what it takes to be on reality TV. Right. Especially in that sort of format where it's just like following friends around or whatever. Yeah. Where like maybe they wouldn't try too hard, but they like know what it takes to be on the show. Yeah.

I would love to see Juliet on Summer House. I think Juliet would be great. She always made great TV on CSK. You see the rumors that Fibula is going to be on? Interesting. That would be great. That would be good. He would be good. What I do like, there's two directions they could go in. They could go in the direction of where it's like a lot of different people that have big names, maybe have a draw.

Or like people that you genuinely see hanging out with this group. Because in past years, it's like, oh, they just bring in a new person. A man is like, oh, I met her at an event. Like we're friends. And they're like, you guys aren't like you guys don't really know each other. You know, they always there's not that much of a connection. But Connor knows them all. I think he's like pretty good friends with West and like that group. So like that would kind of make sense. Yeah.

And I feel like there's other girls that they could maybe bring in from that group of friends. But yeah, that would be interesting to have him on.

What was the other girl on TikTok that you were talking about, we were talking about that was maybe rumored? Zara. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Who has the dog. The dog. She's got the dog, yeah. And she responded to somebody and said, no, she's not going to be on. Oh, but maybe she was like, maybe she interviewed or something. Funny backstory, she played flag football with my cousin Franny growing up. Interesting. Yes. So me and Franny always talk about her like-

One day we did see her at an event and I was going to be like, hey, because I hung out with her once or twice. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But we were way younger. Right. My cousin was playing flag football and I visited her in Florida. Love it. I don't know if she would remember that though. And I was about to go say something to her and I was like, if I bring up...

What if she doesn't want... Well, now I just told everyone she used to play flag football. Yeah, yeah. What's wrong with that? There's nothing wrong with that, but I'm saying maybe she... I haven't seen her talking about her flag football past online. You know Wes would like that. What if I said to her, like, hey, you played flag football in Florida, da-da-da-da, and she'd be like, huh? Yeah. But I know for a fact that's her.

Yeah I bet you she would be like wow I'm so glad you remember that. Right that's true. I just like chickened out. She seems absolutely lovely and her dog is stunning. Right but she wrote back no because everyone was speculating. I did see that too that she said no. But I feel like maybe she was like in the process of maybe being interviewed. Yeah.

Because I know that was like, I saw a ton of TikToks of people thinking that maybe she was going to be on. How about me being like, maybe she doesn't want to talk about her flag football pass. You're acting like you just doxed her. That's ridiculous. I'm just like, she's never talked about it, I don't think. Maybe she has, but I haven't seen it. But, you know.

No, but they're they they should. Yeah, we'll see. This is going to be the cast casting cast. The casting directors for this season have got to be feeling the pressure because they got to come up with something good or else this could be probably the end as we know it. Right. They got to really pop off this season. Yeah. Yeah. All right. Let's do one more.

Hi, Rhea. Hi, Fran. This is Vanessa from San Jose, California. Just want to let you know I love your podcast and the Bay Area misses you. Please come back and do a show over here. My hot take is I think Sydney Sweeney is a bad actress. I don't think she's good at all. And this is like me not hating women at all. I just...

I can say in the movie Anyone But You, I love that movie, but she kind of ruins it. All the charm comes from Glenn Powell. Is this Noah Collin? I don't think she's that great in anything else that I've seen her in. When she was in The White Lotus and she got nominated, I thought it was... I didn't...

I didn't think it was good. And then in Euphoria, maybe. But I feel like she's been giving these roles because she's just kind of popular right now, but her acting isn't that great. Yeah, so that's my hot take. Love you guys. Bye. And hi, Noah. I don't disagree completely because there are some moments where I do feel that way. I'm excited to see her in...

what's the one that she just had to, the boxing movie that she had to do?

when there's other more, like that seemed like a really intense role. Like rom-com stuff is kind of hard to go off of I feel like, 'cause it feels when she has done something really serious, like when her character's having that fucking meltdown on Euphoria, like that was good, you know? So I just don't, I don't know if it's necessarily like the funny rom-com vibe is like her bread and butter necessarily. - It feels as though it's, she has a bit of a monotone voice.

