Last week alone, I was able to create a custom proposal for a celebrity with 25 different products and offer ideas. I was able to create 300 different social media pieces of content. We were able to create a breakdown of some new TV shows we're filming for a big director in LA Hollywood. We were able to create 250 celebrity guests to be on my top 10 podcasts. And we were able to create a list of about 50

stages I'm trying to get onto over the next year, plus probably some other things I've forgotten. That would probably have took me like 20, 30 hours and we did it in less than two hours, all of that. And what's even better than that is

My name's Rudy Moore, host of Living the Red Life podcast, and I'm here to change the way you see your life in your earpiece every single week. If you're ready to start living the red life, ditch the blue pill, take the red pill, join me in Wonderland, and change your life. What's up, guys? Welcome back to another episode of Living the Red Life. Today, we're going to talk about 10 no-brainer ways every entrepreneur needs to be using chat GPT and AI within their business. I just conducted a live training to about 100 plus of my members. I

which I do weekly, and this was one of my favorite trainings I've probably done in a long time, maybe ever, you know, probably in the last couple of years. It was definitely one of my top five. Why? Because I took them behind the scenes in my personal prompts, how I personally use ChatGPT on a weekly basis, just as an example, what I intro to them and how I explain this. So you know what you're going to learn in the next 15 minutes.

Last week alone, I was able to create a custom proposal for a celebrity with 25 different products and offer ideas. I was able to create 300 different social media pieces of content in terms of the ideas and the hooks and the headlines. And then about 150 of those, we actually created the content for them with AI. We were able to create a list of 250 new celebrity JV partnerships we wanted to reach out to and the email for them. We were able to create a breakdown of

Some new TV shows we're filming for a big director in L.A., Hollywood. We were able to create 250 celebrity guests to be on my top 10 podcast, which is the one you're listening to right now. And we were able to create a list of about 50 stages slash events that I'm trying to get onto over the next year. Plus probably some other things I've forgotten. But that was all in the last week.

And all of that was probably done in less than a couple of hours. If you went ahead and tried to create everything I just listed there, even if I tried to do it and I'm a super fast rider and can kind of just go from my brain without planning, that would probably have took me like 20, 30 hours. And we did it in less than two hours, all of that. And what's even better than that

is we created a system with VAs so they can run that forever now. So all the social media content, the VAs can map out on ChatGPT, create a lot of the content and task it out to the design video team.

creating the proposals for celebrities. We can build the prompts where now we can create those ourselves on ChatGPT. So if we want to, you know, put out custom proposals to a bunch of celebrities or partners or whatever, we can now do that instead of just sending out like a random cold email. Hey, we want to partner and do business together. If you send them a four page custom proposal, the chances of them taking you seriously are like 100x, right?

What else? Yeah, doing all the outreach for getting on...

I think it was getting me on about 200 top podcasts and then getting about 200 top people on my podcast. This was a little mix of like Olympic athletes, C-suite executives of billion dollar companies, founders of billion dollar companies of known brands, top influencers, YouTubers or experts. You know, and we created the script, the list of people, and then we assign a VA that's obviously just on a few dollars an hour to go through that list and then reach out to them.

So crazy, crazy use for it. I think every entrepreneur should be using it. Look, I have dozens of employees and I'm still using it myself to get a lot done. And most importantly, teaching my team to use it so they can get 10 times more done. But what I was teaching today on my live training is if you're an entrepreneur listening to this right now with under 10 employees, you need this 10 times more than I need this because I have

probably 10 times more staff than you, right? If you have way less staff, then this is your secret weapon to getting 10 times more done.

um with yourself and just a five ten dollar an hour va by the way i also said on this training every single one of you should have a full-time va at five dollars an hour if you're sat there saying i don't need them that's not true you do need them you just don't know why you need them and how to utilize them properly which today's podcast will fix and the training i did will fix now of course the training i did was a full hour um screen shared gave all the prompts the whole breakdown um

So it's a little easier if you're listening to this and you're in any of my paid programs, you do get access to what we call our Money Mondays trainings and the recordings. So go ahead. And if you like what you're learning today, you can go get the full one hour recording of all the prompts and me going through it step by step. If you after today are listening and want to go for all this.

