Ladies and gentlemen, we have major breaking news. Phase one of the Epstein files have been released to a handful of prominent personalities. Many have already been discussing the issue in this image. We can see higher right check.

lives at TikTok, DC Drano, Liz Wheeler, Mike Cernovich, and there are others. Jack Posobiec, I believe, has been talking about this. Ladies and gentlemen, I'm going to say it. I believe the FBI has gone rogue. We have been provided a letter from an unnamed source.

And it appears that elements of the federal government are intentionally hiding the Epstein documents to prevent them from being released. This is a degree of shocking. I cannot begin to describe. I'm not going to bury the lead or wait. I've got it right here. This letter, again, provided to me from an unnamed source.

Office of the Attorney General, Washington, D.C., 20530, February 27th, 2025. Let me read you this shocking, shocking letter that reads, Dear Director Patel, be

Before you came into office, I requested the full and complete files related to Jeffrey Epstein. In response to this request, I received approximately 200 pages of documents, which consisted primarily of flight logs, Epstein's list of contacts, and a list of victims' names and phone numbers. I repeatedly requested... I'm sorry.

I repeatedly questioned whether this was the full set of documents responsive to my request and was repeatedly assured by the FBI that we had received the full set of documents. Late yesterday, I learned from a source that the FBI field office in New York was in possession of thousands of pages of documents related to the investigation and indictment of Epstein. Despite my repeated requests,

The FBI never disclosed the existence of these files. When you and I spoke yesterday, you were just as surprised as I was to learn this new information. By 8 a.m. tomorrow, February 28th, the FBI will deliver the full and complete Epstein files to my office, including all records, documents, audio and video recordings and materials related to Jeffrey Epstein and his clients, regardless of how such information was obtained.

There will be no withholdings or limitations to my or your access. The Department of Justice will ensure that any public disclosure of these files will be done in a matter to protect the privacy of victims and in accordance with the law. As I have done my entire career as a prosecutor, I am also directing you to conduct an immediate investigation into why my order to the FBI was not followed.

You will deliver to me a comprehensive report of your findings and proposed personnel action within 14 days. I appreciate your immediate attention to this important matter. I know that we are both committed to transparency for the American people, and I look forward to continuing to work with you to serve our president and our country. Ladies and gentlemen, excuse me.

I cannot say it any more clearly. I see this and my immediate reaction is there are rogue criminal elements in the FBI acting outside the structure of our government. That is it. We have elected a president. He has a

He has gotten them confirmed. His cabinet members, they have given lawful orders to our law enforcement federal apparatus, and they have denied the attorney general of these United States access to information pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein and his criminal enterprise. The question is why this letter says to me so much that it that it doesn't need to happen.

It says, Dear Director Patel, I want to stress this. I repeatedly questioned whether this was the full set of documents responsive to my request and was repeatedly assured by the FBI that we had received the full set of documents. She says they learned later that the field office in New York was in possession of thousands of pages and they never disclosed them. And she is saying, I want an investigation as to why they did not.

This is the FBI field office in New York. This is I would I believe. Let me let me let me pull this up. I want to I want to make sure I'm getting the location right. FBI field office, New York. I believe that's that's in Manhattan. They have numerous field offices in New York. This is let's see the FBI building. I'm pretty sure it's it's New York.

It is this is the Southern District of New York. I don't know how much this overlaps, but these are the same. This is New York. This is where Donald Trump was falsely convicted, falsely accused of what was it? Civil fraud by the state. It's the same place that went after James O'Keefe. This is insane. I have no words.

Now, in this letter that it appears, I believe it's written by Pam Bondi. I want to make sure I get this all right. It says, Dear Patel, Office of the Attorney General. Right, right. So this presumably is Pam Bondi, the Attorney General. And considering it says, I am directing you, it has to be Cash's boss.

By 8 a.m. tomorrow, February 28th, the FBI will deliver the full and complete Epstein files to my office. Now, this is important. The letter is saying before Patel was confirmed, she made the request. They denied it. And now she's saying, Cash, when you get in, you get me these files. I don't know what's going to happen, but we have long discussed. We have long discussed that they are not simply going to look at this photo. They are not simply going to roll over.

Ladies, look at that suit. DC Drayna wearing that fine suit. This is history. The Epstein files being released. I have a declassified, declassified. This is going to be huge.

So I'm currently talking with several of the individuals. As you know, they've all been on Tim Kess IRL. D.C. Drano, Libs of TikTok, Liz Wheeler, Mike Cernovich. Shout out. You guys are doing amazing work. I love the hat in the background, by the way. Trump was right about everything. Jack Posobiec. This is incredible stuff. So we're talking with the individuals who are here. We want to get them on the show. It would be an honor and a privilege. We would be only so lucky if they would join us and help us

be a part of history and bring this news to you. I am fairly confident we're moving in this direction. My friends, the implications of this letter

That has been that has been released is terrifying and shocking, and I don't know how they're going to deny this. How is the corporate press or the neoliberal establishment going to justify that the FBI is actively subverting the orders, the lawful orders of the attorney general of these United States? There's a viral clip going around of Scott Jennings on CNN. You got to see it.

The panelists are saying that Trump is going to take control of the military. What they're saying, he's going to put people in control who then defy the Constitution. And Scott Jennings says, what do you mean? Trump is the president. He is in control of the military. He's the commander in chief. Why are you saying he'd put someone else in charge? Who is he going to put in charge?

The way these people are behaving, they view the duly elected government right now as an outside force undermining their will. This is a Senate confirmed attorney general instructing the FBI who has gone rogue. Now, I can't speak for the entirety of the FBI. There's a bunch of different offices. But the New York field office hiding thousands of documents is shocking.

Now, what are they going to say? They're going to say, oh, they never they never got the order. It's a misunderstanding. Absolute BS. And we all know it. Over this past week, people have been demanding the release of these files. And we had a breaking story just the other day. This is going to be huge news. My this is crazy. This is crazy.

We had a breaking story. Michael Schellenberger said a whistleblower was telling him that federal employees were destroying evidence related to Epstein in real time. And they were saying, get the information out now. People were tweeting at Pam Bondi being like, Pam, what's taking so long? As we can now see, it appears at least Pam Bondi has been trying, but has been obstructed by rogue elements at the FBI in New York.

Could this be where they were destroying evidence? I think it is going to be shocking when we when we see who is on these client lists, who is in these videos. Now, a lot of people let they say, oh, Donald Trump, Donald Trump. I don't think Donald Trump will be putting in Pam Bondi. And I got to be honest, if Trump were actually in it, you think the FBI field office would try and hide that information?

No, I think Trump's been largely honest about his interactions with the man that everybody partied with him. And then when he figured out what was going on, not entirely, but when he saw him hitting on some young woman, get out of my party, do you creepo? And said, no, RFK Jr. and Trump have both flown on Epstein's private jet. But that doesn't mean that just because they flew on his jet that they were involved. They weren't their families. It does mean I ain't giving anybody a free ride. If you flew on his jet, I got questions for you.

And maybe it's simple as my plane was working. I got a free ride. Maybe I think they should all be investigated. They put up this client list. These these people, these liberals like, oh, yeah, Trump might. I don't care who's on it. It should not be withheld for any reason. I don't care if Santa Claus himself is on that list. You publish that information. You get it to the American people. The implications of this letter and this story is earth shattering. It is massive. Yo.

I know we all largely suspected and knew this, but this is a criminal conspiracy to obstruct the functioning of this government. This is sedition as far as I can as beyond anything I could imagine. I'm freaking out. I'm freaking. I just got an unnamed source has disclosed this letter to me. I'm freaking out.

Ladies and gentlemen, stay tuned. We've got one more segment coming up for you, probably much less massive as this one, but it is going to be a wild night tonight. Timcast IRL. Don't miss it. Follow me on X and Instagram. We got more coming. Stay tuned and we'll see you all then.

So this story just broke over nights and it is massive. The Trump administration, the Pentagon are ordering the removal of all transgender military service men and women, of which there are some many, I believe, are officers. They put out statements saying that thousands of transgender men and women serve in the U.S. military and they're able to do their jobs.

There are some exceptions, exemptions that are being offered up in this new filing, saying that if the individual who is trans now adheres to their biological sex and for 36 months does not do anything that would show transition or gender dysphoria.

They're allowed to stay. Of course, activists are losing their minds. There's already a lawsuit in place because Trump has tried to do this before. In the first Trump term, he actually tried making this move and was barred from doing so. But eventually, the Supreme Court said, actually, you know what? He can do it. Before it ever went into full effect, Biden got in office and reversed this policy. Trump is wasting no time. And the Pentagon is making this move. I believe this may largely have to do with Pete Hegseth.

This is massive, my friends. We have so many stories right now pertaining to the gutting of woke ideology and the dramatic cultural reformation in government and our institutions. But it didn't just start with government. It started with Bud Light. For a long time, we've been dealing with woke creep expanding through our institutions. In another story that we have for this show, Chris Ruffo talked to the whistleblower at the NSA who says there's a transgender cult at the NSA. Well...

Based on those secret kink chats that were recently uncovered, these individuals may be about to lose their job or may already have. Now, why is this? Well, I suppose the question isn't so much why is this happening? We know why it's happening. But what is happening? We also have another story for you. A transgender individual was arrested with explosives for apparently trying to bomb a Tesla dealership. This is how crazy things are getting right now.

I don't know what's going on. You know, you got stories about transgender cults or whatever. I just want to say some people are crazy. Some crazy people exist. They're violent, ideological extremists. They exist. And, you know, the one thing I just want to, man, you know, I don't I don't know how we how we navigate this one in a clean way. I really, really don't.

Because you've got arguments being made about diagnosed mental disorders, mind altering drugs and whether or not you could be qualified to work in these industries to serve in the military. There's real questions being asked by health professionals. Now that the HHS, the Trump administration and basically our entire government says there are only two sexes. The question then becomes, how does sexism?

The censorship industrial complex handle this. Right now, we're live streaming on Rumble and YouTube. This podcast will appear on all podcast platforms, and clearly they all have different rules. TikTok has banned this show as of the past couple of days. That's right. TikTok will not let us discuss these issues. TikTok is the most censorious platform, and Trump is wrong for supporting them.

We try to do a show where we say, hey, this is a serious, serious questions about what it means of a diagnosed mental disorder. TikTok says you're banned. Facebook will also ban you, despite what Mark Zuckerberg says. Second most censorious platforms, Instagram and Facebook, all of meta's properties. YouTube, actually not the worst, surprisingly, but still very bad. And then, of course, X and Rumble, the best. Rumble's Rumble is the best.

You know, Rumble's got people on there I really don't like, but they don't interfere with content production and opinions. The question becomes, as we're now dealing with an administration that is outright saying no to these ideas, medical experts on vaccinations, how will YouTube handle this? Because I got something to tell you, my friends. YouTube censorship policies pertaining to COVID, vaccination, gender dysphoria, etc.,

would now fly in the face of official government guidelines. So when YouTube says you've got to adhere to what the CDC and the WHO say, it's like, OK, well, the CDC under Trump says this. What's it going to be? Now, Jeff Bezos recently sent a memo to The Washington Post saying from now on, our editorial guidance is two ideas, personal liberty and free markets. We'll see if he actually means that the woke lunatics who work at The Washington Post are foaming at the mouth, losing their minds.

But we have challenging questions that need to be addressed. And I assure you, I don't think YouTube is ready to to adhere. They still prop up liars, cheaters and thieves and people who push absolute lies about these issues. But I wonder, I really do. Now, we try to keep things academic and family friendly. And what I mean by academic is that, you know, I'm not going to call someone a very aggressive insult.

We try to keep it academic, as it were. In such, I would refer to someone as cognitively impaired or developmentally disabled instead of calling them something more crass. YouTube tends to be OK with that. Axe really doesn't care, but access to have its boundaries. Facebook and TikTok will nuke you in two seconds. So the question for this story, what are the what are the reasons for which a trans person cannot serve in the military based on the guidelines of the U.S. government and the perception of existing trans

government medical infrastructure and guidance. Because I'm going to tell you, if I were to come out and tell you, and I'm going to, when I do, what the government of the United States, as of now, thinks of people suffering gender dysphoria, well, if I were to say what I'm going to say, if I were to say that three years ago, Instaban, well, they give you a warning, they take your video down. You can't say that. Okay, well,

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is head of HHS. The Trump administration has already issued their issued their executive orders. So are you saying that we have to defy government guidance on these issues? I would not be surprised if that's the game they play.

But I got to be honest, I also wouldn't be surprised if they kind of back off because nobody wants the IRS breathing down their neck. I don't know. As Trump is also dismantling a bunch of IRS offices, maybe they're not so worried about it. But the regulators still exist. So this one is going to get interesting. My friends, we're going to break down all of these stories before we do. Make sure you head over to cast brew dot com. Pick up some focus with Mr. Bocas.

You know, it's a standard espresso blend that people were requesting, and Mr. Bocas passed. He was our little mascot. Mr. Bocas Pumpkin Spice Experience was meant to be a silly name, and we've discontinued it. There are still a few K-Cups and bags that remain for our Cast Brew Coffee Club members who are already signed up. But we launched the In Memoriam Focus with Mr. Bocas, which was recommended by one of our members.

