My name's Rudy Moore, host of Living the Red Life podcast, and I'm here to change the way you see your life in your earpiece every single week. If you're ready to start living the red life, ditch the blue pill, take the red pill, join me in Wonderland and change your life.

Guys, welcome back to another episode of Living the Red Life. Today, we're going to talk about AI, the future of marketing, where marketing is going, how you can leverage AI, how you can cut half your staff with AI, and what you need to know exactly about AI to start being more successful with it. AI has become a very big topic, right? In the last six months, ChatGPT was really the cascading effect, although we've used AI in a business, you know, for many years.

And we still use it today and we're using it even more than ever. But I think the world has adopted, right? And I think this is similar to Zoom. We had used Zoom for six years, I think, right? And then COVID hit and now my cousins and my auntie and uncle in England that aren't in the space at any means, right? Very normal people.

know what Zoom is and have Zoom installed. And COVID kind of forced that. And then I think ChatGPT has forced the adoption of AI, right? And even it's like in the news and the moment I knew this is mainstream was, you know, it just came out and I got in an Uber and the Uber driver started asking if I knew about ChatGPT, right? And obviously I laugh because I'm in this industry.

and we're using it. So it's become mainstream. And my message for you today is you can either be an adopter to it and you can leverage it and use it, or you can stay away from it. I've made mistakes in the past staying away from things when they're actually really important and they're changing the way we do business. And then after a year or two, I've gone, oh,

"Crap, now I gotta catch up." And now I'm playing catch up when everyone else is using it and it's like really competitive. It's kind of like when there's this hot new restaurant opens,

In the early days you can get in, right? And it's kind of a hidden secret, a hidden gem. And then after a year it's in all the magazines, everyone's tagging it on Instagram, everyone's recommending it. And then it's like you can't get in now and it's super busy all the time. AI is, even though very popular in our industry, it's still very new. It's still very hot and it's still an early time to get in before the restaurant gets really busy.

So we're going to dive into that today, how you can use it, different ways to use it, utilize it. Going to give you some examples. And we do, if you want to dive into it more with me, we have an event coming up very soon. I'll put the link in the show notes.

and maybe a recording if you missed this, but if you're watching this live or the week this came out, we have an event coming up, four hours, it's free, where we're breaking down, you know, we're doing this for our members, then we decided to open it up for everyone, where we're breaking down how to use AI, how to leverage AI, different scripts and systems, different examples, how to use AI to write your ads, your emails, how to write a book in an hour,

"How to Plan 30 Days of Content." And I'm gonna touch on all those topics today, but we do have a whole afternoon event if you wanna dive deeper. So register for that in the show notes. But let's go back to like big picture, should we be using AI? Okay, and my early kind of intro message here, hopefully you're already getting the takeaways is be an early adopter. Don't sit on the fence with this. I think this is one of the biggest changes in business over the last 20, 30, 40 years.

I think it's only going to get bigger and bigger and bigger. And, you know, it's a big deal too. When you see some of the biggest billionaires in the world saying they're worried about how fast AI is growing because it becomes this kind of snowball effect where obviously AI, you know, can, can it be the next Terminator? We'll see. But it,

because of the way AI is built, it's a faster adoption than any other thing out there, right? Because it's a self-learning machine. So the more people are using it and the more everyone's working on it and the more software developers jump in and programmers,

And the more data it gets, the actually the smarter it becomes. So it's really important to understand that because it's going to adopt faster as like a trend and a tool than any other tool we've ever used because it's literally a self-learning machine. That's what AI is. So it's really important to understand that you've got to go fast because it's going to move faster than a normal industry or a normal trend you've seen in the past.

And then I mean, what's really important to understand is how can I use AI myself? The easiest way to start with AI is ChatGPT. Okay, there's a 3.5, there's a 4 at time of recording this. 4, I think you have to pay for right now. It's $10 a month. It's well worth it. And it pulls live data, right? Pulls live, you know, updates from Google, whereas the 3.5 is older.

How am I using AI is where I'm going to start. And I want to be clear, my team and me and my team are using it all day, every day. Some of my team are spending hours a week, like diving into it, working with AI, adopting it into all of our core business principles. If you don't know, I'm more of like a CEO. So I have nearly 100 staff and I'm more out the day to day. But I'm still playing around with it. I'm still using it.

