The FAA banned drones over parts of New Jersey due to fears of an imminent security threat, with the government threatening to use deadly force against drones that pose such a threat.
Witnesses in New Jersey have reported seeing drones the size of cars, but some images shared by the media appear to show airplanes with recognizable features like fuselages, windows, and wing lights, leading to speculation that some sightings may have been mistaken for drones.
The FBI has received over 5,000 tips about drone sightings in the tri-state area since the phenomenon began in November.
The government has deployed drone detection technology and infrared cameras to determine the nature of the unidentified objects, while also implementing temporary flight restrictions over specific areas.
The government may want to restrict drone use to prevent potential threats, such as drones being used to carry explosives, and to manage public perception of drone activity, especially in densely populated areas.
Pointing lasers at aircraft is illegal and dangerous, as it can blind pilots, distract them, and cause accidents. A military pilot was recently injured due to such an incident.
The FAA's drone ban in New Jersey is temporary and will remain in effect until mid-January, specifically through January 17th.
Conspiracy theories include the idea that the government is conducting a psychological operation (psyop) to manipulate public perception, or that foreign adversaries are using drones for reconnaissance without being detected.
Mass hysteria may have contributed to the number of reported sightings, with some people mistaking airplanes or other objects for drones, leading to increased panic and calls for stricter regulations.
The Biden administration has downplayed the situation, but the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI have belatedly deployed drone detection technology to assess the threat.

I think it's fair to say either we really are looking at some kind of big conspiracy, a psyop to manipulate people into thinking the worst is happening, or they legit have no idea what's going on, can't track these drones, and are panicking. So what we ended up seeing, actually I'll shout out to Ron Coleman.
Ron Coleman the other day was saying he knows people up in North Jersey and they said a car sized drone aircraft was flying low over their houses and they don't know what they are. So when you call it in and say, hey, something the size of a vehicle is flying over my house, you'd think you'd get an answer. Now, the FAA is saying if you fly a drone over certain parts of New Jersey, they're going to shoot them down. I don't know how they do it, but they're
Hopefully they keep it safe. We just had a story where this old man fired a gun in the air because he was shooting at a drone. Apparently he hit it and he got felony charges because don't fire weapons into the air and don't shoot at aircraft. But there's a lot of problems with this. So before we get into all the news, what I do want to say, my friends, is this is the end of the year. This is going to be the last morning show. So I decided I will go live.
and we'll bring you this breaking news report about what's going on. Tomorrow, we'll be flying to Arizona for TPUSA. We have a Culture War pre-record in the morning, so if you want to watch the Culture War podcast, youtube.com slash timcast, make sure you subscribe. And then we're going to be flying to Arizona, where
where we're going to be live on stage in front of thousands of people at Turning Point USA. So it's going to be fun. This is the third year that we've done it. Shout out to Charlie Kirk, and thank you for having us. They really do go above and beyond to get us on that stage, and I really do appreciate it. It's a lot of work, and I deeply respect it. And I am humbled that they would have our show at such an amazing event. So I really do appreciate it.
For everybody else, get in those super chats, smash the like button, share the show with everyone you know. A special live portion coming to you at the end of the year. And then what's going to happen is...
We're off until January 6th. And I am no fan of taking time off because I'm a workaholic, as most of you know. If there's one thing I am proud to take credit for, it's being the hardest working person in media, as people say. But, you know, Christmas falls on Wednesday. So ain't no way to get staff or anybody on a Monday because everybody's traveling for Christmas Eve and Christmas. And then who's going to fly out after Christmas to do one show and then leave Monday because New Year's
So we were just like, dude, we're not going to be here on New Year's. We can't make the staff do that. And it's funny because I talk to a lot of other media companies, and I'm like, what are you guys doing with this? Because it's already been a miserable month. Nobody wants to work.
You know, everyone's counting the days. We've got two days and everybody said the same thing. They're like, yeah, we might have something light or relief crew, but it's true. Christmas on a Wednesday, New Year's on a Wednesday. Looks like everyone's just going to need to relax for two weeks. And you know what? I'm here for it because we just had a hard fought and grueling battle in politics and everybody's a little tired.
So it's going to be fun. We got you know, I got a great vacation plan after Arizona. I love Arizona because they got those little birds that run around little doodles on their heads. And, you know, we're going to walk and look at cactuses, cacti. You know what I mean? But my friends, make sure you get the super chats in and smash the like button and share the show. This is an impromptu random live stream I just decided to do because, you know, whatever. And we're going to talk about this news and what's going on with these FAA drones.
So here's the story from the New York Post. FAA bans drones over parts of New Jersey, threatens deadly force for imminent security threat.
The Federal Aviation Administration has temporarily banned drone operations over parts of New Jersey until mid-January and warned the government may respond with deadly force against drones that pose a threat. Beginning on Wednesday and through January 17th, unmanned aircraft are barred from flying within a nautical mile of specified airspace outlined in an FAA notice to airmen or NOTAM. The government may use deadly force against the drones if they present an imminent security threat.
This is pretty crazy. OK, look, first, some of these are actually airplanes. OK, but I think it's fair to say that, look, the government is lying. I legit think they're lying. Donald Trump even said there's no way they don't know what these things are. But shutting down airspace then. So let's play this game. If if they actually know what's flying over our airspace, but now they're shutting down the airspace, that means this is more likely. Sigh up.
One of the conspiracies at play is that the government wants to restrict drone use for the average citizen. It's already kind of difficult. You need a drone operator's permit from the FAA, a pilot's license, as you were for drones. And still, people have no problem going out and getting them. So what would be the interest in restricting this airspace? Well, there is already a fear that our adversaries could get a drone, load it with bombs, as we've seen in Eastern Europe.
And what are you going to do about it? If the general idea is that seeing a drone in the sky is no big deal, then what happens when one of these things is laden with explosives flying through the air and everyone thinks that's fine? What's the big deal? So the government wants more control. But I don't think that's necessarily it, because someone could do that with a car. And we hope things like that don't happen. But there's a lot you can do with a lot of crazy stuff, right?
Well, the other argument is that big corporations want to be flying delivery drones all over the place, and they're concerned about people freaking out, shooting at them, or launching some kind of drone interception. Right now, you can't just get in a plane and go fly. You've got to be registered. You need a license. And there are certain...
There are certain vehicles I think you're allowed to fly if they're under a certain weight and things like this. Still dangerous. But largely, the FAA controls everything above 400 feet. And they're probably saying, how do we ban drones when you have a multibillion dollar commercial industry? These things are at Best Buy, for heaven's sake. That may be the play, but I will just say it is speculation.
The weird thing is hearing from people in New Jersey saying that some of these drones are the size of cars. Now, take a look at this picture.
New York Post has an image. The FAA has banned drones from nearly two dozen New Jersey locations. USA did a photo illustration. This is apparently an image of one of the drones. That's a drone straight up. Now it's oddly shaping. It's not a familiar that that's a plane. This looks like an airplane that looks like an American Airlines jet. Are you kidding me? The wings, the fuselage, the windows.
Come on, guys. I'm telling you some of these are planes. And one of the other stories, which we'll get into in a second, is that people are blasting airplanes and helicopters with green laser pointers because they're freaking out. So while there is mass hysteria, my friends, which does lend credence to the government PSYOP to create more regulations and control over what we can do with personal aircraft, just don't point laser pointers at things. Come on.
However, some of these drones really do look like these nuclear reconnaissance drones, which is interesting. Some of them may just be commercial drones. Who knows? I will point out that some of these things, the red and green lights, they're FAA regulation. So the argument then becomes mass hysteria, maybe government psyop, maybe we know what they are. They've launched them. They're freaking people out on purpose and they're going to launch more controls and restrictions. Or it's an experiment to see how the public reacts to mass drone use without information.
Or it could be there really is a foreign adversary flying drones for reconnaissance and surveillance that's gone under the radar. And the reason why they have lights on is so they masquerade as FAA approved. I really don't think so, though. We did get an earlier report that Iran had a mothership that launched these drones in the air. I'm not buying it. I can only tell you this. I don't know.
That's it. Sorry, guys. We can speculate. I'll tell you this, guys. Get your super chats in because we'll we'll read your super chats and we'll try and figure out what we can find from this. Let's read more. They said the temporary flight restrictions have been implemented over a large and significantly populated area of New Jersey, including Jersey City, Bayonne, Elizabeth, Harrison, Kearney, Edison, Bridgewater, Cedar Grove, Hamilton, North and South Brunswick, Branchburg, Woodbridge, Clifton, West Hampton, Winslow, Gloucester City and Camden.
Man, I'm genuinely curious. Serious, serious.
The previously issued temporary flight restrictions over Bedminster, home of President-elect Donald Trump's golf club, and the military's picked-in-the-arsenal where drone sightings have been previously confirmed remain in place, ABC News reported. Since first appearing in New Jersey skies on November 18th, the FBI has received over 5,000 tips about drone sightings in the tri-state, according to a statement released on Monday by the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, the FAA, and the Department of Defense.
The Biden admin has repeatedly downplayed the situation, even as area residents and lawmakers have demanded answers and action regarding the mysterious aircraft. The Department of Homeland Security and the FBI announced Monday they are belatedly deploying drone detection technology and infrared cameras to determine what, if any, threat the unidentified objects may pose. Well, let's jump over to this story. So this is breaking news, obviously, in the past hour. This is from a couple of days ago.
Military pilot injured during rash of laser pointing, uh, pointings at planes in New Jersey sky. They say in one incident, a pilot was injured. The injured pilot was given medical care after landing. Nost didn't elaborate further about the injury, but the pilot was in good condition. With Lululemon, the real gift happens when your holiday checklist is complete. Did he get blinded? And then they had to give him like eye treatment or something. I got to be honest, it is dangerous to point these lasers at planes because it can blind and distract and cause problems for planes and other aircraft. That's why it's super illegal to do. But I'm wondering if like, did he get blinded and then hit his head and like hit his hand? Or, you know, honestly, I have no idea what. But I will tell you this right now.
Yeah, my friends, mass hysteria is playing a role in all of what is going on. I'm not saying there's nothing, but legit, look at this image, dude. Tell me that's not a plane. It looks like an American Airlines flight where the tail is an American flag. You know, that's absolutely, come on, we can't zoom in on it. Maybe I can, maybe I can do this. Here we go. We got a zoomed in picture. That's an airplane. That's an airplane.
Are you kidding me, guys? I defy you to tell me that's not an American Airlines flight. You can see the fuselage. You can see the windows. You can see the lights on the wings. Man, I tell you, some people. The other ones are clearly drones. What I'm interested in is this one's interesting. This really does look like what's been reported as a nuclear detection drone. Could this really be that just a ton of people live in the area and they're flying drones? I don't know, man.
But the FAA is taking it pretty seriously. So I guess we're going to have to see. And in the meantime, don't be flying your drones in these areas. But I'm curious. I'll grab your super chats, what you guys think about what is going on. So smash that like button. This is our end of the year live pre-Christmas holiday special morning show. And I'll also add, I got a ton of stuff to do. And I was sitting here being like,
Let's just make it special. Let's do the live show. Let's get in your super chats. Let's take all the questions we can. Guys, if you've got questions you want answered before we're gone for two weeks, two weeks, can you believe it? Then get those in right now, and I'll do what we can to answer them. And we'll say one like equals, what should it be? Merry Christmas. One like equals Merry Christmas. There we go. Did I spell that right? Smash the like button.
But let's let's grab what you guys got going on over here in these super chutes. We got Quisby Joe says, wow, things must be serious. Also, first, I know it does feel that way, right? That the government's not going to do this unless something is serious. But the question would be, then, do we trust the government incompetence if they're only shutting down airspace right now? Incompetence. That implies they either are manipulating us, which is malice or incompetence. They have no idea what's going on in the panicking.
If they really didn't know, wouldn't they shut down the airspace as soon as these reports were coming in and say, we need to assess what's going on so all flights must be registered?
Honestly, I don't know. Some of these drones might just be drones, just toys, and people are launching them in the air. Some have suggested that since the initial drones were being launched, other people started flying their drones to try and track down other drones. And then what happens is someone sees the neighbor. The neighbor flies a drone. They go, look, there's one of them. So then they launch their drone. Someone else goes, look, there's one of them. And now there's drones everywhere. Maybe. Ben to the offenders, as I started watching Landman last night, would recommend to a friend.
