Absolutely shocking news out of New York. The governor is going to convene a group to determine if they can remove Mayor Eric Adams over his cooperation with Donald Trump. Holy crap.
I'm in such a good mood, you guys. I, you know, I did a culture war episode with Myron Gaines and he said, never cry. Men shouldn't cry. But I am so close to crying tears of joy because the Democrats, they just keep making mistakes. And as the saying goes, never interrupt your your enemy. Excuse me, but it's when they're making mistakes.
Kathy Hochul wants to remove Eric Adams. Well, let me give you the real quick version of the story before we get into the severity of how extreme this news is. It's just...
So 2022, Eric Adams basically says the Biden administration, y'all ain't doing right by New York. We can't handle illegal immigrants. Biden basically says, like, we will destroy you. A couple of years later, after Eric Adams basically says we're rejecting illegal immigrants, the Biden administration indicts him on charges that don't quite make a lot of sense.
Trump gets into office and then says, work with us, work with ICE. We'll make these charges go away. Eric Adams says done. Does a sit down interview with Tom Homan allows ICE to operate in Rikers. Kathy Hochul says we will destroy you. Now, the Democrat narrative is that Eric Adams is corrupt and worked a corrupt deal with Trump to get away from these criminal charges. But, yo, I got the evidence for you. We're going to break down this news and I'm going to tell you.
It genuinely does seem that if you follow the timeline of events, Eric Adams broke from the Biden administration's plans. They retaliated against him. He began working with Donald Trump. Trump cut him a deal. And now Democrats want revenge. This is a coup in New York. The people of New York City voted for a cop. That's Eric Adams. Now, I'm not a big fan. He's still a Democrat. When will they learn their lesson? But the people of New York are largely fed up with illegal immigration. And Eric Adams knew that.
And so he said, that's the route we're going to take. The Democrats want mass illegal immigration and they are not yet done fighting. So for this, we have the makings of a state level coup. Now, you don't need to hear it from me for the 800th time, but I'm going to say it for those that don't know the context. The charges brought against Donald Trump in New York to anybody who pays attention and anybody who read the law and read the rules, it's fake. But there are people out there who are insane and there's nothing you can do about it.
So many people voted for Donald Trump because we began to wake up to what was going on. And in New York, they filed charges against Donald Trump claiming that he that his misdemeanor falsification of business records had been upgraded to a felony because of an underlying crime. The unfortunate issue is there was no underlying crime. They've never proven an underlying crime. Trump was never charged with any underlying crime. They literally charged Trump with misdemeanors, upgraded them illegally to felonies and then convicted him on those felonies. It's fake.
We know that New York has gone rogue. To be fair, so is California. Now, the scary thing is when a mayor gets elected and the people of New York are saying we've had enough, New York City basically controls the state. I know that upstate New York, you got Republican voters. You got people who live in the wilderness and like to hunt and own chickens. But New York City is is the power structure of New York State. Same is true for Illinois.
Well, when the people begin to change their minds and say enough and they vote for a man who used to be a cop and they want him to deport and work with Trump on getting rid of illegal immigrants, the corrupt elements of the fascistic Democrat state move in to crush him. This story is nuts. The other day when we heard this news break that the governor was going to try to remove a duly elected mayor on with no, no, like, I suppose, right?
They're they're trying to remove him without any cause. I mean, that's shocking, to say the least. But let's break this one down, baby. This one goes. This one's crazy. Dare I say it, my friends? Perhaps I shouldn't. But I will ask you this question. You have an election where large amounts of people, if not around half of the voting country, claim that it was stolen.
Then you get a political party that shuts the country down and forces people to get medicated. Then you have mass rioting. I should say you had mass rioting to begin with. I just I got to say, take the time travel test, as I often claim. And you look at everything that's happening and the escalations. And oh, boy, if we get to a point where states go rogue to this degree,
We are looking at Elizabeth Warren saying, I believe it was Warren, I could be wrong. She said that Elon should face jail time. Tom Holman saying what AOC is doing in impeding law enforcement could be a crime. Trump and Elon both saying that the CBS News interfering in the election by falsely, by putting out a false interview. They actually took sound bites from Kamala Harris in the election and changed her answers.
They're saying CBS deserves jail time for this or the suspension of their license. The escalation has not stopped. And the fact that we are now at a point where Trump has an ally in the mayor of our most populous city and the governor says they will shut this down. I mean, the fact they tried putting Eric Adams in prison is crazy. But you want to play you want to you want to be a Democrat? You get Trump seems to be cleaning things up. But let me just add one final cherry on top.
Call it whatever you want. Call it escalation. Call it chaos. And then Donald Trump tweets, a man who saves his country breaks no law. OK, well, I suppose if we're going the route of the Roman Republic and we're about to turn to the empire, then at least we'll get 200 years of prosperity before everything falls apart and burns to the ground. I'm just saying, man.
The escalation hasn't stopped. It's only been exacerbated. Now, we can say this over and over again. I hope things calm down. I hope that this is where it stops. Maybe Trump's doge, Elon's doge is the I call it the Trump's march to the sea on the deep state.
If you're unfamiliar with Sherman's march to the sea, he basically murdered people and burned buildings down and raised farmland. The goal of scorched earth military tactics is to make sure your enemy cannot wage war. Now, there's gentlemanly warfare where we say we will take out. You know, it is. It's really funny. Gentlemanly warfare is very much the idea of why don't you just shoot the gun out of his hand?
You know, when there's like a cop and the cop is trying to subdue like a violent criminal. And well, you don't. You have to stop them from being able to kill others. It's unfortunate. We don't want to happen. I say it all the time. But that's what cops have to do. When we wage war, we typically try to we try to disable their military apparatus in a march to the sea. Like we saw with Sherman. He says, destroy their source of food and they can't eat. Then they will not fight. And that's a tactic more commonly used today.
Donald Trump's gutting of USAID going after the Treasury Department, going after the IRS with Elon Musk as an advisor and removing their ability to wage administrative war is his march to the sea. Maybe that will shut them down. But in the meantime, they're not stopping. This story is bonkers. Let's break it down.
Before we get started, my friends, head over to TimCastPremium.com and become a Rumble Premium member. Use promo code TIM10 to sign up, and you'll get access to our uncensored call-in show Monday through Thursday, TimCast IRL, as well as our Green Room podcast. The Green Room show, it's literally what the Green Room is. When guests come here to the TimCast IRL studios...
We're usually hanging out because call time's a little early. And at some point, I was like, guys, we should just film this because it's basically introductory podcast. Last night, Chad Hall of Snake Farm Skateboards said,
sat down with Chuck and Phil Labonte and discussed active duty combat and listening to all that remains in wartime. He's a big fan of Phil and all that remains. And they had a great conversation about human growth hormone, getting fit guns, military operations. And, uh, some of it gets a little unfamily friendly and discussing what our brave men and women do overseas. If you catch my drift, we've got a bunch of episodes, the Roman nation, uh,
episode, which of course, Romanation was born of the TimCast Discord server. Big viral hit. 124,000 views. So check that out. And of course, go to castbrew.com and here you go. Go to castbrew.com and pick up some Cast Brew coffee to support the show directly. We've got Phil's Holiday Blend. If you like Phil Labonte dressed like Santa Claus while singing. We got Alex Stein's Primetime Grind. And of course, everyone's favorite, Ian's Graphene Dream. Guys,
You're making Ian rich. You know, he's he's he's selling coffee like hotcakes. Apparently hotcakes sell. Let's jump into the story, though, my friend. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Sharing is caring and it really does help if everybody who was watching right now took the URL and posted it on social media. We'd be the biggest show in the world.
Admittedly, I really do want to give a special thanks to all of you for watching because the morning show numbers have been tremendous. You know, I'd been doing a morning live stream from the time of the RNC up until a few months ago, but it was from 10 to noon, a two hour show. Now we're doing a one hour show.
And then from that two hour show, taking the clips and reuploading them. That was a bad idea. What we're doing now, what I'm doing now is a one hour stream at 10, followed by four individual segments. And this has been tremendous. The numbers have been fantastic. Growth has been tremendous. And so I want to give you guys a thank you for watching the new format. You know, normally I would just do the 10 a.m. recorded. Now we're doing a full hour. You guys can super chat.
And, of course, we're on Rumble as well. Let's jump into the news from NPR. NY Governor Hochul signals she may move to force NYC Mayor Eric Adams from office. This is nuts. Hochul acknowledged in a statement that ousting Adams, a fellow Democrat, would be a serious debt, but said alleged conduct at City Hall that has been reported over the last the past two weeks is troubling and cannot be ignored.
Guys, this is administrative warfare. Eric Weinstein called it an administrative civil war.
I look, I think that's silly because administrative conflict is a precursor to what we can expect. Take a look at how things escalated in the OG Civil War. I know, I know you can't. You normally on Timcast IRL, I say Tim said Civil War quick, take a drink, but you can't now because 10 a.m. I got you anyway. Let's let's let's let's lay this out.
Of course, there was administrative conflict in the states before the Civil War with bleeding Kansas. There was constant administrative crisis. In fact, when the election for Lincoln happened, southern states, the Republican Party didn't bother issuing any of their ballots in southern states because they didn't think anybody would vote for Abraham Lincoln, who wanted to suspend the expansion of slavery. Yeah. And then, of course, you had one guy in Congress mercilessly beat another guy.
Yet that was escalating administrative conflict. You had the arrest of the Maryland legislature during the Civil War, the suspension of habeas corpus. Administrative tactics and conflict plays a massive role in civil wars. Now, I'm not saying we definitively get to that point. I believe we're going to have what if alt history back on IRL, I think this week, maybe. And we can get an update on what do you think is going to happen? Considering I don't think we're inching towards a thousand deaths by April. That's only two months away. That being said.
The escalation hasn't ceased. Eric Adams, like I got to break the story for you down so you can really understand what's going on. But simply put, when the mayor of New York told the Biden administration he was not going to abide by the mass illegal immigration, they levied charges against him, which made no sense. And I've got the articles and the timeline to show you can argue as a Democrat. He was corrupt. And we and see, here's what he did. And I'm like, if you look at the actual timeline.
You can see that he broke with the Biden administration and they complained for a while and then two years later brought charges. It doesn't seem like the charges were legitimate. It seems like the moment he said, Biden, I ain't doing this. They said, then we're going to burn you to the ground. Here's the story. They say the departures were triggered by the U.S. DOJ's.
controversial decision to drop corruption charges against Adams. Let me break that down for you in a second. Critics say the DOJ shelled its criminal corruption and bribery case against Adams after he agreed to collaborate with Trump's immigration crackdown. Now, first of all, what's wrong with that, even if that was on the surface true? Trump goes to an elected leader who was accused, not convicted, and he says...
We need law enforcement action. We are going to cut a deal with you and drop these charges and you are going to give us access. We do that with criminals all the time. How many rapists, murderers and drug dealers have gone free because they've ratted out a worse criminal? That is the structure of our justice system. And a lot of us don't like it. In fact, it's the premise of the film Law Abiding Citizen, where Gerard Butler's family
Their lives are taken from them. And then these these these criminals who perpetrated it get a sweetheart deal because they rat out someone else. And he's like, I ain't playing that game.
All the time, prosecutors will go to one of those vile criminals and they'll say, we'll give you immunity from everything you've done if you can help us stop your boss or something like that. So when Trump goes to Eric Adams and says, you know, you are paying someone illicitly, we'll make that go away if you give us these things. And he says, OK, what is happening now is Donald Trump's government is not breaking the law and enforcing the law.
You have an inverse scenario. Kathy Hochul and the New York Democratic government are actively breaking the law, impeding, encouraging and inducing illegal immigration. Trump has just flipped an alleged criminal by saying you're going to work for us now. Law enforcement. Eric Adams has. OK, so the criminal element of the Democratic Party then says we're going to remove this guy by force if we have to. That is insane.
Adams faced growing calls from a number of New York State's Democratic leaders to resign. First, Deputy Mayor Maria Torres Springer, Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services Ann Williams-Essam, Deputy Mayor for Operations Mira Joshi, and Deputy Mayor for Public Safety Chauncey Parker announced their departures. In a joint statement, three of the officials pointed to the extraordinary events that have rocked Adams' administration in recent weeks. To stay faithful to the oaths we swore to New Yorkers, we have come to the difficult decision to step down from our roles.
