Trying to get a deal done. I'm Ted Lindner, Fox News. President Trump returning to the White House Sunday night after a weekend that took him from the Vatican to his golf club in New Jersey. He spoke about his meeting with Ukrainian President Zelensky on the sidelines of Pope Francis' funeral, hoping to broker a deal to bring an end to the war. He needs more weapons and we're going to see what happens. I want to see what happens with respect to Russia.

Police have a suspect in the deadly car ramming attack at a Filipino festival in Vancouver, British Columbia, Saturday night. Fox's Stephanie Bennett. Now, acting police chief Steve Rye said a black Audi SUV drove through the crowd at the Lapu Lapu Filipino Heritage Festival as the event was actually wrapping up.
The driver, a 30-year-old man, was taken into custody after initially being apprehended by bystanders. And Chief Rice says the suspect has a significant history of interactions with police and health care professionals related to mental health. Now, they say a risk assessment was done before the event, but officials say they determined that dedicated police officers and heavy vehicle barricades would not.

Agents from the Secret Service and ICE in Miami have arrested a second suspect linked to a pattern of robberies and thefts in Washington, D.C. The suspect, believed to be a co-conspirator in those incidents, was the primary defendant who was accused of committing a robbery against Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. Miami Beach Police implemented target patrols and located the second suspect.

Thousands more are expected to visit Pope Francis' tomb on Monday as the official mourning period continues. Fox's Jonathan Savage. A quarter of a million are said to have attended the Pope's funeral mass on Saturday, 200,000 more at a second memorial in the Vatican on Sunday, and tens of thousands have visited Francis' final resting place, the Basilica of St. Mary Major in Rome.
