This morning, Spain, Portugal and France were hit by massive power outages. Now, at first, I got to be honest, I didn't think it was that big of a deal. I said, you know, OK, well, parts of these countries were hit with power outages. OK, so what's the big deal?

To be fair, if in the United States we heard that Indiana, Ohio and parts of Pennsylvania were suffering power outages to the tune of millions of people with no explanation, it would be a really big deal. Fair. But we're not Europe. And then two big stories dropped. I should say two speculative stories dropped. One, first and foremost, could this be a cyber attack against Western interests because of what is going on with either Israel or Ukraine?

The fear, of course, is that this could this could be Russia or Russian interests targeting the West with a massive cyber attack to disable infrastructure. The purpose is to create friction, shutting down electricity for trains, airports, stores, whole city centers are wiped out. This is crazy. These videos are pretty nuts. This is going to grind your economy to a halt and it's going to effectively disable your ability to assist in any kind of war effort.

Now, they denied it. They're currently investigating whether or not this could be a cyber attack. But another story dropped. They're saying this is the result of a strange atmospheric phenomenon. That's right. High voltage lines were negatively impacted by some sky event. And then, of course, the speculation is false.

Aliens. Not that I actually think it was aliens, but this is a bit disconcerting considering outside of this, we have two big stories. Of course, the most salacious, not necessarily salacious, but the most pressing is how did three countries get hit with major power outages that we cannot explain? But it is good news on the Ukraine war front in that Russia has proposed or I believe they've initiated a three day ceasefire in good faith as Trump has called for talks to negotiate peace.

Now, the bad news is that Israel expresses their intent to strike Iran with or without the United States. But we go. The word came down that Trump said, you know what? We're not getting involved in this. Israel wants to bomb Iran because of their efforts to build a nuclear weapon. And ultimately it came down to Donald Trump saying we're not going to do it.

This, of course, has Israel infuriated, as it were, and they're saying, fine, then we'll do it without you. I don't believe the U.S. should be involved in a war if Israel wants to ignite one by bombing Iran. But that's besides the point. Could Iran have targeted Western forces, Western countries or perhaps Israel or someone? The fact remains, we don't know what caused the outage. And there is another simple explanation.

Let me just stress that when infrastructure crumbles and millions of people are left without, it's kind of scary. And it could just be that we are facing population collapse, social decay, and an inability to maintain our critical infrastructure. One shocking story that I saw that's been going around, despite it being about a couple months old, is that the fertility crisis we are facing in the West isn't something that happens slowly over time.

It was a hard generational stop. That means because millennials did not have children, there is going to be an abrupt implosion, abrupt, instantly, overnight, because there aren't enough 18 to 20-year-olds. I kid you not. Millennials are now entering their 40s. They were supposed to have kids in their 20s. They didn't. And this means that now 20 years later, we were in our 20s, and now it's been almost 20 years.

Colleges will have no new students and they'll begin to crumble. There will be no new services for this demographic, and it's going to cause a chain reaction. What we ended up seeing after COVID retirements is that people who ran these ran the infrastructure, ran these companies, ran these jobs, they retired and there's not going to be a younger generation to replace them. So as it goes with this power outage, maybe it's not war. We'll see.

But my friends, I want to give a shout out to Steven Crowder in the Mug Club for rating this stream on the Rumble Morning lineup. Of course, as the noon show, I'm your host, Tim Pool. We've also got a very interesting interview with Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy as he explains quite literally that he saw video of vehicles going into water and leaving with no explanation as if the water wasn't even there.

I talk to him about what's going on with these transportation stories, aircraft collisions, whether or not it's real or media hyped up. So we'll definitely get into that as there was a bit of an overlap. But we do have this interview to play for you. So that'll hit around the half an hour mark of the show. But for the time being, we'll get into this big story about these power outages. Before we get started, my friends, head over to castbrew.com and buy Cast Brew Coffee.

We got a whole bunch of delicious blends. Appalachian Nights is everybody's favorite. But for those who get a tummy ache when drinking coffee, some people do. You drink, you get a stomach ache.

You've got the low acidity blend, Ian's Graphene Dream. We've got a light roast for the morning rise with Roberto Jr. Ground. Stand your grounds. But a whole bunch of other offerings, too, like two weeks till Christmas. That's Phil's Gingerbread. We've got Seamus, Luck of the Seamus. We've got Irish Cream, Focus with Mr. Bocas, and of course, Misty Mountains. A lot to choose from. Maybe you're a decaf kind of person. Sleepy Joe is the blend for you.

