We had a major nationwide protest, not the biggest, just a couple days ago.

In five days, the large Tesla takedown is set to take place. And my friends, as a Tesla owner, I myself have experienced some of the chaos and shenanigans that comes along with driving around in a Cybertruck. To be honest, I am not going to stop driving my Teslas nor my Cybertruck. And it's actually quite hilarious the reactions that we received, me and my friends, as we drove the Cybertruck in West Virginia and D.C. People were not happy.

One lady almost hit us. And I try to say this lightly because I don't want to assume some lady tried to run me off the road because she's insane, because maybe sometimes people are just bad drivers. But in the latest news, a man actually drove into Tesla protesters. Now, hold on. He didn't ram them. Nobody went flying. Nobody got injured. But this is big news because we fear where this escalates to.

The Tesla takedown protests are getting crazier. Protesters are engaged in terror and vandalism and have been now for some few weeks. Prominent liberal personalities have been advocating for this. And now we get the first story of a direct confrontation. This is the first time somebody has driven into protesters, and the guy likely went very slow just to get through them. I doubt this is a story of a guy who he certainly didn't ram anybody. But last week,

A woman was driving in Washington state, I believe it was when when a car speeds past or slams its brakes on a guy jumps out with a balaclava and wearing some kind of weird camo outfit starts screaming at her face. I am surprised that man walked away unscathed. And I'm surprised that the woman actually rolled down her window to talk to a guy who would do something like that.

And the reason why this story is particularly worrying is a dramatic escalation that we fear will happen. How many people have said it? Someone is going to get shot because they are already shooting up Tesla vehicles. Now, this hour report, my friend, is not just about Tesla, just a shocking element. Pam Bondi issued a warning to rep Jasmine Crockett, who said for her birthday she wanted Elon taken down.

And the argument is, is this language a little bit heavy considering the acts of terror that we are seeing? So, my friends, strap in. We're going to talk about all of this and the escalation of conflict in this country and the judge's actions against Donald Trump, Trump's retaliation, how he's going after these criminal elements. And dare I say it, my friends, but the fear of violence that is escalating as swattings keep happening and escalating.

Well, the left is calling for advancing, encouraging and engaging in acts of terrorism. So to give a shout out to Steven Crowder over at Mug Club and all of his Mug Club members. Thanks for the raid. This is the Rumble Morning lineup live. And of course, for this next hour, I am Tim Poole. Your host will be going through the latest news pertaining to the escalation of violence. And of course, I'm your pal in the chat asking, is it civil war today? Perhaps that's one way to describe it. Perhaps it's not. But let's jump into the news and I'll show you where we're currently at.

This is a story that we saw making the rounds this morning. South Florida man drives SUV into Tesla protesters. Cops say deputies say he later told dealership workers he stands with the company. A 44 year old West Palm Beach man is facing a felony charge after sheriff's deputy said he tried to purposefully purposely drive his SUV into a group protesting at a Tesla dealership over the weekend.

The planned protest was one of a slew across the U.S. at businesses associated with Tesla, the company led by Musk in response to the billionaire's work with the Trump administration in cutting federal funding and the workforce. Attacks on property carrying the logo of Elon Musk's electric car company are cropping up across the U.S. and overseas. Several more violent incidents include cyber trucks being set on fire in Seattle, shots fired at a Tesla dealership in Oregon, and let's not forget, my friends, additionally in Las Vegas. Now,

Let me tell y'all a story about me. Oh, I know. People are always saying, Tim, don't make the story about you, but let me tell you. So we took a trip to D.C. I was recently doing a show with the Trigonometry fellas. So we drove into D.C. On our way there, you know, maybe it's a little hyperbolic to say, but let me just describe it in the most neutral way that I can. A woman in a blue car got dangerously close to our Cybertruck on the highway and

On essentially on the line. So the Cybertruck is auto driving on the highway. You click the button. It's driving itself. This is my Cybertruck. And a lady was staring in the window at us, not paying attention to the road in front of her within a few inches of the car. And I'm thinking she might she might hit us. And I'm like, is this just some crazy lady who hates Tesla? I honestly got no idea.

So y'all who are watching, you can make your assumptions and let me know what you think. Considering what's been going on, we kind of assumed, you know, confirmation bias. She was staring into the vehicle, getting dangerously close. And I figured, let's just not move the vehicle. Like, we're not going to swerve to the left. We're not going to panic. If she hits us, she hits us. We got a stainless steel Cybertruck with curb weight. I'm not super worried about it. She eventually backed off and left. Later, we had a lady rolled on her window screaming at us.

This time I'm driving and I don't really notice. But my homie in the passenger seat is like, yo, this lady's screaming at the top of her lungs, like in a car with her kid, like a youngish looking woman. And I'm like, whatever. And then the only other thing I really saw was.

Someone spit at us. We were in D.C. and a lady pointed and the guy she was with turns and then spits at us. That was funny. And another guy looked at me as he was driving. He was at a stoplight and he looks at me and he just gives me a thumbs down. You know, I just got to tell you, we were loving it. Yo, I was like, bro, is there anything more punk rock than driving around in a cyber truck right now? Just flipping off all these lunatics. I'm enjoying myself. I don't know about the rest of you guys.

NBC News reports man charged with assault at Tesla dealership after driving car at protest. So this is the charge that he ultimately got. And as we already saw from the other story, they're basically saying he intentionally did it. They say that they were protesting outside of Florida Tesla dealership and narrowly avoiding them. Authorities say the protesters had to move out of the way in order to avoid being struck by the vehicle. Yeah, this is getting crazy. And what's funny is I saw this story to see these liberals posting about it.

And they're asking, isn't this terrorism? Isn't this a terror that he would try to hit these people? And I'm like, listen, can we talk about what commensurate means? If the far left are throwing firebombs and shooting at vehicles and let's let I mean, intentionally trying to drive into protesters is not commensurate force. If a guy, however, is on the road and they surround and block him.

And the person says, I'm not going to wait to find out if they try to kill me. That's commensurate force. That is, well, actually, I mean, not even. I got to be honest. We have seen so much of this. There was a story in the Summer of Love riots where a car was on the highway and they surrounded it and it sped through and hit a few people. And they try to put these people in prison. We know these individuals in Provo, Utah, during the Summer of Love riots five years ago. Now, isn't that crazy?

There was a white car driving on the road about to turn right. There were no protesters. They were producing the street, but the car wasn't rushing towards them. The car slows down to make a right. Somebody runs up, draws a gun and shoots the driver in the arm. You know, I kid you not shot the driver. You then have the story out of Austin, Texas. I think it was Austin where the far left protesters come up and one of the guys got a rifle at low ready. The driver, I think his name is Daniel Perry, pulled his gun and shot the guy.

And he went and he went to jail for it. He got a pardon from the governor, I believe. And they tried arguing. He did it on purpose.

How can we live in this world? I'm not even trying to be cute. My friends, you tell me because I am sick and tired of people mocking the idea that we are engaged in in conflict, civil strife. Tell me how you live. Tell me how you navigate this and what you think is currently going on. Because, you know, sometimes I'm looking at all these stories and I'm like, maybe I'm crazy. Maybe I'm just plum nuts. Nothing's really going on.

And then I personally get in my car and a lady nearly hits us. And I think to myself, once again, maybe I'm crazy. Maybe that lady was just a bad driver and has nothing to do with being a Tesla. And then people spat at us, screamed at us, and I mostly just ignored it. Maybe I'm just crazy. Or maybe I'm not. Caught on video. Driver cuts off and harasses Tesla owner in Lidwood, Washington. You guys seen this video?

Cut off and berated, and it was all captured on camera. And the woman that was driving said the man that did all this was angry because she was driving a Tesla. As FOX 13's Alejandro Guzman explains, that woman was just trying to get to a doctor's appointment. She has the latest from South Lake Union outside of the Tesla showroom.

This encounter has left his mother pretty shaken up. She's just grateful that things didn't escalate physically. At the same time, though, she's afraid to drive her car anywhere as we're seeing a growing number of incidents targeting Tesla owners not just here locally but nationwide.

I was thankfully by myself. Lee was on the way to a doctor's appointment in Linwood Wednesday morning when she says all of a sudden a driver behind her just laid on the horn as they came up to a red light. Things spiraled out of control when a white SUV followed her and cut her off, stopping in the middle of the road. Gets out and walks straight up to my door window.

Look at that. So I cracked my window and I said, what is the problem? And he goes, you need to sell your car. This is a Nazi car. You're driving it. You need to sell your car. Lee says she's been driving a Tesla for the last two years. She says a man wearing a camouflage jacket and a ski mask attacked her for it. It's really sad that this is what's happening to people who honestly...

It doesn't affect how I believe or what I believe. It's just the car I drive. Being in Seattle, climate's important, our footprint's important. This seemed like the right move for our very busy family. This, however, isn't the first incident or act of vandalism reported. We've seen attack after attack after attack. I just want to stress that right there. If we go back. Set ablaze.

at the Las Vegas Service Center. Friends important. Just go back real quick to show this once again. Move for our very busy family. This, however, isn't the first incident or act of vandalism reported. We've seen attack. Highlighting. I think what's important to highlight here. After attack. I'll pause this. A lot of attacks we don't know about. And I mean, at a certain, I don't know, at a certain point, I'm kind of just like, they're targeting these cars. Is it silly? A lot of the vandalism we've seen has been high profile, large scale attacks.

What we have not seen is the small scale attacks. So there's videos that are that are circulating of people kicking Tesla's slamming their bags and then breaking their windows. This is happening to a much more pronounced degree than than we actually realize when we report these higher profile stories. So the Tesla takedown protests, they're seeking to destroy the value of Tesla. They say a peaceful protest movement. Of course, they do sell your Tesla's dump your stock. Stop Musk. Now join us.

And the game that they're playing, they're saying, we're just boycotting Tesla. They post memes where they're like, look at all the conservatives who boycotted all these products. Now they're crying. We're boycotting, bro. I don't care if you boycott Tesla. I don't care if you sell your stock. I really don't. If you sell your stock and you drive the price down, despite the fact that Tesla is doing a'ight, then we can buy it up, buy the dip at a premium and make money off it. That's fine. That's the market. But if you're vandalizing, destroying and killing people, dude, they've killed people before.

For, you know, the Summer of Love, we saw 30 plus. We saw Aaron Danielson, who gets brought up quite a bit. And I'm hoping this doesn't go to that, doesn't get to that point. But now we get a guy who apparently tried to hit some of these protesters. They said purposely driving into them. Now, the question is, did he stop and then pass through them? Or did he swerve and speed up? Action Network has the event March 29th, the Global Day of Action to Stop Musk. Why are they mad at Elon Musk?

Why, when I drove my Cybertruck, did people scream at me? Seriously, why? Like, do these people even stop to consider what they're doing? This lady, Lee, who's driving a Tesla,

And the guy stops in front of her. First of all, you do that in some other states and you die instantly. I hope it doesn't happen. Please, people, remain calm. But that terrifies me. If you're in West Virginia, a constitutional carry state where basically everybody's strapped and you pull in front of somebody, slam your brakes on and get out in a balaclava the way that guy did.

Yo, people are probably going to ram you. I mean, I'll tell you, you don't even need me to explain it. In West Virginia, though, guy probably gets out of the car with that with his gun and says, back the F up, get in your car and leave now. So we hope it does not get to that point. At least I hope it doesn't. I don't see why they're going to stop. This is the beginning of Trump's second term. It's been two months. It's not even summer yet. Spring just started. And this stuff is already lighting up.

It's scary. National Desk reports that the FBI is warning of escalating violence against Tesla properties amid protests. This is from this report from this morning. The FBI put out this statement on the 22nd. PSA, FBI warns of nationwide incidents, arson, gunfire and vandalism targeting Tesla EVs, dealerships and charging stations in nine plus states linked to political grievances. The FBI urges vigilance and awareness around Tesla locations. But it's not just that.

