Money equals impact. The more money you have, the more you can do, the more people you can hire, the more lives you can change, the more people you can then go and impact for your products and services because you can run more ads. Okay, money drives everything. Customers drive money. Okay, you need customers to generate revenue that generates profit that then can go back into the business to be reinvested, to drive growth, to drive more jobs, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. You see how it works, right? My name's Rudy Moore, host of Living the Red Life.

podcast and I'm here to change the way you see your life in your earpiece every single week. If you're ready to start living the red life, ditch the blue pill, take the red pill, join me in Wonderland and change your life.

Guys, what's up? Welcome back to another episode of Living the Red Life. In today's episode, I'm going behind the scenes and gonna break down how I went from zero to 10 million in just two years during COVID, during lockdown, and how I was able to build such a massive business so fast, so much so that I was able to afford as many Jordans

as I wanted, even this fluffy red coat, if you're watching on YouTube. And what I'm gonna break down is the key pillars, right? The key pillars that you need if you're starting an online business, growing an online business, trying to be successful, making money online, right? And it's not like I got lucky. I've done this so many times. Like I've literally built about seven, eight companies past a million dollars within a couple of years. So many, so I've lost count. I don't know if it's six, seven, eight, nine. And I've helped hundreds of businesses grow successfully. So, you know, we're in a good place right now.

where this isn't just a one, you know, I got lucky or I rode a wave or I found a new trend. No, it's because I understand running businesses and how to run successful marketing campaigns and paid ads that lets me grow from zero to 10 million in just two years. Now, of course, not guaranteeing you'll do that, but I'm going to at least give you all the key pillars, all the key steps, all the key things you need to master, because let me be honest with you, okay? And you're not going to hear this from anyone else, so get ready. 99% of marketers

in the world overcomplicate everything 'cause they wanna sell you their shit. Let me say that one more time. 99% of people overcomplicate it so they can sell you a course. I'm not gonna do that. Every single time I train people on how to grow an online company, go watch trainings from one or two years ago, I teach them the same four, five, six key pillars. And they're not rocket science, but they are like strategic and they have to be done well. And if you just focus on that and nothing else, none of the BS, right? You'll actually be successful.

But the problem is no one can sell you on the basics. No one wants to learn they need to eat a chicken salad every day to lose weight. So they overcomplicate everything, right? They're like, go do this fancy workout and take all these pills and da-da-da-da-da-da-da. It's the same in internet marketing.

in online business building, they overcomplicate everything. Say you need this funnel that does this and does this and all these blah, blah, blah, blah, blah things. And it leaves you confused. Okay. So hopefully today's episode will get rid of all the confusion, get rid of all the BS, and it'll show you exactly what you need to focus on so you can grow your company, right? So you can impact more people, so you can earn more, you can create more security for you and your family, and you can actually get down to business, right? Because that's why we're here.

So what does it take to grow a company from zero to 10 million in just two years? Okay, there's a few key principles. I'm going to run through them right now. First one, okay, first one that everyone overlooks is a really strong offer, right? Really strong offer. And what I mean by that is every time I've grown to a million dollars quickly, or I've helped a client go to a million dollars quickly, the one thing they have in common is a super strong offer, right?

right? One of my friends, Alex Amozy, got an amazing book on that and you can go buy it and read it. And it's everything I've been teaching for many years. You know, he's a genius too. You know, the key to an offer, right? And obviously I could do a whole episode on this, but

but the two minute summary has got to be results driven. It's got to be easy to understand. It's got to be unique. It's got to wow people. It's got to be very clear by definition of third grade level. So all the best advertising promos, all the best TV ads, radio ads, Facebook ads, the best internet marketers and all of that jazz, they have very clear, distinct offers, right? One of our offers right now that we've done a

few million in is called done for you ads for $97 done for you ads for $97 is anyone confused about what that means