Yeah she does In Anyone But You At times it just feels Very monotone But when she's like Doing the extreme Like in Euphoria Like you said I think she's incredible But it's those Those little moments That where you're like This feels This is falling a bit flat Yeah And you know Glenn Powell

He was the charm of that movie. Let's be honest. He had all the charm. I think they had good chemistry. I thought that they had good chemistry together. But you are not completely in the wrong that like, you know, I don't think she's giving Academy Award winning performances. Like you said, with The White Lotus and Anyone But You. I am interested in the upcoming movies she's doing though. And I think she's really good in Euphoria. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She does kind of like remind me of...

Like a Dakota Johnson in the sense of like there are some things that I've seen Dakota and that I've loved. But they both kind of have like that monotone speaking voice. And then there's some things where people obviously, you know, whatever, like Madam Web, everyone said was like the worst movie ever. Which is not necessarily Dakota Johnson's fault. But I mean, I like, I love her. I love Dakota Johnson. I mean, I watched her on...

I watched her on Amy Poehler's podcast recently and she's so fucking funny. She is so fucking funny. But there's but like her humor in that monotone sense like you get when you're talking to her as a person. And then I think acting wise sometimes it's different. I know I really want to see the new movie she was promoting. I haven't seen it materialists.

I've heard mixed reviews. I've heard mixed reviews too, but I really want to see it because I saw some people be like, oh, it's cute, but it's not as rom-com-y. It's been marketed as a rom-com, but it's not necessarily as rom-com-y. And I've seen some people maybe be like, oh, she was okay, whatever. But Chris Evans, Pedro Pascal, you're getting me. You're getting me to see that movie. And I think Dakota is also... That interview I was cracking up. She was so funny. She brought her...

She brought her puppy. I saw. And Amy Poehler was joking about how like she has a no pet policy in her office. And like it was very funny. She was joking. She's like, no, I love him. But like, don't fucking bring him into my office, you know. And the puppy's like crawling on the table. And Amy was like, oh, it was like she hasn't peed yet today. So I don't know. Like she may pee. And Amy's like, oh, oh, and you're going to put her on the table. And Dakota's going, OK, go pee.

Oh my god It was actually very It was very funny She's very funny But in the same Like I do think A lot of times People who are just Naturally more monotone They get labeled as like

Bad actor. Well, Kristen Stewart. Yeah. People are like, bad, but she's not bad. Kristen Stewart's not a bad actress. Yeah. But because she has a monotone voice, people are like, bad. Yeah. Yeah. So. Yeah. And it's, that's, I feel like Sydney probably gets thrown into that as well. She gets all the roles, so. She does. She's not wrong. She's very popular right now. She's booked and busy. She's not monotone though. She's more just like, she has like maybe like a lower voice, but like she's not, I don't think Sydney Sweeney's like monotone.

Maybe monotone is the wrong way to word it, but I feel like she's a bit monotone sometimes when she talks. I kind of think, yeah. It's like the certain inflections in her vowels. Yeah. I guess like the White Lotus character, she definitely wasn't that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. All right. That wraps up the Pop Corner. Keep calling in. Keep giving us your hot takes, your opinions. We want to hear it all, so make sure you're calling in.

What time is it? It is game time. All right, everyone. We are here with a very special guest. We are joined by Hannah from Love Island USA. Welcome, Hannah. I'm so happy to be here. We are so excited to talk to you. Obviously, we are so upset about your dumping from the villa, but we are excited to talk to you. How are you feeling since that night?

You know, I think it's a lot of mixed emotions, a lot of glasses of wine and sad songs and tears. And I feel really bad for my neighbors because, oh, my God, they probably think I need like an exorcism or something. I'm losing my mind. But yeah.

I, you know, day by day, today's definitely a better day. So I feel like as each day goes on, it'll get better. We did see your emotional reaction to being dumped that night. And I think, you know, everybody was like, why? Why did this happen? Was that your immediate reaction as well?