And it's been selling really well. We also have Misty Mountains, which is a really cool bag, by the way. I love this. Costa Rican blend. Look at that one. And everyone's favorite Appalachian Nights. Ian's Graphene Dream will be back in stock in about a week. And don't forget to go to boonieshq.com. Now, I'm going to say this. Only the most based are allowed to buy the 28th Amendment skateboard. Because if you are not woke or red-pilled on chickens, then this skateboard is not for you.

The 20th Amendment is my silly idea that the right to keep bear and breed chickens shall not be infringed. It's drafted to look like old timey constitutional amendment writing with a little doodle of a silly little rooster. And that's Roberto Jr. Rest in peace to Roberto Jr. But.

But pick up the skateboard. Everybody who's got a chicken coop should absolutely have this hanging up and demand and defend your right to keep barren breachings. And I mean this seriously. There are a lot of jurisdictions that are trying to ban chicken ownership, and I reject that. Recently, I think Arizona passed a law saying you cannot ban chickens. You're allowed to have them even in urban areas based.

The Pentagon plans to kick out currently serving trans service members.

who don't meet specific requirements under its new policy, according to official guidance made public in a Wednesday court filing.

Service members who have a current diagnosis or history of or exhibit symptoms consistent with gender dysphoria will be processed for separation from military service. This is a memo outlining the policy, which was signed by the official performing the duties of the undersecretary of defense for personnel and readiness. The memo was included in a court filing as part of an ongoing lawsuit or the Pentagon's policy.

I feel like there's no reason to ask the audience, but I will because I know the answer. If you agree with this policy, give me a one. If you disagree, give me a two in the chat and or in the comment section. If you're watching later, one like equals one more ban. Let's go. You know, usually you'll see people who somewhat do disagree. And I think there are some people who do disagree with this one as well.

There are this is the debate. This is the debate. There absolutely are trans people, though suffering from gender dysphoria, who are of sound mind enough to perform their duties. And the reason why I say enough is because it is it is a literally diagnosed mental disorder. OK, that is not my opinion, nor is it meant to deride anyone. It's a fact. That being said.

I think what we're seeing now is a general sentiment among majority of the country that if you are suffering from a mental disorder that alters your mind in any way, you should not be in positions of law enforcement, wielding weapons or or in the military, let alone flying planes. Recently, it's all ones, all ones in the chat.

Recently, and smash the like button if you also agree. Recently, there was a story about these Delta airlines and wokeness and all-female flight crews and things like this. Well, some people pointed out that, I think it might have been Delta, I'm not sure. Some of these airlines have promoted transgender flight crew. A question from this arises. An individual who is suffering from diagnosed gender dysphoria and is prescribed medication

These treatments are, and this is, again, I'm not giving you my opinion on this one. These are considered to be mind-altering drugs, prescribed for whatever reason, and that's fine if you think they should be. Many people think they should not be. The point is, doctors and the guidance they give is that these medications will alter your mind. Testosterone will make you more aggressive. It actually triggers euphoria as well. That's crazy.

One of the things that doctors warn female patients is that upon taking testosterone, they will get bouts of euphoric feeling. It's really interesting. And of course, with estrogen, men who take estrogen will experience mood swings,

I'm going to say it again for all you on the back. That's not my opinion. This is the statements on the effects of these drugs that are given when people are given cross-sex hormones. Now, do we allow people who are currently using mind-altering drugs to be in any position or any job? The answer is we don't. Of course not. But there are some tasks people do, a lot of jobs people do, when they are on, say, antidepressants or some kind of mind-altering prescribed medication. They're going to say, okay,

The department only recognizes two sexes, male and female. The policy memo says an individual's sex is immutable, unchanging during a person's life. All service members will only serve in accordance with their sex. The policy guidance follows an executive order signed by President Donald Trump in January, directing the Pentagon to implement its own policies that say trans service members are incompatible with military service.

It's unclear how many transgender individuals there are that serve in the military. In 2018, an independent research institute estimated there were 14,000 transgender troops serving. Wow, man, this is going to have an absolutely massive impact. Call it whatever you want, but the wave is not done. Trump, his cabinet meeting. Did you see this? All these heavy hitters, Elon Musk, RFK Jr., Tulsi Gabbard, Trump, they're all sitting there talking.

Changes are coming. It is like a steamroller ironing out the wrinkles of a giant fabric just in real time, flattened steam rolling.

We'll go. Let's let's let's read some more about my friends. Also, don't forget to share this show. Take the URL right now. Post it wherever you can. It's the most important thing you can do to help the show. If everybody who was watching right now copied the URL, shared it with their friends, joined the discord and just generally encourage people to watch. This would be the biggest show in the world. If you think it should be, then please consider sharing the show now. Let's read some more.

The exception for applicants removal from military service are if there is a compelling government interest that directly supports war fighting capabilities. And if the individual is willing to adhere to all standards associated with the applicant's sex, that is to say 99% transgender service members, you're gone. They're firing, they're discharging you. However,

If there is somebody who is transgender and is in a position that they need, then they're saying drop the trans stuff. No more medication. Adhere to your biological sex and you can keep your position. That is, Trump is saying outright they are willing to let you go even if there's a compelling government interest. They would rather see you leave the military than have you serve while undergoing treatment for gender dysphoria.

A service member will also be able to be retained if they demonstrate 36 consecutive months of stability in their sex with no clinically significant distress or impairment. If they can prove they have never attempted to transition to any sex other than their sex, and if they're willing to adhere to all applicable standards relating to their sex, that is to say, anybody who's done any kind of transition in any way, you're gone. Anybody who has talked to a doctor or been diagnosed, so long as they don't actually try to transition, they're going to be fine.

The document detailing the Pentagon's new policy emerged in a court filing as part of a legal challenge to Trump's executive order. During recent hearings in the case, U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes said the executive order is arguably rampant with animus, signaling she could be inclined to rule in favor of several trans service members and two trans individuals hoping to join the military who brought the lawsuit last month.

But raise an appointee of Biden agreed to hold off on deciding whether to indefinitely block the order until she saw the department's official guidance implementing it. More written legal arguments from both sides will be submitted in the coming days. And the judge is set to hold another hearing in the case later this month. A similar ban by a similar ban Trump issued in 2017 drew at least four lawsuits arguing the prohibition represented an unconstitutional form of sex discrimination.

Federal district courts across the nation temporarily blocked the ban from being implemented. But the Supreme Court eventually let the ban take effect in 2019 without ruling whether it was constitutional. Biden reversed Trump's policy in 2021. My friends, I do not believe it makes sense to say.

Telling people that are suffering from a diagnosed DSM five mental disorder, OK, saying they are unfit for a certain job is not sex discrimination. If anything, it would violate the ADA. That is Americans with Disabilities Act. I am not trying to be mean.

Trump and many, many people on the right, whatever they're saying, if you are suffering from a diagnosed DSM five condition, you are unfit for service has nothing to do with sex. The fact the Supreme Court ruled that identity is linked to Title nine of the Civil Rights Act pertaining to sex discrimination is insane. OK, absolutely insane. They said personal identity is the same thing. It's not.

And that's when the Supreme Court goes rogue. The Pentagon's new policy is far stricter than the policy under the first Trump administration's ban, which allowed troops who had joined before the policy took effect to be grandfathered in and continued serving. The policy made public on Wednesday directed that service members being separated will be considered non-deployable until they are removed from service.

It also says no funds from the Department of Defense Department will be used for any surgical procedures relating to sex assignment surgery, genital reconstruction surgery as treatment for gender dysphoria or newly initiated cross sex hormone therapy. Air Force Master Sergeant Logan Ireland, who has served openly as trans for about a decade, said.

resisted the DOD's argument that trans service members are not compatible to military standards or national security interests. Quote, thousands of transgender service members like me currently occupy critical roles, many requiring years of specialized training and expertise. Removing us would create significant operational gaps that could take over a decade to fill, undermining the readiness and effectiveness of the armed forces. Well, the argument from the Trump administration is that you are already undermining the effectiveness of the armed forces. So,

That's a moot point. And I get I get the argument, but quite literally, they're arguing the exact same thing. It's not an argument. It's moot. It's zero. The policy changes will also impact transgender recruits, including some who are separate from the military under Trump's first administration due to their identities. Among them is Riley Ryan, who was discharged from the Air National Guard under Trump's first administration. After Biden struck down the first ban, Ryan enlisted with the army and had been scheduled to ship out for basic training in March.

Going through a second time is very hurtful, Ryan said earlier this month after his basic training was put on hold following Trump's executive order. After receiving news of the Defense Department's policy on Wednesday, Ryan said he is both surprised and deeply disappointed. We have fought this before and we're ready to fight this again, Ryan said.

That is to say, it appears Ryan is biologically female. And this matters. OK, I don't accept that how the media plays this stuff. Man and woman, as reported, needs to be factual on paper. You know, Ben Shapiro made this point. It's a good point. He said that in public, say Blair White is sitting at a table and someone asked where you're sitting. Ben would say with her over there.

Now, he knows Blair is male. Sorry, Blair, for always singling you out. But, you know, we're friends. Everybody's friends with you. So you're always the example of having friends on the right. But, you know, and Ben did say this. I think he was talking to Blair about it, that it's too confusing and complicated to explain to someone why that person who clearly looks female is actually male. However, on paper, he would say he him and his and man or otherwise. And that's because we're talking about facts. And you know what? He's completely correct.

There's a reason why this matters. And it's this Fox News and ABC. And this is a major story breaking this morning. ABC News writes woman caught trying to plant explosive devices at Tesla dealership. Fox News says woman arrested after explosives discovered at Tesla dealership. No, no.

It was a man. If they want to put trans woman was arrested, that's fine, too. But this is undiscerniblely a biological male with facial hair who was trying to bomb a Tesla dealership. The reason we know these facts is because it matters. OK, let's say the police put out an APB. Be on the lookout. And they said a woman.

with long hair, with purple highlights, people are going to be looking for a female. Okay. There's a reason why in the news, we describe people and things as what they are to properly inform. Now, as for the trans military thing, we'll show you some of the comments from the left here over at the transgender subreddit, where they mentioned that they're going to be removing all these individuals. The top comment says,

So it may not feel an upside just yet. But first, push to find each other facing the same situation. Find others who are being removed. Plan together. Consolidate. Help fellow trans folk prepare and keep each other alive. Keep each other alive? I mean, I hope everyone's getting the help they need. But this is actually one of the big main points of the argument. The constant, persistent threat of suicide from these individuals, I believe, is one of the principal reasons why the Trump administration is saying they are not fit for duty.

It is these people are consistently saying we want certain provisions. We want certain things. Otherwise, they say that they will take their own lives. Now, that's that's not how you treat people who are depressed or threatening their own lives. We have something called a 5150 involuntary hold on individuals who are a threat to themselves or others. Anyone, in my opinion, and I mean it, who publicly announces they intend to harm themselves needs to be threatened.

Like, I don't know how you handle it, but restrained for some time. And I straight up mean that I'm saying, like, if you go out publicly and scream that you're going to harm yourself, we got to stop you. We don't want you to lose your life. OK, we don't want you harming others. But more importantly, we don't want to harm yourself. But we see this consistently across the board. And it is the top comment. It is the top comment. They're threatening suicide once again. OK, well.

I think the Trump administration is making this argument and they're going to I mean, people need to be 51 50. OK, and I'm not being mean. OK, this is compassion. Anybody for any reason who is screaming to harm themselves needs to be put in a situation where they cannot do that, because the worst thing imaginable is that you've got a friend. I mean, I want you to imagine this.

Someone sends you a message about threatening self-harm and you say, oh, they're being dramatic and you ignore it. And the next day when you wake up, you hear from other people, from friends or the news or whatever, maybe that person took their life and you know you could have said or done something. OK, this is why we have 5150. And I'm not a big fan, to be completely honest. The idea of the government's going to involuntarily hold or detain somebody seems very constitutional, unconstitutional, as it were.

But then there's also extenuating circumstances. So in an instance where someone publicly states their intent, then, yeah, I think we have a duty as good, moral, compassionate Americans, humans, nay, humans, to say, look, we're going to make sure you can't, okay? Be that a padded room or a straitjacket, whatever it may be, you need to calm down. Because I'll tell you this. They interviewed people who jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge. Most people who do it don't make it.

Of the people who did and survived, they said, what was the first thing that went through your mind when you jumped? 100% said they regretted jumping. And as they were falling, they realized all of their problems were solvable except having just jumped off this bridge. No joke. The moment the individual who was contemplating harming themselves came to the realization that they had done it, they regretted it instantly. And that's why we intervene.

