charging ryan Alexander do with the murder of her. Green said.
from the fit T, V, in land to this is up and vanished the investigation of terror. Instead, i'm your host pin. In today's episode, i'll be playing my phone calls with brook harden, bodog girlfriend. A couple month ago, SHE reached out to me on facebook, and one day I gave her call. This is our first conversation together.
Hey, paying, you can have contacted mean, months ago, you have let people the same. My character, my professional life. However, that discussion board now is that appropriate? Discuss board, educate, especially if you were trying to sold the mural.
I don't think when you're going to get the story is right, right paying, do you want the story story or do you want what's going to sell? L writing, you want the truth. Here's the truth.
I found out on genuine the tenth, what happened to terror that told me everything. My mother contacted an old friend of her who used to work for the D. A.
In order because I had known from before. I went over to the gba by an hour, broken up the time, and he's help me everything when you're living with his part stress disorder. And you know you know that you have nothing to possible.
And I see that now on the medical profession. I can see that people like like he's he, he's a part of us all is not is long, long time. The way that this affect to him was not something I like to speak about and get post on a pocket because this is somebody up with life that i'm talking.
But let's just say that he was not a good boy. okay? Both told me everything. He told me everything, took me out to the spot everything, both to tell the people throughout the years exactly what happened there was the things I were, the course of our relationship that I knew we're all um and basically he felt that he owned an explanation because the way that he had tried to basically shut me out of the life, he never thought anything good would come to him because of this, I just tried to make himself pay over the years.
I like IT IT with me for a couple week because I mean, yes, to adjust something like that. That's not just something you say. Oh, here, what's your talk about? IT, okay. And a couple weeks. Well, guess a couple weeks, slater, by when I broke up, which later.
In their relationship is perfect, you know, I then SAT down with my family, and I told them, I said, you know, but has told me something, and I need to get a little correct people. My mom, I called her all body. That was a retired journey to find out, you know, if there will be in legal investigation for me, having known for us to not saying anything.
So her district turney body put her in contact with the G, B, I agency, had been on the case, and SHE told the G, P, R, when they contact her that, you know, though, has told Brooks about the case. I don't know exactly what he said to the G, B, A, but she's set in contact with them. And then like I said, I told her, I said, 妈妈, you've got to get you to the house, do something because of the work that doctor A A couple of writer um agent shadow contacted me.
He came over to the house that day. I SAT down with him, back up, lowers, took him out of the worker, and I told him everything. And that in turn started the cycle of waiting to ground right.
The problem was, as I could not remember his remains named being right, I can't remembers that I am in their text messages that you know I can change between me and G, B. I but told me that um basically the following on the sunday after created on this. I guess he was missing on a saturday night the next sunday early afternoon um that bow had gone bow had been at home as they they had had to get together their house.
And the next morning ryan comes to two bo and like them up and so I killed to granted and he's like that and then bow goes to the other remate who i'm sure you know come out. It's ryan, brother Stephen and then bogues and ask Steven, did you did you rather tell you the same time? And he like, well, I didn't think anything because you know whatever well, then monday, when he gets missing, that's when those like, holy crap, what happened? You have to remember that ran did not have a vehicle at the time.
He was using a vehicle the following wednesday. Ryan says, hey, man, come of me. They go like rod. And that is where ryan pulled up on to tear body with bow in the truck. And IT was only watched that his thing, I am, I know what, I still want enough.
So you were saying that bow was having a good together at his house. Where was ryan?
Ryan was there. But when they all passed out, that when ryan had taken this truck and left.
how many people were there?
What say, maybe about seven, eight.
okay, do you know .
people's names? I would have to i'd have to get back to my memory book paying because honestly, i'm not from us. I don't know these people um I know that I was ryan, so ryan brother and then some other people there were there they after they all passed out, you know apparently that one I had taken her car and whatever he did to this day, boat cannot tell you what round move was. Nobody knows the most rine has both.
