This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare. A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran. This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec. White House is reportedly on the verge of asking Congress

to codify some very steep budget cuts. PBS and NPR could see their budgets slashed. The White House called the public broadcasters a grift and trash with a laundry list of content it didn't agree with. California has filed a lawsuit in federal court claiming the Trump administration did not take the proper steps to enact tariffs

without approval from Congress. Well, we just heard from Lord Hodge, who was presiding over this case. There were five judges. He said that it was an unanimous decision between the five judges that in the case of the Equality Act, the 2010 Equality Act,

When it refers to woman or sex, it is referring to biological sex and not necessarily, not somebody who has a gender recognition certificate. Today, the Department of Justice is announcing a civil lawsuit against the Maine Department of Education. The state of Maine is discriminating against women by failing to protect women in women's sports. Pretty basic stuff.

This is a violation of Title IX. -The angle has obtained shocking allegations leveled by the Trump administration against New York Attorney General Letitia James. The Federal Housing Finance Agency has sent a criminal referral to the DOJ, accusing James of mortgage fraud. -President Trump says he isn't standing down from his refusal to facilitate the return of a man from Maryland mistakenly deported and sent to a notorious Salvadorian prison.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily here live Washington, D.C. Today is April 16th, 2025. Anno Domini. Well, folks, the Maryland man hoax is breaking. Senator Chris Van Hollen has just landed, I guess, in El Salvador, where he's on his way out to, I suppose he's on his way for a special visit.

with uh abrigo garcia you know he's he's there i don't know if this is one of those you know visits with special benefits you know maybe it's more of a first aid kind of thing maybe he's not that kind of senator then again he is from maryland so we'll see just how high his standards if any are but

The entire left has gone in on this, the entire media, this massive political stunt is going on, and it is a political stunt to be sure. By the way, this also proves once again that the Democrats are far better at political theater than Republicans, than conservatives, than even sometimes, look, we couldn't even get a guy to go to Fort Knox. We couldn't even get a guy to go to Fort Knox, but the Democrats will go all the way down to El Salvador. The only problem is, of course,

Once again, the Democrats are supporting a criminal. Yes, whether it's Luigi Maggioni or Carmelo Anthony or now, Abrago Garcia, the Democrats just can't quit their love affair with criminals. And of course, as we've been explaining for years at this point, this is part of a playbook. The problem is, of course,

The Democrats have been running around saying, oh, this guy, he's so sweet, he's so innocent, he's kissed by an angel. But unfortunately, that's not the case because his wife, who's out there giving all of these pleas, saying, please donate to our GoFundMe, please donate to our GoFundMe, she actually filed a restraining order on him in the state of Maryland. Kind of funny, by the way, how the entire media couldn't figure this out and a local Maryland blog was able to pull it up

The Chesapeake Times. And so they're able to get it up, but nobody in the entire media was able to pull this together.

She says she wants him home, and yet she kicked him out of the home and filed a restraining order on him. Or maybe, just maybe, it's all the money that's rolling in because she saw the money rolling in for Carmelo Anthony's family that they're using to buy new cars, that they're using to get a new house, and she thinks, I want to get some of that for myself. It's disgusting, but understand, what you're looking at is a parasitic operation and a placeholder

playbook that's been in place for a long, long time. We'll be right back. Human Events Daily continues. What America first truly means. Welcome to the second American revolution.

All right, Jack Grosobiec, here we are back live, Human Events Daily, Washington, D.C., Real America's Voice. Okay, we've got to talk about all this stuff, the GoFundMes, the Gives and Goes, the massive fraud that's going on in America, the Democrats going all in on all of this. Kenny Cody joins us now. He's the editor of humanevents.com. Kenny.

Walk me through, just on this case of the Maryland Man hoax, do the Democrats really think that this is their best argument going into the midterms? Is this really what they want to make the conversation all about?

Well, it seems like they are playing the entire George Floyd card way too much. I think they think it's going to have the same amount of racial division. I think it's going to have the same amount of grifting from these families that's going to contribute to these criminals. And Carmela Anthony and Garcia both are criminals that deserve the punishment they got.

