We have major breaking news right now. The CIA HQ is being swarmed by cops. SWAT has been deployed. My understanding is a very serious situation. A man with a gun was outside making threats and opening fire. I believe they say he was firing into the air, not targeting individuals, but we don't know exactly what's happening other than, yo, it's getting insane out there.
The escalation is getting absolutely insane. More Tesla dealerships have been attacked, this time in Chicago. There is a map from Newsweek showing all the different dealerships that were attacked. Jimmy Kimmel lightly insinuates people should be careful here. Jimmy Kimmel and Colbert both said, don't do it with a wink wink.
Yeah, basically saying go do it. Colbert was a bit more explicit in celebrating the attacks as the audience laughed and cheered as the left engages in overt acts of terror. You've got from the highest levels, politicians cheering the demise of Tesla stock and its company. And then you've got the lowest levels, far left extremists, firebombing and torching buildings and even injuring themselves last night.
The swattings once again continued. We have reports of a couple more individuals getting swatted on the right. Videos emerged of Owen Schroyer being brought out of his home, walking backwards with his hands extended in his boxers as he was also swatted. And things are starting to get a lot worse. As I was preparing this segment,
Which was the the original title, of course, was that Pam Bondi says we are coming after the individuals engaged in this domestic terror, explicitly stating its terror. News broke about CIA HQ. So suffice it to say, my friends, I think things are getting particularly hot in this country. I have seen nothing but escalation over the past several years when everyone told me that it was insane to think things would escalate.
I maintain, I believe Phil Labonte put it best when he said, there's no off-ramp. There's no reason to expect de-escalation. So we're going to get into all of this news. We'll track the breaking news. But shout out to Louder With Crowder and Mug Club, Stephen Crowder. Thank you for the raid. This is the Rumble Morning Lineup.
So yesterday we were the number one live stream in the country at the noon hour with a combined 85,000. But we had a we had 65,000 on Rumble. That Rumble stream just by itself was the biggest live stream in the country. So the Rumble lineup is fantastic. And I want to give a shout out to Steven Crowder and the Mug Club crew.

Everybody's goofing off, having a fun time. And if you want to see what we're doing backstage and the conversations we have before the show, not as not as newsy, a little bit more cultural. Check that out and join Rumble Premium. But again, my friends smash that like button. I'll put it this way. I have discovered the means by which I can get the most likes imaginable.
Every like is one more year to Fauci's prison sentence. I jokingly said that the other day and we got 17,000 likes. And I was like, OK, I think people like that joke. It works. If that's what motivates you, everybody smash the like button. And then and then I'll send a text to my friends in the Trump administration. That's how many years they want. So here's the breaking news. And the reason I do think this is absolutely pertinent to the larger show I have for you guys is that the show prepared was going on, was going to discuss Pam Bondi.
And the declaration, not so much a declaration, but the statement, this is domestic terror. And then to show you the late night hosts gloating, essentially advocating for more. I say essentially because it is clear what their intentions are as the audience cheers them on when they make these statements. Now they argue, Colbert says.
I oppose the violence. And this comes from deep down in my CBS legal department. And everyone laughs, ha ha ha, indicating he's only saying it because he has to. And we all know it. And they cheer when he says people are destroying private owned Tesla vehicles. On top of that, yesterday, we covered this on Timcast IRL. There is a map created by far presumably far leftists where the cursor is a Molotov cocktail.
And it's a map showing Tesla locations, but also the private information of private Tesla owners. Yeah, regular guy, regular man. Oh, and people just own the cars. It is shocking how far this is going. On top of all this, we have what the left is describing as a looming constitutional crisis. Why? Well, Donald Trump, as he's deporting criminal aliens under the Alien Enemies Act, which he's allowed to do, they're arguing it's unconstitutional.
That is to say, right now, federal judges are blocking nearly every move the president is making, which he is legally allowed to make, arguing that the president requires judicial and legislative approval before taking any actions. We knew there would be obstruction, but this is the administrative attack. Then we have the cultural attack, and then we have the physical on the ground violence erupting right now. The first story I have for you.
High alert. CIA headquarters swarmed by cops over man with a gun as SWAT is called in just hours after JFK files were released. I don't know why they are adding that JFK files thing. It literally makes no sense. It's strange. We've got photos here.
From breaking news, dozens of cops have swarmed CIA HQ. A man reportedly fired shots into the air and was heard making threats. Police and SWAT teams have shut down roads leading to the CIA campus over a threat to the facility, officials confirmed. We've got images here of appears to be SWAT and other police and law enforcement. A passerby of the incident called the police response massive with an entire entrance to the Langley, Virginia HQ blocked off with police, military and fire trucks rushing to assist. Journal
Journalist Andrew Layden posed on an exit. The subject has fired multiple rounds into the air. Understand, guys, what goes up must come down. Do not do this. This is this is serious violence. Those bolts come down somewhere. The CIA has confirmed there were threats at the gate, which is less than 10 miles from D.C., but has yet to provide any further details.
The CIA, CIA, CIA and local cops didn't immediately respond to requests for comment. A live stream of the incident on Facebook shows dozens of officers gather on the entrance with other vehicles surrounding the area. The attack comes just hours after President Trump released a portion of classified papers on the shooting of JFK. The 80,000 pages related to the fatal November shooting may prove insight to
may provide insight into the decades-long unfounded rumors the CIA was involved in the shooting. Now, again, this is all speculative that they're adding onto the story they should not be doing. The funny thing is these stories are breaking in UK outlets first. SWAT teams descend on CIA headquarters after man fires gunshots.
Police have an important to say they sang into the air. Fairfax County Police Bomb Squad is in attendance with police rushing to the scene about 1035 a.m. So this happened a couple hours ago. Fox 5 and ABC News are reporting the person was allegedly making threats outside the gate of the CIA headquarters.
The incident unfolded at Georgetown Pike in the Dolly Madison Boulevard, about eight and a half miles northwest of D.C. The suspect was reportedly observed sitting on a bench near the facility while in possession of a firearm, local news reported. SWAT teams were said to have surrounded the man at gunpoint on the bench. It's unclear at this time whether the man has been detained or whether the crime scene negotiators were put to use.
In a statement on X, Fairfax County Police said, traffic alert. Dolly Medicine Boulevard is shut down in both directions between Georgetown Pike and Seville Lane in McLean for a barricade incident at CIA HQ. Our Special Operations Division is on scene assisting. Please follow police direction.
The Virginia DOT, Northern Virginia Office, confirmed road closures. So this is breaking. These are the latest stories. I don't know if we have any developments. It looks like we do have a little bit of an update. They say images and videos posted online show several police vehicles in the area with at least three armored vehicles stationed at the front of the headquarters.
They're going to mention the HQ employs around 20,000 individuals. So throughout the show, I will be checking for any updates as we go through the news. And should we have any major updates, we'll bring them to you. But let's get into the core of the story. Now, my friends, I will stress again, this is the story that I produced for the noon hour for all of you watching. And
And this is the domestic terror escalation that we're witnessing across the country. Pam Bondi saying that the Tesla vandalism is domestic terrorism. Now, I want to point out first, the New York Times says Bondi calls Tesla vandalism domestic terrorism. Please understand the game that is being played. This is important.
It's tourney time. And with FanDuel's Dog of the Day, you can get a daily profit boost during the college conference championships to bet on any underdog. So get ready to celebrate some upsets. No one saw that coming. Except for me, baby.

The New York Times headline calls it vandalism.
What is happening is that across the country, we are now looking at what over more than 10. I'm not sure how many have it. We have another attack in Chicago. They are firebombing electric vehicles for political purposes. This is, dare I say, I mean, weather underground levels. We are entering the door of insurgency and terror. The New York Times should have titled this
Bondi decries domestic terror at Tesla dealerships. The default description of what we are witnessing is domestic terrorism, not vandalism. But it's been getting worse. We have a statement from Pam Bondi from Justice.gov.
Attorney General Pam Bondi released the following statement this evening regarding a spate of recent attacks on Tesla property. Quote, the swarm of violent attacks on Tesla property is nothing short of domestic terrorism. The Department of Justice has already charged several perpetrators with that in mind.
including in cases that involve charges with five-year mandatory minimum sentences. We will continue investigations that impose severe consequences on those involved in these attacks, including those operating behind the scenes to coordinate and fund these crimes. Newsweek has compiled a map which is not exhaustive. Tesla attack map shows wave of Elon Musk products being targeted. Now, I want to show you this clip. This is from the Las Vegas terror attack.
You can see, I don't know if they have audio on this one. It's probably just music. So it just says several Tesla set on fire. Now understand these are lithium ion powered vehicles, lithium ion batteries. These, these, these are metals for anyone who missed high school chemistry. And I don't ever, I'm not trying to drag you guys. When you take lithium and you expose it to air, it oxidizes rapidly heating up. If you expose it to water, it nearly instantly oxidizes and heats up.
This is, I believe it's an exothermic reaction. And the very large lithium batteries in these cars, once they start on fire, are not put out by water and air rapidly accelerates the burn. This is extremely, extremely dangerous. To be fair, it's one of the dangers of electric cars people have warned about for some time.
So this targeted a couple of the vehicles in Las Vegas. This is overt terror that you are watching right now. This is what we are seeing escalate. Newsweek has the map. Take a look at the number of attacks we have seen so far. We've got Linwood in the presumably Seattle area. That's two in Washington. We've got what appears to be, I think, I don't know if I can zoom in, but it appears there's three attacks.
Or more, actually. You've got Portland. You've got Tigard. And you've got Salem. So that's five. Vegas, six. Loveland, seven. Kansas City, eight. You've got North Charleston, nine. In Maryland, Owing Mills, ten. And two in New York, Denham and Littleton. So that is 11 and 12. Not to mention, we have another story. Okay, so this is the Vegas one. And I think we've got Chicago. Chicago.
From the post-millennial, trans-identified male charged with vandalizing Chicago area Tesla service center. Now, while this is not the same as torching everything, it looks just like they went and damaged it. This is still terrorism. When you have people igniting vehicles and torching them, and then someone shows up and they spray paint it with that same ethos, that same ideology.
It's a shot across the bow. The threat has been made and the fear, the terror is instilled to all the liberals and leftists. They want to downplay this and dismiss this. I just spray paint. Calm down. The reason why there's burglary, there's assault and there's aggravated versions of these crimes aggravated. I don't know that this plays in every single jurisdiction, but I can tell you in Illinois, it is when you impose the fear of death in the act of committing the crime.
So even using a replica firearm can still get you an aggravated charge. It is not about whether you actually had the capability to do so. It's about the terror you inflict upon the individual to to commit that crime. This is terrorism. Now, by all means, the individual who got arrested on this, I don't expect to go to prison for the same amount of time as someone who torched a building. But I do expect there would there would be some severe penalties here. Now, we ask ourselves, my friends, why is this happening? Why is it escalating?
I think the simple way to break it down is that this is like the ice bucket challenge of terror. Some have argued that these far leftists are organized, that they are. And through this organization, they're engaged in terror, sort of.
This is what I would describe as cultural phenomenon, an emergent phenomenon based on an ideology or to be fair, the left doesn't really have a coherent ideology, but more of a zeitgeist, more of a cultural trend that emerges. What happens is Jimmy Kimmel goes on TV and wink winks at the camera. I'm saying that figuratively. I'll show you the video about vandalizing Tesla vehicles. Colbert lauds and jokes about it while the audience cheers him on.
And he insinuates more people should do it. Individuals go on TikTok and other social platforms and they see people getting credit and views and they're being cheered on. It's the ice bucket challenge. One person didn't got a million views. Someone else says, I would like to play that game, too. And here we are. Things are escalating to an extreme degree.
There was an attack, and I believe it was in Boston, I'm not sure, where an individual set fire to several Tesla chargers. So I believe that the attacks we saw in the dealerships, this doesn't even include the charging stations and the vehicles that have been attacked. The individual spray painted long live Ukraine. I asked this question on Timcast IRL, 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. And I asked, why does this man care about Ukraine?