I was not expecting that at all. Like when I tell you I didn't have like an ounce of like thought in my mind and it could have also been Pepe. I feel like the entire time he was just looking at me and he was like, you're good. Like everyone loves you. You're good. Like, don't cry. Stop crying. You're fine. You're fine. You're fine. You're okay. You're okay. So like, that was my mind. I'm like, I'm okay. I'm okay. Everything's fine. So literally everything changed in like a second.

She said my name and I literally like my mind. She's like, what the fuck? Like, there's no way. That was why really two times we're going to do this to me. Yeah. I mean, that was the reaction watching it. And then, you know,

Anybody naturally after they get sent home by the people in the villa are going to be like, I don't even know if I can talk to you. You just sent me home. And we kind of saw a little bit of that. We saw, you know, the girls telling you the light in the villa. How did you feel talking to them after while you're packing your stuff?

Oh my god, I didn't talk. I literally like what was shown was the only words that I said because I was like, I don't really want to talk to them. I only want to talk to Pepe. I was like, I couldn't like how what do I say? I talked to Iris because like Iris was my girl and she had no part in that. And everyone else I was just like, I really like there's no words because when I'm sad or when I'm frustrated or when I'm angry, like I just like shut off. Like I don't have this like I sob cry.

Like, you know, crybaby, but like, I don't really speak. And so I didn't know what to say. And they kept trying to tell me all these things. Oh, we love you. I'm like, do you? Right. I was gonna ask, did the girls try to give you any kind of explanation to their reasoning behind their vote?

I pretty much got as much of a reasoning as everyone else did. And I even watched like the most recent, like the first episode of like Casa, like right after I left, um,

Still, I was waiting for an explanation. I was waiting to see if anyone stood behind me at all or if anyone was like the front runner of like gunning for me to go home. And I still didn't get it. Them saying that I seemed closed off right away. One man walked into the villa and I had a conversation with him. The thing about TJ, like when he walked in, we had one conversation, but I can kind of clock when like me and somebody have sex.

different, how do I word this? Different opinions on things that I just don't waver on. And I kind of stand on business with that. And

I knew there was multiple people that were like that, that I just did not want to like have those interactions with. Everybody else, all the other guys I was really close with. And I've talked about them, about their connections. And I haven't like they just weren't on my radar. I was I told the girls up and down, I'm ready for Casa Amor. I want to see what comes in. Like, I'm ready to test my connections. That's what I'm there for. I've been that way since the jump ever.

Everyone can see that, that I was never like, oh, I'm married. I'm off with this man. I'm so in love. But so that was definitely weird to me. And I still don't know. But maybe I'll never know. It really did seem like the reasoning changed completely.

It's like the reasoning for voting certain people, it's like it changes with the person. It seems like they've made up different rules for different people and like this person hasn't explored enough so we're sending them home. This person's explored too much so we're sending... It doesn't seem to make...

really any sense how did it feel watching if you watch so you watch that episode of the beginning of Casa how did it feel watching the boys seem really confused by you getting sent home

I think that was the general reaction from everyone was like, literally, I even had a chat with Jeremiah, like right when we were leaving, he was like me, I didn't expect, but you was fucking crazy. Like that's nobody would have guessed that. And like, I was really close with Taylor. So I know that like, I saw Taylor's face when they said my name and that's when I knew like Pepe wasn't going home and it was just going to be me. And I was just like, that's, I just shut down because it's like, you really like,

you don't expect it. And I don't think anyone would have expected. I never would have prepared myself for that. It did feel like watching it. And we did speak to Charlie as well. And we said this to him that it seemed like you were doing Love Island in the way that you're sort of supposed to, like you had a connection with Charlie. He, you know, you were, you know, experimenting with Pepe and then you went back to Charlie, he was sent home. And then, you know, you sort of

tried to further that connection with Pepe and it seemed like you guys were getting there. So it did seem like a very odd choice from the viewer perspective of why they would send you. I mean, people, you don't understand, like people were screaming at their TVs, including us about you and Jeremiah. Um, as for Jeremiah sending home, what did you think about that? Were you surprised about that as well? That was shocking. I really liked, I could tell you, I had two ideas of who's going home in my hand and it was not Jeremiah for sure. Um,