Anthony actually has leniency considering the late-mile $250,000 bone is originally a million dollars. And that shows the impact that they want to continue to have on the judicial system and the political system. They want to continue to divide and continue to grift and paint Republicans, conservatives, and white people out to be just

inherently racist. The Trump administration is racist because they're deporting somebody who's protected and associated with MS-13. When Trump signed an executive order designating MS-13 as a terrorist organization to take action against MS-13, he has the

outright right to absolutely deport this guy if he is associated with a terrorist organization, just like if anybody was associated with Al-Qaeda, anybody was associated with any, and with ISIS, any terrorist organization, we'd have the right to deport them or to originally where they were from and prosecute them. We have the right to deport Garcia and Carmelo Anthony should be scrutinized as much as anybody because he killed Austin Metcalf in cold blood all over a seating arrangement.

The fact that they're trying to die on this hill, we Republicans should be willing to call them how they're aligned with criminals, how they continue to be aligned with crime. But unfortunately, Republicans aren't strong enough to paint them out to be the crime embracing evil tyrants that they are. And so this is this is what we've talked about, you know, for so long. We call this the system of anarcho tyranny. We talked about this in the book on humans.

secret history of communist revolutions how to crush them that it's anarchy for you the law-abiding citizen that's why the violent predators are let out of jail

But it's tyranny for everyone else. So what does that mean? Tyranny in the sense of they use fear. They ratchet the fear up to gain control over you, gain control over society. And in addition, by the way, I just got to say it, identity politics. This is identity politics yet again. The Democrats can't quit the identity politics. They see a minority and they say this person must quit.

be a victim. They can't possibly be an MS-13 member. Carmelo Anthony can't possibly be a murderer because they immediately turn on the identity politics card and they go all in on this. They'll defend a guy who's an MS-13 member who has, you know, committed domestic violence against his wife, who was kicked out of the house. She has a restraining order on him, Carmelo Anthony. They'll sit there and defend. And by the way, I'm not going to say that I've seen high level Democrats defending Carmelo Anthony, but you certainly do see a lot of Democrats

and a lot of activists and a lot of blm types defending him and raising money for him uh and he stabbed a kid in the chest but oh well you know he's he's the real victim it's identity politics the democrats just can't walk away from it because they haven't yet learned the lesson i think of 2024 that's why chris van holland is all over this thing he doesn't care by the way i

I love it. I went through Chris Van Hollen, center of Maryland, his Twitter account last night. I pulled up. I said, have you ever once tweeted the name Rachel Morin? Rachel Morin, an American mother of five whose family still lives in Maryland. Five children that still live there. Her family, her sister, her mother, they all still live there. Sister's got a business. She was selling her knittings up on Etsy just to help provide for these kids who no longer have their mother.

Christian Hellen doesn't care about them. He's not helping the family out. He won't even say their name. These Democrats, by the way, Kenny, they can't even tell you the name of the guy who was just convicted of murdering her. It's completely upside down, but I really do think that it's the identity politics and the wokeness that the Democrats have married themselves to that has completely hijacked their entire party.

Well, absolutely. And it's Republicans' fault that we're not aligning them with the choice that they're making. Democrats are aligning with criminals. They're aligning with Carmela Anthony. They're aligning with Garcia. And they're aligning with any criminal as long as it exploits and makes Republicans look

whether it's on illegal immigration, whether it's race relations, whether it's black versus white, they're always gonna side with the minorities that they think that they can use for political poise. They wanna bring Garcia back so he can vote for them, so his family can vote for them. They want to ensure that Carmelo Anthony is protected so his family and those that align and sympathize with him through racial division vote for them.

This is a political ploy in order to convince minorities to vote Democratic. It's been their ploy since the 1960s. This is something that is ever occurring with the Democratic Party. They do not care to make white people look bad. They don't care to make Republicans look bad. They don't care to make conservatives look bad, as long as they can capitalize and racially divide the country and then ensure that their voters are brought in to continue to

to ensure that minorities vote for them en masse with African Americans, with Hispanics. And they're also losing that battle. They know that Hispanics are now inherently voting for Republicans and coming over to the conservative side, but they want to ensure that they can make Republicans out there. They're going to deport all Hispanics. They're going to deport and ensure even if they're technically from Maryland, even though this guy is associated with MS-13, they're going to make it about immigrant versus American.