You know what I'm going to do over here? I am going to give you guys a warning. I'm going to boost the gain a little bit. We're going to jump up the gain. One, two, three, four. And let's see. It should be a little bit louder now. We had a thing crash on OBS and the gain got pulled off. So let's read some more Super Chats. Rosa Brand says there is something really fishy about this.
One thing can be said. We are being lied to. Fact 100 percent. I am going to stress again, my friend. You know, look, I pointed out that some of these things were airplanes and people like to fix the role airplanes. And I said, no, I'm saying that people are looking at airplanes and thinking airplanes are drones.
I do think there are drones, the initial reporting. And when you've got, look, Michael Tracy said, he's like, I went out in New Jersey and I've not seen anything like that before. When Ron Coleman is saying, like, I know people up in New Jersey who saw something the size of a car fly over their house. It's like something's happening. What are these vehicles? And we should have an easy answer. But that's an airplane. All right. John Burt says, appreciate all you do. Merry Christmas to you and all.
Shout out. Brandon Whitley says, maybe see if Razor Fist will do something with you while in Arizona. So here's what's happening. We're flying to Arizona.
and almost immediately going to TPUSA because we're going to get there in the afternoon. And then we're going to get ready for IRL live on stage, all encompassing conversation with, I think we're gonna have Matt Gates and Charlie Kirk, probably someone else. I think Luke Rutkowski will be joining us. So we're really excited for that. And I believe Libby will be there as well. And so we want to have our other co-hosts.
come in for a short amount of time and then we want to get big uh guests to come in around things out so i'm i believe matt gates is confirmed it's tough because these things are rapidly in flux with flights and everything like that but we're really excited because matt gates of course announced that he'll be hosting a show on oan so hearing straight from him to tell us the story about government corruption and what's going on is going to be absolutely fascinating we're big fans and i think it's going to be great to be there on the ground so if you're if you're going to be there make sure you stick around to watch irl live it's going to be a blast and uh
Super fun, super fun. And Merry Christmas to all you guys, too. Merry Christmas. Let's go. Bobby says, Merry Christmas, Tim. January 20th can't come soon enough. Have fun in Phoenix. I'm so excited, you guys. I cannot even begin to elaborate my excitement. We are going to be doing some really fun stuff over the holidays. Going to be seeing Family.
And I'll be hanging out, of course, in Chicago. Me and Seamus are going to go hit up the casino probably because the boys are going to go and play some poker.
Probably not. I'm kidding. But, you know, some of that because, you know, all Seamus is from Chicago as well. So we usually hang out on Christmas and and then we've got a big plan for New Year's. We're going to we're going to just go out and chill, man. We're going to go sit in the hot tub and just forget about everything just for a little bit. I think everybody deserves a good two weeks off. You know, I know not everybody's getting a full two weeks off, but, you know, at least there's holiday pay, too, for those that got to work. And I commend all of you.
who do the hard jobs to keep everything functioning throughout the holidays. I always leave big tips. If, if, you know, I was at the grocery store last year, Thanksgiving, buying stuff for Thanksgiving and, uh, the employees working there, I was bummed because I was like, can I give each, I pulled out a hundred dollar bill for each of the people who were working. And they told me you can't do it. And I was like, I can't give you guys a hundred dollar bill. You're working on Thanksgiving. And they're like, not allowed. And I'm like,
Well, all right, I guess. That's kind of lame. Yep, can't accept tips. What? Really? Whatever, man. I guess standards are standards. Let's go. TheGunShow says, just to piss everyone complaining about Super Chats, Merry Christmas, Tim. There you go. Merry Christmas. Cat4203 says, I think they're trying to distract us. There's a real issue going on. This is the third year in a row that USPS have been hovering above length. USP. Oh, UAPs. Not the Postal Service.
UAPs have been hovering above Langley Air Force Base shortly before Christmas. Aliens. No, Joe Rogan was like, I want to believe. No, come on. It's not aliens, dude. You know, I half hope. I hope it's not aliens. We'll put it that way. John Beard says, harumph I say. Get the blimp up. We do have the blimp.
What's on the blimp? I can't remember what the flags are. Yeah, we could legit launch the blimp and fly it around, but we're in West Virginia, and it's just a blimp. It was a zeppelin. I don't know whatever you want to call it, the blimp. All right. Raiden says, there are RC planes that are bigger than SUVs. Tyler Perry has a whole hangar of them. Yeah, maybe.
That's crazy to fly over someone's house, though. Megan says, I'm glad to see you live in the morning again. I believe it's a big distraction from the fact that everyone wants health care reform and both sides agree on that. Indeed. Caldra Ver Suesh says, you were talking about the lack of Thanksgiving songs. Check out one made in 1967 called Alice's Restaurant Massacre by Arlo Guthrie. I think people were telling us to go watch that, you know. All right. Mute Barbecue says, this is the big gov trying to take out Santa's sleigh.
Hmm. The text that says, considering the new info, are you willing to show some humility and apologize for disparaging so many of us over the past few days, calling us irrational or reporters not doing due diligence when the info you had was wrong? No, I actually take offense to that. What really bothers me is that I'm simultaneously called a milquetoast fence sitter. But then I'm told that I'm that I'm wrong for taking a hard position on anything when I didn't. No, sir.
So I'll give you an example. When they were saying they were planes, we pointed out that there is mass hysteria and that people are reporting planes. That's not a drone. People are looking up for the first time. Yo, people looked at the moon Corona and were like, what's happening to the moon? And I'm like, my dude, how long how long have you been alive? You've not seen a Corona for a lot of people in the cities. They're surprised by these things. Fine.
The point I was making is that, yes, there's likely drone sightings. The drones could be a large swath of commercial or private use, which has people concerned. But in reaction to the drone sightings, regular people are reporting planes. I am telling you right now, techs vet, I defy you to tell me that's not a plane. That is a plane right there. Get it on the screen. And that was my point. What's frustrating about this is my friends.
I am never going to come out and be like, we know for a fact there's no drones at all.
When we literally have no idea what's going on. Now, as to the other day in Tim Kess, IRL, a report came out showing that around Picatinny Air Force Base, $50 million were allocated for drone research technology. And now they're launching weird, mysterious drones. I'm not saying it's definitively answered. I'm saying it's likely the fact that if these initial drone sightings were reported and the first thing journalists did was say, well, you do know that they put $50 million into drone research in northern Jersey near Picatinny. And that may be the case. We would not have people reporting airplanes.
So what I will say is, sir, I do apologize if in any way I made the mistake of speaking not clear enough as to what I was meaning to say. Or if the reporting we did gave the false impression that I will own. But I'm not going to apologize for something I did not do. So right now you get all these people on X saying,
They do this intentionally to try and undermine what is otherwise a limited rational position because people want definitive things. They want me to come out and say the earth is flat or the moon is made of cheese or whatever it may be. And often I just say, I don't know. I say, well, you're a fat sitter. Then, dude, if you don't have the data, if you can't prove it, I'm not going to say it's true.
I'm not going to sit here and just be like, it's a fact that drones were launched by Iran and we know it to be true, blah, blah, blah. We reported on all of it. And the funny thing is, when I said that there that a lot of people are reporting planes as drones, when I said and that's true, they are. And then when I said that there was a report that 50 million dollars allocated to drone research. So we we know that there's drone research going on in this area. I had people attacking me saying, oh, Tim, will you apologize now for pushing drone hysteria? And I'm like, dude, look.
You can please some of the people all the time and all the people some of the time, but you can't please everyone all the time. I know that's not the real saying. It's you can't fool everybody, but I'm saying it's true. And that's the problem with Internet comments. There's no way to be a perfect person. There's no way to be the best of the best. There's no way to just get everything right all the time.
But one thing I will never do is I'm not going to be one of these guys that just comes out and says, this is Russia and they've got a bomb here. It's true. I swear. And then what? Like a month later when it's debunked, I just say nothing. I don't have to tell you, man, that just ain't me. It ain't going to be me. Okay. All right. But that's just, I don't know what to tell you. I don't know. I'm far from perfect, right?
Revco says Fannie Willis was just as qualified from the Georgia case against Trump. I do have a video that will be going live in eight minutes talking all about that. But we'll we'll grab another segment here in a second. We're going to talk about Haktua because we have nothing better to do on this day before the final day of the year for our work schedule. All right. Patty Jackson says, so, Tim, are you against postal worker based on your previous video? I don't know. I don't know what you mean by that against postal workers. What do you mean?
Hot shot red says, what are you thinking of the new Superman? The new trailer just dropped. I don't like the costume. However, and crypto is in it. Guys, come on. Well, at least I can give him respect for trying to be true to the comics. Often what these comic book creators do is, you know, I should I'm going to do a bit. I'll do a bigger segment on this one. But they try to make a more contemporary every time to fit the, um,
The modern sensibilities and crypto is just weird and not cool. For those that don't know, crypto is the super dog, Superman's dog from Krypton, who also is super powerful. But OK, I'll give it to him. However, Mr. Terrific. Yo, let's go. Now I'm super excited. You guys watch the trailer for Superman. Yeah, Mr. Terrific in it.
That was actually really, really cool. Am I getting it? Yeah, Mr. Terrific, dude. That I am very excited for. For those that don't know, he's a super smart dude with this crazy technology. He's got these little floating terrific balls. They do cool stuff. I was excited for this. It's a good character, and I'm glad to see he's coming to the big screen. That I'm going to be excited for. And Hawkgirl was in it, too. So it's going to be interesting. It looks like they're trying to go like Justice League on this one.
Let's grab some more super chats. King Pop Pop says, Tim, why is the quartering bro obsessed with you and happy Christmas? Jeremy, what is Jeremy saying now? Did he make a YouTube video about me? Let's let's see. I'm going to I'm going to see what he's got going on. What do you mean? What? Oh, I see. I see. Twenty one hours ago, Tim Pool joining Daily Wire. It's got seventy nine thousand views. Well, I don't know.
You know, people people want to spread rumors and do what they want to do. It's a weird there's a weird algorithmic thing going on, I think, right now with with video views, because strangely, some videos are getting a ton of views and some are not. And it's happening to everybody. And I'm and I'm curious about it.
So the other day I have a video. It's got 70,000 views. Same amount of comments, same amount of likes, but that's relatively low. Not that I'm going to cry about it. If your views go down, whatever. If your show gets canceled, your show gets canceled. It's pretty wild that we live in an era where shows don't get canceled anymore. And the one thing I can say is just there's a couple things you can do if you're in the space especially is
A lot of people get really sad about their view counts and they're like, oh, my views are low. It's like, dude, just look at the season. Look at everybody. Look at the weather, blah, blah, blah. So I look industry wide at view counts. I'm not so much concerned about whether or not...
You know, I'll be honest. I think what makes this whole space work is I'm not going to change my opinion or apologize just to win favor with people. I've had I've had my periods where I've lost subscribers and people are threatening me saying I'm unsubscribing from Timcast dot com. Screw you, Tim. Pull my dude. I'm not something I can do about it. You know, if we were this is the corporate press and I hope you all realize this. The corporate press has millions of subscribers and makes tons of money because they play ball.
When the audience says we object to this thing, they apologize. When the ACLU stood on principle and defended Unite the Right, they lost millions. Subscribers were saying, we quit, we quit, you're far right. And so the ACLU said, fine, we will be whatever you, the customer, tells us to be. Welcome to the corporate press. If I wanted to make more money, and you know what the most offensive thing to me is? Oh, I should just sell out, please.
Why don't I? All these people are like, Tibbs is so out for doing this, bro. We barely even do ad reads. Like, why?
Every other big YouTuber, like I'm watching Michael Malice's show and he has an ad is a mid roll read. We don't even do that. You know, guys, I could probably add 20 million dollars to this company's bottom line just by doing ad reads on these videos and on Tim Kess IRL. We do pre-roll sometimes. We do it in my pillow for a while. We had preserved gold for a while, but we do and maybe like 10 per month. In the past couple of months, we've picked it up to see how things would go. But
Everybody and their grandmother is like Tim cast IRL. It is the number one live show for news on YouTube and the number two live show on YouTube. It's kind of a crazy position to be in. And, uh,
There's we've got all these people coming to us and being like, dude, you could do four ad reads per episode and you're going to make 20 million dollars. And I'm like, yeah, but I don't want to do that. I don't know. Maybe the reason we are the top live show in news and the second biggest is because we don't because we just hang out and let the free flowing conversation go. I don't know. I do think that one of the challenges we've been facing is that if we don't get ahead of this,
If we don't actually start selling ads and maximizing revenues to hire the right people, we've got to poach the talent from the big industry. If we don't do that, we're going to get stomped all over. And so we've got to figure something out. What I will say to our good buddy over at The Quartering,
I mentioned this last night in the Members Only show. If you watch the TimCast Members Only on TimCast.com, you will be privy to much more information pertaining to who our guests are and what's going on behind the scenes. Here's what I'll say. Rumors have been circulating, which are what I will say right now is the articles about The Daily Wire are 100 percent false with a but. I can't speak to much more on that, but it's fake. It's completely fake.