And like, I can maybe see where they know. I really couldn't see what they're. I couldn't, I'm not even going to try to reason with that. Cause that was really confusing. Maybe they wanted to put an end to like the hood on Jeremiah show because it was literally nonstop all the time, 24 seven. So like maybe that was just their like actual reasoning, but they didn't want to say that. So. Right. That it does kind of seem like it was that, that may have been the case, but,

Did it seem ever while you were in the villa that perhaps there were some sort of animosity between Ace Taylor and Nick and Jeremiah and the way they were feeling about him? Because watching it as viewers, it comes across like Ace has almost had this kind of personal issue with Jeremiah. And the second he had a chance to get him out, he did.

I don't, like, I really don't think that I noticed that. I'm kind of oblivious, though. Like, I feel like I'm just like, like, I don't know what's going on half the time. But like, usually, like, pretty much every night, I would come down and I would talk to Ace, Taylor and Nick, like, every night, I was, I was always like the first one in bed. And like, Jeremiah was always like the last one. So he was never really in our conversations. But I think

never like said anything that would have made me feel that way but like I know that they were super close and I know Pepe and Jeremiah were really close so it was like you know right so again that's when it turns into friend island right because I feel like we're watching conversations where it seems like um those group of guys seem like they're kind of uh being like this is what's supposed to happen in the villa and this is what's not happening did it feel that way at all where they were kind of like you know policing what the other islanders were doing

Ace definitely was like the president of the villa. Like, I feel like he just like, I don't know. He always was like ordering the boys to do things. Like he'd be like, go tell Shelly that she got a text or that you got a text. And like, it was so weird, but like,

I don't know. I thought it was funny, but it was just like odd because they were just like, yes, master. Like, yeah, I feel justified hearing this because watching that's how we feel. We're like, you know, he snaps his fingers and the boys are making jelly breakfast and putting on a show and putting on their suit and tie. Go put your jacket on. We're setting up a date for jelly. He's like, yes, sir. I'll do whatever you want. And it's like, we're watching all this happen. So that is really how it was. Yeah. Like,

I don't like it wasn't constant, but it was like, I would be like, Oh, there he goes again. Another date plan. It was funny, but I like, I'm an observer. So I think I really pay attention to things like that. But yeah,

Yeah. No, no. And we've we've noticed it, too. You had what seemed to be a good friendship with Huda. You were always there for her when she was going through a lot of her issues. And then right at the end there, before you were sent home, it looked like maybe she was interested.

interested in Pepe and had some conversations with him how did you feel about that because another you know a little bit of the viewership as well was like ooh maybe Hoda didn't fight for Hannah to stay because that would have opened Pepe up

Yeah. That was crazy. And there's actually a lot of conversations that happened that weren't shown. Like I had so many chats with Huda where I'd be like, nobody wants to hear you talk about Jeremiah anymore. You can come to me. I can give you advice or I can just sit there and listen. And we would talk a lot about her situation all like constantly, like constantly. And I didn't really like doing it in group settings because I know like everyone was kind of annoyed. But yeah,

There was one conversation I had with her that same day that she like went and pulled him where I was like, there's a lot of things that I want to talk to him about, like in my like, like my past traumas and stuff that I really want to open up to him about. And I'm not like, I don't know if I'm ready to or I don't know how to say it. And she's like, oh, why don't you practice and tell me everything? So I sit there and I tell her everything I'm about to tell Pepe about.

