Fox's Bill Mellutian reports from fire-ravaged Pacific Palisades. I cannot stress to you how crucial these aircraft are. L.A. County leases them from Canada every year. There's only two of them. They're the aircraft you see dipping into the Pacific Ocean and making these drops. They can drop six tons of water at each time. They are a massive help.
A winter storm across the South has canceled more than 2,000 flights today. Many to and from Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, and Nashville. Fox weather's Michael Estimates in Memphis. A couple of our forecast models saying that we could pick up closer to about 8 inches of snow. That would be a ton for Memphis. Parts of Texas got nearly a foot of snow. In a fourth quarter that was filled with offensive fireworks, it was Penn State that made the big mistake. Nittany Lions quarterback Drew Aller was intercepted with 33 seconds remaining in Penn State territory, and the Fighting Irish were able to get into field goal range.