And I actually took my legacy members, you know, my 100K members. So I sat with them at a private event in Miami two, three weeks ago, and I showed them how to develop content ideas and concepts in about five minutes with AI. And it's just, it's crazy. It's literally like the amount of ideas that can come from it is like you sat in a room for 30, 45, 60 minutes with your team brainstorming. And a lot of the ideas...

and things you'll get from AI. It's important to understand they're what I call rough around the edges. So they need a bit of work. They need to be dusted up. But that's really the same as my copywriters, right? If I go to my copywriters, hey, give me 20 topic ideas. They'll give me some good ideas, but I'll change them. I'll polish them. I'll alter them. I'll skip some. AI is just the same as that. So ChatGPT is a great way to start.

There's so many things you can go into it, right? Number one is you can use it for content generation and content ideas.

Number two is you can actually build out content with it. So you can build courses, you can develop information from it. You know, we're launching some big celebrities right now and they don't have the time to film everything and write everything out. So what we're doing is they're filming all the conceptual parts they want to include in their programs. And this is major A-list celebs, right? Our clients and business partners. And what we're doing then is we're taking all of that data

all the bullet points, we're putting it into ChatGPT, putting it into AI to give it context. It's really important to give it context first.

And then what we're doing is we're then having it write out the modules and the curriculums and the extra information and the worksheets. That way we're able to still use like the celebrity brain, right? And take all their key points. And then we're able to build out more of the core content that we don't want to have to write ourselves or the celebrity and their team don't want to have to do. So another great way to use it.

And I wouldn't say like you don't want to do it unethically where you just say, write me a course on how to make money, right? Because that's like a little more unethical where it's just pulling random stuff. What you want to do is give it your framework and belief systems, and then it can generally pull the content to kind of link it all together and give usable content. So you can use it to, I would say, buffer out and fluff out

a lot of your content. So there's more tangible things, people that want to dive deep, people that want to go through worksheets and read it. You can do videos and then bullet point those videos. And then you can obviously have AI write out the modules and chapters. Okay. So first thing we've got is idea generation. And this can go as far as

new offers, new products, new product names, social media content. I recommend you get viral headlines. We do that a lot. It's like viral topics and headline ideas. And then the next part you've got is the content creation side and using it to buffer out your content. This means, I remember many years ago, I would literally spend hours

hours writing out all the content for my programs, right? And then eventually I hired copywriters and I would do the same with them. I would give them my key principles and belief systems and then have them flush it out. Now it's evolved where I'll film a video, the copywriter will take 10 bullets and then they'll use ChatGPT

to write all the content. So you see that evolution and that evolution is super important because the more it's evolving, the more you're getting out of the day-to-day, the more you're getting out of the big picture and then the less time the staff is needed. So the staff can do more high-level things like just bullet pointing your ideas and then it can clean up ChatGPT's work. So I would imagine ChatGPT, it's just like to me, it's like a free unlimited platform

slash marketing assistant in many ways. Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a second. Before we go into the rest of this episode, I'm gonna interrupt abruptly and just ask you one big favor. I hope you're getting a ton of value, a ton of knowledge. I hope you're getting some breakthroughs from myself and the guests. And I want one thing in return.

what I would love is for you to subscribe and leave a review. The reviews and the subscription grows the podcast. It allows me to bring you even better guests. It allows me to invest even more time and money into this podcast to bring you the latest and greatest, the best entrepreneurs from around the world that are crushing life, crushing their business and giving you all the tools, the mindset hacks,

the knowledge and the environment you need to be successful. So do me a favor, if you've got any amount of value from today's episode so far or any previous episode or any of the content I've done, it would mean the world to me if you hit a five-star review, give us your feedback on the show, the episodes and subscribe and download. Plus, if you do that and send me a screenshot on Instagram at rudymorelife.com,

I will send you a bunch of my free training, marketing courses, sales courses worth $499. Yes, $500 worth of courses for a simple 30 second review. It would mean the world to me. Send me that screenshot. I would love for you to leave that review and I would appreciate it very, very much so we can keep growing this show and make it awesome. So let's get back into the episode. I appreciate you guys.

and let's dive back in. So we've talked about those first couple of things. Next thing is publishing, okay? ChatGPT is a great way to publish more content around PR. So you can write a book in less than an hour, and we have a whole framework for that. We're taking people through our live event.