There's a but in there. And the but is...
So right now, I want to give a big shout out to Red Seat, who currently represents us. And we are part of that network. It's weird that no one said anything about this forever. And we've been signed with them for a really long time. They're great people. Red Seat is the same network as Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Barry Weiss. Literally nobody cares that they're like, did you know that Tim Pool joined the same network as Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly and Barry Weiss and insert so many more. It's a big network. They do great work.
And our contract is coming up. And within that, we are talking with a bunch of other companies. And so I don't know what's going on with these rumors or whatever, but I think there's like somebody somewhere stitched together a bunch of rumors, asserted them as fact, and then everybody is coming out. But what I can say is we're negotiating with a lot of people, a variety of different things. We've signed no deals. There is nobody who owns a portion of Timcast. It's 100% owned and controlled by me and always has been.
And then I own like nine other companies. The only exception to any of the companies that has any kind of other other other ownership is scanner. SCNR is currently the home of tales from the inverted world. And there's some movement happening in that regard. And that's a bill Atman who owns a small minority share. And and that's it. That's it. I don't know why people spread rumors like this, but I'm wondering if it's like, let me tell you guys, I couldn't begin to predict what people are doing and why they're doing it because SCNR
When it comes to like the PSYOP, for instance, the PSYOP conspiracy around drones, it's like
Is this to scare people? Is this to make them fear war? Is there going to be a false flag before Christmas? So to put it simply, there's nothing I could say in terms of behind the scenes details that would help in any way. And it would only just piss off everybody. And I'm not here to piss off my friends. I am friends with all these different networks. And I'm not going to start naming names because like I mentioned Red Seat because it's anybody who works in the industry knows that's who we're currently with. I would just want to say this.

To everybody out there, how come none of you wrote weird articles being like Tim Pool has joined that network? How come no one cared? It's like nobody even talks about it. That's right. Tim Pool and Tucker Carlson are signed to the same network. Does anybody care? It's just all fake drama garbage, man. Hey, the article that's going around is 100% false with a but. And that but is I'm negotiating a bunch of things with a bunch of people. There's been no established terms. There's been no signed deals.
All still negotiations. And there's big moves ahead, which I've long been mentioning. None of that's a secret. So I'm having fun, though, aren't you? Anyway, we'll grab some more super chats. Peter Gohawk says, tell me it's not a helicopter in the picture to the left of the plane. It's the three pictures. It's the drone, helicopter and plane. I agree.
This does look like a helicopter. You can see the what are those things called? I don't know what they're called, but there's the tail. There's the light that very much looks like a helicopter. That is obviously a plane. And this does look like a drone. This this does look like an odd drone, though, however. So I do think there's drones because like I said, we have I have friends who are like, dude, I'm telling you, I've never seen anything like this. And I'm like, really? So I certainly think it's true. But, you know, we'll see.
The one thing I can say in terms of media moves and where we're going is, you know what my position is. We need to be able to make a ton of money. I have long been a sort of purist in that I don't do those mid-roll reads. I've been trying to do more reads for Casper just because it's mine. I don't got to worry about sales or anything like that. We have right now a company begging for me to do a read. I just say no every time.
I'll just tell you, I'm not gonna say the name of the company, but they're offering $8,000 for me to just do a one minute shout out. Imagine that doing this show like normal. What if from 12.03 PM to 12.04, I simply said, here's a product guys, check them out. And I got $8,000 for it. Well, I don't like doing it. And I've been talking to a bunch of companies now because we're basically opening the door saying I'm going to all these companies like guys, I have a fear.
I have a fear that, one, I'm dumb, very naive in thinking that this movement of independent, authentic personalities in media can survive without making money the same way the corporate press has. We have to do ad reads. We have to do them better. We do them real. And it has to be authentic. But we need that money. Why?
I need to be able to offer somebody who's currently working in Hollywood a comparable salary to leave. If there's a guy or a lady and they're working in some if they're working at CNN and they're and they're going publicly, I hate this company. They're evil. And I can't believe I work here. I need to be able to say we can match your salary. You will live a comfortable life doing the right thing. But if I remain this silly purist who's like, I'm not going to read ads. I don't want to do it. I want a clean show with limited advertising. Then we can't. Then we can't.
And so that's what I've been basically saying a lot of these networks, guys, Tim cast is open for business. We're deciding that we think there should be, uh, what I've said is pre-roll before the show starts and at nine 30 before super chats. So you're getting an hour and a half of ad free show. Some have countered and said, Tim put in an ad read at eight 50. Trust me. And we're like, man, I don't know. I don't know. Because before super chats make sense. And it's easy. Pre-roll makes sense. It is easy.
But in the middle, that's rough. But I got to be honest with you guys. I think we have to. I really, really do. So I'm talking to these companies and they're talking, you know, we're talking about how do we make shows that rival these big networks? Disney's got a billion dollars to throw around. They're going to get in the space and buy it out. And then it's going to be the inauthentic garbage all over again. And they're going to figure out how to do it. They have the capabilities.
A lot of people are like to pull the cares about buddy. I will stress this again. For four years, we did almost no live reads on Tim cast IRL. Okay. We have walked away from tens of millions of dollars because we wanted to make an authentic show that that was actually something where we felt we were providing a service. And so that's what we've long said. Just become a member at Tim cast dot com. Then we don't have to worry about that stuff. And a lot of you did.
A lot of you did. And now I'm thinking with the way things are going right now, I can see the horizon. I can see what these liberals are saying and where they're going. And some moves have to be made. So we've been talking to a lot of these networks. And I basically said, ladies and gentlemen, on the Tim Pool Morning Show, we average 225,000 views per video. Certainly there are channels that are way bigger. But we're a channel that doesn't do ad reads. Sometimes we do, but rarely.
We are now interested in selling out mid-roll at inventory on segments and on IRL. And basically every company on the planet is waving money in my face. I'm not interested in personal paycheck. So I do well.
And I really am shocked by I don't understand the lives these wealthy people live. I'll just tell you, look, I'm not trying to say it's a humble brag or anything, but I'm at a point in my life, especially with running this business, where I'm like, I don't know what more money does for me.
I want to make sure that we build a culture that creates a better life for our children, that brings us to the stars, that gets colonies on Mars and the moon, that gets rid of this disgusting degeneracy, which is actually a detriment to human expansion. That's the prize at the end of the tunnel. Certainly, there are a lot of people who want a billion dollars, and I don't know why. Maybe you want that 300-foot yacht or whatever it is they're buying. I have no idea. But I can tell you this.
I was talking to my buddy the other day and I was saying, like, you know, I've had people offer up a lot of money. And and then we'll talk about the Hawk to a thing. And, you know, my buddy's like, man, what I wouldn't give for millions of dollars. And I said, what do you think you're going to do with millions of dollars? And he was like, I'll buy a jet. And I'm like, oh, you want to buy a jet? OK, well, you can probably get a cheapo, a beach jet. Yeah, a cheap one. One point one million dollars probably.
So about that millions of dollars you have, how many do you think you're going to have? Let's say you get a paycheck of $5 million. Someone writes you a check, $5 million. Okay, well, first you give the government two. You end up with three. Then you spend a million dollars on your jet. And that's going to cost you like a million bucks a year to maintain. And good luck. It has to be housed somewhere in a hangar. You've got to hire pilots, two of them, to fly the plane for you. Not so easy.
Now, don't get me wrong. I know if the average person got $3 million, you're going to pay off your debt. You're going to take a vacation. You're going to pay off your car. It is magic. It will basically cleanse you of your deepest stresses. True. But what about beyond all of that? What do you really do? And I don't really understand it, but no money, no problems.
What people, I think, misunderstood with like how they say, mo money, mo problems. Remember the song was the idea that being rich at all was a problem. No, no, no, no, no, no. There's a baseline where you make it make millions of dollars and life is great.
you know, and you've taken care of your, your, you know, everything you need. And then you can put it into wealth management and not have to do any work and just enjoy life. But people need work. People need resistance. So it's not so easy. I had a buddy who got, uh, who became a millionaire at 16 and he had an existential crisis and became suicidally depressed. And you can be thinking like, how is that possible? How could somebody who becomes a millionaire at a young age, like you've everything, because what does he do with his life? All of a sudden his friends are at work. He has nothing to do. He's trying to figure out what to do with his life. And
It's not so easy. I'm not saying it's bad to be rich, but he had an existential crisis and it's actually common among a lot of people who see rapid wealth. So my point ultimately is this. There are a lot of people who just want all that money. But one thing you learn is that you won't own a private jet. It's just too expensive. Unless you're flying every week, there's really no reason to have one.
commercial is just easier, easier. You fly first class, I guess. We do fly in private jets periodically because we have to if we want to make these shows work. But then you just charter it. And a charter can be expensive. So, for instance, flying from here to New York is like $17,000 round trip. And then you factor in a few things. We host a show until Friday. If we need to be on the ground in New York first thing in the morning, there's no way we're getting a commercial flight and there's no way we're canceling a live show to a million people.
And then we have it's got eight seats. So we bring eight people. And so you divide up the cost and you're like, it is more expensive than first class. But it starts to make sense. It's not just a person flying on a private jet because they want to. It's comfort. It's because it's actually not much more expensive when you have a large staff flying with you for business reasons. So those are things to consider. Ultimately, the point I'm getting to with what we're going to be doing in the future and what companies should be doing, the money isn't about cost.
buying yourself 17 cars or a fifth Cybertruck or anything like that. Those are all jokes. The point of the money is how can we use it to make this country better and build things that matter? Shows for kids that inspire and get rid of the weird garbage. We want to make shows that are informative and espouse moral values that align with our worldview so that our kids are going to live a better life.
And that is really what the mission is all about, no matter what it might be, whatever it is you're doing. But don't get me wrong. There's a lot of people who just want money, which brings us to Hawk Tua. We got this story from Newsweek. Haley Welch crypto project sued over Hawk Tua meme coin. Oh, boy. Well, this is going to be wild. Take a look at this one. Investors are suing people associated with the law with the cryptocurrency launched by Hawk Tua girl Haley Welch following the crash of the meme coin named after her.
Indeed, my friends. Take a look. I don't know what they were thinking, but what I can tell you is she's still asleep. The last thing anyone heard from Hawk to a girl, Haley Welch, was that she was signing off and going to bed. It has since been 300 hours. So say it, the memes. And she is still sleeping since this meme coin eruption crisis over Hawk to a she's been MIA. Now she's being sued and there are concerns she is facing prison.
Well, how about that? Newsweek was on to say the cryptocurrency Huk to a loss more than 95 percent of its value in a single day when it was released on December 4th. Lawyers for the investors wrote in the December 19th court filing that the lawsuit arises from the unlawful promotion and sale of the Huk to a cryptocurrency meme coin known as the Huk token, which defendants offered and sold to the public without proper registration. Name this suit are to it to the Moon Foundation, which
which was used to handle money taken from the sale of the meme coin and the coins creator over here, LTD, and its executive, Clinton So, and the meme coins Los Angeles-based promoter, Alex Larson Schultz. Newsweek sought email comment on Thursday from Welch to the moon and over here. So let's clarify this. Haley Welch's crypto project is sued, not her personally, though I think she's going to face, I believe she will face some liability on this regard.
Welch rose to fame after she was filmed by YouTube creators using the onomatopoeic phrase, hoctua, to describe a spitting action in a sexual context. My friends, she was describing how to provide saliva as a lubricant for adult activities. There you go. She has since transformed her newfound fame into a successful merchandise line and a podcast, Toctua, which has featured business people such as Mark Cuban.