And ask them, why did you do this? Oh.
he asked them several farms, several farms .
and what was rio's response?
You would have to take that from both mouth but he's not adopting by um he would never say thank I made honest lay that what has is that's the big thing nobody know between but god run .
himself it's not odd to you that .
IT is very odd IT is .
very I mean, you would think that if you were to go to the links that bob did to help cover this up, you would get some sort of defending of the answer out of him.
And he said, well won. He is my truck he I made IT was definite going to put on me. So I don't know if ryan said something that day too, bo, or not saying by school, look to get pin on humane.
I don't know the thing that and I, you know and I tried and I tried, I try and might, what do you think he did? IT, 哇, 1376。 And he seems to think IT was 嗯 to bow from him, knowing around as all he did.
I mean, because they were best from, never saw one without the other. And that's true, I don't know, but basically think that that was some kind sexual thing or IT was he wanted to see what I would feel like now as far as what happened the night that there were killed, I don't know, but doesn't have. And that's the truth. That is they got honest truth.
Did ryan use boast truck to take her body to the pick on ord?
Yes, yes.
What time did they pass out that night? But when .
everybody else. I would say one is, well is and I wasn't there. I would say, mean, if I had been a football game that I am similar and drink all day, I me, so I don't know this.
thinks odd that rhyme would sneak out, presumed mably sort of early, and be are noticed.
Well, I mean, I don't know, you know, I don't know what time he left, but I know that he didn't come back until later that next day. No, I do know that. I mean, what what all I ve been told, and I can just stick and tell you yes or now.
Okay, when ryan shows him body is bowl by sell, is someone else with boo? What's going on there?
And ryan, it's just go on and .
then what happens?
Apparently now I don't have finite details on this, but i'm going to give you the best notice that I can. And this is all going from my memory, what i've been told and also what has been, you know, but that but what the G D, but the G B R, 嗯, SHE was when I took the g bi out of the word I, there was a back corner that that he took me to. But apparently he had been moved back in the cut, like off the path where the words like IT win IT wouldn't not know, know the words makes me so.
And where I lead the G, B, I agent to the first, you know, that day that I 重要 的。 So I would only that he was there um that he had been there for a couple of days because you could tell you know without going in the glory details I need your if you know the different stream liver moto and a modest on the singing, they moved her and they they defend the body. Do you know how burning you have? You have to also have to remember, that is during pecan, and they perfectly do control burns.
And behind there there was like pantries when I took her off the in paris and did what they had to do. I don't know how long I took. I didn't really want to a good detail .
for weeks.
He fought in a truck and play out there for weeks because he was he had his come to term of IT in next place, but he didn't the way body had done, and he was trying to abuse.
What did you do?
What everybody? Yeah, I don't know. Saying you would feel the kid, you know, he was a kid.
Yes, kids don't do that.
Well, I don't know. I can't speak for what you know. He is scared.
That was my first phone call with brook. I still couldn't p my mind around the idea that boy had no clue irri had done this. That seemed incredibly odd in the idea that bow went along with this hainous act because ryan inverted tly threatened him.
That sounds a fishy to the next time I talk to brook, I answer some more hard, pressing questions and SHE started giving more details. Because of the graphic and sensitive nature of the next part of this episode, I wanted to give you a heads up. This is not at all suitable for children, so please use your best discretion.
Were you ever private to what actually happened to her person, her kids?
No, I was not.
They were thrown .
in a dumpster and fits sherly. Behind a laundry map.
What laundry man?
Now I don't know if when this happened, the laundry mat was there because from understanding the city of itself, you know, that will strip that. However, whatever has been more developed than IT was back the end. But if i'm not mistaken, I believe that his aunt actually owns a laundry out there. Now I don't know if I was there been, but I know it's there now. From what I understand that no, from what though I said, like he doesn't know if he tried to put her body in the dump ster and could do IT and he just tossed her person, her keys there and then took her to the workers but I don't know why he just I as he just wants to get rid of them.