In a separate statement, Parker said working for Adams has been an honor, adding that he is confident that the administration will continue in our mission to deliver for the people of this city. All right. The question first arises, can the governor actually do this? Oh, yeah. The governor can remove the mayor of New York for 30 days pending charges, which they would then be allowed to remove him. That's the charter of New York City.
Let me break down what's going on here. This right here is from codelibrary.amlegal. This is the New York City Charter Section 9 removal of mayor. The mayor may be removed from office by the governor. I wonder if I can make this bigger. Okay, we can. We can.
All right, that's good. The mayor may be removed from office by the governor upon charges and after service upon him a copy of the charges and an opportunity to be heard in his defense. Pending the preparation and disposition of the charges, the governor may suspend the mayor for a period not exceeding 30 days. Let me tell you why that's so absolutely insane.
This means the governor can charge Eric Adams with literally anything. It says upon charges. That's it. How about jaywalking? Doesn't specify. Now, would we actually tolerate? You were jaywalking, so you're not mayor anymore. Probably not. But they're going to go after him on some trumped up BS to remove him because he does not need to be convicted. That's right, ladies and gentlemen. The New York mayor.
Working with the president to enforce the law can be removed from the governor for any charge, any charge without conviction. Now, don't get me wrong. An opportunity to be heard in his defense doesn't mean actually succeeding in that defense or otherwise. It literally means they can say, we charged you with this. Tell us your defense. And then he says, that's not true. I didn't do any of it. We heard you get out. You're done.
In a case in case of the suspension of the mayor from office, the mayor's temporary inability to discharge the powers and duties in the office of mayor by reason of sickness or otherwise, or the mayor's absence from the city, the powers and duties of the office of mayor shall devolve upon the public advocate or the comptroller in that order of succession until the suspension, inability or absence shall cease. While also acting temporarily as mayor, neither the public advocate nor the comptroller shall access any power of appointment to or removal from office of any power lawfully delegated by the mayor, blah, blah, blah, get the point.
They are going to they have all the people resign. They then remove Eric Adams and then they can put in the next person in line, effectively controlling what is going on. NBC News reported Hochul to discuss path forward as Eric Adams deputies resign amid mayor's agreement to work with Trump. At least they lay it out for you.
The mayor's agreement. I'm surprised NBC framed it this way. I'd have thought that they could have headlined it with Hockel to discuss path forward after Eric Adams cuts corrupt deal to drop charges with evil Donald Trump or something like that. Yeah, no, he agreed to work with Trump. They say the resignations came with the mayor agreed to give ICE access to New York Rikers Island and the Justice Department moved to dismiss criminal charges against him. My understanding, my friends, is that, um,
ICE used to have access to Rikers. I mean, why wouldn't they? There's an office. Apparently there's an office there. It's very strange. You have criminals who are here illegally. They should be deported. We sat down with Ro Khanna a few weeks ago, and he said that he opposed the Lake and Riley Act because it would allow the deportation of illegal immigrants when they weren't even convicted of a crime, just being arrested. I'm like,
And he's like, well, they're not even convicted of a crime. Why are they being deported? And I'm like, because they're here illegally. Like that was the crime. That's the penalty for being here illegally is we send you home. You know, it's wild that in the minds of Democrats, a criminal, they're here illegally. They're criminals could be accused of bringing along and be like, well, we know they're not supposed to be here. We could just send them home. That is the penalty deportation. Or we can spend money on a trial.
convict them or otherwise, and then deport them. Huh? Just send them home. Why are we spending money in a trial? Look, you committed a crime. Bye. You weren't supposed to be here in the first place. Let's figure out where all this begins. Take a look at this. February 16th. Raskin says DOJ made deeply corrupt bargain and moved to drop charges against New York City mayor. A corrupt bargain, he says. Sure. Coming from Raskin, probably the opposite of corruption because that guy's corrupt.
He said that the DOJ made a deeply corrupt bargain. This is an outrageous violation of the rules of prosecutors and a defense against due process and a very dangerous first move for the DOJ to be making under the Trump people. He said and faced the nation with Margaret Brennan. Of course, I believe Margaret Brennan was the woman who said that free speech caused the Holocaust. I ain't kidding. Last week, Acting Deputy Attorney General Emile Bove sent a memo that instructed prosecutors in Manhattan to abandon the indictment that charged Adams with bribery, conspiracy and campaign finance violations, which he denied.
Both justified the decision by saying the case has unduly restricted Mayor Adams' ability to devote full attention and resources to the illegal immigration and violent crime. I want to just make sure this is understood by Jamie Raskin. The Justice Department, state and local law enforcement often...

routinely cut deals with accused criminals, granting immunity in exchange for action against other criminals.
The DOJ saying to Eric Adams, we will drop the charges if you assist in the apprehension of other criminals is so mundane and routine. It is laughably absurd that Raskin would call anything having having to do with that corrupt. Now, I guess if we want to indict the entirety of our legal system and say never again should law enforcement cut deals with criminals. Fine, if that's the point you're making. Here we go. We got Voice of America.
That's the American propaganda outlet operating outside the country, which can now be viewed inside the country. Thanks to the Smith Modernization Act, New York City mayor to allow ICE agents at Rikers jail. This is where they really lost. It's not where it began. This is where Democrats began to lose it. So some context as to what is going to be happening.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams says he will allow federal immigration officials to operate at the city's Rikers Island jail following a meeting Thursday with President Donald Trump's border czar. Adams said he will issue an executive order reestablishing U.S. immigration and customs enforcement presence. See, that's what I said. Reestablishing. They used to be there. One of the nation's largest and most notorious lockups, as had been the case under prior administrations. Let me stress this. New York often.
routine. ICE operated at Rikers. If an illegal immigrant was brought in, they say, we're sending you home, buddy. Think about how lucky you are, how lucky these illegal immigrants are. They're here illegally. They break the law. Instead of getting locked in a box for years, they go home. That's it. That's crazy. How many American criminals? Imagine this. Imagine you're an American and you rob a bank or whatever, and they go, we can send you to Honduras or you can go to prison.
I'm pretty sure 100 percent would choose to go to Honduras, 100 percent. So the fact that ICE is allowing these criminals to just go home seems like it's pretty good for the criminals, to be honest, though we don't want to pay for their housing and we shouldn't. The Democrat said ICE agents would be focused on assisting the Corrections Department Intelligence Bureau in criminal investigations, particularly those focused on violent crimes and gangs, violent criminals and gangs.
As I have always said, immigrants have been crucial in building our city and will continue to be a key to our future and success. But we must fix our long broken immigration system. That is why I have been clear that I want to work with the new federal administration, not war with them to find common ground and make better the lives of New Yorkers. Opponents dismissed the move as needless concession and legally dubious. Huh? They used to do this all the time. Guys, the Democrats are revolutionaries. They want to...
fundamentally alter the structure of this government as evidenced by everything they have done. Wokeness is a revolution. This country has not been woke like the weird race based stuff is over and they're trying to bring it back. They are they are trying. They are reactionary and reactionary means they want to return the country to what it once was. They want to fundamentally alter it, bring back racial segregation and reverse our immigration policy back to what the 1800s.
ISIS presence on Riker serves no legitimate purpose and opens the door to unlawful collusion between local law enforcement and federal immigration officials in violation of our city's well-established sanctuary protections. And there it is. Sanctuary protections are criminal. That actually violates the law. I think that Trump's DOJ needs to arrest. Look, Pam Bondi, she announced charges against New York, but that amounts to a lawsuit. Dude, arrest them.
aiding and abetting or encouraging and inducing illegal immigration. It's all illegal. Think about where we are, my friends. And that is deeply disconcerting, to say the least. If we sit back and say it is a crime and has been a crime to encourage, induce, aid and abet illegal immigration, always been illegal. Well, not always, but the law was passed. It's codified. If we do nothing
We tell Democrats and illegal immigrants there is no repercussion for breaking this law. Thus, why does the law even exist? The alternative would be we have to start arresting these people like Ocasio-Cortez. Now, I don't I'm not saying that Ocasio-Cortez should go to prison for 20 years. I think she's going to fine slap on the wrist. First time offense. Couple hundred bucks. Don't do it again. If there is no enforcement against the actions taken by corrupt rogue state politicians, then
literally breaking the law, violating the Constitution, they're going to keep doing it. We have to have the enforcement apparatus. Trump's border czar, Tom Homan, argued that having an ICE presence at local jails is crucial to removing violent criminals who have entered the country illegally. For the naysayers, the city council who wants nothing to do with ICE, they need to understand if we arrest the bad guy at Rikers Island, then the alien's safe, the officer's safe, the community is safe. He said in an interview with Newsmax.
Homan met with Adams at a federal office building in Manhattan as the Republican administration pushes for more help detaining and deporting people accused of crimes. ICE has long had a contentious relationship with New York, which has rules and laws limiting police cooperation with federal immigration enforcement. Immigration officials, for example, aren't able to request that city jails hold people wanted for civil immigration law violations passed when they would ordinarily be released from custody under city policy because the city is aiding and abetting and breaking the law.
New York City has also passed measures that curtail ICE's access to public schools and other city properties. Adams, who faces a Democratic primary in June, has said he favors loosening these so-called sanctuary policies, but doesn't have the broad power to do so as mayor. Adams said he talked with Homan about ways to embed more New York police detectives into federal task forces, focus on violent gangs and criminal activity, as well as allowing ICE agents to participate in regular meetings with law enforcement agencies in the city.
We walked away with some real tangible things we can do together. And I'm looking forward to aligning with him and other federal partners to remove dangerous people from our streets. He said in a radio show interview after the meeting time. I'm sorry. The New York Times highlighting four top officials resign over Adams cooperation with Trump. This we did cover in the initial NPR story. But we have the image of the four deputy mayors who have all resigned. Why? They don't want to go to jail.
Do you want to go up against the machine? The governor is coming for you. How much you want to bet the governor went to them and said, you're all out. Anyone working with Adams is done. And they said, we're so sorry. Please don't hurt us. And they went running. Let's go back in time. Let's let's break down what the Biden administration was doing and the criminal element at play from Reuters. New York Mayor Adams faces criminal indictment, vows to fight charges. This story, of course, from September 26, 2024. Let's understand why.
What these charges really were. They say Eric Adams said on Wednesday, this is the 25th, he expected to be charged with federal crimes and declared he was innocent. After the New York Times reported he had already been indicted following a long running federal corruption investigation. Ah, long running. Well, certainly that would mean the man is there's something actually there that warrants the investigation. Or was there something else?
Adams, a Democrat who had become the first of the city's 110 mayors to be criminally charged while in office, said in a video statement that if the charges were filed, they would be entirely false based on lies. If I'm charged, I know I'm innocent. I will request an immediate trial so New Yorkers can hear the truth. Defying calls from Democratic politicians for him to resign, he said, you elected me to lead the city and lead I will.
The indictment was likely to be unsealed on Thursday when Adams may appear in court, the Times reported. In the meantime, the exact charges remain uncertain. It also remained unclear whether Adams would be arrested or voluntarily surrender. Other media later reported that a federal grand jury had indicted Adams, citing unnamed sources. The charges come after the FBI last November searched Adams electronic devices and in the wake of a slew of resignations by top city officials in recent weeks as multiple federal corruption charges entangled his administration.
The spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Manhattan, which brought the charges, declined to comment. Adams' lawyers did not immediately respond to a request for comment, except to send a transcript of his video statement.
One of his one of his lawyers has said that the mayor was cooperating with an investigation, but did not say that it was what it was about. Adam, the charges would not be surprising based on the leaks and rumors that that he said were aimed at undermining his credibility. If you were forced out of office, public advocate Jumaane Williams would become mayor of the United States, largest city with a population about eight point three million.