You know, there are a lot of men out there who are salty, salty, salty men. They're mad that women don't need merit. Let me show you. First, I'll say since the launch of the cryptocurrency, TalkTua has been offline. Two weeks ago, we got mommy issues, how to avoid getting canceled. Four hundred and thirty three thousand views on that podcast two weeks ago. And what do they talk about? Insipid and vain and sex acts and nonsense. And well, you know, there you go.
She did have a Mark Cuban, I guess. But she's averaging around, you know, 300 to 400,000 views per episode of this podcast. For what? There are a lot of men out there who are quite upset. Indeed. And you can see them lament it. The reason why Hayley Welch gets views is because she's an attractive young woman to whatever extent people find her attractive. They do. And she, you know, does a sex show. So what do you think is going to happen?
I got that. I'm going to give you some advice. I know out there listening to this show are some young men and they want desperately to be in this space to be able to share their ideas with the world because they know their ideas are good, can help make the world a better place. And they want to launch their own podcast. Same as so many others. There are a lot of podcasts.
Here's how you do it. Have you guys seen that AI where you it will it'll take it'll track your face and it will show a totally different person. All you got to do is get an AI of a 25 year old blonde woman and then you can literally talk about anything and get hundreds of thousands of views on your videos and make money. That's the funny thing.
I think it's funny. And I'm just I'll just we'll just go there. The the Brett Cooper scenario is really funny because you had a lot of people saying, you know, Brett Cooper is their best show. The Daily Wire looks, she gets half a million views on a video, a video clip. And Ben Shapiro sometimes gets less than that. It's a couple hundred thousand. And then there was a response where they're like, that's because Ben Shapiro is a 40 year old man, not an attractive 25 year old woman. And it's like, uh-huh. Sorry, guys. Welcome to life. That's just it.
That's there you go. And so these women who do political commentary, their audiences are 80 percent male. When given a choice, men love to watch women. Who's shocked by that? So women get women get more views on video podcasts. Men get more views on audio podcasts. How about that? So Hawk Tua, her podcast is basically gone. But, you know, with all due respect,
Let's go back in time on YouTube. So when YouTube first launched, if you take a look at the earliest videos of some of the biggest creators, you'll find that most of their thumbnails are just attractive women. That's it. Man, guys, you really are predictable, aren't you? You take a thumbnail of a woman in a bikini and you can call it whatever you want. And a guy's going to click on it because he wants to see it. I think it was funny because, um,
Somebody there's like a funny meme where they they're changing the uniforms for women's volleyball in the Olympics from bikinis to slacks. And then somebody was like, nobody watches women's sports to see which woman is better at spiking volleyball. OK, we get it. Yeah. Guys only want one thing. And it's disgusting. Well, let me say this in that regard. It's not disgusting. It's normal. And if you're a man and you call it when a gold digger.
I think that's stupid. And women are upset that men want sex is also stupid. These things are fairly obvious. Women are known because of, you know, through the gender roles or whatever to be attracted to men of means and status. And that means many of them are going to want rich guys. And men want women for their beauty because they want someone who can make babies. And they're going to want women for their beauty. If you're upset about it, then that's too bad. That's just the world. The world's not fair.
So good luck, I suppose. Anyway, the plaintiff attorney is saying they're filing through aggressive promotional campaigns and promises of future growth. Defendants created a speculative frenzy that caused the token's market value to spike shortly after launch, reaching a significant market capitalization. Defendants leveraged Welch's celebrity status and connections to enhance the token's credibility and appeal, including discussing the Hawk Project during Welch's podcast featuring notable guests. And they're going to mention what a meme coin is, blah, blah, blah. You know, it's pretty wild that she kind of disappeared.
Because, you know, like, why? Shah on Access Update. Hayley Welch has officially been asleep for 300 hours. Oh, boy. Oh, yeah. Well, here we go. She's got no posts on any social media. And so there we go. I don't know to tell you, my friends, if you are dumb enough to buy Hawk to a token, then maybe you deserve to lose your money.
I suppose it's unfair. A lot of these people were promised that if they were to buy this token, that the people involved weren't going to sell it off or give it away. And then sure enough, people started reporting that there was a large pool of individuals who had tokens they had not purchased, implying they were granted these tokens, who sold off immediately, dumping the market, burning it to the ground. There's a way to do this, but I think it's all schemey.
What some people do in the more successful meme coins is they'll create like a million tokens. They'll have an initial pool where they'll sell them, but they will. So people will buy the buy the coins for other coins and they won't use the money. Then they'll destroy some of the supply to raise the value of the existing coins and let the market trade. And there's a stable way to do it. Either way, I largely view all of it as just Ponzi schemes and, you know,
The idea being like you make a million tokens, you sell 100,000, and then you say we are going to destroy 100,000 of the supply, basically making it so that it's more valuable and it'll be harder to purchase. And that drives speculative frenzy. The problem is once you start the meme token scheme, you can't stop it. Otherwise, someone will lose money. The money comes from somewhere.
And so what ends up happening is if someone makes money in one of these schemes, somebody does lose money. You want to play this game where it's like, no, no, we'll just keep the meme token going forever. And then you'll never lose money. Just get out before everyone else. And as long as it keeps going up, who cares? Nah. With Bitcoin, it can work because Bitcoin is large, decentralized and is a primary institution. So.
We can see that Bitcoin has a function in demand for a lot of groups and countries, and therefore it's stable. But basing a token off of the stability of Hawk Tour? Good luck.
So what happens next? The defense will be given an opportunity to replay, reply, reply, fix that Newsweek, to the lawsuit. And I feel like Ron Burgundy, by the way, and will likely seek a summary judgment in their favor. If the judge does not grant summary judgment, pretrial motions will begin. Plaintiffs are seeking a jury trial. And if granted, a jury would decide damages if the lawsuit is successful. I got to be honest, if I was on the jury here and I
You know, I don't care what the results are. I'd be like, I have a question. Is this they're saying they intentionally bought Huk to a coin? OK, here's our verdict. You're screwed. It's your fault. Are you nuts? But I suppose we live in a we live in a society that increasingly puts up baby rails for everybody and you're no longer allowed to make mistakes. Kavit Amthor.
But the buyer beware. I can't believe we're at this point where people bought Hawk Tua and are surprised they lost money on it. I get it. If you make a promise and sell the product, you should keep it. So fine. But still, part of me is just like, dude, you reap what you sow.

All right. Silver Serpent says, Tim, last night on Members Only, he said Ian looks so young because he doesn't get sunlight, yet Ian claims to stare directly into the sun. Who's lying?
You can stare directly into the sun for a little bit and still be indoors for 20 hours. So, you know, Ian waking up. Also notice that Ian's pale. He didn't get a lot of sun. Ian, eat more protein, please. Ryan Farrell says, I'm from Bedminster. I've seen a few drones over my house. Are they the big weird ones? That's crazy. Michael Wise says, Picatinny Arsenal is an army base. Oh, sorry. I said Air Force Army base that tests all kind of prototypes. Very cool. Very cool. Uh-oh.
YouTube's freezing on me. I'm going to have to wait for YouTube to crash, which it just did, and refresh it. YouTube notoriously just crashes like this for everybody, and I have a bunch of people I know talking about it. Amjoo says, just do the ad reads. Been listening since before IRL and won't stop just because of some ads. I agreed as needed to take over from MSM.
Right. The challenge is the corporate press will run like look at The Five. The Five is awesome. I love that show, by the way. And it's the biggest cable TV news show in the key demo. So our viewership on IRL rivals that are The Five, I think we're slightly above them.
We do like 400 on average on YouTube for the year. Some are less and it depends on the season. But then we also do another couple hundred on other platforms, whereas theirs is just the TV show. So their clips from the show probably do really, really well. But we rival them and I think we're slightly above. So that's great. I'm not saying we're the biggest in the world. Cable TV news is dying and there's a bunch of shows that do better than us. But we average the highest, the biggest show because we do a show every single day.
And but anyway, they do like what five ad reads or more. A commercial break could be like three or four ads and we do none. It's a lot of money. So I would estimate based on their viewership, an ad 30 seconds, 30 seconds for the five will probably cost $13,000. And if they do two minutes of ads or a minute and a half, let's just say it's a minute and a half. You're looking at just a...
I mean, let's just round it up. 40 grand. You're looking at about 40 grand per commercial spot. And if they do four of those, that one episode is going to bring in. They've got the ad before the show. They've got four during the show. And then they've got one at the end right before their last word or whatever it's called. Or one more, whatever, whatever they say. One more thing. They could be looking at 250K per episode. Wild. Yeah.
How are we going to compete with these forces? You know, they're going to buy out the space because we are not playing that game. Like even Crowder doesn't do that many ads. Guys, we have to. You know, I'm not saying we want to be dirty liars like they are. I'm saying we want to sell the space we can sell to make sure that they don't. No, no, no. I like the five. They're actually really good. I'm talking about CNN as their other networks, which don't make nearly as much money. But we've got to do it. We got to do it.
So we probably will. We probably will. And that's basically what we're talking about with all these different companies is where we're looking at larger agreements on how we maximize potential. And there's going to have to be a big play here. Eric Mancia says, do you think, Tim, I vouch for your purity watched you since your Jersey basement and when you showcased the van for the river? You know what, my friends, I will be completely honest.
You see these rumors going around about what we may or may not do and claiming that we already sold portions of the company is absolute BS. We never did and we never will. But here's my challenge. I would much rather this is what this is. This is what I've been talking about with, you know, with Allison, with my family and our plans. I said, why don't we do this? Tim Kess, IRL ends.
It's a schedule that cannot be maintained. I as talent, as an individual, trying to host two shows at once, we can't do it. I'll buy a Class A trailer, which is basically a tour bus. You can get one for $100,000. I don't think it's cheap, but we put the money in that. And then what we can do is, Timcast IRLs, we know it ends, but we can go back to the original format idea, which would have been, I do my morning show from the trailer, from the bus, and
And can do a show every morning, Monday through Friday. And then IRL would be at around 1 or 2, hanging out outside with a co-host talking about news. You'd still have a live show. It'd be at a different time. And we would bring in regular people to come and sit down. Like, there's an idea.
The challenge with TimCast IRL is I do... I work from like 8 to 2 on the morning show. Then I exercise for two hours. Then I eat food. And then we start getting ready for TimCast IRL and pre-production. So it's like they're hefty days. It's a hefty workload. It's probably...
In between, it's 16-hour workdays. It's probably more than that. Let me do the math. If I'm up at 7.30 every day, immediately on my phone checking the latest updates for what happened overnight, and then by... So around 8 o'clock, I'm watching the news and eating breakfast. Breakfast, like, news overlaps with my morning. And then we wrap at 11 o'clock, Monday through Thursday. So...
It's a hefty workload. It's a hefty work. It's 15 hours, I guess. So it's it's it's hefty. If if I condensed all of that show into a normal eight hour period and then just did my other work afterwards, it would free up more time for family. But generally what we've come to the conclusion on is like we can't end Timcast IRL. We feel guilty.
It's a great show. People really like it. They enjoy watching it. We have great guests. People really want to come on the show. I think we need, and we've mentioned this, management expertise to maximize the potential of the show and make it so that I don't have to be a boss to all of these employees, like hiring a CEO or doing something like that. So that's...
We're talking with a lot of people. Maybe we're going to hire somebody. There's potential discussions about minority investment and things like that, but nothing's been signed. None of it's happened. That's why these rumors are weird that people are claiming things are true when they're not. But ultimately, the decision we came to was we need to find a way to make sure Tim Castellar does keep going because it guys like there's a lot of people who are like, Tim did that show where he was complaining. It was so cringe. I'm like, I don't care what you think. Like,
I am if I'm feeling a way and I want to talk about it, I will. I find it cringe there. People are like Tim should be more corporate and keep it professional and not talk about the inner workings of it. No, I'm here to talk about what's actually going on.
And there's a lot of people who don't like that I do it. And a show could probably be bigger if I didn't. But that's not why I started doing this. All of this was started because I just wanted to express how I feel about things and what's going on. And I think it's fair to tell people, like, here's the basics of what is actually happening behind the scenes and why these things happen. Here's the podcast numbers. These companies aren't telling you the truth about how much they really make. And then you get these wacky stories like Tim was getting $100,000 per episode. What an insane amount of money. I'm like, oh, shut up. The five probably generates a
quarter million dollars an episode. And then they and those people get paid fat cash.
