It's so possible for you all to make 10 times more and build a 10 times bigger company. And the key point is with exactly the same amount of energy, effort,

and failures and upset and heartache and time away from family and risk. Like, you're all gonna go through it anyway. That's what I'm trying to get across. It's like, if you're gonna go through it, go through it for something 10 times bigger at the end of it that you're 10 times more proud of, that gives you 10 times more money, that makes 10 times more impact, right?

My name's Rudy Moore, host of Living the Red Life podcast, and I'm here to change the way you see your life in your earpiece every single week. If you're ready to start living the red life, ditch the blue pill, take the red pill, join me in Wonderland and change your life. What's up, guys? Welcome back to another episode of Living the Red Life. Today, we are going to talk about expansive vision, okay? And this is a weird maybe...

conversation or train a four that I'm going to run you through. But hopefully you're going to leave here with your mind a little more expanded. And the best thing about entrepreneurship and the world we live in now is there's so much opportunity. And I've been doing this for, you know, 10, 12 years and very, I would say more seriously, I millions of dollars for like five, six, seven years.

One thing I've learned is this ability to have expansive vision, and it's something that's like one of my biggest goals right now, is to get in places and around people that help support what I call expansive vision. And what I mean by expansive vision, and I didn't read this in a book, I didn't learn this from one person, it just kind of became a realization of mine the more I grew is,

One thing in life that's for certain, in my opinion, around business and entrepreneurship is we only know and understand and see and create goals and milestones and projections based on...

what environment we're in and what we know to be possible. And this is very true, like I share at my masterminds and at my events. I have a slideshow, a presentation that I use a lot around Roger Bannister and the four minute mile. And the story of the four minute mile is, you know, no one could run a four minute mile for about 80 years, right?

you know, professional athletes, well, obviously for hundreds of years, but people were very close for about 80 years and no one could break it. They were within 10 seconds and then Roger Bannister broke the four minute mile and then within about five, 10 years, about 200 people or now I think 350 people have broke it since. And,

That's all because of this same philosophy and this same concept, what I call expansive vision, that as soon as people saw it was possible and saw it was happening, a lot of people started doing it. And in entrepreneurship and business, I think one of your biggest goals should be getting yourself in environments and with people that have this expansive vision. And what I mean, just to define it for you for this episode, is the ability...

to see beyond what you see possible. So to see beyond, the ability to see beyond what you see possible.

Because if, you know, say you have a room to fill, right? I'm starting my podcast studio if you're watching on video, right? So, you know, it's probably the size of a large bedroom, okay? Or the studio's maybe two or three, you know, bedrooms combined. And if you said to me, Rudy, you've got to fill this room with bricks, okay? Like bricks that you use to build a house. Hey, you've got to fill this. I go, okay, well, this is how big it is. I can see it, visualize it.

It's a pretty big room. I'm going to have to have a lot of bricks, but I could do this, right? Within a week or a few days, I don't know how long it would take. But that would be the limit is what I see in this room. And when you're working as an entrepreneur, working to grow a business, you set this goal, right? Generally based on when we all start as entrepreneurs, if we're not born into money,

We started of, hey, I want to earn more than I could earn in a nine till five. So I want to earn five grand a month. I want to earn 10 grand a month. And then once you hit that and you get some level of success,

You know, now we have some clients that started there and now they want to earn 30 grand a month, right? Because they started with us in our program for a year. They got, they hit their 5k a month. They hit their 10k a month. Now they're like saying 30k. And then you can watch them. They're saying they're saying 30k and it seems so crazy, right? But that's just because like they are only sat in this room, right? The room's only so big.

And then they hit the 30k and then the room just gets a little bit bigger, right? It's like in a computer game, the area just expands a little as you kind of explore it, right? And then they go, okay, now I want 50k. And then they kind of get there, right? Just like another, you know, back if you're in a computer game, you run around and then it opens up a new area. And then that's like, okay, now I want to get to 100k. And...

What's funny is basically your growth in business, in my opinion, is considerably changed by the room and the experiences you have and where you can see that vision, right? So if you spend the next five years of your life going from the $5,000 a month room to the $10,000 a month room to the $30,000 a month room to the $50,000 a month room to the $100,000 a month room, that is where you'll get in five years.

But once you become, you know, say you get a 10, 20, $30 million company, like for me making 100K, that's a bad couple of days. You know, that's a terrible week. Like, I don't think I've made less than 100K in a week in like a long time. That would be a terrible week. You know, we have 100K days. So we want most days to be over 100K. So for us, you know, it took me seven, eight years to get here.