And that's one of thinking that probably about my declination that he probably tried to dump her body there first and he couldn't with us. I would assume that lifting a body into a dumper over your head would be quite difficult. And he used a credit card .
to get a tour home .
SHE sleep or something.
yes.
Why do you go there?
Your guests as good as long.
Her car would have been in the car court. He would have been pretty obvious .
to you at home like you. That's why the burglary charges are the, you know, I don't think he went there. Like I said to rappers you said, i'm saying I think that was more of the sexual thing. I don't know can I don't know what is motive was how .
did bow not get any sort of answer out of him even if he was a lie or something? I just I can't imagine being in that position and and accepting .
no for an answer well, from what boat told me a few months ago, I believe when he asked him and I can't don't quote me word forward on this, but ryan basically said, you know, it's your truck, it's your families land. What are you going to do? You like, I like a you know.
it's.
Is on you.
Did bob describe to you what terror looked like?
Yes, he did. Um he said that he was lying face up um that he looked like blue ice and he had bruises around her neck um that he did not have on in clothes .
and .
SHE had no close .
one no.
We were closed.
I don't know you never said you.
At what point did he say? OK, i'll help you .
out probably .
when ryan said, you know what you going to do, your truck, your land, your family's land, you know? I mean, at twenty one years old, if you think murders about to get banned on, you know, I don't I don't know, I wasn't there. I wasn't.
I'm not him. But I can imagine being a Young, dumb twenty one year old. You just kind of act on on, I don't know.
Well, like, I can explain that. I don't know what he thought and he was scared. I mean, if you were twenty one years old and your friend did something like that, you, I think you are anybody. Oh, we would be scared to that.
Who else knew about this over the years?
His ex wife.
And I know that there was he never told anybody in his family. I don't believe. He told. An army body of his he has told his best friend he had told I mean, I didn't really know all the people that he's told, but that's just the people that he's .
mentioned .
to me and you know his x wife had threatened him for years of going to the SHE, basically black melton, you know, saying if if you leave a go of the cops and I tell him every time. That's what they would gather longer than they should have him. Every time he asked ryan about IT or talked him about IT was a look of shame IT IT .
was he was shameful.
IT wasn't like, you know, oh, snap. Or IT was a look of shine, which I think, and to may make sense of why he went there with an intense to do something you know like sexual all or rate for something like that because he was a shame to tell anybody that that's .
why he did IT. So why didn't bow? Just go to the cops back then.
He was scared. He was gonna depend on him. And I guess he did IT after no IT was put on his famous land. I mean, there was tons of things. His grandfather, he was a, sent a representative, you know, which is the backlash, I guess, would have come back in, you know, I don't, I don't know, I don't know why he didn't. I can answer that, but I can always say that what he told me is that he was cared.
Why did he do that now? Why did you come forward now?
Because I made him confess.
How do you make him confess .
like I told you before? You know, when I found out we were still together, we broke up shortly there. After I want, you know, I found out january tenth. And i'm like, I was trying to go through text message and stuff today when I told you know I just to the kind of my own house and you know I need to sit down and talk of when that date was.
I believe I was probably early february when that happened um when I told my family and 妈妈 and then mom made the call because you know I needed to know if they were going to be legal ramifications for me knowing for a lot you know and then saying anything but when I found out we are still together, you know and I didn't know if he knew that I told what the ramifications from him would be. I didn't think you know he would have done anything to make but you know that's just the kind of thought that does on my head. I had to make sure that I was in away from there when all this came out so I told mamm SHE to to her district body um he put her in contact with A G, B, A, and he had talked to the G, B, A.