The case is likely to complicate any Adams bid for reelection in 25. Other Democratic politicians, including New York City comptroller Brad Lander, plan to challenge Adams, once a key ally of Democratic President Joe Biden, for the party's nomination. Very interesting because the comptroller is one of the people in line to assume the mayor's office if the governor steps in and removes Eric Adams.
Before the news broke, U.S. Rep AOC, also Democrat, became the first member of Congress to urge him to step down. Look at what the machine state is doing and tell me you think it's real. Take a look at this story from Politico. September 26, 2024. Joe Biden cut ties with Eric Adams two years ago. President Joe Biden cut ties with the now-indicted mayor two years ago. That's a subheader. They say...
He cut ties with them after their one-time ally was indicted on sweeping. President Joe Biden's aides kept their distance from New York Mayor Eric Adams on Thursday after their one-time ally was indicted on sweeping federal corruption charges. Outside of the once one condolence call, Biden has not spoken to Adams in any substantive way in nearly two years.
According to a pair of White House officials granted eminent anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly about private conversations. That rift stemmed from Adams frequent criticism of the Biden administration's handling of the migrant influx into the nation's largest city and long predated the federal probe. Let me say it again, my friends. Eric Adams, if you follow the timeline two years ago in 2022, called out the Biden administration's handling of the migrant influx.
At that time, they launched an investigation and went after him, indicting him in 2024. They were working with him. He was an ally up until he said, I ain't playing this immigration game. Here's Wikipedia investigations into Eric Adams administration. There have been several investigations into the Eric Adams administration since he became mayor of New York in 2022.
Interesting. Chief among his investigations is the ongoing federal prosecution of Eric Adams, overseen by the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, that resulted in the criminal indictment of Adams. This indictment charges Adams with one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States, one count of wire fraud, two counts of soliciting campaign contributions from foreign nationals and one count of soliciting and accepting a bribe.
On October 8th, former Adams chief liaison to the Muslim community, Mohammed Bahi, who had resigned the day prior, was arrested and charged with witness tampering and destruction of evidence in connections with Adams indictment and the investigation of illegal contributions made to Adams mayoral campaign. Law enforcement interest in a wide swath of Adams City Hall led to a number of unscheduled departures, blah, blah, this we know, as the charges have mounted a number of New York City area elected officials have called for him to resign.
Adams calls the charges entirely false based on lies and has vowed to fight these charges. Adams and his defenders maintain the charges are retaliation for his opposing for his opposing the Biden-Harris administration's handling of the migrant crisis. Interesting. On February 10th, 25, the DOJ instructed federal prosecutors to drop the charges. On the 13th, the interim U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, Daniel Rene Sassoon, resigned after refusing to drop the charges. Good.
Kevin Driscoll, the acting head of the DOJ's criminal division, and John Keller, the acting head of the DOJ's public integrity section, also resigned in response to the instructions to drop the charges, as did three other prosecutors in the public integrity sector. Hagan Scotton, the assistant United States attorney for the Southern District of New York, who had been the lead prosecutor in the case against Adams, resigned as well.
So let me stress for you again the timeline. In 2022, it was reported by Politico, not like we trust them all that much, that Eric Adams and Joe Biden cut ties over the handling of the migrant crisis. They had not spoken in nearly two years.
due to a rift stemming from Adams' criticism of the Biden administration. Around that same time, they launched criminal probes. And that's, say it, we have the story right here, headline since 2022. So Eric Adams becomes mayor, almost immediately says to Biden, you're not handling the migrant crisis properly and we ain't playing that game. Almost immediately, Biden's DOJ launches a criminal investigation of Eric Adams.
Twenty twenty four. They actually indict him and demand he resign. He refuses. Trump wins, tells him we're going to drop these charges, work with us on immigration. And the response from the Democrat establishment in New York is to move to remove him from power. Corruption much. I do not see how any sane and rational person can take a look at these facts and then conclude that Democrats are the good guys in this.
Because the timeline is clear. The American people did not like what was happening with immigration. Eric Adams did not want to be a pariah, sacrificial lamb for the Democrat deep state immigration policies. He actually decided he was going to reject this. Now, to be fair, to be fair, I was very critical of Eric Adams at the time because I don't believe it.
I think Eric Adams is a fair weather friend. I think Adams decision to defy Joe Biden was largely based on him seeing the tides. He probably looked around and said, you ain't winning this one. And this was administrative civil war, as Eric Weinstein calls it. What that means is in a time of major administrative conflict where the Democrats are trying to maintain a mass influx of illegal immigration for whatever reason, maybe maybe it's to reshape the electorate. Maybe it was to change economic economic numbers. Who knows?
Eric Adams, who was supposed to be on their side, said, I'm jumping ship, dude. You guys lost this one and it's obvious to us. I don't think he's a good dude. Eric Adams also allowed the Biden administration to do a whole lot as it pertained to illegal immigration. I think he was playing the fair weather game and realized the Democrats were on the losing side of things. He was a cop who got elected on moderate Democrat policies, and he probably thought Trump's going to win. And I don't want to be on the side of the people that lost.
And so here we are. Joe Biden's DOJ went after him. Donald Trump wins and it's all coming down. Let me tell you about the Southern District of New York, my friends. First of all, we saw charges against Donald Trump in New York, in Manhattan. There's overlap. I know one's federal in one state, but there's overlap. These people know each other. You had in the charges against Trump, one of the top officials from the federal government quitting his job and then going to work in a New York state prosecutorial capacity.
Very strange. Kind of obvious to everybody, right? This is an administrative civil war. They're trying to put their opponents in prison. They are trying to use the weight of the monopoly on violence the government holds to destroy people. They're doing it surreptitiously and they're doing it in a way that seems plausible and acceptable. If they can put Eric Adams in prison.
They don't need hot conflict. They can use the apparatus against them. But this is all escalation towards something much, much worse. And I'm hoping it's not the case. But I don't see any signs of the escalation. I do potentially see signs of complete and utter destruction of the Democratic Party through Donald Trump's march to the sea on the deep state. And maybe that's what we need to see. Let me tell you about the Southern District of New York, my friends. Let's not let's not keep that image. We'll just have Eric Adams on the screen and we don't need Korean John Pierce. She's gone.
The Southern District of New York was targeting James O'Keefe. Ashley Biden diary story. They were trying to put him in prison. He was fighting it. That case has been completely dropped. There was a series of events. And for reasons that there is a conflict of interest with myself, let me just say this. There were a series of investigations launched by SDNY, which were obviously and overtly political.
and appeared to be directed by Garland himself and the DOJ under Joe Biden. Joe Biden had classified documents in his possession with the specific and explicit purpose of making money off them. He had a ghostwriter. He was talking to the ghostwriter and outright said, and this was recorded, that he kept confidential information he was not legally allowed to have as vice president in order to write a book so he could make money.
Fascinating. Donald Trump, who was the president and ultimately decides what is or is not classified, had a bunch of boxes of daily briefings that were carried over from the White House to Mar-a-Lago after he left the presidency. And for that reason, they claimed he broke the law, was stealing confidential information and then raided his home where his family sleeps. These people are abject evil and they lost. It's thanks to you.
The hard work of the American people, those in the media and activist organizations who fought every day to expose the manipulations and the lies. And here we are. The fight is not over.
Eric Adams is not a saint, nor is Trump. But I think it's patently obvious to anybody who's watching. This is a major move being played by Democrats, perhaps. It's not so much an empire striking back, but more so the remnants of the empire trying to form some kind of first order. I know. Sorry, guys. The Disney Star Wars stuff is absolute garbage. But though Donald Trump is crushing their resources and their means to wage lawfare, they're not stopping.
Not until every last deep state shill criminal has been removed from power and prosecuted will this stop. So I'm glad to see it. You know, we're taking a look at the SDNY, the Southern District of New York, these people being forced to resign or quitting their jumping ship. Trump needs to fire the lot, fire all of them. Now, what is the purpose of this? I want to show you this from the easy tweets. Why did Democrats try so hard?
Why did they try putting Eric Adams in prison? What about his defense of illegal of prosecuting illegal immigrations was an affront to them so much? I have this video.
Democrat leader in Arizona admits live they want to use non-citizens to cheat in elections. Let me play the clip. Please correct me if this is incorrect. You want non-citizens to be counted in terms of determining the representation for elected officials here at the Capitol. And, you know, by extension, I assume the U.S. Capitol as well. Is that incorrect? No.
Mr. Chair, I mean, it is absolutely correct. Let the record reflect, then, that you just said it was correct that you want non-citizens to be counted for representation. Mr. Chair, that is, in fact, the current interpretation of that clause in the Constitution that talks about counting the people in the United States. That is the job of the U.S. Census. I do appreciate an honest Democrat.
Because you're saying the quiet part out loud. Indeed they are. And Mr. Chair, a point? Yeah. Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt. So yeah, Article 1, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution gives U.S. Congress the responsibility to conduct the census. The scope is defined as census counts every resident in the United States. Wrong. It doesn't. Do you believe that undocumented people are residents? They are not residents. I believe that undocumented people right now are being deported in mass numbers because they aren't legally supposed to be here.
And so, no, I do not believe that our founders intended for non-citizens who we've had 10 to 20 million over the last four years enter illegally into this nation at the hands of the Biden regime, the Democrats. I do not believe that they should be counted in terms of determining representation here at the Arizona legislature or in any state legislature for that matter or for the U.S. Congress. Now, you heard what they said.
She said that Article 1, Section 2 of the Constitution says that we count any resident. That's just ludicrous. It's not the case. To prove that, I've pulled up for all of you, I don't know, the actual Constitution. So we have here Article 1, Section 1, Section 2, Section 3, Section 4. And I'm going to read it for you. You know, I do find it absolutely fascinating, guys. Everybody always wants to read about the amendments to the Constitution. But very few people have actually read, like, the actual Constitution.
And how it basically sets the structure of government. Article one, all legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives. Section two. Now, in that video, she said that it gives the responsibility of Congress to conduct a census of census of all residents. First of all, it doesn't. Resident would be a legal term, meaning you have applied and you are here legally.
The point here is Eric Adams was opposing this machine. Democrats want to expand congressional power and electoral votes. You know what's really funny about the National Popular Vote Coalition? There's an argument to be made that should the United States move to a national popular vote, Republicans would win every election from here on out.
It's interesting that Republicans largely oppose it and Democrats are largely for it. Now, for obvious reasons, anybody who I maybe it's not so obvious. Most people know I support the Electoral College because we do not want the major cities to determine who gets to be president. You know, you basically just cut out all the rural areas. The electoral system allows for at least a little bit of minority representation. Now, the argument is if we go national popular vote, Democrats who tend to win the popular vote would win every election.
If the 2024 election was held under the confines of the National Popular Vote Coalition, California would have been red because all of these blue states that believe the way it would work is whoever wins the popular vote, the state is obligated to vote for that person like the popular federal vote. That would mean California this time around would have voted for Trump. Now, there's a question.
The amount of electoral votes California has may be boosted. Some estimate to 13 extra votes. Some some say it's as low as one extra vote. Why? Because California counts in their census illegal immigrants, which they allow to remain in the country in violation of the law. They use these noncitizens as effectively indentured servants, not free peoples of the United States in in order to
to boost their congressional seats, their power in Congress and their ability to elect presidents. It is a crime against the people of this country. It is unconstitutional. And I believe it must be stopped if this country is to survive. But will it? This is why they want to arrest Eric Adams. This is why they want more illegal immigrants. And they just said it in Arizona. That video is very important. She said Congress counts residents aren't undocumented residents. No, they're not.
But you want to play this game? Here's Article 1, Section 2. No person.
Shall be a representative who shall not have attained the age of 25 years and have been seven years a citizen of the United States and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that state in which he shall be chosen. Wait, and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that state in which he shall be chosen? That's kind of worded strangely, but I digress.
Representatives and direct taxes shall be apportioned among several states, which may be included within this union according to the numbers, which shall be determined by adding the whole number of free persons, including those bound to service for a term of years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three-fifths of all other persons. The actual enumeration shall be made within three years after the first meeting of Congress. Yada, yada, the number of representatives shall not exceed one for every 30,000.