But don't forget to also smash that like button, share the show with everyone you know, my friends. And join us on the Discord server at TimCast.com to get involved. Culture War Live is coming up this weekend, and it's going to be epic. Let's grab that story from The New York Times. And actually, you know what I want to do? I'm going to play this video for you quickly, just showing what we are seeing first with this chaos. So I'll turn the fancy music down for a second. You've got people walking through subways, pitch black, only emergency lighting.

Subways shut down. Trains not moving. People just walking with their flashlights. Again, only emergency lighting available. You can see it once again. Empty streets, empty subways. And this is going on for some time now. Just in and of itself, I kind of thought, who cares? To be completely honest now, like I mentioned in the opening of the show,

If word came down that from Indiana, Ohio and parts of Pennsylvania lost power, we this this would be the top of the biggest news in every network. But it's Europe. So we're kind of just like, so what? Right.

We'll take a look at this from Newsweek. Europe power outage caused by rare atmospheric phenomenon. Wait, wait, wait. What? Energy firm Ren has said that that may take a week to restore power fully because of the situation that they find themselves in. They

I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS. I'M GOING TO SAY THIS.

I don't know that it's a cyber attack or a directed energy weapon, but I lean towards that. Look, it is entirely possible that what we're really dealing with here is infrastructure collapse due to, let's just call it the millennial generation ain't fair and too well. Is there a phrase we can come up with that references that we don't have enough Gen Alpha and Gen Z to run infrastructure?

That may be the most likely. I got to be honest. I know people want to jump the cyber attack or I don't know, maybe aliens. But if you really wanted to go towards aliens, I'd argue it in fact may be worse than that. A directed energy weapon attack from orbit to

aircraft or maybe even using certain frequencies of energy to bounce off, seriously, the moon or some satellites. You know, it's fascinating. It sounds like science fiction, but it's completely real. You can bounce signals off the moon. It can be done. So I don't know if there's enough energy to fry power lines, but.

Let's read the story from Newsweek and then we'll read whether or not it could have been a direct cyber attack from an adversary to put. I don't want to act like it's not possible. Reuters reported just this morning Iran repelled large cyber attack on Sunday. So I'm wondering if this might be retaliation. They're not going to tell us. We will be in the dark. We just don't know. But I got to be honest, looking at this, I lean towards cyber attack.

Here's a story from Newsweek. Spain and parts of Portugal and France on Monday were hit by a widespread power outage caused by a rare atmospheric phenomenon, according to the Redis Energeticas Nacionis. I can't. I don't know Spanish. Portugal. I'm sorry. That's Portuguese. Portugal's operator said that's Portugal's grid operator said.

The power outage has brought public transportation to a standstill, caused significant traffic jams and delayed flights. The disruption has impacted millions of people. Matches for the Madrid Open Tennis Tournament have been suspended. Portuguese banks and schools have closed and hospitals in Spain have been forced to run on generators. REN told Sky News on Monday that the outage was caused by a fault in the Spanish electricity grid, which was caused by a rare atmospheric phenomenon.

Rand said that as a result of extreme temperature variations in Spain, there were anomalous oscillations in extremely high voltage lines. Rand said this is known as induced atmospheric variation, which in turn can lead to oscillations. This caused synchronization failures between systems, leading to successive disturbances across the European network, which is interconnected. Given the complexity of the issue, it could take as long as a week for the network to return to normal. E-Redis, which is the national energy supplier for Portugal, said,

has also shared a statement on the blackout where they said the interruption was due to a problem in the European electrical grid. Spain's electrical operator, Red Electrica, said that all reasons are being dedicated to solve the issue. France was also impacted by the power outage. A spokesperson for France's electricity transmission operator, RTE, told CNN that experience a small power cut and electricity was restored very quickly. And that its main focus is now helping Spain to restore their power.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen wrote an ex. I spoke with the prime minister of Spain, Pedro Sánchez, about the power outage in the Iberian Peninsula. I reaffirmed the EU Commission's support in monitoring the situation with national and European authorities and our electricity coordination group.

Madrid Mayor Jose Luis Martinez Almeida said in a video on X, I ask all residents of Madrid to keep their movements to an absolute minimum and if at all possible to remain where they are.

Eduardo Prado, director of services for system operation in Spain, told broadcaster La Sexta, the experience of other similar events that have taken place in other countries indicate to us this process, the total reestablishment of the electrical supply will take several hours. We could be talking about six to 10 hours if everything goes well until we reestablish supply to every last customer. Now, my understanding is that they have

that it has been restored and things should be returning largely to normal. So what does it really matter then? From our good friends over at Hindustan Times, ah yes, the premier source. Now I hate to disparage, that came off a little condescending to Hindustan Times, but they are one of the principal top news outlets. When you search on Google for stories, this is what pops up.