Honest question. Well, you learned individual who pays attention to the news, you know, they don't. You know that, dude, a 20 year old guy, he didn't even hear of Ukraine three years ago. For what reason are far leftists committing acts of terrorism in the name of Ukraine? He's prepared long live the Ukraine. It makes no sense.
I couldn't imagine going back to the 2000s in the Bush era and a bunch of right wingers going around destroying vehicles and French fries and then saying long live Afghanistan, long live Iraq or whatever, or whatever faction was in those countries going around destroying, smashing, vandalizing, torching dealerships and then spray painting on the ground. Invade Iraq, invade Afghanistan. It makes no sense.
Now, don't get me wrong. A lot of prominent individuals on the right supported our efforts in the United States to invade those countries. And the argument I had for many of the people who said they were for it, I'm like, you don't even know those countries or you don't even know anything about this. Now we have individuals who've never heard of Ukraine advocating for involvement in war to the point where they've targeted electric charging stations.
Well, the one thing I can say to you, my friends, is that we at least know they never cared about climate change. Climate change was always just a means to an end to control you and to funnel money into their NGOs that they probably have funneling money back into their politicians. Climate change. Got to do something. I got a couple clips for you. Let me show you what we are getting from late night TV hosts as they encourage this behavior.
Oh, I'm sorry. I muted these people. I have to unmute these people. Our co-president Elon Musk sent a SpaceX vehicle to bring the astronauts back. And when they landed, he fired them immediately upon landing. Tesla stock is way down, almost disastrously so. People have been...
Vandalizing Tesla vehicles, new Tesla vehicles. Please don't vandalize. Don't ever vandalize Tesla vehicles. And so and we get it. Why did the audience just laugh right now?
What you need to understand is that in a court of law, Elon Musk has been making the rounds in the right wing media to try to appear to be a human being. Yesterday, he was in the court of law. A judge is going to interpret your intentions and they can argue he's a comedian. He's making a joke. That's fine. I accept that. I don't expect Jimmy Kimmel to go to jail. I'm going to play the clip for you again. Tesla stock is way down, almost disastrously so. That's only kind of true.
Vandalizing Tesla vehicles, new Tesla vehicles. Please don't vandalize. Don't ever vandalize Tesla vehicles. And so Elon Musk. You get the insinuation he's trying to make. Now, again, he's a comedian.
But the joke is you should now. OK, fine. What we see there is a prominent individual. His viewership ain't all that high, to be completely honest. I think he gets a couple hundred thousand. Seriously, it's that low. But he does get views on on YouTube. I wonder what the sentiment is. I'm sure a lot of people are just like, you're nuts. But YouTube promotes him. Bravo, YouTube. But you're a part of the problem. And we get it.
So long as prominent personalities like this are playing games and making jokes, it's okay to do. It's completely fine. It's funny, right? Here's Stephen Colbert.
That has led a lot of protests around the country at Tesla dealerships. Now, I want to be clear. I do not condone violence or vandalism of any kind. That is a deeply held belief of mine that comes from the bottom of my CBS legal department. With that in mind, I find it interesting that there's a growing trend of cyber trucks being vandalized and used as skate ramps or covered in garbage. That's interesting. That's interesting.
To be fair, to be fair, that might not be vandalism. That might just be a simple mistake, because they do look a lot like a dumpster. Tesla owners, Tesla owners are facing backlash everywhere they go. Recently, somebody stole the wheels from every single Tesla in a Texas parking lot. Whoever did it, I do not condone this, but I do appreciate your tireless efforts. What's this?
The joke is he won an award over his pun encouraging people. I'm sorry. Praising the individual that stole all the tires from every Tesla vehicle in a dealership. Understand those stories are not included in the list of attacks on Tesla dealerships.
The list of recent Tesla attacks does not include, I believe it doesn't include, yeah, right, Texas is not even included here. So the story from Newsweek. Cybertruck set ablaze showrooms defaced and charging stations shot at. Okay, so it does include some of those. Newsweek has mapped out the attacks based on various news reports, police reports, and a letter to the DOJ and FBI.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk and his increasing influence in the White House under President Trump appears to have made his electric vehicle company a target for political backlash after he was appointed to lead the newly created Department of Government Efficiency, an initiative tasked with cutting down, cutting government spending and not an actual government department. Actually, the department is the U.S. Digital Service, which they jokingly call the U.S. Doge Service.
They say no serious injuries have been reported so far in the most recent attacks occurred at a Tesla collision center in Vegas. So what is this story from? Because this is dated. Yeah, this from this morning. And they're wrong because we have this. And I think we might have another. That's the doxing website. I also want to make sure I stress for those that are just tuning in. The news around the swattings is getting more intense.
This is a suburb of Chicago.
This comes as Tesla dealerships and service centers have been the targets of increasing attacks across the country. Aaron L. White, previously known as Evan T. White, has been charged with felony criminal damage to property and misdemeanor criminal trespass, per the Chicago Sun-Times, and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday. White was arrested on Friday.
Spray paint on the outside of the building and in the area where those phrases, according to the Arlington Cardinal, White lives within a half mile of the service center and works as a bartender. White is accused of disregarding no trespassing sign posted along the fence. Yes, we get it. They they trespassed before they committed the terrorism.
It's the latest incident at a Tesla service center in recent weeks, with dealerships and centers across the country being targeted with vandalism and attacks. On Tuesday, Attorney General Pam Bondi declared that the attacks on the Tesla buildings were domestic terror. Quote, the swarm of violent attacks on Tesla property is nothing short of domestic terror. We did read that statement earlier.
Others arrested for separate attacks on Tesla buildings include trans-identified male Lucy Grace Nelson, who was accused of vandalizing and placing incendiary devices at a Colorado dealership. And Adam Matthew Lansky, a trans person who was accused of launching several firebombing and shooting attacks aimed at an Oregon dealership. I do not understand why so many of these attacks were perpetrated by trans individuals, but that is the news as being reported.
So take with that what you will. A big story that broke last night is that there is a doxing website. I am not going to reveal any information pertaining to the name of this website because I do believe the Postmillennial, Postmillennial, as well as many other stories, list the name of the site, which I do not believe they should be doing. The website features a Molotov cocktail cursor exposing the personal info of Tesla owners, not to mention Doge staff.
charging locations, dealerships, and the ICON is a Molotov cocktail. Now, one might argue that they have free speech. When I looked up the WHOIS data for the website, it is a privacy service restricting that information. That's normal. But I believe the FBI likely will subpoena this information and get it instantly because you can't, in my view, argue peaceable free speech when the ICON is a Molotov cocktail.
When you go to click on the vehicles of private owners at a time when vehicles are being shot up, that's the crazy story. I believe that was the one of the stories. Here we go. Right, right. The reason why I pulled up this NBC story about the Las Vegas attack is that it wasn't just fire. Tesla vehicles on fire and shot with a gun in Vegas. So it wasn't just there's more than this. And it's not the only dealership that people have taken guns and fired at. Eventually,
It's not, it's, you know, you know, I say this, it won't be funny to these comedians, to Jimmy Kimmel, when someone defends their property back with a gun. And in places like Nevada, you might actually see that happen. Anyway, I forgot where I was going when I switched to the, uh,
NBC story to reference the shootings. But the point ultimately is the escalation is clearly upon us. The celebrities are cheering it on. They're advocating for more. It has become a trend among these individuals to escalate the violence against people and property. And they're and they're laughing about it. You know, Elon Musk rescued those stranded astronauts from the space station.
It was amazing to watch on Fox News. They broadcast live as the pod drops down, the parachutes deploy, and then it makes splashdown and the speedboats come in to pull the astronauts out. It's truly incredible. And I think someone on Fox News made the point in the past, we as a nation would all tune in to watch this moment of astronauts returning to Earth. Not now.
Now they mock Elon Musk for saving their lives. They lie. These individuals that were in space were supposed to be up there for about a week, and it turned into nine months. And, well, many people argue it's because Joe Biden did not want to work with Elon Musk. And SpaceX could have got these astronauts back to Earth right away, but they wouldn't do it.
And so instead, they left him up there. Some other I believe was another astronaut gave a statement saying that prolonged exposure to microgravity, basically being in space for too long, can result in pain in the body. And when they come back to Earth, they feel it's difficult for them to stand up and walk and move around. It's quite it's quite crazy.
Now, additionally, I would be remiss if I didn't round out the last portion of the Jimmy Kimmel clip where he once again mocks Elon Musk. This is
is the strangest thing. He's been making the rounds in the right-wing media to try to appear to be a human being. Yesterday, he was guest of honor on the Ted Cruz podcast, where sweaty Teddy, who seems... Ted Cruz seems... Everything he knows about technology seems to come from movies he's seen. Ted asked Elon a question about the dangers of AI. Is Skynet real? Like, you get the apocalyptic visions of AI...
How real is the prospect of killer robots annihilating humanity? 20% likely. Maybe 10%. On what time frame?

He's going to try to get that down to three, but... You know, I had an idea. We over here at Booney's HQ, which is the skate park just behind me, we got skateboards. You can pick them up. We got the old right to armrests. I was thinking, after watching Jimmy Kimmel, Mike Judge had it right. Yo, in the future, all we want to watch is Ow My Balls. You guys get the reference? I told the crew at the Booney's, can we just throw a football at Andy's Junk? And then, like, that's the video. We'll get a million views. That's what people want to watch.
I'm actually half kidding. I think we're probably going to go do that later. But my point is this. Elon Musk is having a serious conversation with Ted Cruz. Everything, everything is always in opposition. That's all it is. It's a very serious conversation that people are having around AI. Are we going to have a Terminator like scenario? It's all a joke. No matter what is being said, no matter how serious, it's all a joke. Ridicule, mock and disdain. Here's where it ends up.
We'll jump back to the stock question in a little bit. I did want to bring up the Tesla stock because that is the more overt attack on Elon. They're targeting his dealerships. That's going to result in a stock drop-off. We'll just go through this one quickly. It's a point I wanted to make. Tim Waltz says this. Saying on my phone, I know some of you know this on the iPhone, they've got that little stock app. I added Tesla to it to give me a little boost during the day. LAUGHTER
Two twenty five and dropping. So what? First of all, I would like to stress when Elon Musk was buying X, Tesla went down to, I think, like one thirty or something like this or even even lower than that. Let me let me let me check real quick because I can actually check just how bad. Oh, what? Tesla's up. Oh, Tesla's way up. Other five percent. Looks like people are buying the dip.
Uh, yeah, it went down to like one 13 or something. And when they started going after Tesla stock, because Tesla was trying to buy X, I bought the dip. Yo, I was like, dang, it was down from like 300. And I was like, that's that they're undervaluing it for stupid reasons. What I would say is this, they're attacking Tesla dealerships and they're attacking the company at the surface level. They are trying to destroy Elon Musk for opposing their political view. They're terrorists.
And there's no one really to go after. It's not illegal for Tim Walz to say these things, for Democrats to say these things. But we know what they're doing. And as a collective, it's pretty scary, isn't it? If a single individual sought to manipulate the stock of Tesla for nefarious reasons, political or otherwise, you go to prison. But when a giant collective of individuals in the country are doing it actively, not one snowflake in the avalanche will face any penalty for it. Now, in a riot, you do.
But this is all about trying to destroy Elon Musk. This is the overt level. Beneath this, from WMBF News, quote, this isn't a game. Horry County conservative influencer targeted a target of latest swatting hoax. It's getting worse, my friends.
A high profile personality in the Grand Strand is reeling from what he claims a politically motivated act of attempted violence against him and his family. Chad Caton said he woke up to a scary, unnecessary swatting at his home around 3 a.m. in the Arrowhead community. And then, of course, we have Owen Schroyer, who posted these videos. He says, I was swatted, followed with videos from the swatting. So here's one video. You can see armed police officers approaching his house. They bring him out of his home.
