Homegrown criminal? I have no problem. The president says the administration is studying the law to see if it's legal for U.S. citizens to be jailed abroad. And I'm talking about violent people. I'm talking about really bad people. Really bad people. Every bit as bad as the ones coming in. It's likely any plan to deport American citizens would face legal challenges.

At the White House, Jared Halpern, Fox News. A federal judge has temporarily blocked deportations of immigrants in Colorado. One of the Trump administration's use of the 18th century law known as the Alien Enemies Act, the ACLU made the request on behalf of two Venezuelan men.

The tit-for-tat continues between the world's two largest economies, Boeing, the latest to have its stock value impacted. As the trade war escalates, it's the U.S. versus China. Bloomberg is reporting this morning that China has ordered its airlines to halt deliveries of Boeing jets and all aircraft-related parts.

causing shares of the company to drop 4.6% in pre-market trading. That followed the announcement. This order will block about 10 747 MAX airline jets from entering Chinese fleets. China's retaliatory tariff of 125% on American goods made purchases impractical, more than doubling the cost, according to this report. Meantime, Beijing is looking for ways to assist

Today is tax day. When those income tax returns are due, Republicans marking April 15th with a push to make President Trump's previous tax cuts permanent. Republicans are trying to use tax day to tell voters help is on the way if they can pass their tax cut bill. The tax cut package renews the Trump tax cuts from 2017. They expire in December.

Here's what happens if they fail to extend the tax cuts. A married couple with two kids earning $165,000 gets slapped with $2,400 in taxes. Here's another one.

A single parent earning $52,000 is docked with a $1,400 tax bill. The child tax credit also shrinks. Democrats oppose what the GOP is doing. They argue the bill provides tax breaks for the rich. Fox's Chad Pergram there. The year 2028 still far off on the horizon, but some top Democrats are considering White House runs. Fox's Mark Meredith. Michigan's Democratic Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

She's the latest one walking the tightrope, and it didn't go too well. Last week, during a visit to Washington, Whitmer was spotted in the Oval Office, but she chose to cover up her face with a file folder. Her Whipshaw experience, as the New York Times points out, with Trump illustrates the political risk that Democratic governors face as a small group of them try to cultivate relationships

with the president reviled by their party but in control of a vast amount of federal funding for states. Other governors are keeping their distance from Trump. Illinois' J.B. Pritzker continued to criticize the White House publicly, but later this month, he's going to be headlining a major Democratic fundraiser. But other Democrats say it's simply too soon to be talking about 2028. New Jersey Senator Cory Booker, among those who think the party has more pressing concerns. Senator Booker has previously run for president. He recently set a record for longest ever Senate floor speech, raising his national profile.

Former President Biden set to make his first public speech since leaving office. 82-year-old set to deliver remarks this afternoon at the National Conference of Advocates, Counselors and Representatives for the Disabled. That speech is set in Chicago. I'm Tom Graham and this is Fox News.