So spare me. They're all just attacking everybody because they're trying to pretend we are the humble, poor people and they're the rich. Shut up. Jessica Tarloff ragging. I mean, Kim Pool is getting so much money or what's her for crystal ball. If you guys don't want to make money on this stuff, you don't know what a CPM is. If you haven't bothered to do the research for your business on what market rate CPMs are, don't take it out on me because you're bad at business. These people cringe.
So anyway, I tell you, you know what I'd really love to do? Live in a van down by the river. I have no illusions of grandeur. I would much rather just wake up, relax, play some video games. I got to tell you, I had this period after I left Fusion and before going to Sweden where I was just like, man, I remember those days. They were good times. I had saved up a couple hundred thousand dollars from Fusion.
They paid me very well. And I'm thinking like, you know, what should I do next? You know, I can go back to doing what I've done before. I've got the money. I had airline status. So I had a bunch of free flights lined up. I had 500,000 airline miles built up so I could basically fly wherever. And there was a period where I largely would just like wake up when the sun came up and then go get breakfast.
go skate and exercise, come home, read the news. And then I'd play some video games and play some destiny or, um, I think overwatch at the time. And it was so chill, but I was a little bit listless still. There's a part of me that's like, it's great just to kind of chill and relax and not have to worry about it. But now I get guilty if I don't work. And so basically what, you know, the conclusion we've come to is 16 hour days are here to stay. You can't do IRL at the morning show. The morning show is basically the production for IRL. Let me tell you the secret.
People are like, how do you do Timcast IRL, light up these stories and produce it all? I'm like, the morning show is the production for Timcast IRL. In the morning, I'm reading all the news and lining up all these stories. I record segments. And then when we go to Timcast IRL, we bring in the guest conversation around many similar stories and those that came through during the day. So because I'm reading all the news, I understand all the context. I don't need a script writer. I don't need a producer to come to me and say, here's what's going on in the day. And I don't end up like Bill Maher, confused and wrong half the time.
So we have to do both. If one show's got to go, it's got to be IRL. But that's the biggest live news show on YouTube. That's kind of crazy, right? We're bigger than the big networks. And we're number two only to Pat McAfee.
Who's great, by the way. I'm not a sports guy, but shout out. Don't get me wrong with Twitch and Rumble. I think we're consistently around like number three and number four top streams. And so like, you know, it is what it is. I'm not going to sit here and pretend like we're the biggest there ever was. But it's kind of humbling. It's kind of crazy that we're at that point. So we're trying to figure out what's the way to maximize and be the mainstream to finally we won this political battle. We are fighting culture war. What can we do?
I can't say anything about what's going on behind the scenes without pissing people off. So I'll just put it at that, you know, and say we're doing our best. We're trying and we really want to figure out how to maximize everything. So let's let's let's read some more. Soapy Enigma says, why isn't the boonies discord getting finished set up? Why is the boonies YouTube sparse on content? The vacant like 2028. Well.
I hate to say it, but here's the truth. Unless I am running the project, it doesn't happen. And that's reality. And this is why I got pissed off a couple months ago and said, I don't see why we're doing this. And the idea was, let's just end all of our extraneous shows and culture building because either I am the CEO or I am the talent. Can't be both. Well, there's a problem. If I can't be both...
The talent portion makes the money that allows us to do these investments. And the CEO portion allows us to actually build a company. Well, as talent CEO of the company, I can easily manage my existing show, but it's still rather difficult to do everything, even for one show. We've got several. Shout out to the Pop Culture Crisis crew who are autonomous. They just get it done. Brett and Mary get the show done and they do a fantastic job of it. And it's great to see how big the show has gotten.
Booneys is much newer, but the consistent problem we've had with our vlog attempts, we have had cast castles, three iterations. None of them worked unless I step in and direct. So I'll give you an example. If you watch the cast castle episode, MTG plays MTG. Marjorie Taylor Greene plays Magic the Gathering. It was my idea, my directing, and then the crew edited it based on what the direction they were given. And it gets hundreds of thousands of views overnight.
And I'm like, guys, this is how it gets done. And then I walk away and I mean no disrespect, but it is with the reality. When I step away and say, do this, they can't. We've tried bringing in different people to run things and it failed. The latest iteration of our vlog show, the first vlog was supposed to be more like the boonies. We were launching race cars over our garage. Those videos are getting 50K to 100K. The first video got 500,000 because when I direct it and plan it, it hits.
Maybe it's my marketing expertise and being principal talent. Fine. But when it's passed off to other people to maintain, it just we can't get them off the ground. And the boonies has has struggled with this. So we've got some people we think we can bring in or make a big difference. But it has been lacking. And I complain about it all the time. But this is the challenge. I can't run a cultural show and a morning show and a night show and manage employees and finances. So we need a CEO.
Probably not a CEO, but we need an executive staff. We have a COO, so we have operational stuff getting done. But as we expand, we now need someone who's going to run a show. And it's challenging. Then we need more money. So I'm like, we got to do more ad reads. And so what I can only say is the Boonies Discord and the Boonies crew has been made aware of this probably 50 million times. And...
I can only say we are trying our hardest, but man, is it rough. Hence the maybe we need to wind everything back down to the single morning show, which generated the principal revenue of this company. Tim Castairel is very expensive.
And our margins. So when I do the morning show, which is in its history, was produced solely by me. Now we do have help. Chapter Chris Burtman. He's been he's been helping by doing story aggregation and like basically helping me source stories so I can get things. I can find things faster and, you know, viral viral posts and stuff like that. I largely do on my own and the money generated from it is massive. Millions of dollars.
when we switched and added Timcast IRL, it split the audience. Revenue increased, but workload more than doubled. And that's why we're like, maybe we need to just say like IRL is unsustainable. But of course, there's the guilt factor. And a lot of people who prefer IRL, considering it's the largest news show on YouTube Live, it'd be a stupid thing to do to just outright abandon something that a
We're like, well, we have to keep doing this. So we've had a lot of conversations with various networks and in these negotiations that do involve like more hands on ad sales and revenue and networking and things like this.
Probably where a lot of rumors start circulating and things like that. But we don't know exactly what's going to happen or what we're going to do. But I apologize. You know, we're working on the boonies. It's still relatively new. We're trying to get it going. The Instagram is picking up. The goal of the content on those platforms is to generate sales. I will say we are going to be launching boonies bounties very soon. So the content is getting made and the plans are underway. And we're hoping that we can bring on a couple new managers that we've already been talking with in a month or so.
Everything slow in December, but then we might get some hot action in the in the boonies realm. And there's other big developments, too, in the boonies. We've got interested parties that want to sponsor the show, which would give us more revenue, which can bring on more people and manage. But a show that requires people like six or seven people, it's expensive. Tim Pool morning show requires me. That's it.
I read the news. I complain on the internet. People watch. Hey, we good. I could bring in an ad salesperson, simplify my life, and make a lot of money. That would be a dream come true. But we don't want to walk away from IRL because it's a big show. I mean, what can we do, you know? And so we just need to figure out that proper management. IRL requires, I think, like seven or eight people to operate. It is what it is. And it's very expensive. So let's grab a couple more super chats. All right. Josh Berg says, Hello, Tim. My grandma's house is right by JFK where you grew up.
I'd go to that park all the time. Their house was on South Mobile. We'd go there for Christmas, fitting 30 people in a 600-square-foot house. Good memories. That's how we do it. Kennedy High School, bro. Yeah, so I lived just off of 60th and Narragansett, for those that know where that is. And JFK is on 55th and Narragansett-ish, I guess. Is it on Narragansett? It's on Narragansett. That's the name of the street. And Archer Avenue. Curves. So...
Your grandma's house is on, what did you say it was on? South Mobile? I had a buddy who lived on South Mobile. We used to hang out there every single day from like 14 to 17. And then everybody went to college and that was the end and we stopped hanging out there. It was fun though. It was fun though. Shout out to my friends over there. I don't want to say anybody's names or anything because I don't want you to be able to find their house, you know, considering we're talking about streets and stuff like that. Although I imagine anybody could find anything these days.
All right, what have we here? Supra Guy says, Cast Castle was the best when it was unscripted. It just felt more real. But we had our video producer moved. And so the person who was actually running the show moved. We'd hire other people, and then we just couldn't bring it back. We couldn't get it. We had a lot of ideas for funny jokes. We could never get off the ground. And again, when I step in and direct and say, film this, say this, do this, stop, say it like this, there's a lot of instances where—I'll give you an example.
I'd say to somebody like, here's the joke. The joke is you saying, I want you to say right now, camera, we're going to roll the camera and you say, no way, there's no way I can buy that. Action. No way I could buy that. Stop. No, go back. You need to say, there's no way I could buy that. Try again. When those things were going on, to the roof. Granted, I'm not saying it was all bad. The crew did a lot of really funny things on their own and it was really, really great, but we just couldn't maintain it.
So we were like, maybe we just make it a weekly thing on the website. And then we ultimately were just like, nobody, we can't do it. We can't do it. We couldn't make it work. I don't know. It's sad, but it's a reality. We had a bunch of funny bits, like Dr. Drew came over and then was locked in the basement until he starved to death. We did funny bits where we actually had Dr. Drew in the show. I mean, it was a lot of fun. It was a lot of fun stuff. I'm hoping we can get something like that off the ground again, but it's going to require...
We need management talent. You really got to understand how important management is, my friends. Management is massive, you know? But you know what?
I think I'm going to start to, I don't even know how long we've been live for an hour. I think I'm going to wrap things up right here. I'll post the two segments that I did. Or is it just one segment? I think it's got one extra segment that Haley Watts. I think I'll post it for people who want to just watch that one. But we'll wrap it up. I decided to go live because going live is fun. Honestly, I was bored. I was like, you know, I could record this segment right now. And they get, no, it's fun. I like going live. I just, I like it more. And maybe we'll do more live streams in the morning moving forward. What I'd like to do is actually have guests come
And I think we're working on that different from IRL. So ideally, in the two hours, we would do news. Then like 30 minutes in or an hour in, we bring in a guest. There would probably be ad reads. I'm talking with some production people about how we can make that happen and then create a more robust, individually hosted morning show. And I think it'll be better.
But then and then what we would do is two hour morning show and then I would record three 10 minute segments on top of it. And we would have those go up live. And then we're probably going to do is culture war is no longer going to be on Friday mornings, probably moving into the new year. And we're going to the goal of culture war was always to be more of a conversational debate show. So you may have noticed that we have a lot doing men on the street stuff.
We want to have more debates, so we need an urban setting, but we're working on that. We're planning it. It's got to be different from just like an IRL conversation. And so we've kept it along for some time, but now we need that development. And there's going to be big changes in 2025. It's a big year for us, so we're really excited. But I'm going to wrap things up. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Thanks for tuning in on our end-of-the-year stream.
Become a member at TimCast.com if you like it. And one thing we want to do, too, is we want to start thinking about what we can do to make a more robust membership platform. I think a lot of people really did like Cast Castle. A lot of people said that they only watched for Cast Castle. They were only members because of it. And maybe we need that back. We just need to bring about
better people who can make that show. We had a meeting recently with some guys who do production and it may be good because we all sit around making these funny jokes and we just need a director who can film it. And anybody can act so long as they're willing to take the direction. So thanks for hanging out, everybody. We'll be back tonight at 8 p.m. YouTube dot com slash Timcast IRL. It's going to be fun. We've got who's who's who's coming on. Let me check. Luke Beasley.
Luke Beasley will be joining us. And then tomorrow, I believe we have Charlie Kirk and Matt Gaetz and probably some others. So we're really excited for this. Thank you all so much for hanging out. And we will see you all tonight.
An impending government shutdown is nearing because Congress can't figure out how to pass a spending bill for this government. And they're trying to create a new omnibus continuing resolution pork monster, which for some reason provides funding for, say, $3 million in testing molasses. You don't know why. Whatever.
Vivek Ramaswamy, Elon Musk, Trump, 30 members of Congress, they're all saying outright, you know what? This is D.O.A. If you want to fund the government, single page, easy spending bill. So proposes Vivek Ramaswamy. What I love about this is that while Elon Musk certainly is one of the loudest voices in the civilian side calling out this pork spending bill, a waste of your money that you didn't vote for because members of Congress are weak willed. I digress.
