One of the biggest things you can all do is discipline yourself because it won't come naturally. It'll feel weird. Always ask yourself, why can't I do this today? Why can't I do this tomorrow? My name is Rudy Moore, host of Living the Red Life podcast, and I'm here to change the way you see your life in your earpiece every single week. If you're ready to start living the red life, ditch the blue pill, take the red pill, join me in Wonderland and change your life.

Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of Living the Red Life. Today we are going to talk about speed. Why money loves speed and why you all need to be faster. I am one of the fastest movers that I know out of all my entrepreneur friends and out of everyone I know on the planet. I like to think about something and then I take action and I do it literally in minutes. It drives my team crazy, it drives everyone else crazy, but it's a big formula of my success. And if you study the background of many billionaires,

And many of the most successful people in the world, one of the most common traits you will find, I promise you this, go look, is they're all very decisive and they move quickly and they make a decision and they implement. And I've noticed over many years working with thousands of people, you know, I've been doing this a long time now, over 12 years, and the last eight years I've worked with thousands of businesses, hung out with billionaires, the best athletes in the world, A-list celebrities,

people that have achieved, built massive charities. So all forms of greatness, not just financial, is all the successful people move with speed. They move with haste. And what I always tell my team when, you know, sometimes people ask, why are you always in a hurry? I'm like, well, we're all on a countdown timer here, right? Our greatest competitor isn't the, you know, the other brands in our space. It's death, right? It's time. It's that we're all

all on a clock at some point. When I take a big picture look at life, I realize I want to achieve as much as possible. And I'm always racing against myself every year. I want to achieve as much as I can year on year because I want to have more years left on the planet to see my legacy and my impact. And I've always said I don't want to be

65 when I finally build this billion dollar business or this impactful business. I want to be 40 or 45 so I can actually have many more years to actually enjoy it and go on and do even greater things. And if you look at some of the younger billionaires of today, they're allowed to do that and able to do that because they're building wealth faster. And every single one of them and every single athlete and every single A-list, they all are very decisive. Now, if I flip the coin

And I look at unsuccessful entrepreneurs and unsuccessful people in general. And I used to be more like this. So this isn't an insult. This was me too. Most of you are, you know, if you're listening to this, you're perfectionists, right? And most of the people that are, and when I say unsuccessful, I'm not saying you're, you know, poor and homeless on the streets and useless. I just mean, you're probably not making tens of millions of dollars, right? You may be stuck at 100K, 50K, stuck at what business to start.

And most of you get stuck and most people get stuck in this transitional phase. They get stuck in this perfectionist phase. They get stuck in this pondering phase. And I still find myself doing that in some aspects of life when I'm inexperienced. But luckily, I've built this skill set of moving with speed. And I think one of the biggest things you can all do is discipline yourself because it won't come naturally. It'll feel weird. But always...

ask yourself, why can't I do this today? Why can't I do this tomorrow? And I've done this in every crazy way imaginable. Like I want to buy a

I want to buy a sports car, a Ferrari, Lamborghini. Well, can I do that today? I want to move to the beach and live on the ocean. And I literally moved and signed that day. I want to go and get a penthouse. And I went, found a penthouse and signed that day. And I'll give you this example because this transitions into every aspect of life when I did this.

I said, I want to move in tomorrow. I need to, I'm going to ring movers now. And they go, well, you can't move in tomorrow. I said, why not? And they go, it's just not, it's not how it works. It's not possible. I said, why not? And they go, well, you've got to get insurance. You've got to get your movers ready. We've got to get it signed off. We've got to do background check. We've got to do finance, you know, check your financials.

And I go, so if I got you all of that in an hour, can I get the keys tomorrow? And they go, maybe, right? So what you have to understand in life is most people won't understand that movement with speed. But if you see just giving that example there for me,

It's everything I do. And one of your most powerful tools, and I do this with my employees all the time, I do this with my wife, my family, because normal people don't have this mindset. So they'll go, oh, yeah, well, we can't do that today. And your best tool is to just say, why not? And what you actually have to do with a lot of people is just break it down for them. Because for entrepreneurs that are super successful and move with speed, it's like a muscle, right? It's just

You know, say you meet a pro basketball player, you don't have to explain to them how to play, right? And they can be dribbling and shooting and scoring and doing tricks while having a conversation because it's so natural to them.

And that's how it gets when you get successful and you build this skill set, right, of moving with speed. But most people around you and eventually you'll need everyone else to move with speed because if you're moving 100 miles an hour and no one else is, then it just won't work, right? You have to be at some sort of alignment as you build a team and even as you build a family and peers and your network group. So that why not question is a great tool to help people around you catch up.