No. Is it a great offer? Yes, because people charge thousands of dollars normally to run Facebook ads and we're doing it for $97. Hence why we've made millions of dollars. Another company I co-own is called Top 10 Podcasts. Top 10 Podcasts. Is anyone confused about what that does? No. Do you want a Top 10 Podcast? If the answer is yes, are you going to go hire that company? I'm

answer is probably yes. Super strong offer. I helped scale that to a million dollars in basically the first year because I recreated the offer. The company had already been around for years and I respun the offer and the name and voila. Okay. It's not rocket science, but takes time and creativeness to figure out the offer. Make sure you spend the time on it. Hire people, consultants, run it by your friends, hire, you know, my firm, whatever it takes, but

dedicate a lot of money to that okay stop wasting money on blogs and all this crap and spend the money and time and energy and effort on crafting an irresistible offer what i explain is when you do that it's like running downhill if you've ever gone for a run right and if you've ever been running in your life you know running uphill is harder right you're running the same distance but it's way harder you have to work harder to maintain the same pace or you slow down and that's how i see businesses with offers

If you have a really strong offer, like your ads, your funnels, your Instagram, your post, your email marketing, getting affiliates to promote you, hiring people, it's easy when you've got a really good offer and uniqueness. People are like, wow, that's super cool.

Cool. Yeah, that's an obvious no-brainer. When you don't have it clear, it's like building a business uphill. And if you feel right now and you're listening to this, that my business is hard, everything's hard, nothing really works. It's always a struggle. Well, it's probably because you have the bad foundation and you have a weak foundation.

offer okay so start there so that's number one number two is you need eyeballs and traffic okay and the way i explain this and again this isn't rocket science right but it has to be done correctly if you own a restaurant and you have the best food in the world but no one comes into your restaurant because it looks like crap and no one knows about it how many

meals do you sell a day? How much money do you make a day? How many people get to tase your world-class food? The answer is zero. Okay, the answer is zero. How many people go to McDonald's? A lot of people. Okay, more than a lot of these famous restaurants or the best restaurants in the area. Why? Because they built the brand and they get the traffic. You don't, right?

Same is happening online right now. You have your business, but you don't know how to get eyeballs. You're like the chef that's cooking this amazing food, but it's going cold and moldy and no one's eating it, right? And I feel bad for you and that's why I'm here to help, okay? I want you to get more customers. I want you to be more successful. I want you to make more money.

that's a part of the red life right it's getting you know more money more income we call it here in the office red life rich right it's about creating wealth because money equals impact the more money you have the more you can do the more people you can hire the more lives you can change the more people you can then go and impact for your products and services because you can run more ads okay money drives everything customers drive money okay you need customers to generate revenue that generates profit

that then can go back into the business to be reinvested to drive growth, to drive more jobs, blah blah blah blah blah, you see how it works, right? But you can't get there if you don't have any eyeballs. If you have no one coming in your restaurant, you're screwed.

You're not going to stay in business. The only reason some of you are in business right now is you don't have rent like a restaurant does. If you had two chefs rent all the insurances, waiters, and all the food that's going moldy in your kitchen, half of you would be out of business right now. But you're sat back because you're not up against the wall as much as a restaurant or a physical location, which is a

benefit of an online business and why I love it. But you gotta have the hustle like, yo, my food's going moldy. I got all this food sat here and these staffs sat here and no one's coming in my restaurant. How do I get more people in my restaurant? You need eyeballs. You gotta promote. You gotta promote, okay? You gotta be the restaurant that everyone wants to come into. How'd you create the McDonald's brand?

where everyone knows about you, they come in, you catch their attention on the ads like all the red does right here, okay? Think about that. So you gotta get traffic, you need to run ads, you need to build Facebook ads, you need to do social, whatever it takes, influencer marketing, there's no right or wrong, but you need to somehow get traffic, okay? And the reason I'm an ads guy, people know me as an ads guy, is it's super easy for every single one of you today

to go on Facebook, $20 a day, set up a Facebook ad. It takes an hour. You can go through my trainings or free trainings on YouTube, set up an ad, and in an hour's time, the ad will be ready. And the next day you will get traffic, people coming to your website.