But each state shall have at least one representative until such enumeration shall be made. They go on to that. This is really fascinating. At the time of the creation of the Constitution, they actually dictated the number of reps. New Hampshire would be entitled to choose three. Massachusetts, eight. Rhode Island and Providence plantations, one. Connecticut, five. New York, six. New Jersey, four. Interesting. When vacancies happen in the representation for many state, the executive authority thereof shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies.
The House of Representatives shall choose their speaker and other officers and shall have the sole power of impeachment. Let me stress that. They go on to mention represent representatives and direct taxes shall be apportioned among the several states which may be included in this union according to their respective numbers determined by adding the whole number of free persons, including those bound to a service of years, excluding Indians and three fifths of all other persons. I'm going to go ahead and say.
Illegal immigrants are not free persons. If you want to make the determination that resident aliens who have the proper paperwork but are not citizens do count for representation, I actually would agree with that. Legal residents of this country, permanent residents who are not citizens and can't vote but are legally allowed to live here, immigrated, filed the paperwork.
do need to be represented, represented. They are allowed to work and live here. They don't vote. They don't join armed services, but they are legal migrants and their interests have some weight.
I'm not saying that representatives should cater only to legal immigrants, but they are here legally. And whoever is representing that district in which they live is going to have to hear what legal residents have to say. I'm fine with that. Illegal immigrants are not the same. Now, when it says free persons, perhaps the simple explanation is if you're not enslaved, I guess they were trying to decision. My interpretation of that is you are a legally abiding citizen of this country, whether bound to service or otherwise.
Now, it says free because they had slavery. But what it means to me is if you're here illegally, you could be arrested and deported under our laws at any moment. That does not mean you are free. Like if you were a criminal pending prosecution and going to jail, we would not call those free people. We would call them imprisoned. In fact, the 13th Amendment outright says indentured servitude nor slavery shall be permitted except in the instance of someone who is convicted of a crime. Actually, let's let's jump down.
Is this just Article 1? How long is it going to take me to get to the 13th Amendment? Let's... There we go! Amendment 13! Let's get it. I love the 13th Amendment because it's horrible.
There's the 12th, 13th Amendment. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude except as punishment for a crime where the party shall have been duly convicted shall exist for the United States or any place subject to that jurisdiction. Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation. That is to say, in my opinion, people who are not in this country legally should not fall under the apportionment for Congress.
If you are an American citizen accused of a crime, you have a right to be proven innocent. However, if you are not a citizen, we know you're not a citizen. Then we just deport you. There is an interesting question in how we handle deportation. Do you have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt someone is not a citizen? That's interesting. You know, if someone asks an individual, if an individual on the street, a cop's like, prove to me you're a citizen. You don't got to do anything.
And I know a lot of people don't like that, you know, AOC and others are advising illegal immigrants how to avoid ICE. My point is, we don't want to live in a world where you, a citizen, get unreasonably searched by someone and accused of being a noncitizen and they arrest you for it and then deport you without charge or trial. That's kind of weird.
However, that being said, if you are here illegally and we know you're here illegally, we get a deportation order. You get deported. That person should not be counting towards the census. It's just reasonable. Perhaps the founding fathers didn't envision this world when they said nor Indian Indians not taxed are excluded. They're basically saying people who live here.
who are not citizens. I believe the interpretation of Article 1, Section 2 already determines that if you are living here but not a citizen, you don't count. That was their express intention. Why would they say Indians not taxed, but then we would interpret it to be like if you're also literally anybody else who's here illegally? No, the Founding Fathers were outright like, if you're not a citizen,
At the time, they didn't really have a deep concern over illegal immigrants because there were very few people and we didn't like the populations were not so massive. Now that we have mass populations and major influxes of 10 to 20 million people over four years, now it matters.

So, my friends, I give you this where we currently are. The Democrats want to imprison Donald Trump. They want to imprison Eric Adams for defying their agenda. Now that they've lost the power to actually do it, they'll settle with removing Eric Adams from power. Again, a fair weather friend. But, you know, we'll take what we can get.
Tom Homan is going to go in and deport the illegal immigrants who should not be here. Legal immigrants, we love you. We love the legal immigrants. Come here. America is open arms, the shining city on the hill, just for you. But you got to come here legally, and that's okay. And then I hear people say, but it's so hard. Too bad. What? You want to move to the greatest country in the world, we all know it, where the standard of living is so much higher. It is comfortable. There's clean running water. Everything just kind of feels high quality, right? Not always. There's poor people. We get it.
But you want to come here for free? It's just a ridiculous sentiment that just by virtue of existence, you are deserving of all that we and our ancestors have built. So why don't we maintain that? We're going to make it easier for immigration. Why? No, seriously, why? No, we should figure out an appropriate level of immigration. Maybe it's lower. Maybe it's higher. Create a system by which people can legally apply. It exists. And then tell the people who are cheating, you can't stay. But I'll tell you, it's simple, my friends.
Democrats are playing a game intentionally to gain power at the federal level. And that is wrong. And it must be stopped. The idea that California gets extra votes for the president is criminal. I'm not here for it. So, my friends, we will jump to your super chats. We don't got too many today, but we do have some. I believe we also have some rumble rants. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone, you know, become a member at become a member of Rumble Premium.
You can go to TimCastPremium.com, which will redirect you to Rumble. Use promo code TIM10. Sign up now. Not only will you get access to our Green Room uncensored show, not so family friendly, our members only call-in show, you'll also get access to Steven Crowder's Mug Club and all of the premium content everyone on Rumble is producing. It's pretty dang epic. Now instead of just getting TimCast content, you get everybody's content in one place. That's the power of joining a network. We're super excited.
Now, if you want to join our Discord server and be involved in community events, actually, we're planning the Culture War show Friday mornings. We're looking at venues where every Friday we will have a debate on a particular issue with an open seat just for you, the members of the TimCast Discord.
So when we announce this Friday's debate is going to be with these individuals on this subject, you can submit your talking point and then our team will choose. I think we're going to do like it might be like five to eight individuals from our members, from our members of discord who are present because it's going to be members only. You want to watch the debate live? You got to be a member. And then we're going to bring you on stage.
Let you give you the stage to make your talking point and your debate on the issue. Maybe it's simple like taxation or abortion or war. Then you can sit down with us for a couple of minutes. You get a timer going. We let you make the argument. Someone's going to argue with you. You'll argue back. We will thank you. Shake your hand and you're on your way. And we bring the next person in. Think of it like kill Tony meets Jubilee.
We were trying to figure out a way, but it's members only. So we're not just like anybody can just show up. Well, if a random person shows up at the taping, because it's going to be prerecorded for obvious reasons, because I think the only way we could actually do it is on Saturdays, but then we would air it on Fridays. So it'll be recorded live. I think that's what our plan is. And then it'll be released as live. But the plan would be that if someone showed up and said, I want to come in and sit down with members only.
You could just sign up on the spot. We're trying to encourage people to join the community and be active and communicate with each other. So, you know, the plan is to create a sphere of influence where people are debating and have these conversations. It will be epic. We hope liberals join. We'd love to bring liberals up on stage to debate. And we're looking forward to having liberals in the hot seat on the Culture War debate show consistently with you guys as members. So become a member of the TimCast Discord. Let's grab some of your chats and rants. Smash the like button. Share the show.
Let's go. Distro 32 says the unelected governor is trying to remove the elected mayor of New York. Well, to be fair, she was unelected, but then she did run and win. Rosa Brand says civil war is exactly what the globalists want. Don't fall for it. I agree. They're trying as hard as they can because civil war is their fastest way to eliminate the Constitution. If if if a war breaks out and there's conflict and the cessation, then there's a cessation of hostilities due for whatever reason, surrender or otherwise.
The winning faction can then overwrite the Constitution because the fighting is over. That's terrifying. All right. Cain Abel says an ad interrupted your live video. I guess YouTube's like messing with your channel or something is messed up. Oh, yeah. I don't know. YouTube has a thing that pops up all the time that like it blocks everything saying run an ad, run an ad, run an ad. So I could have misclicked something. We'll see. We'll see.
All right. In the Woods 66 says, shout out to my friend who lost his family business to a fire. I know we don't like GoFundMe, but it's help Rose family rebuild their race shop. Sorry to hear. Yeah, YouTube. YouTube doesn't know how to run ads on live. They just basically run it at random and then people's experience is disrupted and desynchronized. So if you're in, say, like the Discord server and you get an ad, other people are going to be watching the show and you're not. It's the stupidest thing imaginable. YouTube, what are you thinking?
All right. Heron Gaming News is how long until Trump goes after Dominion and those who enacted unconstitutional lockdowns and mandates? I think people need closure for the pandemic. I think Trump is going after the gloat. I'm trying to the bloat, not the gloat. He's gloating, but he's after the bloat because he's trying to stop the administrative state from being able to wage war against him. Otherwise, he'll be able to do anything. Jumping over to our friends on the old rumble. We got some rumble rants.
Indeed. What have we here?
Jason Swank says, Tim, when will Malice and Barr return to IRL for the conclusion of the bet? I don't know. Michael, we're going to have to have Malice and Roseanne Barr on because she owes him money. There's a lot of money. She said there wouldn't be an election and there'd be military tribunals. I think she owes him two grand. Vincent says, let me know if you ever need help with a pool on any of your Timcast properties. You know why we're not going to do any pools?
Because they are horrible to maintain. Oh, dude, it's so annoying. When I was in Miami at a pool, every other day it turned green. And I was like, and when the pool guy come out and he's like, you know, we're going to do an acid wash. And they did. And it turned green again anyway. And I'm like, we were doing everything we're supposed to be doing. They were just like, look, when you get algae, you get algae. And it's like, we're in the jungle. What do you expect? And I'm like, yeah.
Well, nobody wants to swim in that. The animals loved it, however. It was pretty funny. In the middle of the night, you see like all the animals and I think they were frogs. It could be. No, maybe they weren't frogs. Are there frogs? There are frogs down there, right? We got frogs up here all over the place. They're great. Corbin says, I live near Toronto and drove out to the airport yesterday. Canadians who are watching from the fence with me were saying it's karma for Trump trying to make us a state. Real shame. Geez. I love it. Somebody tweeted.
I think it was like the Krasensteins. Actually, yeah, I tweeted this this morning. What did he say? Let me pull it up. Let's see. Let's see. Oh, yeah. He's got a bunch of funny stuff. Or was this yesterday? Where is it at? Okay, it was yesterday. Brian Krasenstein said, maybe DEI was the reason why we did not have so many plane crashes. And I said, Brian, calm yourself. I know you're excited, but we haven't conquered Canada yet. One day soon.
All right, my friends, smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Become a member of Rumble Premium. New video has emerged of the Delta plane crash in Toronto. The CRJ jet landed hard, burst into flames, and then began to roll, ultimately flipping over. I believe everyone is okay. There are some people that sustained pretty critical injuries, but I don't think anybody is at risk of losing their lives right now. Now, interestingly...
NBC pundit blames Trump for Toronto plane crash. Yeah, even though it happened in Canada, it's Trump's fault. Well, you see, Donald Trump, as well as many conservative commentators, were talking about DEI at these corporations where they were choosing to hire staff based on race and who they prefer to sleep with instead of their capabilities in flying a plane.
For years now, there have been warnings from people on the right that this could lead to plane crashes. Notably, Charlie Kirk and Matt Walsh had been saying, hey, man, we might see some planes crash. Well, as of right now, nobody knows exactly what happened. But according to officials, there was no crosswind and the runway was dry. So how did this plane crash? Well, with the new video that recently dropped, I am, I will say, not an expert in any capacity, but
Probably totally wrong. It looks like pilot error. It looks like the pilot flying the jet came in too hard, crushing the right landing gear, resulting in a slide, which then, you know how friction works, it began to spin and then roll. We'll play the video. Everyone's okay. I know the video, it's plane crash, kind of shocking, but I do think we need to take a look at it and analyze it. Now,
Now, I will say this again. Not an expert in any way. Have flown on quite a bit of planes. Friends who are pilots. Not really worth all that much. What I can say is in the video, when the plane touches down, there's not even an instant where, I mean, you can just see that plane belly flops. It just slams down. Now, it's possible that something was wrong with the controls at the last minute as they were landing, considering the plane was actually still flying, but
I'm going to go ahead and assume pilot error. Now, we don't know who the pilot is, but I will say this. The fact that some are speculating it's pilot error, assuming that they're correct. And again, probably not. I don't know. I don't know. But if it is pilot error, that lends itself more to the DEI argument than the Trump firing people at the FAA argument. First of all, this was in Canada. So the FAA, not a factor here.