You know what these people want? There's a reason they put bullets in the Tesla vehicles of private owners, no less. They want you to be scared to drive. But again, the point I was going to make a second ago, do they not consider the economics of what they're talking about? This lady, Lee, when someone drives in front of you like that and screams in your face, you think a working class person can overnight just flip their vehicle? They're just terrorizing working class people.

It ain't going to work out for them. People who bought Teslas, you get yourself like a Model 3 or whatever for 30 grand. And you're thinking, I got a car. Electric is cheaper than gasoline. Not the cars themselves, perhaps, but electricity is cheaper. I'm doing right by the environment. I bought it two years ago. I have payments to make. Yo, take a look at this. If nobody wants to buy, I'll tell you, I'll tell you what these people are doing. Listen, understand.

Let's say you financed a $30,000 Tesla two years ago because they told you, the climate activists on the left, that you had to do it for the environment. So you said, let's do it. You put, let's say you put $10,000 down, 10 grand. You saved up, you put 10 grand, maybe five, five grand, $30,000 car financing fees and all that. You got 30, let's just say 26,000 is left in payments on that vehicle plus interest.

You are now paying it off. What are you going to be paying? 300, 400 bucks a month or something like that to your bill plus insurance. It's the only car you have. You are not wealthy by any means. These people threatened to kill you. They literally did. They're shooting these vehicles with guns, not with slingshots. So now you living in this area to decide.

Do you want to go out and drive the only car you have? What can you do? Do you want to sell it? Good luck. The same pressure you're feeling where you fear to drive the Tesla and think maybe I should sell it and buy something else. So you go to the dealership and say, can I trade this in? And they say, sure, trade it in. We'll give you 10K for it. And you go, I can't do that. I'll be underwater $16,000. And they say, we are having trouble moving Teslas because terrorists are shooting at them.

So what we've seen now, notoriously, many people are bragging on the left about selling their Teslas for a huge loss. You think a regular working family can do that? They can't. The people who are selling their Teslas and eating the loss probably didn't finance or don't care. And that's terrifying because now regular working people are faced with terrorism. They're not going after Elon Musk.

They're not going after his company. They're going after working class individuals who bought electric vehicles because the left told them it was the right thing to do. In most cases, they're terrorizing their own faction. So where does it go? Pam Bondi warns Democrat Jasmine Crockett tread very carefully after saying Elon Musk should be taken down.

What a crazy thing to say. We have the clip, ladies and gentlemen. Now you have this Congresswoman Crockett who is calling for attacks on Elon Musk on her birthday. Let's take him out on my birthday, she says. Yet she turns and says, oh, I'm not calling for violence. Well, she is an elected public official. And so she needs to tread very carefully because nothing will happen to Elon Musk. And we're going to fight to protect all of all of all

of all of the Tesla owners throughout this country. And it's basic safety. Once again, domestic terrorism is going to come to a stop in our country. So I wonder, I really do. Sometimes I see stories like this. I see what's going on. And I just think to myself, is the left intentionally destroying the Democrats on purpose? Because my friends, everything they're doing just helps Donald Trump. You know, there's that conspiracy theory. We were we were talking with General Flynn yesterday.

On the culture war back in November during the week of the election. And I and I was explaining on this conspiracy theory that Donald Trump is the deep state. I know many of you are shaking your head saying, what? That's no, I don't think it's true, of course. But the theory was Donald Trump was how you unified anti-establishment forces with populist forces and regained control of the government. You make villains. You then become the hero. So take a look at what the far left is doing.

Are they in any way going to help Democrats reclaim power? Quite the opposite. They're terrorizing regular people. But you know what? None of it really matters. The conspiracy theories that Trump is actively part of an establishment plot to make villains and heroes. And then Trump, of course, funds Israel. And we're still at war in Ukraine and all that stuff. No, I think the reality is the Democrats have just gone nuts slowly over a long period of time.

And now we're faced with very serious conflict because insane people are doing insane things. But it ain't all bad news. Take a look at this. An anonymous donor has sent 10 Cybertrucks to the Las Vegas Police Department. Libs of TikTok says these look so badass.

Here we go. Let's let's let's I don't know how long this video is, but so Las Vegas Police Department just added 10 Cybertrucks to their fleet. But I think the story is actually much bigger. And the community found out about this. People were outraged because Cybertrucks are ridiculously expensive and they're not particularly good vehicles, especially for police. When the sheriff announced the Cybertrucks, he was he was quick to point out that they didn't buy them, but they were donated.

Anonymously. Now, aside from the very obvious parallels that having militarized police forces and vehicles that look like Cybertrucks is very bad for the community, a lot of people thought that it was Elon Musk who donated the Cybertrucks to the police. That it wasn't. Billionaires are funding the police. And before you say, oh, it's just a donation, if the donation is used for police operations like the flock cameras or the Cybertrucks, that money is used for policing in the community.

It's not a, but certainly with flock and with now the cyber truck, which is a vehicle capable of autonomous driving, they're getting data. But more than the data is the control they get and the influence they have on the policing system. Cry more, I suppose. Let's talk philosophy, my friends, before we get into the bigger story here, we get into how Democrats are responding to Trump and Elon. Let's get philosophical and I'll ask you guys questions. And I'd like to hear what y'all have to say. So.

Do we want to see police driving around neighborhoods with their lights flashing, stopping people and frisking them? You know what's funny?

You can get into the naive classical liberal world, which I think I have read enough to have evolved beyond, I'd call it. I'd probably find myself, as some would describe, post-liberal, though I don't know if they're—I don't like using terms like this because they describe a subset of ideas that are very specific. For instance, I believe in God, but I'm not a Christian, so they say, you must be a deist. Okay, deists also believe God does not interact with the world, which I do not agree with.

So, no, I don't like that term. I'll put it this way. Would you want religious morality police? Probably going to say no, right? Most people would. The reality is it doesn't matter. None of this matters. The idea of government law, none of it matters. And I really do think so. Wade Stotts, I'd like to give him a shout out because he has one of the best videos pertaining to the Constitution I've seen ever. It's an older video, but, you know, he put it up on X a while ago. I think he might be on YouTube. Shout out to Wade Stotts.

where he described that a constitution is a reference to what constitutes the people. Most places don't have written constitutions. They have a body politic that adheres to certain socially accepted norms. The moment you start writing these things down is when you begin to lose them.

Now, don't get me wrong. I think the U.S. written Constitution is extremely important. It does not just govern the Bill of Rights. Those are distinct. When people ask me, Tim, he's violating the Constitution. Aren't you mad? I say, are you referring to the actual Articles 1, 2, and 3 of the Constitution that lay out the powers of government, the structure of government, and how we choose our leaders? Because no, he's not. Are you talking about the Bill of Rights and you want to make an interpretation on what these things actually mean? What is cruel and unusual? What is free speech?

Friends, let me tell you, the Bill of Rights have never, never been upheld. Never. Not once. I know a lot of people are going to be like, how can you say that, Tim? Because we used to have blasphemy and obscenity laws. You want to talk about freedom of religion and freedom of speech? In the early days of this country, you would be ostracized, shunned. And that's that's not government. But you could actually be arrested for obscenity. And I'm not talking about getting naked. I'm talking about swearing.

Even in the 1970s, George Carlin got arrested for swearing. I kid you not. Free speech in the public sphere never was protected. How about this? The FCC would fine broadcast broadcasters if they used untoward language. Or was it like when Janet Jackson had the malfunction and Justin Timberlake ripped off her bra or whatever it was like her boob popped out and they had to pay a fine to the FCC. Now, don't get me wrong.

That's not the same thing as free speech. What I'm saying is the FCC has levied fines against broadcasters for things they say you cannot broadcast. Famously, if you go way back, sheriffs in various towns would take the guns of people when they were entering those towns. They'd say, we don't want strangers bringing weapons in, so turn your weapons over. Hey, I got a right to keep in bare arms. It wasn't until 2008.

In the D.C. versus Heller ruling that it was nationwide determined you have a right to keep and bear arms outside of your home. Kid you not, my friends, we're going back 2008. That's our life. I don't know if you're watching this and you're 17 or whatever and you weren't. You were just born then. Perhaps you're shocked now. But my point is simply this.

We are dealing now with what I refer to consistently over the top ad nauseum. Forgive me. I know wartime conditions. What this means is not that we have people in the streets shooting each other. If you are so unread that that's what you think wartime means, I implore you read about structures of warfare, Cold War, Civil War, administrative war, whatever you want to call it. Donald Trump nearly died. Someone tried to kill him and we don't know why.

Seems very strange that this guy was able to get where he was able to get without police, Secret Service or anyone stopping him. Call it what you want. A second man made an attempt on the president and they were fortunately able to shoo him off before he got a shot on Trump. They have attempted to put him in prison, seize his buildings, shut his businesses down. They've targeted his children. They've arrested his lawyers.

When a person shows up with weapons and instructs a lawyer who is constitutionally protected. My friends, you've got wartime conditions. Jamie Raskin said if Trump won, we'd have civil war conditions. Call it whatever you want. I don't care. But what this means is we are now dealing with conflict to the extreme degree.

And I'm not saying physical kinetic warfare. I'm saying extreme conflict. That is, they tried to arrest the president. They, as in literally the Democratic Party and deep state elements, tried arrest. I'm sorry. They literally arrested him several times. They wanted him in jail. And some people on more than one occasion attempted to take his life. Do you think these things just disappeared and it's all over? This means.

Trump must act now as if he is in wartime conditions. So when a judge says you cannot, Trump simply respond, yes, I can. Now, I had this conversation with the Trigonometry folks, which I don't know when the episode will be going up, but I recommend the longer two hour conversation. So let this just be more of a promo to it with some spoilers, because they argued to me we're not in a wartime condition and Trump shouldn't do this. They argued to me that Trump should not have any extra powers or anything under the

My opinion is irrelevant. What I ended up bringing up as we get into the escalation of conflict, legal conflict, etc. It doesn't matter what you think. So I go back. Where does this conversation start? Cybertrucks driving around with police lights. Fears of a police state.

None of it matters. Let me explain. You at home, if far left extremists are firebombing vehicles in your neighborhood, which would you rather have? They run rampant and you never know when your car will be shot, when you will be shot. Or would you rather have cyber trucks driving around with their lights flashing and no firebombs?

The question is obvious. The argument that is often presented is that those who would trade security for freedom, I'm sorry, trade freedom for security deserve neither and would lose both. The actual quote is those who would trade temporary security. I'm sorry, I keep screwing up. Those who would trade their freedom for temporary security deserve neither and will lose both. And thus, I largely think for me personally.

I'd much prefer to be responsible for my own safety and security. I would much prefer to be armed myself. Not everybody can afford that. Then we run to the problem of what if you are at home and a far leftist comes to your house and threatens you? And in the process of conflict, that protester, that extremist, that terrorist, whatever you want to call them, dies. You will go to prison. So again, the reason why I say it doesn't matter is that in conflicts,

All that matters is which moral faction wins. So the example that I gave the trigonometry bros is simply this. When you look at every poll on who is the most popular president, it's Abraham Lincoln. And I've said it ad nauseum, I know, but bear with me for those that don't know the context. He arrested the Maryland legislature that was sympathetic to the Confederates. About a third of the legislature were arrested. They didn't even commit crimes. He suspended Hapius Corpus in a corridor stretching from Pennsylvania to Washington, D.C. Because Maryland was sympathetic to the Confederates as a slave state,

They were concerned that access to D.C. could be cut off. So he said we can arrest anyone for any reason or no reason at all. And they did. Is Abraham Lincoln a hero or a dictator? If you ask the average American, they say he's a hero. The man who thought he was a tyrant shot and killed him. Sixth Emperor Tyrannus. That was John Wilkes Booth. And he's considered a villain. So when I look to Donald Trump and I can see the degree of violence and the attacks that are currently happening, I can see the lawfare.