And instead of insuring and paying them for aligning with crime, which is that where Republicans ran on in 2024 as anti-crime, they ensured they got elected to the political office. But now at the risk of them being painted as racist, they're not going to be willing to speak out on issues such as Garcia and such as Carmel Anthony because Republicans continue to be weak and Democrats continue to use identity politics to win elections and to win the narrative battle.

Well, they will. And, you know, something else, you know, they go all in on political theater. And you know what? Republicans should actually embrace a little bit more political theater. Now, certainly you saw President Trump do this when he brought the angel moms

forward. And I'm not saying, by the way, political theater for as in terms of stunts. I mean, actually doing things that benefit real American victims of illegal immigration, naming Jocelyn Nungary Wildlife Preserve down there in the Gulf of America, going out and bringing forward these angel moms and rally after rally, having them at the White House, etc. These are things that

that are good, by the way, that are done, but you don't really see the Republican senators, you don't really see the Republican establishment guys, they don't do this. There's so much more that could be done in these instances that we're just not seeing, that I think Republicans

really, really need to work a little bit harder at because that's how the game works these days, guys. It doesn't matter just going viral on Twitter, et cetera. I can go viral on Twitter, but what you really need is for you to get off your duff and go do something yourself. We'll be right back here. Jack Posobiec, Human Events Daily, and we are talking with Kenny Cody, Human Events Opinion Editor. This is America's Voice, Salem Radio Network.

Today, you know, they talk about influences. These are influences. And they're friends of mine, Jack Posobiec. Where's Jack? Jack? He's done a great job. All right, Jack Posobiec, we are back here. Human Events Daily, Washington, D.C. Now, one of the things that, by the way, I wanted to say that I mentioned the Chesapeake Daily. It's actually Chesapeake Today that had that blog on Chesapeake.

Jennifer Vasquez earlier and Abrego Garcia's wife who filed for domestic violence against him. I think there's actually multiple filings at this point that go back several years. So one of the things that a lot of people have pointed out, they say, what about the Supreme Court ruling? And I think that's something that a lot of people are saying, wait a minute, wait a minute, that's really rocketed this back into the headlines because the story kind of died down when it came out that this guy was in fact an illegal alien and a member of MS-13.

And people have said, well, it's 9-0, and I've seen the TikToks running around. Even Clarence Thomas agrees. But here's the problem. There's so many problems with this. Number one.

The original deportation order is still in place. What they don't understand is that the ruling that came out on the original deportation order regarding his quote-unquote asylum claim, which wasn't even really an asylum claim, it was a protection from violence claim, was that he couldn't be deported to El Salvador.

So he could still be deported, just not to El Salvador. That's what they would need another hearing on if he were to come back. That's the only other piece of this that's part of the puzzle. He can still be deported because the deportation order is still valid.

The other part of it is the judge at the district level ruled that the Trump administration must bring him back. And actually, the phrase that was used was facilitate and effectuate. Well, the Supreme Court had a sort of dual ruling where they said, you can say that.

that the Trump administration needs to facilitate this because of the administrative issue, but also you cannot effectuate his return to the United States because the court system is the judiciary. The judiciary cannot demand that the president go to a foreign country, right, El Salvador, foreign country, and demand that one of their citizens who is in their custody, locked up under their laws,

be released to the United States when the man has no right to be here at all. So, Kenny Cody, we're on with you from humanevents.com, the opinion editor. There's just been so much misinformation about this case. Just like the Carmelo Anthony case, the Dems just can't seem to stick with the truth, can they?

No, and I think that's a very important distinction. All diplomacy, all foreign policy, anything that has to do with any other country, especially when it's a citizen or a non-citizen that is originally from El Salvador, we don't have any jurisdiction over that. And the executive branch can decide, hey, if we want to bring him back, they can. And if they want to work out a deal, like the Brittany Griner case or anything like that, they can choose to do that. But they are not forced to.

