In shocking news, which is sure to become history, Democrat activists and some Democrats have launched a new impeachment campaign against Donald J. Trump. That's right. And their petition already has 250,000 signatures. Wow.

Assuming that the signatures are as valuable as I expect, they may find themselves in a garbage sometime soon. Because I don't think these people realize that signing a paper saying Trump should be impeached is...

As no legal bearing or merit, but, you know, sure. Then, of course, you get Al Green standing up and wiggling his cane at Donald Trump and getting censured for it. And then after that, the Democrats obstructed Congress by singing songs in the well instead of actually carrying out the censure of Al Green. My friends, I got a poll. Despite the fact that a lot of people are upset with Trump over a lot of issues, I kid you not, it's an Emerson poll.

They still overall like the guy and he's got a positive approval. Actually, I did. I do need to pull that one up. It is absolutely fascinating to see that this is not working the same way it did last time. Donald Trump's approval in aggregate is net positive, has been for some time. To be fair, it's about the margin of error to be middle of the road. But this is the best of his career. And at a time where we've got an uncertain economy,

There are still people who know, despite the fact we are facing these issues, Trump's the right man for the job.

Now, I do have a lot of things to go over because we're going to break down the current state of news today. It's not just about the impeachment. But while Democrats are saying orange man bad and must be impeached, we have what's that inflation cooling much more than anyone expected. The price of gas and eggs both down, even with this looming trade war. Donald Trump's tariffs have all these Democrats freaking out for the stupidest of reasons.

Now, we can debate the tariff thing, you know, Ontario back down. We'll see because we're still pending the resolution on how the tariff trade war plays out. But at the same time, Donald Trump has also gotten Ukraine to agree to a ceasefire agreement. That doesn't mean Russia did. So right now, as literally everybody in the Trump administration is saying, the ball is in Putin's court.

That's that that's their go to phrase right now. Let's see if Putin actually entertains this ceasefire, which I think is in Russia's interests. So we shall see. But I got to tell you, Trump is doing the best job of any president in my lifetime. I can't speak to anybody before my lifetime. You know, a lot of people really liked Ronald Reagan, but I was not alive. Actually, I think I was maybe for the last two years when they believe 88.

I was born in 86. I'm not a big fan of his cultural policies, but that's OK. He saved this country from Jimmy Carter's failures. Donald Trump's doing a really great job. They're going to be ending the Department of Education. I, you know, I got to be honest. Donald Trump is basically preaching to me.

Not kidding, because all of these things he's doing with gutting the bureaucratic state, particularly the Department of Education. These are major issues for me. I absolutely despise American public schooling. I'm a health nut. It really does feel like this administration aligns with me more than any any politician or political group, whatever, that I've ever seen. You name some NGO and I'm going to be like, I don't know, man, Maha. I'm a big fan.

I love that healthy stuff. Now, don't get me wrong. I do enjoy a Pop-Tart here and there. But Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s position was never, you can't enjoy a delicious treat once in a while.

That being said, there are there are much better delicious treats that don't need to have that weird preservative garbage and artificial dyes in it. And at the same time, I'm going to say red alert, ladies and gentlemen, West Virginia's legislature has passed the artificial food dye ban. The governor could still veto it because big companies are threatened to pull a lot of money from the state. So we need that support.

But you know what? I'm not so sure it matters because a bunch of states are now lining up saying that they're going to ban this all the same. So West Virginia can be like, you can you can threaten whatever you want. We got 12 other states that are saying they're banning this, too. So you need to fall in line. It ain't on us. But let's do this. Let's talk about Donald Trump's pending impeachment, which, guys, you know, it's going to happen. OK, I'm not saying he will get impeached. And first,

What people always confuse impeachment does not mean removal from office. Impeachment means indictment. Basically, he would then need to be convicted in the Senate. And that's never going to happen because it's like you need two thirds of the Senate to actually convict for there to be a removal of the presidency. So they're going to try and play these games. It ain't going to work out.

But in the meantime, head over to castbrew.com, my friends, and pick up some delicious Cast Brew coffee. Before we get started, I'll give a shout out to what we got going on. Ian's Graphene Dream is sold out. But as always, there is still a great opportunity for you to have Appalachian Nights. That's everybody's favorite. Maybe I should promote a different blend because we sell so much of Appalachian Nights. Don't forget gingerbread. That's two weeks till Christmas. It's now been three months since Christmas, but Phil is dressed like Santa Claus.

Focus with Mr. Bocas and Misty Mountains. And as always, head over to Rumble.com slash TimCastIRL. Check out the Green Room Show. It is an entire podcast. Yesterday, 45-minute show. I got to be honest. This means I'm doing six hours of content a day. To be fair, I was only in this one for about a half an hour.

But I really do recommend you take this one out because let's just say the subject matter has to do with mandated medications, the results. And a buddy of mine told the story of what happened to him. That's at Rumble dot com slash Timcast IRL. It's the Bubba the Love Sponge Green Room Show. You got to join Rumble Premium. Use promo code Tim one zero together.

To get 10 bucks off. But let's jump into the news, my friends. From Newsweek, Donald Trump impeachment petition gets 250,000 signatures. Oh, boy. Well, that certainly means nothing.

But OK, Democrats, you keep trying because as long as you feel like you're doing something, you will allow us to keep doing what we are doing. I do love how Colbert even mocked Democrats after the State of the Union, where they held up those little signs. Colbert held one up at the end of his show and said, try doing something. Yeah. Meanwhile, Democrats are all fighting amongst themselves for the most part. And Trump is, let's just say, running roughshod over the deep state. A petition urging that Congress begin impeachment proceedings against Donald Trump.

Be impeached. Wait, I think this typo there has attracted more than 250,000 signatures, according to the nonprofit that initiated it. Newsweek has contacted the White House and Free Speech for People, the campaign group that set up the petition for comment via email.

They said the petition support highlights the growing political division in the country during Trump's second term in office. Oh, boy. I've got a big list for all of you of all of the things they claim Donald Trump has done, which are criminal and warrant impeachment. And we will go through all of them.

Now, I can't say at the top of my head I can debunk literally every claim they make off the top of my head. I can largely debunk or reject or counter a lot of their opinion claims because that's mostly what it is. But they make a few direct claims which are interesting and we'll have to look up.

They say free speech for people said on March 7th, they gained more than a quarter million signatures. They launched the impeach Trump again campaign on January 20th. Oh, gee, literally the day he got elected. So you mean to tell me the day the man was elected, you were like, we have grounds for impeachment. One of their claims is that he's ineligible to be president because the Insurrection Act. OK, if that's I'm sorry, you got to tell me what Trump did the day he got elected that day.

You were able to launch this campaign because that means the website was already in development. They already had personnel. They are planning the impeachment before Trump even became president. That's how unserious these people are. They're going to mention that such reasons they've cited are his involvement in January, pardoning those in January 6th, the attack on the attack on the Capitol and the attempt to remove birthright citizenship. The group cites multiple other reasons, blah, blah, blah. They said, OK,

So the group is also calling for his impeachment after he suggested the U.S. could take over the Gaza Strip. Speaking after a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu on February 4th, Trump suggested Palestinians could be resettled as the U.S. rebuilt the war torn region into the Riviera of the Middle East. I'm sure that'll go over really well. Trump with the Muslim populations that don't care for vices.

Texas Rep Al Green vowed to introduce articles of impeachment against Trump in February, saying the president's plan amounted to ethnic cleansing. Green, who sought to impeach Trump multiple times, has yet to file the latest impeachment resolution against the president. He said he was working on his articles of impeachment after he was removed from the House chamber for heckling Trump while the president was delivering his March 4th address to Congress. Well, here's the website. Free speech for people.

I don't I don't I don't know what that's supposed to mean. Free speech for people. The people who largely opposed free speech for the past 15 years now claiming they're for it. Do not sway me. Are your ulcerative colitis symptoms proving difficult to manage?

They're basically saying the same thing. They say, blah, blah, blah. We got a bunch of signatures, yada, yada, sure, whatever. How about we do this? Let's play this clip from Democracy Now! So you can hear directly from this here feller.

who is leading the charge. We're launching this campaign because we believe it's critical that we invoke this impeachment clause. John Bonifaz. As of the Constitution at this moment in history, this president has already committed multiple abuses of power since assuming the presidency.

And the framers designed the Constitution to ensure that we would not have a monarch or a tyrant govern this nation. They set up three co-equal branches of government, the Congress, the executive branch, the judiciary. But they also put in this extra guardrail.

the impeachment clause. And it's designed to deal with that lawless president who abuses the power of the office. And those multiple abuses of power keep piling up every day. We've documented at ImpeachTrumpAgain.org many of these abuses, including his abuse of the pardon power, where he, on day one, effectively pardoned 1,500 of his fellow insurrectionists who had attacked the Capitol

So let's just pause real quick. I'm going to go through this big list they have, but I just got to I can't let this guy keep talking without addressing it.

Donald Trump was never convicted of any crimes related to January 6th. OK, there there were no there were a few seditious conspiracy charges among Proud Boys. But of the people largely who rioted at the Capitol, it was mostly misdemeanors. Well, I shouldn't say that for those who rioted, some got assaulted, an officer and stuff like that. But most other people just got misdemeanor trespass.

Donald Trump was never found guilty of any crimes, convicted of anything, nor impeached for this. There were several hearings over whether or not he was an insurrectionist or whatever, and never was it concluded. He then was duly elected and used his pardon power exactly as it's described to pardon these individuals, not an abuse.

Not at all. Know that this is a constitutional right. You cannot erase a part of the Constitution with an executive order. Then I'd like to just pause right there. And you see, you see what he's doing now? He says the 14th Amendment birthright citizenship. It's in there. That proves it. Well, we've already discussed this. It's up for the Supreme Court to interpret based on the actions that Trump will take. And.

The original writer, I forgot the guy's name, the senator who wrote it, said it will not include children of foreign aliens. And they're trying to argue, yes, it will.

No. Donald Trump issues an executive order. There's a lawsuit. It gets checked by the Supreme Court and they'll determine whether or not that's the case. But if you want to really complain about the unilateral alteration of the Constitution, let it be said that Joe Biden, before he left office, claimed the Equal Rights Amendment was the law of the land. And all of these Democrats just said it was true. It's not true. It's not true today. It was never true. Nothing happened. But

But I don't see this guy screaming about Biden. Two separate federal courts have found this to be unconstitutional, but it's also an abuse of power. He's usurped the power of Congress by freezing funds that have been duly appropriated by Congress. Only Congress has the power to appropriate funds. And Trump has sovereign immunity, they described it, and can determine whether or not to pay out.

It's called a check and a balance. Listen to what he says. He's gone ahead and frozen those funds. And now courts have demanded that he release those funds. And he's defying those court orders, an attack on the judiciary, an attack on the Congress. The list goes on. And the point of the impeachment power is to ensure that we do not have this kind of lawlessness coming out of the Oval Office. And that's why we launched this campaign. Indeed, you did, my friend.

I love it so much. This guy is straight up like he he abused his pardon power. You know, not like Joe Biden, who pardoned his whole family. Most of them, I think. And Anthony Fauci going back to what? 2016, was it? Was it 2016? And everyone's like, what's with the 11 year pardon? 11 years. OK, it's one thing if you said I pardoned for crime. Not literally anything they could have done.

