The deadliest airplane crash in the United States in nearly quarter century occurred in Washington D.C., after a collision between an American Airlines jet and a United States Army Blackhawk helicopter. We learned that one of the flight recorders aboard the airplane has been recovered. However, 67 men, women, children are dead.