That's very powerful. There ain't many places in the world where you can go spend an hour, set up a few ads at $20 a day, target it to people that like your page or know you or like the industry, and voila, the next day they start landing on your website. If you don't think that's powerful, then you don't understand marketing and advertising. That's so powerful. And it's so easy to do with Facebook. I mean, it's not like super easy, but it's easier than most other platforms out there, right? So...

That should be your second focus. Irresistible offer and then traffic, okay? The next part is...

is the sales process, okay? 'Cause now what I want you to understand is we got the restaurant, we got the menu, the menu's the offer, right? The offer, irresistible offer. If you got this world-class menu, world-class food, right? Now you got people coming to the restaurant, they're coming to the front door and they're looking at the menu. What do you now need? You need a good sales process to convert them. The reason some people fail is they get all this like, they create this great menu in the restaurant, okay, the offer,

They then get all the eyeballs there, they get people there, then the people show up at the restaurant, they open the door, and then they, like, open it, and it looks horrible. It's right, like, the seating's horrible, the lighting's horrible, doesn't look good inside, the service is bad, the flow is bad, and they leave the restaurant. That is, like, your sales process right now. Most of you have a crappy landing page, you have this...

Homepage you threw up that does is useless. It's like having a waiter that doesn't ever take an order No one can buy it's useless right and you've got all these people coming in and now you have no one taking orders and your restaurants like all Broken inside like the seating is wrong. There's no space to walk around doesn't look good. It doesn't work on mobile

And you're wondering like, "Why is it not working? I got this amazing menu, these amazing foods from Chef. I got this amaze- I got all this traffic, I did a big promotion, people are coming to my restaurant, and now no one's buying my food still. I don't get it." And that's 'cause your website's broken. 90% of companies that I see, they have a crappy, broken sales process. Guess who the people I see? I don't see a lot of people 'cause I'm busy.

I only see the members that pay me 25, 50 or 100K. So let's think about that. If someone can afford 25, 50 or 100K to work with me, they're probably a little more advanced. They're the people I see. And even those people, most of them, 90% have a crappy website, crappy landing page, crappy sales process, and they wonder why they're not making money. So be honest with yourself. Be critical. Is this a world-class restaurant? Do I walk in and go, wow, that's

Have I got great waiters that are taking my order right away? They're super, you know, they're super kind, fast paced, organized. Energy is great. They then they're upselling me on different drinks and desserts and they're getting me to come back the next week and order more. That's a world class sales process that you don't have right now. And you're wondering why you're not making any money when people get to your website.

It's easy to fix. You can go and learn how to design landing pages, websites. You can go model my stuff, model other people doing tens of millions of dollars or hire a copywriter and a funnel builder and a website builder that actually gets marketing, not says they get it. Most of them don't understand it. They can actually build you a world-class restaurant, right? World-class website.

Now, if you're going to hire someone, ask them, show me how many websites and funnels and the revenue they made. I don't want to see the portfolio. I don't care if it looks pretty or not. I care about money. Right. Hopefully you care that you care about money. If you're listening to this, I want to see how much money it made. And if they can't show you that full of BS. Okay.

So, three things so far. We figured out we need a world-class offer, like a world-class menu and food, right? Next thing, we need people to know about our restaurant. We need traffic and eyeballs. Next thing, okay, we need a good sales process, a way to take a customer opening the restaurant door, and they come out the door two hours later, and they got upsold, they had a great experience, they bought, they understood the menu, they could take place an order...

It was easy to pay. They bought more drinks. They're going to come back next week. That increases what's called lifetime value, which is number four. Okay. Number four is how do you increase what we call lifetime value? Okay. All the billion dollar brands in the world do this. Okay. One example is I say Apple, right? Look, here's my iPhone. If you're watching on video, my iPhone. Okay. Well, have a look at your phone. How much are you going to spend with Apple or Android?