You know within at least IT may have not even been a day from the time that I told SHE gave them my contact number in order for me to talk to them, because I was at work when he had called him. Then the G, B, I agent came to my house. We SAT down and talk. Um, I think him out to the orchard now all of my stuff was still because when I was living together, when he told me and all the model long games were still at his place the most must have and so you know i'd asked the you I like what I do you know I still have to go and and he said i'd only had that wednesday and thursday off um and so he basically said by day you know you have need to make arrangements to go they'll get all of your stuff because by friday it's gonna have to come out like we're gonna question that and he said, would you be willing to wear wire and go over and talk to them or record a phone conversation you know, what are you going today and you know me thanking as .
a woman I didn't .
really see about and that kind of light where he would do something to me, but one he is upset over the break up to. You know, there were other things that had gone on on the when that LED to lot, we broke up. So I don't know what kind of date of mine he was in. I didn't want to go over there wearing a wire, you know, and me having to be moving stuff, getting stuff in my car. And so, you know, understand what if IT lips out of my pocket or you know, because it's like a record .
and .
then whatever. so. He said, I said, no, I don't need, I don't. I told me, need one and then I went over there to get the rest of my stuff. And I told him, basically, I didn't bring you up right then, but I was just having cattle al conversation.
Let me know, how have you been because I had spoken with them on the phone before that that I called them to ask him if I was OK, if I came out there to get my ter and he was very upset. He was crime. He was just not, he wasn't himself, basically.
So I went over there. I can't. Member, he was a wednesday, thursday. I went over there. But I want, I want to get my stuff, ask him, you know, how are you doing whatever? And I said, and Green IT, I was angry with with Better because of all of this.
And you know, IT was a little rough passional relationship, I was like, and that when I was finally, I was done and I was mad because I had moved my wife and my career dog man. So I started boxing up staff, and I was like, though, I said, this is not I said, you can't hang on to all of this for the rest of your life because I knew what is already put through and we are dealing with that. Damon IT was IT was awful .
and I went .
there not told him. I said, you need to complain about all of this. I said, you can put this on my conscience.
I said, and that family deserves to know. I said, how would you feel if IT with me? I said, nobody had talked.
I said in noon, and you knew that somebody knew what had happened to me and that helps you feel. And IT brother, he started crime and he said, I know, I know and I said, you have to confess. I said, there is no option.
I said, because of you and I told a master, look, i've already talked with a gbr. I said, you have to confess, you know, I said, you need to tell them everything. I said, you make this decision a long time ago.
And I said, and I understand that you were scared, and I understand that, you know, whatever one on your heads, but you have to come forward. I said, because that family needs closure and the people that are innocent need today, there are nine needs to be cleared. And he said, OK, OK, please, are now, are now. I don't I know what what have happened if he had to come forward in this happen ball came on.
the .
committed, said.
how do you know?
Because this wasn't the first I mean, IT wasn't the first time that if you talked about IT or optimistic, I mean, you if you deal with a team and like that for so long and IT just grabs a whole of you and IT eats at you and you think you have you don't deserve to live, but you keep a mean. And you had held on IT to IT for years and then you finally come forward with that. I mean, and he knew that he wasn't stupid.
He said, you know, i'm a convicted felon. You know, this is gonna completely put me back up under the jail. I mean, all of that was just a snowball effect.
You know, he just, he thought about all of IT, and I guess he just just take quiet and he also had a loyalty to a friend, you know. It's just all been coming to a head. He knew that that was over some of his behaviors. He knew that I was just over the relationship.
And I told him I was like, what is IT? And I said, whatever IT is, I said, you need to tell me. I said, you have to tell me what IT is. But I made him tell .
me everything he said .
me worked here, lived and just kind drove me around. He then took me out to the orchard. I mean, this this kind of a scary place is a very scary luan. He took me out there and then he said, mean, the past they had taken her down, that they that here .
I am out .
there OK, that IT was basically timber and countries back there, because it's like the orchard. If you went there at night, you get lost. You would have to come to look at during the daytime to go to that particular about corner. But I remember that story vividly. Ve, when I set the G, B, I agent back there, I to the corner, and I said that the path he went on, he did not take me to the actual spot back in the back because, I mean, I I wasn't going back there and I was scared.