But the story that we have, NBC pundit blames Trump. This is the game they are playing. Well, let's break this down. I can't look again. I will stress we don't know exactly what happened. We don't know for sure.
What we do have is a new video and an argument being made on both sides, which we will break down. Before we get started, of course, just head over to castbrew.com, pick up some Cast Brew coffee. We sponsor ourselves and become a member of Rumble Premium to watch our exclusive offerings. And at timcastpremium.com, you can use promo code TIM10 to join Rumble Premium. Watch the Green Room show, rumble.com slash timcastirl. But let's take a look at this story.
Daily Mail reports NBC pundit blames Trump even though it happened for the Delta crash, even though it happened in Canada. NBC pundit Tom Costello immediately blamed the horrific Toronto plane crash on President Trump despite it happening in Canada. I thought it's like the third time they're saying it.
On Monday afternoon, a Delta plane crashed. This we know. The Bombardier CR-900, carrying 80 people, flipped and appeared to land upside down shortly before 3 p.m. Miraculously, everyone on board survived. At least 15 people have been taken to the hospital. Shortly after news of the frightening incident was shared, Costello, a senior correspondent, said that a string of recent plane crashes will yet again raise the concern about FAA staffing. Of course, they're referring to
Trump begins firings of FAA staff just two weeks after fatal D.C. plane crash. Now, let me just stress the plane crashed in D.C. before Trump did anything right when he came in. There have been complaints about D.C.A. for a very long time. They're flying helicopters in the landing path for D.C.A. Apparently,
Many politicians have lobbied for DCA, the DC airport, to have more flights direct to where they have to go home. That's Congress for you. Hey, man, nobody wants to drive to IAD. That's a bit out of the city. DCA is too, but it's a little bit closer. And you hop in, you get your direct flight home. But that is a dangerous airport. It's right there in the urban metro, whereas IAD is a bit outside of it.
This resulted in a dangerous circumstance. Well, of course, they're going to start blaming Trump. He says, now this is a Canadian air traffic control tower, and this is under Canadian authority once it crosses that border. And yet, as you know, there has been talk about maybe staff cuts at the FAA as part of President Trump's effort to trim down the federal workforce. He then went on to contradict what he said, adding,
Yet, as you know, the FAA has been complaining for years they are understaffed in critical job positions. I was in a conversation with somebody today about whether air traffic control in America has been affected by staff cuts. So far, not to their knowledge. OK, this is going to feed into all of these recent incidents. On Monday, the Trump administration started firing hundreds of workers at the Federal Aviation Administration. Well, let me not waste your time. We have this video from aircraft maintenance engineer.
clearest footage, clearest footage showing the crash moment of Delta Endeavor Air CRJ 900 flight DL4819 from Minneapolis to Toronto. They got the tail number 932-9N932XJ. We'll share reports as soon as possible. Well, before I show any commentary, let me just play the video for you. And I do believe we have this slowed down.
So for those that are just listening, suppose we don't need all that audio. Right about now, that landing gear never had a chance. Fire bursts, the plane skids to the right, and then begins a roll as it is a giant sky tube. But let me break this down for you, okay? I'm not an expert. Not an expert in this stuff. Is it not letting me rewind this stupid thing? Okay, we got it.
refresh it, I guess. All right. Let's analyze this real quick. And I'm going to stress, if you guys are pilots or you work on aircraft and you're in the comments, then let me know what you think. But you can see here, man, this is we don't need that audio. You can see the plane coming in. It looks like it's coming in hot. It's coming in very quickly. Right now, it's making contact with the ground. Some have suggested the right landing gear gave out.
I do not believe that's fair because the plane makes contact so quickly. It's a belly flop slam right in the ground. OK, I don't know about you, but I've been on a lot of planes. I used to fly twice a week when I was working for Vice Infusion. When the planes land. OK, and again, just a layman here.
They land on their back wheels lightly and then the nose comes down. You get that shake. What I like to do is, you know, I don't, you know what? You know what? I don't, I don't like the worst thing in the world is getting a stiff neck. So what I do whenever about to land is I, I lay back, keep my head straight so that that jolt when you land and then, you know, it doesn't just land flat. Like, look at this plane, man. This plane belly flops. That looks like pilot error. Oh, fuck.
and then bursts into flames. There we go. It's coming right in. There is no moment in which this plane had a chance. The front landing gear makes contact at the exact time the rear landing gear makes contact. So I'm just some guy on the internet who complains. What do I know? I got to tell you, it looks like pilot error. Now we'll jump over to actually see what some of the comments on this aircraft maintenance page says.
One person says right main gear collapsed, causing right wing to dip to the ground and snap off. Left wing continued to generate lift, causing the plane to roll over wild. Right. So what happens is the friction on the left wing goes up. Friction is on the right, causing it to slide. Obvious structure of the plane. And then when it spins, now it's a cylinder and it's going to start rolling.
One person responded, with all due respect, I thought pilots were concentrating on before takeoff checks, not taking videos. I don't know. This is a... Is that a pilot who's filming? Yeah, it might be. That is interesting that somebody was in a plane and they're filming another plane land. I wonder. I don't know, man. This... Look.
I'm going to say it again. Planes, they're supposed to lean back, right? Am I wrong about this? Planes, when they're coming in, they lean back a little bit. The back wheels make contact with the ground, and then it slowly brings the front landing gear down specifically to avoid things like this. Now, let me show you what's important here. Fire official says runway was dry and there was no crosswind. Is there no audio? Oh, here we go. And being led by the transport. The cause of the crash is still under investigation and being led by the Transportation Safety Board.
It's not appropriate for us to comment at this time. At this time, we believe all our emergency response went as planned. We will, however, be conducting a review. This is an active investigation. It's very early on. It's really important that we do not speculate. What we can say is the runway was dry and there was no crosswind conditions. We can now confirm...
that 18 injured passengers have been transported to the local area hospitals. We had one additional passenger recently transported to a hospital. We assisted in today's response. We have secured the site and will continue to provide security and offer any assistance needed. All right, so that's it, right? They said the runway was dry and there were no crosswinds. So what happened that when this plane came down,
It's leaning to the right. I mean, come on. Not all agents use Zillow solutions. After all, this industry is confusing and it's hard to know who to trust. But the truth is we're an ally for agents. It leans onto the right gear. It may be. Look, I got to be honest. You can see there is it is like a little bit. But for the most part, the landing gear all hits the ground at the exact same time. I'm sorry, man. To me, that looks like pilot error. Dare I say it, my friends, was Donald Trump correct about DEI in hiring practices? Well, they try to blame him saying he's firing people. The FAA. This happened in Canada.
Delta, if they and I believe Delta, let me let me pull this up. I believe Delta was one of the big culprits in DEI. Delta's DEI stance called out. Yeah, I remember there's a big story. Delta on their website had all this stuff on it or something.
Newsweek reports Delta Airlines stance on diversity, equity and inclusion is under fire for plane crash in Toronto. Injured at least 17, I believe 18. DEI policy of coming to fire this. We get it. Days after the Trump administration began firing hundreds of FAA employees. They say there is no evidence to suggest DEI policies were to blame. Blah, blah, blah. Except for the fact that it looks like pilot error.
You know what I mean? That is to say, pilot error in and of itself is not evidence of DEI at all. But it's definitely not the FAA firings. They're going to mention on his first day, blah, blah. OK, come on, guys. How about you tell us what you think happened? Aviation expert Scott Hamilton told Newsweek Strong that strong winds and snow in Toronto could have played a role in the crash. Wrong, because as we know, the firefighter said it was dry and there was no crosswinds. So try again. Now, I'll say it again.
If that is the case, that they thought it wasn't DEI, it wasn't pilot error. And I'm not saying it was the same thing. I'm saying those are two different things because maybe it was windy and wet. Well, investigators said that's not the case, in which case I'm going to lean towards the other one. Although the cause of the crash has not yet been determined, some took to X to blame DEI. Quote, Delta Airlines hires based on DEI and will not hire based on merit. I will no longer fly Delta. One user wrote, Delta has not said that it does not hire based on merit.
After Trump's executive orders on the first day, blah, blah, blah, we saw companies like Google and Amazon retreat from their commitments to DEI initiatives. Delta reaffirmed their commitment. We are steadfast in our commitments because we think that they are actually critical to our business. Peter Carter, Delta's chief external affairs officer, told Fox 5 Atlanta. Carter further emphasized that DEI is about talent, a key focus of the airline, and is integral to its long-term sustainability. So let's not bury the lead, even though I know we're 13 minutes in.
Delta outright said, no, we're doing DEI. So when a plane crashes in Canada, not the FAA, not US government, you can't really blame Trump's actions on this one, can you? The question then becomes, what caused the plane crash? Want to blame Canada? Sure, we can blame Canada. But they're saying runway was dry, no crosswinds. Maybe they're lying because Canada doesn't want to take responsibility for their errors. But then you have the video. Yo.
The plane lands on its belly like that. OK, some people are like, well, you know, the right landing gear gave out. It landed on the right landing gear. Man, I'm going to pull that video up again. I know that not everybody is watching, but you can see the plane clearly and distinctly land on the right landing gear before the left and it gets crushed. Now, maybe, maybe fine. There's a malfunction causing the plane to do a slight roll.
I'm going to have to go and say pilot error. That's my opinion on this one. The right landing gear makes contact first and just collapses. However, almost all the landing gear makes contact at near the same time anyway. It could just be a one, two, three very quickly. But this was not this did not look standard as far as I can tell. So they want to play this game of we don't know. We don't know what could happen. Trump's at fault.
In August of 2021, Delta's chief diversity, equity, inclusion, and social impact officer. I mean, come on, the fact that they have that. So the company was striving to boldly pursue equity. So we're going to take a hard look at things like our gatehouse announcements, Johnson said. You know, we welcome ladies and gentlemen. We've asked ourselves, is that as gender inclusive as we want it to be? Are you nuts? One user wrote, just days after Delta Airlines doubled down on DEI, there's another plane crash. This time the plane was upside, upside down, no casualties.
One person wrote, what could go wrong? Delta announced it was going to double down on DEI. Another said Delta plane crash at Toronto Pearson Airport now upside down on the runway. Canada is the DEI capital of the planet. One person said, are you blaming DEI Biden Obama under which we had nearly no major airline crashes? Indeed. Let me explain. You know, here we go. Charlie Kirk's black pilot remark sparks fury. January 24th, 2024. What did Charlie Kirk say?
Quote, if I see a black pilot, says Charlie Kirk, I'm going to be like, boy, I hope he's qualified. The activist told the Charlie Kirk, the activist and host of the Charlie Kirk show said he later added it was not who I am. That's not what I believe. But so that he was being made to react that way because he felt the policies adopted by major companies regarding ethnic minorities meant less qualified people were being given jobs with significant responsibility. Kirk's producer, Blake Neff, blamed left wing politics for Kirk's comment, saying it was the reality the left has created. He's right.
And these Democrats and these liberal pundits are liars, manipulators and scumbags. Charlie Kirk's point to anybody with a brain was I don't want to live in a world where they put race on the forefront. Charlie Kirk's point was when they tell you they will hire underqualified people based on race, they are telling you outright when you see someone who is not white, there is a potential they're underqualified. That's what Democrats are saying.
And Charlie's like, I don't want to live that way. I don't care about the race of the pilot. Just hire the best pilots. You know, so here we are. And they say we had no problems under Biden Obama. Yes. OK, because here's how it works.
You begin a program to manufacture cheese at your factory. And then everyone's like, how come during Obama and Biden, we didn't have mass production of cheese? You know, clearly Trump must have made cheese. No, it's because the factory started production ramped up and it takes time to do in this regard. We have to wonder if I'll put it like this. Let's talk about the big short. You guys remember the big short? What an epic movie. That was the housing market crisis.
