Big protests are planned, my friends. The left has organized a nationwide gathering at various Tesla dealerships to protest, which raises particularly interesting questions.
Right now, we're dealing with overt acts of terrorism. It's there's no other definition. The far left is attacking Tesla. And we've got this great video. Jordan Klepper from The Daily Show basically says that it's not about Tesla. It's not Elon. Don't you understand? It's about Doge. But it kind of proves the point. Even he refers to the attacks as, quote, petty domestic terrorism.
Think that's actually a fine way to put it. It is particularly petty. I don't think I mean, maybe saying petty to imply it's not that big a deal. I think he's saying these individuals are petty and they're engaged in acts of domestic terrorism or whatever. Let's take it to its worst interpretation and give him the credit. Right. Probably not. But he does. He does say the audience cheers.
It's kind of wild. On The Daily Show, when he shows news reports where they say people are opening fire, public shootings at multiple Tesla dealerships, the audience cheers. When they say firebombs and Molotovs were lobbed at buildings, the audience cheers. And Klapper's like, wow. And then what does he say? Elon, it's not about Tesla. It's about your work with government, which is these leftists are engaged in attacks on these dealerships and private Tesla owners. There's more updates. There's more videos.
because of political reasons, which is terrorism. The results are in. There's Tesla individuals saying it's time for Elon to quit Doge. It's damaging the company. Tesla was booted from an auto show out of terrorism fears. And now we're hearing the left is organizing protests. I ask you, my friends, honest question. And I'd appreciate you guys to comment and engage and explain to me. Get the conversation rolling with Rumble Rants and Super Chats, because here it goes.
If you've got ground level extreme violence, shootings, arson, physical attacks and swattings on conservative personalities. If you've got at the highest level judicial attacks against the executive branch and then in the public sphere, prominent liberals. We now have Rick Wilson calling for the to to end the life of Tesla. I want to be careful in the words that I use here with all that happening.
Do you believe we should allow protests at Tesla? Many of you may say, but the First Amendment is at risk. What do you do? Do you take an Abraham Lincoln-esque approach and suspend the Constitution for the betterment of this nation? Are we at that level yet? Honest question. I don't know. But when you know they're engaged in terror, when they're cheering for terror in audiences on Jimmy Kimmel, Colbert and The Daily Show, when prominent liberals like
Jimmy Kimmel and Colbert are giving a wink wink celebration of terror attacks against Tesla and against the individuals who own them. Can we assume a nationwide protest is anything but furtherance of the terror campaign? It's a hard question. They are pressing us. They are backing us into a corner. The right likes the Constitution, likes free speech, has fought for it for a while. They want to challenge you now.
At what point do you break? I don't have good answers for you. That's a question you're gonna have to answer for yourself. Do we say we know they engage in terror? We know they're advocating terror. We know that they want more. We're going to let them go have their protests. I'm not saying shut the protests down. I'm saying is the response going to be that federal law enforcement or National Guard get called out immediately? Because in only about one week, the far left has announced a nationwide protest.
One of these groups, one of these subgroups, I suppose, of a larger group that engaged in this terror, they were at a dealership that had been shot at in a public shooting. So, my friends, things are getting particularly hot. Now, welcome, I say to all of you, to the Rumble Morning lineup. I'm your host, Tim Pool of the Timcast Network.
I guess it's a noon news show. Used to be the morning show, but now I guess it's not because it's noon unless you're not in the East Coast. Shout out to Steven Crowder and the Mug Club. Thank you guys for joining us. Crowder now with the biggest show in the country in news. And I think he was number one in the world. I'm sorry, in the country, because I don't know the world. I don't track those. But Crowder had the biggest show in the country yesterday. Bravo. We were number four.
almost at the top three. But there's a lot of personalities out there that have entertaining content, and sometimes you just can't beat them. But a special thanks to the Crowder team for rating this show. And of course, for this hour, we'll be talking to you about the latest developments in the conflict between the executive branch, the judicial branch, and the ongoing street-level violence, and those calling for it, the reactions from the left. And after this hour, we will be sending over to Jeremy Hambly at the quartering. So smash that like button and share the show. Ladies and
Yesterday, the day before, I think every day this week, we have been the number one live show for the noon slot, which is tremendous. We are taking this space over. So share the show. Let's continue the trend and let's talk news and let's expand cultural influence so we can save this great nation. But don't forget, we got delicious coffee. Do we have coffee? We do. We have
Check the link in the description below or go to boonieshq.com. Click boards. Have you purchased your step on snack and find out skateboard? It's our best seller. Everybody loves the graphic, but we do got a couple others for you. They're all basically just little meme drawings. If you believe the right of the people to keep bear and breed chickens shall not be infringed, then the 28th Amendment skateboard is for you.
I know all of you out there got chicken coops. You got to hang this board up on your chicken coop. Demand your rights under the 20th Amendment. Not yet ratified, but I'm for it. And we should be allowed to have chickens. You know, guys, you know, there are a lot of jurisdictions that make it illegal to own chickens. That is should be unconstitutional. My friends, you can follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast. But let's jump to this news story now.
Let me show you where the liberals are currently at in their overt calls for terrorism. I ain't playing around, man. At the lower level, you got viral videos on TikTok. We all know what they're saying when they advocate for assassinations, murder, violence, death and attacks on Tesla. But what about your run of the mill audience in New York? The Post has the story. Jordan Klepper isn't kidding around with this overt Elon Musk takedown.
The Daily Show host took a pause after turning to this graphic message for the billionaire at a Tesla dealership. Okay, here's the video. Let's hear what he has to say. It's only a couple minutes. ...taking to the streets or the parking lots...
Tonight, the FBI and ATF now investigating multiple cases of possible arson targeting Teslas and Cybertrucks. This dramatic video shows multiple cars in flames. Police say the attacker used Molotov cocktails. It's the latest in more than a dozen instances of arson and vandalism targeting Tesla. The same suspect shot more Teslas with a gun. Tesla Cybertrucks were set on fire in Kansas City. And earlier this month, shots fired at a Tesla dealership in Oregon.
Wow, you guys like petty acts of domestic terrorism, huh? Oh, okay. Let me just say, nobody should be breaking the law and blowing up Teslas. Agreed. Especially because if you just wait a few minutes, they'll probably do it by themselves. Okay. And in case you're wondering why people might do this, some have been leaving helpful messages.
This is what Tesla employees in Encinitas saw when they arrived to work today. Well, it gets a little there. There is a funny news report. I'll give them that in this news report. The the the company, I guess, tried to censor the graffiti that Nazi scum, but they only censored the S. And so outside of politics, I'll give them that one. That is pretty funny to point out. But did you hear the audience?
Did you hear what they were what was going on when these were clips of news reports where the anchors, the reporters were saying public shootings? I thought the left was upset about public shootings. No. OK. I mean, these are electric cars. I thought they wanted to save the environment. No. OK. Color me surprised, I guess. To be honest, not really. We knew that the left were hypocrites the whole time. And I've been saying this forever, my friends.
Yo, there is no ideology behind wokeness. I describe wokeness as cult like adherence to liberal orthodoxy. Whatever the left deems it. So it must be. So Stephen Colbert, who only a couple of years ago was bragging on his show about how he drives a Tesla, is now entertaining and cheering on individuals who attacked and vandalized Tesla's. They'll argue. I'm just kidding. It's a joke.
Every joke has its truth. It's where the humor comes from. And if the premise of your joke is that it's funny that terrorism is happening, we get the point of your joke. I'm not saying you can't make jokes about things, but the way you joke about things insinuates your feelings on them. Like you can make racial jokes where it's apparent you're not really racist and you can make racist jokes where it's like, bro, I can tell your intention is to attack an individual based on race.
Colbert's jokes operate under the premise that he actually wants the violence. And the only reason he's not advocating for it is the CBS legal department prevents him from doing so. He then says he appreciates the tireless efforts of someone who stole every tire off Tesla vehicles in a parking lot. And he wins a pun award for doing so.

You don't need to say you appreciate their efforts. You can say everybody recognized it was tireless efforts. Right. The point is, it's a spin. The story we covered yesterday, just to add context to those who didn't see it. Jimmy Kimmel inciting domestic terrorism. So so they say MAGA furious at Jimmy Kimmel about vandalizing Tesla's. Now, I know we did talk about this. We showed this clip yesterday along with Colbert.
Just to explain, at the highest levels of mainstream liberal punditry, this is funny to them. I want to stress that point one more time, though, just so y'all understand. You've got leftists advocating for shooting up public buildings. I just want to...
I just want to make sure I say that again. I'm a gun guy. I'm not like the gun guy and I can tell you everything about guns. I got a lot of guns. I'm pro 2A. I'm probably more 2A than most people. I've had members of Congress come here and I say, do the American people have the right to keep and bear nuclear weapons? And they go, no. I'm like, you're wrong. They do. Absolutely they do. Private companies have nukes. Deal with it.
Back in the day when they codified, when they enshrined the Second Amendment, there were corsairs and privateers. They were issued letters of mark. Private individuals owned warships. They had cannons, the most powerful weapons at the time. They had them. Grape shot. Man, they could wipe out a coastal town with their fleets. So none of that changes. I'm not saying people should have these things, but two-way protects it. Change the Constitution. You got a problem. That being said, we're now dealing with Democrats.
celebrating shootings. The point is this. It's not that they're for gun rights. It's that they don't want you to be able to defend yourself. We see this all the time with their riots. When the BLM riots were happening, the COVID riots, George Floyd, whatever you want to call it, they celebrated when police arrested their enemies. They demanded the police arrest Kyle Rittenhouse. They demanded that people who oppose them get arrested. Now they claimed abolish the police, abolish the police.
And then as soon as the police started bending the knee, well, and things were different, wasn't it? There were several instances. Once in Wisconsin, in one instance, there was a group of BLM rioters, protesters organized by some locals. They were looking for some young girls they believed to be missing, some 14 year olds. They showed up to a house wrongly and firebombed it. They caught it on fire. The fire department came with the fire out. Once the fire was out, they firebombed it and set it on. They set it on fire again.
And then it got put out. Turns out the girls were actually just at a friend's house the whole time and nobody was missing. This is mob rule, I suppose. The same individuals who organized that showed up to another man's house. They deemed racist and they were protesting in front of it. This guy had reason to fear for his life. They had set fire to another house already. His mistake. He brandished a shotgun through the window. Can't brandish a weapon.
So the police were called, went to his door and arrested him. And the Black Lives Matter protesters celebrated the police arresting a guy they did not like. It is never about abolishing the police. It is never about ending the wars. It is about seizing control. A great example, of course, is the adamant fervor among the left to defund Israel. The military industrial complex, they say.
But they'd put that money as fast as possible into Ukraine because it's not really about the military industrial complex. It's about them getting what they want. Now, the problem, what do they want? Honestly, I have no idea. There is no ideology backing what they do. Case in point, they're torching electric cars. They're shooting up public buildings, things they're supposed to be against, but are now for cheering for it. Here's a post for you from Rick Wilson on Blue Sky.
Rick Wilson, you know him, you love him. I guess he's supposed to be a conservative, but he's not. He's indistinguishable from the left. He posted this. Kill Tesla, save the country. Really? And he posted a picture of a flaming Cybertruck, one that blew up and we haven't got any answers on. I mean, I got to be honest. At what point do we say these individuals have crossed the line? Now, I'm not going to buy a subscription to his sub stack, so I ain't reading the whole thing. But I can show you a bit of what Rick Wilson has to say.
Tesla is no longer just a car company, he writes. It's a bank for fascists, a goose stepping hedge fund bankrolling. The political fever dreams of Elon Musk and his doge dreams of controlling the ruins of the American government as he becomes Earth's first trillionaire and then the emperor of Mars. Musk's power and wealth are inseparable from Tesla's absurdly inflated stock price. If the Tesla bubble pops, so does Elon's ability to keep throwing money around like a drunken Russian oligarch at a Macau casino.
