The shakeup prompting multiple legal challenges on a variety of issues. A judge hearing arguments today on the deferred resignation buyout offered to federal workers being challenged by employee unions. Unions argue that the Office of Personnel Management lacks the authority to make this offer. And they question whether the government is able to pay the buyout.
White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt stated, Fox's Alexandria Hoff, the judge extended the original deadline until after today's hearing, but has not yet weighed in on the merits of that case.

A bus crash in Guatemala now blamed for more than 50 deaths. Dozens of bodies have been recovered from the crash site and taken to a temporary morgue. The accident happened in Guatemala City, the bus veering off a highway bridge and into a ravine.
Images show the vehicle overturned and partially submerged in wastewater at the bottom of the 65-foot drop. There are believed to be people still trapped and alive in the wreckage. Guatemalan President Bernardo Arevalo has declared three days of national mourning. He's deployed the country's army and disaster agency to help.