We cannot have a population of individuals threatening to harm themselves. And instead of helping them affirm, I mean, that is horrifying. Imagine if somebody was saying that they wanted to eat pennies. It's called PICA, another DSM-5 diagnosis. And instead of saying, we're going to physically stop you from eating pennies. And I bring this up because this is an actual thing. There are people who eat coins. I'm not exaggerating. We physically stop them from doing it. Now, here's the crazy story.

from ABC News. I'm not going to say, oh, I'm going to give you the facts. A male in Colorado has been arrested after police caught him with explosives at a Tesla dealership, though ABC is saying a woman and her. The 40-year-old suspect, Lucy Grace Nelson, was arrested on Monday after the Loveland Police Department launched an extensive investigation on January 29th following a series of vandalizations with incendiary devices at the Tesla dealership in Loveland, Colorado, according to a statement from the police released on Wednesday.

On Monday evening, Nelson returned to Loveland, Tesla, while in possession of additional incendiary devices, along with materials attributed to vandalism. Detectives apprehended Nelson prior to further damage occurring. Nelson was immediately arrested and booked into the Larimer County Jail for being charged with explosives and incendiary devices use during a felony. I'm doing during during felony. OK, during felony. OK, there you go.

Criminal mischief and criminal attempt to commit a class three felony, authorities said. She was issued with a $100,000 cash surety bond following the charges. This is a male, by the way. The Loveland Police Department continues to work closely with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Denver Field Division, with federal charges likely to follow. We got to stop. OK, Fox News woman arrested. Is this a joke? Alexandra Koch?

Come on. Did your editors make you title it this? For what reason is Fox News lying to people? I'm going to say it again. This is fake news. 100% fake news. On X right now. Let me, let me, let me. Let's, let's, let's pull this up. I've got this somewhere on my, on my X. I want to pull this up. There's a community note on this one. Let me see what we have. Somebody, somebody posted this. I think I said something like, um,

What is this one? Dismiss DEI. Lots of news. I said, ABC, you accidentally put the wrong picture. And someone replied, where's the... You know, there was a community note. Here we are. Here we are. Got a community note right here for you guys to look at. Let's see. So this is a community note that exists on X. It says...

This person arrested was a biological male trans activist born as Justice Thomas, Justin Thomas Nelson, not a woman. The headline is inaccurate and misleading. So this is from Andy. No, a radical Trantifa activist, as they call themselves, has been arrested in Loveland, Colorado, for allegedly carrying out a series of violent attacks on Tesla property using incendiary devices.

Lucy Grace Nelson, a man, has been incorrectly booked into the jail as a female by Larimer Sheriff. I can exclusive report his real name is Justin Thomas Nelson. Okay, we've got to address this. If you are using a pseudonym when you are arrested, in no circumstance do we publish your pseudonym. This is the weirdest thing imaginable. Why is an individual who was arrested, accused of trying to bomb a car dealership, commit an act of terror, being allowed to use a pseudonym?

Nelson faces charges, this we read, in recent weeks leftists have intensified calls urging domestic terror attacks on Tesla properties as revenge against Elon Musk and the president. This is crazy. The fact that Fox News did this and then, I don't understand, posted this photo knowing, I just, I don't understand where we're at, right?

I do believe that Donald Trump recently barred the AP because they wouldn't use Gulf of America. Well, I say this unto the Trump administration, to any of them who watch my morning show and who may hear me now, do not allow ABC or Fox News into your private briefings until they agree to start reporting facts. I don't care if an individual wants to call themselves a woman or be trans or any of that stuff. If they're diagnosed and they're being medicated, that's fine.

We have the news to inform us of the facts. And the fact here is a man was trying to bomb buildings. That is important for the American people to know. If you would like to say it was a trans woman, that is also a fact. Trans woman arrested after explosives discovered at Tesla dealership. It is an absurdity that even Fox News would play. It's not some people pushing back saying, no, Tim, we should not bar Fox News from the briefings because they're one of the only good ones. And I'm just like, no, no, no, no.

No, we don't play that game. Trump told the AP, we're not going to show we're not going to allow you in the Oval Office because you keep saying Gulf of Mexico. I mean, that is substantially less egregious. The fact that these news outlets would would lie. I'm saying again, would lie and post fake news. Protecting the identity of a person accused of terror is an absurdity. And Trump should be like, no, not happening. Absolutely not.

And then they'll change it in two seconds. If Trump is arguing that these people are fake news, this is fake news. So I don't think we're going to see that change, to be completely honest, although I think we should. We have this story from the Post Millennial. White House ejects Huffington Post, Reuters, foreign press from cabinet meeting. Carolyn Leavitt reaffirmed administration stance that it has the authority to select which outlets are allowed to cover the president's president in limited space events. You know,

I'm going to send a text message to some of these people, and I'm going to say, you guys got to put the pressure on these organizations and stop allowing them to lie like this. Now, the news gets crazier, my friends. The news gets crazier. The stuff that we're seeing DIYs is, you know, here's a story from Chris Rufo and City Journal. Let me take a sweet, delicious sip. I'm not trying to advertise Spindrift, but you can tell my voice getting a little raspy. I'm trying to talk for 27 hours straight. We don't drink sugary sodas. Although, to be fair,

I keep talking about how healthy we try to be, but gosh dang it, I bought a bunch of Pop-Tarts. I'm sorry, dude. Pop-Tarts are amazing. They're so bad for you, though. I think I'm done with the Pop-Tarts. One more. We're filming a segment where we have Julia, one of the people who skates here. Pop-Tarts are illegal in Europe, so she never had them. So forgive me. I digress. My friends, if you're just tuning in, check out castbrew.com, buy some coffee. Join Rumble Premium to watch our uncensored bonus content like the Green Room podcast and

And share the show. If you're just tuning in, take the URL to the show. Click the share button. Post it wherever you can. If everybody watching right now shared this video, we would be the biggest show in the world. We would crush the corporate press and the mainstream media and all their lies. We try. I work quite a bit, but I can only do so much. I can come stare at a camera, bring you the news and discuss it with you. Take your super chats.

But I do need a little help. If you think the show is great, please consider sharing it now. Here's the story from City Journal. Whistleblower. There's a trans cult inside the NSA. An insider tells the story of the intel agency's ideological capture. This is huge. They say this week City Journal broke the story of the NSA's secret sex chat room, which was filled with salacious discussions of sexism.

I can't read all of this stuff. I'm sorry. I can't do it. I was watching The Five the other day. Jesse Waters started reading some of these quotes and he goes, I want to read more. My producer told me I'm not allowed. Can't do that. Some of the things they were discussing could kill you. This is what's so horrifying. I want to make sure this is clearly understood for everybody reading or who's watching right now. And we'll hear from Chris Ruffo and this NSA whistleblower. You have people in the NSA who

suffering from debilitating mental disorders. I am not speaking of gender dysphoria or general whatever I'm saying. While they call it a trans cult, understand there is a difference between an individual who is suffering gender dysphoria and seeks treatment for this, be it therapy or medication, and what these people are advocating for a big difference. And you know, people on the left in the corporate press may try to conflate the two, but I draw that distinction.

Because the things these people were talking about doing to their bodies could result in death. Death. And so when you get these books that they're putting in grade schools that discuss the consumption of human waste, I am not exaggerating. There's a book, I believe it was called This Book is Gay, which describes what and how children, they were giving it to children, could engage in these behaviors. This is self-harm that could result in death.

And there is a big difference between a DSM-5 treatment and what these people were advocating for and writing about how they're gratified by it. Now, these people are in positions of power at the NSA. That should terrify you. Now that Tulsi Gabbard's in charge, it looks like these people may already be fired. But here's the story. Chris Ruffo writes. So this is a transcription of an interview.

Tell me about this culture, how it's been spreading through the NSA and talk to me about what it's like even a year ago or a few months ago before Trump ran to the White House. The whistleblower responds. About 10 years ago, they started doing the employee resource resource groups, African-American veterans pride. It was just a meeting here and there, almost like a potluck culture, food speech. Then it started to get more and more. Instead of just one day a month, it was one week a month or the whole month.

You could be hired as a mathematician, a staff officer, system engineer, but you would spend your time going to these events, having meetings all day about it. They got themselves into position to help craft policy and started pushing the idea that if you want to get promoted, you have to participate in these events. And then everything became pride. You would go to a training and it would be about privilege or how to be a better ally. A lady would give classes on how to talk to how to talk gender neutral to people.

You had analysts that didn't want to do the reporting they were supposed to be doing because they were going to have to report on somebody's dead name. They were having this crisis of conscience about reporting the adversary's actual name because they thought it was their dead name and they didn't want to disrespect the person. It was like a cult that was hell bent on pushing gender ideology.

Rufo says, it seems like this is a clique of very activist male to female transgender agents. Tell me about this community. The whistleblower responds. There's a very small number of them, but they wield an enormous amount of power. And outside of the sick stuff, you also see a prevalent Marxist philosophy going on with these people in their chat rooms. They hate capitalism. They hate Christians. They're always espousing socialist and Marxist beliefs.

I know several people at the agency brought that up like, hey, we're here to fight for the USA and go after adversaries. And they just got hammered. They would just start coming out with transphobe and homophobe right away or calling you a racist. And that's why a lot of folks are still hesitant to say anything, because you still have people at these agencies in those key spots. It infected everything. Tulsi, I beseech thee, fire these people. Protect our country.

Rufo then asks, and then what is the outcome? In your view, does such a focus on DEI and trans ideology degrade the actual intelligence activities of the agency? The whistleblower responds, it does, because you have people more focused on this ideology and the folks that are into it, into this, don't put their effort into their work. I don't care if you're politically left or right. You can't have an unbiased mind if you're writing a report and you're constantly focused on how does this apply to gender ideology?

Because when you do that, it's going to get people killed in the field. Rufa then asks, you're talking about trans ideology, cult-like behavior, and Marxist politics. That to me screams unstable. It screams counterintelligence risk. How do you use it? The whistleblower continues. Here we are. Oh, wait. I jumped too far. Talking about the community. And then you have what's the outcome. How do you see it?

The whistleblower responds, all of the above. The folks like that were quite unstable. I see it as a counterintelligence risk, but it's being normalized and it's being praised. There was a time in the last year when people were writing blog entries trying to one up each other. Quote, I have a non-binary child. Oh, well, I have two trans children. It became a social thing trying to one up each other with how weird they are.

And then they'd come up with new terms because they have to be unique. They want you to treat them normally. And at the same time, you better recognize they are unique and different from you. There's no winning. It's a lose-lose scenario. Rufo states, the director of national intelligence released a memo that will require all intelligence agencies to identify the trans fetishists and to terminate their employment and revoke their security clearances. How do you expect that to play out?

And this is the last section. The whistleblower states, I wish I could see it playing out well with them following the following the orders and doing it. But after the last four years, I just don't know. They should be able to identify them easily because they all have those logs. If they can't, then they're just stonewalling. I'm not sure.

I hope this is the start of getting our intel agencies back to what they should be doing, which is focused on intel and supporting the warfighter. Just come in, do your job, leave that ish at the door. Chris Ruffo, you are a gentleman and a scholar, and this man deserves some real rewards. You know, the Pulitzer Prize is supposed to go to journalists and writers, but it goes to garbage.

Chris Ruffo has done some of the best work in exposing a variety of issues over the past several years. So bravo, good sir. It is an honor and a privilege to have hosted you and to know you because this is truly incredible stuff, truly groundbreaking journalism. This is what journalism is supposed to be. Can we stress that? It was people challenging the power structures, right?

Think about the last time the corporate press actually blew the whistle or report on something damaging to the military industrial complex. One story that's been going viral is Jake Tapper's new book on how they covered up Biden's cognitive decline. So we've got a viral clip from let me let me pull it up, actually, because I retweeted it.

And I wanted to save it for a segment, but I'd rather just give credit where credit is due from Savannah Hernandez and show it instead. And we have it here. This is Savannah Hernandez, who was confronting Jake Tapper on why CNN lied to the American people about Biden's cognitive decline. 1.2 million views already. Why? Because Tapper is working on a book right now about the cover up that he participated in. So I hope the book is.

I hope it's an admission of guilt. But this is not journalism. What these people have been doing has been fake the whole time. And so from Chris Ruffo and Nick Sorter and Laura Loomer,

We've been getting actual challenges to these institutions and power structures. Despite what anybody wants to say about these individuals and criticize them, they're always going to go after the faults or whatever of these individuals to try and discredit the reporting they do.

But when they report and they expose it, that's what matters. Alex Jones, all the same. Like we can joke and laugh about Alex Jones talking about interdimensional whatever. And then we all have to acknowledge he put out that video right before the a couple of months before the invasion of Ukraine saying it's going to happen. It's going to be in spring. Russia is going to do it. People like, how did Alex Jones know? Well, you can disparage these people all you want. But when the right, the right at Walden University, we get the W. And this is, I got to be honest, with what we're seeing now with the actions of the Trump administration, the decentralization of media, I have never been more inspired that journalism is coming back.

But what you got to watch out for where things get really concerning is the controlled opposition. There are many people that when I when I can name them, I will who are appearing, pretending to be good, honest journalists, challenging the machine who are actually just components of it. You see, what you need to understand is that when it became obvious that they were going to lose contingency plans emerged.

Prominent individuals of the corporate machine all of a sudden had epiphanies and said, you know what? You're right. The left has gone crazy. I'm going to be a reporter for the good guys. Surprisingly, the reports often discredit stories that challenge the machine and they try and play that game. An example I can give you is Jon Stewart.