Elon has a weak spot attack. I'm going to say this again. He literally says to kill and to attack. Now, my friends, are you going to come to me and say, surely this man just means in the political context? Yeah, I don't know. He posted a picture of a flaming cyber truck. What we are witnessing going on right now is not people that are shorting Tesla stock. We are witnessing right now, as he published this just yesterday,
People physically attacking. We're beyond the world of interpretations and innuendo. We are quite literally in the fray of whether underground level terror attacks on private vehicle owners. Guys, some of these people have no idea what's going on politically. Y'all told them liberals to buy electric cars. So they did. Even Colbert bought one. Now you're threatening violence and death against them for having them.
Because they want you to get rid of the cars. They want nobody to drive them. They would destroy this company. They would firebomb it. They would shoot them up. They would vandalize the buildings. They will torch charging stations. They've done this and more. So perhaps when Rick Wilson comes out and says attack, I don't take that as figurative or political. I don't. Here's a question for you guys. You can comment. At what point do we actually bring charges? It's an honest question.
Do we, as reasonable and rational individuals, say, no, no, no, no, Rick Wilson, we're not going to go there. He's not telling people to physically attack. I know he wrote the words attack. I know he said it's a weak spot. I know he said kill Tesla. I know he said that this is how you stop Elon Musk and all of these things. We're not going to go there. We're not going to charge him or arrest him. Or is there the inverse? This is an imminent threat. There is an organized protest.
Post-millennial reports, activist group Indivisible Tennessee to stage Tesla protests in Franklin, Memphis, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. There are efforts for a nationwide. Now, I don't know how much they can actually pull this off, but there are calls for, I believe it's the 29th. Is that what they, oh, they're saying in two days. Let me see if I can pull this up because I believe there was a March 29th Tesla protest plan. Yes, okay, Tesla takedown. That's what it is.
The biggest day of action, March 29th. Indeed. Let me see if I can get this story. And this is just one of them. Here we go. I think this might be it. Economic Times, the biggest day of action looms as Tesla takedown protesters escalate campaign against Elon Musk's controversial policies. Here are the dates. They say they're targeting 500 Tesla showrooms on March 29th. Okay. Let me just ask. I'm asking you legitimately and honestly to give me your thoughts.
When we have overt acts of terror and then we have a guy saying attack and kill, you must stop Elon Musk. Is that an imminent threat? There is a timeline in place for when these people will descend on these dealerships, these showrooms. There's already firebombing and shootings. Is the is the single word attack? Is it enough in any other normal context? I'd say fight, attack, et cetera. Don't mean much. If we if if we are saying attack.
It's a 2024 election. It's February before the assassination attempt. And Kamala Harris came out and she was like, these people are weak. They don't understand the economy. They don't understand the middle class. And if anyone explained it to them in a debate, we'd win. So attack, attack the issue. Right. You get it. Someone saying attack in that context. You're kind of like, OK, now don't get me wrong.
When Trump says we got to fight like hell, they tried impeaching him, imprisoning him and disqualifying from the presidency because he said fight like hell. I'm not kidding. Remember that January 6th speaking in at the the ellipse, he said we got to fight like hell or something like that. And they went, that proves it. He said fight. And then January 6th happened. OK, you want to play the game? Sure. Rick Wilson said kill and attack with massive protests planned and terror attacks already happening across the country. Lock him up. Right.
Those are the rule. They're rules, not mine. That's how insane it is getting in this country. I want to give a quick shout out to our friend Kyle Kalinsky, whose brain has turned to rotten jello. He says, boy, here's a meme. And you've got three crying guys in a MAGA hat. Boycott Bud Light. Chad Guy doesn't say anything. Boycott Target. Chad Guy says nothing. Boycott the NFL. Chad Guy says nothing. And then when Chad Guy says boycott Tesla, the MAGA guy, he cries blood. First, I'd like to point something out.
When the right decided not to buy beer, the left got angry. When the right stopped shopping at Target, I'm sorry, when the right decided not to buy Bud Light, the left got angry. When the right said we're not shopping at Target, the left got angry. When the right said we're going to boycott the NFL, which actually was first, by the way, the left got angry and said you're bigots and you're racist. And they actually gave Colin Kaepernick ice cream billboards over it.
And when the left said boycott Tesla, none of us care. But when y'all started firebombing and shooting at people's cars and at dealerships and saying kill, attack and mocking and laughing. Yeah, we got a problem with that. Now, here's what I find funny. This is what Kyle Kalinsky presents as a meme, right? He gets roasted, but doesn't matter. That ratio means money for him. So what does he care? He posts at 919 p.m. Here's another one for you.
It's the car salesman meme. Car salesman slaps roof of a Cybertruck and then it's an explosion. He posted that a few hours earlier. Are we are we concerned about your boycott or are you threatening to bomb and destroy Tesla vehicles? Now, look, you can try and come out and say, no, I'm talking about how they're unreliable and sometimes they blow up. They don't. It's not a thing. Terror attacks blow them up.
So I don't take this and I don't believe you if you're trying to make some joke about how they just blow up themselves when y'all are blowing them up. Case in point, how about this? When he posts this meme of Superman seeing Tesla on fire and then Superman puts his clothes back on and walks away whistling, letting it burn. He posted that, I believe, just shortly before this other meme.
As people are firebombing Tesla facilities, Kyle's joke is that even Superman shouldn't do anything about it. Just walk away and let it burn. And when they slap the vehicles, they explode. And y'all are just mad because we're not buying them anymore. I think these people are evil. I think they are overtly evil. Well, my friends, updates from our good friend Dan Bongino. I will always give this man the biggest shout out ever.
Because he walked away from the biggest live podcast in the world. One of the biggest podcasts in the world. One of the most influential personalities in media. To be a public servant. Presumably at a standard government salary rate. That's incredible. But to be fair...
The honor and the privilege to go after these criminals and protect this country is worth it for so many, and we all recognize that. But Dan Bongino himself, he made a great sacrifice to do the right thing and serve this country, and I respect it tremendously. He tweeted, "'Communication and transparency are my priorities. We work for you, the American citizen. Our teams are actively working on the Tesla incidents and the swatting incidents, along with our other responsibilities to keep the homeland safe.'"
I respect it. And I'm glad we got someone like Dan who is actually doing it. I hope so. In this tweet he posted, FBI investigates attacks on Tesla dealerships and cars amid Musk protest from Axios.
They report the FBI is investigating attacks targeting Tesla vehicles and dealerships of the EV company and related swatting incidents. There's been a spate of incidents that President Trump and other administrative administration officials have denounced as acts of terror, domestic terrorism. What is so hard, Axios, about just saying it literally is? That's the world we live in, huh?
They say amid the Tesla takedown protests, Attorney General Pam Bondi has threatened severe consequences. Meanwhile, Musk's role as senior advisor to the president appears to have hit the company's sales in the first quarter of this year. And some Tesla owners have posted bumper stickers on their cars to distance themselves from the billionaire. You see the game they're playing? It is not that Elon Musk's role as senior advisor to the president is hurting the company's sales. Technically, technically fine.
I'd go ahead and say maybe it was the violent acts of terrorism that has Tesla owners terrified they'll be killed when people are putting stickers on their cars saying I bought this before I knew Elon was crazy. They may as well write, please. I'm a I'm a I'm a middle class family family man. Do not destroy my vehicle. I need it to get to work during the summer of love riots.
There were signs posted on many windows at various locations, stores across the country. They said, please don't hurt us. Some of them said, we support you. It's really sad and terrifying. One building, it said, let me see if I can find this, actually. Let me see if this is what the left wants for you. See if I can find it. Yeah, I think I got it. Here you go. Let this be an example.
Here's the image. We get it, Instagram. We're not interested in your notifications. Single mother owned. Please show mercy. This is all I have. Wow. The future the left wants for you. 94 weeks ago, mind you. Long time, huh? Long time.
I don't believe the reason people aren't buying Tesla is because they just decided they don't like Musk. I think the average person is single mother, please have mercy. And they've decided I'm going to sell this because I can't be the target of a terror attack. It's crazy, isn't it? They're willing to go into the audience of primetime TV shows and cheer on the terror. That's what we're dealing with at a national level. I don't live that way. But those signs that I showed you, they were all over the place.
I went to Oakland during the protests and, you know, it was almost 10 years ago. Now it's eight years ago. And it's fascinating when you see a Chinese owned nail salon with communist fists in the windows calling for revolution. And I'm asking my friends, I'm like, do those, do those, they're immigrants, right? They're like, yeah. Like, do they really want revolution? The locals there tell you the reason we put these things in our windows is because we don't want a brick thrown through them. If you do not,
post the symbols of the cult, they will attack you. During these protests, there was a woman who was pro-Trump standing on about a foot and a half up on a light post. And a leftist grabbed her and ripped her down and she smacked her head on the ground and started bleeding. And I believe she went unconscious. I don't know what happened. They celebrate these things. It's terrifying what we're currently dealing with. Now, of course, I pointed out it looks like on the 22nd, we are going to have a handful of these protests in Tennessee.
Here's a question for you guys to comment on. As I mentioned earlier, do we allow this? It's a tough question, isn't it? Are we really going to stop a protest? Maybe not, but we may have to deploy National Guard. Based on all of the violence, vandalism, and terror we've seen so far, with the swattings especially, there's intent to kill. When they're shooting up dealerships, like they're literally bringing guns and opening fire, the sales reps could be killed. The janitors could be killed. Customers could be killed.
Now they're going to be swarming these Tesla showrooms and dealerships. Should we just be like, I don't know, do your thing? Will standard policing be enough? Will we need SWAT? Will they need special weapons? Hey, man, I don't have the answers. You tell me. As we mentioned on the 29th, 500 coordinated actions.
They're going to say the Tesla takedown movement is gaining traction as Musk faces increasing criticisms for his policies and influence in the U.S. government. With growing opposition, activists hope to force Elon Musk out by lowering Tesla's market value. During a mobilizing call on Wednesday, organizers announced that Tesla protesters are organizing their biggest day of action to date with 500 demonstrations at Tesla showrooms worldwide planned for March 29th, as per a report by The Verge.
As more people have turned out to protest Elon, CEO Elon Musk's dismantling of the federal government, the protests, which began at a few Tesla locations in early February, have expanded to hundreds of locations nationwide. The so-called Tesla takedown protesters who were chanting slogans and waving signs have turned into a focal point for opposition to Musk's actions as the head of Doge, which include firing tens of thousands of government employees and ending federal aid programs.
While unrelated to the protests, there has been there has also been an increase in violence, vandalism and arson against Tesla showrooms, which Elon Musk and President Donald Trump have called domestic terrorism. Actors, filmmakers, congressmen, federal employees, academics and journalists participated in the hour long call, which attempted to avoid President Trump's reference to terrorism in favor of Musk and the attempt to devalue the company's stock.
They're going to say the company's values decreased from one trillion early this year to seven hundred thirty nine billion today. Since the start of the year, Tesla stock has fall has lost almost 40 percent of its value to a combination of declining sales and increased competition, both domestically and internationally, which has fueled growing skepticism about the company's prospects. You want to see how crazy this gets? What if I were to tell you that Democrats are cheering their own demise? Would you be surprised? No, these people don't have ideology. Well, let's roll, baby.
We've got, let me see if I can pull this one up. Here we go. Kevin O'Leary nails it on multiple points. Anyone who lights a car on fire should go to jail, no exceptions. Tim Waltz is a moron because Minnesota's pension plan is backed by Tesla stock. Did you see the video where Tim Waltz says, listen to this.
My hospital stay would have cost $25,000, but with VA health care, it's free. My education would have cost $42,000, but with VA benefits, my books, tuition, and housing are all covered. The down payment for my home would have been $74,000, but with my VA home loan, my down payment was zero.
My service was then. My benefits are now. Get what you earned. Visit choose.va.gov. Not all veterans are eligible for the type or amount of benefits mentioned here. Nice to meet you. Study, practice, and learn your way with Chegg's all-in-one support.
Let me actually pull up the audio for you and unmute this. ...on the iPhone. I'm saying on my phone. I don't know. Some of you know this on the iPhone. They've got that little stock app. I added Tesla to it to give me a little boost during the day. ...
225 and dropping. So and if you own one, if you own one, we're not blaming you. You can you can take dental floss and pull the Tesla thing off, you know, and take out just telling you insane. It's a cult, man. Well, it turns out Minnesota's backing their pension funds with Tesla stock. So as it goes down, so do they. Because Tesla was championed by the left and the left got on board.
