The Senate confirmed President Trump's nominee to lead the Department of Agriculture. Brooke Rollins receiving bipartisan support with over 70 senators voting for a confirmation. Rollins served in the first Trump administration and was most recently the CEO of the America First Policy Institute, a think tank that advocates for President Trump's policies.
Rollins was also the founder of the conservative think tank Texas Public Policy Foundation. Rollins will likely be heavily involved in President Trump's actions on tariffs, which could have a major impact on the U.S. agriculture industry. On Capitol Hill, Ryan Schmelz.