And it's actually for many of you listening, if you don't move with speed, I challenge you for the next week or even the next day, every time you have an idea or you want to do something, go do it right away. And if you, because you're not used to it, so it's like a skill and it's training that muscle, right? It's like if you're trying to learn to,

Walk again, say you get injured. You don't need to just do like, hey, I'm just going to block 30 minutes to walk. It's like you try and walk whenever you can to build the muscles back up. So it's the same here every time, you know, if you want to, you know, if you want to, I don't know, hire a designer. Don't think about hiring a designer for a week and then go, okay, I finally, after a week, I've decided to hire a designer. And then after you go, like another week, you're going to go, I

I really do now want to hire the designer, but I need to start posting about it and then looking. And then another week, you're like, I started looking. I found a few people I'm interested. I got a post up. I really need to interview a few of them. And then a week later, I've interviewed a few designers. And this is, you know, you may think I'm going crazy here or stupid, but this is like real life. This is what I hear from hundreds of members, different people in different programs we run and all the, even friends, right? So

So that example of four weeks to hire a designer is very common. And some of you might not be at that extreme, but you still might be four days, right? That's more maybe realistic where you still think that's pretty fast. But for me, especially in my early days, less so now because I don't do all my own recruiting, I have a team that do it. And I still get my hands dirty and do it occasionally.

when I'm passionate about finding someone or proving to my recruitment team that they're being too slow, I will go, I want a designer. I will open up work and all these other websites, Fiverr and all these sites. I will do a post. I will post. I'll invite 100 people. And then I'll be refreshing the page every 5, 10 minutes, messaging them all, giving them tests. And by this time next, the next day, I've already hired designers. So everything you have to understand is

going to cause a ripple effect in your life. So if you take four weeks to hire a designer, you take four weeks to onboard someone, you take four weeks to make a decision about launching ads, you take four weeks to launch a new program, you take four weeks to decide if you're going to fire someone. These ripple effects, if you take in four weeks versus, say, me that takes four days or even four hours,

that it's just going to amplify. It's going to take you, you know, four years to do something I can do in four months. And really, that's why, I mean, you know, obviously I'm pretty young. If you follow me, I'm in early thirties and I built many multiple, uh, multi-million dollar businesses by age 30, $10 million company by 30 or 31. And I've also been able to do a lot of other things with celebrities and all my achievements and awards and blah, blah, blah. Right. Because

Because everything for me is compressed, my time is compressed. So in six, seven years, I've done more than most people do in 60 years in business, at least, right? Most people never get to 10 million and build all the partnerships and the community and the following and the impact that I've had. And I really encourage you because a lot of you...

You know, obviously I'm skilled, I'm smart, but a lot of you could be doing way more in less time if you just had this element of speed. You had this hush, you know, hurry, hurry, hurry, like this hurry, hurry, hurry, like hustle, hustle, hustle mentality. And a lot of you don't and you don't all need it. It depends on your goals. If you're happy coasting in life, most of you listening probably aren't. That's why you follow me and you're not that sort of person. If you are, then great. And nothing bad against you, just different paths in life and desires, right?

But if you want to achieve greatness, you want to achieve as much as you can and you have these big goals, then I encourage you to have this hurry, hustle, hustle, hustle mentality. And this is the opposite to what a lot of people will say. A lot of people say, don't move so fast. You're not in a rush. Enjoy life. Slow down. Even successful entrepreneurs, I see it all the time.

They'll say, oh, you don't need to be in a hurry all the time. But again, like you don't have to listen to everyone else. I'm going to give you different advice. Someone else give you different advice. You can choose as an individual who you listen to. My advice is if you want to maximize your results and you're very driven and this is a big part of your life. If you want to be an NBA basketball player, it's a massive part of your life. It's the most important thing, maybe minus your family or equally. Right. And many, many pro athletes don't have families for that reason or whatever.

they have families after they've become wild class. Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a second. Before we go into the rest of this episode, I'm gonna interrupt abruptly and just ask you one big favor. I hope you're getting a ton of value, a ton of knowledge. I hope you're getting some breakthroughs from myself and the guests. And I want one thing in return.