Over your lifetime. Stop for a second. Have a think. Have a think. I'll wait. How much? 5 grand? 10 grand? 20 grand? 50 grand? If you're watching this on YouTube or wherever, comment below. How much are you going to spend on Apple or on Android?

It's probably more than $10,000, right? They're world-class at increasing what's called lifetime value, getting you to buy again. There's pretty much very few billion-dollar brands out there that are alive today where you don't buy more than one time. Think about that. Think about all the big billion... Coca-Cola, you buy more than once. Nike, you buy more than once. Apple, you buy more than once.

Apple, you buy more than once. Facebook ads, you're buying more than one ad, right? You're spending money continuously, okay? What other billionaire? Ferrari, you buy a Ferrari, you get it repaired.

Then every few years you get a new Ferrari, okay? What else do we have? Pokemon, right? Pokemon, they came out with more and more franchises. They sold toys, they licensed deals, movies, TV, Marvel on the wall here, okay? Marvel, movies, action figures, magazines. They've been alive, you know, decades, okay? What else do we have? Disney. Disney is insane. Look at Disney for a lifetime value. Theme parks, TV shows, swag, like you name it, right? So

So there's very few, I would love to know, a billion dollar brand that you know where you don't buy it more than once, right? Because that's called lifetime value. Lifetime value. You can't survive as a company if you don't have reoccurring money from your customers. Your restaurant won't survive if people come in one time

Have a bad experience and never come back. Most restaurant revenue is from lifetime value, i.e. repeat customers, okay? But look, you can't have repeat customers if you don't have the first free ride, okay? You need to get people in the door and get customers to start for them to obviously come back. But when you got the first free ride, you need the lifetime value. You need the lifetime value. You need ways that people can pay more and more and more. They come back and keep buying from you. They come back every week and they buy the same...

dinner every week, okay? And then you open another restaurant in the other side of town. Now they go there once a week and they come back to the original one. Now you doubled the lifetime value, right? So figure out how do you increase it? How do you make more money per customer, okay? Just to give you an example, we turn a $50 customer into a $500 customer,

Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a second. Before we go into the rest of this episode, I'm gonna interrupt abruptly and just ask you one big favor. I hope you're getting a ton of value, a ton of knowledge. I hope you're getting some breakthroughs from myself and the guests. And I want one thing in return.

for a simple 30-second review. It would mean the world to me. Send me that screenshot. I would love for you to leave that review, and I would appreciate it very, very much so we can keep growing this show and make it awesome. So let's get back into the episode. I appreciate you guys, and let's dive back in.

$50 customer into a $500 customer. Think about that. We 10X the lifetime value. If any of you are selling anything right now, imagine if you made 10 times more for every customer, you guys would have a lot of money. You'd be, as we say, red life rich, right? You got to figure out how do you make more money per customer, okay? That's number four. The ways you do that, the sales team upsells more products, reoccurring affiliates, partnerships, add-on products, like...

There's a million and one ways to do that, okay? Number five, the final one is scalability. Scale. You can't build to millions of dollars if you don't have an infrastructure to scale, okay? You gotta scale your ads. You gotta scale your sales team. You gotta scale your fulfillment. You gotta scale your staff.

A lot of you right now are solopreneurs or you have a few contractors. I have 100 staff, okay? That's allowed me to grow so fast and, you know, my goal is big. I want the big with a B, the billions, right? I want to go big. So I want lots of staff. I'm not saying you guys need 100 staff, don't get me wrong. Many of you are happy by yourself earning $1,500, $200,000 a year, great.

