Trump administration now urging the U.S. Supreme Court to allow the deportations of alleged Venezuelan gang members to continue.
After the justices issued a temporary block to that plan, as Fox's Chandlee Painter reports. The high court actually siding with the American Civil Liberties Union in granting an administrative stay. And that temporarily blocks the deportations of suspected Venezuelan gang members being held in Texas. The Supreme Court had previously ruled the president could deport

High Court is requesting written arguments from both sides as deportations have been paused until a further ruling is issued.