Now, I don't know that I completely agree. It is being investigated as a cyber attack. I doubt it would be Russia launching a cyber attack right after a ceasefire, however. But I'm once again going to bring up the generational crisis we're experiencing. But here's the story. Cyber attack in Spain and Portugal is Russia behind the sudden power outage leading to blackouts. OK, I'm going to say I doubt it. I doubt it.

But they're going to mention cyber attacks have targeted Spain in light of its opposition to Israel's war in Gaza and its backing of Kiev against Russian aggression. The National Cryptologic Center and the defense staff affiliated Joint Cyberspace Command, which is in charge of cybersecurity, are investigating the blackout. So let me just stress they are taking with a grain of salt, reporting that Spain has been hit with cyber attacks in the past.

This incident reminds of the earlier power grid attacks, particularly in Ukraine. About 230,000 Ukrainians suffered power outages in December of 2015 due to a concerted cyber attack that was assigned to the Russian hacking collective Sandworm.

A year later, Kiev saw more outages as a result of a similar attack that used the in in in destroyer malware. Is that what it's called? Soft rep reported. However, there's no confirmation yet about Russia's involvement in the Spain and Portugal power outages. And don't forget France, Portugal and their grid operators. Of course, they are saying, guys, this is just a bizarre atmospheric phenomenon. Space lasers are causing the desynchronization and then.

Power outages are happening as well. Of course, the joke on the Internet is that the aliens are targeting Spain and France. I doubt it. I do think cyber attack makes the most sense. I know I need to say it again just to clarify, because the corporate press can take everything I say out of context. I really think there's a massive infrastructure based problem with the next generation being unable to take over retirements forced by covid. We are going to start seeing

Plane crashes. It's going to happen. The people who are taking on these jobs are not going to have the same skill base. They're not raised in the same way. There is a talent and managerial crisis affecting the West. Yo, I want to do a bigger segment on this. Take a look at this. The number of 18 year olds is about to drop sharply, packing a wallop for colleges and the economy.

America is about to go over the demographic cliff. It should be clear to everybody that what's happening in Europe right now is not a one-off, but probably going to get worse. And I've heard people make this argument. It's not a big deal. It's going to be fine. Who cares if population collapses? You take a look at Detroit. And I hate to drag Detroit. They got beautiful stuff there. I'm not saying it's all bad. But

Gary, Indiana, Detroit, places where population leaves. It is not just that people will start working for each other or they'll make farms. No, that happens, too. But it's that infrastructure decays. Bridges will break and collapse. Railroads will collapse. The power will go out. The water will stop running. Infrastructure has a fixed cost. Mind my allergies. I'm sorry. I'm like fighting a sneeze massively.

Infrastructure costs are fixed, and as population declines, it will be harder and harder to maintain these systems. But it is possible that we're dealing with something more substantive, and that is maybe it's a cyber attack, not likely from Russia, as Putin has declared a ceasefire in Ukraine, as Trump suggests Zelensky may cede Crimea. The latest reporting out of Russia-Ukraine war, I don't think indicates Russia is going to be involved in any kind of cyber attack.

Russian leader Vladimir Putin announced a temporary ceasefire Monday, hours after President Donald Trump said he believed his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky, was prepared to give up his claim to the Crimean Peninsula in part of a longer-term truce deal. The Kremlin said in a note to the media that the ceasefire would begin at midnight local time May 8th and end at midnight May 11th, coinciding with the 80th anniversary of Victory Day, when Russia celebrates its victory over the Nazis.

The note added that all military action would be suspended during this period, adding that the Ukrainian side should follow this example. It said any actions and defiance of a ceasefire would be met with a response. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Affairs Minister Andriy Sibia, Sibia, I'm pronouncing it wrong, responded to the announcement by calling on Russia to cease fire immediately if it truly wants peace. Why wait until May 8th?

It comes after Trump suggested Zelensky may be willing to give up Crimea, which Russia illegally annexed in 2014. I would just like to add illegally. This is the stupid. OK, guys, NBC News thinks you're stupid. They think you're morons. But to be fair, a lot of morons read NBC News.

illegally? Is there a I don't know, an international policing body that determines whether or not it's legal or illegal to claim territory by referendum, even if you stage the referendum? Like this is the point. Russia claims they went in and they had a referendum. I say it's largely BS. I mean, people in Crimea did want independence. That's true. And 20 years, 30 years ago, they were fighting for it and they were shut down by the Ukrainians. Now, to add the word illegally,

Okay, they annexed it. They took it. That's it. It's so stupid. But NBC thinks you're stupid. Asked if he thought Zelensky would ready, was ready to cede the peninsula. Trump replied, I think so.