And then like that happens late at night. And what's not shown too is like when she pulls Pepe, he's like on me, feeding me pancakes and like kissing me on the neck. And then she's like, oh, Pepe, come here. And then pulls him like, well, like I'm sitting right there. And that was, and I had no clue. Like it never was told to me or even like, you don't need to explain it to me. You don't need to give me your reasoning. You don't even need to ask my permission. All you have to say is, hey, I'm going to pull Pepe for a chat. And like, that would be like,

just decent to know before so i'm not like sitting there like what the is going on yeah right i mean absolutely because like it's been said a trillion times it's been beaten down it's like obviously it's about exploring connections and at that point people wanted hoda and jeremiah to stop it was like enough of this so explore other connections

If Hoda came to you and was like, listen, I'm just going to talk to everybody. I mean, I'm going to pull Pepe for a chat. I'm going to pull everybody because I need to see what else is out there. Different story. But it was the, you know, acting like she didn't know how the challenge went to. We saw that. She was like, I didn't know that I had to make out with Pepe at the end, which was...

Yeah, which was a little bit confusing. And also, you know, I want to bring this up in an appropriate matter, but we did see, I believe that you were intimate with Pepe and us viewers saw that. Then, yeah. Did that change things for you after that moment? How do I want to talk about this? Yeah.

See, because I feel like with Pepe, I was really, really comfortable with him really fast. We had like actually like a really good dynamic and I feel like it's not like shown at all at all. And I think going into that night, I had, I think, talked to him about like just how I have been in the past. And like, I feel like, do I want to mention? I'll say it, whatever. I've had like a lot of like, I guess, sexual trauma in the past and

And I feel like that's changed a lot about me and how I view like my, I don't know, my sexuality and how confident in that. And I feel like I am finally in control of that. And I don't think anyone should have an opinion on what I choose to do. I don't think anyone should have an opinion on what any woman chooses to do for sure. Who sleep with, because I could sleep with every man in that room if I wanted to, but I didn't, you know, I didn't, I did what I wanted to do. And yeah,

You know, people are going to... I mean, it was kind of crazy. I thought, you know... Yeah. No, I think... I probably saw it and I'm like, shit, you caught me. No, I'm with you. I think everybody should be able to do whatever they want to do. Like you said, women should be able to do whatever they want. And, like, you're exploring in there. Like, you go for it. With Pepe, were you feeling, like, sort of the next day, like, you know...

I'm feeling a little bit more closed off. Did you feel like he was feeling closed off or are you like, okay, we're still going to keep things open at that point? I don't think I ever felt closed off, but I think it definitely changes the dynamic a lot. But we were also already really close. I remember one thing Huda said to me, she was like, oh, like, Pepe really likes you. Like, what do you do to these men to make them like you? And it was like, I think that the morning before that night and I was like,

Hmm. What do I do? Yeah, I'm just myself. And I mean, I'm the reason part of the reason I'm asking that is because we're kind of seeing a little bit unfold with Nick and Sierra and just more conversations like that. Hope like happening in general in the villa, which I think is also great for people to be open about it because it is something that happens outside of the villa.

Yeah, I think, like, definitely it, like, changed our dynamic maybe a little bit more. I think he was definitely more, like...

less interested in pursuing other connections but i think we both from the jump have been very like you know we're gonna talk to other people we're gonna do things kiss people in challenges whatever or outside like come on whatever we're in love um but like ultimately if like if it's meant to be if it's supposed to work out we'll come back to each other and like yeah absolutely and

Now seeing that Casa has started, how do you think you would have done with just like being thrown into a new house, new guys with all this new recoupling that's happening in this huge twist?

That would have been crazy. I feel, come on, I feel like I would have had a blast in there. I think I would have done the thing. I think I maybe would have crashed out a lot just because my mind's going to be like, what's that man doing? But now I can watch it right in front of me so I know exactly what he's doing. So maybe that's a little bit more of a relief. But yeah.

Yeah, I think I would have definitely dove into the experience the way that I have been the entire time. But and I don't think that would have changed. Yeah. I want to go back a little bit because you did have you've had these, you know, I will say viral moments now.

And one of them was also when Charlie was sent home and you were crying on your pillow and you had the picture from the photo booth next to you. And...