I am not so naive to think this ends with Trump simply saying, I am going to be a nice guy and avoid taking action against those who are seeking to destroy me, my family, and the world that I believe in. Nor will his constituents, his voters, his supporters sit back and let it be crushed and let it die. But do you think the left would allow their worldview to be destroyed all the same? Do you think the deep state would allow Hillary Clinton to be criminally charged? So again, does it really matter what we think when we are faced with

Oblivion is one way to put it. I guess what I'm saying is the argument that Constantine made to me was every dictator ever has used the excuse. I need emergency powers because of an emergency. Right. And my response is every leader ever. And Abraham Lincoln being the best example.

World War Two, we had the U.S. Office of Censorship. But what about the First Amendment? Aren't we upset the Constitution was violated during World War Two when they were putting out those messages, loose lip sync ships and then an office dedicated telling what members of the press could or could not say? The allies were the good guys.

objectively. But does that mean that they always did only the most upright things? No, they'd be fighting with their hands tied behind their backs. And that's the point I'm making right now. The Democrats are calling for escalation. They've got very little to go on. Their party is in disarray. I hope there is no escalation. I hope things calm down. I hope people stop fighting. Democrats are rallying around Kamala Harris. So it kind of feels like maybe this is the back end of the conflict.

We're not going to see the grand civil war as many have predicted or feared. I will try and be as fair as I can be to myself and say I probably have issued many statements where I said I feel that a civil war is coming and is inevitable. There's no off ramp. But I've also said the probability of such may not be 50 percent. So let me try and unify my perspective in a way that's understandable.

First, I will say this. Like most humans, I am subject to the whims of what our attention is on, meaning some days it feels worse than others. That's true for everything. Sometimes that's data and sometimes that's emotion. If I see a story where it's like Democrats say they want to take down Elon Musk while in the streets they're firebombing things, I'm like, this sounds scary. They're escalating to an extreme degree. When I personally experience the vitriol, it's scary.

But other times people say to you this. Another thing that Constantine told me, I look out the window, I don't see any fighting. And when you think about it, you're like, maybe it's all exaggerated. Maybe. Well, I got unfortunate news for you guys. In 1861 in September, do you think people in Atlanta walked out of their houses and saw fighting? They did not. The war was far away. The front lines were Gettysburg, West Virginia. And these are the course of over several years. The reality is that

People adapt to their moments and don't even consider how extreme things have gotten because it's always gradually then suddenly. And that's where we're at today. If you went back five years and told people that the far left would be firebombing Tesla facilities, shooting them up, people would be like, what? Electric cars and guns? I don't believe you.

Go back 10 years and tell people what this will lead to. And people are going to tell you they don't believe you. Go back eight years and tell people that Trump would take a bullet to the right side of his head, narrowly escaping death. And people wouldn't believe you. Now, I know a lot of Trump supporters would. But what I'm hoping for is this. The Democratic Party is routed. They're floundering with no leadership. AOC is considered the representative who has the strongest connection to the Democratic Party.

However, when asked who is the front runner, who are they going for? Kamala Harris wins the plurality around 30 some percent. She's one of the worst candidates we've ever seen. Democrats got nothing. Based on what we're seeing with mass deportations and the actions of Donald Trump, I think it looks like we won. But if you sit on your hands and rest on your laurels, you will lose. I'm just saying the pace at which Trump is storming the gates feels like we won.

USAID is routed. The judges are floundering. They're desperately trying to stop Trump. We know they're progressive and Trump can just say, quote, I have heard the ruling from the court. Now have them enforce it. And where does that bring us? Many people will claim that Donald Trump is a dictator. I would claim that Joe Biden was or Barack Obama was. It's a moot point. The question is, who is going whose moral worldview will actually survive this? And that is the point about Abraham Lincoln.

Nobody will want to tell you on the Democrat or Republican side, no average person would ever want to say he was a dictator, despite things that he did violating the Constitution, even threatening to arrest a Supreme Court justice. That's war, baby. As the judges seek to tell Donald Trump he can't exercise his own constitutional authority, Trump's response should not be the judge is ruled so we can't do it. That's standard presidency.

A wartime president says, we have heard the ruling. Now let's see you enforce it. Trump has a mandate to save this country. And if he doesn't, we lose it. There's a lot that I can say that I try to refrain from saying, but I will mention this. I truly believe that should Democrats have won, you would see a lot of prominent podcasts taken off the air instantly overnight. Many prominent individuals would find themselves in prison on false charges that were made up.

Because the zealous cult of the left doesn't care if it's true, as evidenced by everything we're seeing with Tesla. Ideology doesn't matter. Only the power of the cult does. Tesla is the world's leading electric vehicle manufacturer. Shouldn't this be in alignment with their climate change goals? Climate change was never their goal. Communism was. So if you're driving a Tesla, they'll firebomb it, shoot it and tell you to sell it. They're cheering for people who are buying gas vehicles. How does any of that make sense when you realize they're a cult manufacturer?

Then it kind of makes sense. From Mediate, House Democrats tearfully complained about angry constituents demanding they stop Trump. They hate us. Indeed. What do Democrat voters want? They say Democratic members of Congress back home in the districts for the last week have been encountering a level of anger and hostility that some see as reminiscent of the 2010 Tea Party wave.

The dynamic could spill over into the 2026 primaries. Lawmakers tell Axios with the inferior grassroots attempting to throw throw out House and Senate Democrats. They see as unprepared to take on Trump escalation. The Democrats are fairly weak, but still nuts. The J6 committee was insane. Allegations of witness tampering, false evidence, false criminal, false contempt of contempt of Congress charges. Why isn't Merrick Garland in prison right now?

And that's one thing I fear. They held Bannon and Robert Navarro in contempt of Congress. Why? Why not Merrick Garland? Why is Merrick Garland allowed to get a pass? Did I say that? Did I give the wrong name? Peter Navarro? It was Peter Navarro. I say Robert is Peter Navarro. Robert's the soccer player. I must have been watching sports earlier. Merrick Garland was held in contempt of Congress. Nothing happened. If the Democrats are able to wage administrative conflict,

using the system to destroy people's lives, you have yourselves a communist revolution. If Donald Trump resists it and rejects it, you have yourself a civil war. Ray Dalio said it. We're in a cold civil war. You can believe whatever you want to believe. I kind of feel that if the right and Donald Trump does not say to these Democrats, you will face accountability, you will go to jail. If he does not actually seek to indict, the right will be crushed. The left will win.

If Donald Trump does seek to pursue these indictments, do you believe the left will just accept it? In the 2020 election cycle, a war game was held. The Boston Globe reported on this. People like John Podesta were involved, where they said in their scenario, if Donald Trump were to win in 2020, they would demand the West Coast secede from the union or try to. We're not seeing anything like that just yet. But in all actuality, in all reality, it's only been two months.

What happens if Donald Trump, as he just revoked the security of the security clearances of Hillary Clinton, Kamala Harris, Joe Biden? Many are saying the rumor is he's going to have them indicted. What if he does? What do you think blue states will do? Bill Maher. I've got a segment coming up for you today. Bill Maher says the Democrats are done. It's game over. They are expected to lose.

What, 10 electoral college seats, congressional seats? And that's not even accounting for mass deportations. Could be worse than that. Democrats may never win again. One, because they're not. But more importantly, because they will lose congressional seats, electoral college votes, and they don't have a leader to begin with. Do you believe that these powerful elites who have been funneling money through the Democrats or getting kickbacks from USAID and other associated NGOs, do you think they just roll over?

Now, possible scenarios. Well, what we're seeing today is insurgency. This is fourth and fifth generational warfare. Psychological operations meant to torment, destroy companies and strip resources, as well as the use of violence sporadically across the country. This is the actual academic definition. I am not saying we're at war. Well, look, the definitions say this is the use of warfare. It could be this. Trump could round these people up. They get arrested. It's over.

It could be that the prominent elites just flee the country as they kind of have been for the first time. They keep talking, if Trump wins, I'm leaving. And they didn't. And now they did. Many of them are leaving to other countries, some to Ireland, some to France. Powerful billionaires. There's some that left the country right around the time of the election, and they've not been back since and probably never will. I got questions about that Epstein list. Should it ever come out? Kamala Harris is the best they got. Well, good luck, my friends.

They do have these judges. Judge Boasberg rejects Trump admins bid to remove a block on deporting gang members. Boasberg said that despite the president's determination, otherwise, Trend de Aragua is not a foreign nation or government and its actions, however, heinous, do not amount to an invasion or a predatory incursion. This is none of it matters. I'm telling you again. Listen, Donald Trump's the president. He has executive authority. He declares an invasion. He can.

Trendy, Aragua are criminal gangs. They've taken over territory in the United States, apartment buildings and otherwise. Trump says they're going to go in this. There's been accusations that people who are not part of TDA have been swept up in this. Welcome to conflict, my friends. This is the point. Ten to 20 million noncitizens flood this country. Joe Biden let them in. That was war against the American people. There's no way to cut it. The liberals are going to say, no, we welcome everybody. Have you seen the economy?

Since Trump got in, let me show you this viral post. I got to pull this one up. I didn't have it prepped, but this this matters so much to the conversation about what Trump is doing and how it's going to change this country and how the liberals react to it. They are angry. They're angry, my friends, that prices are coming down. Take a look at this. Reddit is furious. Deep effing value. A post on Reddit says Costco is quietly slashing prices. This feels wrong.

They say, I go to Costco every week. That's probably the only thing I do consistently. I've been doing it for years. I know the prices move lately. Everything's discounted. I'm not talking promo tags or little manufacturer markdowns. I mean, whole shelves of items drop 20 to 40 percent across categories. Not seasonal either. This isn't normal. Prices are supposed to be going up with tariffs, inflation, shipping costs, whatever. Instead, they're dumping inventory aggressively.

Either demand is collapsing or something upstream is forcing their hand. It just doesn't make sense. It feels off. Maybe I'm overreacting, but I've never seen price drops like this since I started going. If this is what it looks like at Costco, the most stable, boring, buy in bulk fortress of consumerism, then I really don't want to know what's coming next. Maybe it's nothing, but probably not. So Trump is actually getting prices down and you're mad about it? Yeah, Trump promised to do so.

The actions Donald Trump is taking, the deportations and everything else are going to make this country better. There's going to be pain. There's going to be questions, but it will improve the economy for the American people. We are presented with a major conflict. The left is going to argue that this is a conspiracy because there's no winning. Hey, I know how to piss off everybody watching. When the JFK files got released, there was no mention of Israel.

And a bunch of people on X started saying, that's strange. How come Israel wasn't mentioned? Seems odd, doesn't it? Because to people who are looking for something, they will always find what they're looking for. To a hammer, everything looks like a nail. I'm not going to tell you anything about Israel or JFK. I'm just pointing out that there were people who actually thought it was proof of a conspiracy that they didn't mention Israel. So if there was a mention of Israel, they say it's proof. If there wasn't, they say it's proof. Not saying literally everybody.

In this regard, the liberals are saying prices are coming down. That's impossible. We were told that couldn't happen. Just one anecdote. Ag prices have gone down. It would seem that alleviating the strain on the labor force, alleviating the strain on urban populations where they got to dump public resources into housing noncitizens, the mass deportations seem to be strengthening the economy, dropping the demand. Is that what they said? What did they say?

Either demand is collapsing. Could it be the mass deportations and self-deportations? So the prices are starting to come down. Yes, maybe that's why Democrats won't accept this. They are the party of we don't care. We just don't like Trump. So the threat of this new Democrat Tea Party movement means something substantive.

It means that the Democrats that are going to come in next will exist for one reason. Trump must be stopped. They will offer you nothing else. If they win, they have no plan. We saw that with Joe Biden. If they win, they will only give us administrative conflict. Their whole goal is don't let Trump win. Trump's goal is restore America, drop prices, bring manufacturing back, secure our borders, boost our military. He is fighting a machine that is hell bent on destroying this country.