If Ukraine's leader were to agree to such a measure, it would mark a major shift in Ukraine's stance on giving up land for peace. In what looks to be a potentially pivotal week for efforts to bring at least a pause to fighting in Ukraine, upbeat comments from Trump administration and Zelensky over the weekend were followed by Putin spokesperson Monday, who said the Kremlin was ready to begin peace negotiations with Washington and Kiev. OK, I want to highlight this because, guys, I think it's good news.

The New York Times reports with Trump and Zelensky meeting, Ukrainians see a glimmer of hope. Let's go end the war. We don't want to waste our money on it. We don't want to dump billions of dollars into it. We don't want to be involved in a conflict which may result in attacks on our infrastructure. What people need to understand is that cyber attacks are happening all day, every day. There's just varying degrees. And if they wanted to, our enemies could shut down our grid. They don't need to use nukes anymore. When we talk about the use of nuclear weapons in war,

This is...

We're talking about what, 70, 80 year old technology. OK, 80 year old. Now, to be fair, we've massively upgraded our nuclear capabilities in the 60s and 70s when we created the MIRVs, multiple independently targeted reentry vehicles, where not just one bomb, but 12 in one intercontinental ballistic missile. So sure, just one of those could pepper the eastern seaboard and wipe out tens of millions of people, which is nuts.

However, when it actually comes to war, the bigger fear is likely going to be that you will get a massive power outage. People will die. They will die for various reasons. And you won't know who did it. And fearing an escalation, your government may actually just say, we are not going to tell our people we were attacked. Keep them in the dark because we do not want to go to war. And that's what's scary. Now, here we go. This is from Ian.as.com.

Was it what is a cyber attack and why can they take out power grids? This story, this is the narrative that's running. Major power outages across France, Portugal and Spain have many wondering whether a cyber attack caused them. Why are such attacks so dangerous? Just this morning, massive, really massive electricity outage hits Spain. This we know.

Millions of people experience the outage. Luckily, in parts of the Iberian Peninsula and France, electricity is being restored. Look at that massive drop off. Here's the point. First, elderly people who rely on air conditioning and they do could either die of heat stroke and exhaustion or they could freeze depending on how cold it is outside.

A lot of people seem to think that if it's like 65 degrees, it's fine. You can go outside. You can hang out. People actually die even when it's like 60 degrees from exposure. It's pretty nuts. Just being exposed to the elements, stripping your body heat away can take your life. Now, I don't know about right now in the season. It's probably fairly nice. I don't think we're really worried about extreme temperatures. But you do have diabetics who require refrigeration. It's only a few hours. I think they'll be OK.

But with failures in transportation, that means medicines, organ transport. It means doctors can't make it to work on time. People do die. But economies grind to a halt. They say the source of the massive outage is under investigation with speculation rising that could have been a cyber attack. If hackers gain access to the controls of the power grid, they could manipulate it. Worse still, ransomware from rogue actors, not even a nation state. Some random group

can literally drop a us this is what they do okay be warned about this guys if you go to work and you outside your office and you see a usb thumb drive on the ground don't pick it up throw in the garbage if you do don't maybe pick it up and throw in the garbage here's what they used to do they've been doing this since the advent of memory cards back in the day when we had floppy disks they would take the floppy disk with a virus on it and drop it in front of a bank

The bank would then some some employees walking in and sees the floppy disk and it would have something evocative on it. A label saying like personal files or like corporate records do not discard. And the person is going to be like, whoa, and they're going to bring it in and they're going to put it in the computer to see what's on it. The moment that disk went in the computer and the computer read it, virus activated. The machine was taken over. Then came CDs. People would put the virus on a CD and drop it.

Put something salacious on it. Someone's going to want to see what's on the disc. They put it in the CD-ROM drive. Today, it's USB drives. They put a virus on it. They drop it on the ground. People pick it up. It's that simple. Somebody working at the grid picks up the USB and says, oh, I wonder what's on this. Sticks it in. Infects the whole network. There was this thing that happened a couple of years ago. I think it was a year or two ago. MGM casinos were hit with ransomware and completely shut down. And they did the right thing. They refused to pay it. They said, screw off.

This meant that all the casinos, everything was hand dealing. It was crazy. You'd go to a slot machine and everything was like hand pay. It was it was so weird because they couldn't network and print money out. And like you couldn't it just made it. None of it worked. I don't even know. I don't even know how they made it work. The point is, you can just as easily take out an electrical grid in the same way. Now, last week, as I mentioned, Iran was hit with a massive cyber attack. So there are concerns that this could be Iran retaliating.