then you can go and buy one of my programs and get instant access to the recording. And this isn't a pitch to make a ton of money, guys. Our programs start like

i don't know 29 or 49 or something or 97 to get into our lower um price programs and you still get access to these incredible recordings i'm not making tons of money from selling those things but i i just want to help you okay so let's dive in so 10 no brainer ways to be using chat gpt and ai number one

first thing, new offer creation. I showed everyone how to create at least five new offers in about five minutes. And then, you know, I said to them, look, if you're not creating new products and offers, you know, every few weeks, you should be almost every week until you find a winner. And then when you find the winner, okay, because you do obviously want to have one winner or two winning products and offers. Once you find those, you still want to use this prompt

and this process to create new variations, hooks. You know, a great example is

Let's look at Yankee Candle. They sell candles. They didn't just launch one candle and one smell, right? They have hundreds and then they create car fresheners, different size candles, like all different types. That's how you got to see your product, right? Like it's not good enough to be like, okay, I found one winner. It's this candle. I'm just going to sell this forever. That isn't the reality, guys. You got to create more and more and more variations, right?

And it's the same for most industries, like the car industry. They create, Toyota creates one car, then they create all these different versions to cater for different people's needs.

I could go on for most industries. So kind of see, you should see your products and offers like that. If you have a winning offer right now, which is like a seven day abs challenge, don't stop there because eventually that'll fatigue and you might want to test different variations, right? Like, you know, the flat abs kitchen challenge where they learn how to get abs in the kitchen without exercise. And then a different one that's like

seven, you know, top supplements for flat abs, right? And then the free killer ab exercises for a flat stomach. So you've got to keep trading these new variations to hit different people and to also keep it fresh because every offer burns out. So that's the first one. That's a lot already, huh? Second one, sales page. So the sales page is what comes after the offer. Okay, most people don't understand this.

And the biggest, biggest, biggest, most horrendous mistake I see online is when I see someone with a product or offer and I say, show me the product sales page. And it's like this horrible mini Shopify page where it's like a headline and like five bullet points and then the price. Do never do that if you're selling online. That is the worst way to sell. People want to read and consume information about the product. They want to learn about it. That is where long form sales pages came in. A long form sales page is something where, yeah,

You scroll several times and you can learn a lot about the product, the science behind it, how it works, the origin story, testimonials, case studies, is there a guarantee, what's included in the offer, an FAQ. All of those items make up a good sales page.

and nearly every product on the planet needs a good sales page like that. Most people don't have that and then they try and sell online, they wonder why ads don't work, they wonder why they can't make sales, and then they get frustrated, give up, quit, or say ads don't work, and I'm like, no, no, no, ads work.

You just don't have a good sales process for it. And the easiest way to understand that if you're still confused is imagine I send you a bunch of leads, right? And you have a sales rep and he sucks. The sales rep's terrible, doesn't explain the product. He answers the phone. He says, you want to buy or not? It's called da-da-da. It's called this product, seven, seven minute abs and it's $27. Do you want to buy or not? That's what you're doing when you just have a sales page or a product page with a headline and five bullets.

that you like that sales rep versus a really good sales rep that says, hey, how are you doing today? Learns a bit about you. Talks a bit about the company, a bit about the options, the products, how it works, how it can help them achieve their goals. Talks about some current users that are on the product. Talks about a guarantee if it doesn't work. Answers some frequently asked questions. Boom, then goes into the sale. That is what a sales page does, okay? A good sales page, like a good sales rep, will have a much higher conversion rate. So,

We talk about how to make one of those. And I literally in front of everyone on the Zoom create an entire sales page. It's kind of a mini one. It's probably like five pages long, whereas like full ones are maybe 10. It's still pretty good though. And we do that in about five minutes. I do have another full training on how to make like a full long form 10, 15 page one as well if you want to make a full, full one. So next, that's number two. Okay, next one.

Third one is the opt-in page. An opt-in page is where you give away something for free to grow an email list or collect leads. You've probably opted in many times to like cheat sheets, free trials, guides, free workout plans, free samples, you name it. Most companies use this in some capacity. And what was really cool here is I showed them how to do this, how to make the opt-in pay, well, actually come up with the ideas

and actually have it linked to the main product you're selling. Most people make this cardinal sin mistake where they have like, say this product is called flat abs, right? Or a seven minute abs workout. And then they're going to have this free download on like sprint training. I'm like, that's nothing to do with getting a six pack. You know, if your main product's getting flat abs or a six pack, the free download should be the best free ab workouts for a six pack because it's congruent.