And I think that's an important distinction. The Trump administration isn't violating federal law. It isn't violating a judicial decision. It isn't going against the Supreme Court because they are in heat that Garcia is now in El Salvador's custody. And El Salvador now is a pretty tough on crime country because of their new president, Bukele. And I think that's an important distinction there. They can do with him what they want to. He's not a tax abiding citizen. He's not a U.S. citizen. He's a Maryland resident, but he's not technically a United States citizen.

So he is now back in his country of origin. They have complete jurisdiction over that, and diplomacy is handled by the executive branch. That's why it's important to designate a difference in executive powers, a distinction with checks and balances and the separation of powers. The executive branch has every single route in the world to deport him under this executive order that is targeting MS-13 gang members

that have been designated as a terrorist organization, he is now back to his country of origin, and they will do with him what they will. President Trump and his administration, nor any department under Homeland Security or anything else, can be forced to facilitate his return now that he has gone from the country. It is up to El Salvador to deal with him, not us, and that's an important narrative that the mainstream media, Democrats, and even a lot of Republicans are missing out on. At the end of the day, Kenny, Cody, we've just got about a minute to the break.

All of this for an illegal alien. Is this really what the Democrats want to make the argument about going into the midterms? I know we're still a little ways away, but at the end of the day, this is what the American people voted for. You wanted mass deportations and President Trump is delivering exactly that.

We should allow the Democrats to overplay their hand like they did with the George Floyd case, like they did with the January 6th nonsense. Let them overplay their hand with Garcia and Carmelo Anthony. And actual Republicans should be actually willing to stand up and say Democrats align with crime. Democrats side with criminals over American citizens and peace and prosperity. And we should allow them to overplay their hand like they have so many times in the past if conservatives and Republicans are willing to stand for it.

Couldn't agree more, folks. Go follow Kenny Cody. He's doing great work there at humanevents.com. Give him a follow on X as well. This is Jack Posobiec. You're listening and watching to Human Events Daily. We're on Real America's Voice, the Salem Radio Network. We'll be right back with Oren Kass from American Compass on an update on the Trump tariff. Stay tuned. And Jack, where's Jack? Where's Jack?

Where is he? Jack, I want to see you. Great job, Jack. Thank you. What a job you do. You know, we have an incredible thing. We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys and these are the guys who should be getting policies.

All right, Jack Posobiec, we are back live, Human Events Daily here, Washington, D.C. And folks, you know, I want you to listen up, because if you are still drinking that corporate watered-down nonsense that you call coffee, it's time for a serious wake-up call. And I'm talking about blackout coffee.

Blackout Coffee, it's not just coffee, it's a statement. A statement and a declaration that you are done with weak beans and weak values. This is high-octane American roasted fuel for those who grind harder, stand taller, and never back down. Look, I love this stuff. You know, by the way, you know, it's been Lent, so I gave up energy drinks, been switching more to the Blackout Coffee. Ah.

And I got to tell you, it's been great. Blackout Coffee doesn't play games. They're cranking out more bags than ever. They ship faster than ever, and they keep you locked in with coffee that actually fires you up. Go to blackoutcoffee.com slash poso and use promo code poso for 20% off your first order.

Brew like a patriot. Brew Blackout. That's blackoutcoffee.com slash poso. Stop waiting. Let's do it right now. I want to bring on now Oren Kass. I want to bring him back on the show, I should say. He's the chief economist over at American Compass. Oren, when we last had you on, we were going through your plan for a bit of...

You know, perhaps restructuring is, I guess, the best word of the Trump's economic deal, which I've been calling the great deal vis-a-vis tariffs. And it looks as though they may have somewhat taken some of your advice. Tell me how you see the plan as it stands now.

Well, I think they've made some really good course corrections. Thanks for having me back. It's great to see you again. Things are moving so quickly right now. I think the most important thing that they did was to postpone a lot of the tariffs. They had this category that they were calling the reciprocal tariffs that were targeted at most countries, a lot of our allies. And

and intended very importantly to get those allies to change their practices, to have trade practices that are a lot friendlier to the United States.