I mean, I was i'm not the type to go chicken back in the words in the middle night and then he showed me that and that was pretty much year and I knew that there was something about that word that he never liked because, you know, when he worked for the his family's pekan company, he never like to go out there when they spray the trees or when they know whatever. He never likes to be out at that particular version. And then that kind of.
So what do this to happen now?
What do you mean like legally?
I know. hello.
I don't know because I I don't I mean, I hope. That justice is served .
and what is justice to you?
I don't not playing like i'm just I can't tell you what justice is to me because i'm i'm been a really, really good spot but .
you can't be so much about year ago.
I'm not selfish about IT put your .
feelings for him aside for a second and think about justice.
You know, ryan is where he is supposed to be in prison.
我 老婆。
Do I agree that he got off was nothing? No, I don't. I don't agree. None of this would have had to happen had ryan not then what he did.
But think about how many more people affected. Boy, just told the police what happened twelve years ago. How do you think people who were accused and had to change their names on facebook for a decade .
field about that? I'm sure they're angry. I am i'm angry for them. But you know I I guess that i'm trying to put myself in the situation and have done, you know, a known thing for, you know, over a decade. Like I said, I think IT was a so new story to make back down when I found out about IT.
Do you think people will issue an apology?
He r day said that he wants to people with the family, if he know that spend something that he's thought about for a long, long 他, but you know, is that something that I won to hear? I don't know.
I mean, it's just something that absolutely has to be done.
I mean that this is something that he's thought about for a long time that the day that I went over there and told them, he said, you know, he was a said another family. I think he always has been. I think that through the years, he's always felt that he deserved whatever the storm came as well.
You know, he was just waiting on something to happen him. And sometimes he would prevented, you know, he had a soft struck buton all the time. And I think that without him coming clean about IT, that was his way of paying his news, if that makes sense. When I said paying his dues, he is never allowed anything good to happen. And if he .
really, truly felt that way and was accepting the fact that he could live a terrible life and deserve to live a terrible life, then he should have just walked .
as as in the jail he was planning on IT. But he mean, I mean, when I told him he ready to go to jail, he was ready .
to that point. He had to, you never told him.
I mean, it's not like he was the believing is to go back to preservative.
but clearly he chose to live a free life versus pay for what he had done.
Brain life isn't free out of prison.
He made a conscious decision every day that he woke up to not tell what happened to terror.
That's correct. He then .
he chose to be selfish.
I mean, you've been thought about becoming A A soldier for higher like a mercenary. I mean, that's the death lish, a private contract for the military. That's the death lish.
You're not protected by the U. S. military. That's what he wanted to do.
There was a point in time when he was ready to go like he was how to pass where everything ready go. Guess that's what is. I guess that was his way in paying. He was ready to pay with his own wife because, you know, if IT wasn't taken in one of duty, if IT wasn't taken, he would have taken his own.
See even more selfish, kill yourself and not tell tears parents what happened to their daughter.
Well, i'm sure that he would have said something. Mean, I try to empathy with people. I see manifestations of P, T, S, D in people all the time.
I see manifestations of drug addiction and people all the time, and they make the mistakes. And then when they become sober again, they don't know who they were at the time. You know, i'm ying.
I try to be an empathise. You know, I don't look at somebody who has a drug diction as you know. Oh, there are just an addi.
That's all they are. It's a disease. I try to be an empathize. And I guess that I guess I just who I am, I don't know, and I IT may made me a awful person. I try to empathy with people in all parties involved.
I don't think that because somebody makes a mistake, a grave mistake, that they should be deserted for the rest of the life. I don't, I don't empathy with with ryan, because what he did was out of mAlice. What he did was awful.
If what ryan did was awful, what they did was just not as awful.
