The president posted on Truth Social the judge was not elected like he was. And the president says he's doing what voters wanted, fighting illegal immigration. Now that judge is demanding answers by noon. The White House maintains this is not about defiance because it did not defy a court order saying that these individuals were already removed from U.S. soil by the time of that Saturday hearing. But last night, a D.C. District Court judge, James Boasberg, he expressed frustration over why the planes were not

just then turned around. The judge also wants more information on the invoking of a rarely used 1798 Alien Enemies Act to deport them. The White House has so far not provided the names of the individuals on board, but says it can prove all of the 261 people sent away weren't dangerous gang members.

A State Department spokesperson says the ball is now in Russia's court after Ukraine accepted a U.S.-backed 30-day ceasefire. It is back to selling on Wall Street after a two-day rebound from all the big March losses. The Dow is down 234 points. The Nasdaq is dropping 333. It is a 64-point decline for the S&P 500. The stock of Google's parent company is among the market's losers this morning, falling more than 2% after making a really big deal.

Google parent Alphabet has agreed to buy cybersecurity startup Wiz for $32 billion in an all-cash deal, which is set to boost Alphabet's profile in the cloud computing market. It's a space currently led by Amazon and Microsoft. Once the transactions closed, the company says Wiz will join Google Cloud.

This is the biggest acquisition in the search giant's history and the biggest deal of the year so far. Wismake security tools designed to shield information stored in remote data centers from intruders. This is a big deal for some high school students. Harvard University's free tuition offer is aimed at undergraduate students from families earning less than $200,000 a year. For those families earning less than $100,000 a year, it would also cover health insurance, housing and other expenses.

The plan will take effect starting this fall and builds on Harvard's previous offer of free tuition to families making under $85,000 a year. That's Fox's Tanya J. Powers.