And it did seem obviously like emotions were so high and you were so upset about Charlie leaving. What was your mindset shift like from that night to the next day? Because of course, as viewers, we don't see everything. So for us, it was like, oh, she is very upset to like, okay, she seems to be making it work with Pepe pretty quickly. So what was how did you kind of get through that?

So, okay, that was like a 24-hour day. That was a really, really fucking long day. And don't get me wrong, I was crying for hours. Like, it was not like a, okay, I'm ready, I'm happy, I'm done.

When I finally decided to go talk to Pepe, because I just remember him sitting there at the fire pit next to me being like, I'm so sorry. Like, I'm so sorry. I would have never like, I would have never wanted this for you. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. Just constantly apologizing to me. And I was like, that can't feel good that I'm fucking sobbing about being coupled up with him. So I was like, I just need to go like reassure him that like,

perfectly fine. Like, it's not like I know it's nothing he could do. And I kind of just told him, like, you know, I finally feel like I made a decision for myself. And that was completely ripped out from under me. And maybe it was because the girls kept saying, oh, well, maybe it's a sign. Like everything happened for

for a reason. Maybe there's a reason that you were coupled up with Pepe. Maybe Charlie was saying things that you didn't know or like things were going on that you didn't know about. So that really got into my head and I'm like, maybe I was making like a really...

like decision on a whim without really thinking about it because I had an idea of what Pepe was from like what the girls were telling me like oh he's just playing you he's just like he's just like every other guy and so that really got in my head and that's like how I viewed him and he was just like what can I do to help you how can I comfort you like what he was pretty much the only one who was there for me through all that everyone is with Huda because Huda was crying about

Jeremiah not comforting her and my man just went home. So like nobody was really comforting me except him. And I was like, I'm going to go make myself some food. This man was like, no, you go to bed. I'll make you food. This man made me three different meals. He made me like pancakes and then a PB and J and like bacon and eggs. And then he was like, I was going to make you a breakfast sandwich too. I'm like, I don't need it anymore. And then that night in the bed,

we stayed up all night until maybe 10 minutes before our date i fell asleep finally because he was just like i'll listen to you talk just like talk let me know everything you're feeling and we really got to know each other none of that was shown it was hours and hours and hours of me just talking and him just listening and he'd yawn and be like you can go to bed and he's like no keep talking like i want to hear what you have to say i want to hear your thoughts and like and

And then I was finally like, okay, I'll go to bed. And he's like, okay, turn around. Like I'll rub your back and like talk to you. That's really sweet. And I do wish that we saw that because we don't see that. We haven't seen that side of him. No, we haven't seen that side of Pepe. And I really do wish we saw that. And obviously there's so much that's happening and you know, there's only, they can only fit so much in an hour, but that's really sweet to hear, you know, behind the scenes of that. And it seems like you guys really did have a great connection and,

And you know, we're talking about the same night that Charlie was dumped. And in the last episode that we saw you in, we did see like a quick glimpse of you mentioned, you know, I miss Charlie, but I'm connecting with Pepe. Now that you're on the outside and you're going to be going home soon, do you see any world where you would maybe meet, you know, Charlie for a coffee or just a meet up and see where your head's at? Are you kind of going to wait to see what happens with Pepe? Um,

I'm definitely open to still talking to Charlie. I think he's a great guy. We had a really good connection. Like I'm not at all like discrediting that we had. I think it was very great. It was just very, very different. Charlie was not really open to talking about life after the villa while Peppet was. I feel like every time I kind of brought it up, he

He would be like, oh, well, let's not talk about that right now. Like, let's focus on, like, the moment, live in the moment, which, like, was hard to, like, deepen a connection when we can't really talk about that. And he'd also be like, oh, well, Pepe lives really close to you, you know. I'm all the way in Australia, so, like, I understand. Like, it was weird because, like, I didn't understand if he, like –

wanted to see me after this or if you only like wanted to have fun then and like that's not what I was there for but then like everyone was like oh you're just in your head you're just in your head maybe I was just in my head but I'm an overthinker I overthink everything and like that's a cancer man I don't trust cancer man right so

I like, I don't know, you know? Yeah. I'm just still thinking, but I know it's his birthday in like two days. I was keeping track in the villa. I'd be like, I talked about Charlie all the time. Yeah. I really talked about Charlie all the time. It wasn't shown, but I'd be like, oh, 10 days till Charlie's birthday. Cause I was like the calendar. I would keep track of the day. Yeah.

kept me sane. So I'd be like, now it's two days till his birthday. Maybe I'll have my phone back to tell him happy birthday. Yeah. I mean, you never know what can happen now that you're outside. You're all caught up though. You've watched every single episode or just a couple?