It's it's preservation. I mean, it's itself preservation.
Burning a body.
okay. So if I had, if if IT wouldn't have been burned, if I had been dispose of some other way.
that's not the point. The point is that IT wasn't dispose some other way. First of all, bow burned her body. That's not self preservation.
But if boa gone back to the police back then, I agree to you the way that things have worked held thus far, he would be on death row right now. Why would they believe? Why would they believe bow? Or why would they believe ran ever? But you're putting all your trust into into the cops, into law enforcement. Okay, up until this point, you've caught that role.
Somebody hit IT from them.
but back then, if he would have gone and said, hey, IT wasn't me. IT was my boy who was clean cut, all american god. But yeah, IT was my truck. And yeah, I was proof my family's land. I know what doesn't make sense, but hear me out. You know, if you are markets harper, if you were his sight or if you were these people, they have been accused of a murder for years and years and years, you're in your own hell. If you're presenting the evidence like an a podcast, like you do, people believe what you say, people believe the media, people believe what you say because you are their only source.
What's your point?
My point in is, is that you can pay a picture however you see IT if you're going to present, like this is real life, it's you have to see both sides of the story that's not used to think that I don't have anything to fear because the people judging you and that are going to have your life in your fate, in your hand are just people you know, we don't know you're not a prosecutor. I'm not a prosecutor.
The evidence, but would have not known anything had right, not fully body that day. Did he make a great decision? Yes, IT was a hainous awful decision. He said, it's your, it's your truck. It's your family's land.
What are you going to do? Do you really trust mean they know they didn't know the end, the outstep and downs of long enforcement legalities? All he says is, oh my god, to use my truck.
Oh my god, my I why not just do the right thing and not worried so much about your damp self? That's been a problem for twelve years, constantly worrying about himself. Just tell the truth.
I have never agreed that he did not go to the cops at all. But from the selfish person's perspective, because we're all, we're all creatures. I mean, we're all about ourselves, you know like everybody is everybody is out for their own reason. You know, I could see at twenty one years 是 说 i don't know what any of us would have done。
I can tell you right now what I would have done go to the cop.
but it's easy to say on the other side of the fence, it's easy to .
say it's also easy to do nine one once. It's three digits.
It's called laying the odds. And he didn't he didn't make the right decision.
That has even matter is not even a bowl w he did something that was very wrong. Let just agree with that and not even try to explain why he made this awful decision. It's only about terror, and he can do the right thing by issuing a public apology.
He can't because he's under the gap world.
Oh, that's just super convenient yet about four, five days to do that before the guy winner was in place.
How you I mean, what I have hurt the family or helped them.
Is that a serious question? Yes.
is a serious question.
Wouldn't apology hurt or help them?
But paying you have understand and do you and how put twelve years of feelings on paper?
I don't know that his job to figure out, he said twelve years to figure that should out. He had twelve years to figure out how to apologize if he doesn't know how to do IT.
And you don't think that he's been thinking about twelve years.
I really actually don't.
But he's a written apology. I mean, just because he didn't issue a written apology, a formal public apology.
I saying, is that that's what he should do and you're giving me excuses of what he hasn't done IT. How many excuses do we give them before we just say, wo he's just not a good person OK.
if he, if he is, if he's going to write a public apology, how does he, you know, give that to the family, to the public?
He has an attorney. Doesn't look, i'm going to talk about is pointless for me to try to help you guys figure out how to apologize. That's so stupid.
It's not something that he has talked about. You know, I can't say that he didn't start writing one.
but you can't say that he did. he?
Yes, I did. I did see where he started writing letters.
How far you get? I am two pages. Just a cry and shame that he couldn't .
finance in time.
But you have to understand how this is affected. Other people's laugh. I am only doing in that position what I have played about, what I have souls heard about, because I wouldn't be able to have my knowing what happened to terror and also knowing that I deserted me, boss brother and his mom, and are really the only people he has that is, and his father, IT, does IT talk to people, a million person that he's ever confided everything in. And I would have to live the rest of my life knowing that he did something to himself and along with the fact that herr r, something happened to, how does that .
make IT OK?