You can and some of my clients have used this framework and become Amazon bestsellers by doing a book in a day. Next thing that you can use it for is actually building out a blog post, PR post articles that can help you with SEO and ranking. So another way I really like to use it is to fluff out some of the content needed for Google and to rank better and to do blogs.

I mean, blogging is kind of a little dead, like it's a newsletters and stuff. It's not something that's going to be the main driver of your business probably, but it's something that's nice to have around certain keywords. If you want to de-rank an affiliate that's trying to steal your traffic, we get that a lot when you're a big player, you get people trying to steal your search traffic.

If you want to do general releases, you want to do newsletters for your email, you want to do all that regular stuff that you can't really do right now. You don't maybe have a full-time copywriter or want to pay that, you can use ChatGPT for that. So books, PR content, blogs, all of those things, obviously social media posts, everything like that. The next thing you can use AI for, which is very exciting, and if you register for my live event, you'll see, you can actually use AI for

to film content for you. So we're building out our AI event, right? This free event we're going to host. And we're actually using AI to film the video. So we're giving the scripts, right? And then it's literally filming it with a video of me. And I wish I could show you this, but if you go register, you'll see it.

It's a video of me, it's my voice, we just handed it the script. And obviously you can do the script with a few bullets from ChatGPT. So arguably the entire video, apart from the topic and a few bullets, are being made by AI at this point. Which if that doesn't blow your mind, I don't know what will. Obviously you gotta watch the video and see how real it is first. When I show this to my team,

Some of the team took 30 seconds to realize it was an AI video. They thought it was like my video. And then I'm like, no, no, this is the AI video. And then they were like, wow, right? Mind blown. So go watch those videos. But you can literally use

AI to create video content. And we've done this with celebrities too, because imagine we filmed something for a celebrity. We imagine now we're gonna change it from a 28 day challenge to a 14 day challenge. Well, it's very hard to go to an A-list and say, "Hey, just reshoot 10 seconds of all these videos "where you say 28 days, we need you to do it to 14." They're not gonna do that, right? Well, there's gonna be a big ask.

we actually can use AI and match their voice. You have to just upload a certain amount of hours and then the voice will match it and it will give us the 14 days, right? So it's insanely good for changing stuff last minute, doing new call to actions, doing new split tests. Hey, this video is working well, but we'd love to try five new intros.

Well, you could use AI to do that if you're the entrepreneur and you're traveling and you're flying and you're busy and you should be asking your team. Why are you asking me? You could just do it with AI, right? Get the first three seconds, put text on the screen and then just try four intros for your videos, for your ads.

You don't even need me. Okay. That's what you should be asking your team. But obviously you've got to make sure your team are learning AI and you're pushing them as the leader, the visionary to adopt and adapt and actually play around with it. Yeah. Another way is like the video side. So voice side. So you can use AI. Obviously I wouldn't use it. Like I'm my Instagram content and everything is me. I promise it's me as of now. Right. Maybe one day it will also be AI too. Yeah.

But you can, you know, so I want to create content still, but for some filler stuff and obviously for our AI event, we thought it would be a fun thing to do the whole event with AI videos, right? And obviously I'm going to be live presenting, but we're going to, we used AI for the video ads and the intro video and stuff like that. Next part is design. So AI can be used for design. And a real life example is,

Yesterday we were hosting a big party for one of our celebrity partners. I can't say who because, well, it'll actually have happened anyway. Big celebrity partner coming up this weekend and we wanted a cardboard cutout and we needed a better photo of his full body and we didn't have any good ones with his shoes in just the way we were doing the upper body shots from our studio on a green screen. So within 10 seconds, we used AI

to take that photo and put shoes on him. Like I'm not even kidding. So the capacity with like design work, filler work, sometimes we're like, say you've got a cool image, but you need it wider, right? For like a banner, for Instagram, like a horizontal image. Or say there's people in the background, you can use AI to remove people. You can use AI to make a green screen for you. You can use AI to fix, you know,

A lot of people are using it to touch up images. You can use it to change the color of your clothes. You can use it to add feet to you, right? You can do it to put you in a bunch of different backgrounds. So the capacity to use AI to create images and logos, we're actually for our event using it to create a logo. We punched in what we wanted, the theme, the style, the colors, and it gave us a bunch of logos.

