Judge Chutkan is not allowing any grass grow under her feet after Trump’s DC election interference case was sent back to her courtroom. MSNBC legal analysts Andrew Weissmann and Mary McCord review her hearing schedule set to begin next week, and offer some detail on her denial of Trump’s motion to dismiss the case on selective and vindictive grounds.
