He also said if this is true, we will have to immediately place a very big bounty on their top leaders.

Two Americans, Ryan Corbett and William McEntee, were released this past week in a prisoner exchange deal with the Taliban. Jolnado Fox News. The defense team for Brian Koberger, accused of murdering four University of Idaho students back in 2022, is now trying to have most of the evidence in that case thrown out. Defense attorneys are arguing that their client's constitutional rights were violated when investigators used a process called investigative genetic genealogy. Koberger's lead defense attorney, Ann Taylor, argued that the case was not a case of murder.

argued that police never got warrants to analyze that DNA or the DNA of potential relatives that had submitted the genealogy databases. But prosecutors pushed back, saying the investigation was done properly and arguing that defendants like Koberger don't have any right to privacy for DNA left at a crime scene. And that's Fox's C.B. Godden. Brian Koberger could face the death penalty if he's convicted on all charges.

Dozens of educators in New York City being accused of having inappropriate, often sexual relationships and communications with students. 32 cases of educators and other school staffers engaging in improper talks with kids substantiated, they say, by the city's special commissioner of investigation. That, they say, would bring the total number of cases between 2018 and 2024 to at least 121. I'm Paul Stevens. This is Fox News.