A handful of people didn't get them. But I have to wonder, is that an abuse of the pardon power? Well, you know, we don't like it, but it's not because the pardon power allows the president to do this. And Trump was duly elected. So y'all can cry more about it. But, you know, you know, what's really fascinating is this question right here. What's this one? Biden's use of an auto pen on official documents raises questions from critics. Look, my point is, I get it.

Someone does something wrong. It doesn't excuse someone else from doing something wrong. But y'all don't get to now start pretending, pretending like you care.

Let's talk about our good friend Mahmoud Khalil. You guys know who that is? This is a guy who was a green card holder. He was has a green card revoked. He's been arrested by ICE. They're planning on deporting him. And there's a judge who's stopped the deportation. And the Democrats are saying, but what about our free speech?

Don't you understand how bad this is? And I'm like, yeah, wow. The free speech of a non-citizen is in jeopardy. I have some concerns about that. I seem to recall when

I don't know, tens of millions of Americans had their free speech threatened with mass censorship that most of it was directed or largely was directed by the federal government. And the Democrats clapped and cheered for it. So you want to come to me and scream Slava, Ukraine and free, free Palestine. And I'm just going, America. And then you want me to defend the free speech of a guy who's not an American while you condemned Americans to censorship.

Nice try. I ain't playing that game. Now, I could go through this big list and I want to defend democracy, the impeachment against Donald Trump. First, we have this. Congressman Al Green announces plan to file articles of impeachment. Oh, my stars and garters. This is from last week. Y'all know it. This guy does this all the time, though. So the degree to which I look at him wiggling his little cane. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Shut up, dude.

The degree to which we see Democrats do things like this is not shocking to anybody. But I will stress, if Trump loses the midterms, if the Republicans lose the midterms, Trump will be impeached. Mark my words. You all know it. That's why I keep telling everybody you've got to be active participants in the news. You've got to be active in the political landscape. You can't just be passive.

So I deeply respect and I appreciate anybody who's watching who's just chilling. You watch show, you carry on with your day. I get it. I strongly encourage everybody to be active. Seriously, being active, building lines of communication and expanding culture is how we maintain the presence of mind so that come 2026, Trump does not lose. Because I'll tell you what's going to happen. In 2016, Trump wins. 2018 comes around. Trump was doing. I used to. It was it was OK. Right. Republicans lost the midterms in 2018. And the reason why.

was because Trump supporters did not come out to vote. That's right. None of these people cared about a member of Congress. They wanted Trump. They voted for Trump and then they left. And this tends to be the case that Trump's supporters, they'll vote in a presidential election, but not in a midterm. So what can we do? That's why I'm like each and every single individual.

who builds a routine around these issues will remain active when the midterms come. Trump just won. He's been in for what? We're going on two months, a month and a half. And so for many people, they watch the news cycle and they're starting to check out.

We're going to go a year, a year and a half. And these people who did vote for Trump and put them over the edge are not going to be there. And Democrats like this with these impeachments and then vomiting all over themselves, they will show up to vote. Trump will then the Republicans will lose the midterms. Democrats will take they only need two seats, flip two. And then what you're going to see, they immediately impeach Donald Trump. Now, the other thing is,

They only need a couple of seats. That's it. And so the issue then becomes in one year's time when the midterm election cycle starts to ramp up, squishy Republicans will stop supporting the president. This is a big controversy of the day with Thomas Massey. Thomas Massey was like, I ain't voting for no continuing resolution.

I like Thomas Massey. He is a man of honor, intelligence and integrity. I deeply respect him and I disagree with him on a lot of things. And I've argued with him on X sometimes. Not so much argued, but countered his points and said, I disagree. Good, sir. And I would consider Massey to be my favorite member of Congress. Matt Gaetz was Matt Gaetz left. But Matt Gaetz, because he was he threw a pie in the face of the machine and he was dismantling that bureaucratic machine in a smaller way to what Trump is doing now.

But Thomas Massey said he wasn't going to vote for the continuing resolution. Trump needs that funding to go through. It still has to make its way through the Senate where it needs 60 votes because of the filibuster. Trump needs it to go through because we are racing the clock. So while I respect Thomas Massey, I also understand that he endorsed Donald Trump because Trump was going to pardon Ross Ulbricht. My stance on Massey is, you know, Trump's called for his for him to be primaried. And now Massey, he's probably feeling the heat.

Thomas Massey, he's our generation's Ron Paul. He's Dr. No. He's the new professor now. He needs to stay in Congress and keep doing the good work that he's doing, even though I think he should have voted yes. Because he's a good man. He's a good man. But in this instance...

We have a year for Trump to get through as much as he can. And that means I know continuing resolutions are bad. I hate them. I supported Matt Gaetz because he was trying to get the single line item budget bills. Right now, they're saying, yeah, do a continuing resolution. And I'm like, well, Donald Trump has already proven to me that he's going to do what he says.

So this is not going to be a similar story where I feel like the Republican says, just do it this one time. And then when we cave, they keep doing it. I actually think we get Trump his budget and we get this these budgets pushed through. And Trump is going to start nuking the deep state as much as he can, gutting these agencies as he already is. And he's going to do what he promised to do. So that's why my attitude is like you can be a man of principle.

Representative Massey and still vote for that continued resolution, because I'll tell you what I would have done. I'm the kind of guy who probably would always vote against the continued resolution as well. But if I was in Congress right now, I hold a press conference. I'd come out. I talk to the press and I'd say, listen, or I make a video for X, say, guys, I don't want to vote for this. It adds to the deficit. It adds to the debt. It is not good to continually do these things. That being said.

We may only have one year for Donald Trump to do the things that he's done. And I say this, I say this to you, Rhett Massey, and I say this to the American people. Rhett Massey, when you endorsed Donald Trump because you wanted him to pardon Ross Ulbricht, he did it. He did. He didn't have to do that.

He had already won. He's not going to run for reelection. He doesn't need to fulfill any promise to anybody, but he chose to do it. He said, I told him I would do it. So I'm doing it. I respect it. Trump could have won and said, well, you know, we looked at it. We're not we don't think it's possible. He could have played that game, too. Instead, he says, I'm a man of my word. You voted for me. You have my back granted respect. So what I say to him is right now.

With that move and the other moves he's made, I will give him the benefit of the doubt. If it were me, I would vote yes on that resolution and say, do not let me down, Mr. President. I am putting a lot of faith in signing voting yes on this bill that I reject. But because I believe you, you are going to do as much good as possible in a short amount of time and it needs to happen. So anyway, I digress.

Back to the main point about impeachment. I'm just saying there are ways that you can maintain your principles. And I forgot why I got off on that thing, but I think it's important to address. But let's do this. Let's take a look at the current state of affairs in this country. How about this shocking news report from everyone's favorite Washington Post? Inflation eased more than expected in February ahead of steel and aluminum tariffs. What?

Tariffs have fueled worries of another recession, which President Donald Trump has declined to rule out. So you mean to tell me that Trump's been president for a month and inflation eased more than expected? Look at that. It's a picture of eggs. The cost of eggs is now lower today than when Donald Trump was first elected. The cost of gasoline is now down much the same. Prices are coming down and it's only been a month and a half. Inflation is cooling. Now, understand this. Trump's a bloviator.

If you don't know that by now, oh boy, you haven't been paying attention. Trump is a guy who's going to come out and say, I'm going to end the war today. And then it's like a month later and we just got a ceasefire agreement from Ukraine. Maybe Putin will agree to it. Dude, this has been the case with Trump the entire time. Everybody knows back in 2016, he's the big ask guy. We're going to build a big, beautiful wall, 30 feet from sea to shining sea, concrete,

And then what do we get? Bollard fencing. The funny thing is Trump really did want a gigantic concrete wall from sea to shining sea. And CEP was like, Trump, that's a bad idea because we can't see on the other side of it. So we don't know what they're doing. So you don't know what areas secure. Trump said, oh, well, what should we do? And they said, let's start with triple layered bollard fencing with razor wire and select areas that are highly trafficked. And Trump said, OK.

Now, I got to admit, ladies and gentlemen, those fences, they're really easy to climb. There are so many videos of people with no equipment just climbing up and over them. That's the reality. So what you're probably going to want is three layers, and you're going to want razor wire and, you know, like I said, triple layer fencing. The point is,

Trump says big, big things and then you get itty bitty and you're like, still good, still good. That's the big ask when you say, you know, I'll sell you this delicious grapefruit spin drift for 50 bucks. And then you're like, eight bucks for a soda. OK, fine. How about seven bucks? And you go, seven's cheap. No, seven's actually ridiculously expensive. But the $50 made it sound like it was a lot.

So here we have a guy. They're saying that they want to impeach. And let's look at the look. Look at the results. Inflation is east. They were talking about waving empty egg cartons at the State of the Union address. The Democrats were going to bring empty egg cartons and attack Donald Trump for not getting the price of eggs down. Here's the reality. Inflation shows prices have still gone up. However, there it's much less than was expected. And key products like eggs have gone down.

I think Trump is going to get prices down. But you know, what's funny is during the campaign, he's like, we're going to bring your prices down as fast as we can. Day one, you're going to see it. Blah, blah, blah. Big talk. Then he gets in and he says, look, it's very hard to do, but we're working on it. And immediately Democrats are like, all of a sudden I care about eggs. They didn't care about eggs before. They didn't care about free speech before. What else do we have lined up here? Oh, I want to jump to the tariff thing. First, I want to do a quick overview.

U.S. backed ceasefire offer poses dilemma for Putin. That's right. Donald Trump has gotten Ukraine to agree to a 30 day ceasefire. Putin needs to agree to it now. So we will see. And then we have the tariffs. So what else do we have? Oh, the fake Oval Office. Is that what I've pulled up?

And footage of Mahmoud Palio. So I do want to go through the list of the impeachment things, but I do want to address the tariff stuff, because the big news today was that Trump imposed a sweeping 25 percent steel and aluminum tariff. Europe immediately retaliates. I'm loving it. This is good news. It's great news. I will scream to the high heavens on tariffs all day and all night. And I will rag on all these libertarians. You name it. Don't know. Don't care.

But let me show you this video from Ed Krasenstein. Look at this. Two point seven million views in this tweet. Look how many nine thousand retweets. He says the gaslighting won't work. Press Secretary Carolyn Leavitt is called out by the AP and her lies about tariffs. She tries to claim that tariffs are not a tax on Americans when in fact they are. But this reporter isn't having it. Well, Ed's lying to you.

It's it's it's a simple enough to say tariffs are technically a tax that will impact you as importers pay the tariffs. But this is on products being brought into this country, not on the American people. They are lying because they want this country to suck. They want to burn down. Let me play the clip and then I'll tell you why these folks are wrong.

When President Trump last addressed the BRT when he was on the campaign trail, his big push was on tax cuts. He's going there today as he's proposing tax hikes in the form of tariffs. And I'm curious. He's not. Tax hikes in the form of tariffs. Come on, bro. Be honest. Prioritizing that over the tax cuts. He's actually not implementing tax hikes anymore.

Tariffs are a tax hike on foreign countries that again have been ripping us off. Tariffs are a tax cut for the American people. And the president is a staunch advocate of tax cuts. As you know, he campaigned on no taxes on tips, no taxes on overtime, no taxes on Social Security benefits. He is committed to all three of those things, and he expects Congress to pass them later this year. I'm sorry, have you ever paid a tariff? Because I have.