So I think we're getting conflict one way or another. And that is not an opinion. It's literally happening right now. And on the 29th, the massive protests from the Tesla people are going to light up. And we may see something worse in the summer of love. But why would it stop in just the first year of Trump? If Trump gets a handle on things, he may break this. Media messaging is important. Taking out the corrupt politicians, the bureaucrats and those who waged war and sedition against this country is important.

arresting the terrorists and their funding networks is important. Right now, it looks like we're starting to get a combination of these in the first degree, in the first step. The shuttering of USAID is likely, it appears, cutting funding that's used to prop up these protest organizations which rally violence. They bring people together. They don't pay the protesters themselves, but they create the messaging. The corporate press is collapsing. RFK Jr. says no more pharmaceutical advertisements. You know what that means?

It means a lot of these big networks on cable TV ain't going to have no more money. They ain't going to be able to hire these personalities to put out this message. Brought to you by Pfizer. Brought to you by Pfizer. Well, not anymore. All of this will take resources away from that faction. This may be the back end of the conflict. And I hope that's the case. I hope the violence stops. I hope the administrative warfare stops. I hope things chill out. And then we can go back to playing football. Disc golf.

Skateboarding. Watching sports. Maybe we can watch a basketball game without seeing people kneel or whatever. Or a football game where we just want to watch the football get thrown. That's what I'm hoping for. I'm up for a de-escalation in foreign war. I hope Trump can bring it, but I'm not entirely sure.

One thing I can't say, my friends, we're going to grab your Rumble rants right now and take some of your questions. So get those in while you can. Smash the like button. Share this show. Shout out to the Rumble lineup. We are live on the homepage. Shout out to Steven Crowder, of course, and the Mug Club. And up next in about 10 minutes, you will be sent to Jeremy Hambly of the Quartering. He's going to have a great show for you guys. Snow White's bombed. So I hope you guys are all loving and laughing about that.

Let me just give you a final thought as we, as I say, smash that like button. Come on, let's get more likes and subscribe to this channel and share. Man, I, you know, part of me really doesn't want to have these conversations at all. But I feel like most people are actually just scared to admit it. Not, you know, I've not made any things up, made any of these stories up. I literally just grabbed the stories that we have. I have not, in my view, I think I downplay some of these stories.

Some are saying a man rammed the protesters. It's terror. And I said, no, the guy may have driven through them at a slow speed. I don't want to come out here and scream. The end is nigh. I was told by a journalism professor 15 years ago, well, 12 years ago, I have the unfortunate privilege of being ahead of the market. The technology and the techniques that I was using in reporting were ahead of everybody else. And then, of course, you can take a look at where we're at now. The system that I've built in the company that built, I actually told Vice to build back in the day. They don't want to do it. Imagine how much money they'd be making. They're bankrupt now. I fear that

That I'm not being unreasonable, my friends. I'm actually just pointing out what the news shows. And the news shows that there is an escalating conflict. The summer of love was bad. Some people say it's worse than anything we've experienced now. But my friends, they weren't targeting conservatives. It was random violence in their own towns.

So there's metrics to it. But maybe this means it's the death rattle. They're desperate. And I hope that's the case. I'd much prefer to talk about Snow White and why a movie is bad than why I fear people might shoot me in my vehicle driving down the street. But they've done it on more than one occasion, though it's only about 15 or 16 locations so far. Hopefully it doesn't spread. Shout out to Steven Crowder's crew. I see we've got the final Mug Club raid happening.

People are saying Russell Brand is next, not Jeremy. Is that the case? Because I was told that Russell was still going to be on vacation. Every idea starts with a problem. Warby Parker's was simple. Glasses are too expensive. So they set out to change that. By designing glasses in-house and selling directly to customers, they're able to offer prescription eyewear that's expertly crafted and unexpectedly affordable.

Warby Parker glasses are made from premium materials like impact-resistant polycarbonate and custom acetate, and they start at just $95, including prescription lenses. Get glasses made from the good stuff. Stop by a Warby Parker store near you.

Nope, it's Ruffle.

Oh, okay. Shout out, Jeremy. I'm rating Russell Brand. Wait. Nope. Guys, I believe it is Jeremy. We got texts going, but I'll just double check, make sure. We're going to grab your Rumble Rants. So again, make sure to follow us.

You can follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast. I believe Jeremy is actually already live and we will be rating Jeremy live at one today. So shout out to Jeremy and the crew. We'll make sure we smash that like button for Jeremy over there. But we'll grab some more super chats. I call them super rumble rants, my friends. And then we'll be rounding this out in about six, seven minutes, seven or so minutes.

Let's go. Rage LB says, I'm trying to bring MAGA to gaming. Rage LB on Rumble and YouTube. Rage LB 3 on YouTube. Right on. Kulava says, hey, Tim, is that gray hair on your beard or fuzz-ish was bugging me. This is why it's gray hair. So I don't care. You've already noticed. People are like, Tim, get hair plugs. You're rich. Tim, get your teeth fixed. You're rich. I don't care. But they're like, but you wear a beanie. I'm like, I don't know. It's just the aesthetic.

It's what I prefer to do. It's like, you know, I'm the beanie guy, right? But I ain't got no hair. I got crooked teeth. I'm genetically missing a tooth. And I have gray fuzz in my beard. Gray hair, not fuzz. The problem is when you are starting to go gray, it looks like you've got schmutz on your face. And that's why people buy the Just For Men stuff. It's not because you're like, I'm getting old. It's because people keep going. Get that thing. Like people like, Tim, you got something on your beard. I'm like, no, it's just it's turning white. It's normal.

But people think it's fuzz. So yeah, I don't know how many of you actually noticed. I don't really care what I look like. I try to be healthy. But I was saying this a while ago when I like I weighed 200 pounds and I skated. But I guess I was just eating poorly and didn't care. And I started trimming up not because of how I looked, but because I was like, I have a responsibility to be the best version I can. How could I advocate to other people to be healthy if I'm not conscious of this? And so I lost a bunch of weight. Now I'm particularly fit.

So, you know, you've got to be who you are. But I think that when it comes to the weight stuff, it's not about looking better. I'm not going to get hair transplants or anything, but I am going to be fit because you should be. Arsonist YouTube or YT, is that YouTube? I don't know. We together put this man in White House. I'm sick of these judges and these excuses. Do the job we voted for. Arrest anyone who gets in the way for aiding terrorists. If he doesn't, he failed. I agree.

Kopium Poppy says, check out the teaser vid we made for our upcoming first episode coming out in April 1st. Available on Rumble and YouTube, along with a couple of music videos. Kopium Poppy's shout out. Just because I'm free with a counterpoint, Tim, it is kinetic warfare. What do you call shooting, firebombing Tesla? The attacking, swatting and beating of people who support MAGA. This is and has been kinetic. Kinetic warfare. So here's the distinction. There's civil strife in their civil war.

In civil strife, people are killed, beaten and die, but it's not called war in the this is the confusion that a lot of people have when I say wartime. And when I say fourth generational warfare, they think they can only imagine a scenario where soldiers are marching down the streets with guns. No, the reason why this is not kinetic war war, it is not a civil war. It's not kind of a conflict war.

In the sense I'm referring to specifically is Trump has not amassed factions to go and fight other state factions where that let me put it this way. The Democrats and Republicans aren't shooting at each other. Some extremists are fighting in the streets. Some far leftists are attacking people. It's civil strife.

But we are not at war in that sense. So we have administrative war to the highest degree possible, but not kinetic war. So you are correct. Kinetic warfare has occurred, but we are not in a kinetic war itself. I hope that's clear. I understand. That's why these things can be confusing. And let's just say this. For every like we get in this video is one year Anthony Fauci will spend in prison.

That's the joke. I figured out how to get people to smash the like button. Just tell them that right now, the current amount of years in prison is 3620. It's a long time. KWA says J6 was a precedent to handle domestic terrorism. Arrest the Tesla bombers. It happens during a protest. Arrest them all for participation. Solitary confinement two to three years before trial. You want the J6 treatment? Why not? Everybody. This is what I mean by commensurate force. Everyone.

who was at J6, even if you walked there an hour later after the riots, stood on the grounds, confused, they still put you in prison. Do we want to see commensurate force? That would mean anybody at a Tesla protest where one or two people engage in an act of terror, all of them get rounded up with a nationwide manhunt.

And I know people are going to call for it. That's why I keep saying it doesn't matter because they have already sought to imprison you. There were thousands of people that that day at the Capitol who were there after the riot. I've heard stories. People walked up, looked around. The doors were open. There was no fighting. There were two sides of the building. People were scattered about. Most people had left. One woman told me her and her husband showed up a couple hours later.

They didn't know what was going on. They didn't read the news. They walked up to the Capitol. The doors were open. They walked inside and looked around and they just saw people were trailing out and leaving. There were no cops and they left. 18 month sentence. They've since been pardoned and they should have been. I'm glad it happened. So now you tell me, with these people, the Tesla protests, do we cut them that slack? Yeah, I'm willing to bet most people will say no. My friends,

It appears that we still have a couple of minutes until Jeremy Hambly's show is set to launch, but we're going to prepare that raid anyway. So smash the like button, share the show with everyone you know, and I will be activating the raid now to launch you guys over to see the quartering as he discusses his show today. Absurd Epstein Files updates Trump versus the Supreme Court, and they've got a massive giveaway as well as SodaGate.

Yes, I have a video about SodaGate that went up on Rumble and YouTube. And, yo, it's pretty nuts. Conservative personalities taking money to promote people using welfare benefits to buy soda. They were paid to do it. How strange is that? I'm going to drop the link to Jeremy's show there in the chat for all of you to watch. And then we're going to pin that message for everybody so that you guys do not miss a beat.

And then we're going to wrap things up. My friends, thanks for tuning in to this Rumble Live exclusive at Rumble.com, a massive show. We had about 75,000 viewers making one of the top live streams in the world, probably the number one live stream in this time slot for the country. I keep saying world, but I think it's country. So we're here to change the game. Smash that like button. Share this stream. Share this show. We will be putting the shows up on YouTube after. We'll end up, you know, putting up at 1 p.m.

So I really do appreciate it. Follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast. Thank you all so much for hanging out. Go check out the quartering and we will see you all in the next bit. We got more segments coming up. We'll see y'all there.

The news broke over the weekend that Donald Trump had pulled the security clearance of the Clintons, Kamala Harris and the Biden family. Now, he'd already pulled the security detail from Secret Service on Ashley and Hunter Biden. He has pulled security clearances for some law firms, some of the biggest and many other Democrat aligned personalities, former intelligence, former FBI, et cetera, et cetera. And why might that be?

Well, it could just be that Trump is saying, get these people out of government. We don't want them to have access to the information relating to our law enforcement because they sold this country out. Maybe speculation right now is that Donald Trump is preparing a legal case against some or all of these individuals. That is, he intends to indict and prosecute through the DOJ. Now, could that happen?

Well, the media been screaming in the 2024 election up to the election throughout the campaign that Donald Trump was threatening to prosecute and persecute his political enemies. That wasn't really fair because Trump was actually threatening to prosecute people he said had committed crimes. But it really depends on how you phrase it, right?

Trump did say, according to some reports, that Kamala Harris should be prosecuted and that many other individuals in government were corrupt. My friends, I welcome you now to what we would describe as a wartime president. That does not mean that Donald Trump goes and arrests random people for no reason like Abraham Lincoln did. It means that Donald Trump will begin using commensurate power against those who use that degree of power against him.

Let us say Trump will use an equal amount of force in response to what they did. And so understand this. As we read this story, many of you who are not familiar with what's been going on over the past few years, I assume most of you watch the show have been. You may be scared. The media may be lying to you. They're going to say this is it. Trump has gone full dictator. He's he's targeting his political opponents. Well, the Democrats already did. They arrested Trump's lawyers.

You want to know how serious this already is? They arrested Trump's lawyers. OK, Jenna Ellis, though I though I critic criticized her quite a bit. All she did was represent Donald Trump as a lawyer. And they charged her with two counts of RICO racketeering charges. That's crazy. When that happened, I said it's on.

Can this country survive if the incoming president, Donald Trump, who won the popular vote, allows that kind of political play to occur? I mean, you've got you've got two potentialities here. You've got infinite number of possibilities, but two principal high probability circumstances. They not only attempted to imprison Donald Trump, seize his assets. They attempted to imprison anyone who represented him as a lawyer.

