I'd rather have him criticize me than the bill because the bill is incredible. The president said he knows Musk might be frustrated with the elimination of the EV mandates or that they rejected his pick to run NASA, but that he'd always been happy at the White House. A tech giant is accusing China of using its popular AI program to help with spying and influence campaigns in the U.S. OpenAI, the company behind the chat GPT artificial intelligence, says they've identified a number of instances where user accounts linked to the Chinese Communist Party were being used to further cyber espionage efforts. In one case, those accounts were creating phony content on social media, likely with the goal of affecting U.S. political discourse.

The U.S. Supreme Court says a Catholic charity in Wisconsin doesn't have to pay unemployment taxes after the organization accused the state of violating the First Amendment's religious freedom guarantee when it required the Catholic charities to pay the tax while exempting other faith groups.
The state of Wisconsin argued the organization doesn't qualify for an exemption, saying its day-to-day work doesn't involve religious teachings.
It's one of a set of religious rights cases the high court is considering this term, including religious objections to books in schools. Justices last month blocked public funding for religious charter schools in Oklahoma. Jeff Manasso, Fox News. A woman is killed by an amoeba after cleaning her nose with tap water in Texas. The Centers for Disease Control's weekly morbidity and mortality report says it was a brain-eating amoeba infection responsible for the woman's death.
A 71-year-old had cleaned her sinuses with unboiled tap water from an RV at a campground in Texas. The report says the RV's water tank had been filled sometime before she purchased the vehicle, three months prior to her death. The location where it was filled is not known. Neither is the actual source of the amoeba. Fox's CJ Papa, the CDC says the woman was healthy before the infection. She died eight days after developing severe neurologic symptoms, including fever, headache, and fever.