So don't make that mistake either. So I show you how to come up with different ideas with really strong hooks

And then I even showed the members how to make the entire free download for them in like two minutes, like this awesome seven-page document that you can get away for free and how to write all the emails that follow up because someone enters their email, they get the free download. And then obviously they go into an email sequence where you're telling them to join the community, how to a bit about you, how to maybe buy a full, like the next option, right? A paid product.

So that's that. After that, we go into email blast. So, you know, we're talking about different types of emails. Right. I already talked about how to make emails for opt-ins, but you can use ChatGPT.ai to write any sort of emails. We actually just mapped out a 30 day email rotation for one of our brands because our copywriters were just like overloaded and we were getting behind on emails.

So, you know, lowest hanging fruit is like I didn't want my copywriters to come off some of like the big celeb projects or really important stuff. So I just like use ChatGPT to do email. And now I just gave one of them the 30 days of emails and the email ideas and have them tweak it. So you can use ChatGPT or you should be using it for email.

Podcasting next. So we're at number five now. That was four. Okay, so podcasting. I think podcasting is a no brainer for every brand out there. It's free traffic. It's warm traffic. People are going to sit and listen to you for an hour and you're going to get free social media content. Why the hell would you not be getting on podcasts every week?

I've made lots of money going on some big podcasts. And like I said on the show, the training today, if you're starting out, you're not going to get on the big ones like I maybe did over the years. But you can get into some maybe smaller ones that have a couple of thousand people. It's still great free traffic and you might get a few sales. Right. So and it's very easy to do.

So what I showed them here is two really cool things. Firstly, how to create the podcast outreach script where you actually talk about what value you can bring to the show and topics you can discuss. And again, how to link that back to your brand and the products you sell so it's congruent. And then I actually showed them how to list 150 podcasts that would be suitable for their audience.

And then I showed them how to take that, put it in a spreadsheet and have a VA do that outreach and how to track that. Okay. So that was number five. Number six, viral hooks. So viral hooks is really how I plan on my social media. A lot of people plan social media differently. I'm a marketer. And really when I study virality and growing an audience and captivating attention, I'm really basing stuff on what I call viral hooks. So things that will grab people's attention.

So I show them here how to create different viral hook ideas. Then I show them how to turn that into real content. So we actually created some carousel video, carousel image content, which is a carousel on Instagram. It's like you can scroll across it, right? You've probably seen them before. And then I show them how to take that with a VA and actually have all the content created in a nice, pretty carousel design that matches your brand through Canva. Or you could obviously have a designer make it as well.

So I showed them how to do that within a few minutes. And then you can also do the same for creating video scripts or anything else. Next, number seven, this isn't legal advice for entertainment purposes only. I'm not an attorney and you should always get an attorney if you're ever writing offer letters, agreements, terms or anything like that. But I did show them how to create some basic offer letters or some onboarding agreements for VAs or people that may be hiring or partnership agreements.

Again, not legal advice, just to show what you can do. I do recommend for anything legal, you have an attorney, at least check those things. But one thing I will say is most entrepreneurs out there don't even have legal contracts for half the things they should. And I would argue that having any form of agreement that really lays down clear expectations and the structures and stuff is going to be way better just from a business perspective than Xero.

But again, obviously, the agreements have to, you know, be up to par and have all the right information in there and be in line with federal and state law. So as you get bigger, you definitely want to get at least some great templates or an attorney. But ChatGPT can do a lot to help you. Next one, custom proposals. I showed everything.

everyone how to create custom proposals. So whether you're trying to do a brand partnership, a collaboration, a joint venture, an influence agreement, bring in a celebrity, whatever you're trying to do. Like a lot of the time people do outreach and they send this generic email that no one ever reads. And what I encourage you to do is create a system like I showed on this training. So if you really want to create these like great partnerships,

And some partnerships can be worth millions of dollars, remember. Again, not a guarantee. You know, every partnership will vary in results. But some big brands, you know, they grow and make millions through partnerships. So if you're going to do that, spend the time, energy and effort. And it's only a couple of minutes to make a custom one. I show within two minutes how to create a fully tailored four page custom proposal for a celebrity brand.