In his shorts. Look at this. Here's the next video. And they have him put his hands on his head. This is crazy. And put his hands out. And he holds his hands out and up. Can I just record this? Can I just record this? All right. I assure you this is a non-starter, gentlemen.
This is crazy. Wow. So they made him take his shirt off. And I want to stress this. Owen, buddy, I appreciate that you were recording, but dude, do not walk outside with a bunch of armed men with guns holding an object in your hands like this.
I want to give a shout out to my good friend, Luke Rutkowski. Luke, you know what you did. I'm going to tell everybody. We were covering a protest in Chicago 13 years ago. We get surrounded by like 12 vehicles, black unmarked cars and cops. They approach our car with their guns drawn and Luke sticks his hand out the window with the phone in one hand. And I'm like, he's okay. I'm glad we're laughing about it now. Your hands up to the back of your head. You're going to walk backwards to the sound of my voice. Start walking.
Keep walking backwards towards the sound of my voice. Stop. It's crazy. Get on your knees. Just so you guys know, I'm home alone. This is a false police. Crawling back towards the sound of my voice. Wow, man. Okay, look, I got to say it is of the utmost importance that Owen Schroyer was able to capture this on film. There's still a few more minutes. I'm going to keep playing it.
We keep hearing these stories of these swattings, but people genuinely do not understand what it is like. Now, we here at Timcast, we got swatted 15 times. It was a big story. It kept getting reported because it kept happening. But...
Understand, we're an office. Even our old location, it's a massive property with more than one building on it. And so when the police arrived, they're pulling up to a work environment where there are people outside doing work. In fact, two people who worked at the time, Brett and Andy, who's no longer working. We have a different Andy here now, but the other Andy, he's no longer here. They were outside, I think, having just finished skating after their workday because this was around, I think, seven or eight-something days.
And the police pull up and see two guys just like walking in a parking lot and they draw their weapons on them and say, put your hands up and approach the vehicle. This insulated us here in the facility because we're buried deep in a building. You can't just walk in and get to not to mention the doors are secured to the studio for security reasons. Yeah. Anyway.
Now, with people like Owen Schroer and other conservatives being targeted, this may be like what, the 20th or so swatting targeting conservatives. I have to stress, guys, if you're listening, you need to call your local police departments and give them your address. This is the first thing we did. We immediately told them what was up. We said when I was living in Jersey, we did this, walked right to the police station, said, here's my info. Here's who I am. We're concerned about swattings, other false reports.
Here, go for it, buddy. Like, here's our information. Here's my personal phone number. When it happened in Maryland, we were getting swatted. But understand, people assumed this meant they were kicking our doors in every time. That's not what was going on. Let me play the rest of this video, assuming it is still pertinent to the story. Look, man.
You've got how many flashlights do we see there? Three, four. These guys. And we saw in the video they have guns trained on the door. And Owen walks out holding a phone. That is that is that is scary prospect, buddy. I'm glad you're OK. He says, lay on your stomach. Put your hands out. You can see his hands right here on the left. Put him towards the sky. This is insane. This is terrorism. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Did he say you're going to get tased?
I don't know. It sounded like something like, if you do this, you'll get taste. This is crazy. There's about a minute left, and I'm wondering what else we have in this video, so bear with us. This is massive, what is currently going on. For those that are just listening right now, they're flashing the light towards the front of the building. You can hear sirens, and you cannot see any of the other officers. We can see the officer walking back into frame, and I'm wondering if at some point we'll see them bring Owen back up. Let me, uh, I'll jump forward a little bit.
Right, so it's a lot of the same. I don't want to just play dead air. You can see there's two officers lowering the flashlight. Another officer raises the flashlight as they approach the building and are now approaching the house. Wow. And that's it.
This just happened to to Owen Schroer. This is this may be the 20th or so swatting attack. And you can see that Owen's got what appears to be some kind of a security camera at his house. Guys, what do you think is going to happen? The way things are going, the escalation that we're seeing. I don't I've never seen it this bad in my life. Last night, the question I think Libby asked Libby Emmons of the Postmillennial said,
Do you think 2020 was worse and or which do you think is worse? This is worse. I understand that in 2020, we had mass riots, the worst we'd seen in decades. But this was it was indiscriminate. It was rioting. You could go in your house and you could secure yourself. What worries me is not the wanton disregard of the law, the violence that worries me for sure. But I'm saying right now it is the targeting of political enemies. We've had the conversation around civil war for some time.
I didn't make it up. And today it is predominantly the left and liberals who are advocating for or calling or saying they predict a second civil war is coming. There are numerous articles entertaining the process. We have one from the Times of Israel. Is a second U.S. civil war imminent? This from January 6th of this year. If you go on Reddit and peruse any of the liberal or leftist subreddits, you can see they mentioned civil war almost every other day. In 2020,
As we feared with the riots potential for civil war, it still was the targeting of government under Donald Trump. And Trump did not invoke the Insurrection Act. It was rioting. Now, riots happen. Civil strife periods today. We have now escalated to the far left is intentionally trying to murder people on the right. We saw that. Don't get me wrong in 2020.
Aaron Danielson took two to the chest when an individual, I think his name was Michael Reinhold, walked up to him for no reason and shot him twice. Shocking. In those riots, we saw indiscriminate violence, but it was chaos. So it is bad. But when I look at what's going on now with the targeting of conservatives, with the vandals have been rioting and the arson, the terror, we are looking at a left focusing in on who it will attempt to destroy.
Bill Burr, comedian, celebrates Luigi Mangione, accused of murdering a man in cold blood. Bill Burr said he calls he tells his audience that billionaires. I'm not going to repeat what he said, but he called for the death of billionaires. He called for them to be killed. You then have Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert mocking and laughing this laughing at this idea that these vehicles are being attacked, vandalized and these acts of terror are occurring.
People are starting to change the logos on their vehicles. They're putting stickers on their cars saying, I bought this before I knew. Individuals are getting arrested and charged with felonies for damaging Tesla vehicles. It is escalating rapidly. My question to all of you right now watching, comment. Does it stop here? Because I got to tell you, I don't think we're so naive.
Now, of course, the left will come out and say, see, Tim, he wants it to happen. I don't want it to happen. Bro, I got a skate park right behind me. I want a skateboard. I want to go hang out. I want to put on music videos, skate around, get some exercise, put butter on a Pop-Tart and goof off and throw puppet versions of my friends in the air and just be silly. We want to hang out and have fun and make jokes.
Now, I know some people say, oh, it's childish. No, you get my point. My point is we want life to be so good that we chill in, that we're so bored we're goofing off all day. How about this? I want to sit down and watch movies with my wife and child and not have to worry about whether or not a cop is going to approach my house, guns drawn, when my baby is sleeping, and then I'm going to have to deal with this and my family have to deal with this. We don't want to live in that world. But what we're seeing now with this escalation
It's not even it's not even spring. It's not even summer. The escalation is always the worst in summer when it's warm out and you get a crisp night at 70, 75 degrees and people go outside with comfort. When it's cold, people stay home. The degree of violence that we're seeing right now targeting specific individuals. Let me ask you something. They're targeting Tesla dealerships. Do you think they'll stop there? They're swatting people's homes. If they're willing to torch a privately owned Tesla vehicle,
Why not the vehicle owned by a conservative personality whose address they got? Why would they not start going and attacking private homes? What happens when they do? Tell me the distinction you see between a dealership for Tesla. There are private vehicles parked because they're getting service done. And I think it was in the Pacific Northwest. It was a Portland area. Someone shot them, shot these vehicles up. If they're willing to swat people in their homes trying to get police to murder them, I mean,
I'm going to say it. We were we were extremely close to Owen Schroyer, Owen Schroyer being dead. There was a man. I think it was in Wichita. He was playing video games. Some guy who's playing with got pissed and said he was going to swat him. And he said, screw off something like that. Police are outside his house. He walks outside. Not no idea what's going on. The police shot and killed him. Owen Schroyer walked out of his house holding a phone filming.
If these cops were told there's a man with a gun and he's and he's and what these swatters do, they'll say things like, if you come here, I will do this thing. The police are then told, be prepared. He's threatened to attack anyone who shows up. What happens when Schor walks out holding a phone in his hand and then he turns? I mean, it this could have been the end of his life. What I see with all this, why would it end here? They're willing to target your homes. Why not personally? They're willing to target Tesla dealerships and go to prison and commit felonies for doing so.
It is an emergent phenomenon among various factions that are pushing, calling for more, and it's because they're insane. They don't know what Ukraine is. They don't know why they support Ukraine. They don't care. It is a murmuration. It is a bunch of flock, a flock of birds flying in random directions, just following each other around aimlessly. OK, to be fair, murmurations probably serve some point, but this doesn't. So what I end up seeing is as Trump or Pam Bondi, the DOJ cash, Dan,
When they go and arrest some of these people, what do you think is going to happen? The perp walk will be the ice bucket challenge. They will be celebrated like Luigi Mangione. The people on the left will cheer and clap and say that person's a hero. YouTube will prop those videos up on the front page, knowing full well what they're doing. I got a question for you. On Timcast IRL, we often tell people don't make allusions to violence. We don't we don't tolerate that because we've had people on the show say things like,
The left, I want to paraphrase it because I don't want to repeat anything, but they'll say something like leftists believe this. That's what they believe. And if they really believe that they would do that, they would do why. And I'm like, OK, you literally just told leftists to go commit that crime. No, no, I didn't. You literally said to the left, if you believe this, you would do this. Like when Hassan Piker said, if you cared about health care, you would, you know, to a sitting senator. I'm not going to repeat what he said. YouTube will ban you in two seconds for this.
We've had episodes taken down for less, for much less. We were told by YouTube that advocating for the death penalty could get your episode pulled. Yeah. Yet we have Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert mocking and laughing. I suppose what's the issue? They're not telling people directly to go do it, but they're laughing about doing it. I mean, Jimmy Kimmel, we know what his intention was. It's because YouTube is part of the problem. One hundred percent. So where do we go, man?
I think this summer is going to be particularly hot, and I hope you guys are paying attention to what this ultimately means for everybody. I don't know if it means you should... Look, I'm not going to tell you how to live your life or what to do because I don't know. I can tell you if you're a conservative personality to any size, you need to be in contact with your local law enforcement immediately. Owen Schwerer shouldn't have got swatted. Owen, and I mean this...
He should have called the local police department and said, hey, I'm a conservative personality. I host a TV show. There's been a lot of swattings going on. I want to give you my address. And then what would have happened is two guys would have showed up, knocked on the door. Owen would have said, who is it? They would have said, police, is Owen Schroyer? And they'd say, we got a call. Is something wrong? No. Can you open the door? Sure. And then he would have been standing there and they'd be like, everything's good. Everything's good. Not only that, you give them your phone number and they call you and they say, is this Owen?
Yes, it is. We got a call about your house and nobody's here. Can we come by and check? Absolutely. You can come and check. I'll be waiting for you on the front of my I'll be waiting for you sitting on the stoop. My hands will be empty. You know, come on by for us. We are Tim guest. We have armed security guards. We have companies. So I've stressed this to bigger companies tend to be more insulated from these attacks because they're
You know, I think it's easy to state not that I like to give away too much information. This one's just so patently obvious. I think it's fine to say I won't expose all of our security protocols because some of them are secret. But when people make these phone calls to local police, let me tell you, the local police do.
They get on the phone and someone says, I'm at this address. I'm going to do this thing. They go, ah, okay. Interesting. And they look over and they say, Hey, call, you know, so-and-so security over at the address. And then the guy picks up his phone and goes, Hey Bill, what's going on, man? And Bill's like, Hey Jim, what's happening? It's like, Hey, we got a call about your address. How's it going over there? Security guard says all good on my end. What's going on? And say, well, we've got a SWAT and call again. Yeah, no, we're chilling shows happening. Employees are fat and happy and everyone's having a good time. And the cop says, cool, just check it in. Uh,
Grabbing beers later? Yeah, man, hit me up after I'm done with the shift and then we'll go out and have a drink. Security guards are often retired cops, sometimes off duty, and the security companies have personal relationships with the local police departments because they are private security companies. It's literally what they do. Because they are securing a property, they need to have a direct line to police.
