He would follow the highest court in the land. I'm Lisa Lucera, Fox News. President Trump on Air Force One as he heads to Mar-a-Lago for the weekend. That's asked by reporters if he would bring back a Maryland man deported to El Salvador. I have great respect for the Supreme Court. So I'm not, you know, I'm not totally well versed as to the specific case. But if they said to bring him back, I would agree.

Tell them to bring him back. The administration has admitted Kilmar Abrego-Garcia was deported in error, though they've also said he's a gang member. Today, a lower court told the administration it wants daily updates on progress on bringing Abrego-Garcia home. On tariff negotiations, the president again said many countries have contacted the administration looking to make deals. We can set the tariff and they can choose not to deal with us or they can choose to pay it.

And that's where we are. Earlier this week, the president announced a 90-day pause on tariffs for most countries, with China's tariffs remaining. Beijing retaliated by increasing tariffs on U.S. goods today. The president had his physical at Walter Reed today. He says he's in perfect health. Official results expected to be released over the weekend.

A judge allows the Menendez brothers' resentencing hearings to continue despite opposition from the L.A. County District Attorney. A judge setting an April 17th and 18th resentencing hearing for Eric and Lyle Menendez denying L.A. County District Attorney Nathan Hockman's motion to withdraw a petition for their resentencing.

The brothers, who are serving life in prison for the 1989 fatal shootings of their parents, have claimed they did so out of fear, alleging their father sexually abused them, challenging their convictions with new evidence. Fox's Kristen Goodwin, a former Los Angeles County DA, George Gascon, had recommended a re-sentence of 50 years to life, which would have made them eligible for parole. But Hockman said the brothers have yet to own up to what he called lies. America is listening to Fox News.

Republicans calling on a group of Democratic governors to testify before Congress on sanctuary policy. Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, and New York Governor Kathy Hochul receiving letters from the House Oversight Committee as part of an ongoing investigation into sanctuary policies and how it impacts public safety.

It comes as the Trump administration is at odds with some Democratic officials over their crackdown on illegal immigration. It's a high-stakes hearing for all three governors. Walz was recently on the Democratic presidential ticket. Pritzker is seen as a possible 2028 presidential contender. And Hochul could face a stiff primary re-election challenge from those who've criticized her handling of crime. The Oversight Committee recently held a hearing with mayors of sanctuary cities. Fox News. There's been a change to a controversial move at a federal agency. The Social Security Administration's walked-back plans reducing phone services, which triggered a public outcry weeks ago when it unveiled what it called stronger identity verification procedures. Officials said it would require more in-person visits, but better protect against fraudulent claims. Now the agency announcing on ex-applicants and beneficiaries who use the phone system will only...

Only have to come in person if they're flagged by our anti-fraud system. Critics have said the new security measures would greatly impact Americans who can't make the trip or don't have reliable Internet access. Anti-fraud checks are slated to start on Monday, April 14th. Lillian Wu, Fox News.

Francis made another surprise appearance at St. Peter's. The Vatican said Francis was getting some air as he continues to recover from double pneumonia. Wall Street stocks ended the day in positive territory after a volatile week that now gained 619, the Nasdaq plus 337. I'm Lisa LaSara. This is Fox News. Creating your own business is everything.