But they don't like that Elon Musk thinks the government is bloated and corrupt. So they're going to burn down dealerships, destroy the company stock. But I'll level with you. The reason the company stock is going down is not entirely because leftists are angry about it. You know, the stock is going down for a variety of reasons. It's going down because there's competition. There's new batteries coming out of China, new chargers, I'm sorry, that are coming out of China, which work better, some argue. And so there are questions. But additionally,
everything's gone down. Stocks have been falling in general. Some have gone up, many have gone down. And so, yeah, Tesla's gone down quite a bit. Me personally, I'll buy the dip. Tesla's a massive company. I'm not going to let terrorism get in the way. But I'm going to show you what Kevin O'Leary has to say. This one's actually pretty amazing. We will unmute this one here. He nails it. Now, of course, I do want to stress, my friends, smash that like button.

Please don't just be a passive observer of the news. Please get actively involved. And if everybody remains active, that means just talk to people. Don't forget where we are. Stay tuned. Come the midterms, we're going to win.
But if we detach and dissociate from what's going on, stop paying attention or whatever, for whatever reason, we will be surprised to find that come January of 2027, Trump's going to be impeached. Listen to this from Kevin O'Leary. Really amazing. You should go to jail. You're a criminal. I don't think we have to talk about it in any other context. And all those cars have cameras in them and those dealerships have cameras. Um,
You're beyond being stupid when you do that. You're going to go to jail and you now have a government that just got their mandate. They can't wait to find idiots that do this. You're going to spend five to 20 years in prison. If they get them on terrorism, which I think is a stretch, they will have no parole, no shortened sentence. They'll rot in hell in prison for 20 years. And frankly, as far as I'm concerned, that's okay.
Breaking in, shooting a car, setting on fire, nothing to do with the politics, nothing to do with Tesla. You are a criminal and you should go to jail. What about the broader question about the protest factor? I mean, you heard Tim Walz. What protest? You're a criminal. I'm talking about Tim Walz and his comments about the Tesla stock. He says it gives him a boost to see that stock going down. That poor guy didn't check his portfolio and his own pension plan for state.
It's beyond stupid what he did. He's talking down a three and a half percent weighting in his own pension plan. I mean, what's the matter with that guy? He doesn't check the well-being of his own constituents. I mean, that's their investment. What a bozo. Yeah, my friends. Take a look at this from Bill Malugan.
As Governor Walz gloats about Tesla stock dropping, records from the Minnesota State Board of Investment show that as of 6-30-24, the state of Minnesota has 1.6 million shares of Tesla in its retirement fund and 211,000 shares of Tesla in its non-retirement fund. I've reached out to Walz's office to ask if Minnesota still holds Tesla or if they sold since then. We'll update when I hear back. But at least less than a year ago,
Less than a year ago, 1.6 million shares. Let's pull up Tesla stock right now. It's currently sitting at 232. They got 1.6 million. Currently, the Minnesota State Pension Fund is sitting on $371.2 million in their pension funds. That's amazing. Let's do this. Let's go year to date. It's down 38%.
So let's take a look. We don't necessarily need year to date because we only need to go back to, oh, we don't want year to date. Sorry, sorry. We want one year. In one year. Hey, actually, I got to be honest, they ain't doing too bad. Now, from its peak, we'll go there. Let me pull in the stock for you guys to actually see what I'm looking at. So from the peak, Tesla was at $479. But if we go back to June when they purchased it, it's $178.
Minnesota actually is still up 32% from their initial investment. So it ain't so bad. But let's hold on there a minute. How must they have felt when they hit that beautiful high in December of 2024 at 479? How much they have felt in January when it's hitting at 400? I mean, they must have felt pretty good in February at 350. I mean, we're talking about more than double. So let's talk about where they've gone in the last six months since
What do we have here? Let's do a one month decline, 34% down from their high point at 479. I want to get the exact numbers here. So let's just do a 479. It is obviously more than double, but this means that they had $766 million in their pension fund get wiped out as the stock declines. And Tim Waltz is happy about it. He's happy about it. It's sad. It's really sad.
Man, that's what it is to be on the left. That's where we're currently at. They are cheering for the destruction of this country, of its jobs, of their own pension funds in Minnesota. That's who Tim Walz is. It's kind of scary if you think about it. But my friends, you know what? I can only say it so many times. I can say it a bunch of different ways. I think the left is a chaotic, destructive force.
They represent no ideology. They represent no people other than their chaotic murmuration. Tim Walz doesn't have a goal. If Tim Walz was focused on the betterment of his state, what would you get? He'd come out and say, I understand people don't like Tesla. Unfortunately for us in Minnesota, we tied our pension funds to this because it's an electric car company. It made sense for us. But now what's happening has been really bad. Maybe we should sell these things off. Maybe they did. Maybe it's not the price going down. They sold out at $300,000.
Maybe that's why he doesn't care. But I think the reality is they have no goals other than hatred. They hate Trump. It's their identity. They have no unifying principles. NBC ran a poll asking individuals which Democratic individual represents the party. Nobody does. The highest number they could get to was 10 percent with AOC, the largest single faction. Kamala Harris at 9 percent. So who are the Democrats? There's no leadership.
There's no ideology. There's no plan. Well, OK, so then what are we up against? Listless, violent, hateful terrorists. That's a big threat to this country. What do you do? Let's take a look at this story real quick so I can show you the ramifications and the goals and the desires of these terror attacks. Tesla booted from Vancouver International Auto Show over safety. The intention of terror. Why Rick Wilson was saying to kill and attack.
The Daily Beast reports Tesla's display at this week's Vancouver International Auto Show was removed by event organizers because of safety issues revolving around Elon Musk, the Musk led company. An auto show spokesperson said a statement that Tesla was removed following multiple opportunities to voluntarily withdraw. Primary concern is the safety of attendees, exhibitors and staff. Safety. What do you mean the safety? Is it that you think terrorist attacks might occur at your auto show?
Because protests aren't a safety issue. People can wiggle little signs in the air. Nobody's mad about it. Oh, it's because they're opening fire on Tesla dealerships. Right. OK, that I understand. This is the intention of the terrorism. They want to say Tesla has recently been the target of protests. Yes. Sorry. On Tuesday, a person in black shot and set fire to several Tesla vehicles at a repair facility in Vegas.
That's not a protest. That's terrorism. And that's why the auto show says no. Tesla backer says Musk must reduce Trump work as 46,000 cyber trucks are recalled. I do want to stress whenever they say Tesla's are recalled, usually it's an update to the software. But it looks like this one is they have to fix an exterior panel that could detach while driving.
They're going to mention it came as protesters announced on Wednesday they were planning what they described as the biggest day of action against Tesla. 500 locations nationwide. Oh, boy. It'll be springtime. My father's at spring now. Today's the first day of spring, right? Which that's right. Officially springtime. Spring begins today at 524 p.m. Really? It starts at 524. OK, I guess. Anyway.
When the weather gets warm, the lunatics come out. And this is the intention of the terror. So welcome to the fray, I guess. I'm curious what you guys think. I'm not a politician. I'm not a political leader. I don't intend to storm, lead anybody into battle, storm the battlefield. I'm a guy who's on the internet reading the news quite a bit, who has thoughts and opinions and complains a lot. That's about it, right? So when it comes to these great questions, I can only tell you how I feel, but I don't know how you should act.
That is to say, here's a story from The New York Times. Judge fears judges fear for their safety amid a wave of threats. Another story, a story, defiance and threats in deportation case renew fear of constitutional crisis. And then we have from NBC News. Judge warns of possible consequences after DOJ pushback on questions about deportation flights. Right now, it's an issue that I've brought up quite a bit.
We are facing a constitutional crisis in this country and a moral crisis. We are men of action, are we not? That means we do not tolerate evil. But the Constitution, as it's structured, now tolerates or would force our hand into protecting said evil.
This morning, I had a story for you guys. A judge has ordered two male prisoners to be placed in a female prison in defiance of Trump's executive orders. Trump is the executive. He handles law enforcement, so he dictates how these things should should operate. The judges can check the president and they've issued a preliminary injunction saying, no, those male prisoners suffer from gender dysphoria and must be returned to female prisons. The Eighth Amendment says there shall be no cruel and unusual punishment.
Which one violates the Constitution? Placing men in a women's prison, violating the rights of those women? Or is it placing trans males in a male prison, violating their cruel, unusual punishment? Well, I know where we all stand. The left is going to say the inverse. If Donald Trump says to the court, I will not take action that violates the Eighth Amendment, we have a constitutional crisis, right? A judge has so ordered it.
Now, look, there are some people saying judges can't order a president. Well, they can. They absolutely can. I am fine with it. I respect that system. In issues of foreign affairs, you have no jurisdiction. The judges can interpret the law domestically and in some circumstances internationally, depending on what those actions may be. But when the president is negotiating foreign affairs with other world leaders, the judges can't intervene to a great deal. There's rare circumstances. I know. I know. Rogue presidents, impeachment.
Typically, the remedy for rogue president action as to as to their executive authority is impeachment. But you see, Congress is held by the Republicans because the American people mostly support Donald Trump. So we have this question before us. Do we allow terrorism? The answer is no, we don't. OK, do we then enforce the law against these individuals to the greatest extent? Of course, the answer is yes, we do. When these people go to prison and use that as as martyrdom,
prop up their channels, get followers like it's an ice bucket challenge. It will inflame and exacerbate the left who are not motivated by logic, reason or a betterment of this nation. They are motivated by social acceptance among their cult to be elevated to the highest levels. Greenpeace, for instance, says getting arrested is a badge of honor.
These people would view it no differently. They've been going on TikTok and other social media platforms calling for assassinations. They are now celebrating and cheering on publicly with their own faces in the audience. Terrorism. They are now saying they're going to gather at 500 locations across the country for a protest. Well, when the media on the left reports terrorism, they call it protests. So if I'm going to interpret the language as they use it, we can expect to see waves of terrorism.
Should the DOJ intervene and shut these protests down or at the very least heavily restrict them? Honest question. But wouldn't that violate 1A?
I don't know. I suppose you'd say no, because these groups have already engaged in acts of terrorism. So now we're going to bar them because it's clearly illegal. Actually, I'd agree. I think that if there are groups of people engaged in a wave of terrorism targeting specific locations and then a group announces mass gatherings to protest those locations, I actually think it doesn't violate one a to say there is a difference between peaceable assembly and what y'all are doing. We're not going to let you do it.
So the police should have a heavy presence and shut most of them down. And what I mean by that is y'all can still march, y'all can still gather, but you are not going to set foot at these locations. You will be directed away from them. Or maybe you would say people shouldn't be they should be dispersed. Now, what about the judges? Right now, we have a battle between two ideological factions for the control of a single government. Kind of crazy to say, isn't it? But, you know, it's true.
Since I believe the past month, Trump has faced 15 injunctions. Biden only faced 14 in Trump's first term. It was 64. And before him, Barack Obama, it was, I believe, 16, 64 federal injunctions for Trump in his first term and 15 already. And that was the entirety of Biden's term was was I think Trump Trump had a 15, 14 or 15. So already in a month, we have four years worth of injunctions.
Trump's deporting criminals. What's the injunction for? Trump says don't put men in women's prisons. What's the injunction for? They have issued an injunction on every single move Trump has made. OK, not literally, but overwhelmingly. That is two factions in the government fighting for control of one system. Now, checks and balances normally are not that extreme. But if nearly every move the president makes is effectively going to war with another branch of government of a different political persuasion.
Let me say it like this. The gutting of USAID and the actions of Doge is going after this deep state bureaucratic political faction. They are countering back. So there you have it. Two forces within government are fighting for control. Will it be that one eventually dissipates and gives up? Perhaps. Could it be that eventually one side says, ain't no way, and it escalates to something a bit more dramatic?
Some zealots have already tried to kill the president. It's terrifying. Now, what happens when you add to that the direct targeting of right wing individuals and street level acts of terrorism across the country? Call it whatever you want, my friends. You tell me because I'm more than happy to just sit back, put on. I don't know what video games do I got lying around. I ain't going to be playing Assassin's Creed or or Dragon Age. I don't know. Not going to play. Not going to play Civ 7. That's a bummer. Marvel Rivals.