So they can secure the property. Somebody breaks in, they call directly and say, hey, this is Tom with whatever company. We got to break in. We need assistance immediately. Direct lines are important. Swatting doesn't work on big companies. It's like it's really stupid. That's why for all of the personalities that are working out of their houses or don't have their homes secured.

Smash that like button, share the show. You can follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast. But I want you guys to realize the sacrifices made by the personalities you guys love so much. Steven Crowder. Shout out to Steven Crowder for the lineup and the raid to my show and helping promote my show. I'm eternally grateful to the work that you've done. I'm a big fan, and I appreciate all the Mug Club members and fans who have decided to watch my show and give me that chance. It really does mean a lot to me.
I want you guys to understand what Dan Bongino goes through, what Steven Crowder goes through. You can't just go out for a bite to eat. Sometimes, depending on where you live, you have to hire men to stand outside your home while you sleep for swatting purposes, acts of terror, violence, vandalism or otherwise. And as these moments escalate and we see more and more of this,
I just hope you guys that are watching take your own security seriously. But but do just like I'm not saying I don't know. I'm just saying this no matter who they are, no matter how big of a personality they're the dangers that come with this job today are are are getting crazy. Look, I don't want to see Rachel Maddow get hurt. I think she's funny to watch. She's nuts and she should be allowed to say her stupid things. Then people stop watching and they don't watch her anymore. That's the way it should be.
Chuck Schumer canceled the tour apparently because he's got security concerns. I don't want to see any of these people get hurt. But I got to tell you guys, it's not never been the right that's doing these things. Leftists tend not to need security from right wingers. It's just not a reality. Nick Fuentes needs security to protect him from them of all people.
They claim that he's the guy directing all the hate and everybody hates him and he's got a big audience and they harass people. And despite all of the arguments about Nick Fuentes' Groyper fans and the harassment or whatever, it is not these leftists that are hiring armed guards and spending half a million to a million bucks per year so they can sleep at night. It's the right.
It is the it is the left that is engaged in violence consistently for the past decade plus. I mean, it's been longer than that. Don't get me wrong. Weather underground existed. So here we are today with questions of whether or not a second civil war will happen. You know, I didn't know if we'd see it with a Democrat administration. The fear was the right was just going to keep playing procedure and the left would be violent and authoritarian and you'd get a communist, a Chinese communist style government.
But Trump won because y'all stood up, spoke up, helped people like Scott Pressler and Charlie Kirk and made that difference. But now, as Donald Trump seeks to do what he's authorized to do, deport criminals, secure our borders, negotiate tariffs and trade agreements, determine who can be in the military every step of the way, they are seeking to obstruct him, arguing that it's unconstitutional, that he doesn't have the authority. So we have administrative obstruction.
You already had two attempts on his life, plus a foreign attempt. So three. You have his supporters being attacked. Attempts against his lawyers and personnel. Steve Bannon even facing charges from these corrupt partisan courts. The Democrats, the liberals and the leftists have crossed the line, crossed the Rubicon a long time ago.
What we want, and I know you agree, is de-escalation and peace so we can drive around in our stupid electric cars so we can watch the game and order chicken wings and just have a better economy. That's why y'all voted for Trump. I fear what we're seeing from the left and Democrats will just be escalation. So I do want to grab some of your rumble rants, but I would also say, my friends, smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know.
We got Jabba Dubrider Rumble Rant says, you know, the raids aren't working, right? I'm going to tell you the most important thing. I don't know exactly how they're working. We don't need a technological function to change the world by building the biggest shows in the country. It is because you guys watching were told.

D4 2992 says, I'm a man of my word. Here is your tip for proving the term sneaky effort to be true. Harry Sisson is a monster. Yo, I got a video on Harry Sisson coming up in a few minutes. I'm not, I say no mercy. Sneaky effort is a real term. I didn't make that up. I learned it from, I think I learned it from probably Brett Weinstein. I think it was the Weinstein because aren't they evolutionary biologists? I think they're the ones who taught me that.
Indeed, indeed. Shane H. Wilder says is the worst than anything I've seen. The riots of the summer of love pale in comparison and spring doesn't even start until tomorrow. Be careful out there. Indeed. It's worrying, guys. You know, I really do worry about this stuff. I'll also add before I grab the next the next Rumble Rant super chat from you guys for every like we get on these videos. Each like represents a year in prison for Dr. Fauci. Or how about this? Uh,
A year in prison. No, I think Dr. Fauci. It's like we know Newsweek reported he committed perjury. All right, here we go. What do we have here? Omega says our country needs us. It's time to do our duty. I say we did. I think I think we did. And now I think we need to take care of ourselves now. We did our duty in 2024. We voted for Donald Trump.
Donald Trump brought in Kash Patel. He brought in RFK Jr., Tulsi Gabbard. And now we've got Dan Bongino. Guys, can you believe this? When they said Matt Gaetz for AG, I bought champagne. With all due respect to Matt and Kash, when they said Dan Bongino, deputy director of the FBI, that's when we knew it was on. Like, Kash is great.
Cash was like, we trust this guy. He's going to do a good job. He's the best choice. I'm proud to say that I advocated for him. He's a good dude. He's a good dude. Dan Bongino is the tip of the spear, baby. Dan Bongino is a general on the front lines storming the gates. That is exciting. And it is truly incredible that Dan was willing to give up
one of the largest shows in the world to do his civic duty. That is impressive. Let's see what we got here in gaming says, how likely do you think it'll be until militias from both sides start to form and hot conflict erupts given the events thus far? I give it 30%. Yeah, honestly, I don't know. I don't want it to, but militias have already formed. I think that's something that people need to, uh, to understand. Um,
The left already has groups like Red Guard. There's various Antifa cells, right? It's not just that we're going to wait and eventually there's going to be some, you know, groups forming and popping up. They already exist. So I'll show you this real quick because there's something really interesting.
alt history subreddit two weeks ago. They said, how would Reddit react to a modern civil war in the USA? And, you know, it might be silly, but it is interesting to see these these these false images. I said they're false, but like not really satirical, but imagined because you can see the comments. And I think it while it's fake and it entertains a reality where Harris Biden refused to quit and things like that, even though we all know there did.
Um, thank God Democrats are willing to stand up. It basically takes a look, look at the current left right paradigm and then creates news stories. Someone just made this and he was like, here's how they'd react. And it's really interesting to see because I think people didn't understand how normal it is, how normalized it is. That's what I find to be truly worrying. What you what you ultimately have is.
The stories we see today about Tesla dealerships and Charlie Kirk saying this is a ridiculous act of terrorism. It's a tweet. And then you go and you take a look at these fictional versions and you're like, man, if it really did get to that moment where it was truly civil war, the posts would look very much the same. It's crazy for people who don't understand what true war looks like.

Thanks for hanging out. We're back tonight at 8 p.m. Rumble dot com slash Timcast IRL. Don't miss it. It's going to be fun. We'll recap the news and we'll see you all there. A federal judge has just issued a preliminary injunction on the Trump administration's transgender military ban, arguing that all men are created equal and all means all for real. That's what it says.
You know, this court ruling is the definition of absurdity because there are over 40 DSM-5 mental disorders that automatically disqualify you from military service. And not only does this ruling say, for now, because we're still pending judicial review, but the judges said the plaintiffs are going to win this one. Transgender service members can serve. Not only does it make that argument, it essentially states that
You must let in to the military anyone. And if they suffer from any kind of DSM-5 mental disorder, you must affirm it. Okay, let me slow down a little bit. The Trump executive order basically said that
transgender people are allowed to serve so that so long. I'll paraphrase it. But if you get treatment and you don't get surgeries or dress or try to exhibit the other biological sex that you are not right, the argument is, in my opinion, crafted properly. Actually, I think it's crafted compassionately as they don't need to issue waivers to certain mental disorders. In fact, there's only a few that actually have waivers.
So ADHD, for instance, if you're diagnosed with that, they can bar you from the military unless you're getting special a special waiver. You're getting proper treatment. Trump said, if you are getting proper treatments, that is, you are not a man taking cross sex hormones to try and be a woman and you are functioning properly. You're fine. The judge said, no, no, they should be allowed to.
to surgically remove healthy body parts and take cross-sex hormones, which can have debilitating side effects. What? Yeah, this is crazy. My friends, I'd like to gift to you as before we read the news, a quick quote from a story from Kierkegaard. A fire broke out backstage in a theater. The clown came out to warn the public. They thought it was a joke and applauded. He repeated it. The acclaim was even greater.
I think that's just how the world will come to an end to general applause from the wits who believe it's a joke. I love that. I love that. Beautiful. My friends, I have I have an example for you. Breaking news story as to why we do not let people of unsound mind. And I'm saying people are suffering from certain mental disorders listed in the DSM-5, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders. I believe it's called. Excuse me. I got a story for you.
Right now, there are people in Antarctica on a scientific mission in isolation, and they are pleading for help because one of the individuals deployed with them is mentally unstable and is physically attacking them. I'm not saying trans people are going to do that. I'm not saying any of that. I'm saying what we want to make sure of is tip top shape 100 percent. Here's a story from NPR. And I got the court order for you.
NPR reports a federal judge in Washington, D.C., has issued a preliminary injunction against the Trump administration over its attempt to ban trans troops from serving in the military. Tuesday's decision by U.S. District Judge Anna C. Reyes. Surprise.
temporarily blocks the Department of Defense from carrying through with a policy directive designed to remove transgender service members from the military. In a sweeping and at times strongly worded opinion, Reyes pushed back against the administration's effort, writing that the ban violated the constitutional rights of transgender troops.
Indeed, it also goes on to elaborate. It violates the rights of anyone suffering any mental disorder, period. So schizophrenic, you think the walls are made of muffins and you are biting them? Got to let them in the military. Got it. And you have to affirm them. So if they say I do not want medication, you have to affirm them. No, no, don't worry. I'll put the court thing up here. Let's read the news. Excuse me.
In a sweeping and at times strongly worded opinion, Reyes pushed back against the administration effort. Quote, Indeed, the cruel irony is that thousands of transgender service members have sacrificed some risking their lives to ensure for others the very equal protection rights the military band seeks to deny on them. What you got to understand here, this judge is hyper partisan because any calm and collected assessment from a rational judge would say, I don't care if you're trans or
None of that matters. The question is, can you serve effectively? Yes or no. Does the treatment make it difficult for you to serve? Is this the appropriate treatment? Instead, the judge just says, how could you be so mean to trans people? Well, how could you be so mean to schizophrenics? Honest question, judge. The preliminary injunction is the latest example of a federal court moving to pause or block efforts by President Trump to enact his agenda through executive action. The steady cascade of orders against the president has raised fears among Trump critics,
that the administration may in time choose to defy a federal court decision and spark a potential constitutional crisis. I'm going to pause you right there. No, the constitutional crisis is judges extending beyond their jurisdiction and the corporate press is playing this game to make you the fool.
Trump is wrong. Trump caused the constitutional crisis, not as commander in chief. He deciding who can serve in his military. No, the courts decide. Donald Trump sent on a military vehicle criminal aliens under the Alien Enemies Act, which for which there's no judicial review. That's already ruled 1948 in agreement with a foreign country that some I believe it's reported the plane itself was Salvadoran.
And a judge demanded they turn that plane around. Are you are you are you nuts? And they're saying Trump is doing it. Don't believe the lies. Trump ain't doing it. These you know what, man? I'll give you another example, because we're talking with Elad. You guys know a lot. OK, I'm Tim Castillo. And he said that wealthy people were using loopholes to avoid paying their taxes.