I watched everything. I literally spammed it all in one day. I was like, boring conversation, skip. Oh, you're talking about me. That's what it's been. Like, I watched everything that I wanted to watch. I just want to know your general thoughts of watching this season and what was shown to us. And obviously you've brought up, you know, Huda and Jeremiah a ton. And even though it's died down a bit and Jeremiah was sent home, it was, you know, the conversation of the whole beginning of this season.

Yeah. You know, I had a lot of chats that, like, weren't shown. And I think that changes my reality a little bit because, like,

Literally every time there's drama going on, me and Pep would just look at each other and be like, "Okay, let's go talk somewhere else." We really abort every conversation just because we just... I was there to build connections. I wasn't there to feed into everything or do things I didn't want to do. I was pretty lazy too. I never got ready in the morning with them. I would just put clothes on and go downstairs. I needed my coffee and I needed my breakfast or I was going to get real angry.

But, yeah, I think it does show, like, a pretty good idea of what's going on. But, like, yeah, it was really, like, Huda and Jeremiah focused 24-7. I feel like she would just kind of always have something to say. And I honestly didn't really have, like, a good perception of Jeremiah until watching that back.

I did have a chat with him before I left, like a couple of days before I left, where I was just like, honestly, like I never heard good things about you and I'm seeing a different side of you now. And I would like to keep getting to know you because I've only known what I've heard from Hoda, which has never really been anything good. Yeah.

So it's hard because, like, you don't see every conversation. You don't get to know everyone personally. I really was super close with Taylor. And other than that, there was nobody, like, I was super close with, but, like, I didn't really chat about, like, other people's connections too much. Saying that you're, you know, very close with Taylor, I wonder, like, if you have an opinion on...

His connection with the Landria, because I think we watching at least for the two of us, you know, we've seen it's been a slow burn and it's built a little bit. But I wonder if like you have really felt it from his side, his feelings for her, because I think the viewers are have been a little iffy on how he really feels about her because he hasn't really seemed to explore any other connections. Yeah.

Yeah, I don't think really any connection for him has walked in yet. But I do think he does like Alondra, but she is a very slow burner. So I feel like maybe that's a little hard to handle if you're not expecting that. But I do think that they have a good dynamic. I just don't know if it's like...

there yet. I think there needs to be more time to, but also more experimenting. I feel like there's not enough experimenting from either. But I love Alondra to death and I think she deserves the world. Yeah. I mean, we love Alondra as well. What is going to be your reaction now, say that, you know, the season ends, the girls reach out to you. How are you going to navigate those conversations? Yeah.

You know, I am very forgiving and I understand that they did what they needed to do. And I hold no animosity about that because I do think that Iris really deserved a chance. She didn't get a chance at all. And Amaya is a sweetheart. I just think she didn't really have a solid connection either.

So, I'm glad that they get a chance to be back out there and, like, really give it a go. I think definitely I'll internalize everything that I do know and probably need to have those chats, like, how I felt and, like, how that moment made me feel because I didn't say anything. I really did not say anything in that moment. So, yeah.

yeah I think it'll be like Nashville for my birthday apparently we'll see I know well I you know we saw that you were talking about Nashville for your birthday and then I think was Sierra wearing your dress or was that a shared closet dress she was wearing your dress my dress yeah getting sent home with somebody else you got sent home with your dress on her oh no and then did she have to give it she had to take it off and give it back

Yeah, I got it in a bag like two days later. Oh, that's tough. That is tough. Because, you know, at the end of the day, it probably wasn't easy for them either. They have to send somebody home and it's not an easy decision. I think people were just like, why Hannah when she has the strongest connection out of the group? Yeah, it gets frustrating because of...