And for us, 100K is a good day, right? And I also know like in five or 10 more years, if I haven't woken up by 8 a.m. and my company's not done $100,000, I'll probably be ringing my team going, oh crap, there's something broke. What the hell is going on? We're only at 80K and it's 8 a.m. guys. What's broke, right?

And that might sound crazy to you, but that's the point of this expansion of your vision and your environment. Basically, if you can get into a point where you can see this massive room from when you start...

you're going to fill it way faster. So if I filled all the bricks in this room and then reset and now I had a bigger room, then I built all the bricks in that and then I had to reset and fill all the bricks in again in a slightly bigger room. It's very time consuming. Whereas if you just, if I just the first time I heard about it, you go, Rudy,

I want you to fill all the bricks in the whole of Florida. I'd go, okay, right? And I would buy different, like I would employ more people or I'd bring in machinery, right? Or shipping containers to fill all of Florida with bricks. But because you only asked me when you first saw me, hey, really just fill this small room with bricks, which is the size of a bedroom or a large bedroom.

I might just get a few of my staff and get a U-Haul and just get a truck of bricks, right? And that's what business is. You're going to build this system and plan and scheme around filling this room of bricks and then you'll fill it

And then you have to hit this reset button and then you fill a slightly bigger room and you build that plan, spend the time building it, hit a reset button and then do it again. And so there has to be a point where you realize that you're questioning, hey, what I'm doing now, is it really what I should be doing? Or is it just because my limited vision and understanding of money and what can be earned and generated and revenue is

is holding me back. And that's something I constantly literally battle with like every day or probably every week, not every day. But it's like, you know, the point that I've built a business where we're doing 100K, you know, trying to do consistent 100K days, I battle with myself of,

Am I even doing the right thing in the right business where I'm trying to do 100K days, not running a business where I should be doing 100K hours, right? And it's like, am I going to fill this room of bricks to one day look back and go, what a waste of time. Let's hit the reset button and now fill Florida with bricks. And I wish I just started there instead. I

And, you know, look, I'm aware of it. And obviously this part of it is a course, right? You have to go through the levels to progress. I'm not saying you should skip all the levels, but you should also like equally challenge yourself on the levels, right?

and say, "Am I playing at too low a level?" And the truth of reality is most of you, probably all of you listening to this, is you're playing at way too small a level right now, and you're building this game plan and hiring this team and ordering the equipment, right, or building the websites and buying the supplies to fill this small room of bricks, and it takes the exact same time and energy

to ring up U-Haul and rent a U-Haul truck is it does to ring up a shipping company and say, hey, I need 10 freighters, 10 freighters and the biggest ships you've got from China bring in 10 million bricks per ship. And it takes the same time to ring U-Haul and say, hey, I need an 18-foot U-Haul truck that can have 5,000 bricks. And that's business, right? You guys are all going to wake up and

and spend the time and energy and heartache and failures to fill this room with bricks or to fill a whole world of bricks. Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a second. Before we go into the rest of this episode, I'm going to interrupt abruptly and just ask you one big favor. I hope you're getting a ton of value, a ton of knowledge. I hope you're getting some breakthroughs from myself and the guests.

and I want one thing in return. What I would love is for you to subscribe and leave a review. The reviews and the subscription grows the podcast. It allows me to bring you even better guests. It allows me to invest even more time and money into this podcast to bring you the latest and greatest, the best entrepreneurs from around the world that are crushing life, crushing their business, and giving you all the tools, the mindset hacks,

the knowledge and the environment you need to be successful. So do me a favor, if you've got any amount of value from today's episode so far or any previous episode or any of the content I've done, it would mean the world to me if you hit a five-star review, give us your feedback on the show, the episodes and subscribe and download. Plus, if you do that and send me a screenshot on Instagram at rudymorelife,

I will send you a bunch of my free training, marketing courses, sales courses worth $499. Yes, $500 worth of courses for a simple 30 second review. It would mean the world to me. Send me that screenshot. I would love for you to leave that review and I would appreciate it very, very much so we can keep growing this show and make it awesome. So let's get back into the episode. I appreciate you guys and let's dive back in.

So having this expansive vision just helps you see more and see that there's way bigger rooms to be filled. And it's the shortcut to success because the problem is if you don't get with people in an environment where you see it, physically the only way to understand it is you fill the room with bricks and then the walls fall through because the room's so full and it opens up a slightly bigger space.