So again, if that doesn't blow your mind, you've probably got to see it to believe it because you won't feel it until you're using it in your own business like I am. But that's crazy too, right? So we've talked about content creation ideas. We've talked about funnel ideas, product ideas. So it can replace a lot or speed up a lot of idea generation. Next.

It can speed up the actual content creation. Next, you can build publishing arms for your businesses, stuff you've always wanted to do through books, blogs, podcasts, show notes, everything like that. Next, we've talked about video and it can actually shoot videos for you, small videos, and you're going to want to add B-roll and stuff into them, audio clips. Next, another audio clip method we're using,

is we're sending like motivational audio clips to one of our celebrities like members, right? And we're doing these audio clip drops through AI, right? So the celebrity, if they're traveling and they can't send one that day, they'll give us like a voice note or something they want to say and we'll clean it up with AI.

Next after that is cleanup. So I kind of alluded to it. We had one podcast episode where the main microphone broke. It was a big guess. We were devastated. Our video team spent two weeks trying to fix it. We hired a sound editor from Sony or Samsung to free $400 for

Couldn't do it. We then found an AI program, punched it in there, and it cleaned up the entire sound because the main microphone had broke and it was coming out of the camera microphone, which if you've ever shot video or used it, you'll know it's crap. And it cleaned up the microphone better than my whole video team could figure out and better than a voice...

a sound like editor for Sony or Sony pictures or someone like super high level could figure out. Again, crazy. There's so many ways we cleaned up photos, right? So there's so many ways AI can do cleanup for you. Admin tasks. We clean up all of our meeting notes. We clean up our tasks. It can clean up HTML and source code. So if you're editing your website and you need code fixing, it can literally fix code

So AI is great for cleanup. It's great for troubleshooting. It's going to save tons of hours. Okay. So I've gone for about seven ways we can use AI. Hopefully these seven ways excite you. Obviously there's different softwares you want to use. There's a whole, you know, uh,

kind of rabbit hole of AI. I am breaking down a lot of those softwares, giving you all the links and everything in this live event. I might record it. So if you're listening to this in a couple of weeks time after the air date, check the show notes because we'll try and go back and update it or at least DM me on Instagram. If you're listening to this live the week it dropped,

then the event is coming up. So I would love to see that again. The link is in the show notes. I believe the link is RudysAIEvent.com. We try and make it simple. And go and check out those videos. Like they'll still be on there, right? Of the video of literally me, but it's not actually me. It's AI Rudy. It's crazy. It's just so crazy.

And yeah, hopefully this message to you today is one of two things. It's, hey, I slept on AI. I believe in Rudy. Like I'm not the shiny object kind of guy. I hate a lot of stuff. I go, that's BS, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I really do think you should adapt to this and start using it. It's going to streamline things. It's going to lower payroll. It's going to allow you to do more. It's going to amaze you. And it's only going to get better. So get used to it now, okay? So hopefully if you're that person that's been thinking

of lazy on it or on the fence, hopefully this pushes you over the edge. If you're someone that's been using AI a ton, then I would love for you to attend the event. Hopefully you can learn some things from me and my team. We can share ideas. You can brainstorm with us. That's what it's all about, right? It's all about collaboration. It's all about community and sharing and making each other better and saying, "Hey, this cool AI software does this. Hey, this cool AI software does this. Hey, this can do this." Because

there's so many popping up because it's so hot right now. Okay. And each month was like, wow, we can now do this. Wow. We can now do this. And that's what I talk about when I say that it's just like growing like crazy. Every month there's new adaptations faster than ever before. So get on it now. Don't sleep on it. Join me at this event. I hope today's episode was good and it made you

you kind of think more seriously about AI. For all you know, this isn't even me. This could be AI Rudy. I guess you'll never know. But in the live event, maybe we'll show you how you can start recording more of your own stuff with AI. Until next time, keep living the red life and I'll see you guys very soon.