Not that he is one of these people who came out trying to run cover for the machine. There are journalists and media personalities that are very obvious, obvious machine components who all of a sudden are pretending now that they're on the right side of history and they've realized woke is bad. But the example I give you with Jon Stewart is just the other day or earlier this week, he was criticizing Doge saying, I'm Doge curious. I want to gut the waste and abuse.

But you're looking in the wrong spot. These corporations over here should lose their tax subsidies. That's the game. He's trying to go to regular people who like the idea of gutting waste, cutting gut or cutting waste, gutting waste, and then redirecting them in the wrong direction. We have that. They ain't giving up. There's a few other issues at play here. Over on the trans subreddit, they ask the question, is there a possibility of hormone replacement therapy being banned for adults in the U.S. federally? I'm going to answer that for you.

Yes, 100%. The top comment is, at this point, you have to absolutely assume the answer is yes. It is possible they will do everything they can to remove HRT from trans adults. You must operate in the assumption that the worst is possible and then keep your head together and act with your local community to find solutions. We have a, there's another post. If they found out, they will literally kill me. The individual says that they are a minor living in a, not in the United States, and they're in a country where they could lose their life. And that is terrifying because we don't want that to happen to anybody.

But the reason why I'm showing you these posts with another, we have another story from Pink News, Trump administration to ban trans athletes entering the US for competitions. There's a meme. It's a bit crude, but it gets to the point. It says there's a man out there who has proclivities aimed at toasters. I'm keeping the language light. And it's like in the 1990s, people would say, stop being a weirdo. And that was the end of it. Today, anybody who experiences any kind of cultural deviation,

And I mean that in a light. I'm not again, not not disrespectful. I'm saying anybody who deviates from social norms will no longer face societal pressure. They will find an online community to encourage them. Even even if the individual is in a country where they could lose their life, there is a forum where they will encourage the behavior, putting them at great risk. That's terrifying to me. Now, this is another big story.

Trump administration to ban trans athletes entering the U.S. for competitions. And we have a post from the trans subreddit where an individual says, why must sports be the Achilles heel for trans women? All I want to do is compete in jujitsu. Been training for almost a year. Got banned from my first competition when the couch told me to drop out day of competition. And I had to out myself to the people running the competition. They told me to compete in the men's division or do our compete. Do not.

What I want to do is pull up and compete with women anyways till someone drags me out. What do I do? I've been in decision paralysis for months. PD, this is an entry-level competition for fun. No reason to have such exclusionary rules. One person, the top comment says, COVID sports are not going to be a good environment right now. If you have the bandwidth and security to keep trying to compete in the sport, I would say the most effective way to do it was to connect with other female competitors and start training together. This is where we're at.

These are male individuals who are publicly stating their intention to compete in sports with females. There has to be social cohesion. Look, I got no problem whatsoever. If there is a co-ed league that launches and men and women can compete against each other. Let's let's break this down and ask this question. What's wrong with that? Honestly, what's wrong with that?

Let's say that a bunch of women and trans people got together and said, we want to do a fighting league or a hockey league or a basketball league. And the teams can be either male or female. And then you can have trans women and women competing against each other. The reason why it doesn't happen is fairly obvious. The teams that win will just be males. Major league sports do not ban women from competing. Any woman can actually try out for any major team.

Any major team could scout female players. They do not. There's a story that helps us understand why. First, to any sane, rational human being, we understand men, on average, are substantially larger with more muscle mass, bone density, and collagen than women, conferring greater physical abilities. Sorry, that's the reality. I'm not trying to be mean to anybody. I say it all the time. But I don't even need to tell you that. But apparently, these people need to be told.

The reason why you never see women in any of these top level sports is because they don't make it. There have been several attempts by women to join major league football teams as kickers, and they cannot make it. In fact, you know, it's really funny. It's kind of brutal. There was a high school football team that brought on female players, and they started getting brutally defeated. And the guys started crying.

And I'm just like, oh, geez. Yeah, I'm sorry. I know that like Myron Gaines and a bunch of these other dating podcast guys like men should cry in front of women should cry. And I'm like, men are allowed to cry when they want to cry. And it matters. OK, a guy who cries because he spilled milk. Yo, bro, chill out. Grow up. Come on. Men need to be cool and collected under pressure. And if your boss is mean to you, start crying. Yeah, OK, dude, that is that is untoward behavior.

But, yo, if a man's son dies, yo, that guy's going to cry. And I warn, I warn anyone, any man who thinks he's tough because he don't cry to dare insult a father who just lost his son and is crying about it. That dad might end up in prison after what he does to you. So, please, I mean that. And you know what I'm saying.

Imagine a guy's at a funeral, his son's dead, and you walk up to him and say, hey, why are you crying? Don't cry. That guy's going to turn around and his eyes will turn to fire. Crying does not convey weakness. It is pain and rage in a man's heart. Unless he's weeping over spilled milk. But yo, these high school football players were crying because they just kept losing.

The school apparently wanted to be progressive and said, let's bring on female players. And no, it didn't work. You know, maybe it like the earlier like grade school and middle school. It's it probably would be largely less noticeable. But here's the crazy thing. Grip strength and ability in pre-ubescent children is still easily discernible.

Prenatal testosterone plays a huge role in everything. So these ideas they present, they're lying. And it's insane that we have entertained administrations and government agencies that have tried to obfuscate the science for political ideology. Enough. We can't function this way. I think Trump's doing the right thing. I absolutely do. I think this is the compassionate thing. I think it is the most, I don't know, evil thing.

So to see a person suffering from a mental disorder and to encourage them to revel in it. Imagine somebody is anorexic and they're and they're gaunt and you keep goading them on to just don't eat, don't eat. And they're like, well, I haven't eaten anything for three days. And my doctor says, no. Imagine people online cheering them on, saying you can make it another day.

Then they die. I mean, it's horrifying. We should be giving real sympathy and compassion to these people. And that means legitimate treatment, not affirmation. Somebody suffering from pica, a DSM-5 disorder where they're eating hair. This happens. And you're going to go to them and tell them to do more? That is evil. My friends, smash the like button if you haven't already. As always, share the show.

Tell all your friends. We're going to be doing, we've got some big marketing campaigns coming up. We're going to be doing nationwide billboards, outdoor ad campaigns. Let me just tell you the secret. These outdoor billboards have gotten so ridiculously cheap because people who sell products, like let's say there's a company that sells little fingerboards. Yo, online direct sales, way faster, easier, and trackable. They can send the ad right to your phone. You click the button, you bought it. They can see you bought it. Bang, we're done. Billboards don't do nothing, but...

For shows like this one, outdoor billboards, cultural ubiquity, baby. So look, we've been we've done this for a couple of years now. We had some in Times Square. We had Chicago. Where else did we have? I can't remember. I think we did Chicago in New York and we tried it out. It it.

Chicago was our biggest market now. And I'm like, I think these things work. And a bunch of these liberal podcasts got really angry. They started posting about it and they're like, we're screwed. Cause there's a billboard of me. And they're like, Tim pool has billboards in downtown Chicago. Yo, we had one that was like a hundred feet tall on the side of a building. Not that expensive.

Way cheaper than online ads. So we're taking over meat space. Not that it really matters because Gen Z doesn't go outside, but you know, whatever. That's why people don't buy them anymore. But it is effective for millennials and such. So sharing is caring. Word of mouth is the most important thing. And, you know, Dan Bongino gets it right because he calls on the Bongino army. That's what he says. He says, the Bongino army, you guys made all this possible. And that's really it. The mission, the mission of everything.

You know, look, I know it's a slow news day when the Daily Mail just writes Megyn Kelly's opinions. And I do think she's incredible. I think she's fantastic. But like, we get it. You know, there's nothing to write about. So let's just see what Megyn Kelly has to say. There's a reason why they care and other people care what you have to say. She's a celebrity. She's prominent and she's insightful and on the forefront. There are also other people who aren't necessarily as meritocratic, but who engage in drama bait. And so I'm like, man...

I'm not as good at this as like Bongino or Megyn Kelly. Let's just be honest. Like they're the superstars of this game. I think I do a good job. I think you guys like the show. I appreciate it. But I'm also not a drama queen who's going to try and start fights for attention like some of these other big podcasts do, even on the right, trying to attack me to get a beef going. I'm just like, why are you yelling at me? But I do know because I know PR every day. They're like, hey, you know, getting into a feud could generate a lot of buzz. You'll get more subscribers. And I'm like, yeah.

Man, the things you have to do, the things people do, you know, with all due respect, even those on the top, they get into their beefs. They get in their beefs. But I think Dan Bongino hits the nail on the head with the hammer. He built a community up where he largely just cheered them on to help support his show and spread the word. And it made him the biggest live show in the world.

Amazing. And then he decided to give it all up to be a civil servant. Man, there's very few people that I'm inspired by. Very, very few. And Dan's always been great. But when I heard that he was stepping away from everything he built because he was going to be a civil servant under Trump, I was like, man.

That is the honor and nobility that I believed in and I looked for when I was a kid. I was growing up in this country. The things that I saw, firefighters, the first responders, the people that would give up everything for you, for you and a better future. Shout out to Dan, man. I'm a huge fan. Let's grab some of your super chats and rumble rants, my friends. Kyle N says the Doge administrator has been revealed. Ian will be happy. Very interesting. King Henry says apparently George Soros is getting his hands on Wisconsin Supreme Court.

His kid is in foundations. Last responder says, random question. Can we get 20th Amendment tin tacker signs and or stickers? I want to gift them out to new chicken owners that I know. I also want it for my coop. Also, congrats to your family. Thank you. It's all chicken owners that are buying the 20th Amendment skateboard. A lot of the boards we sell, and it's true for most skateboards, they're art pieces. It's the secret of the skateboard industry that's been true forever since the 80s.

Skateboards for most people are cultural art pieces representing anti-establishment values, urban culture with art on it. That's why for Booneys HQ, we have a bunch of different boards with varying messages. So obviously the 20th Amendment is mine. It represents my views and like my message. The first board we made was just a rooster. Look at that. I've got two boards and they're both roosters. I'm a big chicken fan. They're great.

And then, of course, Special Mike is a gorilla with a crown holding a heart. Really does represent Mike very well. But, of course, Sam's board, the Right to Arm Bears. That's a really great graphic, by the way. It's our second bestseller. It's all about just, oh, don't forget, step on snack and find out. Our number one bestselling board. Very simple. And we also have stickers of this one. So, yes, 20th Amendment, we're going to make T-shirts and stickers because it's the art pieces that really do the heavy lifting.

But we do have a fair amount of people who ride the boards, of course. Skateboards are skateboards. Let's grab some rumble rants. Let's see what we got going over here on the rumble side. What you guys got going on? Actually, it doesn't look like we actually have any. Do we have no rumble rants? Guys, oh, here we go. I see one. Angry Marsupial says, "...girls can hang in hockey basically through junior high."

Checking is illegal until high school. Between that rule and puberty, girls are no longer competitive. Elite top 1% teen girl hockey players are about as equal average teen boys. I think that's an overstatement. I really do. Even in the earliest ages, boys and girls are not on equal footing. They really, really are not. Okay.

You know, skateboarding is really, in my opinion, one of the easiest ways to understand this. It was a 12-year-old boy. I think a 12-year-old boy did the first 1080 spin on a skateboard, meaning three full rotations. No female has since done this. It took 25 years from the first 720, two rotations, for a female to complete one. And the question then is, if a 12-year-old boy

And it's in several instances, it's 10 or 12 year olds competing, completing these like major firsts. Where are the 10 year old girls? I mean, they're all pre-mubescent, non-existent. In fact, when we see these these pre-mubescent girls skate, they typically struggle at the higher level of skateboarding and they get more injuries even before puberty. That prenatal testosterone plays a huge role. And I think people need to to acknowledge that.

Mike, the WAP says it wasn't even allowed in the military because when I was a kid, I was on certain prescriptions and hadn't taken it in a long time. But the lead in people that think they are trapped in the wrong body. The truth, he says, C.A. Assemblyman Zeber is trying to ban the Castle Doctrine and make California a duty to retreat state. He also slandered Rittenhouse. Kyle needs to sue. Fuhrer Newscombe also refuses to fund and support Prop 36 crime bill.

Well, Newsom announced a new podcast. Apparently he already had one, but he's announced a new one. And we're going to book him. We're going to try and get Gavin Newsom to come and sit down. He won't do it. None of these people will. Look, with all due respect to Marianne Williamson, I like her, but...

She kept dodging coming on the show when she finally did. The things that were displayed to her, she had no answer for. The disgusting books nearly left her in tears. When we talked about the book bans in schools and its pornography, and we showed her the racist and kink content they're giving to kids, she was nearly crying. And after the show, as she was leaving, she effectively told us that

She said something like, this is why she's like, I can't go on shows like this. And this is why Democrats don't come on shows because you're asking questions and bringing up issues that we can't talk about, blah, blah, blah. The gist of the conversation being Democrats can't handle the heat. They lie, they cheat and they steal. And I am not a lifelong Republican, nor was Dave Rubin, nor was Cenk Uygur.

who they're now calling right wing, nor was RFK or Tulsi Gabbard or even Donald Trump. And not once have these people stopped to reflect and ask themselves why it is that so many Democrats quit and lined up with Trump. It's because I don't care about political parties. I care that you have become a crackpot cult that lies about everything. I like the libertarians, too. I get along with libertarians great. And we argue all the time.