But that's not the most optimal way to do it. It's not the best way to do it because what's happening is you're building an infrastructure to just fill this small room and then you have to like rebuild it or add on to it and then like go and get another U-Haul truck, then another U-Haul truck, then another U-Haul truck. I don't know why I'm using this weird analogy I made up, but hopefully it's making sense.

And now you're trying to start filling like the whole area of Tampa instead of a small room. But because you built the wrong infrastructure, you've got like 5,000 U-Haul trucks running around versus just getting a shipping container straight into...

into Tampa docks where you just had one container with all your bricks, right? You see how that's a much smarter business model. If you had known on day one the goal was to fill Tampa with bricks, you could have just got a whole shipping freighter from China and it shows up with all the bricks you'd ever need to fill Tampa. But because you didn't understand that, you didn't build the infrastructure around it

So all you did was got a U-Haul and added another U-Haul and added another U-Haul and added it because it's all you know, right? And that's how most of you are running your business. You don't know any different. So you're like making your first 5K, then your next 10K, now 30K, now 50K, and you're not running it and building it from the ground up as if it was going to be a million dollar a month business, right? Or whatever you could actually achieve. And

Having that bigger vision and people that are pushing you to recreate how you're doing it is going to save literally 5, 10, 20 years of your life. And some examples of this, a client was asking me earlier,

We have, you know, a member in our Inner Circle and Legacy program, which is our highest level programs. His name's Alex from the UK. He opened up a karate studio, opened up a second one. We helped him fill it. And he was talking about having, I think, five or ten studios. And, you know, these studios only make, I don't know, a couple of hundred grand a year, right? A studio.

So to me, I'm like, dude, why would you want to have like five or 10 studios that you're running and you're making like a million dollars? It's terrible use of your time, right? I didn't tell him in this way and he might listen to it.

Obviously we're nice to our clients, but I'm like, you could do so much more. That same time, energy and effort and drive and risk of failure and risk of losing it all and heartache and time away from your family and friends and sleepless nights. It's like, why would you do that for this? Why don't you open up 200 stores around the UK, franchise them, bring in partners, funding partners, 'cause it's gonna be the same amount of miserable. It's gonna be the same amount of stress,

It's going to be the same amount of failures, and it's going to be... You're just going to win way more, right? It's like, why fight in a karate contest with one person watching when you could fight at the world championships and win a medal and have thousands of people watch, right? So...

And, you know, obviously, and I told him this, it changed his whole business plan. And now he's pursuing the bigger vision, which is great, which is what I do, which is what I'm paid to do, right? And that's why people join these programs to have that expansion of vision. So you've got to ask yourself the same. Are you like Alex right now, where you're creating this plan to make a million dollars and you just don't realize the same time, energy and effort and heartache

You could just use a different plan to make $10 million. The only reason you're not building, and it's not that you're not smart enough, it's just you're just building the wrong plan because you can't see past the walls in front of you. You're in this small room and you're not going to know what is outside of this room until you fill it with bricks and the wall breaks down. But that's going to take you three years. So it's like, hey, can we skip the three years right now?

and just expand that vision, right? And then figure out how do we make a $10 million company in three years instead of a $1 million company. And I would love that for all of you.

And how you do that is just thinking bigger. And obviously it sounds easy to say, but being with people hitting those numbers, being in coaching programs, masterminds, where people are hitting those numbers or have already, you know, been just like you, they made their first 10K, then 50, then 100. Now they're doing 500 a month. They're on their way to a million a month. And that's how it worked for me. I was in all these programs and masterminds

And without sounding arrogant, I was with these people making way more money than me. And yes, I was like 20 years younger, but it didn't stop me always going, I'm smarter. I think I'm smarter than these people. And I definitely work harder than these people. And that was like my internal drive and acceptance of, hey, this is possible. You know, when you

It's kind of like when you see someone lift a heavy weight and you're like, they don't even look like they work out. Well, I should be, I work out. I should be able to lift that weight, right? But until you see someone do it, you mean it's too heavy. You don't even look at the weight because you're like, well, I could never lift this weight. So how do you have that expansive vision? How do you get in the rooms with the right people? How do you network with those people? How do you just like train your brain and your mindset?

