The bill would prevent school athletic programs from allowing transgendered athletes who were born male from participating in girls' sports. A man accused of exposing himself to girls in Northern Virginia is arguing in his defense that he is transgender. Richard Cox is accused of indecent exposure to women and girls in several rec center and high school restrooms. The schools have pools that are open to the public after school hours. Cox is charged with being a sex offender in close proximity of children, indecent exposure and more. Cox is seen on police body camera footage showing ID during arrest.