They don't get charged on foreign companies. They get charged on the importers. And ultimately, would we have fair and balanced trade, which the American people have not seen in decades? As I said at the beginning, revenues will stay here, wages will go up, and our country will be made wealthy again. And I think it's insulting that you're trying to test my knowledge of economics and the decisions that this president has made. I now regret giving a question to the Associated Press. Ha ha!

Well, Carolyn, with all due respect, you should have known better. Look, first, let's discuss this. He said, I have paid a tariff. You sure have. A lot of people have. It's on the importer. Sure is. So you, as a company, are basically facilitating. We're launching this campaign because we believe it's critical. Get out of here, X. Why did X autoplay? You're basically saying to a foreign country that produces a product, we're going to bring your product into this country and sell it to the American people.

Which means the money leaves this country and goes to the foreign country and the people who do labor over there. It is hard for Americans to compete with these foreign slave labor. And so I'll just keep it real simple.

An American needs to make, I think the number 10 years ago, no, man, wow, 13 years ago was like $80,000 a year to be middle class median. I wonder what that number is now. What salary is required to be middle class? No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

To have all needs fulfilled, because that was the metric by which they tracked this. They basically said, if you want to have a savings, a retirement, two weeks of vacation, be able to support three, two and a half kids. They said it was 80. So now the ranges go upwards of one hundred and fifty thousand. That's covid inflation for you. So anyway.

For a limited time, you can get KFC chicken with the sweet heat of hot honey. And after one bite, you'll wonder, how do bees make hot honey so hot? Are they special bees? Does KFC have dragon bees? Fire-breathing dragon bees that create spicy honey? No, silly. There's no such thing.

KFC just partnered with Mike's Hot Honey to drizzle all over their crispy chicken. But Dragon Bees would be so cool. Try it now for only $7 or share a box with friends for $25. Prices and participation vary while supplies last. Taxes, tips, and fees extra. I'm ready for my life to change. ABC Sundays. American Idol is all new. Give it your all. Good luck. Come out with a golden ticket. Let's hear it. This is a man's world.

I've never seen anything like it. And a new chapter begins. Carrie Underwood joins Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan, and Ryan Seacrest on American Idol. New Sundays, 8, 7 central on ABC and stream on Hulu. You need to make that amount of money. So there's a guy and let's say he makes skateboards. Oh, you know, I love going here. I love going here.

Now, let's say he makes cars. That's an easy one, right? He works at an auto manufacturing assembly line and he needs to make 100K. OK, and they say we're going to pay you 70. And he's like, oh, but I need the job, man. So he says, OK, and a portion of his money goes to the union, whatever. Maybe he likes the union. So now he's not really meeting all of his needs. He's got bills, credit card debts piling up.

And then one day you get Bill Clinton and whoever else, and they're like, you know, Obama, Bush, we're going to negotiate free trade. Meaning the vehicles that are made in other countries can be freely brought into the United States. The auto manufacturer in Detroit goes to old Jim Bob over here making 70K and says, buddy, now to be fair, like at the time of NAFTA, you probably only needed 60, 70, you know, so he's probably doing all right. He says, buddy, we're shutting down the plant.

And he says, why? Because we're going to reopen in Mexico. It's not that far away, relatively. And the workers there can get paid two dollars an hour instead of 40 by 40 bucks an hour to two bucks an hour, because people in these countries will take substantially less. The car is made, brought into the United States. And this is the the ridiculous, short sighted stupidity of Democrats and people like Ed. Come on. Come on, buddy.

Google is your friend. What ends up happening is Michigan collapses. Don't you guys remember the movie Tommy Boy? They had a small town that had a car parts factory. They made brake pads. And if that factory went out of business, the town was gone. There was no more income. So Tommy's got to go and sell a bunch of brake pads to try and save the town. And then eventually he does by tricking Dan Aykroyd on TV. What a fun movie. When these cars come into this country for free,

And they can be made with substantially cheaper labor and no environmental regulations. The cost of the car to produce goes way down. Now, to be fair.

Libertarians argue this means it's cheaper to buy the cars. But then I got a problem for my libertarian friends. Old Jim Bob doesn't have a job at all. He's on welfare now because he got laid off and there's no auto jobs. He's not going to go learn to code. So now he has no money. Then the auto manufacturer says, old Jim Bob, won't you buy a car? And he goes, how am I supposed to buy a car? I don't have a job.

Then they flood the border with a bunch of low skill labor that will work under the table illegally for dirt costs. And now it's here. And old Jim Bob, his son, his brother, his neighbor, his dad, his uncle, none of them are finding jobs. And what happens? We see economic downturn. But don't worry. On paper, everything looks good because the people running those companies are still seeing profits. So what ends up happening is.

I would call it international normalization. Mexico goes up while America goes down. And that was always the intention. Trump says enough, no more. Let's roll the tariffs, baby. So what happens now? You want to import that car from Mexico? Trump slaps a 30 percent tariff on it. Now it was going to be 17. But now it's going to cost you an additional four grand. Actually, more than that. What are we looking at? We're looking at $5,000.

Five thousand some odd dollars. We're looking at, yeah, five thousand one hundred. And you can buy cheaper American that tariff. The purpose of it's it's it's a tax intended to make these companies say, OK, well, it may cost us four thousand more dollars to make the car here. But nobody wants to import a car at that high of a cost. So American competitors succeed on aluminum, on steel, on everything.

So it's a tariff on people trying to use slave labor from foreign countries. So I'm for it. The long story short of this is Trump is doing an amazing job. In the meantime, however, they've got impeach Trump now. Demand accountability. Oh, boy, you got a list for me? You do? Let's go through that list. Go through a list of all the things they say Trump has done that warrants his impeachment. What I want to say, my friends, is

They were planning the impeachment, as I mentioned earlier on the show, before he even got elected. So you can take a look at these issues and say they're full of it. But as we read this, don't forget to smash the like button. Share the show. My birthday was on Sunday. If you want to give me a birthday present, share the show right now. Here's here's their claims. Defend democracy. Donald Trump has been sworn in as president United States for a second time. Not only is he disqualified from the presidency. Let's try that one first. Nope.

There's never been any official ruling or anything saying Trump can't be president. You don't get to go on TV and go, Trump's an insurrectionist. Oh, wait, the Constitution says you can't have insurrectionists. Trump's not president. Like, bro, you made that up. You meant not only that.

But the 14th Amendment doesn't actually bar anyone from being president. And it makes a lot of sense. Let's go back in time to when they drafted the 14th Amendment. It says, actually, let me just pull the 14th Amendment for you so we can break down why they're lying, how they're lying. The old 14th Amendment popping up right here. And we want to, of course, go to I believe it's Section 3.

No person shall be a senator or rep in Congress or elector of president and vice president or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States or under any state.

Having previously taken an oath as a member of Congress or as an officer of the United States or as a member of any state legislature, blah, blah, blah. If we engage in insurrection. The first thing is Trump's never been convicted of engaging in insurrection. So there's never been any due process definitive. Beyond a reasonable doubt, Trump's an insurrectionist. Let's just stop there. OK, nothing else matters. On top of that, as it's already been debated quite a bit, they're talking specifically about it is being as an officer of the United States or whatever.

nowhere does it say that you can't be president. Now, people point to or hold any office. The argument being made is that the president of the United States is not specifically mentioned in this and is not covered by this because if northern states, pro-union states, chose to vote without any insurrectionist electors for a person,

who was involved in the secession and civil war, then this was unity. It was unification. The reason why no senators or reps could be is because the North didn't agree to it. To put it simply, if you engaged in civil war,

And then your state said, we're going to send one of our generals to the government to debate and argue. The North is like, no, no, no, we defeated you guys. We don't agree to this. The reason why president isn't included is because it would require Northern states to agree. So that's your due process. But none of that even matters. Trump was never convicted of that. So why are we even wasting our time? Blah, blah, blah. They say he's violated his oath to constitution.

Trump is not a monarch, et cetera, et cetera. They're calling for immediate impeachment. All right. The case for impeachment against Donald Trump. Is it possible to make this any bigger? Kind of. OK.

Planning the forced removal of the Palestinians from Gaza is number one. I'm going to pause you right there and say saying words about what maybe you might want to do is not impeachable. Stop wasting my time. They're trying to act like Donald Trump saying maybe we should relocate the Palestinians and make it a Riviera as if he did a thing. He didn't. So so what if a guy came out and was like.

Maybe we should take action, but that action might violate SEC laws. You're under arrest. It's like, bro, I didn't say we should. I said, what if we did? Certainly you're allowed to entertain some ideas like this. Not only that, but Trump's discussion about relocating Palestinians, he never said forcibly.

He was like, we'd relocate them. No, actually, he may have. I don't know. But either way, Trump simply saying maybe we could do a thing. They're saying it qualifies as a felony under the United States, the U.S. war crime statute, please. And that's the number one. OK, here we go. Abusing his power to seek retribution against perceived adversaries. How exciting. They're going to mention unlawfully firing federal law enforcement attorneys involved in Jack Smith's investigation. None of it was unlawful.

None of it was the president can fire whoever he wants. So they added the word unlawfully, but there's literally nothing unlawful about it. Unlawfully firing more. OK, that we're investigating J6. Nope. Still, no law was broken. Trump is the chief executive and he decides and he decided, and I believe rightfully so. Many of these people would not be trustworthy in his administration. That's it.

Unlawfully investigating attorneys who were involved in the prosecution of Eric Adams. It is not unlawful to investigate. Sorry, have a nice day. Persecuting. Notice they say persecuting. Mark Milley. What does that mean? Persecute. Not prosecute. Persecute. Oh, because what? He took his security clearance? That's not... None of these are high crimes or misdemeanors. Stripping former public officials of security details. Trump is the arbiter of classification.

He has plenary declassification powers and classification powers. It is he who determines as the duly elected commander in chief. The persecution. Notice they're saying persecution, but which basically means like Trump's being mean to them, undermines the independence of the DOJ and the FBI. They're not independent.

You see what these people do? The DOJ and the FBI serve at the pleasure of the president. They are executive branches and the Constitution, which you cited, good sir, says all executive authority is vested in the president, duly elected as Trump was co-opting and dismantling independent government oversight. Once again, the executive branch falls under Donald Trump and he can do as he so desires. Not only that, none of it's unlawful.

If it in any way violates the Constitution, there is a thing called checks and balances where you can sue and it goes to court and the Supreme Court can decide. Trump can appeal and it can go as far as it can go. Or the unlawful termination of more than 17 duly appointed inspectors general.

Once again, if there's an issue, you can sue and the courts can check upon this. But the argument made by the executive branch is that these people serve under the executive branch and at the pleasure of the president who has full executive authority or the DOJ from investigating any violations of the Foreign Corporate Practices Act. So this one I'm less familiar with. It prohibits U.S. corporations and individuals from bribing foreign governments. The stop order will allow businesses controlled by Trump is there you go. OK, just stop.