um to create rules where it's like i never play small and i only got a tattoo on my arm that said be unreasonable because having a big part of not playing small and having these big visions is

is what most people call unreasonable, be unreasonable and have unrealistic expectations. And it's funny because my HR manager and some of my staff were like, that's unreasonable. That's not how it works. You can't ask that. You can't do that. And I always push back and I try and see both sides of the coin always and I think that's an important skill in life. But I always push back and I go, I don't think anyone that's become a billionaire or changed the world

has used the word reasonable or average or normal in anything they ever do. So trying to ask me and say, that's not how it works, Rudy, or that's unreasonable, that's not a realistic expectation. The point is, yes, exactly. That's the point. That's how you achieve greatness in life. So if you're setting these realistic expectations

and reasonable goals, you know, and I'm not here to talk about goal setting because there's people that set like totally unrealistic goals that they have no clue how to get there and never will and never work towards it. There's a balance, right? You want like these unreasonable and unrealistic goals, but then obviously a plan and a belief system and a daily habits that actually means you can work towards them. If not, it's just BS.

So how do you set these unrealistic and unreasonable goals and visions that no one around you understands because most of those people aren't doing it? Now, if you're in a room of billionaires and you set a goal and they're all like, yeah, I don't think that makes sense or it's realistic, that's different, right? But...

All of your goals and what you're doing and how you're running your life and business, if you're around a bunch of average people that don't make money or a bunch of business owners that make 50, 100 grand a year and you're trying to build a $10 million company, then they're all going to say, oh, you can't know that that doesn't work or that doesn't make sense. Of course they don't get it, right? Because they don't live it. They've never done it before. Yeah.

So, I mean, look, figure out, like, and check yourself, and always question yourself. Like, I'm literally harsh on myself, and I check myself every day, and I kind of play this, like, devil angel thing in my head of, you know... And I think it's a good balance, because...

you want to also go through the process and learn. You can't skip too many levels, but you can definitely skip a few levels and kind of make up for it, right? So have a think about that for yourself because I know I guarantee most of you, 99% of you listening, are way on the left side of the spectrum of like playing too small, thinking too small,

And you're here and you're able and you're possible. It's so possible for you guys to all do so much more. It's so possible for you all to make 10 times more and build a 10 times bigger company. And the key point is with exactly the same amount of energy, effort,

and failures and upset and heartache and time away from family and risk. Like, you're all going to go through it anyway. That's what I'm trying to get across. It's like, if you're going to go through it, go through it for something 10 times bigger at the end of it that you're 10 times more proud of, that gives you 10 times more money, that makes 10 times more impact, right? We're all going to go through the same BS. And it's just the vision is the first thing stopping you.

And then after that, it's just the strategy and the actionable steps and the plan. And that's easy. We can give you that. We can sit down and give you that in 20 minutes. Any business guru that's built big companies and done it hundreds of times, and if they know your field or industry, they can be the architect for your business. They can map it out in 20, 30 minutes, but they can't ever map it out if you don't show up with the idea of the house. If I'm an architect,

And you go, hey, I want a house like this. I want a house like this $50 million mansion. They go, great, no problem. Let me map this out. They might go, you know, this is expensive and difficult. And you go, hell yeah, it is. That's why I'm here. I'm not here to be normal and live in this half a million dollar house.

I know it's going to be difficult and hard, but that's why I'm here. I'm not here to be average, right? And if you're an entrepreneur, you're not here to work a nine to five. It's already going to be hard, right? So it's like, yeah, let's get the $50 million house, not the $1 million house. And an architect can map it out, right? So...

You have to turn up with a vision. You have to turn up with the concrete belief that I'm going to have the $50 million house. I know it's going to be hard, but life's hard anyway, right? At least I get a bigger reward at the end of it, right? Building your own custom house. I have friends that have built $2 million custom houses and they waited two damn years for it. I'm like, if I'm building a custom damn house, no way am I waiting two years for a $2 million house.

right? I might wait two years for a $50 million house that has waterfalls in it and slides and crazy stuff, indoor basketball court where the roof comes off, whatever, bells and whistles. Sure, that's different. So you're going to go through the pain anyway. Make sure the reward's big enough at the other end, okay? And for all of you, you have the skills. You've got the knowledge, right? It's not that. You think it's that, you think it's that, but it's not that. It's the belief, okay? So

work on expanding that vision realize today that everything you're achieving and working on right now same energy and effort could add another zero it's just you that's stopping yourself and then find the architect the business plan the mentor the strategist that will just show you how to connect the dots to get there that's what it takes that's what living the red life's all about it's about doing more thinking bigger pushing more building a life in wonderland and i'm

And I'm excited to be part of that journey with you. Until next time, keep living the red life. Take care, guys.
