Maybe they just started sane, but it's frustrating to not see some transparency in how the detectives are working. Their surprises during interviews, they have a peece information. They want to see how that suspect react. So what about the other phone? Wouldn't be a key piece of evidence in this case or last outgoing calls and messages or state of mind, you would certainly think so. But since the first time I exam in this case, i've received many conflicting stories about the cellphone.

Then I mentioned to him that he had told me that he went to that party and that she's been given a bunch drugs and he said that she's been raped and he said, I know that party that he went to, he kind of eluted. I wasn't clear on what he was saying, kind of sounded like he was at that party, maybe earlier on in the party rather than later on in the party. I had no idea, but he did say he did know what kind of drugs he had given her. That night. My side to, I call up the shares department and report what you're telling me he said, yeah, even talk to them myself and I could tell that he really was afraid to and couldn't want to, but he was willing .

hold on, be care if I call up the share f department he said, now all even talk to them myself. I called the offline number and I said, i've got a guy here. He says that he was that party that he said he was that and he knows what they given her and I listed, I mean, Larry, word for word.

He told me exactly what the activity he was, a whole long, which he was like, eight or nine different things. And I repeated what he told me worth for a word while he was fight in front of me to the lady on the sound. All I know is that the cops came to apart at three times. The first time was with Tyler, with me and jermey standing right there.

Tyler was the deputy on duty in question at the time, and Jimmy was cristal s. neighbor.

He actually have got that he was bad because of bad and I said, no, she's not back.

She's still missing. What you mean? You heard someone walking round out there. The only people that had the code besides her was meat. As for, as I know, and what you gave her code friend, where a boyfriend .

He kind of told some tall, pale about getting into our apartment on and how he had found nothing there. But there's no way to back possibly happen because her her lock was a cold rock. He said that he was trying to find her, and he was joking about how you been up Christal apartment looking through her phone.

Kind of a weird joke. If you asked me.

No signs of breaking in. Nothing was only one way, and it's on the second fall. There was only one way.

And now and according to rodney.

I did not see the computer or the phone.

Reading evidence you this guy had in the same guy computers like I guess if memory serves me correctly and and pretty shirt as in this case he mentioned he had somebody the he was having tried to break in to the computer or get IT to the computer or something to that effect.

Then all the sudden. Or I remember the .

kid's name, Matthew, Matthew, the kid's name thew the kid that showed up in the court yard who was super upset about her being missing and told me even bunch of information about what drugs show was on and where that party was out.

Rodney remembers.

Mt, too. We follow me. Mt, to wear madlib. Matt lid, the all motor home he was having map, tried to break in to the computer, in which I thought was kind of funny. And this is wine.

Rodney recalled the time when wain, the local deputy, took him an e light to mad house to retrieve Crystals, phone and computer.

He said, I I want to talk doing first. And we stood off to the side, maybe very little, post feed away. We was gonna have this guy tried to break in to IT get into litter or something, something, something. But I guess math is pretty good on computers.

According to rodney, when drove him, man ely out to his trailer. He remembers when in saying something .

along the lines of he'll do for main, because you'll do this, that sort of thing I will get that he had a fear of lane I would do with forest was about me. But you can. Telly was uncomfortable. He also .

He, he was somewhat scared. Sh, the most spicious looking behavior. That's his body language. He was so clearly nervous about something. That's why I was really, really suspicious to us that he would have herself.

Now could that be because of the Crystal situation? Is he somehow connected to IT in some way, shape performing? I think you knew of Crystal. That's my understanding.

And I don't know they were friends or what I I just remember thinking I was kind of weird that there having someone other than their own laender cement people try to get into the computer and I member asked him, how come you're not have an cbi? I never really got any answers. I just never could get a firm answer on something like that.

After all these crazy stories I call the cbi to confirm for myself, and they do have IT in a missing person's case, the last calls or messages on their phone can be crucial evidence. And though I ve never seen the phone myself, ora Christal's landlord were calls what he saw in her phone the first time he went on to her apartment.

We borrowed ed, a charger from germy next door, and plugged IT in. And he put all the messages on speaker phone. I stood there and listen, call the messages.

He skipped through a lot of them, most of the calls, two Crystal in the front, where people being worried about her IT had this voice identification robot voice that says, this call is two, or this call is from the last bunch of phone calls that SHE put out. This call was at eight thirty five P M. From catfish.