If Donald Trump ordered the DOJ to stop investigating violations of the Foreign Corruption Practices Act, I'm assuming it's related to specific particular cases involving specific businesses and still well within his purview as the commander in chief. It is not a crime for the president to order the DOJ to do as he desires. If you have evidence, fair point, that he's specifically intervening to protect his family businesses, then

And you can prove intent and all and malice, a forethought or whatever is required. I mean, look, let's put it this way. If you can find actual written correspondence between Trump and say Don Jr., where Don is saying something like, hey, we're going to if you if you pay us and invest in us, we're going to get you access to Donald Trump. And then when you invest in our company, we're going to hold 10 percent for the big guy. Maybe then.

I'd say, oh, wow, maybe that's impeachable. But I seem to recall Joe Biden and his son and influence peddling. And y'all didn't seem to care too much about that. So on top of this one, let me just say you're gonna be hard pressed to make me move on this.

Y'all played this game and you laughed about it. So your words mean nothing. But I'll tell you what does mean something. My words. So if I see the Trump administration doing something that I that that plainly and clearly breaks the law, we're going to call him out on it. Donald Trump defends TikTok. I call him out all the time. Donald Trump in his first term, one of the G7 at Trump Darrell. I called him out for it. I'm not here to play stupid games, but y'all seem to be. What else? Appointed Musk to lead Doge.

Is that a joke? There's not even a reason to address that. He's allowed to do that. Fired the NLRB general counsel. Yes. Okay. This is hilarious. It's like he's the chief executive and he fired someone who worked for him. We should impeach him. No, that's it. We elected him to do this. Fired two Democratic Senate confirmed commissioners of the bipartisan Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

So what? Again, I just say so. None of these things are like he mercilessly beat a child to death. If Donald Trump walked out and started clubbing a child with a nine iron, is that a thing? I don't play golf. And then we just watched him do it. I'd be like, arrest that man, please. But what you're talking about is he fired some guy who worked for him. Come on, show me. Show me him mercilessly beating a child. Let's have a conversation.

laid off or bought up between four and 10 percent of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration employees. So what? OK, I'm not going to read these anymore. Stupid impeach Trump guys. If you just keep saying Trump fired people who worked for him, I'm going to be like, guy, he's allowed to do that. And if you have an administrative complaint, you file suit and it goes to the Supreme Court to determine whether or not he's allowed to fire them. Yeah, I love this one. Unconstitutionally usurping Congress's power because, um,

Donald Trump has sovereign immunity and that that was the the claim made by this by Alito and is up for contention. So let's see. Sovereign immunity protects a sitting U.S. president from certain lawsuits and prosecutions while in office with with its scope being debated. Here's what happened. Trump said, we're not paying these contracts out. And Democrats were like, but we apportioned funding to these departments.

OK, let me pause you impeach your people. Congress can say we are giving two million dollars to USAID. And then as an executive agency, the executive branch oversees it. The power of the purse means that Congress can take the money away from Trump, but they can't control what he does with it. Not not to a great degree. They can.

appropriate funds to specific programs, indeed. But funding directly to USAID is for USAID as an agency to spend.

That's, of course, where Trump is suspending payments. If they say specifically these funds are allocated for these specific purposes, then you have a question of whether or not Trump can suspend those payments. The question then becomes a judicial one, not a criminal one. If Donald Trump says don't pay out that money that Congress had to pay out, he's not breaking the law. It's called checks and balances, which y'all claim to want. Now, let's let's try this again.

The legislative branch passes legislation. The executive branch executes action and law enforcement, and the judicial branch reviews and interprets the law. So if Congress passes legislation and then Trump, through executive action, says stop, the Supreme Court then has to intervene. Checks and balances. The president serves as a check. Judicial branch serves as a check. And then we can all just move on when the Supreme Court makes the determination.

If there is a dispute between the president and the Supreme Court, it is supposed to be the legislative branch that then clarifies or codifies in laws the actions we must be taking. This is the point. You don't just get to say Trump taking actions are illegal. He is the president. He has to do these things. It's how we have checks and balances based on the argument from these impeached people. There literally is no check or balance on any of the branches.

Because this would mean that anything done by the Supreme Court or by the legislative branch, Trump could not intervene and do anything to stop them from doing it. How about this? When the federal government said illegal immigration, you can't do it. And then Joe Biden didn't enforce those laws. Was he committing a crime? Unlawfully allowing. Right. Where were you, Democrats? How about when...

When federal law says, you know, marijuana is illegal in California, sold it anyway. Many states did anyway. Are they in violation of federal law? Are we going to go and arrest all of them? You see, the issue is the issue is there's practical application. But the illegal immigration thing is really funny because we know for a fact now that Joe Biden was letting all of these people in intentionally. Are we going to go arrest him and say he was violating the Constitution? He was breaking the law. Congress passed these bills. You can't cross the border. It's illegal. Biden wouldn't enforce it. No. No.

It's because the executive branch, they can do these things. Well, so how do we respond to it? We elected Trump overnight. Trump ended it. How about that? Receiving foreign and domestic emoluments. This one is rather vague. They're basically saying that Trump has refused to relinquish his ownership stake in companies. I don't see why that matters. If Trump once again tries using his own golf resorts for government functions, I'm going to call them out like I did with the G7. So once again, still don't think that it's impeachable.

I think it's slap on the wristable. I don't think you impeach and remove a president because he wanted to host an event at one of his resorts or whatever. He has already has or is assured to receive substantial payments and benefits from foreign governments from the U.S. and from several states. He has enabled Musk to do the same. It's an opinion depriving citizens of their birthright. I love this one because he's like, that's in the Constitution. It's not. It's up for debate. Thank you, Nevin. I stay.

corruptly dismissing charges against Eric Adams. Shut up. Prosecutors make deals with individuals who are facing criminal charges literally every single day, probably thousands of times per day. Stop wasting my time. He didn't abuse the pardon power at all. That's silly because Joe Biden pardoned his family. So you can't. There's no abuse in the pardon power. The president can pardon who they want. It's plenary.

Abusing the emergency power. Nope. Obama declared emergencies. They all do. We all complain about it. You can't now get angry. Certainly, actually, I'll say this. To be fair, all the presidents do declare emergencies way too much. And I would like to see that not happen. Blocking efforts to secure U.S. elections. That's fake and made up and we're not going to bother with it.

usurping local and state authority. Once again, that's just silly and made up. Now they're arguing the 10th Amendment. Spare me. I saw what y'all were doing during covid. Like, this is ridiculous. OK, I ain't playing this game because I voted for Donald Trump. And yes, to be fair, I'll say it. Maybe Trump does things that Biden, Obama and Bush did, too, that we don't want them to do.

I am not a moron who simply goes, we must hold ourselves to the perfect, utmost highest standard and sacrifice our chance at winning and cleaning up this country. I'm going to say I don't like that they do it. The continuing resolution. I don't want to see those things pass. I'm going to give Trump a year to get this stuff sorted. I voted for him. I'm going to give him a chance.

Either way, it's not impeachable. None of it is. I don't even know what's the point of even reading this. Engaging in unlawful corrupt practices is just a generic, vague nonsense statement. And that's basically it. They say, uh,

Since the 2024 election, Trump has promised to undertake a number of policies and practices that would if implemented, qualify as impeachable abuses of power. Unlawfully mobilize U.S. military in U.S. cities. Trump is allowed to do that. It's called the Insurrection Act. Thank you. Have a nice day. Cruelly and unconstitutionally imprison and separate immigrant families. Once again, he's allowed to do it. Section 221, subsection I of the Immigration, what is it, the Nationalization Act at NIA or whatever? I don't know.

Says that the Secretary of State can just take anyone's visa at any time with no judicial hearing. Selectively prosecuted otherwise seek retribution against political rivals and journalists. Once again, Trump threatening to sue journalists is not illegal. Appoint billionaire campaign contributors such as Musk. Still, they all do it. I don't know what your argument is. You see, my friends, it's just silly nonsense. You know, that's it. Let's talk about impeaching Joe Biden. Alina Haba says she's found the fake Oval Office.

There you go. Joe Biden did so many things. And I'm not going to play this game of, well, Biden did it so Trump can do it. Now, the reality is neither of them should be doing certain things. But I'm not going to play your game because y'all are evil. Let me simplify it for you. You beaten, battered and spat over the people of this country. And Donald Trump is coming in and he's gutting the bureaucratic state and he's shutting down your corrupt institutions.

And now y'all are crying to me saying, please, please be a man of principle. I'm a man of principle. And my principles will be restored after this administrative wartime is over. Abraham Lincoln is the most popular president in American history. That's a fact. Look up all the polls. I don't know why. Maybe it's because people just know the name. It's top of mind more than anybody else. Winning the Civil War was significant. Solidified this nation.

Abraham Lincoln suspended habeas corpus and arrested people without charge or trial. Abraham Lincoln did a lot of things that people saw as tyrannical. I'm going to say it like this. I do not believe it is true that Trump has done anything worthy of impeachment. That's silly. He's not committed any crimes. That's stupid. Y'all are making it up. But of the things that presidents do that I kind of don't like.

I'm not going to sit here and nitpick over Donald Trump using continuing resolutions or things like that when y'all did 10 times worse. I'm not going to give you an inch to take from us and beat us over the head with. I am going to say to Donald Trump, do your thing. Make it so that these people can never wield this power against us. And while Donald Trump is gutting the deep state and the bureaucratic state, he's diminishing federal authority and power.

So when you come to me and say, but Trump is doing these things where he's putting a billionaire in charge to make himself more powerful, blah, blah, blah. I'm like, yeah, look, dude, the end result of what Trump is doing is a curtailing of executive authority and the ability for the federal government to overreach. So you can argue that in sectors A, G, and F, Trump has increased power. And then I'm going to look across the board and be like, yeah, but he's sure to dismantle literally every other sector. Meaning?

The net reduction of federal authority is happening right before our eyes. And you are not going to convince me that Donald Trump should be stopped when y'all did exactly the same thing, but times 10 and worse. And Joe Biden literally broke the law and never got prosecuted. Spare me. Let's take a few minutes to grab your rumble rants and super chats. My friends smash the like button, share the show with everyone, you know, become a member of Rumble Premium because that's where all the good stuff happens. And I really do. Guys, I'm going to stress this.

Rumble dot com slash Tim cast IRL. Join Rumble premium promo code Tim one zero. Watch the bubble, the love sponge episode we did the other day. And you are going to hear from a buddy of mine about the mandates. And I'm going to keep it vague like that because you're going to want to hear this as a musician. Buddy of mine.

And what and the story. I got to keep it vague for some obvious reasons. But I recommend you check it out and hear his personal story, his personal journey. And I recommend people share that story.

When you see it. I know it's Rumble Premium. I'm not saying download and rip the whole episode, right? There's a reason why it's premium because we're trying to make a business operate so we can keep producing more content. We're trying to make sure Rumble succeeds. But those key snippets, you know, comment on them. Fair use them. Let's go. Goldie Hush, Goldie Lush says, Dan Aykroyd's character in Tommy Boy's name is Zelinsky. That's right. It sure is. Let's grab some Rumble rants. What is this, uh...

Zeta Reticulous says, Tim is in the Scooby-Doo kids band. I wish. Are you serious? That'd be amazing. All right. Liberate USA says, hey, Tim, with the violence going on in the country already, what's the prognosis for summer? Let me tell you. It is a known fact that the far left doesn't protest or riot in the cold. And the fact that we're seeing all this crazy shenanigans already and it's March, summer should get spicy. Hope not. Hope not.