But slapping all those tariffs on from day one was unsurprisingly causing a lot of disruption. It was causing a lot of costs that I don't think we really needed if the goal was to have new negotiations. And so what they've done is to put those on hold, say, we want to try to have the negotiations first. And if the negotiations don't get anywhere, then the tariffs are still looming in the background. And so I think that's the right way to treat our allies.

We're already seeing progress in some of the negotiations. And then it separates out China because they didn't take it off China. To the contrary, the tariffs with China have been going up even more. And I think we have to find a way to do that a little bit more gradually as well. But it's very good that we're separating China out and saying we have allies that we want to fix this with and have free trade with.

And then we have China, who is not playing by the rules, is not going to play by the rules, is not a good partner for the United States. And they need to be on the outside looking in. And this has been a huge issue. Now, we've also seen, by the way, China, I've been tracking the ASEAN meeting, China, of course, going down, meeting with ASEAN, of course, Malaysia, who they've had a ton of deals with in the past, but also Vietnam. And Vietnam is a huge piece of this because

a lot of the manufacturing that was moved out of China, they called it nearshoring, but it wasn't really because they just moved it south to Vietnam, who has been a, you know, certainly a longtime antagonist for China. But having Xi Jinping go down there and really, uh,

point out and sign a lot of new trade deals with the Vietnamese, I think shows that China is making big moves. This is the first time, by the way, that Xi Jinping has gone to ASEAN. Typically, China sends a lower-level delegation, but the fact that he was there himself shows to me that China actually is taking this very seriously because they want to pretend as if they don't have as much exposure to the expert markets as they actually

As they want us to think, and they say, oh, we have this burgeoning Chinese middle class. We'll be able to sell things domestically and internally. And I just don't quite think that's the case, is it?

Well, certainly not at this point. And the funny thing, that's what the United States has been pushing them toward. It's been saying, if you want to be a good participant in a global economy, you can't just be producing enormous amounts of stuff that you dump onto the market into other markets. You need to have your consumers buying more of Chinese-made stuff, and then you need to have your consumers buying more stuff from around the world.

And so far, China has just shown no willingness to do that. In fact, right now, you know, some folks are saying the world is going through kind of a China shock 2.0, a whole nother unprecedented wave of additional manufacturing that is kind of flooding global markets. And so, yeah.

I think the reality is that at the end of the day, this isn't going to be everybody sides with the US and China is isolated and alone. China is a powerful country. It has its own interests. It has allies. It has countries like Vietnam that are very much dependent on it in various ways. And that may be part of what happens in the long run. What the United States can't tolerate any longer is what we've had going on where we say, well,

we need to keep China at a distance

but Mexico is our trading partner and Mexico welcomes China in. And so now all the Chinese stuff just comes to us, let's say through Mexico. And so what I think the Trump administration is really focused on is saying we want to have strong alliances. We want to have free trade with our partners, but they all need to hold hands with us both on having fair and balanced trade amongst ourselves and on all agreeing that China and China's way of doing business is not welcome.

Look, you know, it's actually something that I find it so funny because, you know, Gavin Newsom is out there and he's suing the Trump administration now regarding tariffs on behalf of California. And it's like,

Not that long ago, it was the Democrats and it was the left that were opposing China. They were the ones, go back to 1999, that were loudly and in some cases violently. In the case of you had these far leftists, the Antifa, the whole Battle of Seattle. What was that about? It was about denying China access to this ascension to the WTO. And it ultimately corrupted the World Trade Organization. I don't usually agree with the far left, but they were right about this.

They were absolutely right that allowing China into the WTO would completely corrupt the global economic system. It did, and it hurt American workers. And now you turn things around, and suddenly it's the sort of former Democrats turned Republicans like Donald Trump, like Elon Musk.

like many others that are now coming around and saying, well, not that Elon is a super tariff guy. I don't mean to say that, but I just mean to say that you're seeing a lot of Democrats become Republicans, but they're bringing this idea of Peter Navarro, former Democrat, by the way, bringing this idea, California Democrat,

bringing this idea of protectionism back online. And that's really what it's about. And I wanted to also mention, you know, you have a whole new book out that's coming out, The Once and Future Worker. And that's exactly what you're talking about here. It's this idea of actually working on having government work on behalf of American workers.

