A temporary ceasefire. I'm Deborah Valentine, Fox News. Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared a temporary ceasefire with Ukraine. Fox's Stephanie Bennett reports from London. Russia claims that it's being introduced for humanitarian purposes. Now, during a meeting at the Kremlin, President Putin and his military chief said they've instructed all commanders of groups in the Special Military Operation Zone to cease combat operations.

Thousands attend a vigil at Florida State University in Tallahassee Friday night for victims of Thursday's deadly campus shooting. Two people were killed and six others hurt. Fox's Madison Scarpino has details from Tallahassee. We now know the identities of the two men who died working on campus. Family of Roberto Morales says he loved his job at FSU and his beautiful wife and daughter. The other victim is 45-year-old Tiru Chaba from South Carolina.

The father of two was working as a vendor on campus, according to the law firm representing his family. The six others shot are expected to survive, but...

but three had to immediately go into surgery, according to the doctors treating them. And police now revealing the suspect spent about an hour in a parking garage before carrying out the shooting. Investigators are still trying to determine a motive for the shooting. The suspect identified as a student, Phoenix Eichner, who is in custody after being neutralized by police.

President Donald Trump is cracking down on Harvard University over its alleged anti-Semitism on campus. Fox's Rebecca Castor has the details. Large protests resuming at Harvard as the nation's oldest university goes head-to-head with the White House over its handling of pro-Palestinian protests. The Trump administration says Harvard did not do enough to keep Jewish students safe.

Now the Department of Homeland Security is threatening to prevent the university from enrolling international students unless it hands over the names and records of those who participated in campus protests. And the IRS is considering revoking Harvard's tax exemption status, which saves the school an estimated $465 million a year.

claims there was no legal basis to take away its tax-exempt status and says it's already taken action against anti-Semitism on campus.
