The family in custody. I'm Lisa LaSara, Fox News. The White House says the wife and five children of Mohammed Soleiman, the man accused of a firebomb attack on a pro-Israel group in Colorado, could be deported as soon as tonight. Soleiman, an Egyptian national in the U.S. illegally, faces state and federal charges. Colorado is filing 16 counts of attempted first-degree murder, plus charges for use of an incendiary device.

He is also being charged with a federal hate crime. The arrest warrant shows Solomon told police, quote, in order to get as close as possible to the group, he dressed himself like a gardener. He wore an orange vest, bought flowers from Home Depot and Castle Rock and purchased a back

pack sprayer, which he filled with gas and wore on his back as he approached the group. He also said that he didn't spray it on others because he planned to use it on himself because he expected to die. Fox's Alicia Acuna, police say Solomon didn't carry out his full plan because he got scared and had never hurt anyone before.

President Trump announced last week that tomorrow it goes into effect a 50% tariff on most steel and aluminum imported to the U.S. Double his initial plan. The U.K. will be exempt, where imports will remain at 25% as part of a framework trade deal agreed to last month.

White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt says it's full steam ahead for President Trump's spending bill, despite criticism from Elon Musk. The president already knows where Elon Musk stood on this bill. It doesn't change the president's opinion. This is one big, beautiful bill, and he's sticking to it. Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, who was singled out by the president for voting no. So this bill actually increases in the first couple of years, spending more than all the Doge cuts combined.

The Congressional Budget Office estimated the bill would grow the deficit by $4 trillion. Wall Street, the Dow, gained $2.14. The Nasdaq up $1.56. America is listening to Fox News. The U.S. continued to pull troops out of Syria. The U.S. has had eight bases in Syria to keep an eye on ISIS since the U.S. military had to go in and prevent the Islamic State from setting up a caliphate in 2014. A lot has changed since the fall of Bashar al-Assad in December and the reorganization of the Syrian military under the new Syrian government, which was recognized by President Trump on his visit to Saudi Arabia.

Three out of eight U.S. bases in Syria have now been either closed down or turned over to the Syrian Democratic Forces, the Kurdish forces that the U.S. relies on to contain ISIS. Fox's Jennifer Griffin. There are about 1,500 U.S. troops in Syria. That number expected to be in the hundreds by the end of the year. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. calling for a comprehensive review of nutrients and other ingredients in baby formula.

The plan, nicknamed Operation Stork Speed, could revamp the food source for millions of American babies. About 40% of babies have formula as their only source of nutrition. It's the first time such a review has been done since 1998. The Food and Drug Administration elevating a recent tomato recall due to risk of salmonella contamination. The FDA has marked the tomato recall as a class one, meaning there is a risk of, quote, serious adverse health consequences or death.

It was first announced on May 2nd by the distributor, Williams Farms Repack, after they were notified that there was a risk of salmonella contamination. The tomato recall affects nine package sizes sold to wholesalers and distributors in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina between April 23rd and 28th under the H&M Farm label.

While it's not likely that consumers will have the fresh tomatoes from the recalled batch, they could have used them in food that was frozen. The FDA says the bacteria can survive for weeks in dry environments and months in wet ones, such as the freezer. Fox's Tanya J. Powers, I'm Lisa LaSera, this is Fox News.