That's crazy. If Donald Trump says we will let bygones be bygones and we will let this all slide, then these individuals will increase their their powers. They will increase their access powers. I mean, politically, they will seek out resources. And sure enough, by the midterm, Donald Trump will be impeached or disqualified.

Who knows? Impeach doesn't mean convicted, but they will, should they win the midterms, and that's possible, obstruct him. And then upon him leaving office, it will be very, very dark in this country.

You're going to see a lot of people falsely accused of crimes. You're going to see conspiracies. And if you don't believe me, guys, I'm only describing what has already happened. That's the point. To claim that a lawyer who was hired by Trump was involved in racketeering for no other reason other than drafting letters on behalf of the president as paid to do what you are allowed legal counsel in this country.

I tell you that will keep happening. I am not saying it will get worse. I'm saying what already is will continue. So who goes to prison next? Who gets targeted by the feds or the state level next? If Donald Trump resists and seeks to imprison and shut down the corrupt, then maybe it stops. But there is only one reality, and it's that in politics, somebody's going to prison. So

That's what it means to be a wartime president. Will Donald Trump say we do not go after politicians? We do not seek to investigate and arrest our political opponents, even when they do wrong, because that could destabilize a nation.

Or does he say this nation has been destabilized by corrupt forces? And if we do not criminally charge, indict and remove, this country will fall. Have fun. Take your pick. Here's the news. Before we get started, my friends, head over to Casper.com and buy Casper coffee. We've got still no more Ian's Graphing Dream. Sorry, it's coming soon. We're trying to keep this in stock. But guys, everybody buys it too much. We're small. We're a small shop over here.

But we do have Appalachian Nights, which is the number one top seller. It is a big favorite, big favorite. Actually, I think Ian's Graphene Dream sells faster, but Appalachian Nights holds the all-time most sold. And we do have Focus with Mr. Bocas, Espresso Roast, if you like it darker, and Misty Mountains. Take a look at this one, the beautiful blue bag from Misty Mountains. Go to castbrew.com, sign up. Or maybe you just want to talk politics. All of it is there. Sign up. Let's go. Here's the story from the independent Trump Yanks security clearances from foes Hillary Clinton, Kamala Harris and the Biden family. They say President Donald Trump on Friday, Yang security clearances from a round of top Democrats, including former Vice President Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden's family members. Also among the 15 people named were former Republican Wyoming Rep.

Here we go. Liz Cheney, Antony Blinken, Fiona Hill, a Russian expert formerly on the NSC, who testified against Trump in his first impeachment hearing. Clearance was also pulled from retired Army Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vindman, who also testified against Trump.

I've determined that it is no longer in the national interest for the individuals to access classified information. I hereby direct every executive department and agency head to take all additional action as necessary to revoke any active security clearances held by the aforementioned individuals and to immediately rescind their access to classified information. The president added in the memo issued after he arrived at his golf resort in Bedminster.

I also direct all executive department and agency heads to revoke unescorted access to secure USG facilities, United States government facilities from these individuals. Some of the clearances had previously been revoked. NBC News reporter Clinton, for example, asked for clearance to be revoked in 2018, two years after she lost her election to Trump. It wasn't clear why Trump named her and others again. Just because she requested it doesn't mean that it was ever formally carried out. They may have just said, OK, you're fine.

The move followed concerns raised in media about unprecedented talks with Pentagon leaders by Doge head Elon Musk. It's unclear if Musk has ever been vetted for such excess. The New Times reported Thursday that a briefing of Musk had been arranged at the Pentagon on top-tier plans in the event of war with China. Musk has extensive business in China. The tech billionaire said in a post he's looking forward to the prosecution of those at the Pentagon who are leaking maliciously false information to the New York Times. They will be found. The threat appears to have emboldened some leakers, Politico reported.

Trump revoked Biden security clearance last month. There's a viral post. It said, if you can't see what's coming, you're not paying attention. OK, well, you tell me what's coming. Is this true? From October of 2024, Trump has made more than 100 threats to prosecute or punish perceived enemies, perceived enemies. Guys, I had a great conversation with the folks over at Trigonometry. I don't know when the interview will drop.

But I basically went into a deep dive on where we're currently at. Now, that conversation is two hours long. We'll probably be edited because, oh boy, can I talk, in case you haven't noticed. But look at what we have going on here in this country, my friends. And then you tell me in the comments right now. Blast the comments off. Maybe we can get 10,000 comments. I don't know if that matters, but maybe a lot of people will actually chime in on this one because this is where it gets contentious. I am surprised by how many people

continually say nothing is happening, nothing ever happens, or that we are not at war? Well, the first thing you have to do is define war. And there's several different ways to define what a war is. But typically, war is the exertion of force between two parties for the sake of control, right? It may be because you want to wipe out an ideology, but people fight. But how do people fight?

In the Cold War, we called it a cold war. We were we were in active conflict in various places all around the world fighting the Soviet Union through proxies. Seems kind of silly, right? I mean, if you want to nuke the Soviets or the Soviets want to nuke you, they should. But instead, we just backed those who opposed the Soviets. And then we had Cold War all over the world. And I guess guess who won? Yeah, history tells you it was us, though the Soviets and their ideology and the communists haven't ceased to exist. So what are we looking at right now?

Trump's perceived enemies. Hey, play whatever game you want. Call it perceived enemies. Call it criminals. Call it the corrupt. Right now, what we are looking at, as I already explained, is Donald Trump, who had his lawyers arrested. And now we are looking at the Democratic Party today using activist judges to shut down Donald Trump. But wait, there's more. I think we have this story from Newsweek.

Mother's shock as she recognizes deported son in El Salvador prison video. There are many stories that are coming out and some of these. There's one that's going viral. This this is a mother saying my son is not a criminal.

In the last administration over four years, I'm going to use the very, very,

Light number 10 million non-citizens. And I'm seeing I'm being very fair to the left. Non-citizens were allowed to enter this country through extra legal means. Now, I want to clarify, I'm saying extra legal because there's a standard legal migration process which involves if you are in Africa, you submit paperwork, be it asylum or otherwise, and then we'll let you know.

It is typically it is not completely disqualifying, but it may be if you do not seek asylum in the nearest country to you. So when people fly from Africa to Brazil and then travel up to the southern border and enter our country, you can't really call them asylum seekers. If somebody in Venezuela is claiming asylum, why are they in America? I'm sorry. Why are they in the United States of America?

If you're in Venezuela, you can stop in Mexico. Mexico is fantastic. I'm not even exaggerating. Mexico is really, really nice. There's great cities. There's great weather. People go down there for better health care. But what's the issue? I don't know. Lower per capita GDP. Indeed. So in this instance, you have a man who is an asylum seeker from Venezuela who came to the United States. And why? Why couldn't he get asylum in literally any of the other countries that surround Venezuela, are south of Venezuela, or even in between here in the United States?

That's neither here nor there. I bring this up because this is just another story that is starting to drop in the record. The story of a 10-year-old girl who was an American citizen deported. Now, it doesn't matter that they did have the option of staying as wards of the state. The family didn't want their kids to stay as wards of the state, so they brought the kids with them back to, I believe it was Mexico. The issue here is this. As I already warned a year, two years ago,

When Donald Trump begins his mass deportations, he's got to play this one so perfectly, so perfectly. And that's my argument. There's always going to be weird stories like this. But this is why Trump has to do things so far above board. It would be cumbersome.

We cannot handle stories of people being loaded onto trains and planes. The videos that are coming out of El Salvador are not good. Now, if you're telling me that Trendy Aragua terrorists, bad people, criminal gangs are being deported to El Salvador, have a nice day. I don't care. I literally don't. The problem is we cannot have a single person mistreated. And I mean that sincerely. We need to make sure that we do this right. But you know what? I don't know that matters what I think.

What matters is what's practical and what's going to happen. Donald Trump as president is not going to sit back and say they allowed 10 to 20 million people to illegally enter this country and we will just let it happen. And no matter what you do, there is going to be a margin of error. So let her rip, baby.

The left is going to exploit this to claim that, see, we told you Trump is Hitler to mount stupid people or to rally stupid people into an insurgency, which we are seeing now against Tesla's, which is silly, but they're doing it. Maybe.

We're on the back end of the conflict, and Trump is going to clean things up with the with revoking the security clearance of these individuals. We get some charges. They lose power. And that's the end of it. And along comes the America along comes the demise of the American public and the rise of the American empire. And I mean that as in reference to the Roman Republic, to the Roman empire, you would get 200 years of prosperity, I guess. But it's fascinating, isn't it?

One of the things that the Trigonometry folks brought up, and I hate to kind of spoil a little bit of the interview, but this is a good teaser for what it does drop. You want to watch the whole thing was Constantine asked me, you're saying Trump should have wartime powers to go after his opponents. But every dictator ever has stated that exact same thing. It's naive, isn't it? It is.

Because I said, give me an example of any nation ever that did not invoke wartime powers during an emergency. Give me one example. Now, I'm sure I'm not saying there aren't. I'm saying that typically the examples you give where a nation refused to enact wartime powers at a time of national emergency, they were wiped out. Not every single time. I'm saying it's tendencies. And I am not saying Donald Trump should go and arrest random people and send them to death prisons.

Quite the opposite. He should not be doing that. What I am saying is Abraham Lincoln, the most popular president in American history, when polled over and over against the American people say he arrested the Maryland legislature. This was a union state. And he went in and said, arrest the people who are in the Congress, who are in the in the House of Maryland, who are sympathetic to the Confederates. And he did. They did it. These people committed no crimes. They just had political views.

Free speech, yeah, right. Suspension of habeas corpus. Was Abraham Lincoln a dictator? Maybe. But he was a winner. And there was one man who called him a tyrant, and that was John Wilkes Booth, six-semper tyrannous, and thus to tyrants. Abraham Lincoln did some nasty stuff, but Americans love him. History says he's the hero. Look, the Allies in World War II did nasty stuff. But you really just... I think when we look back at history, we have a worldview built upon...

A moral tradition and a moral framework that survived. Isn't that kind of scary? The reality is I think most people today, myself included, would recognize the Confederacy sucked. Sorry, guys. That's true. I say sorry, guys, to people who are like, it was the Northern War of Aggression. No, sorry. Then you have people who are trying to play this Hitler narrative. And I'm like, yeah, no, that dude was off his rocker. Nuts.

You had actual grievances that made sense pertaining to the debts and the World War One seizure of lands. Those are where someone says they took our land. And you're like, interesting. After World War One, they did see certain parts of Germany. And then Hitler comes out. I swear to God, this is what people are insane about when it comes to Hitler. They like to say things like that, like who wouldn't be aggrieved if they were in massive debt and their economy was destroyed? It's like, you're right, they would be. And why did he go after the Jews? Uh-huh.

Yeah, the guy was nuts. He was on amphetamines and he was off his rocker. And he rallied a general grievance that people had a bad economy and a lost war, turned it into psychotic actions. The reason I bring that up is, yeah, the Confederates were bad. And the Axis powers, the Nazis, the fascists, really bad. Japan, come on. Come on. Not the good guys here. But Abraham Lincoln, suspending habeas corpus, locking people up, conscripting individuals. I mean, that's a wartime president. Winston Churchill, not just him.

But you had with the allied forces, the bombing of Dresden, tens of thousands of civilians killed. It's war. So you can choose to look back. And what you're really saying is everybody does bad things that that terrify us in emergencies. But we want the side we deem to be morally correct to win. And that's terrifying, isn't it? So what does that mean today for a Donald Trump?

I am not saying Trump should be randomly grabbing people he thinks are trying to air Raghwan, sending them to Venezuela. I'm sorry to El Salvador. I almost said Nicaragua. That's terrifying. These videos and photos are bad and should be called out. El Salvador has prisons. I have no problem with us using them for terrorists. An illegal immigrant in general shouldn't be sent to a supermax condition where Trump brags about how his conditions are bad. That is a bad thing. Abraham Lincoln did really bad things, too.

