President Biden bids farewell. I'm Carmen Roberts, Fox News. The president said goodbye to the nation a few hours ago, capping a 50-year political career as he spoke from the Oval Office. He asked Americans to join together, but also gave this warning. Today, an oligarchy is taking shape in America of extreme wealth, power and influence that literally threatens our entire democracy.

And the president says the concentration of that in the hands of a few holds dangerous consequences. He also called for a change to the Constitution. We need to amend the Constitution to make clear that no president

No president is immune from crimes that he or she commits while in office. President Biden hands over power to President-elect Trump at noon Monday. Both men are claiming credit for the Gaza ceasefire deal announced Wednesday, but an Israeli general told Fox News two recent changes secure the deal. Israel defeated Hezbollah, and earlier this month, President-elect Trump threatened Hamas. If those hostages aren't back, I don't want to hurt your negotiation.

If they're not back by the time I get into office, all hell will break out. The ceasefire based on President Biden's plan put forward in May is set to begin Sunday. The first phase of a 42-day ceasefire in exchange for 33 hostages, including women, the elderly, the wounded, and at least children.

Attorney General nominee Pam Bondi told senators during Wednesday's confirmation hearing she won't play politics as AG, but won't rule out investigating Trump foes. Florida's Pam Bondi took a number of questions from the Senate Judiciary Committee members, including Democrat Mazie Hirono of Hawaii, who pressed Bondi on if she'd politically prosecute President Trump's perceived enemies in the federal government. Houston Police Chief Noe Diaz says one of the dogs picked up on Davis' scent in a dumpster. The bad guy shot.