The media is saying it's Trump and Elon Musk's fault this is happening. Well, I certainly agree that influence can be carried a long way and being wealthy, powerful and famous can make you influential. The reality is Elon Musk is not in front of this. He's behind this or he's not behind it. He's in front of it. I don't know. Whatever. He's not the one causing it, nor is Donald Trump.
Donald Trump tried to put some people in his cabinet. He tried to appoint some individuals and the Internet itself recoiled in horror. We have seen now in the past month or so many instances where Trump has backtracked on certain policy positions or personnel because regular people online were like, no. And now we're seeing it again. Here's the deal. The government wants funding. It wants to remain open until March.
The idea then that they would try to ram in a bunch of laws and spending for individuals and individual districts and counties. No, it's a no go. Vivek Ramaswamy says it's simple. You do a single page that says the current funding will continue until March. That's it. We're done. Instead, we have this bloated 1547 page garbage, which most people can't even read. Here's the best part.
Corporate press is lying. They're trying to make it seem like it's completely reasonable. But I'll break it down for you and explain why it's just simply not. I mean, the molasses testing thing is kind of funny. If you want to pass a law giving money to farmers because they do molasses testing, then write it up in a bill and get everyone to vote on it. But I'll tell you what's happening. You see, Congress is a bunch of lazy people. They are lazy people.
Maybe lazy is not the right word. They are more interested in fundraising for reelection than working on getting things done in Congress. So what ends up happening is, you know, you can sit around and try and negotiate these bills and you need to get some funding for your constituents. It's very difficult. So then comes along the continuing resolution. Nobody actually wants to draft a legitimate spending bill to figure out how the government should operate. So they just say, look, just write up whatever you want.
What you'll end up getting is some whip or higher ranking member of a party going to one of their members of Congress and saying, are you going to vote yes on this bill? And they go, well, you know, my constituents want millions of dollars in molasses testing. You put that in there and then I'll sign it. And they go, done. What do we care? And so you end up with instead of just a single page saying we're going to fund this, they're all ramming in all the things. You know what this reminds me of?
Do you guys ever see Bruce Almighty? What a great movie. Jim Carrey, he loathes God. He says, it's your fault. And then God comes to him and he says, I will grant you my powers for a while. And Jim Carrey all of a sudden has got the powers of God. Along with those powers comes prayer. And all of a sudden he's hearing all the prayers of everyone in his city, not even the world, just the city. So he decides to do, he says, yes to all.
And then what happens? Everybody wins the lottery. So instead of winning any real money, they only get a little bit. All bad things basically just erupt. Every somehow multiple sports teams wins the same win the same game. It's just insanity. That's what we're getting right here. Instead of actually going through this and saying one by one, here's what we need to do.
Congress is basically saying yes to all. And then you end up with weird nonsense. Look, they want to ban AI adult material. That's a law. That's not a funding bill. You see how they're playing these dirty games in Congress? Let me tell you, because we had Marjorie Taylor Greene on explain this to us. She said that when she first got into Congress, she was shocked to find nobody actually votes on bills. It's all fake.
And I'm like, well, what do you how is that possible? It says you got like five Democrats over here and five Republicans and a parliamentarians, not even the speaker. And they lift up a bill and they're like all in favor of this bill. And then the next passes. No one's even there.
And so Marjorie said that she, Thomas Massey, a handful of others would call for a floor vote on these bills to force Congress to come into the chamber and do their jobs. But they don't want to. They're too busy sitting in their office, making phone calls saying, I need money. Well, this needs to change. And if the government shuts down, so what?
But let's talk about it from The Washington Post. Government shutdown nears after Trump and Musk kill compromise. Congress has dwindling time left to find a new way to extend the current deadline of midnight Saturday. Oh, boy, I'm so excited. I hope they don't extend it. Now, I know a lot of people like Tim. There's people who work government jobs who are relying on paychecks to come in. And, you know, you've got this conflicting narrative. The people oppose it say, look, our veterans are going to get paid.
But my understanding is that there's a delay in pay, right? They don't get paid immediately. Their check will not get paid on time and it'll come back later. So I get it. But I'm going to go ahead and tell you all of our current service personnel should get paid on time no matter what. I don't I don't know why we have to have a bill that says you have to agree on this in order to pay people who have signed a contract. That I think is fine. Salaries of individuals who are in the military and service in any way. That's fine.
And I'll tell you this, if it's not going to be that way, then right now, any single member of Congress can draft a single page saying in the event of a government shutdown, we will allocate funding to make sure our service personnel are paid on time. Is there a problem? OK, let me say this. I'm sorry. I do mean it. If you're an individual with a government contract and you were promised something and the government shuts down,
You do not deserve a guarantee. When I take a job with any company, your paycheck can bounce. It happens. There's a viral video right now of a guy working at Wendy's and he says, I haven't got my paycheck in two weeks. So he grabs the register and walks out with it. I don't recommend that. The point is, when you work private sector, you have no guarantee the business will keep operating. And it happens a lot. People are working a job and then all of a sudden, two weeks later, the boss comes in and says, we're going out of business. We have no money left. I'm sorry, guys. I can't pay you.
What about those people? Is there a government guarantee? Just because you work for the government doesn't mean you should be exempt from market forces or the fact that there are no guarantees in life. Now, I understand we should adhere to our obligations. And if our government makes a promise to pay, it should pay. My point is simply working for government is no excuse to be immune to the pressures of a failure.
You and this is the problem we have in this country. In the private sector, you can fail in the government. You can't. The government will just borrow more money. They'll just take on debt or they'll print money, create it digitally in banks or on the Internet. That's what they do. And then we all have to pay inflation for it. You don't get a guarantee. I am sick of this government just deciding that no matter what happens and when they can manufacture the money and give it to whoever they want. And you are all exempt, not in the private sector. So here we go.
Republicans on Wednesday rejected a plan by House Speaker Mike Johnson for a three-month stopgap funding extension called the Continuing Resolution, or CR, with more than $100 billion in aid for natural disaster survivors. House Republican leaders made no significant process overnight to fund the government and avoid a government shutdown this weekend. Two people familiar with the negotiation said, blah, blah. In scrapping Johnson's plan, Republicans cast doubt on his ability to maintain the Speaker's gavel in next year's Congress. Yup, big mistake.
Trump and Elon have come out saying no. If Mike Johnson decides to defy, first of all, Elon is not the boss. He's not the president. He's not co-president. He's a guy with influence. And rightly so. He's very wealthy. He is liked by very many people. And he's on X. And he largely agrees with the majority of the people there. Now, Elon Musk is not a government official. He is simply an avatar representing what a lot of people expect to see. That's it.
Much as the left doesn't like it. So I say this, if you're going to defy the popular mandate, which is all of the public who are active in politics and making demands leading to the victories of Trump and the Republicans, if you're going to defy them and then Trump himself as the avatar of this anger, you're going to defy him. You deserve to lose the speakership. Goodbye, Mike Johnson. But we'll see. Mike Johnson's been working with Trump. So I think he's probably going to back down. I love this headline from Rolling Stone. First, buddy.
Musk kills government funding deal demands shut down until Trump is sworn in. Yeah, dude, if I you know, you know, I love about this. We get a lot of views here on Timcast. Y'all watch the show. I really do appreciate it. Nobody ever says Tim Pool kills government funding deal demands shut down until Trump is sworn in. What's the difference? I know people in the Trump administration. No, it's because Elon Musk is famous. What they're saying is, despite the fact that there are many,
Thousands, hundreds of thousands of influential people who agree with Elon Musk. Elon Musk is the most famous. Therefore, it's his fault. Yeah, no, not interested. Over on Fox News, Trump says he's totally against proposed continuing resolution. This chaos will not be would not be happening if we had a real president. We will in 32 days. Let's go. I got a bunch of stuff to show you. That's really funny. But let's start here with a statement from J.D. Vance and Donald Trump.
He says the most foolish and inept thing ever done by congressional Republicans is allowing our country to hit the debt ceiling in 2025. It was a mistake, and it's now something that must be addressed. Meanwhile, Congress is considering a spending bill that would give sweetheart provisions for government censors and for Liz Cheney. The bill would make it easier to hide the records of the corrupt January 6th committee, which accomplished nothing for the American people and hid security failures that that happened that day. This bill would also give Congress a pay increase while many Americans are struggling this Christmas increase. And it's like a near 40 percent increase, by the way.
Increase in the debt ceiling is not great, but we'd rather do it on Biden's watch. If Democrats won't cooperate on the debt ceiling now, what makes anyone think they would do it in June during our administration? Let's have this debate now. We should pass a streamlined spending bill that doesn't give Chuck Schumer and Democrats everything they want. Republicans want to support our farmers, pay for disaster relief, and set our country up for success in 2025.
The only way to do that is with a temporary funding bill without Democrat giveaways combined with an increase in the debt ceiling. Anything else is a betrayal of our country. Republicans must get smart and tough. If Democrats threaten to shut down the government unless we give them everything they want, then call their bluff. It is Schumer and Biden who are holding up aid to our farmers and disaster relief. This chaos would not be happening if we had a real president. We will in 32 days.
Here's CNN. Here's what's in the government funding agreement. I love this because they choose only the best provisions and they leave out the weird stuff like changing the word offender to justice involved person. I love that one. And considering it's one thousand five hundred and forty seven pages, it's really hard to figure out what they're trying to do. CNN says disaster aid funding, one hundred billion dollars to help the people struggling with the hurricane, the natural disasters. That's why we have to do this.
That's the game they play because they're evil. So they come out and they go to certain reps and they say, if you vote no on this, you're voting no on disaster relief. And what do you think your constituents are going to say? And they're like, I guess we have to do it. The funny thing is, following the massive backlash, many of these reps realized the backlash for supporting it was bigger than against it. And so they fell in line. Good. Rightly so.
They say economic aid for farmers, $10 billion. Well, our farmers need the aid. Okay. Reforms for pharmacy benefit managers. Well, okay, I guess. I don't know. And then says Maryland bridge funding to rebuild the Francis Scott Key Bridge. Interesting. Partially, it said it would be fully funded by the federal government. It allowed the Treasury Department to recoup money for many settlements related to the bridge's collapse. Control of our RFK Stadium and pay raises for lawmakers.
Yeah, they want to raise their salaries to, I think, two hundred and forty three thousand or something like this. It doesn't actually state, does it? Yeah, you see what CNN is doing there. They're they're they're glossing over what they're actually doing here. It's a hefty pay increase, nearly 40 percent criminalizing revenge porn. What? Why is that in there? A bipartisan bill that criminalizes the public publication of nonconsensual intimate imagery. And they're conflating revenge with deep fake.
This is about deepfake, not revenge. This is about anyone, anywhere making a computer generated image of a person doing adult activities. Now, I certainly think it's disgusting and we as a society should not tolerate it. But it is weird nonetheless to jam that into a continuing resolution funding bill. It's not. All this is, is someone said, if you want me to vote yes, give me my bill. Then I can go around and say I got it done. Weird.
Here we go. Natalie Winter says the CR Omnibus expands the Pandemic All Hazards Preparedness Act, allowing for vaccine and mask mandates, vaccine passports, intentional emergency powers and gain of function research. Do we really, really want that? Meanwhile, Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency over bird flu. Do we really want that? Here we go from Benjamin Weir, Weigh or Weingarten?
I'm like, his name's getting cut off. Benjamin Way. In the dead of night just before Christmas in the next year, Congress is trying to extend a key cog in the censorship industrial complex. It would be absolutely egregious to let the Global Engagement Center live for another year. In fact, this is an organization being sued, a function of government being sued by the Federalist and the Daily Wire for censorship. Indeed. And they want us to spend money on that.
30 House Republicans have now come out against the 1,547-page continuing resolution spending bill that funds the government. So bravo to these individuals. You got Corey Mills, Thomas Massey, Tim Burchett, Nancy Mace, Bob Good, Chip Roy, Lorne Boebert, Eli Crane, Michael Cloud, Andy Biggs, Paul Gosar, Eric Brunson, Keith Self, Ralph Norman, Andrew Clyde, Dan Bishop, Ralph Norman twice, Wesley Hunt, Warren Davidson, Kevin Kiley, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Jeff Van Drew, Matt Rosendale, Tom Tiffany, Victoria Sparks, Randy Weber, and Tom White.