Yeah, the switch that you're describing in the political parties is something we're seeing going on in so many ways that as the Democratic Party becomes much more aligned with, you know, the highest income college educated workforce in big cities.

And you're seeing the working class move much more into the Republican Party. And that's playing out in all sorts of ways, right? You're seeing labor unions starting to align a little bit more with the Republican Party and Republicans reach out to labor unions. You're seeing on these trade issues in all sorts of ways, the Democratic Party, especially because they just cannot bring themselves to agree with Trump ever about anything, they

find themselves, if Trump does something that's good for workers, well, then the Democrats are going to be against it. And, you know, I had Congressman Jared Golden is a Democrat from rural Maine. He was on the American podcast, excuse me, the American Compass podcast talking with me last week because he's a big supporter of these tariffs. And he sees it's not about which party or, you know, which president is promoting them. He thinks they can really help workers in his district.

And he's getting attacked that all these other Democrats, he says, well, I thought this is what we were for. But there are too many Democrats out there that are now just for being against Donald Trump. And if Trump is going to do things that is good for workers, it's going to push Democrats into a worse position in a lot of ways.

That's a great example. The industrial northeast. I've got family up there, by the way, Sanford, Maine, and that whole area. It's very post-industrial down to Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where the Navy Yards are, and that whole area of New England, which used to be this huge textile hub. It was a shipmaking hub, of course.

This is something, by the way, that J.D. Vance has talked about again and again, our shipbuilding capacity. That's what New England was famous for, by the way. Even in colonial times, it was known for shipbuilding. That's why, by the way, that New England has that shipbuilding base up there, because that's exactly what they did. That's literally why it's called New England.

And so much of the manufacturing and trade that went through there has completely been gutted by these practices. And I think it's something where I've spent a lot of time in Maine. And like I said, I have family there. It's one of those places where once you get off of the coastal Kennebunkport areas, you realize that a lot of the state is economically depressed because of these very same forces.

Yeah, shipbuilding is a great example, right? Because as you said, the United States used to be a leader in shipbuilding. Now we make essentially no ships. Ships are all made in China and Korea. And you asked, well, why is that, right? Economists said, well, we're going to do free trade. Other countries will specialize the stuff they're best in. We'll specialize in the stuff we're best in.

Why don't we make ships anymore? It's not because there's anything special about Korea or China that makes it a better place to make ships.

It's because those governments, their policy said, this stuff matters. We're going to actually support it and make sure we're good at it. And we had too many leaders in the United States who just shrugged and said, we don't care. It doesn't matter what we make here. It doesn't matter if we make anything here. And sure enough, now there's a lot of stuff we just don't make anymore. And I think underlying so much of President Trump's push is a recognition that making things matters.

And if making things matters, then free trade can be great. But free trade can only be great if you get to make stuff and buy stuff. And this system where the rest of the world gets to make stuff and we just get to buy stuff, it hollows out our economy. It leaves us further in debt. And it's been a disaster for a lot of workers. I think it's exactly right. Oren, where can people get the book and where can they follow you for more?

Once a Future Worker is available wherever books are sold. We also have a new book coming out next month called The New Conservatives that really kind of tells the story of what's going on with the way the right of center is thinking about stuff. And you can find me on Substack. I write a Substack called Understanding America.

Understanding America. Folks, go give Oren Kass a follow. If you're looking for someone who really lays this out, who really goes deep in the weeds, go check out his book as well, because he walks you through everything that's going on and what the Trump administration and the new agenda is all about. We'll be right back here. Human Events Daily, Jack Kusowski. ♪

Jack is a great guy. He's written a fantastic book. Everybody's talking about it. Go get it. And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event. And we're going to turn it around and make our country great again. Amen.