And you get this guy and he's like, I want to short the housing market. We want to create a means of shorting the housing market that doesn't exist. What was it? Was it mortgage swaps or something? Credit default swaps. And they were like, you want to short the housing market? Does that make sense? And they explained what's been happening is you have these triple A rated. That's like really great credit score loans. But they've got a bunch of lower rated loans that are bad and nobody wants to buy. So here's what you do.
If you jam in a bunch of lower rated loans underneath the higher rated loans, it averages out. And so if you have 10 AAA and you bring in three BBB and three Ds, which are really bad,
It makes the whole thing a B. And then you can say it's B rated and you're basically taking the refuse and hiding it under good loans to balance things out. He said sooner or later, those bad loans are going to break and that's going to destroy everything else. There's a certain point at which you increase the stress and then failure occurs. Think of it this way.
A Jenga tower. A Jenga tower is a perfect structure of meritocracy. And then you say, hey, we don't need meritocracy. The tower ain't going to fall. So you pull out one block of merit. That is a DEI hire. You say we could easily have this gap right here because the whole structure can support itself. If we remove one qualified pilot in exchange for a DEI hire. Well, there's a copilot. We're probably fine.
Eventually, the Jenga tower is riddled with so many holes, it's on the verge of collapse. That just so happens to be around now. To be fair, perhaps when you have such a janky tower on the verge of collapse, firing a lot of people may actually exacerbate the problems they've created already. That's fair. But yes, when they say, how come these things weren't happening under Obama and Biden? Well, that's when they launched the policies and that's when they began pulling the Jenga blocks out of the tower.
Obviously, when you start the game and start removing infrastructure, systems don't collapse overnight. And now here we are. You mean to tell me that you think within a week of being president, Trump did so much damage to the entirety of our aviation infrastructure that a plane crashed in D.C.? No, everyone's known about those problems. You mean to tell me that three weeks in, Trump has done so much. They literally started firing people on Monday and this plane crash happened in Canada.
And what appears to be pilot error. I could be wrong about that. So let me just tell you all my friends, conservatives, not even as a conservative. I hate that word because RFK Jr. ain't no conservative. I'm not a conservative. Whatever this coalition is, we've been going. I'm deeply concerned about what you are doing here. I am deeply concerned that the people flying our planes are not the most qualified. Charlie Kirk warned you a year ago. These companies were doing this. We were pissed. Now you get a plane crash.
Well, no crosswinds. Runway was dry. What could have happened? Malfunction, maybe? I'll tell you, I bet, I bet they're going to call it a malfunction. They're going to say there was a malfunction resulting in the plane dipping and no one could. You know why they're going to do that? Because Delta faces liability over this one.
I'm just giving you my thoughts and opinions and speculation. I don't know for sure. But my presumption right now is they hired a less than qualified pilot. The pilot didn't land the plane properly, causing it to crash, crush the right landing gear. I do not believe there was a malfunction.
This resulted in damage. The company's not going to want to accept responsibility, nor politically will Canada or other leftists want to acknowledge that their hiring practices resulted in crashes. So I believe the most likely outcome is they're going to say there was a malfunction in the landing gear causing the crash. Don't worry. It's rare. It won't happen again. And then you're like, what was the malfunction at DCA? What? Oh, that was the human error. Yeah, the helicopter shouldn't have been in the flight path.
That's crazy. No, I don't believe that for decades we've had a totally functioning system. And then just a few years after all this DEI stuff comes out, now the plane crashes are happening and they're saying it's totally unrelated. Spare me. We'll see though, man. We'll see. I think Trump is likely right. I'll wrap it up there. Smash the like button, share the show with everyone you know, become a member by going to Timcast Premium. In a video going viral, Trevor Noah, who recently hosted the Grammys, argues for the reintroduction of racial segregation. When these people tell you who they are, believe them. What's absolutely fascinating about this is as Trevor Noah was hosting The Daily Show, the media was attacking anyone who argued that, say, I don't know, Finland was for Finns.
That is to say, there was this big hubbub about white nationalism in Europe with Generation Identity, the alt-right, and in the United States. They said Trump was a racist, white supremacist, blah, blah, blah, despite the fact that Trump and Tucker Carlson and most of these people are just regular old nationalists. We end up now with Trevor Noah now being my friend's alt-right.
I'm going to say it. Trevor Noah goes full alt-right. Now, what does alt-right mean? It meant racial identitarian nationalist. That is, the alt-right, while predominantly at the time in the late 2000s, was about white American identitarian nationalism. There was still like a European component. But the European component was a little bit different because they called themselves indigenous rights activists.
because white people are indigenous to these European countries. In the United States, the argument was that white settlers had created America or whatever. Now, you were considered racist if you believe these things, but it wasn't just about the agenda and the policies. It was about how a lot of these activists would say, take a look at Sweden, take a look at Denmark, take a look at Norway. They would say, take a look at Japan. It's not so much that they were racist. So they'd claim they'd say that
The issue was homogeneity. Homogeneity? That when a nation was of those people, things were better. It's funny because of that idea, Trevor Noah has gone full alt-right. But don't take my word for it. Let me play the clip for you now. You hear it, and let's talk about it. I found myself wondering, and this applies to America, and then maybe it'll go to other places in a different way because Finland ties in. Do you think that integration...
was the right move. Like, and now I'm separating two things because I know in America, people are like, well, of course, I mean, there was racism and there was segregation. And I go, yeah, no, no, no, I'm separating them. Let's separate someone being oppressed and someone not being able to get a job and someone not being able to get a bank loan. Let's take all of those, the negative things away because I'll put myself out personally and say, I think
Whether we're talking about gifted kids who are anomalous, let's say to the norm, whether we are talking about, and I mean anything, anything that does not fit into a category,
I think part of the reason Finland is able to do it is because, have you been to Finland? I've been to Finland. You know who's in Finland? Finnish people. That's it. That's it. Yo, Trevor Noah was born in South Africa. And I want to be very careful here because in South Africa, they have the legal distinctions. They have white people, black people, and colored people. Those are the legal distinctions at the time. I don't know if they still use those. I believe they do.
Black person meant obviously you're black. Colored meant you were mixed race. Trevor Noah has written a book. He's got this book. What is this? Born a Crime, Stories from a South African Childhood.
He shares his earnest, wholehearted experiences growing up in South Africa, a series of conflicts on race, blah, blah, blah. But let's continue, sir. Continue. And because they're all Finnish, there's an idea of like, no, we all head in the same direction. We all know what our actions mean. And that's a really powerful thing I've learned in communicating with other people. When I'm in a room...
with anyone where we start to tie together multiple things. So if I'm in a room with black people, already there's like an implicit trust because we know what certain actions, words, and vibes mean. Bro, dude just said Finland works because Finnish people know what they want. And like, they can just identify each other. Then he goes on to say that when he's in a room with black people, there's an implicit trust.
Yo, that's wild. I guess I live in a very weird world away from all of these people. And I know that there's in-group, out-group bias, but I just want to stress for everybody,
I know you all know I'm from the south side of Chicago, but I just need to mention this because when we'd go to a party, there'd be like, it's the south side, bro. There's Hispanics, there's black people, there's white people, and there are some Asians and some Eastern European migrants. But like there was never a circumstance where I sat down in a room of only white people was like, oh, boy, I feel good now. Like that literally never happened. There was never an instance where I sat down in a room of all black people and I was like, oh, I'm in trouble. Never happened. Maybe it happened to him.
I don't know. Maybe it's just because I grew up in a racially diverse area. Don't get me wrong. Chicago is very racially segregated. But like, we didn't care. Yo, like, there's gangbangers of all races. The cops treated us all equally bad.
This is wild. And then you're in a room with another African. Ah, already. Now, even if you shout at me, I know what your shout means. The same way an Italian knows what an Italian shout means. Right. I know. So I'm prefacing it with a lot. Yes. It's a loaded question. Yes. But OK, let me just break that down for you. Shouting at someone. Trevor Noah just said if a black person shouts, he knows what he's saying the same way an Italian. Is that real? No.
Oh, man, because I don't live in that reality. You know, I've never lived in this reality where like I'd see a person like I don't walk up to a Korean guy and he goes, ah, and I'm like, I totally get that.
I don't have the ability to translate for white people and Asian people between each other simply because I have both. That literally makes no sense. There is no guttural primeval grunting that you can inherently understand based on race. Sorry, dude. I would love to know if you think integration was the right solution, maybe. Wow.
on the other side of, you know, what America, of civil rights. Yeah. No, I don't. And I don't think it's actually that controversial when...
if you understand that segregation and integration weren't the only options. Like those are, within those two options, it may seem like integration is the more progressive, like of course we don't want segregation. But again, when you're being integrated into institutions, into a culture that's a supremacist culture, that's a culture that feeds off of hierarchy, that feeds off of insecurity, anxiety, why are we being integrated into that?
So I would just like to point out this is not surprising to anybody who's tracked the ideologies of these leftist identitarians. It's why we have long said they are identitarian. That means that means government predicated upon the identity of individuals. Now, it typically refers to your race.
In the United States, we are American nationalists. Not literally everybody. The left doesn't seem to be. But what does that mean? It means you believe in your country. You believe the country should protect the interests of its citizens. That is the default. These people live in this crackpot world. Now, it's fascinating to see them advocating beyond where we already knew they were going into straight up racial nationalist ideas.
I would like to point out, and I mean this with all due respect to Trevor Noah and this woman. And although we don't share, actually, we share some race. Trevor Noah is mixed race. This woman appears also to be mixed race. Black people in the United States tend to be mixed due to the histories of the United States and the density of population.
There were people who were brought over from Africa on the slave trade, and then there were white people who had kids with them. Thomas Jefferson, notably, historically, had a lot of kids. We end up with many of what people consider themselves to be black actually do have white heritage. There was a famous story where there was some politician, and it turned out that she had an ancestor who was a slave owner. Conservatives mocked her, and they were like, ha-ha, look, you did your ancestry, and it
That's not an own. The left, that's entirely within their ideology. Like going to a woman who is to a degree like who is socially, you know, identifiably black. And it turns out that there's a slave owner in her lineage implies her family was abused mercilessly by that slave. That's not that's that's like that's not an own. That's like slavery was bad. Like the slaves were being raped. My point here is.
Trevor, Trevor, Trevor, I know you are mixed race. I, too, I'm a mixed race person. How in any reality could this guy now be arguing for segregation? He would not exist. He was born a crime. That's what he said in his book. My my my grandparents got together at a time of racial segregation and it was illegal. Loving v. Virginia, the Supreme Court case in 1967. It was illegal for people of different races to cohabitate. That was the norm.
Trevor, you would not exist. That's the point of your book. If we go back to racial segregation the way you describe, it's fascinating to me. And I understand a lot of the arguments made. Trevor Noah is not just black, but the for America, for the American people, because of the history of the slave trade. And once again, this Princeton professor who I presume to be at least to some degree, she has white ancestry.
Maybe I'm wrong. I don't know. But I'm pretty sure I'm not. I understand that – like I've heard the arguments and I get it. These are people who were brought here by force. Whatever the circumstances is, I know some people say the kingdoms of Africa sold them off. They were criminals and things like that. It doesn't matter. People were brought here against their will and then –
A culture was built up around this after the end of slavery. And that's why they say they identify themselves as black as opposed to, you know, with they say there's no white culture because each different white nation is distinct. Like you don't you wouldn't claim that Irish culture is the same as German culture. So it's not that's white. It's that it's, you know, German or Irish. The reason why the United States, they say they have a black culture is because after the end of the slave trade in the Civil War,
You the people who are brought here from the Atlantic slave trade or who are descendants of those people didn't know what nation they came from, what their traditions were. So it was literally just the black American experience. My point ultimately is this, bro. The end of segregation was extremely important.
