He's due back in court at this hour. On Lisa Brady, Fox News, murder suspect Luigi Mangione, charged in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, will be arraigned on new federal charges in New York just hours after waiving extradition from Pennsylvania. Luigi Mangione's federal charges were revealed in a now unsealed complaint. It shows he will face one count each of murder through use of a firearm and another firearms offense. He will also face two counts of stalking.

In New York City, it has already been announced Mangione will face first-degree murder as an act of terrorism and weapons counts after police say it's him on video ambushing and fatally shooting Thompson as he walked alone to an investors meeting in Manhattan.

Mangione had been held in jail in Pennsylvania, where he has also been charged after he was spotted at an Altoona McDonald's. Fox is going to all Scott. The Pennsylvania charges, including gun and forgery counts, will be on hold for now. A government shutdown may be faster.

An Atlanta prosecutor is off the case in the pending Georgia trial of President-elect Trump. A Georgia state appeals court rules Atlanta area District Attorney Fannie Willis must be removed from the state's prosecution of President Donald Trump on racketeering charges related to actions taken with Georgia officials.

Following the 2020 election... Fox is up in Brown, citing an appearance of impropriety. Today's ruling says removing Willis from the case is the only way to restore public confidence in it. - Chanting against corporate greed, those Teamsters union members walking picket lines at seven Amazon delivery sites around the country run by contractors who drop off packages to customers. - The big thing that these workers are asking for is for Amazon to recognize them

as a union to recognize them as union workers. That, for them, is step number one. And then the other things that we see in many of these strikes, they're looking for better pay, better benefits, more job security. Fox Business's Madison Allworth at one Long Island, New York site where striking workers are slowing down trucks exiting the facility. A hurricane recovery milestone in North Carolina. A key bridge on U.S. Highway 70 in Buncombe County reopened this week for the first time since being heavily damaged by Hurricane Helene at the end of September. Every day, around 16,000 vehicles use this ban that links the cities of Asheville and Swannanoa, according to the state's Department of Transportation.

The bridge also serves a nearby veterans hospital, and transportation officials believe this will relieve heavy traffic that's built up on Interstates 40 and 240 east of Asheville. Fox's CJ Papa. So far, more than 1,200 roads have reopened in western North Carolina. Elisa Brady, Fox News.