I said, stop calling them loopholes. That's BS. What you really mean to say is they are they are engaging in activities that are legal loophole. We tried to ban this thing, but some guy did a thing that was legal that kind of goes against what we were hoping would be banned. OK, if what they were doing was banned and it was easily determinable to be banned, it would not be a loophole. It'd be illegal.
So this kind of language is intended to put the onus on you, the citizen, the free sovereign American. The restriction is on government. The government must codify in law. And right now what they're doing is the same language manipulation. These judges have overstepped. They are continuing to overstep and violate constitutional authorities of the president. And then the media comes out and says, look at the problems Trump is causing.
We knew there'd be obstruction. We knew they would try to stop the Trump agenda. Well, here it is. Trump has pledged to adhere to court decisions saying he would appeal rulings where judges have sided against the administration. At the same time, he has been openly critical of federal judges who have ruled against him. There are about 1.3 military service personnel. The Defense Department has told NPR that estimated 4,240 active duty service members, less than 1%.
Have gender dysphoria, but others have put the number higher. Palm Center, a research institute at LGBT blah, blah, blah in the military, estimated that it could be 14,700. The challenge was brought by six transgender service members and two prospective service members in response to a January 27th executive order. This we get. Ladies and gentlemen, let me give you what I would call the great context. Please, seriously, you guys share this stuff.
I'm not wrong. OK, it's not my opinion. Right. That's what I'm saying. I'm not just coming out here and being like, I don't believe trans people should serve because I don't like them. That's not what I'm saying at all. I'm saying if they get appropriate treatment and they can function normally and healthy, they should be allowed. And Trump can make those exceptions. Certain DSM five mental disorders do have exemptions. This is fine. Take a look at what the judge says. I'm not going to read the entirety. It's seventy nine pages.
They say, let's I'll just read. I'll just read one of the final paragraphs to obtain an injunction. Plaintiffs must establish a likelihood of success on the merits. They have done so. The court's factual findings, the vast majority conceded by defendants and all supported by the record, make it highly unlikely that the military ban will survive judicial review, whether it be rational basis or intermediate scrutiny. Plaintiffs must also show irreparable harm at the balance of the equities in the public interest for favor and injunction. On
The former plaintiffs face a violation of their constitutional rights, which constitutes irreparable harm. Indeed, the cruel irony is that thousands of transgender service members have sacrificed some risking their lives to ensure for others the very equal protection rights the military ban seeks to deny them. On the latter, defendants have not shown that they will be burdened by continuing the status quo pending this litigation and avoiding constitutional violations is always in the public interest.
The court therefore grants plaintiffs renewed application for preliminary injunction DKT 72. The court details the scope of the injunction in the order that accompanies the opinion the court on its own motion stays its order until March 21st, 2025 at 10 a.m. Eastern to provide defendants time to consider filing an emergency stay with the D.C. court.
You ready for this one? The court does not issue the preliminary injunction lightly. Judicial overreach is no less pernicious than executive overreach. But the court, but the coordinate branches must quote by their mutual relations be the means of keeping each other in their proper places. The president and defendants could have crafted policy that balances the nation's need for prepared military and Americans right to equal protection. They still can't.
The military ban, however, is not that policy. The court, therefore, must act to uphold the equal protection rights that the military defends every day. The court's opinion is long, but its premise is simple. In the self-evident truth that all people are created equal, all means all. Nothing more and certainly nothing less. Oh, baby, let's go. You are playing with fire.
Now is the time, ladies and gentlemen. Donald Trump, you got to be subversive, baby. Here's what I'd do. I would immediately go to any psych ward and I would start enlisting as many people who are beyond medical treatment in their mental disorders and I'd be like, hey, we
We need frontline troops. Someone's got to stand in front of the rest of the soldiers, right? How about we go for all of these people suffering mental disorders and we enlist them into combats? Hey, are they of sound mind? Does it matter? All means all, baby. This was a ridiculous thing for the court to actually rule on. I cannot believe the judge was so stupid as to say all means all because it does not all
All people are created equal. But we you want to play that game? I got a right to keep in bare arms. All means all. Why can't I have a silencer? Why can't I make a machine gun? You want to play that game? You are outright arguing for the removal of all limitations. And I'll play that game with you. I will play that game if you want to play it. Conclusion. The court knows this opinion will lead to heated public debate and appeals. In a healthy democracy, both are positive outcomes. I'm loving it.
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Health Disorders, DSM-5, 5th edition. Let's go. Oh boy, let's see who we can enlist in the military now. You've got a plethora, a plethora, a litany, as it were, of mental disorders.
Anybody with an intellectual disability, global development delay, communication disorders, autism, attention deficit. Some of these you might be like, well, that's fine, right? Indeed, there are exceptions. Some of them. Not all of these are disqualifying. Motor disorders. If you can't move, so what? Schizophrenia. Yo, I'm sorry. I got an honest question. If someone's got severe Tourette's and they like are can...
Can they can they serve? Honest question. I'm not trying to be a dick to anybody. I trust is a terrible thing without treatment or I want to stress this, too. When it comes to the issue of transgender individuals, they are getting affirmation as their treatment.
Why not allow any one of these individuals with any other DSM-5 mental disorder to also be affirmed? How about this? Schizophrenia, schizotypal personality disorder, delusional disorder, brief psychotic disorder. I suppose if it's brief and not lasting, you should be disqualified for that, right?
Schizophreniform. I don't know what that is. Schizoaffective. My, my, there's many different. You got bipolar, you got depressive, you got anxiety. Look at all these. Okay, okay. But not all of these are disqualifying. Oh, look at that. Gender dysphoria. Interesting. Is a DSM-5 mental disorder. Of course. Cluster A, B, and C personality disorders. Paraphilic disorders. Exhibitionist. What's voyeuristic? Is that when you're like watching?
Exhibitionist. Is that when you like showing? So if there's a guy and he's like, I just have a disorder, I got to let it all out. We got to affirm them, baby. Stand on the front lines, whatever you want to do. All right. Let's I said, how many disqualify you from the military?
Many mental disorders listed in the SM-5 can disqualify someone from military service, depending on severity, history, and treatment. The DOD instruction 6130.03 outlines specific conditions that disqualify an applicant. Below is a breakdown of the major categories and how they affect eligibility. Now is the time, my friends. The judge, there's a few days to preliminary injunction. Now is the time.
For all of you, you want it. You want to push this judge. And how was this argument not made to the judge? Your honor, if you genuinely believe all means all and that someone suffering a mental disorder can be in the military, you're going to have to get a doctor to come in and start drawing up limitations on when you think you as a judge can supersede the medical expertise of an individual. How about this? Schizophrenics, bipolar disorder, psych, psych, what is it? Cycloglyphic, cycloglyphic disorder.
I don't know what that is. People who are depressed and have anxiety. I think it's fine if you're getting treatment. Post-traumatic stress disorder can be disqualifying. That's sad. People in combat get that dissociative disorder and to refugue state and wander off into the desert as an excuse for your covering up your your meth lab explosion. Welcome to military, baby. That was a breaking bad reference for those didn't get it. Feeding and eating disorders. Oh, I love this.
Anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating within the last three years is disqualifying. No, no, no. We must affirm bulimia. So if you are vomiting during basic training, that has to be affirmed. You know, this is absolutely insane. You go to your in basic and they're like, chow time. And then you're like, I eat it all. Hold on. I suffer from bulimia. You have to affirm my purge. Why would we allow that? The principal issue here.
Let me clarify is that Trump's executive order said if you are if you suffer from gender dysphoria and you you get proper treatment, meaning you are wearing normal clothes, you are not taking cross-sex hormones, you are not getting surgeries, you are living normally, you're fine. You are fine. You can be in the military. Let's apply that to literally any other disorder and how they treat gender dysphoria. They argue the appropriate treatment for dysphoria is affirmation, which is
They, that makes no sense. I mean, if someone's got anorexia, what's the appropriate treatment? You stop them from engaging in it so they can have an average normal weight, eat normal food and maintain bone density. If they're bulimic, you stop them from vomiting.
We do not affirm any of these. You schizophrenic and you think that there's the trees are actually aliens and they're secretly switching places behind your back. We don't tell you you're right. That's true. The trees are aliens. We say, please, you need to take your medication. But no.
So if you're autistic, that's disqualifying. That's kind of crazy. Not all autistic people. It's different spectrums. You could do jobs, but disqualifying. Now, are you kidding me? Elon Musk claims he's autistic. Is this judge going to come out and be like, no, no, like all means all. This judge legit said all means all. Yo, this is exciting. Now is your chance. Any one of you
who always wanted to be in the military and is suffering from impulse control and conduct disorders, which is disqualifying with a history of drug dependence. Wow. Time to enlist, baby. Time to not your chance. Look at this history of drug dependence or rehabilitation is disqualifying. So let me try this.
The normal treatment for someone who is abusing drugs is to get them to stop. Why? So they can live like everybody else. Every single one, I would say, maybe not absolutely, but the overwhelming majority, if not all of these mental disorders, the treatment is always what can we do to get you to live an average life? We don't go to someone with drug dependence and say, what kind of drug you taking?
Let's affirm it, baby. I mean, there's a dude and he's like, I just feel so sad when I'm not doing drugs. Then we're going to give you some so you don't feel sad anymore. That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. And this is what the judge has ruled. Conditions that could get away for ADHD and mild depression. Pedophilic disorders. Jeez. Gender dysphoria requiring medical treatment or surgery is disqualifying. Will a judge just said no? All right, baby. Now's your chance. Take a look at this.
Scientists trapped in Antarctica plead for help as violence breaks out. You want to know why you have to be of sound mind to join the military? And there's a I mean, the argument made by this judge is that any one of these individuals should be allowed to serve. And then the judge actually says, ready for your next adventure. KLM Royal Dutch Airlines brings you real deal days, your chance to uncover real adventures and create real memories.
Taste the real Amsterdam. Explore the real Barcelona. And discover the real Johannesburg. Along with many more destinations around the world. Secure your real deal today and seize the moment with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Restrictions apply. See terms and conditions at klm.com. I'm ready for my life to change. ABC Sundays. American Idol is all new. Give it your all. Good luck. Come out with a golden ticket. Let's hear it. This is a man's world.
I've never seen anything like it. And a new chapter begins. Carrie Underwood joins Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan, and Ryan Seacrest on American Idol. New Sundays, 8, 7 central on ABC and stream on Hulu. We should all agree, however, that every person who has answered the call to serve deserves our gratitude and respect. Absolutely no. No, no, no, no, no. This woman is nuts.
For as Elmer Davis observed, this nation will remain the land of the free only so long as it is the home of the brave. This court extends its appreciation. Did you know that there are people who enlisted and are currently in like, I don't know, Fort Bragg for being murderers, rapists? Criminals exist.
This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. I would say to all of those of honor, dignity and duty who have served with honor, dignity and duty. You have my utmost and heartfelt thanks. And to the small minority, be it small, who use their position to, I don't know, sell secrets like we learned recently. You deserve prison. You should go to jail. We know that there are gang members and MS-13 that enlist for nefarious reasons.
This judge is insane. Down in Antarctica, it was a it was like a year long mission. Ten to ten of their 15 months would be in isolation. They're now begging for help as a South African team. And one of the members they believe is mentally disturbed. That's crazy. A member of the overwintering team has reportedly sent an email to the South African government accusing another team member of physical and sexual assault.
His behavior has become increasingly egregious. I'm experiencing significant difficulty in feeling secure in his presence. It is imperative that immediate action is taken to ensure my safety and the safety of all employees. The writer called the man's behavior deeply disturbing with an environment of fear. I remain deeply concerned about my own safety, constantly wondering if I might be the next victim. Yeah. Check this out. Cliffside, the South African National Arctic Expedition. So cool. So cool. So sad, to be honest. It would be very cool to hang out in Antarctica. Yeah.