There's no excuse for people doing bad things, be it Abraham Lincoln or otherwise. But guess what? It doesn't matter what I think. It really doesn't. So long as people like me, and I mean this, refuse to be men of action who will go out and solve these problems, then you will get people like Trump who will. I think Trump is doing bad things. I appreciate the deporting of criminals, but we need to make sure it's not some random barber who showed up and is just trying to cut people's hair. We say you broke the law. You get sent home.

Getting sent to Supermax and then brag about how bad its conditions are is actually cruel and terrifying. I know why he's doing it, though, because this is what's called wartime leadership. You may say to me, Tim, we're not in war. I would respond to you. You don't know what war is. Is war two groups of soldiers marching on a battlefield towards each other? Is that what you think? Is war a pocket of individuals running through the night with night vision goggles and shooting at men in a building? Those are forms of war. What about war?

espionage. What about psychological operations? What about sabotage and subterfuge? All of these things are a major component. And psychological operations is a principal component of war today. The manipulation of the public, social media and mass media. If you went to any world leader throughout history at any point in history and said, I will win you this war without firing a single arrow, swinging a single sword, firing a single cannonball or bullet,

They'd say, how? If I said to them, I can make your enemy nation bow before you as a god without raising a fist, they'd say impossible. Mass media, ladies and gentlemen, that is modern warfare inundating the minds of individuals. So they need not be occupied by guns or force, but by fear of social structure, just like in the 2010s.

When seemingly everybody opposed wokeness, but nobody dares speak up because they were occupied by institutional forces that made them terrified. We will take your life from you, not in the harmful physical sense, in the economic sense, in the social sense.

The point is this. We are in some kind of cold civil war. Not my opinion. It's the opinion of a Princeton professor of Ray Dalio. It's the opinion of so many other news analysts and a former CIA agent and journalists that have been reporting it over and over and over again. Should Trump just say we carry on like normal or should he behave like a wartime president? Which means he says to those who have illegally entered our country, there's going to be a margin of error and we're going to remove every one of you.

It's your choice. I do believe a large reason why he made that move, why he doesn't care largely about the deportation of these individuals to the supermax prison, is that he's hoping these people deport themselves, which would alleviate a lot of the stresses and a lot of the conflict. Anyway, to the principal point about Kamala Clinton and the Biden family, should Donald Trump criminally charge these individuals? Should he actually go after prominent politicians for what they did? I believe the answer is yes, but that will result in escalation.

The escalation may be insurgency, like what we're seeing now with the Tesla conflict. It may never rise to a full-blown civil war. At the very least, we are in an administrative civil war, as Eric Weinstein called it. The bureaucratic powers are fighting for control of one government. That's a fact. The judge is blocking Trump. These are two elements of one government fighting over control over who has the power to do what they want. I hope you're ready for where this goes.

I hope I hope it goes nowhere. Honestly, I hope it stays where it is. Trump cleans things up and this is it. I hope we'll see. I'll leave it there. Smash the like button. Over this weekend, a major scandal erupted as many prominent personalities on the right started promoting individuals who receive welfare benefits buying soda pop. You know, over in Chicago, we call it pop. That's right. And if you go outside of that region and ask someone for a pop, they will think you're insane. I learned this the hard way. Well, I'm from Chicago. To be fair, nobody says Chicago. That's fake. That's from movies. But the story is this.

Big company called Influenceable is reportedly paying influencers upwards of $1,000 plus to advocate for welfare recipients' ability to buy soda. The story dates back to earlier this year with the likes of R.F. Kennedy Jr. and many conservatives. They said, we're going to put forward a bill where if you are receiving welfare benefits, you can't buy soda.

sugary garbage drinks with corn syrup, nasty preservatives is bad for you. You shouldn't be allowed to buy it. All of a sudden, we started seeing a bunch of posts from individuals saying this is government overreach. Now, I am deeply offended by all of this, deeply offended. Let me show you the examples. And I'm a fan of some of these individuals to clown world tweeted. The government wants to block soda purchases for Americans on Snap.

Remember when New York City tried this and it completely backfired? President Trump proudly had a Diet Coke button in the Oval Office. This is ridiculous government overreach. Let the people decide for themselves. Eric Daugherty. Important. We cannot allow Make America Healthy Again messaging to be used to force needy Americans into not buying certain things. Some officials in D.C. are working on trying to prevent Americans on Snap from using those benefits to purchase any soda. Remember when New York City Democrats tried to prevent people from buying and consuming soda? Trump had a Diet Coke button. Hey, that sounds familiar.

Not Jerome Powell tweeted. What? Yo, you know what? I'm telling you. Then you got Ian Milestrong. Probably did the best job of breaking this down. Smart guy. Although, to be fair, Ian, I don't think it's weird that you are in Malaysia and you act like you're in America, but...

You're not a stupid guy. Certainly. A new war on soda has begun targeting purchase of made through snap. I don't believe it's in the government's role to decide what people should or shouldn't eat. The last time the US government dove deep into dietary guidance, the whole world ended up with questionable food pyramid. It also championed COVID vaccines. Promoting better health for the Americans is a reasonable idea, but not when it involves curbing diet Coke purchases.

Restricting soda through SNAP is an unnecessary move by the government to control consumption, overselling its authority and infringing on individual liberty. I am so deeply offended by this for so many reasons.

First of all, the government overreach was when they dipped their hand into my pockets, took my money from me and gave it to people who wanted to buy sugary garbage food. I, on the other hand, like to purchase with my hard labor, delicious, pure, not from concentrate tart cherry juice and spin drift.

Now look at me, my friends. Let me tell you about my healthy drink purchases. Spindrift has this particular one, grapefruit, which is the best flavor, by the way, although they have a ton of amazing flavors. Spindrift is carbonated water, grapefruit juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and hibiscus for color. Where's the red garbage in it? Hibiscus? I love hibiscus. You can eat them. It's got 17 calories per can, and it's sparkling water with a splash of fruit juice.

tart cherry juice is recommended as an anti-inflammatory for pre and post workout. That's why I have it to be fair. This is not from concentrate organic cold pressed, and it's got 34 grams of sugar, kind of a lot, kind of a lot, but I don't drink all in one sitting and it's a recommended anti-inflammatory antioxidant. So it's about the sugary drink that I will have. I will be fair and be completely honest with you. I drink soda.

I've got these organic colas. The only ingredient is it's like it's I think the ingredients are carbonated water, natural flavoring and organic cane sugar. It's like that's all it is.

I'm not saying people shouldn't drink soda ever. I'm not saying you shouldn't have a Big Mac or that. I'm saying when the government takes my money and tells me there are needy people who need to eat and then they tell them to drink Coke. I'm like, bro, no. What they need is a bag of flour, some milk, some eggs, maybe some bread. I mean, maybe the flour can get him there.

You give them the essentials they need for that. I'd rather they get a pack of vitamins. Check this story out. These individuals didn't disclose that, at least according to the report, that they were giving you paid talking points, fake opinions to promote welfare dollars going to the to poor people to buy garbage that kills them. Then into the hands of big drink companies. Nick Sorter says.

Over the past 48 hours, several large supposedly MAGA aligned influencers posted almost identical talking points fed to them, convincing you Maha was out of line for not wanting Sona purchased with food stamps. Some even some even slimely invoked President Trump, an emotional manipulation tactic referring to his Diet Coke button. Not a single one disclosed that they were paid for these posts, which led readers to believe a general soda ban was in the works.

These influencers were given multiple templates to use by Influencible, with one of these templates specifically telling them to mention Trump's Diet Coke habit. This was done to evoke an emotional response from loyal Trump supporters, making them feel as if banning soda from Trump would be anti-Trump. Guys, the first thing I want to say is I know it's offensive. I'm going to say it's offensive to me that you'd promote this garbage. Again, I'll stress my tart cherry juice, 34 grams of sugar. But the ingredients are organic, not from concentrate tart cherry juice. OK, OK.

I don't like when people are drinking tons of sugary things. Water should be your drink. It's already a stretch that I drink Spindrift. You can drink water. Water is all you need. But I am absolutely fine with people drinking 20 gallons of Coca-Cola if they want to. Just not off government benefits. But what really gets me is the miserable, miserable attempt at passing this off as a genuine opinion. Now, I'll give some credit to Ian Miles Chong because he understands that.

Here's the objective. It says soda bans and government overregulation. This campaign highlights the dangers of government overregulation with a specific focus on current efforts to restrict soda purchase through food aid programs. The narrative emphasizes how such regulation is an overreach that unfairly targets consumer choice, especially considering the president himself is a Diet Coke enthusiast. Key messaging, government overreach, personal freedoms, economic concerns, Trump's preference for Diet Coke, Trump's voter base. And here's an image of Trump with a with a with a Coke Diet Coke.

If you submit the post at the campaign deadline, it will still count as a misdeliverable. Misdeliverables are deducted from your base pay. If you do not submit the deliverable links by deadline, you won't get paid. Do not reach out to the Influential team inquiring about campaigns. Blah, blah, blah. There's a whole bunch of rules. Where's the money? I think he mentions, he shows an image of how much money it is. So I think somewhere it said something like a thousand bucks. I thought he had this. Maybe he doesn't. Here you go. Here's, okay. Okay.

This is the new influenceable phone number. Please label it as influenceable on your contacts list. They're launching a new campaign for the movie Sound of Freedom. OK, so Sound of Freedom had a campaign and it was one hundred dollars and one dollar for every thousand views. That was the Sound of Freedom campaign.

And then you can see Chad Prather listen to what the filmmakers had to say. Sound of Freedom filmmakers, no single interest group owns the issue of trafficking. I got no problem with that. And I have no beef with Influensible. I like the company. What I don't like is when you if you pay someone to promote a movie based, do it, especially Sound of Freedom. People are required to label things as advertisements. So these people all face fines, I believe, from the FTC for this. But anyway, I want to finish that other point.

What really irks me is that these people couldn't even craft the arguments on their own. Again, I'll give Ian Miles Chong some credit because he did a fairly decent job. Now, I'll tell you, first and foremost, when I was a kid, everybody said, what do you what would you take if you went to school? And I was like, I don't know. I wanted to do acting maybe because it's fun. Or maybe I would do criminal justice. And they're like, so to be a lawyer.

Yeah, you would be a lawyer to pretend. And that was always the joke when I was a kid, although I ultimately ended up doing none of those things. Actually, I did a tiny bit of acting, but I digress. Listen, allow for me to craft for you all the proper argument that would align with this messaging. And that argument would be, I am no fan of sugary drinks and I have concerns about people being unhealthy, especially using welfare benefits.

Right now, they're considering a restriction that if you're receiving snap, you can't buy soda. The problem I have with this is how they define what constitutes an unhealthy beverage. This is where things get tricky.

Were I and this is not my argument to actually put a message on this. I would say that followed by I personally like to buy healthy fruit juices that sometimes contain more sugar than soda. Would they ban me from drinking, say, high vitamin C and high antioxidant blueberry juice, which actually is important because it's considered a sugary non-essential?

The problem is when you get into restricting people who are trying to buy foods with welfare benefits is it corrupts the system. You can't just ban the purchase of foods. It doesn't work. There's an argument. However, I digress. Although I can certainly make a good argument, I actually think it's bad morally and it's

Let's entertain this. While it is true, you may not be able to purchase a delicious tart cherry juice with your welfare benefits. Too effing bad. You are not being given the delicious antioxidant vitamin drink that you need because your beggars can't be choosers. I'll put it that way.

I want you to have good drinks, but you shouldn't be drinking high fructose corn syrup garbage. You shouldn't even be drinking orange juice. People come out and they say, but orange juice. But no, no, no, no, no. Orange juice sugar is off the charts. Even my tart cherry juice sugar is off the charts. OK, this is an absurd amount of sugar. So what I what I tend to do is I drink small bits of it in the morning. I do about a bottle. I might do two. But consider that 70 carbs in one day just from drinking the cherry juice. Again, I'll stress why. Because it was recommended by.

by individuals trying to direct me as to proper anti-inflammatories post-workout. This is the way you do it. Be careful of your sugar intake. Okay. You might say, but Tim, what if someone is poor and they also want to have anti-inflammatory? Sorry, dude. Sorry. Not everybody gets to have anything they want all the time. Okay. I do not believe this is how we get this thing done. But anyway, I digress. The point is, I do not like that they were very bad at crafting their argument and they all looked identical and generic. That's cringe.