So I don't know, is that 29 or did you just double up a name accidentally? I don't know. Either way, I'm glad to see. However, if enough Republicans and Democrats come together on this one, it just happens. And boy, they might. I'd like to give an honorable mention to our good friend Kyle Kalinske, who's lost his mind. And he's made an AR. I don't know where he got this, but he posted an image of Elon Musk being sworn in with Donald Trump holding the Bible. Then you have him posting another image.
unhinged image, a comic where Elon and J.D. are in a car and Trump's in the back wheel playing with a fake steering wheel. And it's so cute. He thinks he's steering. Uh huh. And then you have another one, man, Kyle, what is going on with your brain? And it's Elon Musk with Trump on puppet strings. Dude, I just there's no coherent argument here.
That's it. And the only response that these liberal personalities have had is that an unelected billionaire is secretly controlling government. Is that the only thing they can do? Oh, these people are so stupid. It's frustrating how dumb they are. Donald Trump has been doing this well before Elon got involved. The idea that Elon secretly in control is silly.
In fact, if Elon was in control, Trump would come out hard and just say, we're going to ban TikTok because TikTok is competition for X. But that's not it. Elon wants to get things done. Elon, the same as literally any other person who realized, Kyle, y'all are insane and you're liars. And now let me pull up Elizabeth. One is going to find Elizabeth Warren's tweet. X post. Sorry, her her post on X where she's basic. I don't I don't know what she posted or corporate profits, blah, blah, blah.
Co-president. She's got a bunch of these things. It's just the stupidest thing ever. This is what they're doing. Elon Musk owns SpaceX, Tesla, and X, a major government contractor. As co-president, he can steer billions of federal dollars towards his own companies. How can we be sure that what he's whispering to Trump is for the good of the country and not for the good of himself? Don't know. Don't care. Shut your mouth. I can't stand these people. They're there. It's it's it's I don't know, insufferable. Put that way. When Trump won.
You had what's his face on CNBC or MSNBC or whatever. He was like, what's the guy's name? I can't even remember because he's so irrelevant. And man, I really don't remember his name. One of their anchors, he was like, Elon Musk thought he was going to be co-president, but now he's not. And it was like, OK, yeah, that was never a thing. You made that up. And now that these moves are being made, they're once again now acting like we never said that. Lawrence O'Donnell, that's the guy.
Yeah, he was like, Elon thought he was going to be co-president. No, that never happened. That's something liberals made up. Elon never said that. That's the crazy world they live in. Well, here we go. AOC says Republicans are trying to shut down the government because they want to set up a massive set up massive tax cuts for the rich next year while cutting Social Security and Medicare. They know Americans don't support that. So they're holding the entire government hostage to try to force it. No, no. Hold on there a minute. I'm getting a tax cut.
Oh, well, gee, now I'm even more in support of it. Great. Let's go. The funny thing is Trump didn't give the wealthy a tax cut. He gave everybody a tax cut. It's just that the left lied about it. Famously, Matthew Iglesias says progressive messaging was great. Despite the fact that Trump did cut middle class taxes, they're convinced he didn't. These people are evil. They want you to keep paying taxes to fund their their crap, their pork.
And then we're left wondering why our prices are going up. What I love about the demand for a pay raise from some of these people, these members of Congress, I don't think it's unfair to argue that after a certain amount of time, you need a pay raise for certain positions. The issue is Congress is at fault for inflation. They're the ones who are passing these bills with pork in it that is destroying the economy.
It's their fault. I don't care if it's a Republican or Democrat. Cry more. And then the idea that they're like, well, now we need to pay raise because of inflation. Well, maybe you should be more responsible with the money being borrowed and spent in this country and the spending you are doing. It's resulting in inflation. The Inflation Reduction Act increased inflation.
One of the Krasnoyarskian liberals, you know him, you love him. He said we had a mandate from 2020 as well with Joe Biden winning. I'm like, you did? Yeah, I completely agree. And boy, what did you do with that? You screwed that one up. I don't think the mandate from the people was to exacerbate international conflicts, open up our southern border and destroy our economy.
I believe there was a mandate. They thought that we were going to get things back on track because the economy was actually in trouble during COVID. And they said, we want Democrats to try and get this COVID thing under wraps. Instead, we got war, conflict, crisis, an open border and inflation. And so people voted for Donald Trump because the mandate exists. The mandate is the same as it always is. Get price under control, help our families, help our jobs, no wars. And now we have a mandate for Trump. The mandate tends to stay the same.
So AOC, cry more about it. Vivek says the failed CR bill tried to sneak in salary increases and health benefits for congressmen and senators while they are blowing hard-earned taxpayer money on special interests. We disagree on policy, Chris Murphy, but don't use our troops as a smokescreen for your own salary hike. This is the dirty game they play, but our troops are troops.
The bank says, here's how you do a one page continuing resolution. It says, uh, section one, short title, the continuing appropriations act of 2025 will be, is amended by striking the date specified in section one Oh six, three and inserting March 14th, one 25. That's it. It's all you need. You're done. But they want to put in weird things like criminalizing AI adult images, which is like, if you want to pass that bill, make a bill. That's weird. Polly market says there's a 33% chance. Mike Johnson will be out as speaker before Donald Trump is inaugurated.
Which makes sense because Congress is the new Congress is sworn in on the third. And then they're going to there's going to be January 6th. And so they'll be voting on a new speaker. So it's entirely possible. I think it's entirely possible. Mike Johnson is out depending on what he does here. We don't we don't know. I guess we'll have to wait and see. But the government shutdown is coming. And you know what? So be it. You know, it's funny is there was a funny quote by Bannon. We talked about this a long time ago. I forgot what the quote was. But it's funny that.
Government shutdowns largely do not impact the average person. It is only the corrupt, whinging swamp class in this country that are really, really upset about it. Oh, no, government shutdown. You know what, man? So be it. I prefer a government shutdown over dysfunction any day. No government is better than swamp government. And I understand people are going to say, but Tim, my paycheck. Yeah, well, look.
I feel bad for you. I really do. I don't want anybody to go without eating or whatever. Promises made should be kept. And if you are working a job and the government says they're going to pay you, they should. But I don't believe it's fair to say that your job should be exempt from market forces. If my company goes out of business and I go broke, what do I get? Are y'all going to pass a bill saying, well, we can't let Tim go to business? Of course not. So why is it then that when the people demand the government stop the pork, anybody would say, I deserve special access?
In this world, nothing is guaranteed. And I know that's a harsh reality, but I'm not going to sit here and pretend that a guy who just lost his job when his construction firm went under is somehow less deserving than a guy who works for the post office, who loses his job because of the government. And you know what's funny? It's temporary, too. Temporary. Nothing is guaranteed, man. Smash the like button or whatever. Follow me on X and Instagram at TimCast. Comment, let me know what you think, because I know a lot of people don't like government shutdowns, and I hear it a lot every time this happens. But, you know,
Let us know what you think. You can follow me on Instagram at Tim Gaston. We'll see you all in the next segment. In a major win for Donald Trump, Georgia appeals court has disqualified Fulton County D.A. Fonny Willis from prosecuting Donald Trump. Now, this is their election interference Georgia case. She's out, but it's not over. They're still trying to put Donald Trump in prison, which is very weird considering he won. But I think most of you have realized they will not go quietly into that good night.
And that means we're going to have to make sure we remain vigilant. But there's a challenge here. Many people feel like their job is done. The election came and went. That's it. Republicans have won. But now what are we dealing with? This ridiculous continuing resolution, attacks from the media and efforts still to put Trump in prison. Donald Trump had filed to throw out the New York case, the hush money case, citing presidential immunity. Judge Mershon said, nope.
Sentencing is still pending. And this is insane. The idea that Donald Trump was convicted a long time ago. And by the way, of course, we all know that the charges against him completely fake nonsense. But the idea that he must still sit and wait and they won't give an answer has people questioning what is going on. Now, I'll give you my opinion. I'm rather confident.
I am. I'm rather confident. I'm rather hopeful. We have seen such tremendous victory in the past couple of weeks that despite the fact they're still trying to prosecute Trump in Georgia, which they can't because of presidential immunity. And despite the fact they're still trying to put him in prison, I think Trump's going to win. But it's not because Donald Trump is Superman. It's because of you.
You take a look at the moves Trump has made in recent history. I mean, like in the past month with appointing individuals, you take a look at the continued resolution. And it is quite literally the fact that all of you watching shows like this and speaking up has put pressure on not just Trump, but those around him, resulting in Trump correcting when bad moves are made. Most notably, Chad Chronister. This guy was a sheriff in Florida, or he is, and he wanted to be head of the DEA.
But, well, people on Twitter pointed out that he was just following orders during COVID, arresting a pastor and bragging about it. And that was it. No redemption. Donald Trump ultimately ousted the guy because of public outcry. So right now, I think with your active engagement in the political process, they will not be able to make these moves against Donald Trump because he's got a popular mandate. But to be fair, I don't see y'all on X side.
It's not going to function the same way, right? You know, putting pressure on Trump. Trump listens. The machine will keep on machining and trying to shut down Donald Trump before he can get in office. And now there's numerous conspiracy theories about as to what they will try to do. The deep state to prevent Donald Trump from having a successful term. We've got a state of emergency in California over bird flu. Now, many fear we could get lockdown provisions before Trump even gets into office. Yeah.
In 2020, in January, that's when the COVID story started to bubble up. Hopefully not. Some are suggesting that these drones flying over New Jersey are looking for nuclear material and there could be an attempt on Donald Trump's life again or some kind of nuclear scare, which would allow the government to lock things down and inhibit Trump's ability to lead. While others are suggesting, yeah, look, they're still trying to put him in prison. Despite the fact that Fannie Willis is out for her corruption,
New York is still saying Trump's going to go to prison. But let's read the news over at CNN dot com. They report a Georgia court of appeals on Thursday disqualified Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis.
from prosecuting the case against President-elect Donald Trump and alleged co-conspirators over charges of 2020 election subversion. The long-awaited decision in a state criminal case against Trump that was already on hold raises questions about whether the case can move forward in court. The appeals court found that Willis's office can't prosecute the case, so a new special prosecutor would need to be appointed for the case to continue.
The appeals court found that a significant appearance of impropriety was enough to potentially taint the case in the public eye. The appellate court decided, however, it wouldn't dismiss the sprawling racketeering conspiracy case entirely.
While we recognize that an appearance of impropriety generally is not enough to support disqualification, this is the rare case in which disqualification is mandated and no other remedy will suffice to restore public confidence in the integrity of these proceedings, the court wrote in Thursday's opinion. The court added, we cannot conclude that the record also supports the imposition of the extreme sanction of dismissal of the indictment.
Trump and some of his co-defendants have been trying to get Willis disqualified from the case because of a romantic relationship she had with Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor she hired to help out of the case. And they lied about it. Oh, boy, they were. It's so sad. It's truly a romantic love story of corruption. The defendants argued that Willis financially benefited from the relationship with Wade, whose defense attorneys say covered several vacations for the pair. But it was just a cash transaction loan, in fact.
So she said with no ability to track that the payments came from. It's been a while since we covered this.
But certain credit card payments were traceable. And then don't worry, it was paid back in cash, which we can't see because she carries cash on her. OK, well, I do believe my friends, they are still going to try to put Donald Trump in prison, despite the fact he's president elect. And I'm warning you now, if Donald Trump does not have Kash Patel and Pam Bondi do the work of bringing investigations to to the forefront.
of going after the corrupt elements of the deep state, Trump himself will be in prison. We have Harmeet Dhillon, who's excellent, by the way. She's being brought in on civil rights issues. And hopefully she, along with Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, can bring criminal charges or at least begin the process. I don't know exactly what their rules, how the rules will function, but Kash could do this as head of FBI. Launch investigations into conspiracy against civil rights. That is in New York. What they're doing to Trump is fake. Now, many of you
Probably already know, but I know that there is many people who are new to what's going on in the news. And so I will explain to you why it's fake. Donald Trump was accused of falsifying business records in order to pay off Stormy Daniels and avoid negative PR. They say that he funneled this money to her and then called it a legal expense.
Because it was all done through Michael Cohen. Well, the problem is Cohen said initially that Trump never told him to do it, but he knew what Trump wanted. Well, you can't prove that Trump actually ordered anything. Trump paid his lawyer and his lawyer is doing whatever his lawyer was doing, but fine. Let's say the argument is that Trump intentionally falsified these records for which he's been criminally charged and convicted. 34 felony counts, they say. It's a misdemeanor. And that in that regard, it was well beyond its statute of limitations.