So let me just stress, why do we want to make sure that all of our men and women in uniform are properly vetted and of sound mind? Because we don't want people to have episodes and become violent. And we want behavior that is predictable to maximize the ability to conduct the mission at hand. But as for this judge, anybody, all means all.
OK, you got no legs. You got no eyes. Were you born without a brain? Believe it or not, it happens. There was a story of a baby that had no brain, but it had, I guess, the cerebellum. And so the baby was a so that's controlled involuntary motor involuntary functions like the heart and breathing. So the baby had no brain, but was breathing and living off to the military. You go, I don't know what you can do, but all means all baby. All means all.
You want to make an argument that that individual is not of sound mind to enlist? Really? What are the criteria that would determine whether someone is of sound mind or not? What if an individual believes that they are born in the wrong body and require amputation of healthy body parts? I wasn't talking about gender dysphoria. I was talking about body dysmorphic disorder where people want to remove body parts like their hands.
You see, now I caught you because you are going to be like, Tim, you're talking about trans people. No, I was not. I am talking about the people and they exist. It's a mental disorder where they feel that their arm is alien to their body or their leg or their ears, and they try to get them amputated. We don't tolerate that unless it's their reproductive organs, I guess. Then the society does. So I don't play that game. This is obstruction.
It is nothing other than stupid, orange man bad, orange man wrong. That's it. I'm going to wrap it up there. Stay tuned. We got more segments coming up throughout the day. We're live at noon. You don't want to miss it. We're live next. So stay tuned. We'll see y'all then.
It's a major scandal rocking the Democrat world. Not that it's a very big world at this point, because most people don't have a positive view of the Democratic Party. But Harry Sisson, a prominent personality for Gen Z Democrats, has been caught in a scandal involving explicit photos. I won't sugarcoat it for you, my friends. It's really bad.
By Democrat standards, by any sane, rational human standards, it's kind of like, OK, a young guy was macking it to chicks on the Internet, trying to hook up with them. And that's it. Sure, I guess. But while many people on the right are coming out saying, leave Harry alone because he's just a young man trying to get him some. I'm like, dude, the world Harry Sisson seeks to create is causing harm to young Gen Z men.
Gen Z men are no longer talking to women. They are no longer going on dates. They are struggling to make to form relationships. And Harry Sisson is part of the problem. Now, I'm of two minds on this one.
Harry Sisson, he's got a million followers, he says on TikTok. I don't follow him on TikTok, so I wouldn't know. He's got a couple hundred thousand on X. And he loves using that status. This is what these guys do. I mean, come on. Talk to Myron Gaines, right, over Fresh and Fit Podcast. He'll tell you. If you're a guy, you've got a verified account with a lot of followers, the ladies will slide in your DMs. And that's what he's accused of doing. Basically, the accusations are that simultaneously, Harry was talking to at least a dozen or more women
saying, you're the only one for me, baby. Let me see some of them photos. And then sending messages to them. Now, there's a little back and forth here. Some of these women are sharing the images he sent back, which it's like, it's a big no-no. We're not going to show any of that stuff, okay? Not that there's anything overly explicit, but...
The women were sending pictures of their butts, not like nude or anything, like in their clothes, like taking like body shots. And then he responded with face shots while he was in the bathroom. Oh, geez. So the point is this, you know, we'll go through this story. But I got to tell you, my friend, I'm going to blur the images just in case, because, you know, we'll put a light blur on it just in case. I don't know to what degree. I don't think there's anything explicit in there, to be honest. But that's the important part of the story.
Gen Z men are having a really hard time. They're not making the same amount of money as the previous generations, or at least accumulating some of the buying power. They're struggling to meet people. Harry Sisson and the Democrat world would punish men. Remember that video 10 hours of walking through New York as a woman? Sure, some of these guys followed this woman. They were creepy. OK, the criticisms in this video, some of it was a guy saying morning. There's one guy saying, like, how you doing?
And they were like, oh, God, how could this be? That's the world he lives in. That's the world Harry promotes. So I say live by the sword, good sir. You want to promote this feminist, far left, Democrat, intersectional, woke worldview where young men struggle. You ain't getting any, any special treatment. And a lot of people are coming out on the right being like, leave him alone. Men have a hard enough. It's his fault. Partly.
But I say I'm of two minds on this because it's kind of like, you know, partly to be honest, if you're a guy who's too weak to figure it out and guys like this are exploiting it and, you know, running circles around you, I don't know what to tell you. That's natural selection, right, baby? But I will say this. We don't want to live in that world where smarmy scumbags like Harry Sisson are exploiting
pushing these ideologies that make it hard for the average guy so they can be the sneaky effort. OK, and that term I'm keeping the language light. It's an actual biologic academic term, biology, academia. It refers to individuals who
Who sneak their way in and trick women into relations instead of being the dominant strong male. So typically in the animal kingdom, there's a guy of any animal type. And they're like, I'm very strong and I'll protect you. And then we'll have babies. And the women are like, I like that. Then there are the sneaky effers. This is the actual academic term. Where in the middle of the night, they crawl into the bed and trick the women. And that's how they reproduce. Here's a story from Tribune.com.pk. I don't know if these images are actually graphic. I'm just not going to show them anyway. For just...
Indeed. Indeed.
Homie's got a tweet pinned to his profile. Let me pull it up, actually. Harry Sisson on X. He has a wait, what? That's weird. Let's try that again. He has a they just reload on me. He has a post on his X account where it says like women's rights. America's failed women tonight. There you go.
America's failed women tonight. Trump bullied, assaulted and stripped reproductive rights away from women all across the country. And instead of standing against it, many voted for it. We have failed our daughters, mothers and sisters. You too, I guess, because you got the scandal here. Republican activist Sarah Fields is among those who exposed citizens sharing screenshots and TikTok videos from women claiming to be victims. I want to stress these women went public on TikTok with accusations. Sarah Fields just said, hey, look, there's videos. Women are saying these things.
She alleged that Sisson dismissed the win as insane when they confronted him and attempted to pressure one into publicly declaring the messages were fake. The revelations have sparked outrage, with many questioning why social media platforms have not taken action against him. One of the alleged victims, Carly, shared her experience in that Sisson initially made her feel valued and respected. Over time, he reportedly convinced her to send private images, only to later reveal he had no intention of pursuing a committed relationship.
When confronted, Sisson admitted that he had led her on, stating, I should have made my intentions clear. Yeah, baby, he just wanted to see a little bit. He didn't want to give you nothing. That's the world we live in, right? Where this guy is going to claim to be an advocate for women's rights, is going to push the feminist worldview, but he does not abide by it. So here's the thread. I've blurred the images. Again, there's nothing graphic in them, but I'm not going to show the screenshots from the Snapchats for a
Harry Sisson convinced 11 different women that he had no roster and respected them for more than their bodies while persuading them to send explicit photos of themselves through Snapchat, including a domestic abuse survivor. When the women discovered each other, I do want to stress, I just can't get through it without stopping. I don't care about this, but she was a survivor. Get out of here. Women can choose to do these things, okay? Harry is smarmy. That's it. He's a sleazebag. That's what Democrats are, right? I'm not surprised. I don't think these women are all innocent.
When the women discovered, like, Harry is guilty of being a dick. That's basically it. Going to him and be like, ain't nobody for me, but you, baby, why don't you send me that photos? And the women say, okay. And then he goes, ha, I got a dozen women hanging in the background. See, that's scumbag stuff. Not criminal stuff. But the women chose sending him these photos. The real issue is that Harry is a dishonorable scumbag. That's one way to put it.
When the women discovered each other one by one, he called them all insane and attempted to coerce one of them into telling the public the photos were fake. A request to the reader set political differences aside. I believe both sides of the aisle can agree that this is unacceptable behavior from a man child with over two million followers. Does he really have that many followers? I don't know. Several of the women involved have made their stances public, but the videos are not receiving much traction. While Harry Sisson continues to collect millions of views for his videos, claiming that he is a supporter of women and champion of women's rights.
Carly, one of Harry's victims, has described the situation in the most detail. According to Carly, Harry wooed her from the very beginning and convinced her that he respected her for more than her physical appearance. She said even though she's embarrassed to admit it, she created a private chat to chat with Harry that was meant for his eyes only, where she shared explicit photos of herself with him. He loved it, and he loved that I was not entertaining anyone else the way I was entertaining him. He said that she was wifey material and was sold on her wife applications.
After six months of the behavior, he told her he didn't want a commitment. She accused him of leading or leading Iran to which he admitted to doing so, but also said he should have made his intentions clear. And so it goes on receipts of other Snapchats. I'm not going to show any of this stuff again. It's all publicly available. Nothing's graphic, but it's people's Snapchat screenshots. And I'm not super interested in like, again, nothing's graphic. It's like women wearing clothes and stuff. Here are the receipts of Snapchat provided by other accounts. It's unclear who these Snapchats were sent to.
It goes on, but that's basically it. Here's a guy who lives in a world where you must function a certain way, but he won't. Now, there's a few responses, and I'll show you. Let's go to this one. And I don't know that I need to—I think we can take that blurb.
S&N News and Politics and Sports. This is Samantha. She says, I can't stand hair racism, but calling women who sexted with him victims because he was chatting them up for nudes is insane. They are not victims. 93% of adults sex just because it didn't work out for you doesn't mean you get to share snaps of hair in the shower that he sent you privately. That actually is a crime. I hope he pursues those hoes in court. I'm so tired of women calling men abusers when they're literally just normal biological men. A man wanting to see your is normal.
It's not forcing you to show them he's flirting with you. You enjoyed it. You flirted back. Congratulations. You just sexted. Doesn't mean he's abusing you now that you found out he's texted other women. No, no, no. I disagree. If a normal guy were to have done these things. But Harry is not a normal guy. He is a staunch advocate against the very things he's doing.
No sympathy, no mercy. They want to live in this world. And all you Gen Z guys out there, Harry Sisson wants to make it so you cannot compete in the dating marketplace as a reasonable, normal guy because of his actions and the politics he supports. When you walk up to a beautiful woman and say, how do you do, ma'am? She's going to say, predator and pepper spray you. Not literally. I'm being hyperbolic. Get the point.
They're going to create an atmosphere, guys like Harry, where you could face serious social repercussions for trying to meet a woman in public. For the most part, these things don't happen. But he is creating a social environment of fear around it. No sympathy. He wants to play this game. He wants to live by the sword. You know how it goes. It just makes it that much harder for women who are real victims. We get it. We get it. That's how it goes, right? Yellow Flash Guy next says, that's crazy.
Men really are just giving up. Take a look at this quote. And we covered this story before, but, you know. A sizable minority of men are not approaching women at all. In the entire data set, 29% of men said they never approached a woman in person before. 27% said it had been more than a year.
This was larger for men in the age 18 to 25 group. 45% had never approached a woman in person. This is again consistent with the hypothesis of a generational risk aversion trend in Zoomers. 17% had not approached a woman in more than one year. Never and more than one year are discrete groups. This means that about half of all single men in my data set are effectively not approaching women for dates in person. Okay, well, we could basically say like what Bumble, Tinder or whatever.
My point with this is, well, Gen Z struggles. It is the hyper left scumbaggery worldview that continually makes it more difficult. People like Harry Sisson are privately macking up to all these women as normal guys do. I get it. But publicly saying, how dare you creating social pressures for other men? He is basically playing this game of he's a sneaky effer.
He wants to use social pressure to shut out any competition while he privately is playing the game. They say don't hate the player, hate the game. Maybe, maybe if that's all he was doing. But publicly, the game this guy is playing is to destroy the social fabric so that what? He can get nudes. Like you don't even have kids that way.
He also posted a video of like a woman rubbing his face and him smirking at the camera. He is a smarmy scumbag who doesn't believe anything that he says, nor does he truly understand it. He is just a slimeball Gen Z typical bro who wants to mack at the chicks and is playing the game, the male feminist game we have long warned about. What's the meme? Zero days since a male feminist was shown to be a predator. Now, again, I know.