So how is it the libertarians and the Republicans are like, yeah, OK, Trump pardoned Ross Albrecht. So great. He's like, I don't know what you bought him, but I promised I'd do it. So I did. I love this man. The libertarians are so happy they got something. It's incredible. But Democrats just lie every day. Just lie, lie, lie, lie, lie, lie. Don't get me wrong. Republicans lie, too. But the coalition we have largely is not so they can cry about it, man.

My friends smash that like button on the way out. Don't forget to always leave your comments, leave your thoughts, start that conversation. We want to build community. So get active. If you're on, if you're on rumble, if you're on YouTube, if you're on Spotify, Apple, whatever it is, leave reviews, leave comments, engage my friends, be involved. Take that step. Set a routine of being active in the space and join the Tim cast army. Yeah, no, I don't got what Dan's got, but you can support the show. Share it.

I'm a bit too, I don't know. People call me arrogant on stuff all the time. And I'm like, I don't think I'm arrogant enough. I mean, I am, but like, I don't think I'm egotistical enough to call out my audience to go and like be an army or do anything like that. Maybe I need to, whatever. We do the Discord server. I largely want you guys to empower yourselves. So smash the like button. Thanks for hanging out. We got more segments coming up. We'll see y'all then.

It is the end of DEI as we know it. And we didn't always call it DEI. 15 or so years ago, it emerged as intersectional feminism, eventually evolving into the colloquial woke, as we describe it, and now diversity, equity and inclusion, which it is formally called in government and law.

Pam Bondi recently ordered lawsuits to be dropped pertaining to DEI with police and firefighters. We've got the press release there. She's saying, shut it down. Civil rights lawsuits that are not going to happen. And now we have this story. SCOTUS to hear straight woman's discrimination case that could reshape employment law, according to SCOTUS blog.

It appears the Supreme Court will side with a woman who said she was discriminated against in the workplace for being a straight white woman. It's not the first time we've heard a story like this, but it may be one of the most impactful. You see what the left keeps pretending they don't know, but they do.

Anybody in the workplace who is hiring based on identity is in violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Now, they come out and say, not always. There's ways that they're allowed.

To hire based on race or sexuality and get away with it. Doesn't matter. There's a reason why we have the law. Okay. Now, the weird thing is, to be completely honest, I'm going to go and say, I don't know why sexuality is included in this at all.

I'm completely honest. Like, I can understand why we have non-discrimination based on race. Honestly, I don't understand non-discrimination based on religion. Country of origin, I do understand. The idea being, hey, look, man, if there's something about me that I can't change, you can't deny me. But if there's something about you that is either private and isn't supposed to be in the public or can be changed, I don't know why we're protecting against that.

So things are going to get particularly interesting with the DOJ's moves and this result from the Supreme Court. Now, the story from this woman, without bearing the lead, she works somewhere. She notices, I think she worked for the government. We'll pull it up. But she notices that somebody got a promotion and they were gay. And she's like, whatever. She wants to get promoted. She does the job. She does what she's supposed to do and still no promotion. She notices the next person, gay. And she goes, hey, wait a minute.

I think something's going on here. And now she's filed a suit. It's made it to SCOTUS. And this could reshape employment law. The left likes to act like when they discredit against straight people or white people, whatever, that they're not violating the law because you're an oppressor. They say only white people can be racist because privilege plus power. And they use this to break the law.

So let's jump into the story, my friend. We'll see, my friends, plural. We'll see what we got going on. Before we get started, of course, head over to castbrew.com and buy delicious cast brew coffee. We've got Appalachian Nights, Rise with Roberto Jr. And of course, you got to go dig deep. But we got that Focus with Mr. Bocas espresso blend. And we've been selling these, wow, we

We sold a lot last night. Hey, look, I know Ian's graphene dream is sold out, but go for this dark roast espresso blend for those of you that want to have a nice strong cup of coffee. And look at that very beautiful Mr. Bocas. Rest in peace. Rest in peace, Mr. Bocas. And as always, go to boonieshq.com. If you have not picked up your 28th Amendment skateboard deck, you're missing out because this picture of a chicken is the greatest chicken picture anyone's ever seen. It's a beautiful little doodle. I call him Triangle Rooster.

And it says the 28th Amendment chickens being necessary to the security of a free state. The right of the people to keep a bear and breed chickens shall not be infringed. And it represents the idea that we, the people should have a right to be secure in growing our own food, be it chickens or otherwise. But I do know there's a lot of people out there who own chickens. And you definitely got to buy one of these and put it in your chicken coop because we got Chicken City and we love the chickens. And you know what?

Everybody who owns chickens, we sell these boards like a lot of them are being sold because I know everybody who's got chickens, they know exactly what I'm talking about. Chickens are based. Anyway, we're talking about the news or something. Where were we?

From Fox News, SCOTUS to hear straight woman's discrimination case that could reshape employment law. Marlene Ames claims she was demoted while gay peers advanced to better positions. This is absolutely hilarious. Now, from SCOTUS blog, court appears likely to side with straight woman in reverse discrimination suit. It's not reverse discrimination. No such thing exists. OK, actually, reverse discrimination exists. It's actually quite simple.

Reverse discrimination would be if a gay boss said, I hire no straight people. And then we went, we're going to reverse that. You should hire her because you shouldn't be using sexual orientation as a determinant factor in whether someone can do a job. That would be reverse discrimination. This, however, is quite literally just plain old discrimination. Argument analysis from SCOTUS blog. Let's take a look.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday was sympathetic to an Ohio woman who alleges she was the victim of reverse discrimination. It's just so annoying. Stop saying that. I remember when I was a kid, they called it reverse racism. And I'm like, it's not reverse. I was confused. I was a kid. And I remember hearing about it. My parents were talking about it. And then, you know, they're saying, yeah, you know, reverse racism. They're saying that, you know, it's a boss discriminating against a white person. And I was like,

But that's just racism. I don't understand. What's the difference? Marlene Ames contends that she lost out on a promotion she wanted and then was demoted simply because she's straight.

With Ames and her employer in what Justice Neil Gorsuch calls a radical as radical agreement that federal employment laws impose the same requirements on all plaintiffs. A solid majority, if not all of the justices appeared ready to overturn a ruling by a federal appeals court that required Ames to meet a higher bar for her case to go forward than if she had been a member of a minority group. That's insane. What? Ames went to work.

In 2004, as an executive secretary at the Ohio Department of Youth Services. Ten years later, she was appointed as a program administrator. In a performance evaluation in 2018, AIMS new supervisor, Janine Trim, who is gay, indicated that AIMS met expectations in the 10 categories and exceeded them in an 11th. But in 2019, she applied for a new position that she did not get. Soon after, she was demoted to a previous job where she earned just half the hourly rate she'd been making.

Ames then went to a federal court in Ohio, contending that she'd been the victim of discrimination based on her sexual orientation in violation of federal employment laws. She contended that the department had hired a gay woman instead of her for a promotion for which she had applied. Moreover, she alleged she had been demoted to a job that paid considerably less than her previous salary, with the department hiring a gay man to replace her.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit threw out Ames' sexual orientation claim. It explained that because she is straight, she was required to show background circumstances to support her allegations of reverse discrimination. And although the plaintiffs usually make this kind of showing, the Court of Appeals suggested with evidence...

I'm sorry, suggested with evidence that a member of a minority group made the alleged allegedly discriminatory decision or with evidence demonstrating a pattern of discrimination against members of the majority group. Ames cannot do either. The decision makers in her case, the people who hired someone else for the bureau chief job and who demoted her were also straight. And there is no pattern of reverse discrimination beyond her own case. The court appeals reasoned representing Ames. Xiao Wang urged the justices to reverse the Sixth Circuit's decision.

He told the justices on Wednesday that federal employment discrimination laws seek to eradicate all discrimination in the workplace, requiring members of a majority group to show background circumstances instead perpetuates discrimination. That's correct.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett asked Wang about the concerns that a ruling in Ames' favor would open the door to more lawsuits under federal employment discrimination laws by making it easier to bring reverse discrimination cases. Just stop. Stop saying that. All of you are insane. I don't care who's saying it. Stop saying it. It's just discrimination. People are nuts.

Wang countered that more than half of federal courts of appeals currently do not apply the background circumstances rule, but have not seen the floodgates open. Ashley Robertson, an assistant to the U.S. Solicitor General who argued as a friend of the court, echoed Wang's contention that eliminating the background circumstances rule would not lead to a flood of new cases. And who cares if it does? How is that? How is that a restriction? How could that be a restriction on whether someone I was discriminated against?

If this if they say, you know what, I don't care if you're if you're a majority or minority or whatever. If someone discriminates against you because of your immutable characteristics as prescribed by law, you're allowed to bring a case. Why is there a special protection for certain groups of people? Absolutely nuts.

Representing the Ohio Department of Youth Services, Ohio Solicitor General T. Elliot Geiser asked the justice to leave the ruling in place, regardless of how the Court of Appeals might have framed the standards, etc., etc. But the justice focused on the Sixth Circuit's opinion, which they interpreted as imposing an additional requirement on Ames because she is straight, which would violate the law.

So blah, blah, blah. They say Gorsuch agreed. What could be wrong? He asked Kaiser with a decision by the court holding that everyone should be treated equally in making out their basic employment discrimination case. And then the state can make its other arguments when the case returns to the lower courts. A decision in the case is expected by summer. This will not be it's not the first. It will not be the last. But I can tell you the EI is done. And this is just the beginning. Take a look at this story.

From why should say story this press release from Justice.gov attorney general Pam Bondi dismisses DEI lawsuits involving police officers and firefighters advances President Trump's mandate to end illegal DEI policies.

I say this week, Attorney General Pam Bondi directed the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division to dismiss lawsuits against various jurisdictions across the country involving the hiring of police officers and firefighters. These lawsuits launched by the previous administration unjustly targeted fire and police departments for using standard aptitude tests to screen firefighter and police officer candidates. You know, we got all these plane crashes. They're horrifying. And the Democrats keep coming out and saying things like,

Oh, this is Trump's fault. I'm like, your homie's been in office for a month. And they're like, what about the transportation secretary? Like, he's been appointed for less than that. We got measles in Texas. That's RFK Jr.'s fault, bro. He just got confirmed like a week and a half ago, two weeks ago.

Just just just stop. OK, if you're dumb enough to believe these people, fine. OK, what we're looking at right now with this press release, the Biden administration was actively trying to get police and firefighters on the job who did not have the capabilities simply based on their race or identity. Now, I'm going to go back to that first story and just say this is the craziest thing, in my opinion. Straight up the idea that.

That sexual orientation is protected. Like, I don't care if you're straight. I mean, like, honestly, like, why is she being protected in this? I'm going to say that. So this straight woman is like, they wouldn't hire me because I wasn't gay. And I'm like, you shouldn't be allowed to hire. I get that.

But why is gay protected? Why is straight? That shouldn't even be a consideration. I suppose the challenge then becomes government institutions that only hire gay people or something like this. But my point on this one is, yo, mind your own business. Like the idea that someone comes in for a job and they're like, I just want to let you know that I like guys. It's like, um,

I don't know what that has to do with anything. I certainly hope you don't tell our customers that nor our constituents. Wow. Look, I get it. If a guy is like he's Pakistani and he comes in and they're like, I can reasonably discern that you are not a white person. And so for that reason, they don't hire him. And you sue that. I get it's like, you know, dude's going to be like, bro, I was born in the Bronx, man. I like, you

You know, I was born in Ohio. I can't do anything about that. I'm a normal person. I want a job. That's where I think it makes sense. The idea that you're going to discriminate against a guy because he looks a certain way. Oh, we can't have that. Oh, we can't have that. Religion is also kind of weird, too. It's like someone comes in and says, you know, I believe in Flying Spaghetti Monster or whatever. And it's just like, you're not hired. Bro, they don't have to. Like, you don't, I don't understand how...

You can you have to let someone like you have to work with people who believe things you don't like. I mean, maybe I'm wrong about this. I'm pretty sure religion is protected under the Civil Rights Act. Title seven protects employees for discrimination based on religion. Like, that's nuts. Sorry, that just is like a guy comes in and he's like, my religion is this insane thing or whatever. And you're like, guess that's fine. You know, look.

I'm going to bring up a point that is contentious and I know that YouTube's got a big problem with, but there is a – I don't know what you'd call it – a chapter, a statement in the Hadith that calls for Jews to be killed by Muslims.