And I know what he's saying. It's not about oppression. He's saying, should we have banks for black people by black people, banks for white people by white people? That's what we want. He's saying the problem with segregation in the past was that they basically said you could have a bank account. You can go to the school. No, no, no. We want it. He's saying he wants the races to be separate. That's a bad idea. Bro, you wouldn't exist. Ultimately, I find fascinating is that these people do have some white heritage, but do not identify with it in the least bit.
that I get for Americans, but not for a South African whose white ancestors presumably defied apartheid and segregation to have a child. I could be wrong about that. I mean, let's what is it born a crime implies he came from a white family and a black family heritage. He was considered illegal and had to live hidden from the government and society itself. Trevor would grow into the shadows without knowing his identity or who or what groups he belonged to.
Did he not have white family members that he related to and understood? He's saying in this interview, it's just absolutely nuts that he's like a black person could shout and he knows what they mean. Bro, don't you have white family? That's crazy to me. Now, I don't come from a direct Korean lineage.
My mom is half, so I'm 20% Korean, 5% Japanese, if you know what that means. And it was my grandmother who was Korean. So there's limited cultural understanding. Certainly we had some Korean food and some of it, but it's derivative. You know what I mean? For me...
There is some stuff like, you know, I go to on my mom's side. My uncle would make kimchi and things like that because, you know, he married a Korean woman. And there was some component of that I understood. There was no circumstance in which someone could grunt and I would understand them. But, you know, I digress. It's just the American experience was that we are all people of different backgrounds, but we learn to get along. That's what it was supposed to be. This guy where the left is going. It's a place I can't go. And I don't think anybody, any of us want to.
We want to be America first. And that means Asian, Latino, black, white or otherwise. As Tucker Carlson said, the interests of black Americans are the interests of Americans. When they tried claiming he was a racist, he was like, what? All right. He said that the interests of black Americans are the same as the interests of white Americans. Like you're an American, like you live here. His concern is not that white people are being replaced. It's that Americans are of any racial background.
You know, and what irks me is a lot about the left and the arguments they make when they say, like, this country was built by black people and things like that. I say this country was built by everybody who came and was here and contributed to it. The nation was built largely from white governmental and moral structures, but of course, through labor and slavery and then slavery.
Through the Civil War and the sacrifice of many people who were wrong, the North was still deeply racist. We all built this nation to varying degrees. It doesn't belong to any group. It belongs to Americans. Our history is our history together for better or for worse. Some people have bad history. Some people have better history. Some people are the descendants of Confederate slave owners who fought to maintain slavery. And they did. And some people are descendants of Union soldiers who fought to end it.
And some people are descendants of both. This country we inherit is built upon all of these conflicts together. And it's the interest of Americans. You know, it is wild, but not wholly unpredictable. Shout out to our friends on the left. We get it. You want racial segregation. You always did. And now they're just stepping out into the light. I'll leave it there, my friends. We got more segments coming up. Stick around. Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. And we will see you all in the next segment.
Over the past year, there's been a major story about Customs and Border Protection facilitating child trafficking and actively working, whether intentionally or otherwise, with cartels. Dr. Phil famously told The View that children are trafficked across the border and CBP agents knowing that those children will be sent into prostitution and slavery rings do so anyway,
They don't seem to care. Now, I have long advocated for the arrest of these individuals. The presumption people make is that these poor, bumbling CBP agents are going, oh, heavens me, Biden's making me do it. Even if that was the case, I say, lock them up, throw away the key. But it's so fascinating how people were so quick to give the benefit of the doubt that
To these CBP agents that have sometimes been caught sitting by doing nothing as criminal cartels, gangs and other individuals run across the border. We've seen those videos. James O'Keefe has one where a Border Patrol agent sitting there watching and they're just crossing the border. We've heard story after story of these agents bringing these people in, giving them rides to be sent across the country. It's all illegal.
These guys know it's all illegal. The argument that your boss ordered you to break the law is not an excuse. In fact, that just means you knew you were doing it. Story gets worse. When Dr. Phil exposed this, he wasn't the only one. Children have numbers written on their arms or hands. CBP agents call the number. No, it's a trafficking or slavery ring and say, well, child, right this way. Those people should be in prison.
And I'll say it again. The presumption was this poor CBP agent just didn't really know. What if they did? What if they were in on the take from the Daily Mail? Border agent accused of being a cartel member was arrested after wife's lifestyle raised major red flags. And it's funny. This didn't happen during the Biden administration.
But it happens during the Trump administration. Lavish trips, lavish trips to Dubai. Designer clothing for a federal border agent's wife were allegedly funded by a suspected membership of a Mexican drug cartel. Could it be, my friends, that the CBP agents on the border are in on the take and are taking money from cartels to traffic children? I ain't giving any of these people the benefit of the doubt. Benefit of the doubt. I ain't playing that game. Here you go. Fox News.
This is from just the other day. Mexico's Sinaloa cartel woven into U.S. communities, former DEA agent says. How about this one from American Military University? Mexican drug cartels have infiltrated the United States. How hard is it for people to believe that these agents on the border are members? Well, they're getting paid off. Tell me, for you all listening at home, what would it take for you to
to help a child sex trafficker, what would it take? Honest question. Honest question. You're sitting there minding your own business outside. Trafficker walks up and says, I want you to take this child and deliver them to where they will be enslaved. What would it take for you to do that? Oh, I already know what you're saying. You're saying I would never do anything like that. So ask yourself this question, understanding how you feel about it.
What do you think it took for CBP agents to do this every day? Come on. Could it be that Joe Biden told them to? Really? I mean, if your boss said, I'm sorry, like, let's say you're a car dealer and a guy comes in with a child who's crying and you know he's at the dealership for a handoff and your boss said, no, no, let him do it. Let him do it. Would you let him do it? I mean, it's a car dealership. I mean, like, what's going on? Let's say you're a cop.
And you watch a guy with a child and your boss says, I want you to let that trafficker take that child into slavery. Would you do it? How is it that I know all of you are saying I would never let that happen?
So when you understand how you feel about it, ask yourself what must be happening with the CBP agents that they were doing this. Could it be from February 18th, 2025, border agent accused of being cartel member? Could it be these people are actually a part of the smuggling ring? You know what? I'm going to pull this one up because I know a lot of people aren't going to believe it. They're going to be like, oh, I don't know, man. Is that let me let me pull up this story.
Dr. Phil, child trafficking. And here we go. Got to hear from Fox News on The View. Dr. Phil tells co-hosts of The View children crossing the border are being sent into prostitution and sweatshops. So how is it? Fox, fix your website. How is it? You tell me.
In stunning court testimony, Perez was accused of getting paid to let illegal immigrants and drugs into the U.S., but also of being a member of the cartel that was paying him. Federal prosecutors allege. Now, they're alleging this. We don't know for sure. But again, I'm going to ask, like, what does it take for someone to be like, I'm going to willfully allow this to happen to children? That's weird, huh? He would party in Juarez all the time with bodyguards, and him and his wife would always go on trips to Dubai and Vegas with all the designer clothes, a federal officer told Daily Mail.
Multiple witnesses said he belonged to the La Linea cartel in Mexico. An investigator with CBP's Office of Professional Responsibility testified at the court hearing in El Paso Thursday. While federal immigration agents are from time to time accused of taking money for letting immigrants on drugs through, it's rare to hear that a U.S. official is a part of a cartel. It's not very common, but at the same time, it doesn't surprise me.
Retired federal agent and cartel expert Robert Almonte told Daily Mail the cartels had been working on infiltrating law enforcement, state, local and federal, as well as our military. Perez, assigned to inspect people and cars trying to enter the U.S. from Mexico at a checkpoint at the Paso Del Norte International Bridge, was taken into custody on February 8th while he was on the job.
A photo of the arrest shows Perez, 32, in a navy colored uniform, blah, blah, blah. He pleaded not guilty to violating multiple immigration laws, including migrant conspiracy and drug smuggling. Prosecutors say he also conspired to take eight kilos of cocaine from El Paso to Louisiana and North Carolina. The now fired officer has allegedly been letting illegal immigrants through his inspection lane since December 2023 and making money off it.
He made $2,500 per illegal immigrant he let into the country. Perez admitted to investigators, according to testimony, smugglers bragged they had the officer in their pocket during intercepted phone calls. Prosecutors stated, adding that Perez made up to $400,000 since 2023 through human smuggling. So I just want to stress this again. This guy's being accused. It's not convicted. It's not proven yet. But the story goes, investigators believe a CBP agent was smuggling human beings.
How about that? With additional money, Perez and his wife lived like a drug lord. His co-workers had noticed after seeing extravagant internet posts made by his wife. Perez's wife deleted her social media accounts after her husband was taken into custody. The lifestyle presented in her posts appeared to be beyond what a CBP officer making $100,000 to $200,000 on a government salary could afford. I have an image of the man.
Perez not only partied in Juarez, but he lived there too. While he kept an apartment on the U.S. side of the border, he also rented a home on the Mexican side where he spent 80% of his time when he wasn't at work, prosecutors claimed. Federal agents are not allowed to live in Mexico unless they are assigned there, and most would consider it too dangerous. Prosecutors said Perez was always armed while in Juarez, even while he was sleeping, and that he was accompanied by security. As part of the testimony, investigators said they had photos of Perez and his armed goons in Mexico.
After his arrest, $18,000 in cash was found in his Juarez home. President ordered to remain in jail in El Paso, despite his lawyer's best effort to get him released on bond last week. He's now charged with multiple counts of federal human and drug smuggling charges and could spend life in prison if convicted. Amazing. Now, I don't know. I want to say it again. Innocent until proven guilty. Sure. The point is this. I am sick to my stomach seeing these stories.
we know children are being sold into slavery and CBP agents with smiles on their faces are facilitating this. As far as I'm concerned, if you're a rookie on the job and you started on day one and a child comes in crying and they say, oh, yeah, that kid's going into sex slavery. And if you at that point say, oh, well, boss told me to do it.
Congratulations. You just joined a criminal enterprise that is selling children into sex slavery and you should be in prison. Lock you up. Throw away the key. I don't get it. I do not understand how people have this knee jerk reaction to defend CBP. I see it on X. They're like, well, these guys are being forced through by Biden. It's not their fault. I don't care. I don't care. You ain't arguing to me. Nice try. Your words are meaningless. When a child comes in and a man hands them off, lock them up, lock them up.
And I know most people would probably argue for much worse. But I say, I don't care if you're law enforcement. I do not see cops as these glowing individuals floating on pedestals. They're people. And it's fascinating to me how many people are willing to make the assumption that the poor old officer didn't know what was happening. How about they're in on the take? How many of these guys are going to go, look, we were ordered by the ordered by the Biden administration just to bring them in.
And then we find out later they would stand by the by the border, stick their hand through the bollard fencing and receive a stack of cash. How many of them got paid to look the other way? When we see that video from James O'Keefe, where a border guard is sitting there watching the illegal immigrants and doing nothing. Why are we making the assumption these guys are good guys? There are good border agents. Absolutely. There was one video where a border agent stopped illegal immigrants, told him to turn around, and he got in trouble. I respect that man. But when you show me a video of them letting people come in,
I don't care if their response is going to be, well, they're not letting us do anything, so I have no choice. Then quit. Then quit. Instead of facilitating child trafficking and illegal immigration, quit the job. But what they're really saying is they would rather take the money from the government to obstruct our law enforcement efforts. You're a criminal. You're all criminals. Each and every one of these agents who knew what was happening and did nothing, each and every one of these agents who facilitated this or who stood back, took the paycheck and said, I won't enforce the law. They were all in on the take. I'm sick of it.
Well, the CIA is expanding drone flights over Mexico. There's going to be the U.S. trainings to deal with cartels. Trump ain't playing this game. Glad to see that there's efforts being taken. I don't know if this guy is guilty, but I'm glad to see that Trump has taken it seriously. I'll wrap it up there. We got more segments coming up in a little bit. Stay tuned and we will see you all shortly. This video going viral and it's from a meme, a story that was being told by someone who claims to have been either a European soldier or American soldier serving with European soldiers.