If there are rogue actors or if Spain is using privateers, basically private hacker groups that will launch attacks at the behest of a government while the government feigns ignorance, Iran's going to strike back in a similar way. Iran repelled a large cyber attack on Sunday, said the head of its infrastructure communications company a day after a powerful explosion damaged its most important container port in another round of talks with the U.S. over Tehran's disrupted nuclear program.

One of the most widespread and complex cyber attacks against the country's infrastructure was identified and preventative measures were taken. Besad Ghabari said on Monday, according to a semi-official Tasnim news agency without giving more details. Let's lay it out. Yesterday, Iran repels a cyber attack, they say, but there's a major explosion. A day later, three countries in Europe lose power. I'm sorry, I'm leaning towards cyber attack. I don't know. I don't have a lot of proof or I should say I have no proof.

The only evidence is speculative. If I was going to begin an investigation, I wouldn't start with rare atmospheric phenomenon, to be completely honest. Now, the reporting it, I'd look into it for sure. We want to be reasonable. But cyber attacks are so easy. And if you get a good forensics expert, they can go in and they can track this and try and figure out the point of fault. Maybe they did. And they came back, said, guys, it's not a cyber attack. You just suck at doing your jobs. You didn't protect the grid. These things shouldn't happen. It's your fault.

Maybe it was some I don't know, some guy was delivering pizza and beer and he sat down with the guy at the controls and was leaning back watching a sitcom and they spilled the beer onto the controls and it shut the power down, causing all the TV stations to go out with it. Honestly, no idea. So I got to I got to be fair and say, you know, I don't want people to be blackpilled. I don't want people to be freaking out, which is why I pointed out Putin's declared a ceasefire. It's not all bad news.

It is scary to see a massive power outage and a strange atmospheric phenomenon. Sure, I think cyber attack is likely. But then again, we just don't know. It may not be a big story at all. Power is already restored and we carry on with our lives. So there's that. Now, according to Reuters, Israel is still eyeing a limited attack on Iran's nuclear facilities. And this one legitimately has me worried. This is from nine days ago. The White House is

They had meetings with Israel and they said, we're not going to engage in this war with you. Israel said, we're going to do it anyway. Shortly after this, Iran gets hit by a cyber attack, which they claim to have repelled. I don't know. And a large explosion. Chemicals at the port were suspected to fuel the explosion, but the exact cause is not clear. That could be the cyber attack. They're called industrial control systems. And infrastructure on these things, it's very old. So we're looking at a power grid.

This is a story that I covered 13 years ago, 13 years ago, 12 years ago, just about 12 years ago. We have in Vegas every year, the Black Hat and DEFCON hacker conventions. DEFCON is more goofing off and silly. Black Hat is more corporate governmental. 12 years ago, you had guys laying out how they would destroy critical infrastructure with cyber attacks. In one instance, they said, take a drone.

You put a transponder on it. You put a broadcaster on it. Fly that drone within 40 miles of a power plant and you can infect that plant because they're using data transmission tech from the 70s. I kid you not. And they were like, some of these are operating only a few lines of code. And so it's very easy to hack them. Now, I do believe we've upgraded since then. At least I hope I do. I hope I'm right that we've upgraded these.

Some speculated that was not possible without decommissioning, shutting down, changing out the infrastructure. And it's possible that we just didn't do it. And it's possible that in Spain and all these other places, they don't have the means to swap out their entire grid. In which case, what do you do when you get hit by a cyber attack? Now, I don't know.

But I will say is the bigger picture in all of this is that media hype dictates perception is reality. I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy and discuss some of the issues pertaining to these aircraft collisions. And it's a shame we had to talk with him last week because we got this report now about this female pilot who was refusing instruction. Would have been interesting to ask. But and you have to wait till the end because it is in there.

I'm more curious about the threats to our national security from drones and, more importantly, aliens. I'm half kidding. I did ask about aliens, but I do believe we're largely dealing with military tech that's not yet been disclosed.

But in light of these stories about plane crashes, we had I was able to sit down. And so let's roll this, my friends. We'll grab this interview right now for you guys. It is 22 minutes long and then we'll come back for your questions in the chats. Stick around for a minute. But for now, we'll roll this interview. Secretary Duffy is a pleasure to sit down with you. Thanks for having me. Absolutely. I overdressed for this interview. I completely I completely underdressed intentionally because I.

