In an extraordinary turn, a judge today has set President-elect Trump's sentencing in his business records trial in New York for January 10th. That's a little over a week before he's due to return to the White House. But he promised not to jail the President-elect, Judge Juan Merchan, who presided over the trial, signaling in a written decision that he'd sentence the former and future president to what's known as a conditional discharge, in which the case gets dismissed if the defendant avoids re-arrest.

They're rising again in recent weeks to about 365 for a dozen large white nationally. Nothing like the USDA California benchmark for large shell eggs last week.