Some of you want a million dollars, great. You need a few staff. Some of you want $5 million, good. You probably need 20 staff, 15, who knows? Some of you want 10 million. Well, you probably need 20, 25, 30, who knows, right? So you got to tailor it to you and the scalability that you want, okay? The scalability that you deserve and that you kind of motivated to achieve based on your lifestyle goals, okay? And there's...

I don't like sit there and go, oh, you only want a 50K a year business or 100K. That's great for you. Like, I don't judge. I mean, everyone should choose their own path in life. And I respect that. And I want to support you with that. But you've got to build the infrastructure and the game plan around the goal, okay? So if the goal is to go to a million, you've got to be able to build everything to scale. You need the fulfillment. Like, can I 10X this, right? Can I, if I'm going to 10X it, what staff do I need to hire? How many more sales reps do I need?

Can my website handle the traffic? Can I spend that much on Facebook ads to drive it and 10X it? Or do I need to go on YouTube ads as well? Right? So you've got to build the scalability around the goal and you've got to build the infrastructure to support it. Okay? So there's five things. Okay? Like I said, it's kind of the, like, I came from the fitness space.

It's like the chicken, it's the meat and potatoes and vegetables. It's not super sexy. I'm not coming on here today to say, "Guys, the secret to 10 million dollars is you just do these four things and blah blah blah blah blah blah blah." No. Right? It might work for a couple of people, but it ain't real. It's not real that's gonna help hundreds of people, which is my goal. So for every one of you, if you get these five things right,

the fun sexy stuff on top will maybe make it even better. It'll compound it, it'll give you an extra 10% boost, it'll make it look better and feel better and be cooler, but it's not going to replace the foundations, right? It's just like taking a bunch of fat loss supplements,

won't replace working out five times a week, sleeping well and eating high protein and healthy whole foods, right? But no one wants to sell that. No one can sell that. It's not like people aren't excited to hear it. But if you look at the most successful people in life, they do boring stuff, right? As they do more boring stuff. So you've got to figure out those five things first.

And then go and do the sexy stuff after, okay? If you want to grow a real business. Now, look, if some of you want to earn 50, 100 grand, you might be able to get away with just doing like one different tactic, right? Like Instagram only or a YouTube automation channel or affiliate marketing. I'm not saying those things are bad either, but this is the foundations and the five things that have helped me grow many multi-million dollar businesses and grow...

This main red business now passed 10 million in just a couple of years, which was the title of the episode, right? So I hope you enjoyed that. I hope you got some takeaways. If you're watching this on YouTube, please comment below on the biggest takeaway, the biggest thing you're missing. Or if you're listening on the podcast, hit me up on Instagram. Let me know what was the biggest takeaway out of the five. Okay, so to recap the five,

To finish, hook an offer. Make sure you've got this irresistible offer that wows people, it's results-driven, easy to understand. Next, you need traffic, you need eyeballs, you need people coming to your restaurant. Next, after that, you need a good sales process that when they walk in the restaurant, you make the sale, right? You're able to sell them and upsell them. Number four, how do you get more money per customer? How do you increase lifetime value? And then number five is how do I scale this, okay? Now I got the foundations, I'm doing 50, 100K.

200K, how do I 10X that and go to the millions, right? If that's your goal or improve it, if maybe your goal's not a million, but you wanna grow, how do I scale it and all the parts of scale, okay? I hope that was beneficial. I hope you learned a bunch.

I hope you're ready to be red life rich. You figured out. Okay, that's the big thing missing for me right now. Maybe it's all five. Maybe it's a couple. Let me know and you're going to go away and work on that. And of course, if you want me and my team support doing that, hit us up, head to the website, head to Instagram messages, message me.

I'll tell you where you're going wrong. I'll show you trains that can help. I'll show you how we can support you. I'm always here for you. I want you to be taking the red pill, living the red life, building the life of your dreams, living in Wonderland. And I'm excited to be a part of your journey. So thanks for tuning in. And I'll see you very soon in the next episode. Super exciting one coming next. So check back soon. Take care.