People on the right are saying he's not a predator. You can't say that. Blah, blah, blah. And I'm like, listen, you do not get to advocate for this world. And then when you're caught, people come and defend you. I am playing that. Angela McArdle, she's a friend. She says, who cares? This is pathetic. No, I disagree.
For young men right now, they don't think it's pathetic. Gen Z guys, age 25, who I see these stories all over the Internet. I just did a story last week where a guy was invited to hang out with a chick. She falsely accused him of really disgusting things. And he went to jail over it. Not not he wasn't convicted. They arrest him. They lock him up. They seize his belongings. And then it turns out she made the whole thing up and there was no proof. They came. Forensics came back and said, literally, there's no evidence of anything. And this guy has to endure that.
10 years ago, we had the Me Too movement. These guys do not get free passes. None. Mike Carlos says, in what universe was this girl a victim? I'm not going to argue they are. I'm going to argue that Harry Sissom is a scumbag who should not be getting sympathy from anybody. He should live by the rules he wants you to live by. He wants to play that game. I'm holding him to it, baby. But a lot of people are basically saying this. This isn't a scandal. Come on. Don't hate the player. You know what, man? This is what I can't stand about the right.
The left consistently and continually does these things. They they call Trump. They say right now, they say Trump is violating the Constitution. What do we do when in reality it's their judges that are violating the Constitution? And because Trump is like, yo, you can't do that. That violates Constitution like, aha, that proves that Trump did it. Harry Sisson says women are under attack and we have to be this, that or otherwise. And he wants to live in that world. He is a fake male feminist.
And then behind the scenes, he's got a big list of women. He's got a little red book and he's going through names saying, send me pics, baby. And then people on the right are like, ah, that's totally fine that he's doing it while publicly burning the country down socially. I ain't playing that game. Harry Sisson canceled. And you know what? Why would the right defend them? Even if your attitude was like, I really don't care that he did it. The attitude should be, yeah, I don't care what he's doing, but I'm glad to see the scumbag
Get get canceled by his own side. These are your rules, bro. If you want those rules for us, you live by those rules. No more rules for thee, but not for me. I ain't playing that. I'm going to wrap it there, my friend. Stay tuned. We got more segments coming up today. Thanks for hanging out. We will see you all in the next bit. Follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast and stay tuned. My friends, I'd say we are closer to civil war than ever before. If you watch the live show at noon, you'd understand even greater detail. But there is a debate raging right now.
particularly among those who are anti-establishment, some who supported Trump or this narrative that Donald Trump's actions and deportations are wrong. Well, I'm here to argue that Donald Trump is in the right. And it's a challenge to challenge. I can dismiss almost everything pertaining to the deportation of these criminal gang members by simply saying wartime president.
And, you know, a lot of people are going to say, I don't like the sound of that. I don't care. Literally don't care. Over the past five or so years, this country has been in a state of active conflict. I'm not saying kinetic conflict. The lockdowns from COVID originated with Donald Trump. Two weeks to slow the spread. Then we ended up with a wave of lockdowns across the country, mandated medications, mass rights to like to the likes of which we had seen in decades.
30 plus deaths, firebombing of government buildings, firebombing of the White House and St. John's Church. Donald Trump loses an election. Call it whatever you want. But he lost. Joe Biden takes power. The lockdowns extend. It's been active conflict for some time. The Biden administration and its allies in various states sought to put the president in prison.
Some people tried to kill him twice. One was a pro-Ukraine zealot. Now we are getting acts of terror across the country. And then comes Donald Trump's deportations. And you say to me, how dare Trump? OK, there's no argument to be made. Philosophically, morally, we're done. Are you a fool? Are you blind or are you the are you being fooled? Trump administration has noon deadline. They say this is the story.
The judge wants to know what happened with these flights that were headed to El Salvador, deporting what Trump claims are gang members and criminals. Now, the important thing to understand before we get into this debate is that Barack Obama was called the deporter in chief. The amount of individuals who were deported from this country without quote unquote due process probably spans millions, millions of people over the over the past several decades in our generation. I'd imagine millions. Democrats never complained about it before.
Hillary Clinton said, deport the criminal aliens, no questions asked. The Supreme Court, I believe, I don't know if it was the Supreme Court actually, but the court precedent on the Alien Enemies Act going back to 1948 is that there is no judicial review should the president declare alien enemies to be removed from this country. Makes sense. The reason why we have an executive branch is quite simple. The Founding Fathers, quite brilliant, said,
Let's figure out what form of government this country should be. Perhaps it should be a direct democracy where people elect representatives and those reps are for each area and the council comes together and convenes to represent those areas. So it's not so much a direct democracy, but largely the people vote. No, the problem there is you'll get a you get a rule of the majority and then you'll have conflict when the minority refuses to abide by the majority. So how do we solve for that?
That's a good point. Not to mention that committees can't answer warfare particularly well. Yikes. Well, that's not going to work. What if we had a council of elders, people that we appoint who are learned in matters of law, who could make these decisions in a much smaller group instead of states? You'd have appointed individuals by the state governments that would represent certain regions. OK, fine.
Well, once again, you're going to have individuals over a long period of time with a set political view on changing. And it's not a bad idea, but still likely not strong enough to deal with things in the immediate. It could be a decent way to run things. I'm not sure. What if we had a king? Yeah, the problem with kings is how do you pass the power down? Just a president. You like the president. Okay, I got an idea. All three. All three.
You get direct representation. You get a council of elders and an executive. Why? The executive can handle military actions and executive action instantly. That means for the most pressing matters, if someone's attacking our shores, the president say, rally the troops, go.
We don't got to wait for committees. We don't go away. Wait for hearings. When it comes to law enforcement, domestic or foreign war, whatever a president can act. The laws of this land will be determined by the people and a council of elders will help keep it all in check. A Supreme Court, as it were. It's brilliant. So here we are today.
The Alien Enemies Act is codified in law, which they're now entertaining as old law, 18th century law, as pointed out by the viewers yesterday in the morning show. Murder extends well beyond the 18th century and is illegal. So we don't say it's an old law barring murder. Alien Enemies Act, when people come to this country and they're criminals or they're aliens, there's no judicial review. Ask Barack Obama how many people he detained in Florida and other states.
Where's their due process? They were captured and put in cages and then sent home. Heaven's me. No due process. Joe Biden floated the zone and they engage in administrative warfare. They arguably there was still kinetic warfare from the ground up with the far left ransacking, writing and destroying, which they're doing now. Case in point is the latest iteration of this debate, which I feel warranted a full segment.
Michael Schellenberger tweets this. Every single Trump advisor, including and especially Stephen Miller, knows perfectly well that what they did is unconstitutional. Wrong.
Molly says, given the issues at play, I assume you're referring to the judge, but it's unclear from your wording. Schellenberger responds, we have a constitution and a balance of powers for a reason. Do you really support the Trump administration defying a judge's orders? I wish he did. He's arguing he didn't. The argument they've made is they will abide by all the orders now. And planes that were on the ground did not go anywhere. But planes that already left did not stop. In fact, in this community note.
Ludeck v. Watkins, 1948, the court held, quote, the Alien Enemy Act precludes judicial review of the removal order from the opinion, quote, these are matters of political judgment for which judges have neither technical competence nor official responsibility. Indeed. And so Schellenberger asks, do you really support the Trump administration defying a judge's orders?
Let's play the game, baby. My response. If the judge is issuing orders outside of his jurisdiction, yes. If we allow a judge, especially a lower court judge, to overturn international agreements between world leaders, we have no credibility. How could a president possibly negotiate with any world leader if they thought a partisan lower court in the U.S. would stop any arrangement from happening? And it will, especially in this quote unquote administrative civil war.
Every action Trump has taken has been challenged. Right now, we have a judge arguing that anyone for any reason can enlist in the military and serve regardless of whether or not they have a mental disorder. Now, hold on. Gender dysphoria, mental disorder. Trump said you can serve so long as you are functioning normally. A judge said no, no to this preliminary injunction.
This means that people who are suffering schizophrenia, who are suffering from anorexia, bulimia, or pica must be affirmed in their choice of how they deal with their mental disorder in the DSM-5. I am not being mean. That's the academic term for it. You saw my argument this morning. Once again, an absurdity. I say.
Especially when you consider the AEA, the American Enemies Act actions Trump took are at best pending adjudication. This was not a cut and dry quote. You can't do this that the judge tried to stop. This was a quote. Cancel your dealings with El Salvador until we figure this out. That's insane.
Under the law, Trump is allowed to do what he is doing. So if you want to review the law, it is insane that you would say we're going to stop you from doing what is legal right now. That is in in transit until we figure it out. I stress to you once again.
How could a president possibly negotiate with any country if at any point a lower court judge simply says, we don't know the rules on this. Cancel all of your dealings. The United States has a deal. I believe it was six million dollars in total for the Venezuelan gang members, the individuals being deported to El Salvador to be placed in prison.
Trump negotiated this with El Salvador. The deal is made. The planes depart and a judge says cancel the deal. Trump is not allowed to negotiate and act these deals unless he gets approval from the courts.
Let's talk about a scenario where you think this makes sense. How would Donald Trump possibly engage in these negotiations of deportation? Would he first petition a judge and say, Your Honor, we would like to engage in negotiations with El Salvador? Well, that doesn't make sense. Trump doesn't answer to lower court judges. You want to argue that lower court judges can stop the president because a co-equal branch and they could say, put a pause on it. I'd argue within their jurisdiction.
Military and foreign affairs is not part of that. Domestic affairs, yes. Now, after the actions are complete, if the here's my view, Trump does thing you say, I don't know if you're allowed to do thing. I sue the judge's review. Is thing allowed to be done? And they say, OK, from this point on, we do not believe under the AEA that Trump can do what he did.
Fine. But the idea that Trump is defying a judge right now by engaging in his constitutional authorities is insane because it would mean that Donald Trump as the president of the United States, before he could take any action at all in foreign relations, he would have to confer with judges first. He would have to sign a document saying, I hereby request permission from the judiciary before I can take any foreign policy action. Psychotic. Here's some responses.
Kim Iverson says, thank God district judges are able to check a president's power. It came in handy against Biden's vaccine mandates. Indeed. Now, as to Salvador negotiations relating to codified law and a judge's attempt to undermine the president and international dealings. Imagine a scenario where a lower court evangelical judge ruled a president's withdrawal of support from Israel was void pending adjudication and the military must resume shipment of arms. We'd never be able to negotiate peace treaties ever again. The chicken's head is cut off.
Now, I know many Kim Iverson and many others are in are very concerned about what Israel does. So let's play this game. Donald Trump has a plane en route to withdraw U.S. military weapons and personnel from Israel. And he says, we're done with this deal. Israel is not getting any support. They won't end the war in Gaza.
Trump says to Netanyahu, to the to the parliament of Israel, you will end the bombing of Gaza or we will pull out all of our military support. It's a hypothetical, by the way. It's not really happening. Imagine that scenario. And and the Democrats and evangelicals in the U.S. are apoplectic. How Trump can't do that. Israel's our ally. The president can't do that.
Israel says we won't stop. I mean, the ceasefire broke. That actually did happen. So Trump says, OK, start boarding the planes. We're pulling out of Israel. We are cutting off our support. This war must be stopped. And then along comes a lower court judge who says, nope, turn the planes around, send the weapons back to Israel.
You may get a little excited when you shop at Burlington. Oh!
What a low price! Did you see that? They have my favorite! It's like a whole new world! I can buy two! I'm saving so much! Burlington saves you up to 60% off other retailers' prices every day. Will it be the low prices or the great brands? You'll love the deals. You'll love Burlington. I told you so. What? That's insanity. That is insanity.
Donald Trump can never enter into a negotiation again if a judge can undermine it the moment he does it. Now, I understand with deportations to El Salvador, we're not talking about ongoing military operations. I mean, like active conflict, though the Trump administration argues this is dealing with terrorists. I am I am flabbergasted.