The video basically shows a bunch of training exercises and various troops basically making the argument that European soldiers suck and the American troops are way better. Well, I can't speak directly to what the militaries can or can't do, but I can tell you about how the governments and their actions make the U.S. better than Europe. Donald Trump has argued that we shouldn't be footing a bill for NATO. Some rumors circulate that he wants us out of NATO. And well,
Let me play this video for you, and then we'll talk about what their governments do versus what our government does. And let's just forget about the whole Biden administration. But we can talk about what the U.S. government largely does and why America as a nation is better militarily. And do we even need to make this video? There are a bunch of Europeans. There's what there's an article.
Where these British people are like, yo, the British crushed the U.S. Marines in a war game. And I'm like, okay, and? You want to talk about who wins a war? Let's play this game, baby, and talk about our troops versus your troops, as this video claims. But then I'll tell you my experience, not as anybody who's ever served or been involved in active wartime combat.
But as somebody who's been to conflict, crisis, crisis and conflict zones, as well as done hostile environment trainings. And so my experience is a bit different, but I can at least tell you what what we were warned of by actual European intelligence. Here's the video. Even compare U.S. soldiers to European soldiers in Iraq. French soldiers had a saying, you better pray that you have an American in your squad. Why?
One French soldier wrote about why, after coming back from Iraq. Americans are taller and stronger than Europeans. The average American is strong, very strong. The weakest American was stronger than the strongest soldier in the French units. Americans were impressive. If you were in trouble, you prayed that an American unit took up the radio call for help.
Why? When Americans picked up the call, their reply was simple. Sit tight, we are coming to get you. With Europeans, there were delays or logistical issues, but the Americans were fully committed to your rescue. It's in their blood. No man left behind. They came no matter how bad the situation was. And when they arrived, they knew more about the threats in the area than the unit in trouble that had been there for hours. There was also an amazing fact.
In all other forces, if an officer was taken out, you're taught to dig in or give up the position and retreat. Not the Americans. If an American falls, all hell breaks loose and they go on a rabid attack. If you harm an American, they are coming for you and very little will save you. Please follow. The scariest sound in combat is an American saying, oh, hell no. So there's a lot where it's, I think, kind of silly.
Um, whether or not Americans are taller, I mean, bro, I've been to Sweden, they're tall, but I don't know how much of the EU forces are comprised of Swedes and other Nordics, Norse individuals. But to be fair, you know, Sweden is not what it once was, nor is Norway or Finland. But, you know, whatever their Viking roots are there somewhere, I guess. What I can tell you is when I saw this video and they talked about how
A call comes in. You hope you have an American with you because when that call comes in, they say, sit tight. We're coming to get you. I can't speak for anybody who's actually served in Europe or in the United States or whatever. I can tell you my experience. My experience is very different because I did not, was never enlisted. I've never served anything. No, I've just done reporting in conflict zones.
The most conflicted zone I've probably been in would be the start of the Ukrainian conflict at Euromaidan, which in my experience, I was I got out right before the guns started going off. But there were some Molotov cocktails and they burnt down a building. Yo, crazy. They said fire like a records depot or whatever. And they toppled statues. I was in Egypt as they were actively shooting at each other. And I actually watched someone get killed and carried away.
It's not combat. It's very different. It's urban conflict and crisis. But as part of this experience, I was sent into hostile environment action trainings, heat courses, they call them hostile environment. That is, we were trained over a period of a few days by people, by veterans and people who worked intelligence in combat zones on what to expect and understand. Granted, this is not direct experience, so take it out with a grain of salt. But, uh,
I've told this story before, and I think, you know, we'll talk about it. What I find really funny here is one of the responses to this video that I posted was this person saying, our special forces run rings around yours, and that's a fact. And then they post the English flag. Here's a story from Yahoo News. Business insider, UK Royal Marines dominated US Marines in a desert battle simulation, prompting them to surrender less than halfway through. Report says, oh, wow. Wow.
The UK played a game and won a game. That's great. Congratulations on winning a game. Now, I got no beef with UK Royal Marines. Those guys are badass. I'm just saying, don't come at me, bro, and say like our troops are better because we played a game. The issue at play is your government. And I am proud to say Donald Trump is the guy who should be leading our wartime efforts. Now, he's negotiating peace right now with with with Putin.
They got Saudi Arabia there. We want to get these Ukraine talks done. Trump is a peacemaker, is a dealmaker, but he's also kind of nuts. Let me tell you about what it means to play a game. You got no risk. There's no there's no lethal threats or anything like this. So if the UK Royal Marines move in and dominate, hey, I respect that. I really do. But I want to stress when it comes to actual conflict, how do the governments operate? Here's my point. When I did hostile environment training, they said.
If you are if you are traveling into the Middle East and North Africa, here's what you need to know as an American versus a European. If you're an American, you're probably going to be fine if they're not going to be tracking you in the event you get kidnapped. Be wary of ISIS. They don't negotiate. However, typically the way the kidnappers and these terror cells work is they stalk the individual before kidnapping them. If they see a foreigner in their in their area, they believe to be a Westerner.
Usually when they discover that American, they back off and seek out someone else. However, if you're a European, notably German or Spanish, they will target and stalk you because the Spanish and German governments, especially, but most of European countries negotiate with terrorists and give in at a moment's notice. That is.
There are two ways to handle this, the American approach and the European approach. Now, I'll stress again, I didn't actually serve. Maybe I'm wrong. This is what they trained us on. We were forced to do these trainings for insurance purposes. They said, you see, the thing is, European nations want you back alive and well, so they will pay any ransom, negotiate any deal, turn over any prisoner to get you back safely.
In any circumstance, if you're kidnapped, your likelihood of being rescued is extremely high. Hang tight. We're coming for you.
That being said, ISIS was another story. They were like, ISIS is crazy. They will make a video of you. They're nuts. So there's things you should consider. Like that's your training, right? OK, Americans, the U.S. government will not negotiate with terrorists. The reason why they are less likely to try to kidnap you is that what ends up happening is when these guys in North Africa and the Middle East kidnap an American journalist or citizen or aid worker.
Within 24 hours at three in the morning, a bunch of guys jump out of a helicopter with night vision goggles and massacre the terror cell. The American strategy is if you touch our people, you will regret it. And they've created what they've created an environment where the bad guys are like, I am terrified of what it means if you get an American. And if they accidentally take an American, they're going to get out of here quick because we don't want the State Department dropping a bunch of guys on our rooftop.
However, if you're European, your weak government just says, please, please, we'll give you anything you want, which creates an incentive for them to actually kidnap you. It was fascinating when I was doing these trainings. The funny thing about it was they were like, we did a simulated training where it was a lot of fun and kind of silly. They we were going to interview the head of an extremist organization. So it's all simulate. It's all war games.
And we pull up in our SUV and they say, all right, everybody out. And as soon as we get out, gunshots go off. It was really funny because they were like, get on the ground. And the dude sitting in front of me in the SUV was a Marine combat vet who was going through this training, which he probably did not need. But for insurance purposes, they make you do it. And so me and this guy, because we're not morons.
We were told by the trainers, do whatever you want to do. They were like, hey, simulation, do whatever you want to do. So what did we do? As soon as we heard them yell, we bolted for dead ground, took cover, cleared the area. And me and this guy are sitting by the tree some like 300 yards away. And we hear, you guys are dead. And we both laughed. And he was like, I ain't dead. And I was like, my man. I was like, dude, I understand what they're trying to say, right?
The point of the exercise was to get kidnapped or whatever. But they told us to do whatever we wanted to do. And me and this guy and this guy knew what he was doing. We escaped instantly. It's like, bro.
You're telling us we're going in to interview a guy who's running a terrace. That was the simulation, meaning we have contingency set up. When we were pulling up to the location, we were looking for where the dead ground was. For those who don't know what that means, it means so like if there's a hill, you're at an angle to which the person on top of the hill can't see you. So you're in dead ground. That's what they called it, whatever. So as we're pulling up, me and homie are already checking our exits, right?
Anyway, they yell, you guys are dead. And then me and him are like, screw that. I ain't going like we won. And then they're like, no, no, seriously, guys, we're doing an exercise. You got to come back. And we were like, oh, OK, whatever. So we walk back, climb up the hill and they were like, we're doing a training. So we need you involved in it. It's for the you know, you have to do it.
They end us keeping us held for like four hours. It was pretty wild. They put a bag over your head, stand you up against the wall, and then you just hear weird noises, saws grinding, and you just stand there. That's all you did. Hands behind your back. They had us in this situation.
They then grabbed people one at a time and brought them into a room. It was it was is totally fun. I you know, it was a lot of fun. I imagine that if we did like a recreational kind of hostile and not recreational, but amateur. Typically, these programs don't let anybody just come in because they're expensive and everybody wants to do them to claim they did. Usually a big client has to pay for it. But it was a lot of fun to go through these trainings and these scenarios and learn this stuff. At least I enjoyed it. And so they had us.
They had me sitting at a table. They also told me not to tell anybody what we did. I don't know. It was 10 years ago. Sitting at a table and there was a lamp right at my head level. My hands are tied behind my back.
They sit me down. They pull the bag off my head. And there's three guys in front of me. I can't see anything. And they start they say, who are you? What are you doing? And I said, my name is Tim Poole. I'm a journalist. I work for this company who sent me here. I'm here to interview. And then they said, you work for the CIA. Who's your hand? I said, I don't work for the CIA. I'm a journalist. And I was like, I don't know what you want me to say. I was like, I know I tell you what I what I can say.
And then they put the bag over my head. They stand me up, walk me out of the room, put me up against the wall. You know, this was really cool. And then it was like seriously four hours, this whole thing of just standing straight up. They're yelling. All of a sudden we hear a bang. The door breaks open and we hear a bunch of dudes on the ground now on the ground. And I have no idea what's happening. And I'm just standing there, pitch black bag over my head. And then you hear yelling. You hear what I assume are like simulated gunshots or whatever.
And then because we were in a building and then next thing we know, it goes quiet. And then we hear a guy say, United States, whatever, like, you know, army, you're being rescued. Everybody stay calm. Stay where you are. We'll be taking out one at a time. And then they brought us out one at a time. And then there were the guys running the simulation geared up with, you know, like fake weapons, orange tips on them and stuff. And then they were like, that was a simulation. This is what a rescue would be like. They told us that.
Usually hostages are rescued. It's extremely likely, especially for Americans. They said, look, man, the State Department doesn't mess around. If an American is captured, there is a fear that they will escalate tactics against Americans if we don't react. So I've had friends who have done like I have. Obviously, I have friends who have done combat missions, but I've had friends who were journalists who.
who had been in the Middle East and were like, it's crazy. I almost didn't believe it. But I've had friends who are reporting from the Middle East when they got when their location was compromised and they were at risk of death. The State Department actually sent a helicopter. And I'm like, but you don't know them like you're just a journalist. Like it's like, you know, we put out word. Someone made a call and a helicopter rushed out like.
The U.S. military has assets in the area. There's people on mission. An American is in danger. They do a sweep. We got out of there. I don't think they, like, actually picked him up in a helicopter, rescued him. But the State Department sent in a helicopter, and then they were able to get— It's been—man, this has been 14 years. But I was like, really? Some of my friends have done work through NGOs, doing, like, aid missions, journalistic endeavors, where they've been embedded with some of these companies. And the U.S. don't mess around. So anyway—
When I saw this video about U.S. troops versus European, I was like, I can't actually speak to like what European troops are doing or like. I can only tell you what they trained us on. And, you know, they should have trained us that if you're a European, their government's going to bend over backwards. So they're kidnapping you. Now, maybe the Royal Marines are better at what they do when it comes to these war games. But my question then becomes, if your government can't operate with tact and aggression,
What does it matter if the troops are good, if your leadership is bad? Now, I can tell you, I look at the European governments. They ain't all that great. They're dysfunctional. Not like the U.S. is not. But America is a bit aggressive. And I think everybody can agree. So I was going to say, I have tremendous respect for all who serve their nation.
I get it. I understand what the bad guys, the nations we don't like, troops serve their nation. For our European allies, man, I have nothing but respect for those who serve. And these guys are tougher than stone. Look, I'm nobody, right? I'm not going to sit here and pretend I got anything on the UK Royal Marines. Those are badasses. I'm just saying our American troops are better than European troops. That's all. I'll leave it there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you all tonight at TimCast IRL. And, you know, have fun.