I got no problem with Influenceable. In fact, I'd love to use it. The idea of advertising through social media influencers, I think is really great. So I said this, I'm going to pay all these influencers to talk about how handsome I am. I'm like, bro, 100 bucks a post. Do you see this? Look at this. Sound of Freedom, $100 per post, 100 bucks. Oh boy. We here at TimCast can afford an ad campaign at that number. Let's go. How cool would it be? Not look.

I'm kidding about them posting that I'm handsome. Kind of. I'll legit do it. I want to see who's going to take the hundred bucks to do it. Because I'll tell you this. What does that say about our influencer sphere? If they all started posting, Tim Pool is so handsome. Now, influenceable might be like, we're not going to let you do that, Tim. You know, we're not going to work with you on that campaign because it exposes us. I argue this.

If it's apolitical and the purpose is I can buy ads through these influencers using this ad sales network, I actually have no problem with it. Promoting sound of freedom is awesome. If I think people should have disclosed it was a paid ad, that's a legal requirement. And if Chad Prather was actually is actually doing these without labeling it, I think that's that's messed up. But I do like sound of freedom as a message. And it's not so much the morality of the issue.

Promoting a movie is whatever. It's a movie. It's a commercial product. Go for it. Promoting a political stance on policy coming out of D.C. without disclosing it. Yo, that's dirty. And I think it's illegal in a lot of ways. So this is this is actually pretty crazy. Nick Sorter mentions they do this a lot. They routinely push candidates in movies, too. This movie is a much this is a much more innocent example. Want to get paid to shill for people you know nothing about? Influensible. Here you go.

Hey, blank. Blank is still under attack by the Republican establishment. The Democrats and the Democrats. Blank is a patriot fighting for his career. Fifty dollars. One original tweet on the issue. Yo, I am so doing this.

Holy crap, bro. Influenceable. Get at me, dude. I got $100,000 with your name on it. I'm going to get all of the personalities across the board to just tweet about how awesome chickens are. I want them to say chickens are based. That's it. And then everyone's going to be like, why did all of these people all at the same time just start talking about how much they like chickens? Because because they're willing to take any amount of money, baby. I love it.

I've heard some responses to the story. People are saying, you know, be kind. These are people who work a lot, aggregate news and post these stories, and they need to make a living. Fine. But you have to disclose it. Yo, every time we do an ad read on Timcast, we click the little button that says this is an ad.

We have posts. We've made made posts. I always make sure they're overtly sponsorship posts. And everybody knows if we do it, it's a sponsor post. And we put this post is sponsored by our show is sponsored by. I want people to know. Now, I will add this. I have never sold a direct tweet. Let me clarify.

I have never had someone come to me and say, will you tweet in exchange for money? I have had companies say, we want to advertise on your show. We want you to tweet out about the show. We've long maintained, I have always said this, I will not sell a tweet. However, if you sponsor Timcast IRL, and we've had big sponsors, they pay a lot of money.

And they say, we want you to tweet about the show because we want the show to be big. And I say that we can do. Instagram is a different story. We have included Instagram paid posts. I think we've done maybe like five or six. I actually went in and deleted the ones that were improperly posted because they weren't labeled as ads, although I may have missed some. But these are clearly advertisements. They say, here's the company. They're sponsoring us. And here's the thing about it.

I will tweet about something that was sponsored, but I will not tweet for money, especially political opinions. So, for instance, you can see when we had sponsors, we've done a few where I've promoted them on Twitter. And I've said today's show is powered by or sponsored by. They might be powered by this company. Shout out and thanks for supporting the show. And then we tweet to the show. That is an ancillary benefit.

And it's not a political opinion. It's a, our show is sponsored by this group. Here's what they do. Typically, we want all of our sponsors to be products. And my rules are always this. I will not make claims about products from a first person perspective that I've not used myself. And every company comes to me and say, Tim, will you say our product is the best you've ever had? And I say, no, because I've never had it. Now, if you want me to say, this is what the product does, and this is what it can do for you. No problem. If however,

You give me a product because they do send us samples and I try it and it's legit amazing. I will give you my honest thoughts on it. 100%. So we've got some company now that wants us to advertise like a home gym or whatever. And I'm like, what can I say about it? So they're like, we're going to send you a full home gym. I'm like, yes, beast.

And then we'll try it out. And I'll give you my honest thoughts on it. We have rejected a bunch of sponsors. Understand this. Timcast has rejected tons of sponsors because they were like, try this product. And I'm like, OK, that's not that great. And they're like, we want you to say how great is. I was like, I won't do it. And they're like, well, then we don't we don't want to sponsor a show. And I'm like, OK, like, dude, if I don't like your product, you are not going to get me for any amount of money to lie. Never going to happen.

That's why this is so offensive. I will stress this. Every product we've advertised is because either it's a neutral statement or when I say it's good, I mean it. So I'll give a shout out to a few of the sponsors we've had, right? Tax Network USA sponsors the show now on IRL and they sponsored our audio podcast before. I literally have recommended them to friends. And so when they give us a script and they're like, here's what they do, it's still a neutral statement. But I'm like, I've heard of them before. And I've said like, hey, like if you're having issues, call this number.

Totally fine with it. We've got Field of Greens from Brickhouse. And I think they said, we want you to read this, read it. And I was like, I will do a neutral read for what the product is. We got the sample. Holy crap, I love this product. It's like pulverized greens. You mix it with water and it tastes amazing.

I, if, if I like it, I like it. And then shut it to sleep sanity because they didn't even sponsor us. But now we're talking to the company because I got an ad for this headband you wear and it's got head ear headphones and it's got a visor, bro. It increased my deep sleep and my REM sleep by like 20%. My sleep score is now through the roof. I track all of these things. I try to be a health nut without being like overbearing. Like I'll have pizza sometimes I'll drink sodas, but you do your best, right? You want to, you want everything in moderation, right?

And the company hit me up saying they were fans and they appreciated it. And a long story short is this. There are people who are taking money to espouse political opinions and they're full of it. And that's messed up. In the meantime, R.F. Kennedy Jr. has since come out saying no soda with snap. Snap should fund food, not junk. Maha. Actually, I don't think this is a real account. This is a fake account. OK, anyway, this is a pro Maha account.

But Thomas Massey said people should not be allowed to use food stamps to purchase sugary drinks like Coke and Pepsi. Libertarian arguments about choice do not apply here. The money being used for EBT was extracted from the taxpayers who have no choice in whether to give up the money. So, my friends, be careful out there. You never know how many people are just in it for the money. And, man, I don't know what to say, man. Sometimes I wish I was unscrupulous and would just take the cash. But we don't do that.

This is why we only recently started running ads in the first place. We were where we rarely did any. And it's probably why we're not a billion dollar company when we should have been. And we could have expanded because I'm a stupid, moralistic moron who doesn't want to take money and be a megalithic corporation or whatever. No, in all seriousness, I'm proud of the fact that we have scruples that I am not willing to do these things. That is who I am. And I would rather live in a van down by the river than take cash for bullshit.

Forgive my language. Ain't no one is ever going to offer me money to espouse garbage that I don't agree with, nor will they ever get me to promote political ideas that I don't agree with. And even if I do agree with them and say Trump came and said, David, tweet about how great I am and why you like me. Just put your own words and I'll give you some money. I'd say no. I'd say no. I'd say I'm not interested in doing that.

Now, if a company comes and says, what about my product that does this thing? We'll consider it. You know, I'm on the phone with ad sales all day, not literally all day, but periodically. And I get I get these calls where they're like, would you like to promote this company? Tons of people right now promoting pharmaceutical drugs. No joke. That was the tweet from RF Kennedy Jr. I don't think I ever pulled up that he's going to ban ads for pharmaceuticals.

And I'm like, who the fuck are these people who are doing commercials on podcasts for prescription medication? That shit pisses me off. Got me swearing now. I will never support any prescription drug being marketed to people. That is for a doctor to tell you when and why you might need it. Whatever. I'm going to wrap it up there, man. Stay tuned, my friends. We got more segments coming up. Stick around and we'll see y'all shortly. Follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast.

And it's over for the Democrats, my friends. Bill Maher thinks so. Game over. Bill Maher bluntly warns Dems their days are numbered in scathing takedown. You know, Bill Maher was the guy who during all of the covid hubbub and over the woke nonsense was very much still in line with Democrats. He's the guy who said if a recession would stop Donald Trump, bring on the recession.

And a lot of people mocked him and derided him for this. But he's broken now from the Democrats, repeatedly saying that they can't possibly win. And I think he's right. It's not just Bill Maher. There are many other individuals like him who are prominent liberal personalities who broke from the Democratic Party when they realized they were on the wrong side of history. Charlemagne, the God, was very much anti-Trump. And then right on the time, I think on the election, he was like, maybe they lied to us about Trump.

And I can remember which guests we had on Timcast. But they were like, he's smart. He figured it out. Might have been Hotep Jesus. Maybe not. But they were like, you know, some of these people are stupid and some of these people are smart. They know exactly what they're doing. And Bill Maher, I think, is, you know, he doesn't really fit into that completely. I think Bill is a little bit more principled than that. I think Bill largely was just ignorant of a lot of what was going on. And that's why he maintained these positions. As for being anti-Trump, they had a personal beef.

But Bill Maher started to shift on a bunch of these issues when he started to become aware of them. He was mocked mercilessly when he told Dennis Prager that Prager was wrong about tampons in the men's room. And that was three years after the story was already published in various mainstream outlets. I just want to, I got to say that one. Currently, I will stress that, or I will state, my team is connecting with Bill Maher's team. I would, we are looking at a time when I can go on Club Random and have this conversation with him.

So I will just say there was a story about tampons in men's rooms in schools. Three years later, Dennis Prager appeared on Real Time with Bill Maher bringing this issue up and they laughed at him and mocked him for it. It's pretty dang crazy. You think about it. How did Bill not see the story that was prominent across the media? His consumption of media is very different.

But even he is now seeing what all of us saw a while ago. The Democrats are over. Take a look at this. Actually, I don't know if the clip they're going to play is the actual clip. Let's play it and see what they've got. Network error.

OK, so just to continue on this for a minute, because I just saw this really bad news for Democrats. 2030 reapportionment. There's a group called the American Redistricting Project. And in five years, we will be redistricting. California is projected to lose three seats. New York, two. Also going to lose a seat. Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Illinois, all blue states. Who's getting these seats?

Texas, Florida, Idaho and Utah. I mean, this looks like game over, you know, and the reason why people are voting with their feet is a lot of what your book is about. Yeah. Taxes and regulation. I certainly been screaming about it forever. I did three years with a sign here that said, how long is it going to take me to get my solar hooked up?

Three years. Talking about it on television in this state. You couldn't do it. This state has almost 400,000 regulations. I just put in a new roof because the fire, I thought, oh, let's get a roof that's not going to burn up. Two inspections. Why are you inspecting my roof? It's my fucking roof. If it falls on me, that's my problem.

OK, I got I got a pause there. What's bro? I can understand having to get exorbitant amounts of inspections and the and the burdensome cost and scheduling. But, yo, we have building inspectors because houses last longer than you and you sell them. And so I suppose if you're buying a property, you can inspect it. And that's on bill if you want to sell it later. But, yeah, it is a problem when buildings collapse and are improperly inspected and it damages neighboring properties. That's why we do it.

They're clapping for this? What are these liberals? What is happening? More than any other state, people are leaving these kind of states for places where they're not, they feel the heavy breath of government on them. It's just, it's not that hard for Democrats to understand this, but they seem to be incapable of doing anything about it. Indeed, my friends, indeed. And in the tweet from Wall Street Apes, he says, Bill Maher says it's over. So let's just stress this point.