Now, there are people who believe that is a core element of their religion. Do I have to work with a person who believes that? Because I don't want to. I'm sorry. Like, if you want to harm other people, and I know it's funny because YouTube's got these serious rules about hate speech or whatever, and I'm like, but what do you do? Honest question. You tell me this. I'm on Rumble. We're fine. But you tell me this. How do you deal with hate speech when a religion you are criticizing—

literally has a call for the killing of other peoples. Like, that's crazy to me. Now, we're going to protect that at the governmental level? Nah. If someone comes in and they believe some nonsense, I should be able to be like, you can't work here. Like, imagine, I mean, imagine you have a Christian youth ministry, private organization that

provides Christian services to Christian, and then a bunch of like Jews and Muslims show up and they're like, we want to work here. It's like, okay, well, this is for people who believe in Christ. And this is what our company, hire us or else. It's like, I guess I have to. For that matter, you also have Hooters where it's like, we all know the point of Hooters. Okay. And guys go there to get jobs.

And then they're like, I guess we have to hire you. And then guys usually just don't want to do it. There have been guys who have tried getting jobs at Hooters and they're like, here's the uniform. And the guys think they're pulling a fast one. And then some guys work there. I don't know, whatever. I got to be honest, the race stuff, I really understand. Like, I don't care if you're black, white, Asian, you know, whatever it is, you show up for a job. And like, I always tell people like this because they talk about these lefties talk about racism. I'm like, it's not as really culturalism. Like racism is a surface level thing which can exist.

But it really is culturalism. And I'll give you an example, okay? Certainly, there is, you know, if you're, let me, you have this trope of a woman walking down the street and she's like a black guy walking towards her and then she crosses the street, right? But that's just incorrect. That's completely untrue. It really is. The reality is this. Certainly, race does play a role for a lot of people. There are a lot of people who are racist, but not everybody is. In New York City,

A white woman is walking down the street with her purse and it's two in the morning and walking towards her is a six foot three, just very ripped, bald black man wearing a fine suit, carrying a briefcase and checking his watch. And he's got, you know, Ray Bans on. I'm telling you, that lady is not going to be scared of that man. OK, it's cultural culture.

If she sees a white guy with a teardrop on his face, a shaved head, and he's lurking and he's wearing joggers, she might cross the street. Now, don't get me wrong. There are people who are racist. My point is this. It's culture, okay? If a guy walks in to get a job,

A black man walks into any building to get a job and he's wearing a sweater vest with a collared shirt under it. And he's got a big old smile and he's like, I'm just really in love with accounting and I'm great with numbers. They're going to be like, this guy's fantastic. Now there are racists, don't get me wrong. But most of the time, it's not race. Then a guy walks into an accounting firm and he's got like a slouch beanie and a wife beater on and he smells bad. And he's like, yeah, man, you know, I'm good with numbers. I'd do it. They're going to be like, bro, we're not hiring you. It's not a racist thing.

But people often try to conflate race and culture. And so then what ends up happening is under the civil rights law, you get these weird lawsuits where we are now. I will stress it again. They actually tried to hire people for police and police departments and firefighters based on race. They were watching these lawsuits because they were like, you got this insane. OK, so.

The argument they make is so long as white people keep doing these jobs, minorities will never become proficient in these jobs and integrate or whatever. And I'm like, dude, your utopian dreams are immaterial to the here and now of what needs to be done. OK, and that is people who fight fires need to be able to fight fires. And if you've got an issue, I'll tell you this. You've got an issue that there's not enough black people in the fire department or Mexican people or Asians or whatever. It's real simple. You open a training program.

That encourages all peoples to come and train. I personally have no problem with a community group saying we think there should be more black firefighters. There's 13 percent of the city's population is black, but only 7 percent of firefighters are black. That doesn't mean the fire department is just not hiring black people. Maybe what they do that is they sue.

It's crazy. I got no problem if they said we want to encourage, train and make sure that when they when anybody takes the exam, they get the best score and they help out certain communities. I don't think it's based on race, but you go black neighborhood, you're going to largely black population training and making sure they're going to meet those standards. If you think not enough people are making it, that's the way you go about doing it. This is not the way.

On top of all that, my friends, you know, they're going to overturn gay marriage. I'm going to do a longer segment on this because this is a this is a much bigger story. But nine states now have measures to overturn equal marriage, says the Pink News. This is where things start getting crazy. The ebb and flow of our generation, man. So along with the getting rid of the DEI stuff, the pendulum is going to swing back like a wrecking ball.

And we warned them, man. We warned them. This is the game they played. And these are the results they get. Regular people, people like me, I tell you, people like me, 2008, 2010, all the gay marriage stuff was happening. Prop 8 in California. And I didn't care. I was largely like, I don't care if gay people want to get married. You know, I did. I did think it was interesting. There's this video from, was it Laugh or Die? Man, those were the days, right? Long time ago. Where you've got

It's so funny. They do a play. I should I'll do a segment. I'll play this to break down the gay marriage thing. And it's like liberal activists and people trying to be conservatives. And the conservatives are just talking about how they hate gay people or something. And then Jesus appears and it's Jack Black. And he says, your nation was built on separation of church and state is like a very famous thing. Right. I saw that and I went, hey, wait a minute. Marriage is a religious institution.

If our nation's built on separation of church and state, why are you trying to get the government to mandate churches do a thing? That seemed weird. And now I thought that was interesting. I'm fine with civil unions. I think, you know, two people want to live together in their privacy or whatever. Do whatever you want. Civil union protections that I get. The problem is the slippery slope was real and the predictions of conservatives came true. They started giving these disgusting kink books to children. They said it would never happen. It did.

Now, what you're going to see is people like me are going to say, I ain't defending you anymore. Yo, Emma Vigeland of Majority Report came on the Culture War podcast advocating for showing kink porn to kids. And she she vigorously defended the idea. And I'm just like, y'all have lost your minds. OK, look, I actually had these liberals argue to me. Sex ed includes kink. And I'm like, no, it doesn't. They don't care.

So when this stuff drops, I'm out, baby. You're on your own. And, you know, that likely means they're going to overturn gay marriage. I really do think so. In the meantime, man, that first Trump month has been crazy.

And it's only going to get much more wild. I'll leave it there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Become a member over at TimCast.com for our Discord server. Really great stuff on the horizon. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you on the next segment.

Is Andrew Tate a degenerate representing immoral behaviors? Or is he a powerful ally on the right who can help rally young men to the cause?

You know what, man? I do find it fascinating that there is this debate in the first place, considering there are many, many individuals on the right who represent degeneracy in some way or somehow embody ideas that are anti-conservative or immoral. However, the right wants to describe it that are often overlooked. I don't want to start calling people out and make this segment about all of the people who represent certain moral degeneracy.

But there are a lot of people. Now, recently, there's been a big debate over Ashley St. Clair and Elon Musk, with many on the right saying she ain't no conservative. My response to all of these people from the get go was like, yeah, I don't know that she ever was. The left calls people conservative. Like, I'm not a conservative. You can rag on me all day and night because I'm not. That's fine. We get along where we get along. Certainly, I don't agree with a lot of things Andrew Tate has said in these videos. But I must admit, the challenge for me, first and foremost, is that I am not an Andrew Tate a

or Tate brother historian. I've not gone through all of the charges or looked at every video has ever said and all the context for it. I know there are people who defend him and say all of this is taken out of context. They're lying. They're they're manipulating this. But I do believe some of the stuff that I've seen does represent him. I don't know what you'd call it, but degenerate behavior in a certain in a certain degree. That being said, I'm not going to come out and explicitly condemn the Tate brothers. I just won't do it.

I'll ask you guys to comment below because this is a major debate that's happening right now. Comment on this video. How do you feel about the Tate brothers? Do you think we should work with them because of their powerful influence? Or do you think we should reject them because of their moral degeneracy, as people have argued? Again, I'm being careful here because...

You know, like with the Nicholas Sandman stuff, I know it's the best example. I know it's an old example, but I will not immediately just condemn someone. Okay.

If I've not done the research, if I don't know for sure, I ain't playing that game. I have seen various videos posted by people on the left where they they show Andrew Tate saying very awful things. And I also know not to fall for their lies. But there are many conservatives calling this out as well. So we've got these articles, namely from Newsweek. Andrew Tate not welcome in Florida. Ron DeSantis says this.

Really? I mean, I got to pause. OK, they're not convicted of any crimes. I do believe it's fair to say some of the charges were obviously bunk. I don't know whether they did or didn't do any criminal activity, whatever. But come on, man.

Look, let's have the debate. Seriously, comment below. Let's have the debate. What do you think of the Tate brothers? But the idea to be like you're not welcome in Florida, I think, is just virtue signaling stupidity. And I ain't here for it. Ron has really fallen far from grace. Look.

Even if you think the worst things about the Tate brothers, saying they're not welcome in Florida is ridiculous. OK, if these guys got followers, fans who believe and who trust them, whose lives have been turned around, there's a conversation to be had. Now, a lot of people on the right say they're grifters. They're playing a game to make money, whatever. And I'm just like, OK, let's let's break this down. If we're talking about things they did in the past.

Let's criticize them 400% if they've turned a new leaf and they have a different attitude these days and their message today is more about being a strong man. I know actually there's some stuff he said recently I'm deeply critical of. Like, let's have that debate. I suppose we should actually just read the news.

Also, for those that are tuning in, make sure you subscribe to this channel. Man, I really got to do promos for myself. I never do. Subscribe if you didn't, if you're finding this video. And please consider sharing this video with your friends because one thing I never do and really need to, I need to put a Post-it note on everything saying, Tim, please remind your viewers to share and subscribe. Otherwise, I don't know.

Word of mouth is how podcasts spread. So if you guys think these videos are important, I do a good job. Sharing them with your friends is the most powerful thing you can do.

Newsweek reports a plane believing, believing to be carrying Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan has arrived in Florida after their travel restrictions lifted. It comes as Governor DeSantis spoke out against the pair, saying Florida is not a place where you are welcome with that type of conduct. What type of conduct, man? Look, I know there's videos where he basically talks about being a pimp and doing OnlyFans and stuff like that. Yes, but.

Florida is not a place where you're welcome with that type of conduct. Are they still doing that? OK, have they condemned it? I mean, look, Benny Johnson interviewed Andrew Tate. Everybody got mad. I think that is stupid. Now, they say that Benny Johnson was basically fawning over him and praising him. Well, Andrew Tate is very powerful. Me, I don't care if Andrew Tate is the king of Romania or vice president or whatever.

If I got criticisms, I got criticisms. And I got to be honest, I am largely ignorant of the Andrew Tate phenomenon. That's an admission as it pertains to pertains to Trump. I'm a huge fan. I love the man. He's great. And I'm going to criticize him over TikTok. And if I sit down, I'm going to say you are wrong. I believe you are wrong. Mr. President, I can sit here and tell you you are the greatest president of my lifetime. And this first month has been a beat.

a beam of light in an otherwise dark environment in this country. I believe you are doing so much to save this country. But why tick tock? Like, explain this to me. I don't believe you can, but that's fine. I'm not going to make what is the same, make the perfect enemy of the good. I think Trump is doing fantastic stuff. Let Andrew take come have the debate over this stuff because you run the risk of alienating people who are otherwise ignorant of what he of of of the things you're critical of.

But anyway, I don't know if Benny Johnson, I saw clips of his interview with Andrew Tate. All his conservatives got super mad. They say, don't talk to him. I ain't playing that platform game, dude. If Tate said he wanted to come on the show, he's coming on the show, okay? And we're going to have that conversation, and I'm going to ask him about these things. And I say, is this true? Recently, Andrew Tate said, have as many kids or as many women as possible. Be a conqueror. I reject that outright. That's terrible advice. The Western world, the greatest civilization known to mankind, was built on monogamy.

Facts. That's not my opinion. It's a fact. Anyway, it's unclear why their travel restrictions were lifted. The Romanian prime minister has said the U.S. government did not pressure Romanian authorities into letting the Tate brothers travel to America. A spokesperson for DeSantis said we had no involvement in the Tate brothers coming here. DeSantis repeated these sentiments in comments to the media on Thursday morning where he discussed the Tate brothers arriving in Florida and

We have no involvement in that, blah, blah, blah, you know, whatever. I don't care. I do know our Attorney General, James Uthmeyer, is looking at what state hooks and jurisdictions we may have been able to deal with this. But the reality is, no, Florida is not a place where you're welcome with that type of conduct in the air. And I don't know how it came to this. We're not involved. We're not notified. You know why I'm so reticent, reluctant to just outright condemn these guys? I've seen some clips. And Andrew Tate's talking about...

having women who do OnlyFans from effectively being a digital pimp, really awful stuff. And I'm like, yeah, that's true. That's all really bad. But the left puts out fake videos all day, every day. And they just put out AI edited video, audio, I'm sorry, that made it look like it was a real podcast of Don Jr. saying the US should be giving weapons to Russia, which was fake. So now if you come to me and say, no, Tim, trust me, Andrew's bad. I'm going to be like, let me look into it. Okay.

Here's an article from The Examiner with Andrew Tate. The enemy of your enemy is not your friends from January 19th. And I want to get into this because they go through a lot of these details. But first, we got a tweet from Jeremy Boring of The Daily Wire. He's a good I like Jeremy. He's a good dude. He's a good dude.

