He wants them to self-deport. I'm Carmen Roberts, Fox News. President Trump wants to give illegal immigrants a free flight to their home country. And the offer to self-deport includes a $1,000 payment. We're going to pay each one a certain amount of money. And we're going to get them a beautiful flight back to where they came from. And they have a period of time.
And if they make it, we're going to work with them so that maybe someday with a little work, they can come back in if they're good people. But critics say migrants who leave the country may never be allowed back in. This is a federal judge orders the Trump administration to admit some 12000 refugees into the U.S.
under a court order partially blocking the president's efforts to suspend the nation's refugee admissions program. And during a hearing last week, the administration had argued it should only have to process 160 refugees, not thousands. The judge says the government is not free to disobey statutory and constitutional law.
Day two of the sex trafficking trial of Sean Diddy Combs gets underway later this morning in New York City. By the end of day one, 19 people were picked to move forward in the process. The judge wants about 45 people in the final pool before prosecution and defense lawyers begin striking down to 12 seated jurors and up to six alternates.

A bear is suspected of mauling an 89-year-old Florida man and his dog to death.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission says they were attacked on the man's property near Everglades City. Wildlife Commission officers scoured the remote area of Collier County for hours in search of the bear. Shots were then heard fired and wildlife officers were seen pulling a dead bear from the nearby woods. If DNA testing confirms a bear killed them, it would be Florida's first recorded fatal bear attack.