Lansin says, Tim, you should try flings. They're basically low carb, healthy-ish pop tarts. Healthy-ish? Coffee Crew Mocha says, nothing more red, white, and blue than coffee, beer, and women. If you can have all three, you're a rich man. Let's go. Skyline says, AP Clown, my prices went up because of tariffs. Hurry up and fire American workers and send jobs overseas. I love it. Yeah, yeah, that's the game they play, ain't it? Todd Randy says, why don't we call tariffs tax on the rich? It's only the rich who can import a majority of these goods.

Good point. Let's do that. I'm going to start saying tax the rich. I'm going to tweet that right now, actually. I'm going to I'm going to I'm going to tweet it right now. Oh, you know what? I have this Emerson poll that I wanted to pull up and I didn't. Trump's approval rating 47 is approval 45. So he's up two points.

Although it's been going down and the economy, health care and cryptocurrency. His approval rating is low, but on immigration and balancing the budget, he's a net positive. So people are like, I don't like the economy, health care and crypto stuff, but he's still doing a pretty good job. I'm going to I'm going to I'm going to steal that from you, buddy. Who should I who said that? Todd Ranney, credit to you. Tax the rich. Impose more tariffs now.

There we go. We got them. We got them. They'll have no way to answer this. They'll be certainly confused by that one. Freeman Dye Free says, Tim assumes libertarians don't have entire libraries addressing these topics. Libertarians would radically shrink government to incentivize job creation. No taxes equals massive jobs in outsourcing and wealth creation. These libraries don't account for technology. And when I have and it also doesn't account for the fact that people don't read those books.

I've had too many debates with libertarians who are like, we should allow free trade anywhere and everywhere. And I'm like, you know, when that book was written about free trade, they didn't have the ability to travel across the ocean in an hour or two. And they can ship products. And if we're talking about super high-end stuff, they'll put it on a plane and fly it out. Not really. But they can load these things on massive ships, and they can get here in a couple weeks.

It didn't used to be that way. It was very difficult. So people didn't care as much. It was easier to keep the work locally. Now all of our jobs are overseas. We don't make our own vitamin C. We don't make our own computer chips. We're getting trees from Canada. Don't we have trees here? And we could plant them. Crazy. Let's grab one more here. Sea Light says, impeach Al Green for having greasy hair. Ooh, spicy.

All right. Zed Sin, Archbishop of Defiance, says, so when will we see actual prosecutions of these USAID, FEMA and activist judges doing fraud, waste and abuse and over something authority? I hope soon. But I got to be honest, these things take time. And I want to believe I don't know that's going to happen. You're right. When when Roseanne was like, we're going to see tribunals. Don't hold your breath. I still like what Trump is doing. He's exceeded my expectations. Cash and Pam have been fantastic.

We want them to go much harder. Hopefully they will. We'll see. I'm going to wrap it up, my friends. Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. We got more segments coming up throughout the day. Don't miss them. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you all at noon.

The game is coming to an end. Democrats are fleeing the party. Approval rating for Democrats is at an all-time low, and prominent liberal personalities are starting to admit it. In this video, Ezra Klein talks about people fleeing big cities and blue states, and how this is going to shift the Electoral College rightward. I hope it continues, but he does miss a major component of this. That is,

Democrats have failed. Their policies are bad. Their ideas are insane. And people don't want to live in these cities. Now, for the average working class American, Ezra kind of hits the nail on the head with the hammer. The costs are too dang high. So they're going to move places where it's cheaper. But there's other major issues like crime. Releasing criminals has kind of made people not want to live in these areas.

Let me play this clip for you, just a little bit of it. It's 15 minutes long. I'm only going to play you a few minutes in the beginning. And then I'll talk to you about where we go from here. And to put it simply, we knew that we were going to see a mass exodus from many big cities a year, two years ago. We didn't know how this would manifest. Would it mean that when liberals move to red areas, they make those red areas blue? But at the same time, if this weakens the political seats of power in these major cities,

The question is, where will the balance shift? If too many liberals move to red areas and then slightly overpower the majority red, making it majority blue, you will see more blue counties, more blue districts. However, at the same time, the argument could be if not enough leave, they don't actually change the shape of politics in rural areas, but they do diminish the power of major cities.

This change is getting interesting, my friends. But let me start by showing you a few minutes from Ezra Klein. Democrats have a problem that runs deeper than the 2024 election. They have a problem that runs deeper than Elon Musk's assault on the government. Look at the places they govern. Strongholds like New York and Illinois and where I'm from, California.

They're losing people. Since the pandemic started, California is seeing an exodus, a mass exodus. In 2023, California saw a net loss of 268,000 residents. In New York, 179,000. New York City is losing some folks, right? Some residents. But it turns out that New York State...

is also seeing the population drop. And in Illinois... Illinois residents have been fleeing the state at an alarming rate. The state's population has been in decline for the 10th year in a row. Why are these people leaving? In surveys, the dominant reason is simply this. The cost of living is too high.

It is too expensive to get childcare. It's almost like paying another mortgage. It is too expensive to buy a home. Very unrealistic to be able to put a down payment on a $2 million home with two kids surviving. You end up having to live too far from your work. And so they're going to places where all of that is cheaper.

Every day someone is moving to the Florida area. She got an apartment three times the size of the one she had in Manhattan. Plus, there's a wraparound deck. Yeah, I can definitely understand. You'll get that, you know, four bedroom, three bath house I had in Texas. I know these families. These families are my friends. I've lived with them in these places. And I've watched many of them move away from the place they love. The city they wanted to raise their children because they could not afford to live there.

Indeed. Indeed.

Good. Wow.

Too expensive to live in the places where Democrats govern. Our politics is split right now between the left, the defense government, even when it doesn't work. Yep. And a right that wants to destroy government, even when it is working. Yes. But let me pause and address that.

The reason why the right wants to destroy government, even it's working, is because they still don't believe the government should be responsible for these functions. It is a question of morality and worldview. Democrats defending government doesn't work makes literally no sense. There's no principle of let's keep funding a failed system that breaks everything. It makes sense. Take a look. Let's try this. Someone goes, hey, you know, we, uh.

We got a car outside. We drive all the time. I want to trade it in. Well, why? It works. And I decided I don't I don't like it. It doesn't get good gas mileage. It does work. But I can probably do better with something else.

You see, even when the system that you use is working, there are still reasons someone may come to decide to stop using it. The right doesn't like government for the way it functions, for the way power is distributed. They say it's better to have merit. And these systems are bloated. So even if they do their job, so what? To be fair, though, most people on the right just don't believe it's working. Democrats, on the other hand, are like the system's completely broken. Everybody hates the DMV. Let's make it bigger.

What we need is a political party that actually makes government work. No, we don't. Democrats can be that party. No, they can't. They should be that party. But it requires them to confront what they have done to make government fail. Well, I'll give him that. I could tell you a dozen stories. In my new book, I do. Sure, and I'm not going to listen to any of that because we're going to talk about what's actually going on.

Now, what I find most compelling in his opening of this video is not that he's going to say, oh, you know, Democrats make government work. No, government sucks. Government can do some things. I'm not completely opposed to government, but largely it's too big. So even if some things are doing what they want, look, let me put it this way. The Department of Education is doing exactly as the people set up intended for it to do. And the people on the right are like, sure, it's working and we hate what it's doing. So we want to get rid of it.

Democrats are fleeing these places because your policies don't work. When you say make a government that does work, that's the problem. You keep taxing. You keep running these stupid ideas. It doesn't work. There's no merit. Let me put it this way. The way I like to analogize this is we get a wound on our arm. We get we get we get a cut. And what's the reaction? You wash it off.

Put some, you know, antiseptics or whatever on it and then bandage it up. That makes sense. So the Democrats start there and they say, hey, we've got homeless people. Let's set up a program. Get these people cleaned up. We'll give we'll do the state. We'll give money to these nonprofits to try and solve the problem. Well.

Sure enough, they clean the wound a little bit, put a bandaid over it with these grants. And then a week later, a month later, homeless are still there. So they say, hey, I thought we bandaged and cleaned this up. We did, but they're still homeless. Let's do it again. They slap a bandaid right on top of the other bandaid. Well, eventually the wound becomes gangrenous. It's infected. It's festering because you have to remove bandage.

The bandage, clean it again and reapply. Democrats don't do that. They stack money on top of money until the system fails. So where are we now? A system that grants resources and revenue to a network of failed activist groups, be it at the state level or the federal level, will perpetuate itself and resist being shut down. It becomes cancerous to the body politic. And what do you get? A correction.

Look at this story from December, just a few months ago. Why more millennials are leaving big cities in favor of rural life. Well, first of all, rural life is based. I have chickens, lots of land, and I can play drums really loud. We don't have any drums set up, but at the other place we did. It's kind of easy, right? It's cheaper. The laws are better. You have more freedom. Makes a lot of sense. But then, of course, let's directly address what Ezra Klein was talking about. Perhaps New York.

New Yorkers look to flee horrible city over soaring crime. Well, gee, who could have seen that coming? The policies of Democrats have made everything worse. The police department in New York is largely corrupt. I don't want to hear it. Conservatives, when you're like, hey, man, you got to back to the shore. The Democrat appointed leadership of the police department that brings on a bunch of people who don't care and don't want to care. You've got a cultural crisis you cannot solve.

You have a morality crisis you cannot solve. There are a lot of YPD cops. I'm not saying everybody. I'm saying the system itself. It's busted. It is. Cop shows up, sees two people fighting, and he's like, I don't know you and I can't deal with this. Take a look at Chicago. I was when I was how old was I? Nineteen. I was exiting Lakeshore Drive. I get pulled over. I was going 40 miles an hour in a 45. I was exiting at Belmont. And the cop says I was speeding. And I said,

I wasn't speeding. I'm exiting at Belmont. I had to be slowing down. And he goes, tell it to a judge. And he threw a ticket at me. That ticket suspended my license and I couldn't drive for years after that because it compounded a bunch of problems. Now I hear from a lot of people like, oh, Tim had a problem with one cup. No, the issue was the cop doesn't know me, doesn't care how he's negatively affecting my life. I've had cops try planting drugs in my car.

I had one instance. The first ticket I got was a cop was tailgating me at three in the morning on my way to work. And so I'm in the I'm in the left lane. So I turn my right signal on, give the car a little bit of gas so I can create some space and then merge to the right. Let him pass instantly. He pulls me over. Same deal. Why would you start speeding when I'm behind you? The problem is not the individual officers or whatever. The problem is a system that doesn't work. And I say, I don't want to live in these places anymore.

because they have quotas. They lie about it. And again, I know it's not completely about police. We're talking about crime. The issue I see is I'm in New York or actually let's talk about the covid riots, the George Floyd riots. Famously, a guy said a fight broke out in his lobby as the writing's going on. He called the police and they said, sir, the city is under attack. What would you have us do?

The reality for so many people is that as Democrat policy sees more criminals get released because they're insane and they're addicted to their cult psychotic policy ideas, regular people say, I cannot live in a city where the police don't answer calls, treat you like crap, and crime is skyrocketing. That's what Democrats give you. And that's the reality of why they're going to flee. So as we were predicting, the 2030 census is going to shift heavy to the right. And you know what? I'm here for it.