And he is very on the anti-Tate train. He says the way conservatives and conservative organizations respond to Andrew Tate arriving on U.S. soil will tell you everything you need to know about them. Any organization or host who embraces him is engaged in far worse than simple grift, though it is that Andrew Tate is the enemy of any traditional American conservatism.

Now, me, I'm not here to embrace anybody. OK, I'm a big fan of The Daily Wire. They do amazing work. And I'd be interested to hear Jeremy elaborate on his views on Andrew Tate and the histories there and then explain like because I want to explain to me. I really do.

Here's my thing. We've not reached out to Andrew Tate. Actually, this is really interesting. Several years ago, right before he got arrested, we were going to send a journalist. Shane Cashman was actually scheduled to go and sit down and talk with him about what he was doing because he was blowing up like crazy. And they arrested him. We're journalists. OK, we want to talk to people of prominence and ask them who, what, where, when, why ain't nobody playing no game. And I don't think Jeremy suggested this either.

I'm not here to embrace Andrew Tate and fawn over him. But if you wanted to come down and have a conversation on the news and we talked about the allegations against him and had him answer for them, I think that is absolutely acceptable and warranted, considering this dude is worth what tends to 100 plus million dollars. He's got a massive following of people, of young men who believe in him and want to be like him. And so we want to challenge those ideas and figure out what's going on here. That's something that needs to happen.

I admittedly, I will say it again. I don't follow Andrew Tate. I mean, I literally follow him on X and his brother, I believe. Yeah, really funny post. I'm sorry. This is how he gets it. He's a funny guy. He really is. OK, and we can talk about all the bad things that but we can't play this game where you ignore how he's been successful.

There was that viral video of the Delta pilots that were all about woke like female pilots. And I tweeted, it's not that women can't fly planes. It's that in order to get an all female flight crew, you have to go. You have to ignore a bunch of talented pilots to get to that list. And then he responded, stop lying. It actually said it actually is that women can't fly planes. Stop lying. And it's meant to be funny. It's meant to be a joke. And it was funny. Everybody was commenting and laughing.

Let's talk about this from the Washington Examiner. I want to read I want to read this commentary. Examiner says leftism is eager to destroy norms from gender roles to traditional traditional definitions of masculinity and femininity. But these assaults do not mean anyone should embrace equally toxic alternatives. They're going to mention there's no other better example than Andrew Tate, former kickboxer and online provocateur. Stop. You know what, man? The moment you said provocateur, that's it. Like you're poisoning the well.

He's another personality who posts his opinion. Same as me. And the left calls me a provocateur. This is what I can't stand. Show me. Tell me why he's bad. I'm not saying you're wrong. OK, I I follow his account. I followed him for a while. I don't really pay attention to what he's doing. I don't know how his business operates. He's got like some university. He buys Bugatti's. I don't know. I've seen like three quotes from the guy.

He brags about his womanizing wealth and fitness, among other things. He does that. I know because he said bang a bunch of women, not a fan. He encourages young men to follow him and his equation of success. Tate stands opposite the woke left. And unfortunately, this anti-woke mentality mentality leads far too many impressionable men and women to believe he's worth following. But Tate is not just assertive, unapologetic and cruel. He's not just a misogynist. He's a self-described former pimp who made his money from a cam girl business.

He's on video talking about beating women before sex. He's been charged with multiple crimes, including human trafficking. He has children with multiple women. He believes this behavior should be duplicated by other men. Just two weeks ago, he posted an X fact. Women are sex workers and went on to explain that this is if it's truth about women.

His path to notoriety includes everything the left hates. He should be wholly rejected by the right. Partisan politics is all about winning the battle against the other side. However, the enemy of our enemy is not always our friend. The term toxic masculinity is used far too often to describe most anything disliked by the patriarchy, patriarchy, hating left. I'll give you this. Here's the challenge.

There was a there was some video where Andrew Tate was talking about hitting a woman with a belt or something. I don't follow these stories, to be completely honest. I look with all due respect. Andrew Tate is not the most important political story. It is big news. He's coming to America considering the charges against him.

What I don't like about these things is that I believe the defense was he was talking about kink and foreplay. And I'm like, OK, still kind of degenerate stuff. But apparently the woman came out. I don't know what's true. This is the issue. OK, it's hard to know what's true. It really is. I heard I heard from people saying that he was talking about like BDSM stuff and women like they had safe words and they were into this stuff. And he wasn't actually saying

Like mercilessly beating women. He's also I believe he's defended his thing. It defended all these things by saying that it's persona. It's meant it's meant to be like shock content. I'm not a fan of any of it. I don't think any of it is good. And I am not defending him. I am saying this is what is being said online. Me, I'm not. That's why I said you guys comment and tell me. And I mean that sincerely because I don't follow this stuff.

Criticizing Tate is made even more difficult when personalities on the right look to him as doing some good. But he is doing some good. And that's – again, I'm not going to play this game where it's like a neo-Nazi says something like make sure to drink lots of water every day. We go, no! A Nazi told us to drink water! It's like, well, you should drink water every day. Okay? And I was at an event speaking on a panel, and Stixxexenhammer was there remotely.

Someone in the crowd asked a question. I can't remember what it was, but it was a point made recently by a prominent white nationalist. It was a quote or something. And I said, oh, hold on. Are you trying to get us to agree with that white nationalist guy? Sticks jumps right in and says, I don't care. We're not we're not going to throw out good ideas simply because bad people say them that that would be silly.

And this is what we need to get past. If Andrew Tate says something good, that's fine to accept it while criticizing his past and his bad behaviors and the current thing he advocates for that are bad. This is to me, it is very strange that there is this very deep Andrew Tate is bad no matter what, because we know that doesn't work. It's the game the woke plays. The woke are like.

cancel this person because they did blackface one time. Now, don't get me wrong. I understand what you're saying about Andrew Tate is not just doing blackface. It's like he's talking about trafficking and stuff like this. Yes. But if he's got young men who follow him and they get their news and narrative from him, you are not reaching these people. So how do you get Andrew Tate

to do better? Or how do you get the people follow him to avoid the bad things? You have to win favor with them. And that means being careful in going after people who don't know better because they're already predisposed to oppose you. So my thing is like challenge him. He's he's worth hundreds of millions reported. I don't know how much money he's got. Ten million plus or more followers. You

You need to engage with him and look him in the eyes and ask him about these things. Challenge them and present the argument so the people who watch him can be dispelled of these notions. If your strategy is ignore Andrew Tate.

Fat load of good that's doing. The dude's already massively successful, famous with a massive following. If you disengage, you lose his audience. You lose. We know this. This is why the deplatforming argument is stupid and nobody adheres to it. Or I should say, and that's why it failed to come now. He's conservatives and say deplatform, disassociate, blah, blah, blah. I'm like, OK, he'll keep growing unopposed.

We've got to be present. We've got to fish where the fish are. And if you're basically saying a dude who's got 10 million plus followers on Axe, ignore him. He's bad. Then let him keep growing and amassing power. And he dictates his own narrative. They're going to say Chris hasn't made it even more difficult by the right looking to him as doing some good.

They mentioned Benny Johnson interviewed Tate. He was roundly criticized for it and response defended his decision. And Benny was right to do so. Now, I don't know if Benny would they say Benny Ben Johnson. They call him Johnson. I said, Benny, Benny. He didn't grill Tate on his past or present. Instead, he fawned over him on his show with Tate was Alina Haba, attorney and senior advisor to Trump. Haba praised Tate as well.

The public approval by well-known people on the right only creates confusion, but Tate is in no way a role model. As commentator Ben Shapiro sharply argued in his Monday show titled The Right Should Dump Andrew Tate. It's one thing to feel helpless as society lurches to the left. Reclaiming culture is a worthy goal. The problem is not solved by Tate, a man whose words and actions not only reject conservative ideals, but very basic tenets of morality. There are far better examples both in the spotlight and out of it.

Ryan Anderson, president of the Ethics and Public Policy Center, routinely calls out the left without endorsing toxicity on the right. Ross Duthat, I don't know how to pronounce his name, a political analyst for The Times, remains unapologetically conservative. Individually, we all know men, fathers, grandfathers, brothers or friends whose masculinity is a compliment to those in their lives. Anyone who applauds Tate is exchanging one type of extremism for another. He is the kind of person parents wouldn't want their daughters around and the kind of person no young man should look to as a role model.

Conservatives can and should reject Tate as an ambassador for masculinity. The left and right don't agree on much. But when it comes to a misogynistic predator such as Tate, we can agree on this. We don't need more like him. Sure. And I'm going to say this just straight up and outright. Y'all are losing the argument. Just it's just patently obvious.

Conservatives have always been the suit wearing stodgy, boring types. And y'all, please criticize me. You're welcome to do so. That's what the comments are for. That's why I keep saying it. Largely because I'm very ignorant of the deep issues on tape. And so I'm just like, you guys tell me. But let me tell you, my friends, I'll tell you what I look up to, what I see, what I want.

I like the idea of a paladin. Me, I'm no paladin. I'm no paladin, okay? I called Matt Walsh a paladin. You know what a paladin is? It's a holy warrior of righteous retribution, of divine retribution. And it was funny because Matt didn't know what that was. I was talking to him. We had him on the show on IRL. And I said, look, you're like a paladin. I'm more like a rogue, okay? And he's like, paladin, what does that mean? And I was like, you're like a divine holy knight of divine retribution. And he goes, huh.

I kind of like that. And I'm like, yeah, it's a compliment. It really is. There are attitudes and behaviors. I know it's kind of nerdy, but...

I don't know how you'd describe Andrew Tate in that regard. In D&D, he'd probably be a warrior. He's a fighter, maybe a fighter. Fighter and a charlatan. And charlatan doesn't mean the insult charlatan. In D&D, it basically means you're crafty, you're good with words, and you're fast with your hands. It's not intended to insult. I'm saying he's a clever guy. He can navigate with words. That's why he's so successful. And he's strong. What I say is...

The demand exudes something. He exudes power. And there are men who want that power. There are men who feel wronged by society. There are men who feel wronged by women. And they look at Andrew Tate, who can have any woman he wants, he says, who is shredded. He's a champion kickboxer, one of the best. He's got the videos to prove it. He's super wealthy. And there are desperate young men who want to be something strong. They look up to him.

The answer is not to just say, look away, avert your eyes, children. He may change shape. The answer is to embody knighthood. Come on, guys.

If there are men out there that want to challenge Andrew Tate, start lifting and get shredded. Be as ripped and wealthy and powerful as him and then brag about being monogamous, having a family. I got to shout out Dan Bongino once again. I mean, come on. Bongino was law enforcement, secret service, leaving a multimillion dollar enterprise to do civil service. The man is in shape. Dan Bongino is a much better role model, in my opinion. But you need not...

you know, hold up a cross and hiss at someone like Tate, you need to engage. You have to. You have to. If you isolate yourself and reject it and he comes here and he comes unopposed, you lose. I hope for all the young men that follow Tate that when they're looking for role models, they find the paladin. I a holy night of nobility. And I will stress again,

The Western world, the greatest civilizations known to man, the greatest country in the history of this planet was built on monogamy. In fact, it was. And people can come out every day and say, you know, humans used to be polyamorous and bang like monkeys. And I'm like, sure did. And they lived in mud huts. And then something changed. A lot of things changed. And one of those things, a cultural practice emerged of monogamy.

Where people got married and swore oaths to their family to raise good children. It is a scientific fact. Kids need their dads. They need their moms and their dads. They need parents together to show them how to be honorable and noble parents.

And from this, we have built this great civilization and these United States. Donald Trump doesn't embody that. And I'm not trying to be disrespectful. He's a great man. I respect him. But he's got a bunch of kids with a bunch of baby mamas. His kids are actually pretty awesome, though. So he did something right. That's that's that's that's that's an easy point. He's got good kids. The Trump family, they're great people. So I'll cut him some slack. But this is a nation built largely on monogamy.

on men of nobility sacrificing for others. Instead of deriding and insulting women, you cherish and venerate the things they contribute when they create life and they help build a home and a community. And men, men, you sacrifice. So let me tell you this. To all the men out there that swarm around these communities of dating and they say things like, men, women do this, so you got to do that. Men, don't let women treat you like this. You should sleep around.

A strong man knows his place. There are strong men who stand on the front line of battle and there is their king walking in front of all of them. Now, these men are not written down by name in the history books. Some never got a tombstone in the Civil War. Many of these men, we don't even know who died or where or when. But those men sacrificed because they knew what it means, what it meant to be a man of

We are not whiny, petulant children and we are not women. Men know you will do the job that is thankless. You will roll in the mud. You will be insulted. You will be spat on. You will climb through the trenches and die in war. And the greatest men of our lifetimes are not the ones who avoided that. The greatest men of history are the ones who sacrificed everything for everyone else. That's what I look up to.

I hope the young men out there are challenged when they follow people who would say otherwise. I'm curious to hear what Andrew Tate has to say on these issues. And I largely don't follow his musings or whatever it may be. But I do understand based on what I've seen, why so many young men follow him and why they give him money because he inspires them. And if you can't and your answer is plug your ears, avert your eyes, children, it won't work.

