Israel halts all aid to Gaza. I'm Jack Callahan, Fox News. Warning of additional consequences if Hamas rejects a ceasefire extension. Hamas accusing Israel of violating the truce, calling the aid suspension a war crime and extortion.
The initial phase, which included hostage for prisoner exchanges, expired yesterday. No deal yet on the next phase. Israel supports a U.S.-backed plan to extend the ceasefire through Ramadan and Passover with phased hostage releases. Hamas is demanding a permanent ceasefire and Israel's withdrawal from Gaza. Mediation efforts continue, but there are rising humanitarian concerns.
Following Friday's fiery meeting with President Trump at the White House, Ukraine's President Zelensky turns to European allies for their support in his country's three-year-long war with Russia. Most of Europe is rallying behind Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky following a fiery exchange between him and President Trump at the White House over peace negotiations with Russia. Trump urging Zelensky to negotiate or risk losing U.S. support.
UK's prime minister embraced Zelensky with open arms in London. The two leaders signed an agreement to accelerate nearly $3 billion in loans to Ukraine this coming ahead of the emergency European summit. UK's prime minister says it will give those leaders the chance to push towards, quote, just and lasting peace.
Fox's Chandler Painter reports the summit is said to have three goals. Strengthening Ukraine's current position, creating a deal that delivers a permanent peace, and planning the next steps. The Vatican announcing this morning that Pope Francis is resting peacefully as he recovers from double pneumonia. His condition is stable. He's responding well to respiratory therapy, including non-invasive ventilation and high-flow oxygen. Doctors confirm no fever or signs of an infection, though they remain cautious about his recovery.

Members of a Mexican cartel, including a former leader, have been charged with various crimes in New York City. Fox's C.B. Cotton reports. Forty years ago, a DEA agent was murdered in Mexico by the Sinaloa cartel. The mastermind, an infamous drug lord, is now behind bars here in the U.S. He was among the 29 cartel members extradited to eight different U.S. cities to face charges.
This after President Donald Trump threatened stiff tariffs against our southern neighbor with the administration weighing possible military action against the cartels after declaring them foreign terrorist organizations. Friday, a former leader of the notorious Sinaloa cartel, Rafael Caro Quintero, was arraigned in Brooklyn federal court. He has been under indictment for the past five years on federal drug charges. He pleaded not guilty.
Quintero and the cartel members face life in prison and in some cases the death penalty if they're convicted. Firefly Aerospace successfully landed their Blue Ghost spacecraft on the moon early this morning. They're the first private company to complete a moon landing without technical issues.