When the news broke about the new media stuff the White House was doing, they started disparaging all these different outlets in the corporate press. So I figured I would, I don't know, give them a little disdain. Yeah, well, I prefer your attire over mine, so. Well, I got some questions for you. And the easy one is we've been wondering with all this news about disasters with airplanes. Largely, I think we just had like another engine fire. Yep. And...

You know, we've heard from people more right-leaning that this is a result of DEI. You know, the mechanics aren't doing their jobs, the pilots are bad. However, we've heard from more liberal personalities that it is the Trump administration's fault for gutting this or whatever. I'm not so sure any of that really makes sense. I'm wondering...

Is this just a phenomenon of the media or is there really some kind of uptick? What's going on? It's a great question. So if you look at the history of accidents in the airspace with aircraft, there is no uptick. After DCA, that was the first major air incident in 16 years.

And so from that, the media has given heightened attention to if two planes bump wings, if there's an engine fire, anything that happens, there's way more tension around it. And so people think it's happening more, but it actually is not. I do think there was this philosophy and ideology of DEI and wokeness that had bled into the last administration. And I think a lot of industry bought into it as well.

Again, I think that that fever has broke and there's the companies for sure us at the FAA and DOT, we want the best and the brightest.

And you might say, I like someone else's pilot to be a DEI pilot, but I want the pilot on my plane, I want the best and the brightest. Or someone else's air traffic controller to be DEI, but my air traffic controllers, I want them to be the best and the brightest. And so we're getting back to this common sense idea that only the best, I mean, people lose lives when these individuals don't do their jobs, whether it's air traffic control or pilots.

And that's why again we have to make sure that only the best people that are the most qualified get into these positions because yeah You put your life in their hands. Yeah, that was what a lot of people had been assuming We just you know, we talked about in my nightly show that the media is simply over reporting for two reasons one

It gets clicked, it's salacious. Hey, be scared, you know? And some of these stories are literally, you know, a tug pulling some baggage, bumped a wing or whatever, which happens fairly frequently. And then there were some much more shocking stories. It was fascinating when the narrative from the political class, when we had that aircraft crash in Canada. They were still blaming you guys. This is a Canadian landing, and I don't know what that had to do with us. However...

there was some commentary that the plane came in hard and fast. And so as it was coming down, instead of, I forgot what it's called, I'm not a pilot or anything, you know, the plane kind of pulls back as it makes that landing. Is that what it's called, flare? The aircraft actually just belly flopped, causing it to then slam, roll, flip over. And that's when a lot of people started saying, this is the DEI. This is a pilot error.

I don't know if that's true or not, but it certainly has perpetuated this narrative. So again, there's great spaces for me to have my own opinions, but because of the job I have, I do wait for the NTSB to do their investigation and get back to us and tell us what actually was the cause of these crashes. But again, it would appear they did come in fast and hard. And I

Was that the consequence? Was that what caused the landing gear to fail and then caused the plane to flip over? I'm going to wait for them to do the investigation. And I'll just tell you, in my short time here, I've thought there's, the answer is one thing and it turns out that it's actually something else. So, but again, it does beg the question, who do we have flying our planes?

What kind of training do they have? Just tell us we're safe, everything's fine. That's all I want, right? Yeah. You mentioned the hiring side. The left has gone wild. So we had this idea that, again, since Joe Biden came into the presidency, he expanded all of government, but including DOT. And so we were like, let's try to get the number back down to the end of the Trump 1 era.

And part of that was we were going to let people who were just the one-year employees that weren't in critical safety roles. Like if you're an air traffic controller and you're employed for six months, well, you can't leave. But some of the other employees we were going to let go. We let less than 342 people go at the FAA.

There's 46,000 employees at the FAA. And the left lost their mind. Like, planes are crashing because, you know, these short-term employees were let go at the FAA and they have no critical safety role. And that's just the left trying to make up arguments to ding us. And in the end, the system that we use today, the pilots that we're trained, the air traffic controllers that we use,

They all came from the Biden era. Yeah. So, again, we get in and you get a few crashes and they want to blame us. It's like this is we haven't changed anything. This is this is a continuation of your policies. But again, the left wants to. I mean, in the same regard, I do want to ask about the DEI stuff. But at the same time, when people on the right were saying, oh, this is DEI, it's happening. I said, I doubt in the span of like two months, DEI just happened. Right. You know, all of a sudden people can't fly planes anymore. No, no, no.

So I largely viewed it as a politically motivated media attack. That is, obviously there's salaciousness to disasters that scare people. Everybody's flying all the time. You run these stories, people are going to get panicked. They're going to want to watch it. But I do think, and I'm curious if you feel this way, that it's largely, not largely, but at least to a great degree, politically motivated. There's administration that's come in. It's Donald Trump. The media, many in the media don't like this guy. Can they blame him for it somehow?