I like trials. Those games are always good. You know, motorcycle game, you jump up and down. How about I just kick back, put on a good old movie of some sort and forget all about it? A lot of people do. You know, the views of news content ain't nearly as big as entertainment content. We all know it. Most people want to just sit back and hang out. You know, it's fascinating because I heard the argument again, and I can't for the life of me actually believe it. The argument, once again, that civil war is not likely not possible is
Because just go outside and go talk to your neighbors, right? This has got to be true, right? You guys right now listening, you go outside, you walk around your city, talk to your neighbors. Who's talking about fighting somebody? Who's talking about civil war? Nobody. Nobody is. Certainly it can't happen. Yeah. Just like how in 1861, when residents of Atlanta went outside to their Atlanta community and I said, civil war, and everyone said, what are you talking about? We all agree ain't nobody fighting.
I can't believe people actually say this, but I guess kind of I can because people can't see the forest for the trees. You're in it. You walk around and say, hey, have you seen the big forest? What do you mean the forest? I don't see a forest. There's a couple of trees in front of me. In what reality would a southerner in the Civil War walk outside and fist fight his neighbor? That's not what Civil War was or is. Civil War was the north and the south. In Spain, it was urban and it was rural.
Of course, if you walk outside of your house, everyone's going to agree on politics. There are some locations where it's cross. Really funny. In Brunswick, Maryland, there are two buildings, two houses, and one's got MAGA and one's got pride flag. And I'm like, you know, they're just neighbors going at each other. That's kind of funny, but they're not fighting.
I can say to my new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, hey, find a keto-friendly restaurant nearby and text it to Beth and Steve. And it does without me lifting a finger. So I can get in more squats anywhere I can. One, two, three. Will that be cash or credit? Credit.
Galaxy S25 Ultra, the AI companion that does the heavy lifting so you can do you. Get yours at Samsung.com. Compatible with select after-pards, Google Gemini account results may vary based on input check responses for accuracy. In a way, it ends where it begins. Very insightful. Thank you for sharing this Red Baron with us, Linda. It's so tasty, it makes me want to share something of my own. I didn't actually read the book. Oh!
Me neither. I watched the movie last night. I judged it by its cover. I haven't read a book since middle school. I'm secretly seeing to other book clubs. And I can't even read. I'm not really Gary. He just paid me to be here. Sharing Red Baron pizza can lead to more sharing. But what happens when you actually take a look at the dealerships or you take a look at the political persuasions? You want to ask the question about civil war, wear far left clothing and go to a right wing area.
What you'll find is no one's going to attack you or anything like that, but you're going to get looks and you're going to get questions. And as a right wing individual, wear a MAGA hat and go to New York. Yeah, you'll get your ass kicked. Blair White famously walked around L.A. with a MAGA hat on and got attacked. Blair's trans. That's how crazy things are getting. I don't know that civil war happens, but in all of this time, the past eight years, the past 10 years, has it been this bad? Summer of summer of love riots were really bad. We know.
but they were indiscriminate, wild acts of rage. Leftists were attacking their own cities. Today, we have Donald Trump fighting with another faction. It's only been two months, literally two months now. Two factions fighting for control of one government. It literally is happening with lawsuits and judges blocking Donald Trump. Within the government, two branches are smashing into each other. And then you've got the direct targeting of conservatives with the swattings. I don't think it's ever been this bad.
But by all means, man, please tell me I'm wrong and tell me where the off ramp is. Maybe we'll find it. I don't know. But we're going to grab some super chats and rumble ramps, rumble rants from you right now. So smash that like button. Share the show with everyone, you know, and I'm going to make sure y'all hear it. Symbolically, every like represents how many years in prison you want for Dr. Fauci. He lied to Congress. We know he did. Newsweek reported it.
So how many years will that be? As of right now on Rumble, it's 2,500 years and it's 3,400 years on YouTube. How does YouTube have more likes? Come on, guys. You guys on Rumble should be smashing that like button.
Let's grab some of your comments, rants, and super chats, however. You can follow me on X and Instagram at TimCast. And one more shout out to Steven Crowder and the Mug Club. Really do appreciate you guys blasting out my morning show, helping to make it one of the top shows in the world. Now, yesterday, the morning show was bigger than TimCast IRL.
I'll let you in on a secret, though. Before we launched Timcast IRL, The Morning Show actually was the 34th biggest podcast in the world by podcast rankings. It was actually huge. The Morning Show, at one point, I think it was in 2020, it was the biggest show of right persuasion with...
In the political sphere, you could argue Joe Rogan, of course, and all that. But at the time, he wasn't really political in terms of news and politics. We were getting, I think, like 150 million downloads per month. I was working every single day, nonstop, double shifts. And it was a different time to be. But then when we launched Timcast IRL, we split our viewership up. And then the morning show started to decrease because more people started watching the conversational Timcast IRL. Now with the new Rumble lineup.
Looks like the Tim Pool morning show, Rumble.com slash Timcast, is back on top. And it's all thanks to you guys. It's thanks to you at Rumble. It's thanks to Steven Crowder and the Mug Club for coming and watching and supporting the show. I really do appreciate it, guys. It does mean a lot. And I hope that we can create a sphere of influence of meritocracy, intelligence, respect, truth, opposing the violence would be nice.
Here, here, I respect that. I believe... I don't want to speak on behalf of Rumble, but the idea was, guys...
We're going to create a morning lineup and we're going to support each other. It really is cultural. There's not a big technological component. The raid function as we do it exists. And we're basically saying we want you guys to be a part of this sphere of influence and this network effect where I'll shout out Crowder every opportunity I get. Crowder tells you guys to come watch my show. I tell you guys to go watch Jeremy at the quartering and soon to be Russell Brand.
And the goal is just to say, let's all use our network to help promote and benefit each other. The reason why anyone appears on anyone else's show is to try and market themselves and build audience. People tell me, hey, man, I started following you because I saw you on Dave Rubin. Others say I saw you on Piers Morgan. Some people say I saw you on Fox News. Most people say I saw you on Rogan. And it is those appearances that help make my show bigger because people learn about it. That's basically what Rumble's strategy was. Can we just have everybody be like,
Go watch the next guy. So we thought about it and said, okay, we're going to need to like split up the hours so people don't overlap because my morning show was at 10 o'clock before we moved it to noon. Easy for me to do. I'm a one man show for the most part. The reality is you guys are just choosing to make this thing a reality. It's not like Rumble has a simple button where literally 100% of every viewer instantly appears on a new show like it was Fox News or something.
The truth is the views that we are getting are the choice of the viewer to say, I'm going to go watch that show, which really does mean a lot. It means it's tremendous. So crowd are now number one in the country in news and yesterday, number one in the country of all live streams. And my morning stream was the fourth biggest in the country. That's crazy. You guys rock. I really do appreciate it, man. I made a joke on another segment where I was like,
I'm rather surprised. When did I say this? I don't remember. I'm surprised to find out that I have fans who actually know I'm actually surprised if I don't have fans. I just, you know, complain on the Internet, but I appreciate it. Groaning Phoenix says, if you can afford it, time to make Tesla the next great American car company like Ford and Chevy of old. You know, I was half joking when I said to own the libs, you got to buy a Tesla. But I ended up getting like a thousand retweets on it. And I'm like, I'm just I'm half kidding. But it is true. You know, they're so salty and angry about Tesla that
Look, if Tesla stock started to go up like crazy, and I think it will, they're going to be so pissed off. You know what I mean? All right, let's go. Joe Fedora says, Tim, I saw your morning episode about the trans prisoners to avoid, as you said, the constitutional concerns. What would your opinion be on solitary at the women's prison as a compromise? Agreed. I agree. So if you have biological male prisoners that want to be housed in a female prison, those two individuals don't have to be in solitary. They can be together.
in an isolated ward or area because I believe it would be cruel, unusual punishment for female prisoners to be housed with male prisoners. Men and women are different. Now, some may argue, yeah, but trans prisoners are effeminate or feminized or under hormone therapy and they're going to get raped in the male prison. Yeah, guys, anybody getting raped in a male prison is an atrocity and is cruel, unusual punishment. No one is special in that regard. We know it happens and it should be stopped.
I don't see why that justifies or qualifies males to be put in a female prison. I got no, I mean, no disrespect to anybody who's trans. I'm saying if you want to balance the rights of all people, you can't be doing what you're doing. All right. Batman says missed the mark by not making a bear chicken, a bear chicken. We can make the right to keep in bear chickens. Oh, and put a chicken, but it's a bear or something. Photon Drift says they have jailed Proud Boys for less than that. Indeed, they did.
The Proud Boys made a mistake, and this is the naivety of the right. There was an event where Gavin McInnes was speaking in New York. Far leftists surrounded the Republican Young Republicans Club or something like that and were threatening people, were harassing people, throwing things at people. Several of the Proud Boys were leaving and they were stalked by far leftists. Far leftists were throwing things. Eventually, the Proud Boys said, OK, you want to go? Let's go.
And if you watch the video, you can see a far leftist threw a water bottle at him and they run forward and a melee begins. I don't care who you want to argue is at fault or who started it, whatever. Antifa far leftist showed up to a right wing event. Fights broke out when the police arrived. The far leftists ran away and refused to talk to the cops. The Proud Boys said, I back the blue. So you officer, tell me and I'll tell you. Those Proud Boys went to prison for gang violence because they backed the blue.
A lesson from the left, I suppose. Don't talk to cops. But so many on the right thought the officers are the good guys. They'll protect me. And then they went to prison. I think they're out by now because that was a long time ago. I think that was like 2019 or 2018 or something. All right, let's grab one more before we send you all to Jeremy Hambly of The Quartering. Kyle says, I made some funny political games you could play. Website will be in the Discord tonight. Keep an eye out. Interesting. Very, very cool.
Tom Homan Pac-Man with Hunter Flappy Bird. Very fun. Guys, join our Discord server. Timcast.com. Click join us. You get in the Discord community. We got 20,000 plus individuals right now. They're arguing. They're debating. They program video games. There's a fitness group. So if you're looking to get in shape, I tell you this, all the weight loss commercials are
All of the anytime you ever hear somebody say, I'm going to make you better. I'm going to you're going to pick up chicks or you're going to lose weight or you're going to make money. None of it matters. Only one thing matters. Community meeting individuals. You are the summation of the five people who surround you. And if all you do is stay home all day playing video games.
You're not going to be surrounded by positive influences. Now, I understand a Discord chat is still just online, but it's a start. Meet people. And if it's not the Discord, I just mean this genuinely. Get out there into the world and find people. Now, what we saw here at Timcast was...
Where do you go? So we're working on physical franchises for Casper. All in the works. Some will be launching. We're getting them going. And then, you know, if you go there, there will be meetups. There will be events. And you're going to meet people who you can be friends with and build network with. And for those that are just online trying to get started, the Discord community is a place for you. People have launched podcasts. And again, FitCast IRL. People have lost hundreds of pounds. Some people actually got married.
So my friends, I bid you adieu now as we begin the raid on Jeremy Hambly. So we're going to send you over to The Quartering, who is live now. It appears with Luke Rutkowski. I'm going to grab this and initiate the raid right now. You guys rock. I really do appreciate everybody for hanging out. I'm going to post the raid, and I'm going to drop the link in here for you guys so that you guys can see it if...
You know, I want to say this one more time just for everybody. I know a lot of people were hoping that the raid function, the switching over would be like an instant one for one thing where like at the 1 p.m. hour, you're instantly transported to my show. And at the you know, I'm sorry, at the noon hour instantly goes from Crowder to me. But really, this is a cultural phenomenon. It's a movement.
You guys are watching us like people used to watch networks. You are tuning in to Rumble as if it was a sphere of influence and not just a place to sometimes watch a video here and there. This is how we change the game. What I said to the guys at Rumble and I said to the people we work with, why are we treating these platforms as if it's when I turn on Fox News after I do, I get a blank screen and then I have to look for Jesse Waters. No, you turn on Fox News and they give you they show you who's on. I said, no.
YouTube puts Mr. Beast on the front page every time for everybody. They have said, this is our guy, and he gets hundreds of millions of views. That's how the networks work. So Rumble launched the Rumble Morning lineup. You guys agreed, and now we've made this one of the biggest live lineups in the country with several of the top shows in the country all back-to-back, and it's only really because you guys chose. So...
