It's in court now in New York where President-elect Trump just told the judge, virtually, that the case against him, which is a disgrace, is a tremendous setback for the American court system, adding there's no crime. He won't be going to jail, but there could be a fine.

and a tongue lashing by Judge Juan Bershon. That after the Supreme Court gave this sentencing the go-ahead last night. That's Fox's Eric Schoen outside the court. Trump was convicted last year of falsifying business records and payments to keep an alleged affair quiet before the 2016 election. The sentencing just 10 days before the Trump return to the White House. His running mate, Vice President-elect J.D. Vance, resigned from the Senate last night.

Nine days before a law bans TikTok in the U.S., unless the social media app cuts ties with the Chinese parent company, the Supreme Court this hour considers an appeal from TikTok, which asserts... Again, our top Fox News story still developing in New York. We're awaiting the judge's sentence for President-elect Trump, who's appearing virtually. Jail time not a consideration, though, for falsifying business records convictions.