Of course. I think they're trying to take whatever skin off Donald Trump they can. If they can use this to do it, they will. But coming back to just maybe a little different point, I love to drive. I don't. I do. I enjoy it. But over the course of your lifetime, you have a 1 in 100 chance of dying in a car crash.

over the course of your lifetime, you have almost 1 in 10,000 chance of dying in an airplane crash. It's incredibly safe, right? It's the safest form of travels? By far. By far the safest mode of transportation mile for mile. But we've had this diversity, equity, and inclusion ideology pervasive in government for a while. In Trump's first term, he...

I think it was in 2020, he signed that executive order saying, we're not going to allow companies to engage in this behavior. It is a violation of civil rights and all that. And so then the narrative emerges, not just within transportation, but in a bunch of different industries, of course. I think it becomes, the media narrative becomes more dominant with DI because you're flying in a plane and you're concerned that your pilot can't fly anymore.

So we've seen these initiatives. We know they did this. Two questions, I suppose, is is there a risk to the hiring of pilots, mechanics, or other personnel who are less than qualified? And whether there is or not, how do you reverse this course and bring back merit? So first off,

Again, I don't care what anyone's color is, their sex is, their sexual preference is, their religion. I don't care about any of that stuff. I just care about that you're the best and the brightest. And I think we do want to pull from all different corners of America to bring in great talent. But when you elevate people who don't have the best skill sets and we put them in really critical roles where people's lives are resting in their hands,

It's a huge problem. And so what we do is we've just gone back to that idea at DOT is we only want the best and the brightest. And so as the last administration, they were truly concerned about the name of the cockpit. Well, a cockpit, we need to change it to flight deck. Airman is offensive. We got to change it to aeronaut.

Is that what they did? 100%. I heard the roads were racist. Roads are racist, but it's NOTAM. It's the system that all the pilots use to find what risks they have along their flight path. It's called Notice to Airmen. They actually changed it to Notice to Air Mission from Airmen. That's the crap they were thinking about. They did Transit Equity Day when we had almost six near misses in the American airspace between aircraft. They were focused on Transit Equity Day.

And so when you focus on those things, you take your eye off the safety and bring in the best and the brightest. And, you know, President Trump, he's given us a great directive. I want the best, the brightest. I don't care what, where, who they are. Just bring those people in. And in education, it's one thing to have a D.I. professor in the rot that they'll create with the kids that come through their classrooms.

they do create rot but they don't cost someone's life in our space people die when you get this stuff wrong and that's why we're at the forefront of rooting it out so you know what's fascinating is we also had during the administration the east palestinian train disaster yeah and shortly after that the media narrative erupted of train crashes right and i wonder if people remember that all of a sudden stories are popping up twitter they're like look another one happened right yeah and i'm kind of like guys are you just now noticing that trains sometimes crash

But that does bring up an interesting question too, is, you know, your name's come up a lot because of this narrative around aircraft, DEI, or stripping of FAA or whatever. But you do a lot more than that. Like, what is your focus every day in terms of transportation? So we have airplanes, right? The airspace, airports. We have ports themselves.

We have roads, bridges. We certify all the safety equipment on vehicles. We have pipelines. So we have a massive space. And can I give one pitch for us? Yeah.

Sometimes you don't think a DOT is being a very sexy place Think of us in road signs out there with the colored vest on so what were I? Think we're at the fourth. We are at the forefront of how the world is gonna change We just are looking at our phones this change the way the world works This is the how I interact how I bank how I communicate like this chain my cell phone changed the world I think the next the next great

systematic change throughout society is going to be the way people and products move. And so we're doing rules on drones where the product delivery for drones, we're going to take trucks off the street and you're going to see so many more of your products from Amazon or Walmart being delivered by drone. Autonomous vehicles, I think 40,000 people lose their lives every year in road crashes.

It's going to be safer. There might be a time where people don't even buy a car, right? There's going to be the Ubers with all these autonomous vehicles around. But if we don't change the way that works, China's going to lead the innovation on drones and on autonomous vehicles. We're going to make that happen actually in America, American technology, American companies, American innovation. And then these EVATOLs, which are the Ubers in the air, these drone people movers. You can ride them. Right. They're already out now.

i saw a video out of china i think we have them here we're testing them here absolutely uh and so how you move again for everyday use not so much but if you're going at the start from you know one airport to the next yeah um these these systematic routes will take people off the streets

and move them differently. Products and people are gonna move differently over the course of the next 10 or 15 years. And what we do today is gonna set the rules in place to allow that innovation and that growth to happen here, 'cause China's doing it. India's doing it.