Let's make sure we do it right this time. And when these cities begin to crumble and fall apart, maybe after these horrible Democrat ideas are purged due to mass exodus.

Someone like Trump can come in and clean things up like he did in the 80s. I'm gonna wrap it up there. Smash that like button. Share the show. We got more segments coming up and we'll see you all shortly. Disney is reportedly scaling back on Snow White. This movie is in serious trouble. It's been in production hell forever. And y'all probably know about the controversies because they just keep popping up.

The first of which was when they announced Rachel Zegler would be playing Snow White and Gal Gadot would be playing the evil witch, whatever, Maleficent. Is that the witch? I have no idea. Anyway, the first controversy is you're going to have Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, they said. And then along comes Peter Dinklage, who is a little person. And he said, how shockingly offensive. How how dare you have dwarves in a film?

And, you know, Disney caved right away and they were like, OK, let's get rid of the dwarves because it's politically incorrect and do Snow White and the Seven Random Companions. No, no, no. Snow White and the ethnically and abled diverse group differently abled. Whatever. Whatever.

They ended up with this viral story over two years ago or around two years ago. We've got this picture of seven companions that were going to be in the film. And oh, boy, man, did everybody start laughing their asses off at Disney's insanity. They could not make this movie work for the life of them. And now they're trying to bury it. Of course, the corporate press, still woke as they are, are playing this game where they're like a bunch of toxic people.

That's what they're saying in Variety. Toxic people attacked the film. I'm going to tell you guys, I will not be seeing this movie. You know, there is another controversy, and this is actually kind of funny. And that is most people have been complaining that the evil witch who is jealous of Snow White's beauty is substantially more attractive than Snow White. And one of the talking points that came up was that they cast Gal Gadot as the evil witch who is supposed to be jealous of

Of Rachel Zegler's beauty. They could have got like a 50 or 60-year-old woman, maybe like mid-50s, to where, you know, her looks have faded and she's like, I was the most beautiful in Snow White, you know, whatever. Instead, they're like, let's get, you know, late 30s, very attractive woman, who many people find more attractive than her. And it's just...

I think that's a silly controversy, controversy, to be completely honest, you know, because whatever. Maybe they'll put makeup on her, give her a big nose. Who knows? But with with the seven politically correct companions, this movie was never going to make it out.

Here's a story from Variety. Disney scales back Snow White Hollywood premiere amid Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot controversies. Now, this is the lighter headline because I could have gone with why is Disney burying Snow White? And you know what they're going to say? They're going to say because white supremacists. Disney is hosting a Hollywood premiere of Snow White March 15th, but the studio won't be rolling out a robust red carpet. That's right. The premiere is just don't tell anybody they have to do it.

The afternoon festivities will include a pre-party and screening at the El Capitan Theater with titular star Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot, who plays the evil queen.

and expected to attend, of course. However, the red carpet will not include the dozens of media outlets usually invited by Disney to interview the cast and creatives at its premieres. Yo, they've canceled the red carpet. Let me just... They're not getting one. They have destroyed this film. Maybe they're going to learn their lesson about getting woke and going broke. Bro, it's 2025. It has been 10 years since

Since like the rise of Gamergate, when everyone was saying, stop, please, we don't want this stuff. But they didn't listen. They say it's going to be limited to photographers and house crew.

Talk about how brutal that must be. You know what, man? Maybe if like I think Rachel Zegler has also had some controversies around, you know, wokeness and awful things. These young people, man, I tell you, millennials and younger Gen Z seems to be OK. But man, they are insufferable. And, you know, no one was more insufferable than Brie Larson. Boy, did she destroy her career. Part of me feels bad about the whole Brie Larson fiasco.

Because I think she was trying to do this I'm a man act be tough because she thought that's what people want. But I hope everybody learned a lesson here. And that is men want to watch movies to engage in power fantasies. And women want to watch movies largely to see men they want to be with. Not completely, but I'm saying in like...

action films like James Bond. Men want to be him. Women want to be with him. And then you've got Snow White and it's a fairy tale. So it's more of a family film. But the question becomes, why would anyone want to go see these this movie? Two reasons. Nostalgia and they have kids. Now, as we know, liberals largely aren't having kids. They have kids. Don't get me wrong, but it's like one point three. Very low.

And conservatives tend to have around 1.8. Crazy, right? 1.8 children. Yes, they're having 80% of a child. No, Catholics are over 2%, which is kind of crazy. Muslims, I think, are even higher. So who's going to go see Snow White and the seven politically correct companions? I got to be honest, probably nobody. Oh, man, look at this photo. What the ever loving were they thinking?

In exclusive pictures, Snow White's seven dot, dot, dot companions can be seen for the first time as bosses snub the original text amid criticism of the out-of-date portrayal. The Disney production is live action and will not have seven dwarves playing the roles. Nope, just one little person.

You know, it's funny when Peter Dinklage came out and he was like, it is it is shockingly offensive that you would have dwarves. It's like, bro, we are not talking about people who are short. We are not talking about people who are little people, perhaps like yourself. Dwarves are mythological beings that were carved from the stone deep within mountains, and they happen to be short. I don't know why you have to internalize that. Well, look at this.

What a classic screw up. These people are insane. I can't believe they actually tried to do this. Look at this. The character of the fictional princess will be played by Rachel Zegler.

So this means that they first launched Snow White to be like a normal film that was going to be Snow White, like a day with Aladdin or like Lion King. And then after Peter Dinklage complained and all the woke people bashed their faces on the table, they said, OK, can it let's go live action. And instead of dwarves, we'll just have diverse companions just dancing.

different, racially. You know what? I got to be honest. I see a handful of black people here, but I don't see any Asians, perhaps not racially diverse enough. And then they realized this was the stupidest thing you could have done. Everybody got mad. And here's the reality. Nobody is going to watch your movie. Like I said, it's nostalgia or they have kids and liberals largely don't have kids. And so they're going to say whatever. Then it's nostalgia.

I remember Snow White when I was a kid. Why am I going to go see a live action version that is not the movie I saw when I was a kid? If it's not, I ain't going to do it. Here's what Gizmodo wrote. Why is Disney burying Snow White? Oh boy, I'm excited to see them cry. I can't believe Gizmodo still exists, by the way.

They say when Disney has a new live-action adaptation on the way, it's usually accompanied by a live performance in front of a Disney castle, with the newest live-action princess singing their respective iconic song for an audience of fans. It's what was gorgeously done for The Little Mermaid's Halle Bailey. But as the release date for Snow White gets closer, it would appear at least stateside that the star Rachel Zegler is not getting the same treatment. It's the latest in a long line of changes Disney has made in its approach to Snow White. That being said...

Little Mermaid film. How did that one do? I think they made a lot of money.

I think it did well, but there was a big controversy because they made The Little Mermaid black. And people were like, why would you do that? But I'm pretty sure it made bank. Okay, it didn't. Never mind. It barely broke even. So here's what you've got to understand when you look at these box office numbers. This is Little Mermaid. It says $240 million was the budget, and the box office was $569 million. The issue, my friends, is that the marketing budgets are usually comparable to the total film budget, especially on a large film like this.

which means that if we're looking at a box office of $550 million, 560, well, 570, we'll round up, likely means they barely broke even. So I'm wondering if, and this was, wow, they got sued. What's the reception? And here's the box office.

The film's biggest markets, it made $298 million in the U.S. Wow, that's crazy. And blah, blah, blah. India's in Canada, released alongside a bunch of films, yada, yada, yada, whatever. It got mixed reviews. The controversy, of course, was that they had Halle Bailey, a black woman, play Ariel, the little mermaid, who is a little white mermaid, I guess.

Matt Walsh made a really funny joke about this, and he was like, if you wanted to actually be true, this was really good, to Little Mermaid, she would have translucent skin and look like a floating skull. And the media took him seriously. No, he was making a point about deep sea creatures having transparent skin. And it was funny.

So anyway, another another. Here's Matt Walsh right here on his motto. Another funny thing about this is that Rachel Zegler is, I guess, would be called Swarthy. Is that is that the word? Olive skinned and ethnically ambiguous, whereas Snow White had skin as white as snow. She's supposed to be supposed to have dark black hair and be very pale. And they said that was like that's that's the character.

Instead, they got Rachel Zegler and a lot of people were like, you're not really being true. So here we go. Zegler, who was playing the first fairytale heroine who helped build the company and who was plucked from the limelight by Steven Spielberg for West Side Story with a voice that was meant for a Disney princess, will apparently not be getting her big Hollywood premiere either.

A report from Variety revealed that after the Japan stop, which was filled with magical performances by the actress and her dub counterparts, dub, the Hollywood premiere will lock out journalists and will be more scaled down. How sad, I guess. I think they're expecting to lose a lot of money. Yeah. So they're saying politics, blah, blah, blah, blah. It's beginning to feel like another thing Disney has rolled back to capitulate to conservatives. There it is.

Not unlike Pixar's win or lose trans storyline erasure, Cry More. We've seen Disney carefully allow Ziegler to participate in pre-planned interviews where she's described those Snow White fans, the ones who reacted in very clearly racist and bigoted ways to some of her early PR-approved talking points about the film and the original outdated story.

I love it. Imagine if, like, there were lanky, tall people with long necks and they were like, don't make a film about elves. It's offensive to the tall. She continued to face I after sharing her vowed reaction to Trump's election, something she later apologized for.

The scaled back premiere feels like a way for Disney to avoid even more public scrutiny, especially considering the political controversy surrounding the stars of the film, including Godot's support for Israel and Zegler's. Talk about the worst possible thing for Disney. Gal Gadot, Israeli. I'm pretty sure she served in the IDF and Zegler pro-Palestine. And let's have them work together.

Politics aside, Snow White hasn't been without other controversies, including both backlash to the film's approach to the Seven Dwarves and Zegler's own casting. The change to have CG dwarves over human actors was due in part to Game of Thrones actor Peter Dinklage advocating for Disney to step away from stereotypical depictions on a podcast with Marc Maron back in 2022. He praised Disney for casting a Latina as Snow White.

But you're progressive in one way and you're still making that effing backwards story about seven dwarves living in a cave together. What the eff are you doing, man? Could you imagine if any other group of people was like, what's with the depiction of orcs? Why are you doing it backwards, bro? We're not talking about you, Peter.

We're not we're not talking about little people who have normal jobs and work in accounting firms. We are talking about fictional mythical creatures carved from stone deep within mountains that search for treasures. And they live in cities underground that is not in any way based on little people.

But whatever, man, just because it so happens that people use the word dwarf to refer to individuals who I forgot the word, but are little people. Now it's a backwards stereotypical story, bro. There is literally nothing a little person has done unless like, was it common to send little people? See, I'm being polite. I mean, the politically correct term. Was it common back in the day to like send them into mines because they had little hands or something? I mean, bro.

I don't know what it is you think the stereotype type is doing when you're saying like, why? And these dwarves in Snow White, it's like sleepy, dopey doc or whatever. Like they're all different people that do different things and they go to work off to work. We go on whatever. And the hair, let's just say that if a woman was, was directing the film, that hair would not look like Lord Farquad's. But since it does, the internet is gleefully ganged up on Zegler over it, dude.