It ain't even about the politics. And these numbers are wrong, I'll tell you. The projections right now are that California will lose three, New York two, Minnesota one, Oregon one, Rhode Island one, Illinois one, Texas, Florida, Idaho, UDOT. Gain those numbers and they're red. Here's the issue. Donald Trump is also engaging in mass deportations. Recently it was announced he'd be revoking the illegal status of 530,000 migrants who came here via sponsorship. Call it what you want.

It's wartime presidency. And I've been harping on this. But listen, you can say Biden gave a legal path to these people. They came here with sponsors. These are not illegal immigrants. Trump taking their status away is cruel, as some might argue. And you got yourself a doozy of a question there, my friends. We're not talking about people who came to the southern border illegally. We're not talking about people who always had their visas. We're talking about people. The Biden admin, a presidency said.

You can come if you have a sponsor, a chain migration, whatever you call it. Now, I know people on the right are going to oppose that and say he shouldn't have done it, but it was done legally. These people came and were told it is legal, and now they're being told to get out. Now, I actually think we have a problem with mass migration, and we do need more deportations. And I suppose the issue is this.

With the Haitian migrant story where you had a guy filming what looked like cats on a barbecue and the media lying about it. You had interviews with people who are like, yeah, sometimes they catch animals and they eat them. It's a normal cultural thing. We have so many multicultural conflicts in this country. Why was anyone pretending like sometimes people would eat cats? It's crazy. They do. It's nuts. They're just gaslighting and lying all the time. Now, look.

I do not like the idea that a function of our government is we invited these people here. We did. And now we're kicking them out. However, welcome to wartime conflict where easy answers are hard to come by.

Donald Trump is saying we will not let these people skew the Electoral College by inviting in mass migration. So we're we're kicking them out. Biden had no right to do this. You see, as many people point out that it's something like 10 to 20 million illegal immigrants, depending on your high and low in numbers. There were millions of of extradited legal immigrants who came to this country and the left would say they're welcome to be here.

That's tough, isn't it? Hey, look, it's not so easy for me. I don't know that I want to see these people who came here illegally have their status revoked and then booted. But that's politics. The people in this country are upset about mass migration. And we who are the people of this country have decided time to go home. Sorry, that's just the way it is. Again, it doesn't matter what my opinion is. What matters is that Donald Trump is seeking to make sure that the Republicans are going to win this one.

It's not just a it's not just a Democrat Republican conflict. It is America and anti-America conflict. And if Trump says we are going to win as Americans for American ideals and traditional values, we have to get rid of the mass migration problem. People can migrate here legally, but not to the tunes of millions upon millions nonstop in this massive influx.

Now, why do Democrats have the massive influx to prevent this? So while they're projecting the loss of these seats, I don't know if they're taking into consideration not just the net migration, the net outflow migration that Bill Maher was talking about, but that Donald Trump will additionally deport tons of these people. And you know what the secret is? That five hundred thirty thousand. That's one whole congressional seat. Not kidding.

It's about 775,000 for a congressional seat. And these individuals largely live in Democrat areas and will create a Democrat and I'm sorry, a Democrat member of Congress and an electoral count vote for a Democrat. If Trump mass deports as many people as possible, the amount of seats that will be lost by blue states is tremendous. So I ask you this. Should non-citizens be weighing against our interests of the federal government? No. So welcome to Donald Trump's wartime presidency.

I'm not saying he's arresting random people and putting him in military prisons or he shouldn't. He definitely should not. What I'm saying is the Democrats are over so long as Trump within this next year keeps going at the speed he's going or more. They won't be able to win. Believe it was Ezra Klein who was talking to Bill Maher because I commented on a video he made the previous week.

where he said, based on this shift in congressional seats, even if Kamala Harris won a handful of these swing states like Pennsylvania, Trump still would have won. That is the power of the census. And you know what? That's the direction it's going. Whether Trump makes these moves or not, net migration is ripping apart power on the Democrat side. And with the additional nasty portations, I don't see how Democrats win ever again.

And it ain't nothing to do with politics, though, to be fair, politics played a huge role in how we got to this point. They destroyed their goodwill to such a degree. Trump was able to win. And now here we are. I'm going to wrap it up there, my friend. Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Stay tuned. We got more segments coming up and we will see you all in a bit. Yes, my friends. Snow White is bombing at the box office. Surprised? Yo, apparently when the movie was getting bad, they combined and rewrote a whole bunch of the plot.

It is bombing. It's not impressing critics. It's actually got a high audience score for some reason. And the weirdest thing is that I have heard that Rachel Zegler is getting praise from this despite being insufferable. How much do you wonder of Rachel Zegler's PR campaigning woke feminist garbage was something her PR company told her to do? And she did. So here we are. Let's start from the beginning, my friends.

They announced they were going to be making this movie, I think in like 2016, a remake of the 1937 classic Snow White. Now, instead of casting a woman whose skin was white as snow to play Snow White, which is why she was called Snow White, they cast a Latina, a Swarthy individual, meaning olive skin and darker hair, Rachel Zegler. But this presented a very serious problem. Why was her name Snow White? I kid you not. They named her Snow White, spoiler alert, because a snowstorm happened.

When she was born. Okay, so then along comes Peter Dinklage. Peter Dinklage says, you're going to have seven dwarves? What is going on? Is this backwards? So then it gets leaked. These images of the seven companions.

Apparently, after the backlash, they rewrote it to do the dwarves and the bandits. There's no longer Prince Charming. It's a guy who steals bread and he's a dirtbag leftist. Even the left is ragging on it, who convinces her to lead an uprising against the wicked witch. Apparently, the story is convoluted. It's poorly put together.

But the best part is it's not just about my friends, the the bombing of this film. It's that the theaters are empty. Take a look at this from not the beat. I have to say I have never seen a flop quite like Snow White. Here's a video of scrolling through the local theaters show times for tomorrow, which is the first Saturday of release. Half of these showings are 100 percent empty. A few of them have a couple of scattered seats sold. Dang. Look at this video.

So this is a Sinopolis and they're looking at the various times for Disney Snow White. And you can see none of the seats have been selected. They're all available. Yo, got to be honest. I ain't going to see this movie. Are you? Some of you might have. Some of you had to. I know our friends over at Pop Culture Crisis, Brett Dasavik and Mary Morgan. Watch that show Monday through Friday at three o'clock live.

They had to go see it. And so they did. And oh boy, is it bad. Not only do we have this video from NotTheBee, where they're scrolling through the website and all of the seats are basically available. Nobody's seeing the movie. Take a look at this from Daily Mail.

Snow White and the empty cinemas. Embarrassing photos show deserted theaters with no bookings in primetime slots as Woke Buster becomes hilariously abysmal. So here you can see somebody filmed a video. We don't need any of that audio. And the theater is totally empty. That's crazy. That's not the only one.

Look at this one. So many people here to watch Snow White. To be fair, this clip right here actually was from a video where they show the screen and then show the audience is empty. Yeah, real bad. Here's Kang Min Lee saying opening Friday night for Disney Snow White and IMAX. Only one person bought a ticket. Dude, this is crazy. This is AMC IMAX for a Disney release. Get woke, go broke. That's nuts, man.

And I've seen some of the reviews, and they're actually saying that Rachel Zegler's performance was pretty good. I don't know. I saw a clip where one of the songs in the movie, I ain't going to see this movie, to be honest. The Prince is playing acoustic, and they've done one of the songs as like a folk sing-along, and I was like, stop, stop, stop. I can't claw my ears out. I need them. That's how bad it was. Off!

Miles Chong tweeted prior to Snow White's release, actress Rachel Zegler told her critics that audiences would wait in line to see her. Snow White is the lowest performing Disney movie in decades. No one waited in line to see it. Are you kidding? To everyone who hates when I win, the winged victory came to the Louvre in pieces and people still line up to see her. And I can only hope.

That despite my flaws and despite my craps and my bricks, and there are many of them, that at every premiere and everything I do, people will wait in line to see. Oh, no, no. To be fair, she said she hopes I feel so bad. But you know what? This is I would call this like the Brie Larson phenomenon. All right. So for those that are or not familiar, whatever.

Yo, Brie Larson was supposed to be the new hero of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a multi-billion dollar franchise, and she gone. That's so crazy, man. A multi-billion dollar franchise. Wow. Down the gutter.

down the gutter because they wanted to get woke and thus they've gone broke. So here we are. Snow White bombed and she did all of these press junkets where she was like, this is not 1937. She's not waiting for the prince. She's not dreaming of who she's going to marry. She's going to be the leader. She knows she can be. Nobody wants to watch that. Women don't want to watch that. Women want the prince. Sorry. I don't know why it's so offensive to feminists that women want a good husband. What's wrong with that? Men want good wives.

Men want to save the woman. Women want the man who will protect them. What is wrong with that? See, like these feminists live in this world where a man opening the door for you is offensive. Not literally all of them, but enough of them. Right. So when you have a story, the original Snow White, what is it that her parents are dead? The Wicked Witch is like mirror on the wall. Who's the fairest in the mirrors like you are until one day is like actually Snow White is. And she's like, Huntsman, go kill Snow White. The Huntsman's like, I can't do it. Quick run.

So she goes and she stumbles upon the cottage of dwarves and it's a disaster. So she cleans it up while singing a song with animals. The dwarves come back and they're like, what did you do? And then they're like, let's live together. We'll take care of you. Now when the Wicked Witch finds out she's still alive, she says, I'll poison her. The weirdest thing about it is that she convinced Snow White to eat an apple that had poison in it, but not poison that would kill her. Poison that would just put her to sleep until she got kissed by her true love. Okay. Well, the prince was looking for her.

And Rachel Zegler said he was stalking her. That is cringe. That is cringe.

That's what they called it. And that was the original film. The Wicked Witch dies when she's like on a cliffside and gets struck by lightning or something. So not even like a heroic defeat. In this movie, apparently it ends with a ditty party. That's what people are calling it. She convinces the soldiers to turn against the evil queen by remembering their names. She's like, remember Jim or whatever the guy's name is. I don't know.

And then the Wicked Witch goes to the mirror and she screams and then kills herself. And I'm not kidding. That's that that's actually what apparently the story is. I mean, the story is pretty wonky as it is, to be fair. It was the it's one of the highest grossing films of all time adjusted for inflation. It's around two point two or two point three billion dollars for Snow White. So back in the day, I think it pulled in a couple million bucks. But remember, this is the 30s and that money meant something.

Today, yikes, 200x? What are we at? Is it 200x? Yeah, it is. Jeez. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. It's not. It's 1.8. So it's just about 100 times. That's kind of sad, man. It does break my heart, to be honest, that you've got this classic film which set the tone for an industry. It created a juggernaut of a media company. And what ends up happening is they chase after this garbage that we know does not work, and they ruin it.

They ruin it. Now, look, a lot of remakes get ruined. Lion King that I Aladdin did. All right. Little Mermaid didn't. Little Mermaid broke even. Why? Because Ariel, who is a redhead white girl in the cartoons, they cast a black actress to play. It is not that people are racist and don't like black people. It's that those who are older millennials and want to bring their kids see a movie want to feel the nostalgia.

They don't see it with a character that doesn't represent who Ariel is. Not to mention they bleached her hair to get it red. But there you go, my friends. The movie bombed. We knew it was going to bomb. They're not going to make their money back. They canceled the red carpet. It's embarrassing for everyone involved. And all I can really say, you reap what you sow. Get woke, go broke.

They did not pay attention to what we were saying. YouTube censored and banned us as we called all of this out. And we spoke truth from the shadows for the most part, because they did not want us to interfere with their corporate control.

And so these millennials get in these companies like Bud Light, and they say, this is the direction we should go. And they burn their companies to the ground. Well, Disney, you've lost a billion dollars over your last several releases over the past year, and you're only standing to lose more now. When are you going to wake up? When are you going to wake up and stop doing this? They're going to try and fix the MCU, but good luck. I'll leave it there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. And we'll see you all tonight, 8 p.m. at youtube.com slash timcast IRL.
