The drug smuggling tunnel featured a rail system and an elevator, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. It's the third tunnel found in the area of San Luis Rio, Colorado, a Mexican city just south of Yuma. President-elect Trump's incoming border czar, Tom Homan, on Fox's One Nation with Brian Kilmeade. President Trump is going to take every effort to secure the border, including using the latest technology on tunnel detection and shutting these things down.