Because there's too many young men who are not being given opportunity or the answers. With all due respect to Ben Shapiro and Jeremy Boring, I think they're good dudes. While they talk about politics and sometimes talk about what it means to be a good person, they don't enter the same space as Andrew Tate. They are not ultra ripped dudes of mass wealth talking about how to be a powerful man, entertaining the male power fantasy. They aren't doing it. Not that they should. I'm saying, but they aren't. There need to be powerful men

Who are desired by all women who are strong and wealthy. And then you can see them kickboxing, whatever it may be. And they brag about how do your responsibility as a man and sacrifice. And then you want to cry about it. You ain't a man.

Men don't cry about it. Brave men storm the beaches of Normandy. Brave men run into burning buildings and die in fires trying to save the lives of people they never even met. Brave men and strong men don't cry on the Internet that women are mean to them. That's silly. And, you know, the secret is these guys at the top.

That talk about it and say, man, you should be you should do this. They know they they know that there is little respect from women in being a whiny guy whinging about women being unfaithful and doing these things. Women don't like it. They as the saying goes, we have this great show on dating. Women want men who they feel don't have to want them. Women want men who they feel are nice but don't have to be nice. That means a strong man who chooses women.

Shoes is because he knows it's the right thing to do, even if he doesn't have to do it. That is what women like. And that comes from a lot of these dating podcasts. So say what you want about Andrew Tate. You engage with him. You talk with him because he has tapped a nerve of young men that you have not. And if you abandon that, you abandon these young men into his sphere of influence, which you so despise. So I reject this deplatforming stuff with all due respect. I think it should be confronted and challenged. But you tell me what you think.

It'll be interesting to see what the Tate brothers do while they're here. We've not reached out to them or anything like that. The story just broke. In all honesty, we're not going to be. Again, I'm not trying to be anti or pro in any way. I'm just saying if we end up having him on for some reason and that happens, it happens. Whatever. But we'll see. We're not pursuing it is what I'm trying to say.

I'm just sick of this deplatforming stuff. I've had people message me, how could you, how dare you platform J6ers? And I'm like, I don't care. I don't care if it's Antifa or a communist. We're going to bring them out. We're going to have that conversation. I'm going to leave it there. Smash the like button, share the show. And let's hit that debate. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you on the next segment.

RFK Jr. has just temporarily suspended a $460 million COVID-19 vaccination development program. The multimillion dollar Biden era COVID-19 vax project has been halted. Stop work order comes as 10,000 individuals were slated to begin clinical trials on Monday. The first major move from RFK Jr., who is now heading up the HHS and of course,

It has the political world in turmoil as Democrats are losing their minds, as they often do. Here's a story from Fox News. The Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has paused a multimillion dollar contract with the Biden administration to create a new COVID-19 vaccine. Fox News has learned. While it's crucial the Department of Health and Human Services support pandemic preparedness, four years of the Biden administration's failed oversight.

I made it necessary to review agreements for vaccine production, including VaxArts, including VaxArts. Kennedy said in a comment provided to Fox News Digital on Tuesday. I look forward to working with VaxArt and medical experts to ensure this work produces safe, effective and fiscal minded vaccine technology.

Kennedy issued a 90-day stop-work order on Friday related to the HHS contract with American biotech company Vaxart Inc., which is working to develop a new COVID-19 vaccine that can be taken orally.

The stop work order comes as 10,000 individuals were slated to begin clinical trials on Monday. The trial is only paused, not terminated with Kennedy and other health officials set to examine the study's initial findings over the next 90 days before deciding on the next steps. The creation of a new COVID-19 vaccine was part of the Biden administration's $4.7 billion project NextGen initiative, which was launched in 2023 and works to streamline the development of new vaccines. BARDA, which is the Biomedical Advanced Research Development Authority,

allocated $460 million million to VaxArt's development of the new vaccine, with a total of $240 million already being authorized for the preliminary study.

Recent modification to the contract would have allowed Vaxart to invoice BARDA for the remaining roughly 230 million for clinical trials. But the stop work order prevents the biotech company from invoicing BARDA until further notice. Vaxart, however, can still invoice HHS related to the medical monitoring of individuals who took part in the initial round of trials.

The announcement comes just under two weeks after Kennedy was confirmed and sworn in as the 26th chief of HHS. The same day he was sworn in, Trump signed an executive order creating the Make America Healthy Again Commission. Well, oh boy, what is this? It says COVID-19 vaccines were mandated across the federal government under the Biden admin. This sign says Pfizer COVID-19 boosters available, no Moderna. Kennedy ran as a Democrat. We know this already. This is absolutely fascinating.

And of course, we have this from the Daily Daily Beast. RFK Jr.'s FDA abruptly cancels flu vaccine meeting with no explanation. And they're losing their minds. You know, a brave new world is before us. RFK Jr. Trump, he won. YouTube, I got questions for you.

What's your policy on vaccines right now? Because if RFK Jr. comes out and claims that they're unsafe or publishes findings that you find to be in violation of your rules, do we go with the health experts and the science or do we lie to not get banned from the Internet? You see, during the Biden administration and to a degree to the Trump administration, the first Trump administration was weak. It really was. Trump did a good job. Weak. OK, he did a good job. Not positive, but, you know, weak.

When COVID first broke, there were news reports of something strange happening in China, and we covered it here on Timcast. And we got demonetized for doing so. YouTube told us that covering the story would result in demonetization. They were creating a pressure to stop people from covering the news. I wonder why.

When the story then went viral, they said, OK, fine. Now you guys can talk about it and not get demonetized. Very weird. The first month of COVID, everybody lost money. It was weird. Ad sales collapsed. Revenue was way down. And I was looking at the numbers. I was like, yikes. Wow. But then over the next several months with the lockdowns in place, revenue was through the roof. Viewership was through the roof. I can't tell you.

I meet people almost every day and they're like, man, all I did during the lockdown was watch Timcast. And now they're like, I can't remember what I watch. Now they just go outside and play sports. Good for them.

But during this time, YouTube was banning people who in any way gave an opinion on anything medical. Me, you guys know me. I largely don't want to get involved in telling you what to do with your medicines, your medical history, your health, and your money. I don't want that liability, nor do I want to be in charge of your lives. Maybe I should be. Hey, y'all, share this video and comment what you think.

Oh, seriously, comment what you think about this one, because this is going to be interesting. I'm going to I'm going to I'm going to be saying more often in my videos, you guys should comment because we got it. You guys got to engage, man. That's why we have the discord server at Timcast dot com. We're trying to get people to be active and not passive, passive listeners of the news. Don't engage. And we need to make sure that we win the midterms with the midterms coming up.

If everybody's sitting here watching, you're sitting there, you clicked it and you're looking at it, your eyes are half closed and you're like, wow, that's crazy. He's shutting down his flu meetings and shutting down covid vaccines. If you leave it there and you don't create the routine and you don't actively engage with people, eventually people will disassociate. We need you to be active. The leftists, they're active, baby. Leftist podcasts are skyrocketing.

We need to win the midterms. That means we need everybody to stay attuned, pay attention, not give up, keep sharing, keep commenting, engage with other people. And this is this is what I'm getting at. During the lockdowns, YouTube said that if you defied the government, if you said they were wrong, they'd ban you. They said if you didn't agree with the World Health Organization, they'd ban you.

Now, me, I'm largely like, look, talk to your doctor. And I know people out there are like, I can't trust my doctor. I'm like, well, then you got a bad doctor. Are you nuts? You go to a doctor you don't trust. What are you doing? It's so funny to me that people are like, I go to my doctor for literally everything except vaccines. And I'm like, if you don't trust him on vaccines, why would you trust him on anything else? OK, so go find a doctor you do trust. It was really funny at the Libertarian presidential committee or like campaign event, the the

the caucus or whatever they, I don't know, the Libertarian National Convention. You had a guy on stage who's a libertarian. And he was like, guys, I don't think anyone should be mandated to get a vaccine, but I'm a doctor. And when we started giving out the vaccines, COVID hospitalizations for me and my practice went down. Boo. I thought it was so funny. I'm like, dude, the guy's a literal doctor telling you that it worked and you're booing him.

He's not telling you you have to take it. That's my attitude. I'm like, dude, I don't care. I didn't get vaccinated. People would say, people would be like, are you vaccinated? I'd say, yeah. And they'd go, oh, okay, good. The funny thing was like, bro, I got tons of vaccines. I went, I was like, I went to the hospital one time. I was traveling. They gave me five at once. Here I am. I got a kid. Everything's great. Life is good. I'm healthy. I'm skating. I feel great. Like a million bucks. Never got the COVID vaccine. I was told that I didn't need it. So I didn't get it.

Called the doctor and they said, you don't need it. I said, okay, I won't get it. That was that simple. And that's what I told people. Just talk to a doctor you trust. They told me you're young. What do you care? Yeah, I ended up getting sick. All that jazz. It's going to be interesting now when RFK Jr. comes and makes these changes. Because here's a guy who's not playing these games. It's possible RFK Jr. comes out and goes, I was completely wrong about vaccines. They're all perfect. And then we're like, okay, satisfied, right? Are you going to be like, no, RFK Jr. has turned. He's evil. Yeah, come on. Or it's possibly comes out and says,

Upon a preliminary review, many of these vaccines are found to be. And then he maybe he gives us some explanation. I don't know when that happens. Presuming it does. I don't know if it does. What happens to big tech censorship? Is YouTube just going to fall in line and say, OK, I guess.

What happens then if RFK Jr. It's going to happen. I do think it's going to happen that we're going to get contradictory reporting from the HHS and from the government and YouTube and Facebook. Maybe not Facebook, but they're still playing games. But YouTube, oh boy, they have not fallen on TikTok's the worst. They're going to say outright, you cannot report this. It's going to be in the AP. It's going to be the Daily Mail. It's gonna be the New York Times. It's going to be on the Post Millennial.

And they're all going to report RFK Jr. says X about vaccines and YouTube will ban people for talking about it. Now, that will be very strange indeed, because we're already getting there. Take a look at the lab leak theory or climate change. There's editorial decisions being made at YouTube to prop up an ideology regardless of the facts.

It is getting spicy now with RFK Jr. already shutting down the COVID-19 vaccine. $460 million project was just temporarily suspended. Look at Fox. I got the little vaccine button up top. I don't know where RFK Jr. is going with this. I don't think he's a crazy person. And I think he's largely concerned about the chronic illness epidemic that is affecting the United States.

So I genuinely believe he's going to do the work to review these things. And if he comes out and says they're all fine and safe, I'll say, OK, I love our mRNA technologies, my friends. I really do. Y'all can rag on COVID-19 vaccines, say whatever you want. mRNA tech, when you actually read into it and look into what's going on, it's nuts.

They can program like it's getting crazy, especially with AI. But with mRNA tech, they can program your cells to produce specific antibodies targeting specific cancers. This is revolutionary stuff. I don't think anyone should be forced to get it. So I don't care what medication you get. Most of the time, people are the doctor and they're like, here's filobazolebazine. Here's phenipticon. And you're like, no idea what that is, doc. Thanks. And you pop it in your mouth.

So it's like we don't even know half the time what we're getting me. I'm very meticulous. I go to the doctor and they offer me something. And I'm like they when I got the dental work done, they gave me tramadol. And I was like chucking in the garbage. I don't want it. And they were like, you have to get it. And I'm like, I don't want it. I don't want none of that stuff. I know what tramadol does. I don't want it. These opiates, these narcotics, garbage as far as I'm concerned. Give me a good old ibuprofen over the counter and it works for me. I love me the NSAIDs when I have to get them.

But I pay attention to the medicines they're prescribing me. I look them up. I look up side effects. These things matter to me.

So we'll see. We'll see. This is going to be interesting, my friends. Yeah, like I said, the big issue is government forcing people to do things. If somebody wants to take a medication that's got side effects and weird things, is anybody, you know, I saw this commercial for Phenept, whatever it's called. I don't know. And it's like this like European woman, like Phenept is good for people who are suffering from chronic illness and schizophrenia or whatever. I don't know what it's for. And then it's like,

The one thing that really stuck out to me with this commercial, it's got this woman going to her job at a bakery or whatever, and there's a guy, and they smile and love each other. I have no idea what the weird anime commercial is about. But the lady's like, Phinept could increase the QT interval in your heart, resulting in sudden heart stoppage and death. And I was like, is any problem you're having really worth that? And then it goes on to list a whole bunch of debilitating side effects, including death. And then it goes, these are not all of the side effects. And I'm like, holy crap.

Yo, you choose, man. Ain't nobody's going out screaming about it because no one's being mandated to take any of this stuff.

I love it when it is commercials where they're like it shows people frolicking in the fields and then it'll just be like Flurzer bond is a new drug. Ask your doctor if it's right for you. And I'm like, no, no, I'm not calling my doctor right now out of the blue for no reason with just to ask him if some drug I just heard of that I don't even know what it does is right for me. It's not happening. But you know what? People do it.

I would like RFK Jr. to, in whatever way he can, ban pharmaceutical commercials. Thank you. I'm done. Next segment's coming up soon. Leave your comments. Let me know what you think. And share the show if you like it. We'll see you on the next segment.