Click the link. Go watch Jeremy Hambly of The Quartering. Hang out. Luke is hanging out. Luke's a good friend of mine. And we'll keep this thing going. We'll be back, of course, tonight at 8 p.m. at YouTube dot com slash Timcast IRL. It's going to be a blast. Big news, of course. And then I'll say this for tomorrow. For those that are going to be tuning in, the culture war is now going to be live at 11 a.m.
And we're doing this to try and sink the culture war, which is a two hour show, not a one hour show with the Rumble lineup. So that means for the first hour, y'all will still be doing your thing. But the second hour of the culture war, you will be we'll be part of that Rumble lineup. We're working it out. But again, like I said, it's a cultural phenomenon, not so much a technological one. But big, big moves are coming tomorrow. We'll be discussing the JFK files, a couple of experts. This one should get real juicy.
Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Thank you all so much for hanging out. Follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast. And we will see you all tonight. Actually, we do have some more segments coming out the other day, but then we're back at 8 p.m. See you guys later. The question of principles, the question of morals. I don't have good answers for you. I have only challenges and conflict.
Judge orders Trump administration to return to trans prisoners to women's facilities. The Federal Bureau of Prisons told to transfer women back and provide hormone therapy treatment for gender dysphoria. The one DSM five academically categorized mental disorder whose treatment is total affirmation. But of course.
Many people are shocked to find that no matter what Trump does, a judge says he cannot do it. In this instance, we as Americans are being told that after Donald Trump was elected, particularly on a wide range of issues, particularly culture war issues such as no men and women sports, the famous commercial Kamala is for they them. Trump is for you. A judge has ordered male prisoners to be placed in women's facilities. What do you do?
The argument from the left is this is the Constitution, but I don't believe it. And then there's the question of a moral society and how we are supposed to actually deal with these things. Should Donald Trump comment below? Let me know what you think. Share this story. I'm curious what other people think. Should Donald Trump abide by the judge's ruling to put men in a women's facility? Yes or no. Here's the story from The Guardian.
A judge on Wednesday ordered the Federal Bureau of Prisons to transfer two incarcerated transgender women back to federal women's prisons after they had been sent to men's facilities after Donald Trump's executive order that truncated transgender protections. U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth in D.C. issued a preliminary injunction after the women were added as plaintiffs. I want to pause here. You see, this is it's crazy. These are males. They're biological males. They say women.
They've completely distorted reality to make you think, to create this perception that these are women. They read as plaintiffs in ongoing litigation over the impact of the president's executive order on trans women in federal prisons. Lamberth ordered the Bureau of Prisons to immediately transfer the two women identified in court papers by the pseudonyms Rachel and Ellen Doe back to the women's facilities and said the agency must continue to provide them with hormone therapy treatment for gender dysphoria.
The woman said in court papers that they were living in constant fear of sexual assault and other violence after being moved to male prisons. Male prisoners repeatedly propositioned them for sex and male officers subjected them to strip searches without female officers present, they said. Again, I'd like to stress these individuals are male in a male prison. The concern over prison rape is persistent and it's a trope in movies and it's an idea that's mocked and people are ridiculed for it.
No single individual, regardless of their status of dysphoric or otherwise, is free from that fear. Everyone knows it. It's torturous and it violates the Constitution. The idea that we know in our prisons there is cruel and unusual punishment, that you will be raped. These people are not individually special for this. The problem is prison wide. The judge should be addressing that and not transferring males to female prisons. Quote.
The fact that they had already been transferred and allegedly had been abused at their new facilities can only strengthen their claim of irreparable harm. Lamberth wrote, a Bureau of Prison spokesperson declined to comment. The preliminary injunction is the latest in a series of rulings thwarting the agency's efforts to comply with the executive order, which calls for housing transgender women in men's prisons. That is, let's try this again. I want to clean up this language to help you understand factually. I'm not interested in playing a political game in these words.
The preliminary injunction is the latest in a series of rulings thwarting the agency's effort to comply with the executive order, which calls for housing men suffering from gender dysphoria in men's prison in in. Wait, what? Which calls housing. I'm sorry. Which calls for housing transgender women in men's prisons. Right, right. OK, OK. There we go. It calls for housing males in men's prisons, even if they are suffering from gender dysphoria and for halting gender affirming medical care.
Lamberth was appointed by the Republican President Reagan. I am no fan of Reagan, mind you. Previously blocked the bureau from transferring a dozen other transgender women prisoners to men's prisons. Again, Lamberth, appointed by Reagan, previously blocked the bureau from transferring a dozen other males suffering from women's prisons to men's prisons. Insane.
In a ruling last month, he ordered that housing status and medical care remain as they had been prior to Inauguration Day when Trump signed the executive order. Separately in January, a federal judge in Boston halted the transfer of another transgender woman to a men's prison.
At the time, Rachel and Ellen Doe were not plaintiffs in any lawsuit challenging Trump's executive order and were not covered by Lamberth's initial rulings. In a court filing last month, a Trump administration official said that as of 20 February, there were 22 trans women housed in federal women's facilities. That's about 1% of the nearly 2,200 transgender prisoners the agency said it had in its custody.
With Lamberth's order on Wednesday, at least 15 people are now covered by orders blocking or reversing the moves. Lamberth has yet to rule in a lawsuit filed last week by three other prisoners, a trans woman housed in a men's prison and two trans men housed in women's prisons. They are challenging the executive order's ban on gender affirming hormone therapy and other care. OK, let me ask you something. Trans men are biologically female. They want to be placed in men's prisons.
What do you think the men in those prisons will do to females placed there? Uh-huh. Now, I understand, like I said, rape in prison is a known problem and a trope. To be fair, the people that I've talked to who had been to prison and the stories you can read online, most people say it's exaggerated. They say it's not as bad as people claim it is. There are a lot of gay guys in prison. And so, you know, things happen either way.
If this does exist to any degree, it is cruel and unusual punishment. I do not see this as being a reason to put cross-sex individual or to create co-ed prisons. The U.S. Education Department on Wednesday said it investigated and concluded Maine's education office, Title IX, blah, blah, blah. It's an additional to the story we don't need. Basically saying that, you know, Trump's freezing funding. Now, I got a question for all of you, because the story extends beyond just this. Just this one case with men being transferred to women's prisons.
The question is, when does Trump defy the courts? Serious question. It's a great philosophical question. And it's a question I think you're gonna have to ask yourselves. Before we get to the next story, which elaborates upon this, go to castbrew.com, my friends, and buy Cast Brew Coffee. It's the best coffee you will ever have. I guarantee it. I think I'm allowed to say that legally because it's an opinion statement and I can guarantee something that is just an opinion. So sure.
And it was pretty good coffee. Appalachian Nights, I specifically blended. I didn't think it was going to be as delicious as it was, and it turned out to be massively delicious and is our top seller. But Ian's Graphene Dream is selling like hotcakes, and we can't even keep it in stock. Sooner or later, Ian's Graphene Dream is going to take over. But don't forget, Rise with Roberto Jr. is also incredible. It's a light roast breakfast blend.
Support Casper Coffee. Support the work that we do. Buy our coffee. No, in all seriousness, it really is good stuff. Appalachian Nights is my favorite coffee. We worked really hard. It's premium. It's organic. We do the best we can. We have K-Cups. We have Holbein. We really do appreciate your support, and we're franchising. Now here's a story from the New York Times. Judges fear for their safety amid a wave of threats.
Federal judges are worried that online threats against those who oversee high profile cases challenging Trump administration policies may lead to real world violence. I don't know if you guys noticed, but there have been public shootings at car dealerships, several of them. There have been fire bombings of car dealerships. There have been swattings.
Around 20 plus conservative personalities who, in the case of Owen Schroyer and a few others, are pulled out of their house at gunpoint by several armed officers with rifles trained on them, making them walk backwards and laying the ground in their underwear. So judges fear for their safety. Stop playing games, people. Stop playing games. Tell me where we are. You tell me. I'm sick of saying it. Tell me where we are. Comment below. I want to hear you guys say it.
I'm not trying to be disrespectful to you. I'm saying I don't even know anymore because I've been told over and over and over again, the escalation is not real. What does Donald Trump do and what would you do? Now, here's the question for you. Here's the question for you in the comments. A judge orders you to place two males in a female prison. What do you do? Constitution says the judge judges order. You got to abide by it, right? You're the president, the head of the executive branch, and you have been checked. A judge says, no, put the men in the women's prison.
What do you do? What's what do you do? Honestly, I'm going to pause so you can think about that one. I'm going to tell you this. Welcome to a wartime presidency. The judges instructing males be put in female prisons, I believe, is unconstitutional. It violates the law. It violates. Let me make sure I'm getting this one right. I want to make sure I get the full reading on this. Eighth Amendment. We'll pull this up. I don't I don't I don't want the interpretation. Get out of here.
I want to actually read it and we should have the here we are. Here we go. Eighth Amendment. Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishment inflicted. Tell me what that means. I say Donald Trump defy this judge because it violates the Constitution. And then what do we do? What do you do when a judge says, I order you to defy the Constitution?
Trump swore an oath to uphold it. Trump should come out and say the Eighth Amendment bars cruel and unusual punishment. And to place male individuals in a female prison would be cruel and unusual to those female prisoners. That's it. That's what I say. Now, these judges fear for their safety. That shows you where we are currently at. That's the that's a terrifying reality. I don't want these judges to be harmed. I don't want any violence. None of us do. We never do.
What do we get now? Kyle Kalinsky posted a meme where it's a guy in a MAGA hat, a Wojak, saying, boycott Bud Light, boycott Target. And then when they say boycott Tesla, he loses his mind. Nobody cares if you boycott Tesla. In fact, I'd appreciate it if you did. I'll get cars on the cheap. I like Teslas. Colbert drives a Tesla. How about that? He said it on his show a couple of years ago. The problem is the terrorism.
The right is not calling for the left is the right is not trying to engage in cruel, unusual punishment. The left is the right is not targeting leftist personalities at their homes. The left is targeting the right. So I tell you, this is a wartime presidency. Donald Trump says you're a criminal, illegal alien and member of Trendyaragua. We will deport you. Judge says, no, don't do it. Trump says we're not going to let men go into a female prison. Judge says, no, don't do it.
No matter what it is that Donald Trump does, a judge is saying you can't do it. So what country do we live in and who are you? I don't see this social structure surviving. It is impossible. I do not see a mathematic equation for its survival. Now, what does that mean? I mean, maybe it means that Trump defies the judges and that's it. Trump says there is nothing you can do to get me or anyone else to put a man in a woman's prison. It's not going to happen.
Maybe he says that. I doubt it. I really do. Trump's playing. He's still playing ball. Trump said we're not defying the judge's orders. We're not defying the judge's orders. OK, well, that means that he's not going to deport Trendy Agra, Trendy Aragua anymore. There's no answer. If Trump says no, the left says he's violated the Constitution. They violated the Constitution, mind you. But the interpretation of what is or isn't in violation is.
The left will argue that putting trans males. OK, this is not trans men, a male who is transgender in a female prison. The left will argue is is cruel and unusual. The right will argue the inverse. There is no shared interpretation of what is or is not cruel and unusual. Now, I think the answer is actually really simple. If there is a conflict between both parties, then these individuals need to go to a special prison.
They're in prison. They're not supposed to be getting pampered. So we can make a special facility for particularly transgender individuals, and then they will be kept safe. And then both prisons will be out of the equation and both sides will. There you go. Problem solved. But that's not what we're getting. Donald Trump has a couple options now. He can defy the courts. He can defy the judges. And the left will continue to engage in acts of terrorism. Trump can abide by the judges.
I'd argue violate the Constitution and fail his mandate. What do you think is going to happen? The majority of the population that voted for Donald Trump to solve the immigration crisis, do you think they're going to tolerate more criminal, illegal aliens murdering people? I'm not saying they all do it. I'm saying the ones that do. These are high profile stories that terrify people. Are they going to tolerate Donald Trump expanding the war in the Red Sea and in Ukraine? That may be the case. We'll see. I think Russia may be not willing to entertain the ceasefire.
What if Trump fails to deliver on his mandate because the judges don't let him? And he says, OK, I would not be surprised. Now, my friends, I tell you this. I'm getting worried.
