Los Angeles fire officials say the two biggest fires, the Palisades and Eden fires, have consumed about 5,000 buildings each, mostly homes, and they're now battling a new fire. To the specific incident, L.A. Fire Chief Kristen Crowley, who says they've requested more help. Fox's Jeff Paul is in Pacific Palisades. We've been spending some time driving up and down PCH, whether it is a multimillion dollar mansion owned by somebody who's very wealthy or an entire mobile home park owned by just a regular old folk.
It does not matter. This fire spared nobody. So many homes burned down to the ground. This will never look the same. Forecasters say the high fire weather risk will continue through Friday. They say the Santa Ana winds will die down tonight, but the threat will not be over. The fires have forced the NFL to move Monday's playoff game between the Vikings and the L.A. Rams to State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
President-elect Trump reacting after the Supreme Court rejected his bid to delay the sentencing in his hush money case. So I read it and I thought it was a fair decision, actually. Trump said he will participate in the sentencing virtually. Judge Juan Merchan has indicated he will not impose jail time, fines or probation. Trump was convicted last month of 34 felony counts related to hush money payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels. Trump denies any wrongdoing.
A federal appeals court has denied a bid to block the public release of special counsel Jack Smith's report on Trump's efforts to overturn the 2020 election. on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. Airing January 27th and 28th, the series will dive into allegations of sexual assault, abuse, and violence against Combs. Among those featured are a former producer who claims Combs sexually harassed him. He did not realize the extent of the darkness. Eventually, he's going to be shown to be innocent. The series also includes accounts from a former driver, chef, publicist,