This is the pinnacle of hypocrisy from these individuals. I do not take executive authority lightly. Barack Obama murdered a 16-year-old American citizen. That was outside of his authorities. They argued it was within it. You want to kill an American? You can't do it. Sorry. You make an argument for war? Have Congress declare it, grant an authorization of use of military force, and then the president can dispatch to a nation we have just entered war with
Barack Obama, as the president, cannot bomb a country we are not at war with. That's totally different. Now, that being said, what was the ramifications? We know that you as president cannot murder Americans. So, yeah, if if Donald Trump ordered the bombing of Americans in Yemen or of an American and a judge said stop, I'd say yes, because Trump doesn't have the authority to do that. Now, there are challenges, right?
In this law that we must navigate, Abdulrahman Al-Awlaki, a 16 year old, was an enemy combatant. Some argue that Anwar Al-Awlaki was. I still believe if an American is engaged in enemy actions against the United States, you need judicial review before the United States is allowed to execute that American period. Enemy combatants, when Congress authorizes, declares war, the president can't.
Trump as president or whoever then gets to control what the military does after the fact. Totally agreed. There are certain circumstances where it is reasonable to argue a president is acting outside of his authority, engaging in war, initiating war or starting war is outside his authority. Killing Americans is to Donald Trump, deporting individuals under the codified Alien Enemies Act, which says no judicial review is within his purview. And Obama deported tons of people. So spare me the hypocrisy.
We can't live in a country if this is the game we're going to play. Now, I'll admit...
There are a lot of challenges and where we draw those lines. And there are people saying, I can't believe you would defend Trump just taking people, sending them to a Salvadoran prison at his word. No, I want him to publish a list of the people who were deported with with some degree of transparency. But that is their due process. The due process for an American citizen is you get to go before a court and a judge and all the stuff you don't by virtue of walking to this country as a criminal, alien or otherwise get access to the entirety of our system. That would be insane.
Now, I'll say this. Throw your principles out the window, ladies and gentlemen. I ain't playing those games. We have gone through nearly a decade of a decade of administrative warfare. You are not going to come to me and say, oh, but Tim, won't you please sit here and be fair and reasonable to us, the people who have sought to destroy your nation and still seek to do so? I'm going to say this. You want to live in Candyland and the world of naivety? By all means, you go ahead and do it. But the reality of the world is this. In war,
principles be damned. Now, I know it sucks, right? It does. But as the saying goes, all is fair in love and war. Abraham Lincoln suspended habeas corpus. Don't come to me and tell me that Trump is doing something wrong when we are in an escalating civil strife period. They have tried to kill Donald Trump. I'm saying the two assassins that that's the day there have been powerful individuals trying to put him in prison, targeting his lawyers.
Now you come to me and say Trump can't deport people. Actually, codified, he can. There's not even that controversial. And you're trying to stop him. Abraham Lincoln had a large portion of the Maryland legislature arrested and imprisoned. They created a corridor where there were no rights at all. Abraham Lincoln is cherished. You want to talk about what it means to be in war and conflict. Spare me your platitudes. We'll see how this plays out. Stay tuned. We got more segments coming up and we'll see you all then. Follow me on X and Instagram at Tim Kist.
Elon Musk won. Cry more about it. There you go. That's the segment. Elon Musk wins. Twitter has, I'm sorry, X, I dead named it, has a $44 billion valuation. Elon's made all his money back and now has one of the leading AI platforms. Cry more libs. Spit and yowl like whiny babies. You lose. Thanks for watching, everybody. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. That's all. I'm just kidding. We'll read the news story. But this is tremendous. Shout out to Elon Musk. Okay, I always say this because I'm a reasonable guy.
Elon's far from perfect. Okay, you're not coming to my channel to see me be like, the man can do no wrong. I think he's kind of a goofy dude, to be completely honest. But yo, he's making spaceships. Okay, he's making spaceships. It's amazing. Bro, I am moved. I seriously mean this. When I watch that ship come down and get caught by the chopsticks, effectively a 30-story building, hot. It is what dreams are made of. Growing up watching Star Trek, seeing what Elon is pulling off.
I grew up, uh,
You know, fairly liberal, libertarian ish. So I always liked Ron Paul. And I say this a lot. He wasn't really aligned with me politically, but he was he was always saying government shouldn't do it. And so my position is no. And I'm like, you mean to tell me that if I were to support this guy, the worst case scenario is he just literally does nothing. I'm like, I'll take it. Right. I still end up voting, voting for Obama. But I always liked Ron Paul and that he was saying, I believe things, but I'm not going to force them on you. And I'm like, I'll take it. Leave me alone.
And so now with Elon Musk in government with Trump and he's firing and gutting all these people, I'm like, good, stop bothering me. So here we got a guy kind of goofy. You can make fun of him and all that stuff. But hey, richest guy in the world brought back free speech to a to a great degree, not perfectly to to Twitter. Then now X.
Building spaceships. I mean, this guy all around is just a prolific guy who's doing good. He's a massive net positive. And they're burning down Tesla dealerships. They're trying to destroy his company. Well, today, my friends, we round out by giving you the news that Elon wins. Elon Musk's X obtains $44 billion valuation in sharp turnaround. The social media site was valued at less than $10 billion in September. Take a look at this.
We already had gotten news that many of the investors had already made their money back. And it's a surprise to these people. They said, Elon's so dumb. He destroyed Twitter. He destroyed X, whatever. And it's like, perhaps the world's richest man may actually know what he's doing with money. Social media site X's valuation has soared back to $44 billion.
Underscoring underscoring the sharp turnaround in the company's fortunes since its owner, Elon Musk, assumed the role of staunch ally to President Trump. Investors value the platform at forty four billion dollars in a so-called secondary deal earlier this month in which they exchange existing stakes in the company, according to two people with knowledge of the matter.
X was also working on raising fresh capital in a primary round, which would aim to raise about $2 billion through selling new equity and be used to pay off more than $1 billion of junior debt that Musk agreed to take on to finance his buyout of the company. Then known as Twitter in 2022, several people briefed on the situation said.
Since taking over the group, Musk has loosened the platform's moderation policies, something that prompted many advertisers to leave. Disclosures from Fidelity Investments in late September implied a valuation below $10 billion. Musk bought it for $44. Well, guess what, baby? The advertisers are back, and I'm getting paid. I have no problem publishing my X earnings because I want to encourage everybody to get involved. So let me – I'm going to pull up their X app. I think it's like $3,000. Monetization, $3,000.
And then it's the creator revenue sharing $3,004.04. Before that, it was $2,800. Before that, it was $3,900. Before that was $4,000. Yo, I'm getting paid to X. Are you getting paid to X?
Now, to be fair, I got millions of followers. It's not that much money. It's like what I'm doing four or five grand per month. But hey, man, that's kind of that's kind of amazing. Elon not only has brought back a lot of people who are censored, he got the advertisers back on board. He's getting users paid and they're still giving it a forty four dollar, forty four billion dollar valuation. If Elon wasn't paying us, he wasn't paying out the rev share.
or subscribers or anything, valuation would be way higher. But he's giving back. The new valuation represents a rebound for Musk and the group of investors, including Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Capital, 8VC, Goana Capital, and Fidelity. The deal would help set a price for the upcoming primary round. Ooh, baby.
X's revenues have dropped since Musk's takeover, but it posted about one point two billion in adjusted earnings before interest taxes, depreciation and amortization at twenty twenty four. And also the important thing to understand is the margins have doubled. So he may be the earnings may be down, but he's making more profit today.
Another two people with knowledge of X's finances said there were signs Musk's cost cutting plan for the company was working and that revenues have been improving. A further person noted, however, that the EBITDA figure was widely, wildly adjusted, which
A group of seven Wall Street banks, including Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Barclays and MUFG, have sold almost all of their loans Musk used to finance his takeover. The lenders had been saddled with the debt while Musk sought to turn X around. Investor interest in the loans improved in the weeks following Trump's election's victory, given the billionaire's proximity to the new administration, blah, blah, blah.
It also improved after he gave a 25% stake in his artificial intelligence startup, XAI, to investors in the social media company earlier last year. XAI has obtained a valuation of $45 billion. Holy crap. Wow. And the novel arrangement has provided new security to X's lenders and boosted the platform's valuation. Smart guy. He's using the firehose of X to train Grok,
He gave the investors a piece of it saying X is what's making this happen and you guys are in and he's making himself worth billions more. This is incredible. One banker close to the fundraising said the upcoming primary round would help X clean up its last bit of debt. The banks agreed to give the company time to raise fresh equity or equity like funding to pay down the remaining junior debt instead of offloading it when they sold more than $11 billion of the loans in January and February.
In a further boost for X, groups such as Amazon have boosted marketing spending recently. As Musk's relationship with Trump has deepened, X recently added a number of brands, including Nestle, Lego, Pinterest, Shell to a lawsuit alleging the companies had previously illegally boycotted the platform. This is what I call winning, ladies and gentlemen. Now, I want to ask you, as we learn about the great fortunes of Elon Musk, don't you want a piece of that?
Wouldn't you love a little piece? Well, I tell you this, my friends, Elon Musk in Doge, he's doing that. What he did to cut costs in X and turn around its revenue, increase its margin, nearly doubling them and restoring its valuation after the fact, he cleaned the company up and it is better than ever. I want to see him do that in government, too. I want to see my tax dollars better spent. I'd love it if the U.S. government made a profit, to be fair, depending on the profit was.
Beyond advertising, X is expanding its effort to diversify into new revenue streams and become what Musk has dubbed the everything app. Chief Executive Linda Yaccarino announced in January the company would later this year launch X Money, a digital wallet and peer-to-peer payment service with Visa as its first partner. All I suggest, and I say to you, X.
Don't make it so complicated. Coinbase and all these crypto platforms, they're hard for the regular person to use. We need to make it easy so they log in, they can see their money. That can be an advanced wallet with different cryptos, but the main wallet just holds money and you can tap your phone or you can do whatever and swipe and make it easy. Always got to be easy.
It's also working closely with XAI to integrate AI tech into the platform. On Monday, launching the latest version of its AI chatbot Grok 3 for premium subs. X plans to wield the AI tech developed by XAI to boost its ads offering and products, according to a person familiar. So I would just like to give a big shout out to old Elon Musk here. Story was published yesterday. Who won. He won. So what's the reaction? What's that? They're going around torching Tesla facilities? That's all they got, I guess. Really?
That's all you got? Okay. Well, here's what I hope. I hope Trump cracks down. Cash and Dan show up. Can we get like a, can someone make an AI video of like a buddy cop film called Cash and Dan, where they go around arresting the people who are attacking the Tesla dealerships? And then I hope we don't see an escalation of violence. I fear we will. But take a look at the future in front of us.
These people hate Elon for no reason. He cleaned up X. He brought people back to the platform. What are they complaining about? Oh, they're communists. I got to say, for you, me, and the world that we live in, it's never been better. It has never been better. I'm glad to see Elon's success in X because it's a platform we use. It is the premier cultural platform. Now, what they got to figure out is,
We want to put our podcasts on X. We are broadcasting Timcast IRL in the morning show on X. The viewership isn't so good. The metrics aren't so good. We can't track. It's hard to sell against. They need a video platform. They need a tab where you can swipe like TikTok does. And they need to dominate the space. And I am down for it. It's wild to me that people look at Elon and they think he's some, like, psycho evil guy instead of just some, like,
nerdy autist who knows math pretty good. They argue that he's a moron. And I'm like, bro, he's the richest guy in the world and he keeps making himself richer. Everything he's doing is working. He's a genius. Cry more. He literally is. I think you can criticize him for a lot of stuff. I don't know what that video game scandal was. Whatever. He's a goofy dude. You can make fun of him for that. Fine. But the man has certainly figured something out. So shout out to Elon. Cry more libs. X wins. Thanks for hanging out. We'll be back tonight, 8 p.m. Timcast IRL. Stick around and we'll see you all then.