Because I said that last year, I believe the Trump presidency would be marginally good. Marginally good. It's a marginally good presidency in his first term. He didn't do anything Ron Paul-esque necessarily. No new wars was fantastic. And the economy was pretty good. It's a net positive presidency. He did a lot of dumb things. You know, he hired Bolton. He'll never live that down.
And I thought it'd be marginally good. Well, at the start of his second term, we got Doge, we got RFK Jr., and we're seeing tremendous things. It's fantastic. But now Trump is being obstructed, as we knew he would be, to the point where a line has been crossed. Look, it's one thing if you want to argue that Trump can't deport individuals without a public hearing so we know these individuals are, and they can prove their status or otherwise, perhaps. It's another thing
To say outright, they want men in women's prisons. Now you've got an impasse. There's no question there. It's not a question of due process. It's a question of whose rights are being violated. Because no matter how you cut it, someone's rights are going to be violated, right? The left will say it's the trans person's rights. The right will say it's the women's rights in the prison. So what do you do? There is no answer. If Donald Trump simply abides by the judges who will all obstruct him, even these Republican appointed ones, then there is no Trump second term.
Trump will simply say, I'm going to do it. And then he won't. A couple of things have been done. Sure. He did deport these individuals. But he is saying now he's not defying the judges. You can't do that. That's literally what Trump said. You can't do that. We didn't do that. The planes were already over the water.

The lawyers are prepared. The judges are prepared. And they will argue Trump has no constitutional authority to do the things he is doing. If Trump does not accomplish these things, we will get no change and we will have once again a marginal presidency. Marginally good. You know, I look at the things that Trump does. Trump has done. And I say it's exceed exceeded all expectation.
Sounds fantastic. Then the judges stop it. And if Trump says, OK, then Trump has done nothing. Now, I'm excited for Pam Bondi. I'm excited for Kash Patel and Dan Bongino. But let's also play this game. The Epstein files. Was it a prank? Was it was it were we punked? Pam Bondi says you got the files. They're sickening. She's going to publish them. Nothing's in them. What was sickening? What did you look at? Where are the files? They said they received troves of documents. Where are they at?
Now, I'll be fair. It's been a couple of weeks and I want to be nice. Maybe it's difficult to go through these things. I trust Kash Patel. He's a good dude. He's a good dude. Maybe they just have to actually now go through documents they've never seen before. I'd appreciate at least updates. Let us keep the faith. Tell us you're working on it. But I got to tell you, my friends, I'll tell you what I think is going to happen. They're going to make moves to try and publish these documents and a lower court judge will say no. And then what? Can Trump do nothing? Yeah, that's it. That's where we're currently at.
The question then becomes of a wartime president, how much do you escalate? Last night we were talking about this on the Uncensored show, and I just said, the Constitution is over. It's what the left wanted. And I mean it. Guys, the Constitution is over. We can argue free speech, but what does that mean? Some people say it means you can literally say anything as long as you're not doing things. Others say, no, it means you can't
direct people to commit violence. Porn's also not free speech. The views are completely different. And then the left goes one step further than everybody and says insulting someone is not free speech. So what does it mean? Nobody agrees. We then have the Eighth Amendment, as I've shown you already. What does it mean to have cruel, unusual punishment? What is going to happen now? It's a battle of strength, will, wit, power, etc.,
The question is, whoever has the power and seeks to impose their interpretation will dictate what these words actually mean. What does cruel and unusual punishment mean to you? Wade Stotts is a commenter. I suggest you check his work out. Had a video a while ago where he said, what is a constitution? A constitution is what constitutes the people, the body politic. The Constitution of the United States is written down.
He says the problem is once you've started writing these things down, you're already losing your country because what constitutes the people should be known among the people. That's why many countries have what's called an unwritten constitution for us. The fact that these things are written down, but now they've gone to interpretation beyond what any normal person accepts shows social discohesion, if that's the right word.
There will be no convincing a leftist and there will be no convincing a conservative. It's now going to come down to who decides they have the power to impose their will. Will Trump defy the courts or will Trump bow to them? And if he does, then we will live in this Chinese Communist Party style country. And Trump's second term will be a blip or Trump will be the fascistic dictator. The left claims he is not really. But get the point. He will say no. No.
The right will agree. The Constitution says you can't do this. It is cruel and unusual punishment. And then what? I don't know. Civil war? You tell me. But I'm going to ask you right now, once again, because I know the answer already. How many of you would say yes, judge, if he ordered you to put men in a women's prison?
This is the line. Like I said, deportations are an interesting procedural question. Where does Trump's authority start and stop? Should the plaintiff turned around? Do these individuals getting arrested? Should they have hearings so the public knows for sure? Maybe. But what about this question? This is a moral hard line for everybody. No conservative would say, OK, judge, they'd say nice try. But my friends, you're in defiance of the Constitution. The judge said so. You can appeal it and then you can go to the Supreme Court.
You can appeal it all the way up. But if you want to keep men out of a women's prison, you must defy the court now. So what do you do? If you were president, what would you do? Would you say, OK, send the men to the women's prison and then we'll take it to a higher court? I don't think you would. And therein lies the deep question.
What do you do when your judges act outside their jurisdiction or when judges order you to violate the law or they order you to violate the Constitution? It would be unconstitutional. Donald Trump must then defy the judges and uphold the Constitution. And now you have a bifurcation. One screen, two movies, as Scott Adams says. Both sides arguing the other side has violated the Constitution. That's where we are. Have fun. It's going to get wild, isn't it?
It's going to get wild. Live show we got set up for you guys is going to get interesting because the escalation of terror in this country continues. And that's the that's the main story here. They're calling for nationwide protests and they're cheering on terrorism. Not an exaggeration. On The Daily Show, they actually showed news reports of the terror and the audience cheers for it. And the host even said, I guess you guys like terrorism. They do. Good luck. I hope you're prepared for the worst to come. We don't want it to. But I'm just saying.
Do you have emergency food and water? I hope we don't get to that point. But man, people never see it coming, do they? Gradually, then suddenly. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. And my friends, buy Cast Brew Coffee at castbrew.com. It's good stuff. It really is. It supports the show. Thanks for hanging out. And we'll see you all live at noon. I do not think I've ever seen you quite so tongue-tied. Not yet, at least. I hope you aren't easily chilled.
Do you think someone might see us? Maybe. Do you care? Not at all. Oh, no. Oh, don't do it. Oh, no. Okay. Well, there you go. I can't believe they did it. No. There was already a controversy with the new Assassin's Creed game because...
It is feudal Japan and the main character. There's two I know, but it's a female ninja and a black samurai. And a lot of people got mad saying of all the characters you could create in feudal Japan, perhaps Japanese people. They went with Yasuke, a historic figure and black samurai.
I think it's actually pretty cool, to be honest. Black samurai, Yasuke, real person, real historical figure. The, what is it, Odu Nobunaga, I believe, was the name of the individual who wanted to see a black man. Yeah, because, I mean, this is 1500s. They had no idea. And apparently there had been a black man working with a Jesuit missionary.
And so he said, bring this man to me. And then he was like, whoa, train the guy to fight, said, bro, you're a samurai now, gave him a sword and said, fight with me. That's pretty cool, actually. The issue for me is not
A race thing. Kind of. It's, you know, I am a little bit Japanese and I'm a fan of the era, the architecture, the history, the honor culture and all those things. I don't know. Maybe if you're going to make a game from Japan, you give us Japanese characters to explore the history of Japanese characters, not people who came to Japan briefly because Yasuke wasn't even there that long. But the controversy now is twofold.
The big controversy is that Ubisoft is saying if this game does not sell, they are effed. And with the latest videos that are starting to emerge about gay black samurai flings. Oh, man. Yeah, it's looking like this game is going to not do so well. Look at this. Assassin's Creed Shadows confirms main characters can be played as gay. And what's really got people going is that
It's not just that he's gay, but there's a non-binary Japanese man. Pink News, source of pro-LGBTQ take, says you can have hot gay samurai flings in Assassin's Creed Shadows. So not only are you playing as a black samurai in Fiddle Japan, he's gay, too. This is why people call it woke, my friends. OK, that's the issue.
The issue is these these things are exceedingly rare. And we're an Assassin's Creed is a game. We're supposed to enter this historical period. So, you know, look, I love the games. They are a lot of fun, pretty brutal. And you go back to the original Assassin's Creed, which is really awesome because you're you're in you're in the Middle East. It's thousands of years ago. And they give a sci fi twist to mythology.
And so the apple of knowledge or whatever is a computer or something. And the tree of life is this big machine or whatever. And it's fun. It's fun, right? Well, when I play Assassin's Creed, here you go. When I play Assassin's Creed, I think it was three with Ezio Aratore. It's an Italian guy in Italy. And I'm like, that's cool. Here's where it gets really cool. There's an Assassin's Creed that takes place in the revolutionary period.
And you can play as a Native American guy. And even then, super cool. Makes a ton of sense. And I'm totally down for it. Lots of Native Americans were in the Revolutionary War. Yep.
Now, the British were arming them and getting them to fight the colonists, but you get the point. They were here. They were a part of our history. There were people that were in and around our towns. There was conflict between warring tribes and the colonists. I got no issue because it is a part of our history. Now, don't get me wrong. I think it would also be cool to be able to play an American revolutionary, but I got no beef. I thought that game was awesome.
Then they say, let's do the one ultra rare instance of the black samurai in feudal Japan. And I'm like, can I play a Japanese guy and explore feudal Japan? No. Okay.
Well, all right, I guess, you know, and I'm still my attitude is I find it deeply racist and offensive Ubisoft because instead of giving people of Asian background and heritage and exploration of their community, culture and history, you decide that you're going to go black samurai. Now, don't get me wrong. Yasuke is a real guy, but he wasn't Japanese. He was a brief visitor. That's it. So that's the game you wanted to make. No, I get it. There's a female shinobi or whatever, but I'll tell you what's going to happen.
As we saw with Dragon Age Veil Guard, for those that aren't familiar, this is the game where this cutscene went viral.
where this woman misgenders another woman because she's supposed to use non-binary pronouns and goes, oh, heck, better pull a barf. And you pull a barf. And then she starts doing pushups. And she's like, when you misgender someone, best give it a quick 10 to show that you're apologizing. And they literally make you go through a two minute cut scene where you have to ask about misgendering someone and what you're supposed to do when you do misgender someone. The game bombed. Yo, holy crap, the game bombed.
And it's sad, really, because there are young men out there thirsty for adventure. These games are going to bomb because your average guy isn't driven by these motives. So in the Dragon Age Veil Guard game, it comes out to AAA game supposed to be huge. And within a couple of months, it's free. That's right. A AAA game almost instantly was released for free.
to PS Plus subscribers. That's usually reserved for games that are very old and don't sell anymore. Not for brand new AAA games that apparently aren't selling anymore. Yikes. Ubisoft dev confirms high stakes for Assassin's Creed Shadows. If the game performs moderately, we're really in trouble. Moderately? You mean even if you do like middle of the road, you're in trouble? Oh, then you're done.
Yo, I'd be surprised and I could be wrong. So I'll take it if this game sells after this. I am. I am your demo. OK, my friends, I am key demo. I am the money demo. Not trying to say it's just me. I'm saying you and I, the people who watch this show, we are the people likely to spend money on games like this.
I won't buy this game. I won't buy Dragon Age. I won't buy Gay Black Samurai. And it's not, I got no beef if that's what you want to do. I'm not mad at you. Actually, congratulations. I'm happy for you. I really am.
That's my position the whole time. Tons of games come out that are not meant for me. And I just don't buy them. And I'm not mad that you get to have something for yourself. I'm really happy for you. There's a bunch of TV shows like, you know, I have one friend, lesbian. She watches lesbian TV shows. And I'm like, cool. I don't watch it. You know, I got a beef. People make things for people who like things. You know what I'm saying? You're allowed to like things that is always allowed.
Some people want a pogo stick. We put up a video of a guy doing a pogo stick front flip. Very cool. Me, I'm not about the pogo stick. Some people like football. That was always allowed. Me, I like skateboarding. We can like different things. Some people like Nickelback. In fact, a lot of people like Nickelback. They're actually the last rock band to chart at number one on Billboard. They've got tons of awards, accolades, tens of millions of sales. But there are a lot of people who don't like them. Again, Nickelback.