I'm I understand it's about hero, but there are also innocent people involved here and things that have been said about me, you know, I didn't deserve to be put on the spot like like that. How many people listen to your pocket?
Thousands .
million. yeah.
So I mean.
manning was mentioned in the last in a conspiracy. Your your pocket was title conspiracy. My mother's name never mention .
your name where your mother's name actually don't .
even know your moeller's name. But you played you were envy with rebeca on your pockets. You could just not to.
You're right. I chose to play her interview. That's correct.
So that is an extension of you. What you present on your podcast is an extension of you. It's your work, right? You were the creator of up and finished.
What's your point? I mean, I play a lot of your .
interviews now. You can control what people say on your discussion boards, but you can control what you play in your podcast.

I really try to give brook the benefit of my own doubt, but IT was, clearly, we had some disagreements. We continue to communicate for several weeks off and on. SHE would send me text messages and sometimes call me.
And I often wondered, why is he doing this? IT seemed obvious through our first conversations that brook was concerned with protecting bose reputation and also that of her own, and because he felt that people had the wrong idea about her and bow, I gave her the opportunity to clear things up. But as time went on, I began to question her intentions even more.
Why was he still talking to me? In episode seventeen, I released a segment of audio from both friend that I called darin. Was an old army body of bow ducks.
In one time in the army, boy told daring that he disposed of a body. When the gb, I began investigating bow, they reached out the daring to help CoOperate both story over the course of about two months. Darren send me screen shots of his text message conversations with bow.
He was also affording the same information to the g bi. When I came time for me to release my phone calls with daring on the podcast, he got cold feet in. At first, he only agreed to let me use a the storage transcription of the conversation, or in other words, not his actual voice. Daring was still communicating with both at the time and trying to get more information all in his own free will.
And when I .
released the first segment of our call, together with the distorted voice, brook began questioning .
its validity.
Daron denied to both brook and bow that he had talked to me at all for his own reasons. Brook became very frustrated and call me again since this happened. Darn has a Green for me to use his real voice and his real name, which is dustin. This was my last phone called brook.
From from the people to, I am trying to do the truth. Do you say what you've done? Life, I understood. Sion underdone, what I? No, I know. I mean, I know what you further, I talk will not been talked about that, but he did to paint him because that he's not because you don't know you them.
During the call, my spider, since I started going on, I had the feeling that he was recording the phone call from her and two, which is perfectly fine, illegal, but that also you was trying to catch me in some sort of lie. The problem was there was no light to catch me in the phone calls, and the text messages with darn, whose real name is dustin, were all completely real and legitimate. But apparently dustin kept denied IT to both bow and brook and later that same night, brook uploaded a phone call you recorder with dusting to the urban vantage discussion board doesn't told both brook and bow that I was as Fiona that sent me all the text messages and brook believed him and i'm guessing he thought that posting this phone call what maybe discredit me, but i'm not sure if you accomplish her goal here's the call with broken dustan that he recorded to be the judge.
Both has been nice to you and tried to protect your identity. How do you just because you back step in, because when you're free to say who went through your phone, stole those text messages and send him to pain, Linda? ready? No, he didn't talking.
No, he didn't. Because I talked to paying today, you said you're crazy, you don't know who is anymore, and that you couldn't believe he was thrown in the uv boards. You were chilling until you, dustin, and you do know who bury IT. I want to tell the damn truth. Well.
I want to come out, but I will be after my fucking waiting on side.
And why is that?
I my the wedding .
on set in your balls in a nation .
what i'll do anything as a well SHE .
put you in this mess and you're doing everything for her.
including lying. why? wine? Who is a fucking liar in this situation?
Not me. Don't you dare put this on me.