what I would love is for you to subscribe and leave a review. The reviews and the subscription grows the podcast. It allows me to bring you even better guests. It allows me to invest even more time and money into this podcast to bring you the latest and greatest, the best entrepreneurs from around the world that are crushing life, crushing their business, and giving you all the tools, the mindset hacks, the knowledge,

and the environment you need to be successful. So do me a favor, if you've got any amount of value from today's episode so far, or any previous episode, or any of the content I've done, it would mean the world to me if you hit a five-star review, give us your feedback on the show, the episodes,

and subscribe and download. Plus, if you do that and send me a screenshot on Instagram @rudymorelife, I will send you a bunch of my free training, marketing courses, sales courses worth $499. Yes, $500 worth of courses.

for a simple 30 second review. It would mean the world to me. Send me that screenshot. I would love for you to leave that review and I would appreciate it very, very much so we can keep growing this show and make it awesome. So let's get back into the episode. I appreciate you guys and let's dive back in. Many entrepreneurs, they don't have families until they've achieved a level of success. I have several friends that don't have partners because they want to give it all to their business. So

And it doesn't mean you can not have a family and still live like this. If you have a family, you can still be hustling and moving with speed in, say, the seven hours you work each day. And this is actually better for you because then you get way more done in those seven hours and then you have more time off with your kids, right? So I really encourage you. It's like...

People have got into this, like, mentality of, like, the anti-hustle almost, where, oh, everyone's moving too fast, you've got to slow down and enjoy it. It's not true if you want to be successful. Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, all these guys, they're not saying slow down, enjoy the moment, right? They're going, how can I beat each other into space? And how can I launch this new product when it's not even made and it falls apart? And how can I beat the other next guy? So, and that's what makes them successful. So...

For you, you know, I want you to understand, obviously, pick your path in life. I'm not trying to push you into this. But most of you are listening today because you want to be successful. You want to achieve greatness. You want to impact lives. You want to become a millionaire or whatever you want to do.

And every single one of you are probably moving too slow. I'm sorry. And that's a sliding scale. Some of you probably move close to as fast as I am. I would challenge many of you to see if you can move as fast as I am. Most of you don't move anywhere near as fast as I am. But there's no reason you can't. It's just a muscle and a discipline you've got to train and it's a mindset shift that you've got to make.

And when you start making this, you'll realize that pretty much everything you want to achieve can be achieved way faster. And one of your deciding goals

every time you take on a project or you enter a new negotiation or you need something, you get to learn that you can have everything you want faster. And that's like a nice thing in life. That's the point of being rich and successful is you don't have to wait. So if something's, you know, if I want to paint my wall red tomorrow, I want this wall red now. I,

I'm going to go to my sister's and I want to paint this wall red tomorrow or tonight, right? And normally we go, well, we can't paint it red tonight. I'm like, why not? And they go, well, it's 4 p.m. Everyone's leaving.

The guy that, you know, our assistant that normally paints stuff, he's going. And I go, well, have you asked him if he can stay? And they go, I don't think he can stay. And I go, have you asked him, give him $200 to stay and paint the red wall for two hours? That's like five times what he earns. And they go, no, I haven't done that. Right. Well, so you see, again, it's like everyone has these limiting beliefs as to why stuff can't happen. Most people in life give you the reason something can't come to life versus why it can't.

So one of your biggest traits as an entrepreneur in general is having this can-do attitude versus can't. And when it comes to speed, I promise you, you'll 10x your productivity and what you can achieve in a week. And you'll be impressed and shocked how much you can achieve in a year. This is why I build multi-million dollar companies in a year or two, because it's not really a year or two. It's probably like five years for most human beings. But for me, it's a year because I do five times more and I move five times faster.

I'm not like this necessarily magical where I create this magical product that just sells off the shelves better than anyone else. That's not the case at all. Many of my businesses are a grind, they're a hustle, they're hard, they're good and they're bad and then they're terrible and then they're good again. So I don't get just like the lottery. I hustle harder and I move faster.

And I push my team and people around me to follow in my footsteps and move at my speed. Do I maybe have higher turnover and people that don't like working with me? Yeah, of course, sure. But so does every other billionaire and someone that wants to achieve greatness in life. And again, it's not about everyone fitting in. It's not about everyone liking it. I'm not here. I don't care. I am not here for people to everyone to like what

you know, my philosophies and what I want to achieve, but there's a select few that do. And if you're listening, you're probably one of them, right? That's interested in what I have to say and my ethos. So hopefully today is a bit of a wake-up call. It's a bit of a drive. It's a bit of a push because

And I'm only saying this for your guys' benefits. You will have greatness inside you, as my friend Les Brown would say. He was with me today, so I guess that stuck in my head and rolled off the tongue. You will have this great thing inside you. You will have this great product, this great idea. You have these big dreams. And when I've worked with so many people like you or you over the years,

I see you have these dreams and I meet with you every month or I see you once a year and ask what you're up to, how's stuff going and you're kind of doing the same thing, right? And it's like slow and I think to myself often, I'm like, why are you not doing this next thing? Why isn't it 10x? Why isn't it way bigger? And for a lot of you, obviously you need the right path and you need the right strategy and idea. But for many, it's just you're moving slow and I often joke,

with my family and close friends and close staff, I'm like, to me, most of the world is constant slow motion. Like, if you watch those movies where...