How then are they claiming it's a felony? Well, they said actually it was falsification of business records in furtherance of an additional crime. OK, wow. I can't believe Trump did it. What was the other crime? Oh, wait, there isn't one. So it's fake. If Trump does not get into office on the 20th and then bring the hammer down on these corrupt forces, we live in a banana republic. This country is just garbled nonsense. But I got to tell you, my friends, the sad reality is most people think the job is done.
They really do. Now, there are still those of you watching this show right now who deeply care about what's happening. And we have fears and concerns. We who are particularly politically active know that there's no guarantees. And we are terrified of what could happen the next 32 days. Maybe they arrest Trump. Who knows? Maybe that crazy guy the other day was right. And the liberals send 11 million people to D.C. for their own January 6th and stops Trump. I have no idea.
But there are a lot of people who stop paying attention. They feel like, you know, well, moving on. Right. We voted. We did it. Everything should get better now, we are hoping. And I can respect it to a certain degree. You know, it's not everyone's job to be hyper focused on politics. But right now, Trump is still at war with this corrupt element of government that's not going to back down. I mean, take a look at the continuing continuing resolution.
They know Trump's about to get in. They are trying to sabotage everything. In fact, that continuing resolution reportedly has a provision that would prevent Congress or anyone from getting a subpoena on House data, which would effectively shield
All of these corrupt members of Congress for any impropriety. Now, of course, we focus on, say, Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, those involved in the J6 subcommittee who were either tampering with witnesses or withholding evidence or lying and leaking classified information. We're going to need those subpoenas. But this is the game they're playing because they lie, cheat and steal. Now, my friends, you may be asking, how do they get away with it?
How is it that we only have a handful of members of Congress who actually are good people? Unfortunately, it's because after the election, people checked out. That's where we're at. A lot of these people just said, I did my job. Now, here we are. We have this from Fox News. Trump judge under fire for delays. Longest performance in history, says legal expert. Turley says Judge Mershon's decision to keep Trump as defendant in waiting is perfectly horrific.
Fox News contributor and George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley said Tuesday that Judge Juan Merchan's decision to uphold Trump's 34-count felony conviction continues his perfectly horrific and longest performance of Hamlet in history. He said, well, actually, do they have the video? Let's play the video. And New York Judge Juan Merchan upholding President-elect Trump's conviction for falsifying in this case. Now, what was the judge's reasoning if you were to put yourself in his shoes? What was he saying?
WELL, HE REALLY IRON PLATED THIS DECISION. HE SAID FIRST OF ALL THIS WAS NOT OFFICIAL CONDUCT BUT EVEN IF IT WAS OFFICIAL CONDUCT IT WASN'T PROTECTED AND EVEN IF IT WAS PROTECTED AND SOME EVIDENCE CAME IN THAT SHOULDN'T HAVE COME IN IT WAS ALL HARMLESS ERROR. SO YOU CAN PICK ANY ONE OF THOSE THREE AND HE WOULD STILL BE GOOD TO GO.
That is an opinion that is likely to get support from some people on the appellate level. What's interesting about the opinion is it really contradicts what many in the media have said for months, that the Supreme Court's decision granted sweeping immunity, that it was a, quote, death squad ruling. Merchant had no difficulty in finding exceptions that might apply to this case.
And so I think a lot of judges would probably agree with the outcome, not necessarily all of the reasoning of Judge Mershon, but we will have to see. There are good faith arguments the Trump team made and will make on appeal.
AND STEPHEN CHUNG IS A TRUMP SPOKESPERSON SAID THIS, THE DECISION IS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE SUPREME COURT'S DECISION ON IMMUNITY AND OTHER LONGSTANDING JURISPRUDENCE. BUT DOES THAT MATTER? PRESIDENT TRUMP MUST BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE THE PRESIDENTIAL TRANSITION PROCESS AND EXECUTE THE VITAL DUTIES OF THE PRESIDENCY. COULD THIS SPILL INTO THE NEW ADMINISTRATION?
Well, that's the real question we're struggling with, Dana, here, because this judge has the longest performance of Hamlet in the history of New York and Broadway. I mean, he's—we're waiting for him to just simply reach these decisions so that we can have clarity and, more importantly, an appeal.
So he's got a number of objections to how he handled the trial. Some of us believe the trial is riddled with reversible error. Of course it is. He's unlikely to find that he committed those errors. And then he's got to deal with the sentencing question.
You have District Attorney Bragg saying, well, maybe we should just leave him in sort of suspended animation for four years. That would leave the leash in the hands of Judge Mershon. Trump has to come in. Trump has to enter office and bring down the hammer. These people need to be brought to heel. They have been lying and cheating and stealing for too long.
My friends, I've been making this point quite a bit. The law is not what's written down. The law is what constitutes the people and whether or not they are willing to support or oppose something. And the reality is the people of New York want this to happen largely. I know we can all say a major shift towards Donald Trump in the election, but they don't care.
I'm surprised Daniel Penny actually was was acquitted in the Neely case, but they still protest in New York. Those elements still exist. The man was lucky right now. What we've what we are seeing and what we've seen is that there are Democrats, uniparty establishment forces that do not care what the law says, do not care what is true. They will lie and do whatever they can. And guess what? This is the problem we have as a society, as a country.
The left knows they agree. Take a look at the UnitedHealthcare alleged assassin, Luigi Mangione. They openly conflate Kyle Rittenhouse with Luigi Mangione. They are trying to imply that Kyle Rittenhouse went out to an event and looked at people he hated and premeditated gunned them down.
This is not what happened. Cal Rittenhouse was rendering aid to these people until someone threatened to kill him and someone else fired a gun. After a man grabbed his gun, he fired on him. As he ran to get help, someone hit him with a skateboard and knocked him to the ground and he fired in self-defense. Another guy ran up with a handgun and he fired in self-defense. We don't want that to happen. We are sad that it happened. That's it.
Luigi Mangione premeditated, allegedly, this assassination, showing up and shooting a man in the back. And they conflate that. They don't care about what is honorable, what is true, and what is moral. They care about winning and gloating about it because they're demons. I'm not saying literally every Democrat or liberal is a demon. Some of them are just ignorant and not really paying attention. Some of them know that the elements of the left are evil, but they're like, yeah, but I'll get what I want.
That's what we see in Congress right now with this continuing resolution. Basically, them saying that we'll pass this bloated continuing resolution if I get one little tiny thing that I want. So everybody gets their wish answered, even if it's chaos. It is obvious, my friends.
The left doesn't care about norms or rules or what's on paper. They will lie. The E. Jean Carroll case is insane. The civil fraud case against Trump where the alleged victim said we were not defrauded. Trump told us about these things and made us money and we want to work with him again. Nope. It's still fraud. Take his money. Take his buildings. Make him put up $100 million. They won't stop.
If Donald Trump does not get in and bring down the hammer, we are going to see a rapid escalation of let's just call it Banana Republic ask fake law. People seem to think they live in this world where they're like, but the law says you can't do this. Hey, police can't enter my home without a warrant. Surprise, surprise. They did anyway, because some people really do live in this world where they think if it's written down, that's the only thing can happen.
And that is just not the case. I think conservatives should understand this. They put up gun-free zone signs everywhere, and that doesn't seem to do anything to stop people who bring guns into them.
So what makes you think when you tell a cop you can't enter someone's home that there's going to be like, well, because I can't do it now, law abiding citizens, police officers and anyone else in government? Well, of course they abide by this. But the end result is that bad people will do whatever they want to do. And we unfortunately are seeing extremely evil people at high levels of government here right now in these systems using them to destroy this country.
There's a funny story right now. Apparently, Jill Biden is saying telling Joe to burn it all down. Yeah, maybe. Take a look at this from ABC News. Manhattan D.A. suggests non-prison sentence for Trump. Hey, maybe here's a path forward.
Trump could receive a non-incarceratory sentence or his sentencing could be delayed until he leaves office in lieu of criminal hush money, of his criminal hush money conviction being dismissed entirely. Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg argued in court. The D.A. argued, I'm sorry, the D.A. urged Judge Juan Merchan to reject Trump's request to throw out the jury's verdict and dismiss the case on the grounds of presidential immunity, arguing the request goes well beyond what is necessary to protect the presidency.
The people acknowledge the importance of an orderly executive transition and the peaceful transfer of power. But those interests do not require the extraordinary step of abating post-trial motion practice in a pre-existing criminal case. You know what, man? I hate tribalism. I don't care to be a part of any tribalism. I just and for that, I think I think I could do better business wise if I just accepted it.
Just you know what? No matter what Trump does, he's right. You know, Democrats are always wrong no matter what. We'll always just find an argument. But that's not that's not the world that I live in. And I can't do that. I just can't. There are a lot of people on the left. That's all they do. And there are some people on the right that do this as well. Trump can never be wrong. When Joe Rogan says something critical of Trump, then Joe Rogan's bad. And then Joe Rogan supports Trump. And then Joe Rogan's the best. I don't know.
I like to live in a world of consistency, I guess, because I actually have values and a worldview. But it is it is frustrating to see just how evil these people can be. They don't care that this is fake. The Democrats look at the filibuster. So let's let's bring this one up.
The Democrats want to get rid of the filibuster because right now with the tie breaking majority, it's 50 50 in the Senate, but they've got Kamala Harris as VP. So she breaks the ties. The filibuster holds them back. A single individual can make a demand and then it can block certain provisions. So they said, let's get rid of that simple majority rules. And then the Republicans won everything. And Democrats immediately backed down. They wanted to exercise power against you.
And they were hoping they were going to use it to win. And then when they didn't, now all of a sudden they don't want to get rid of the filibuster. Isn't that one funny? The Democrats wanted to seize power until they could. But you know what? I got to be honest. I think there's a harsh reality. And that is, it is of the classically liberal mind, minds like mine, where we can sit here and in our comfort say, no, no, we must adhere to solid principle, despite the fact we are facing evil. So I'll wrap by presenting you with a moral conundrum.
One of the arguments that is presented to classical liberals, disaffected liberals and people like me is, guys, if we ban speech, then they will use those bans against us. It's a slippery slope towards totalitarianism and an end of free speech. But you know what they never say? If you allow the far left free speech, it's a slippery slope to them advocating for gender, for child mutilation.
The slippery slope goes in every direction. There is no real answer. It is peak naivete to think that we can sit here and say this is the peak. This is where we rest. Let me stress this again. Many are saying don't go to war because then they'll use those same tactics against Trump. They're already doing it against Trump. If we allow them to do this, it'll only get worse.
So when people say we can't go to war and arrest people because then they're going to retaliate, it's like they already are. And this is the moral question that I have in terms of, you know, I was saying this last night, I'm probably becoming more of a moral traditionist as I get older because you start to recognize what is good and what is bad, right? These things exist. Okay, bad would be tyrannical dictatorship, preventing people from expressing their opinions, political opinions, and whatever nasty cultural opinions they have. And that's what free speech is for.
So we say, OK, look, as long as you're not advocating for crime or murder or violence, then you can say what you want. Next thing we know, Democrats are out advocating for, let's just say, child abuse in all its forms. And they start going to they start lobbying for it. They start getting laws passed in this behalf. And then we're like, man, the slippery slope went the other way. So we ask ourselves, should we allow people to advocate for these crimes against children?
Well, the argument for many of these free speech people is like, and I use that as an extreme example, but let's use some other examples, right? Like hate speech in general. The reality is,
When you say we're going to ban hate speech, the fear is they're going to call what we say hate speech. OK, what happens when you don't ban it? The left goes out and creates an entire culture built around hating white people and then creating DEI divisions. And that's a reality. I am not saying I'm advocating for any kind of censorship on hate speech. I'm saying that the slippery slope can go either direction.
And then the problem we face is that we end up with an entire left that will shut down free speech because we allow them the space to do this while simultaneously advocate. They want to advocate for their crackpot ideas, which are criminal, argue free speech while using that space to take away our rights to speak our opinion.
I think it's fair to say, my friends, there is no absolute free speech. There is no position to hold. There is simply those with power will exercise it. And that's what the left has learned from for a long time. What I think that ultimately comes down to is we as those who are moderate, free, loving people have a wider tolerance for speech, not that we agree that everything should be allowed to be spoken. And therein lies the deep moral challenge.