It really does become like friend island when it comes to the votes. We're screaming from the rooftops, we want more power. It's like, hey, it's time for us to just send someone home and the islanders can't decide. It's got to be America because it has felt like they're starting to talk about America as like a character on the show. Do you think any of the contestants have America's opinion kind of

clouding their judgment a little bit when they make decisions when it comes to, yeah. Like they're like, Ooh, I'm going to do this. What do you think? I want America to like me. Yeah. Oh yeah. Yeah, for sure. Like, and you hear a lot of that. They'll be like, well, America thinks that. I'm like, you don't know what America thinks. They could be thinking anything. Damn it. Like, I don't know. I still don't know what America thinks. I don't have my own back. Yeah. But yeah, I think definitely that was something that was thought about.

by pretty much everyone a little bit. Like everyone was just like, oh, well, America felt this way about Huda and Jeremiah. So they split them up and Huda was like, does America hate me? Why does America hate me? And I think maybe that's when like she tried to change

Yeah, there has definitely been a shift from her since those moments. It feels like, you know, watching a little bit. And yes, she has had these pep talks and talking about kind of a redemption for herself. And I mean, we weren't fully, we were kind of a little confused about that.

the vote in general of how that kind of... She snuck in there, but that's... You know, that's how... That's the way people voted. That's the way people voted. Yeah, and I think... Yeah. Watching, it seemed like the guys thought, okay, well, America voted to split up Hoda and Jeremiah, and now Jeremiah's in the bottom three, so that must mean America wants Jeremiah gone, and that wasn't the case, really. So it is...

It is interesting now. The reaction to Sunday night was unlike anything I've seen. I mean, it was it was insane. It was explosive. People are still talking about it. You know, we need to wrap up. But I do want to know just a quick background of how you got onto the show.

Oh, okay. I think I applied like on a whim, like before last season, just like shits and giggles. I love reality TV. It's like my thing. I binge it. Like I'm such a Love Island watcher. And, you know, I was going through a breakup and, you know, I was like, you know, fuck that man. I'm going to hurt nothing until like.

maybe March of this year, I got a text and they're like, hey, you're still single? I'm like, what the? I thought it was fake. And then I was like, you know what? We'll go for it. I actually had no idea I was going into the villa. I'm in Fiji and I still was thinking I probably wasn't going on. And then one day they're like, pack your bags, you're going in. So it was really a shocker. I was not expecting it. And then, yeah. Were you excited to go in as a bombshell or more nervous? Like, would you have rather been...

like on from the beginning or did you like coming in as a bombshell oh I was definitely nervous to come in as a bombshell I like and that's what I was thinking the whole time I was like you know if I have to wait here any longer I don't know if I'm ready to go in because I knew like I was scared to go in and it gets scary it's really intimidating and um did you see happy with my entrance now yes yes did you see the episodes before you went in

I watched the first episode, so I didn't really have an idea of how the dynamics were at the moment, but I did watch like everybody's introduction. And then I watched Sierra and Charlie walk in. That's all I knew. Wow. Yeah. That's gotta be nerve wracking coming in as a bombshell. You know, they're always like, you got to steal a man and that, that situation. The last, last thing I want to ask you really quickly is what couple are you rooting for to, to make it to the end?

Yeah. We are rooting for that too, but we need Nick to get his mind out of the gutter. That man is... He's horny! He is! Distracted constantly. Him and Austin scare me. I mean, Austin's answers in those games early on, it was like, wow. Austin terrifies me. Oh, yeah. And he said something like, oh, Charlie's just like me. We have the same opinions on everything. We have the same personalities. And I'm like,

You're like, never mind. No, no, no. Don't push that on Charlie. Don't put that on Charlie. Not my baby. Exactly. Oh my God. Exactly. Thank you so, so, so much for coming on and talking to us.
