Southern California scorched. I'm Lillicera, Fox News. California Governor Gavin Newsom says the Pacific Palisades fire has destroyed many structures. As the fire fueled by strong winds, about 30,000 people are under evacuation orders and more than 13,000 buildings under threat.
Authorities warned that the winds were going to be a huge problem today as a part of the red flag warning. And this is basically worst case scenario. This fire started much, much earlier this morning. It burned down the canyons, down the hills, near the Pacific Palisades, kind of between Santa Monica and Malibu. And tonight we're watching these flames continue to expand here in Los Angeles up against the PCH. Fox's Matt Finn in the Pacific Palisades Park.
