Jordan was inspired to start Unbiased after the positive response to her TikTok video explaining the Roe v. Wade ruling. She realized people wanted unbiased, factual information to think for themselves.
Jordan worked as a hostess, nanny, sales associate at Michael Kors, server at a vegan restaurant, and nanny again before attending law school. After law school, she worked in insurance defense for 10 months, then started a cookie company with her sister, and later worked part-time for a sole practitioner in general business litigation.
Jordan stopped practicing law because she found it unfulfilling and did not want to return to billable hours. Unbiased became a full-time job that she is passionate about.
Jordan works around 8 to 9 a.m. until 6 or 7 p.m. daily, with additional work on weekends and evenings. Her job is demanding and there is always more to do.
Jordan enjoys spending time with her family, binge-watching TV shows and movies, watching football, betting on sports, and doing DIY home renovation projects.
Jordan recently traveled to Europe for four weeks, visiting Switzerland (Grindelwald, Bern), London, Croatia (Split, Hvar, Dugi Otok), and Italy (Rome, Ravello, Florence, Via Reggio).
Jordan does not currently have any pets but grew up with several dogs, including a Samoyed, Siberian Husky, and Boxer. She plans to get a dog eventually, likely a big one.
Jordan's favorite holiday tradition is the Pajama Elf, where her in-laws leave pajamas on the doorstep on Christmas Eve, which the family wears on Christmas Day.
Jordan became comfortable on camera through practice. She acknowledges that talking to a camera feels strange but believes practice makes it easier over time.
Yes, Jordan's political opinions have changed as she has done more research. She believes that exploring biases and researching opposing viewpoints can lead to shifts in beliefs.
Jordan's favorite clothing brands include Abercrombie & Fitch, H&M, Quince, Aloe Yoga, and Lululemon. She prefers athleisure and basic clothing over designer brands.
Yes, Jordan wants to have children eventually, but not right now. She is currently focused on her career growth and enjoying her freedom before starting a family.
Jordan's smooth skin appearance on social media is due to TikTok's automatic beauty filter, which provides a smoothing effect without altering her facial features. She also recently started taking skincare more seriously.