So if you want to play gay black samurai Assassin's Creed, I'm not saying it to be mean or derisive. I'm saying that's the game for you. Ubisoft, I've got news for you. The market that is driven to buy a product like this is exceedingly small. And the game they're playing is no, no, but it's optional. He doesn't have to be gay. But the implication then is that he's pan or buy or something.
Maybe people want to watch Star Wars where Luke Skywalker gets the girl. Maybe they want to watch James Bond because men want to be him and women want to be with him. Instead, you've given us empty shells of characters that nobody relates to and no one is driven to learn the story of. So here you go.
In an admission that will come as little surprise to the larger player population, a member of the Assassin's Creed Shadows dev team has confirmed the upcoming franchise entry is shaping up to be a make or break moment for Ubisoft as a whole.
Look, man, I'd be sad if they go under and they fail because of this seriously, but I'm not going to buy your game. And it's not because I'm mad at at guys who want to envision themselves as gay black samurais. I that's totally fine. There's a really cool guy. There's like flips and stuff on the Internet. And he's he's a black dude with a katana. And Yasuke is a real guy.
Me, I'd much prefer to like play a Japanese dude who's like avenging his family or something. You know what I mean? Whatever. They say the insight into French developers shaky standing has provided to the public courtesy of a March 16th report from BFM Tech & Co.,
Speaking to a number of Shadows devs ahead of the upcoming release, I'm sorry, upcoming conference, Devon Sules was told by one anonymous team member they were aware just how much was riding on the game's success and thus had used the extra time afforded to them by the game's second delay to really try and hammer out the issues. Yo, the issue is story. You know, there are some games with no story that I really love. And there are some games with story that I really love.
Knights of the Old Republic. Ah, you guys remember that one. Yeah, you do. What an epic game. Star Wars Battlefront. Not really any story. What an awesome game. They could play that for hours. Mario Brothers. Not really a story. Legend of Zelda. The original. Not big on stories. But then we got games where we just needed to know what was going to happen. It was fun. Fun to play. So it can be done right.
The problem here is the story to me is actually off-putting, off-putting. I'm not mad. I ain't scared. I ain't offended. I'm totally disinterested. I don't want to pursue a story like this. I'm not interested in finding out what happens. I think it's just bad. I think they're going to bomb. I think this game is going to fail. And I think it's things like this that have left young men listless.
There's a reason why the hero's journey is so popular. And there's a reason why Marvel kept making the hero's journey. But let's take a quick look at what happens when they try to deviate. Humans, they're not so complex sometimes. And they're not so simple sometimes. But sometimes, just sometimes, you really can map out predictive patterns. That's why advertisements work. So when you make a movie...
About a young man who is thrust into adventure, facing conflict and controversy, and then is aided by magic and overcomes. People tend to like it. It strikes the core of our being. Young men seeking adventure wish that they could be thrust into adventure to save the day, save the world, discover new things, to venture out there, find the truth and save the princess. Maybe get the girl.
Women, they want to watch the man succeed because they want to be with him. That's the saying. Men want to be him. Women want to be with him. What do they do? They did Captain Marvel. They said, OK, let's do a female journey. Made a billion dollars. They said this proves it. And then they released the sequel and it bombed miserably because people did not go and see Captain Marvel based off of the idea of a women's of a hero's female journey. They went there because they thought it was going to be like Iron Man.
And Marvel had good brand value. Well, that helped kill it. Instead, instead of getting a movie where a selfless hero sacrifices trying to save the universe, you got a woman who was entitled, got her powers by accident, was rude and mean to people, and finally overcame the man who told her to control her emotions. I am literally not joking. That is actually what the movie is. As opposed to Steve Rogers, Captain America, who was scrawny and frail and struggled and tried lying his way to the army over and over and over again. They didn't want him.
But he was granted these powers because he was of noble spirit. And even then, he sacrificed everything to save those he loved. In the end, crashing his ship into the ocean to stop the bombs from reaching the mainland. And then losing the love of his life. Nobility.
Yeah, what are we getting Captain Marvel? She's like, I am done listening to the man and then breaks the inhibitor chip that held her powers back. And then she blasts the man who was saying, control your emotions. Not kidding. The whole movie is a control your emotions. Who does that relate to? Well, apparently nobody wanted to see the sequel. And she's a miserable character that has really hurt the Marvel franchise. Now, here we are with Assassin's Creed Samurai.
I think they're in trouble. They do say, far from being a guaranteed playing music as a Titanic sinks moment for Ubisoft, a further team member informed Devon Sules they were actually optimistic about Shadow's potential for success, as though its pre-order numbers were not near the level of the franchise's top earner, Valhalla. But they were on par with those of the runner-up Creed Odyssey. Already, if it sounds like Odyssey, which is the second best-selling game of all time, we'll be happy, said the insider.
As noted above, the apparent fact that Shadow's performance holds particularly high stakes for Ubisoft's future is not shocking in the least, given the recent numbers. I think they're in trouble. I really do. Okay? Veilguard. Dragon Age. I love Dragon Age. That game is awesome. Or those games, I should say. I had a lot of fun. I didn't play Veilguard. I ain't going anywhere near it.
I just was repulsed by the weird pulling a bar of scene. I'm not kidding. It was literally that one scene said, game's gone. And I have friends being like, ah, dude, just give it a chance. It is a good game. That is cringe, though. Not interested. Baldur's Gate 3, I think is not bad. The storyline is not woke. You can be any character you want. You can have relationships, whatever you want. You can be gay or whatever all the characters are. But it doesn't interfere in any meaningful way.
What they're doing now is layer upon layer with Assassin's Creed. Bro, I get it. Yasuke was real. But I feel like they're doing this to pander. They said, we want to make a character that can speak to American liberals, sell better. So what do they try to do? Instead of making a game where you're a Viking in Valhalla, they said, we want a Japanese character who's a woman so women can play. But then we need a minority character. And it's like, OK, dude.
Why don't you why don't you do Assassin's Creed Zulu Empire? I ain't even joking, dude. Shaka Zulu was a beast. That would be awesome. I play that game legit. Super cool to be like in Africa and the Savannah Shaka Zulu, dude. They had this weapon where it was a long stick with a ball on the top and the dude would shatter your skull like man dude was was a beast.
And then I think Ghana had like Empire and stuff. They could absolutely make an awesome Assassin's Creed based in Africa. Instead, they're going way back in time to find the one rare instance of a black samurai and making that the game. It just feels ham-fisted. Again, I'm not like overly bent about it, to be honest, because he's a real character. All I'm saying is...
You guys are doing weird stuff. Okay, just make games. Stop putting this weird spin on everything. It's feudal Japan. Give us the average interpretation of a feudal Japanese warrior. Tell us the history of Japan in its average normalcy perspective. Don't give us the ultra rare instance so you can try and market a game and then make the guy gay and put non-binary people in Japan. I'm just like, okay, dude, you lost me on that one.
And y'all can claim Baldur's Gate 3 was woke because you can make trans, non-binary characters and all that stuff. I don't care about any of that. That wasn't a part of the story. You just play the game. Now, some might argue, yeah, but the relationship he has with the non-binary guy, that's not part of the game. That's optional. The non-binary guy exists in the game. It's part of the story. And the default characters don't fit. It doesn't fit the history. So I'm just, I'm happy for you guys. Play your game. I hope it does well. I really do.
I just think it's going to do poorly. So have fun. I'm going to wrap it up there, my friends. We've got more segments coming up. Stay tuned. Thanks for hanging out. Once again, ICE has arrested an individual here on a visa accused of spreading Hamas propaganda. And the debate rages on as to whether or not the government is allowed to do this. And all I can really say is, um...
Civil War, I guess. I don't know. Look, I know you guys, you're going to be like, of course, the law says they can do this. The left is going to scream, no, this person should get due process, even though the law says no judicial review. The law doesn't matter at this point. I hate to say it, but all that matters is that two factions are fighting for power of one government. So call it whatever you want. Fine. It's kinetic. People are in the streets smashing up and shooting up
car dealerships. It's somewhat fifth or sixth generational, I guess, in terms of warfare. I don't know. Maybe it's just civil strife, but I'll put it this way. The conflict in the civil rights movement was civil strife, but it did not reach the levels of the government attacking itself.
The bleeding Kansas period before the Civil War was factions in Kansas. It did not reach the government attacking itself. I know a guy can't another guy and all that stuff, but that was precursor to the Civil War. Today, we have one branch of the government at war with the other branch of the government. It's interesting because other countries don't necessarily have the structure that we do. So when you have and this is brilliant. The part of the founding fathers, I must state, maybe it's actually a pitfall, but it's
When you have three branches and you have the executive branch trying to make changes, if we were a purely political system, there would be no governmental challenge. But judges are appointed and serve, let's just say, outside of the political process for a reason. So these judges are holding on to what the country was under the bureaucratic deep state, and they're trying to bar Trump from doing whatever he wants.
Uh, what I would say is in, in this instance with deportations of visa holders, the, uh, immigration and naturalization act, I believe, I believe it's the, uh, that's the law, but under immigration law, there's a section that's quite cited as of right now, the secretary of state has the right to revoke any visa at any time for any reason, and they can deport people.
Now, if the reason for deportation is simply because the visa has been revoked, there needs to be judicial review. That is. However, if there is another reason for deportation and the revocation of revoking of that visa, it is outside judicial review. That is not even the Alien Enemies Act.
So what we're dealing with right now is, according to the letter of the law, Trump is allowed to do these things and judges are still trying to block all of it. This brings us to a point where two branches of government are actually fighting each other.
Now, I know the Supreme Court's largely conservative. Liberals don't like that. But the lower courts still have Democrat appointees and neocon appointees that are resistant to the populist movement and the gutting of the bureaucratic deep state and American faux nobility, those of McLean, Virginia, for instance. And so what we're looking at now is, I don't know, some kind of civil war. Hey, don't quote me. Quote Ray Dalio, who said some kind of civil war. I'll just stress the far left is engaged in acts of violence and terror and
There have been swattings at around 20 right wing individuals homes. Some of these people, I mean, Rowan Schroyer could have been shot and killed. He's walking backwards outside. These swattings are attempted murder. We're not at the point where prominent right wing personalities are being murdered, but we are at the point where Tesla dealerships are being shot at. That's right. The left has begun a campaign of violence that includes public shootings on numerous occasions.
I didn't know Democrats were so pro to a. But here we are now. This story. Let me give you the news. ICE arrests Indian Georgetown doctoral student accused of spreading Hamas propaganda. A foreign exchange student studying at Georgetown University was arrested by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Monday over allegations he spread Hamas propaganda online. Badar Khan Suri, an Indian national and doctoral student in the U.S. on a student visa.
was accused of actively spreading Hamas propaganda and promoting anti-Semitism on social media. Suri has close connections to a known or suspected terrorist who is a senior advisor to Hamas, the DHS statement continued. Secretary of State Marco Rubio determined on March 15th that Suri's activities and presence in the U.S. rendered him deportable under the Immigration and Nationality Act. That's what it is, Immigration and Nationality Act, the senior official says. That is, at his own discretion, he can revoke the visa.
A lot of people are pointing that Mahmoud Khalil, who was arrested on similar charges, this is the guy or for deportation. This is the guy who was an organizer of the Columbia protests where buildings were taken over. Staff at the schools were threatened with violence and students were physically attacked. And they said, this dude's got to go. But he's a green card holder. I could be wrong, but, you know, I preface this because I try to be
Factuals can be. I'm pretty sure Mahmoud Khalil was on a two year residency. But let me make sure this is big because it was not. Let me green card holder married. OK, let's you know, the problem with the corporate press is that it's hard to find. So let's try this. Did Mahmoud Khalil have permanent residency? You know, we'll try our robot friend here. This is important.
Mahmoud Khalil did not have residency. Oh, interesting. I'm getting two responses. Chachi Petit is garbage. And they make you do it again. That's the sound of unaged whiskey transforming into Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey in Lynchburg, Tennessee. Around 1860, Nearest Green taught Jack Daniel how to filter whiskey through charcoal for a smoother taste, one drop at a time.