They do this like magical spell or they have this headset in the future and it turns everyone, I mean X-Men and stuff, where it turns everything into slow motion around them and they can dodge the bullets and stuff like the Matrix or X-Men. That's how life feels to me with most people. It's like everyone else is like moving in that slow motion and I'm kind of moving through them in my own little world. And so I really encourage you set some challenges this week to make you move faster. It's like a trained muscle because what actually happens is

when you do this a few times and you get good at it, which I'm really excited for you guys to see and experience, is it'll become natural and it'll become really exciting and it'll actually open up your mindset and open up your mind to the potential. And that's what I really want for you is to open up your mind to the potential of, holy cow, Rudy's right. I just moved into my apartment in a day. I just bought a car in a day. I just hired a designer in two hours. I just

got a website live in a day. I just launched a new product in half a day. I just shot a video in two minutes and then posted it. And I just got ads up in three minutes. And I just fired someone in two minutes instead of waiting two months and thinking about it. And I just solved this problem. And when you start playing at that level and you're starting to get into a rolling rhythm of

blasting stuff out now your productivity is just 10x right it's like people talk a lot about productivity hacks and all that crap i don't do any of that because i move so fast i don't need to

So, and a lot of you, if you start just moving at that speed, it's like once you get momentum going, it's like one of those manual treadmills, right? Like once you get, or a big spinning wheel, once you start pushing it, it's hard, it's hard, it's hard, but then eventually momentum just carries on. And so now I live in this like whirlwind life because of how busy I am and how many projects I have where I'm just in like, you know, I wake up and I kind of

enter this spinning wheel that's already going at 100 miles an hour. And it is tiring. Like, don't get me wrong. And I'm exhausted at the end of the day every day. You know, I get home at 6, 7. I'm like, huh. Now I get a few hours of like a bit more slow because and sometimes I'm like all go and I'm going midnight, you know, like last night.

Midnight, I was giving edits to my video team, hiring someone new, giving instructions and design on a new sales software, like literally at midnight, because sometimes I don't really get off the spinning wheel. These days, I do get off it many evenings and some weekends, and I'm still going way faster than normal people, but I'm not going 100 miles an hour.

So try and build that spinning wheel to end today. Try and like build that momentum because it'll just it'll change your life. It'll change your mindset. It'll show you how much you can achieve and how much you should have achieved in the last 10 years. And look, there's no time machine. So there's no, you know, nothing you can do about that. But you can control everything from today going forward and you can be in charge of your destiny and the future going from today. Right. So push, start pushing that wheel. It'll feel weird and tough.

and you'll fall a few times in the first few days. But I challenge you over the next week, just say, why not now? Why not now? How can I do this today? Let's do this now. Let's do this now. And this skill of making quick decisions and just implementing is literally the skill of most successful people in the world like I opened up today. And I really hope you can impact, you know, get some impact and some life changing kind of

positioning with how you act as an entrepreneur from this. And I really think some of you will if you take it to heart and do it. Some of you, like most things in life, you'll try it for a little bit and then just give up and go back to your old ways. But just understand this is one of the shortcuts to success in less time. We're all looking for that magic pill, that one lottery ticket, right? That one idea.

And this is, you know, that's not probably going to happen with most things, but moving way faster will get you way more done and you'll hit your goals way, way quicker. And you'll actually have more free time because you're doing so much more in the working hours or the focus hours. So hope you enjoyed today. Right. I hope it pushed you, challenged you. What I would really love is hit me up on Instagram.

or if you're in my training programs on my live Zooms, hit me up on Instagram next week and tell me your stories. I would love to hear from some of you. Oh, Rudy, I listened to your speed session, right? Your speed podcast. And now I'm doing all these things and I achieved all this because that excites me, right? That's why I do these sort of educational episodes is to help you to give back, to...

give mentorship what I wish I had received 10-15 years ago what you know figured it out the hard way and here I am today so that's it live with speed keep pushing go faster challenge everything say why not let's do it now let's do it now let's do it now because I promise you it will pay off in the long run and you will achieve way more in this life than you ever thought possible and most importantly you'll have many more years left to live it and see your legacy come alive until next time