Everyone's been back and forth. To me, I don't see any evidence of a self-defense argument here. I mean, sure, you can make the claim. I just don't see evidence for it being successful at trial. But the thing that I ask for is, what's the dog that's not barking? And so teenagers, we just talked about how teenagers are always on their cell phones. They're always looking for the next piece of content. They're sort of trained to look for content and trained by the algorithm that you will be rewarded for content. So you see two people fighting.

the instinctual response. It's, it's Pavlovian at this point, teenagers pull the cell phone out and you start filming. So the idea, I'm sure there are multiple videos. The question is why I haven't seen any. And so if the police department, you know, I, I would implore them to get it out. Obviously, you know, blur out anything that's, that's specifically gory. We don't want to see someone being killed, you know, that for, for its own sake, but we want the evidence. All right, Jack, we're back live human events, daily human,

here on Real America's Voice in the Salem Radio Network. Folks, this Carmelo Anthony case is just burning up the airwaves. It's burning up the timeline. It's burning up the cybernet, the internet waves, if you will. And so there's an interesting situation that's going on with the family. And people are starting to ask questions about the lavish spending that the family seems to be doing or seems to have been involved with

even though the father, we're told, has taken a leave of absence from where he worked as a finance manager at a car dealership, where there's some talk about them moving. So they've raised all this money on give, send, go. And when I was on TimCast before and this whole debate came up, I said, look,

I'm not against taking down legal defense funds because I believe that people should have the right to a legal defense. I said that, okay? I said, I've never called for the cancellation of other people's legal defense funds.

And I was very supportive, always been very supportive of Give, Send, Go, because they stood by who? The Canadian Freedom Truckers. Remember the Honk Honk? They stood by all the Jan Sixers. And in fact, they stood by Kyle Rittenhouse and his ability to raise a legal defense. However, I don't remember Kyle Rittenhouse going and moving into a new gated community. I don't remember Kyle Rittenhouse driving around a Cadillac Escalade when all of this was going on. No.

That's not what he did at all. But unfortunately, what we're hearing from this family is one of the neighbors says that the family has just gotten a new car. If you look at the license plate, it's got a paper tag. And now, again, this is a neighbor statement. I mentioned before that the father worked at a car dealership. So

There's a lot of questions about that. But I do think there is a statement out there from this advocate who said they're planning to move to a new home. So you're moving to a new home.

Are you dipping into this defense fund? And if so, that's fraud. If so, that is absolutely fraud. This was solicited as a legal defense fund. It was described as a legal defense fund.

Your advocate went up and described it as a legal defense fund. And sure enough, even the officials of Give, Send, Go described it as a legal defense fund. So dipping in and playing these games, I guess there's a new update on the fund. And I want to read the new update on it that says, while legal defense is a critical part

Part of this journey, we want to make clear that this fund is not solely dedicated to legal expenses. The funds raised will also support a range of urgent and necessary needs that have emerged as a result of this situation, including but not limited to the safe relocation of the Anthony family.

They claim that there's escalating threats to their safety. I don't see anything in here about the safety of Austin Metcalf, who was stabbed and murdered by Carmelo Anthony, and their well-being as well as basic living costs. Transportation, counseling, and other security measures. Transportation? Did you just say transportation? As in like, I don't know, perhaps a vehicle?

to transport you in, as in like a new car. So right there you see relocation and transportation. And I'm sorry, but the way this looks is that it's completely out of control. And I certainly hope that AG Paxton and everyone else takes a deep look into this.

Because if this is fraud, then guess what? You've got the same example of what's going on with the Give, Send, Go and the GoFundMe and the Abrago Garcia case, right? They are milking these cases so that they can get money off of them. And the advocate, he loves it. By the way, this advocate, Dominique Alexander, I looked up his record as well, beating a toddler. He's been arrested multiple times. He's been jailed multiple times, a ton of domestic violence on him.

And yet the Democrats keep giving money to these cases. The left will sit there till they're blue in the face. But what they won't say is show us the videos. And that's the dog that's not barking. Let's show the video. That's all I've been saying for the last couple of weeks, or at least since this came out. I think it was April 4th when it happened.

Show us the videos. What happened? What went down? What's actually going on in these cases? Because we know the police have it.

Couple of kids that attract me, teenagers. Yeah, you know there's going to be cell phone videos. So where are they? And the dog that's not barking is that the family advocate has not said a word about the videos. He's just more than happy to rake in hundreds and thousands of dollars. Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore. ♪