It's anybody's.
anybody. Don't you dare put this on me. I have anybody.
You win behind those back and get something movida because you're they not say they decided that he was in the same place and worry about what people would think. So he went to payment. Andy, of all people.
actually. SHE didn't. Dustin did. And dustin called me write after her book, upload this phone call just to set the record straight with me. And for everyone out there who's listening.
just only thing that what I told there, I was not not the truth. I was just trying to fuck and play both side and are trying get more information and IT backfired all day OK. She's just really proving that she's the indicated crazy lady and that's all things were really doing. I I ve been trying to help you know, you wanted say I write, I was just trying to help me and I playing both sides in in order to play their side. How to be got some flooding lives, I failed my is my fault.
I never told us delighted anybody. He chose to do that on his own to try and to get more information from bow after this call. He felt bad that maybe he had jeopardize my integrity as a journalist, but I told him that he didn't IT was then that he gave me permission to uses .
his real voice.
In my conversation with brooke, SHE kept telling me he was a victim in the situation and that the broadcast brought her unwanted attention, even though at the time I had me. Is that her name yet? But now, just a few days ago, brooked IT, an exclusive televised interview with the cbs show forty eight hours, taking credit for having solved this case.
C, B, S, release, a short segment of Brooks interview on their website in the full episode, was opposed the air this past saturday, but he didn't. Several open venge facebook groups were outraged by the representation of brook and took IT among themselves to do something about IT. Hundreds of up Venus listeners sent countless emails and messages to the producers of forty eight hours expressing their concerns.
I didn't ask them to do this. They feel compelled to on their own and one day later, the forty eight hours episode with brook's full interview no longer appeared on the TV guide, and instead they played a rerun episode. By now, i've listened in a relist n to all my phone calls with brook over a dozen times.
Several things stood out to me.
One, how the world is bow. Not know why ryan killed tera. He seems to know just about everything else, including details about terrorist person keys and even how ryan got into a house with a credit card.
He would only know these details if ryan told him. So why was right in there in the first place? The fact that boat could answered this was a huge red flag to me.
And what about .
those seven to eight people that were at bowen ryan's house that night? Who are these people and why? When you tell me who they are, I just found that hard to believe that every single person had passed out in.
Ryan stood bose truck, drove twenty more minutes later as house on a wim, going unseen and undetected by ten or more people, according to the dukes or rest warrants. Crime he committed occurred between october twenty third in october twenty eighth, two thousand. five.
So if both duke is telling the truth, then the first time I saw terrorist body was that wednesday, october twenty six. But the arrest warrant state that these crimes happened all the way through october twenty eight, meaning that have both stories true. They were destroyed terrorist body the following friday night, october twenty eight.
I've talked to multiple people at this point. You've all told me that boy ryan routinely throw parties out there on the orchard. Even on the night of terrors disappearance. Brook told me that there were seven to eight people there that night. If these parties happened every weekend, they were doing this on the night of friday, october twenty eight. Then there may have been people there, potential witnesses, or even accomplishes the fact that book would never reveal their names to me, only added to my suspicions, who was there and what do they know?
Right before I air this episode, I got a random phone call from another friend of both dukes who served in the army with him. He, just like bose friend dustin, was told a similar story.
He and I were in separate units, but there were different units in the barrier I was found. What I remember is that he helped get rid of a body on the peak on farm, and he burned IT.
I think he might have, or White, knowing that biggest secret, you know, he said that he brought body was brought to him and he said that they stop a fire and that that is these of you because you might burn longer bow mention like, let them that fire like, burn like all night. There is a party spot. I guess they talked about, kind of remember both saying that they had a party out there.
然后 他 这边。 Enough for me to remember if you are having parties out there routinely that gives you a wait to conceal, you know, a fire just burning out there is going to raise questions, but a fire out there were a bunch or that's not as familiar. And I think that could have even been, you know, the plan.
