A swift legal challenge. I'm Sue Guzman, Fox News, and a federal judge is temporarily blocking a push from President Trump to impose a federal grant and loan funding for several programs. This is after attorneys general from 23 states filed a legal challenge to the federal grant and loan freeze. We will not stand by while the president attempts to disrupt vital programs that feed our kids, provide medical care to our families and
support housing in our communities. We won't stand by while the president breaks the law and oversteps his authority as outlined in our Constitution. That is California Attorney General Rob Bonta. In 1975, the Supreme Court upheld a law passed that a president cannot refuse to spend money appropriated by Congress.

agencies to use every available means to cut off any government participation in institutions that provide these kinds of surgeries. It also states taxpayers will no longer be funding transition surgeries through any federal employees insurance plans.
The Trump administration giving an update on the surge of drone sightings across parts of the U.S. last year. Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt opened the press briefing with an update, she says, that was directly from President Trump about drone sightings in November and December. The drones that were flying over New Jersey in large numbers were authorized to be flown by the FAA for research and various other reasons. Leavitt says other aircraft were hobbyist and amateurs.
In time, it got worse due to curiosity. This was not the enemy. A Biden administration review in December assessed the drones were a combination of lawful commercial drones, hobbyist drones and mistaken manned aircraft. America's listening to Fox News. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem kicking off her first week on the job by joining an ICE raid in New York City early Tuesday morning. Noem telling Fox's Sean Hannity she plans to continue joining those raids in order to do her job better. New York Attorney General Letitia James criticizing the raid, saying local law enforcement agencies are not permitted to detain people without a warrant. The Department of Homeland Security says the federal agents have removed and returned more than 7,000 migrants over the past week.