It's not about any of these one issues. Y'all have flubbed this so miserably. You deserve to be dragged. They say Zegler had to shake off the hate from passionate fans as she described them from Vogue as being treated as a prop during a PR campaign where her voice should be celebrated for all the brown girls looking up to her. OK, can I just snow white? Her skin was white as snow.

I just want to point that out. Why? Okay. I'll tell you. There are very few, very pale people, right? Like, what percentage of white people are albino or pale? And Snow White is supposed to be very white. So I say you're racist, Disney. No, I actually don't really care. They're going to say the fault doesn't lie with Disney's silence.

Even culturally inspired films like Mufasa, which is a box office success, got heat from the same homogenous critical gaze on both sides of the spectrum. No, it didn't. That's not true. Lion King came out and people just said, oh, Aladdin came out and people went like there was no racial controversy. Let me like actually I want to look up Lion King live action. What's the box office on that one? Did it make a lot of money?

Twenty nine. I bet this thing made bank. Yes, it did. Take a look at this, ladies and gentlemen. Let's play that game. OK, the live action Lion King, which is actually CGI, so not really live action. But you get the point. The budget was 250 to 260 million and it made one point six billion dollars.

With the B. Okay? And so that means if they're looking at about 3X, with their marketing budget and standard budget, they probably spent half a million on this one, and they made $1.6. So they're up a billion dollars. Up $1.1 billion, to be honest. And they decided they were going to make Ariel from Little Mermaid black. I don't care.

If you want to have a character or do a movie about a character who is black, not at all. The issue is the race swapping factually pisses people off. I ain't got no problem with Halle Berry. Halle Berry, Halle Bailey. You know, it's really funny, though. My whole issue with this was I don't care if you want to have a black little mermaid. Literally, I don't care. My issue is that they dyed her hair red. And then I pointed this out. I'm like, listen, if.

The if the story says like she had red hair, so you want to get a person with red hair to to play that character. Why would you get a young black woman and then bleach her hair and dye it red? And the response I got from the woke was, well, black people can have red hair. And I'm like, the point is, OK, if they cast a young white woman with red hair, people would be like, that's Ariel.

But instead, they cast a young black woman and then made her hair red. OK, my point was, if you're going to change the skin color and race and ethnic background of the character, just let her keep her normal hair. Why did why couldn't she have black hair?

No, no, because Ariel is right here. Yes, she also has white skin, dude. It's racist. And they they went nuts and they defended it. Y'all reap what you sow, man. OK, this movie barely clawed back its money. Snow White is going to be a massive bomb. I'm gonna say it again.

Why would someone go and see Lion King? Live action, CGI version. I say live action, but you know, CGI version of a movie we all saw as a kid. And we want to go watch it again. And so we did. I didn't see it. I think, yeah, I don't think I saw this film at all. I really don't care for it. I did go see Aladdin. And I wonder how Aladdin did. Did that one do good?

Aladdin live action film. Let's see the other Disney movies. 2019, they rolled a lot of these out. I went and saw this. Will Smith is the genie. Hey, look at that. Cost $183 million, made $1 billion. And the character of Aladdin was played by an individual who appears to be of the same ethnic background as well as Jasmine. And Will Smith played genie. I take no issue with that because genie was blue and wasn't a person to begin with. So they could literally cast anybody for that.

I don't know who else they would. I got to be honest. I don't know if Will Smith made the most sense, but I didn't go see The Little Mermaid. To be fair, I didn't see Lion King either. But I'm telling you, I ain't going to go see Snow White. And, you know, it's because of this. You lose. Okay, dude, you've lost me.

I got a newborn baby now. I look forward to sharing with my child the things that I deeply cared about. Already we're playing music. I think the first song my daughter ever heard is Bizarre Love Triangle by New Order. I think that was it. Is that what I played? To be fair, I did also play Don't Stop Me Now. And I played Goodbye Yellow Brick Road. But I think the first one I played may have been Bizarre Love Triangle from 1984.

five, I think. I wasn't even alive when that song came out, but that song is good. I love that song. And, uh, yo, this ain't it. I do kind of feel bad for these people. Like I don't blame any of the actors that were asked to be the seven companions. So bad. It's so, it's so miserably bad. Look at this. I can't believe they actually entertained doing this. Yo,

We got a serious talent problem in this country. We're going to need a course correction. Right now, the market is, I don't know, not doing so great, though inflation is down. And I'm just sitting here being like, you know, people keep saying it's a correction in the market. Some are saying Trump's fault, but that's stupid. Some are saying it's a correction. And I'm like, I got to be honest. I got to be honest. We need a correction in the creative works. We need these movies to bomb miserably. OK, this was already bad enough.

Have them bomb miserably. And then maybe just maybe they'll go back to making real movies like remember John Wick. OK, now, to be fair, the first John Wick was amazing. Kind of overdoing it with 12 of them. But, you know, I actually enjoyed all of the John Wick films. So just chill. Give me some dude who doesn't need to say much words, but he's badass. Like you don't need none of this.

Men want to be him. Women want to be with him. We don't need seven companions. Oh, look at this guy. He's so happy. I feel so bad for him. But to be fair, thanks to Peter Dinklage fake outrage. How many actual little people lost their their chance at like one of the biggest roles of their career? They were going to do a live action. They would have cast seven actual little people.

And then he was like, no, don't have them play the mythological creatures of a similar stature. Okay, well, now nobody gets a job. Now they're going to get a bunch of just like...

Standard average folks to do voice acting. Bravo, Peter. Bye, Snow White. What a silly thing to talk about, but it was fun. I wanted to talk about it. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Follow me on X and Instagram at TimCast. Stay tuned. More segments to come, and we'll see you all in a bit. Matt Walsh has highlighted an interesting phenomenon. Dylan Mulvaney, heavily promoted in the media right now for the new book. I forgot the name is, so whatever. But Dylan Mulvaney's new book, and it's flopping.

The book released yesterday now sits at number 539 on Amazon, a humiliating flop. But I want to dive a little bit deeper into what this means, because my friends, number 539 in books. I asked my friend ChatGPT to take a look at existing sales data for books on Amazon that's publicly available and the ranking that it has extrapolate from there and give us estimates.

It says it is estimated a book at that ranking sold about 170 copies. If it is now on day two, the estimate is about 300 to 400 copies sold. Now, number five for nine in all books. I mean, that's not bad for somebody, I guess. But that's way down the bottom of the list.

Well, this doesn't make sense. Dylan Mulvaney has 9.4 million followers on TikTok. Everybody keeps telling me how TikTok is the place for businesses and how you can make money and how you get so much, so much reach and so many followers. And I keep telling everybody, and I'll say this with some air quotes, it's fake. Now, I don't know much about TikTok behind the scenes, how it works, how many real users they have or don't. But I got to tell you,

When you come out and say you've been banned over and over again on TikTok, I question why you still use the platform. When people come out and, you know, with all due respect, I'm not trying to drag Riley Gaines in this one, but Riley was defending TikTok saying, I have 600,000 followers. I get these views. I don't believe it. I don't believe it. Okay. It's just my opinion. It's based on my analysis of social media. My view is largely that TikTok is not real.

And I'll use this as an example. If you go to Dylan Mulvaney's TikTok, I'm sorry, 9.2 million followers. New book, 1.7 million views on the release of Paper Doll is Dylan Mulvaney's new book. And you can take a look at year three of girlhood video with 330,000 views promoting the book as well. And the book don't sell. So I tell you this, my friends.

Number 539 books. I don't know the exact number, but it is a massive flop. You combine all of the media coverage around Dylan Mulvaney. Look at this. Page six. Glamour Newsweek. Pink News. Advocate. The Cut. BBC. People.com. New York Times. Rolling Stone.

And the book flops. It's not real. And it never was. It is algorithmic manipulation to try and trick you into thinking things that are not popular are popular. It's not true. So I tell you guys, I don't know, maybe TikTok's legit. I have no idea. In my opinion, when I see someone with near 10 million followers unable to sell more than a couple hundred books, I got questions.

You see, let me tell you, on X, I have 2.4 million followers. On Instagram, I have 450-ish, maybe like 440-something followers.

On this channel, it's about 1.7 million. TimCast IRL is 2 point something million. Look at all those followers. Let's just do some quick math. Let's just say we'll throw the Instagram on top of the YouTube because we'll combine it all into one big pile. So we got 2.5. Then I got the other Tim Pool channel. So let's see. You've got two. Let's call it 2.1 and 2.2, 4.3, plus another 1.4. So we're looking at 5.8-ish followers.

And then we've got X 2.4. Let's call it 8 million. We released a song.

together again. And we sold something. I think we sold like 30,000 singles. Okay, fine. To be fair, singles are a bit cheaper. We sold it for 99 cents. But let's cut that down. It was a one-week campaign. And let's say how much money generated. If the book costs 10 bucks, let's divide ours by 10 and say 3,000. So I have less followers across the board and I sold more

Any way you cut it, then Dylan Mulvaney. Now, OK, I'm not trying to humble brag or anything. I'm just saying we put out a ton of songs. How about this? We released a song with no media coverage.

And we I think of the eight songs we have, four or five have charted on Billboard to varying degrees. Top. We were number two in sales. We were beating Taylor Swift in sales. And they come out and say, we don't want sales. Yes, they do. They all beg for sales. That's why the Napster thing happened 20 years ago. They try and claim that we just count streams now. Yeah, because you have no natural pull. You've got to rely on people putting you in front of everybody else to tell you something's popular. No merit. Right.

So while Matt Walsh, of course, is looking at this and his approach, obviously, is Dylan Mulvaney and the gender stuff. He says this is a small sampling of Mulvaney's book of the coverage the book has gotten and not counting all the TV interviews. It didn't even get him in the top 500. Amazing. I published a jokey children's book making fun of transgenderism and made it the top 10 with little literally zero coverage or promotion from corporate media. Not to mention speech, speechless.

by Michael Knowles, was doing phenomenally well. The reality is Dylan Mulvaney is not popular and was never popular. Elon Musk reposted this meme. The corporate press, the mainstream media exists to convince 90% of the population that what 10% of the population likes is actually popular. And it's not the case. So we have to win.

I'll tell you right away, I think TikTok is terrible and people shouldn't use it. I think it props up algorithmically fake things and tricks people into thinking things are popular. People say stuff like, yeah, but that discovery algorithm is so good. Why do you think that? I'm going to say this again. Maybe TikTok is going to get mad at me. I think it's fake. I think it's all fake.

Um, that's just my opinion. Okay. I'm not saying any whistleblowers came to me. In my opinion, I do not reconcile and I do not accept that someone with 9.2 million followers couldn't sell a book. Makes no sense. And we often bring this up. There's different kinds of views in media. There's network views. There's a natural poll. There's suggested user list, which overlaps kind of with network views. But let me explain.

They all mean different things. Someone with natural pull is going to see a certain ratio from their views to their comments. Someone with network views. This is more like if you go to the dailywire.com, like I'll use Matt Walsh as an example. A network view is a Ben Shapiro fan goes to the Daily Wire and briefly watches something from Matt Walsh. That's not natural pull. That is someone, you know, and these network views can boost your numbers a lot of ways. However,

Somebody who is a fan of Ben Shapiro may not want to watch 20 minutes of a Matt Walsh video. So the watch time is lower and the interaction is lower. These are still legitimate, but understanding the different sources makes sense. There's advertising views. So that is if someone runs a video as an ad, it will play it in front of a select group of people that Google or whatever platform deems to like it. So you'll get similar to network views, meaning somebody who may like the subject will watch.