And it sounds really good guys, really good, like you wrote it. And you can just teach a VA to do this to a list of 100 and within like four hours they've created 100 custom proposals. Your chance of success rate if you send that to 100 influencers or 100 YouTubers or 100 brands is probably like 10x or 100x than if you just sent them this crappy bland email, right?

So next is number nine, follow up systems. And I'll wrap in number 10 as well at the same time, which is follow up email and SMS. So number nine is follow up systems. So that's actually talking about all the ways in your business you need to be following up with people, right? So SMS, email, people that don't purchase after a sales call. And I'm really mapping out all the different touch points, right? And then number 10 is more focused on a single business.

So for example, following up on leads that download a free guide, following up on leads that maybe purchased but didn't open the program. So using that follow-up sequence to get more engagement and pushing people through your whole ecosystem is very important, okay? So

So there you have it. That's 10 no-brainer ways to use ChatGPT. Hopefully you found that useful. Hopefully you said, wow, this is a lot that I should be doing that I'm not. We literally had people on the live say, Rudy, this is how to run an entire business with AI. And I said, yes, absolutely. There is a lot of things

you should be doing with you and a VA. If I could go back in time 15 years and I could take this training knowing what I know now, man, I could be so far ahead. And holy cow, how much I've spent on payroll. I would be millions of dollars richer if I could have had these systems, AI and a few VAs,

That's how we're starting to run our business now. We've been downsizing a lot, getting rid of people, using VAs, chat GPT and automations. And our business right now is running better than, smoother than ever before with less people, higher profit margin. And here's one example.

I had two people in a department and I've tried different people for the last 18 months. That department has never been successful. 18 months, I've probably spent like at least 100 grand in payroll and it's always frustrated me. It's never been successful. So I and I've had different managers trying to make it work. No one could make it work.

So I fired, I basically got rid of these two people in this department. And there were some people before then that had failed in it as well. And I'm like, this time I'm going to rebuild this department with chat GPT, AI and a VA. Okay.

So the VA spends 25 hours a week. So it probably cost me, you know, maybe a grand a month. But bear in mind, before I was paying like US salaries, like people in my offices in Tampa, Miami paying way more than that. I've thrown at least 100, if not 150K in payroll into this. And let me tell you, in three weeks of launching this system with the VA and AI, we have had probably...

30 successes, right? 30 goals achieved in that department. I won't say what it is. 30 successes, whereas in the last two years or 18 months, I probably had less than 30. So crazy, crazy, crazy difference just by simply like it's better. Like in three weeks, I've had more results than over probably almost two years or 18 months paying over 100 grand

And that's in three weeks. So like in another three or six weeks, it's going to be insane. And we've just done that for social media too. Our social media is more systematized and automated and we have like 300 pieces of content in the work.

And I've been banging my head, having to drag my social media team and people I've hired for that through the bushes backwards, fired a bunch of them. Most of them aren't as good as they say and made many bad hires there, wasted over 100 grand there. So guys, I think this is business of the future. I had a big mindset shift the last six months. You know, we grew our company to 110 staff.

And now I'm going the opposite way. I'm going, how do I get rid of most of them that are not high achievers and top performers and having like the best staff, the best 40, 50, 60 staff, and then just VAs and automations and AI. So that, you know, I'm diving more into this because I'm seeing the success.

and the payroll savings. Even if the cost was the same, the output and success is way higher. But the nice thing too, for me at least, is I'm saving literally probably like a hundred grand a month. So crazy savings too, right? So there you go. If you want to

uh, get on these Monday trainings I'm doing, feel free to buy any of our programs. Pretty much all of them give you access to that because I love to give value and teach these things. And I hope you love this recap on the podcast and got some ideas of how you can be implementing this, um, how you can be implementing this into your business, especially if you're in that sub 10 employee range, you need to be doing this. Okay. Uh,

So that's a wrap guys. Keep living the red life and keep working hard. Let me know on Instagram if you start implementing these things, which ones are working for you, which ones you like the idea of testing. And like I said, hit me up if you need anything. I'll see you guys soon. Take care.