This is one of many sounds in Tennessee with a story to tell. To hear them in person, plan your trip at tnvacation.com. Tennessee sounds perfect.

Get your Lululemon glow-ups in store or at lululemon.com now. Let's try this again because we're wasting our time, right?
It's an important question, though, because the argument is it was a green card holder. But I also read that he had a two year visa permanent residency. Was it a two year card? So I could be wrong. And let's see. Let's see what the robot says. We'll make sure we get the source on this one. My understanding is that he had a green card that was valid for two years. I was correct. Yeah.
The green card granted through marriage is conditional and valid for two years. So he had a two year green card married. He married his wife in 2023. He had a conditional two year green card. There we go. Actually, it looks like interesting. It's really hard to find this because they want to bury it. They want you to think that Mahmoud Khalil was a permanent resident. He wasn't. He had a two year conditional green card. That is a visa.
So he got he got he got a revoked to deport. He was not a permanent resident. He had a two year conditional green card. The act is rarely used. They mentioned the name giving that gives Rubio sweeping power to deport those who potentially pose serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States. Rubio has cited the same statute as grounds for the deportation of Mahmoud Khalil, a Columbia University student and pro-Palestinian activist who was detained by federal immigration authorities. A judge has said Khalil can challenge his detention. Interesting, isn't it?
Quote, We are not aware of him engaging in any illegal activity, and we have not received a reason for his detention. Surrey, who married and is married to an American citizen, was detained in Alexandria, Louisiana, and is waiting a court date in immigration. His lawyers told Reuters, I'm going to I'm going to go and say truth doesn't matter anymore. Like it matters in the philosophical sense, but not in the political.
What matters now is the left will assert power and the right will assert power and someone's going to win and someone's going to lose. Losing could mean the other side surrenders and the system carries on. Losing could also mean someone decides to get violent. We've already seen the left get violent. It's kind of their M.O. Now, with Donald Trump going out, I should not not Trump of the Trump administration going after these individuals that are supporting Hamas. The challenging thing is this me.
If you're anti-Israel, that's not pro-Hamas. If these people are saying free Palestine or whatever, that's not pro-Hamas. If the argument being made by the federal government is that simply because your views align with the views of a terrorist organization, we got dangerous territory heading our way. However, if they're revoking the visas under existing codified law, I shrug.
The law says they can do this does not mean the law is right, but it does mean this will happen. And the legislative branch needs to update or change that law. Oh, Democrats, you lost power in an election. So what really is the constitutional crisis we're facing right now? It ain't Donald Trump. It's the judges that are arbitrarily deciding they have more authority than they do. And they're blocking.
What Trump is lawfully allowed to do. So I don't know, man. Maybe everything calms down. Everything's fine. Say what you want, I guess. But I don't understand how we navigate street level terrorism. Bongino says he's coming for you. Let's go, Bongino. But all that's going to do is inflame and embolden them. I'm not saying don't enforce the law. But look, as I covered earlier, when you've got The Daily Show cheering for terrorism,
What do you think is going to happen when Bongino arrests them? They're just going to celebrate. So we've got a big problem. How do you exist in a society where you have large media institutions protected by the First Amendment that will defend acts of terrorism? They're allowed to do it, I guess, and they will foment more. None of these people know where Ukraine is. The guy who got arrested is facing 20 years because he spray painted live long live Ukraine. You know where Ukraine is. It's a media machine emboldening these people.
If Bongino goes and arrests these people, which he should, they're going to go on Colbert and Kimmel and they're going to lie about it. They're going to say protesters are now being targeted. That's the game they'll play. I don't know if you all remember, but there was a guy who was attacked. I think it was in New Mexico. He was trying to flee and he defended himself. They arrest him. There's a guy in Seattle who was attacked by Antifa. He backed away with his hands up. Cops grabbed him and arrested him. So we'll see. All I can say right now, my friends, is everybody is citing their authority.
And how do you navigate that? The left says the Constitution is on our side. The right says the Constitution is on our side. And both are trying to enact paradoxical agendas. I shouldn't say paradoxical, but contradictory agendas. That's the right word. So who's right? Whoever ends up winning, I guess. We'll see where this goes. I got more segments coming up for you. Stay tuned. We'll see you all in the next bit. Follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast. And make sure you buy some Boonies boards. Step on snack and find out, baby. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see y'all soon.
These poor people, they lack mental fortitude. There's a reason why we call them non-player characters. In this video, a young woman screams because she hates Cybertrucks. She hates them. She hates them. Wow. It's actually really creepy and kind of terrifying when you realize it's a cult. It's a cult of low-ordered thinkers who lack the capability to think for themselves or think beyond the first layer, I guess.
We saw this poll from NBC News. They found that of all white people, they all support Trump except for white college educated liberal women. Overwhelmingly, they hate Donald Trump. I'd like to play for you this video that's going viral of a young woman. And this is what your anti Tesla, your far left worldview actually is. You've been warned. But keep correcting me, telling me that it's Cybertruck and not Tesla truck.
I don't fucking care. Care what? I hate them. I need them off the streets. I need them on the road. I need them off the highway. I need them out of my town. I need them out of my country. Why? Fuck. I'm so sick of them. I'm so sick of Tesla trucks. Okay. I'm going to pause right now and say, I'm going to go ahead and just guess. This is a, it's a joke. It's satirical.
I ain't falling for this, you guys, you know, where somebody on TikTok or something decides to do a bit. So I'm going to go ahead and say I knew the whole time that this was a joke and you're not fooling me. Kyle Serafin says, as discussed on today's podcast, white college educated women know the least and have the worst opinions. And this one can't differentiate between Tesla truck and cyber truck. We need more copium.
Well, my friends, I give you the story from NBC News. White men, white women and the gap within the gender gap. NBC News polling data illustrates the cultural and political gulf. So next, it's an interesting video I'd like to provide some insights into as we discover what is called the awful phenomenon, the affluent white female liberal and why they are overwhelmingly far left relative to the rest of literally everybody else.
The outlier among all demographics is quite literally liberal women. Seriously, I'm talking black women, black Democrats, black conservatives, young black, old black, Asian, Mexican, old Mexican, old Asian, young Mexican, Hispanic, whatever. They all track similarly, except one deviant faction.
affluent white female liberals. I'm not trying to drag anybody. I'm saying they stretch outside of the confines of the prediction models. He is at the big board with a deep dive into our new poll numbers on DEI initiatives. So, Steve, what can you tell us? Oh, DEI.
Well, you know, when you look at this poll, there's a lot that jumps out at you. But one thing I think that really stood out when we looked closely at this poll had to do with white voters and their attitudes on cultural issues like you just talked about there and also political issues in general. And what we found is, look, the white vote itself, you're looking here at the 2024 election, white voters accounted for 71 percent of all votes that were cast last year in the presidential race. So it's a giant group.
But when you break the group down real quick, that's of all voters, Democrat, Republican or otherwise own a few layers, two very different universes, political and cultural universes of white voters emerge. This is when you break it down by education. Do you have a college degree or not? And gender. And let me show you what I mean here. Take one of the questions from our poll. This is a basic one. What's your opinion of Donald Trump? Is it positive or is it negative? Take a look at this.
look at this. Among white voters, Trump is up seven points. Among all white voters, it's 52% positive, 45% negative. He's mildly popular. Trump is among all white voters. That big group is 71%. But
Break this down by gender and education. White men who do not have at least a four-year degree, a bachelor's degree. Hey, wait a minute. That's me. Collar white men, generally speaking. Wait, wait, hold on. I'm not blue collar, though, but continue. 69% positive for Trump, 28% negative by a 41-point margin. Trump is popular with— I just want to pause real quick and say—
I don't know why they always do this where they draw lines and circle things. Bro, you're on the TV. We can see it. We don't need you to do that. Now take a look.
At the other end of this spectrum, we're talking about white women who do have at least a bachelor's degree. This is a more economically upscale demographic here. And look at this. It's night and day. Twenty nine percent positive. Sixty seven percent negative. Trump is 38 points underwater. What that means is between these two groups of white voters, and these are each a very big chunk of the electorate, that difference there, plus 41 minus 38 adds up to eight.
a 79-point gap between how these two groups see Trump. And it's not just Trump. Take a look at this from our poll. Again, looking at these two groups on just a variety of names and topics and groups. Your opinion of J.D. Vance, night and day, Elon Musk,
DEI, we asked about as you just talked about there. Doge, the Democrats, the Republicans, the Ukrainian president. Again, the gap here from the high 50s all the way up to nearly 80 points, just completely starkly opposite political universes that these two groups inhabit. Now, let's take a look at the white women with no college degree.
There are two other groups, obviously, and you see them here. These are white men with a college degree, white women without one. But what you see is those two groups are much closer to the median. White men with a degree like Trump. One point. One point. Ladies and gentlemen, a degree is garbage. Sorry you waste your time. Why are you in college? I think it's fascinating that I have fans.
that I think it's fascinating. I have fans. I'll just pause there. Okay. Let that percolate. I do think it's fascinating. I have fans, but I do. And I think it's fascinating that I have fans who specifically say I'm going to college and I'm like, why you want to be a doctor? Okay. I get it. You want to be a lawyer? Okay. I get it. You want to work in academia as a researcher scientist. Okay. I get it. But the majority of people, what are you doing? Why are you going to college?
College is an indoctrination center where they make you learn things you don't need to learn. It's people who are not in the field. It's the stupidest thing ever. You know, I've given guest lectures for Ph.D. journalism courses. And I'm like, why am I at 27 years old teaching 29 year olds how to do journalism? And I'm sitting in this room. I've done like three or four of them.
I've done a bunch of guest lectures at universities. I've done paid speeches. And then I've done a handful of PhD guests. I don't know, lectures, presentations. They're not very big. And every time I'm sitting there being like, and I say this to them, I'm like, hey, guys, I'm a high school dropout who grabbed a phone, downloaded an app and started talking about what I see. Why do you need me to tell you this? It's the weirdest thing imaginable. These people look, it really comes down to something simple.
The people who know how to do or believe in themselves don't go to college. The people who don't know what they're supposed to do and do is they're told go to college. So the real issue is largely white men are within the margin of error of support for Trump. Well, it's largely agreeable men. White women with college degrees don't like Trump and white women without them do like Trump. Actually, quite simple.
If you go to college today, it is likely you don't know what to do and you're doing what you're told. Sorry, guys, that's the truth. Ask yourself this. How many of you said I should go to college because I need insert goal? Some of you did respect. I got no beef. Like I said, doctor, lawyers, certain engineering jobs, academia. But I know most people and most of you went to college were like, I don't know. I was told to go to college. How many of you switched your majors?
Yeah, another major issue. Most people aren't even using their degrees. And so, my friends, here we are. Young women are told what to do and they go and do it. Young men are kind of disagreeable and say, screw you, man, I'll do what I want. Guys will go and find jobs to make money. And it also may have to do with the fact that men are more likely to need to make money. Oh, the feminists, they're not going to like this one, but the Gen Z guys are going to get it.
Young men don't get any specialty, any any. Look, there's no free drinks at a bar. There's no going on a date just because you're hungry. Men got to pay. And if you're a young man, good luck. You're five times more likely to be homeless. Young woman.
You shack up with some guy. There's going to be an older guy with money and he's going to let you stay with him. Yeah, I know there's implications or whatever. We're not complaining about it, but that's a reality. Women are less likely to be homeless for this reason. More likely to be social services for women. Women are less likely to be the victims of violent crime. And so what do you get? Young guys have no choice. They go and find jobs to make money. Otherwise, they're just kicked to the gutter and spit on. And then they ultimately say, I need to go to college. I'm already making a good amount of money.
Young women graduate, stay at home and then say time to go to college. Largely, they're going because they're told to. And in school, they're told to believe things they believe. And we end up with young women like this. This woman who is screaming and crying, assuming it's not a joke about how she hates the trucks, make them go away. I don't want the trucks anymore. Bro, it's a car. You don't see me screaming about Chevy Cobalts driving around because I don't care or Hyundai's.
I don't care. I see a guy driving a McLaren. I'm like, why the anger at inanimate objects? They can't harm you. My friends, there's a lot of social order stuff to break down, but I think you see it and you get it. I'm going to wrap it up there. Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone.