On TikTok, you have what is the apparent natural pull of Dylan Mulvaney with 9.2 million followers, yet an inability to convert that in any meaningful way. So perhaps you tell me, no, Tim, those are all real followers and those views are all real. 1.7 million people saw that book promo and nobody wanted to buy it. Then I ask you this. Why would anybody watch the video?

Why would anybody watch legitimately, naturally say, I'm going to go watch Dylan Mulvaney videos? Perhaps we could say TikTok is not actually follower based. Well, when people say the discovery algorithm isn't the best and they gain lots of followers, perhaps the reality is it doesn't really matter if you follow someone.

TikTok decides you should look at something. And if that's true, that would indicate that many of the views Mulvaney got on that book promo were forced by the algorithm. And TikTok is promoting this gender ideology garbage to a lot of young people.

It would also indicate that most of them don't care and don't want to interact. This is why I described network views, meaning you're getting a suggested user list. Another example, an algorithmic push to your content from people who genuinely or I'm sorry, generally don't interact, are not going to watch for a long time, nor buy your product. It's not natural pull. So then where is the nine point two million followers?

My take on this is largely not having to do with Dylan Mulvaney, although Mulvaney is clearly in the story and y'all can make fun of Mulvaney for not being able to sell a book. My point here is what we are looking at is TikTok has no conversion. So maybe they're real people, but they won't convert. Maybe it does, but most people don't care for the stuff that the algorithm is forcing in front of them. I don't think it's real.

And so when Trump comes out and defends the platform, which, you know, I've heard people make a lot of money on and I'm like, yeah, but I just don't believe it's the Chinese Communist Party. Their their network, their influence has a strong reason to pay you to keep you on the platform. This is true for all platforms. They need content creators and good ones, and they want to make you believe it's the right place to be. I don't buy it, but by all means, by all means, you do you. I'll tell you this.

Certainly, I do believe a lot of young people use TikTok. Of course they do. We know they do. But if it is creating a platform where we cannot convert, meaning you're going to do tons of work and then you're not going to be able to build anything from it, this whole system comes crumbling down. Sure. I say this. These ideas are not popular. The gender ideology nonsense, it's an 80-20 issue and Democrats are on the wrong side. And that's why people don't want to buy Mulvaney's book. So then why? Why?

Why are people following Mulvaney? Well, 9.2 million is a small percentage of the country. Certainly it's everybody, I guess, who likes the weird gender stuff, but they won't buy the book. Well, this suggests it's virtue signaling. Largely, they're pretending to care, but none of it adds up. So,

When you've got lots of views and nobody wants to actually buy your product and you can't converge, we call them conversions. Does a person who watch your show engage with you? Comment, like, share, subscribe, etc. Would appear for those on TikTok. The answer is largely no. So be it. Whatever, man. TikTok's probably going to mad at me, but I don't care. They've banned all of our accounts over and over again because they want you to watch Dylan Mulvaney and people don't. So...

I don't know. Smash the like button, share the show, do all that good stuff. And we'll see you on the next segment. Donald Trump has delivered a FIFO to the governor of Maine. For those who didn't see the video, the governor basically told Trump, bring it on. When Trump said, if you do not abide by our executive order on men and women's sports, we will cut your funding. Well, the governor of Maine said, I'll see you in court. And he says, sure thing, lady.

Well, FAFO, as it were, Trump Edmunds slashes funding for Maine universities in standoff over protecting women's sports. The pause is in response to Maine's refusal to comply with President Donald Trump's executive order that keeps biological men out of women's sports. Let's just call it men out of women's sports. The Postmillennial reports on Tuesday, the U.S. Department of Agriculture paused funding to the University of Maine system, a network of eight public colleges in the state.

According to UMS officials, the pause is in response to Maine's refusal to comply with President Donald Trump's executive order that keeps biological men out of women's sports. Fox News reported that the USDA is reviewing potential Title IX and Title VI violations by the university for failing to comply with the order.

A UMS spokesperson told the outlet an email forwarded to the University of Maine that appears to have originated from the USDA's office of the chief financial officer directs the department's awarding agencies and staff offices to temporarily no longer issue any payments or authorize any other releases of funding to Columbia University or the University of Maine system.

The message continued. The pause is temporary in nature while the USDA evaluates if it should take any follow on actions related to prospective title six or nine violations. Please take any necessary actions to effectuate this direction from leadership. This pause will remain in effect until further notice.

I'm here for it, ladies and gentlemen. You want to F around, Donald Trump says, let's play ball. He has been delivering on his promises like no other president. Some say more than any other president. And everyone agrees. At least that's what I've been told. During a meeting of GOP governors at the White House in February, Trump and Maine's Democratic governor sparred over the president's pledge to cut funding to Maine, specifically if the state continued to allow males to compete in girls sports.

Mills retorted, we'll see you in court. Trump said he'd look forward to it. Mills' office threatened legal action against a Trump admin if it withheld federal funding from the state. Hours after the public argument, the Education Department announced it would investigate Maine for allowing males to compete in girls' sports for potential Title IX violations. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has already determined Maine has violated Title IX by allowing males to compete against girls and made a referral to the DOJ. So there was this case in Southern California.

where some guy, they had a women's computer program. And some guy was like, that violates the law because it's sexist. Not allowing me to join that because I'm a man violates my rights. The courts determined so long as they offer up the same program to either men or women, there's no violation. So what ended up happening was they said, we've got a program for men, computers for men, computers for men, problem solved.

And the courts agreed. Why? Well, take a look at bathrooms. No one's being denied a bathroom. You are being given a bathroom. Some are for men, some are for women. The left tries to argue that it's sex discrimination to say that a male can't go into a public bathroom, for instance. The only issue?

It doesn't work because the state still provides a comparable or basically the same thing just because they say one person can't go here or the other. The challenge that then comes up from the gender ideologues is race. And they said, if that's the case, why would race be any different? Why couldn't you have a white bathroom in a black bathroom? Hence, Democrats have actually pushed for segregation under these arguments.

And we've seen universities have their D.E. What was it? P.O.C. and non P.O.C. libraries in Seattle. Dearborn, Michigan, did it. These are the games they are playing. As of right now, however, if you are going to allow males into women's sports, you are not giving females a comparable opportunity. And thus they are being denied.

So now you got yourself an argument that they could be in violation of the law by not having a women's only. They can argue, hey, the lacrosse teams are all guys. And and it's going to happen. They're going to say any woman can try out for the lacrosse team. And if they don't get on the team, that's their fault for not being as good as the guys. The problem then is.

This is funny because it's liberal against liberal worldview. The feminists go, it's not fair that there's no place for women to play because sports are all men always win. And you're only ever choosing men. If we had DEI in sports, then sports would have to be half men, half women, right?

So then they say, OK, we'll create women's sports. Well, now the trans activists are saying, no, this male is a woman. So they can be there and the women can say, then where do women go? But trans women are women. And welcome to the insanity of modern civil rights law. Good luck finding an answer. How about this? We know what men and women are. Let's give women their own sporting categories. In the meantime, Whoopi Goldberg is shocked and confused.

Whoopi Goldberg tells Dylan Mulvaney, view co-hosts, she does not know why men playing in women's sports is an issue. Okay. Whoopi, how about we box? I will tie both of my hands behind my back. I'm kidding. I don't want to box with Goldberg. She was great as Guinan on Star Trek The Next Generation. But she's just lying now. So how about I offer up, how old is Dylan Mulvaney? Dylan Mulvaney. Let's do this. Dylan Mulvaney is 28.

Well, then he's got a good 11 years on me, just shy of 11 years, born in 96. OK, how about Dylan and I compete in a decathlon? And and I know Dylan is not a woman. I'm making that point. And we'll see how things go. Now, that's just two people. And we're both male. But let's do this. At the same time, I volunteer. I mentioned this the other day on Timcast IRL. Here's what we're going to do.

We will take a 39-year-old female who is 5'10", 11-ish. I don't know, somewhere in there. I'm a little bit taller than 5'10", but, you know, call it 5'10". And we will, same weight, same age. I'm 180 pounds. That's right. And, you know, to make it fair, they're going to have to be a quarter Korean. And then we will do a decathlon ending in a boxing match. Whoopi, I'd like you to referee.

And this person and you know what? They've got to be born in the exact same day as me. I'm sure we could find a quarter Korean woman who's of the same height. Actually, that's probably very difficult, but they have to exist, right? There's eight billion people somewhere out there is a quarter Korean, largely British, German, French, European mix, five foot ten woman. And the point is this. I don't even need to make that point. Any sane human being is like, oh, Tim, you're going to crush her. Duh.

And I'm saying like, we don't train for any of it. Or actually, maybe we let the woman train. There's this video I watch and they always fake it. They always fake this stuff. There was a video where it was like, untrained man thinks he can beat trained woman. And it was like a javelin throw. And the woman holds the javelin, runs and throws it well. And then the guy is like, I'm untrained, let me try. And he throws it like a baseball and it spins around and flops. And they're like, ha ha, women are better. And it's like, dude, I'm gonna tell you this right now.

That guy was like they always fake it. If a guy actually untrained was was watched a woman throw a javelin, you give him a few minutes. He's going to be competitive. Sorry, it's true. I understand that training matters a lot. And I say competitive and say he was going to win.

But you look at 15 year old boys beating professional females in sporting events. This is not up for debate. The people who are trying to debate it are lying and making up stupid nonsense. So when Maine, going back to our first story, says we're going to defy the federal government, we elected Donald Trump to restore sanity. And isn't it funny that Trump is the guy doing it? Of all the people we could have chosen, we got Donald Trump. Yikes.

I do find that absolutely hilarious because he's the least likely candidate you'd think would restore sanity. But the Democrats have gone so crazy to entertain these ideas. It's kind of remarkable, isn't it? How could there have even emerged an argument or debate that men and women can play sports equally? Then they do this. They say, OK, well, males need to undergo hormone therapy or whatever. And that's why I mentioned I would compete against Dylan Mulvaney.

Dylan Mulvaney, the hormones don't matter. What matters is Dylan Mulvaney is, I think, comparably tall, but completely, it's not even about the hormones. No physical activity, no masculinity whatsoever. I am also going to win, right? Most guys probably would. My point to Whoopi Goldberg is that if their view is that Dylan Mulvaney is a woman, do you really think Dylan Mulvaney is going to be able to beat me in a decathlon competition?

No, that's the argument made by the left, that when you go on hormone therapy, it makes it even. So when Whoopi says she doesn't know what the issue is, she's lying because you can't maintain these two positions. If men go on hormone therapy, it's now fair. Also, there's no difference between men and women.

Then no hormone therapy. Let's just get a bunch of big jacked guys with beards who think they're who say they're women and they can run all of the races against women. And then you'll never see a female win another sporting event again. More importantly, you get the plot of lady ballers, I guess, where in the end, it's just a bunch of guys playing each other because the money is there. The lesser men's division, whatever, called the minor leagues. Keep lying, Whoopi. In the meantime, to the main governor, Fofo.

Shout out to Donald Trump. Shout out to Donald Trump. Smash the like button. Share the show. Thanks for hanging out. We're back at eight. Timcast IRL is live. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you all then.