I imagine you'll see a lot of people, like in New York, you'll see a lot of these things flying building to building. That's right. Uber, pull up your app. So this is actually why I was looking forward to speaking with you. Obviously, there's the sexy, shocking story of planes and they crash. But we did have the story out of these drones across the East Coast.

Now, I think these drone stories was largely people looking at airplanes. Because I remember the New York Post publishing an image of what they said was a drone and it had an American flag tail on it. I said, guys, that's a flight. That's normal. But people freaked out. I think the important faction of this story, important part of the story that was overlooked is the role of the DOT in national security.

when you've got drones that either people don't know what they are, they don't know if they can trust them, whether it's an epidemic of gigantic vehicles or a terrorist who's going to load up a small drone with something dangerous. This is FAA. This is... You guys are dealing with unregistered flights and the threats to regular people from even accidental drone usage, drones over airports, things like that. So I suppose the question is,

You know, what is the gist of this drone fear that was going on? And then what are you seeing in terms of, you know, threats to our safety? I don't want to be too fear-mongery, but... So I'm going to give you... This is a dose of truth, right? So my house in New Jersey is right... It's near Bedminster, right where the drones were flying. And, uh...

Actually, there were drones flying, big-ass drones flying. Like SUV size? Not SUV, but, you know, a welcome mat plus in the front of your house, big drones. And they were going on for about four days, five days, and all the neighbors were talking, like, these drones are like, do you see the drones? So it was a community conversation,

Once it started to go mainstream public and reports were coming out and the FAA came in, well, the big actual drones that we were seeing were gone. And that's when people were seeing the airliner or they were seeing the kids drone from next door. And so when the FAA came, they're like, everyone's talking about airplanes. They're not drones. You weren't seeing drones. And those of us who were there were like, no, actually, I know what an airplane looks like. I know what a drone looks like. These were drones, big drones.

And so, but it brings up a different question, which is, you see what happens with Russia and Ukraine. The use of drones militarily has expanded and innovated in a really dangerous way. And so how do you develop your own technology to see, again, we want to see the whole airspace. Well, how do you have technology to see drones, right? Is it a drone? Is it a bird? How do we use it? And how sensitive do you get drones?

to know is this the Amazon drone or is this the North Korean drone? And so we're working through that right now. There's a lot of stuff we can't talk about, but we understand the problem that exists. We're working through it. And...

But again, I do think that as we look at risk factors for foreign threats, we also look at how do we develop this internal use of drones. And I think as those two things, we think about risk factors, but we also think of commercial use. Those two things can go together very well because the technology has to develop and we can use it for commercial uses, but also then

for national security purposes. But how do you do air traffic for drones and autonomous vehicles? I understand there's the, for a lot of these autonomous vehicles, they can communicate with each other, so it regulates safety pretty well. But in terms of drones, you can't just pull one over. You know, once this thing, maybe you've got like a 20-pound, you know, big welcome mat style drone carrying a box. Yeah. And the assumption most people will have is these are

these are just normal use drones what if one malfunctions what if something falls from the sky i mean i've thought about this for a long time it seems very difficult to solve for this issue so there's obviously there's risk factors what happens if your drone goes down but also what happens if you fall asleep with the wheel what happens if you know there's a lot of things that happen as we move products i think what you're gonna have to see is a rule that comes from uh

the FAA that allows opportunity to use the drones, to develop the drones, then I think communities have to have some say. And do you want the drones in your community or do you not want them? There has to be some community engagement with this.

And if you do that, I think you get to a really good place. But the places that these drone deliveries are being used, you can get a hot cup of coffee from Starbucks, and it comes hot to your house, right? Do you, like, grab it from the drone and then... Or, like, lower it on the ground? They'll lower it down, yeah. Grab that hot cup of coffee. Have they done that already? Oh, yeah. Wow. So the places that these are being used right now

They love it. They think that this is the most amazing thing. As we look at roads too, so again, if we can take more people off our roads and we can do more of these deliveries in the air, the airspace, or the roads clean up, in the airspace, they're only 400 feet or lower, these drones. So again, you don't have the jetliners flying over at 400 feet over communities. So I think it's, again, there's problems to your point, but we can navigate this in a way that makes it actually work.

So we got a few minutes left. When you first came into the administration, is the first thing they did was brief you on the aliens and showed you all the UFOs that you're going to have to be...

No. I've got to get the alien briefing still. They come into the airspace, right? That's FAA. We control the airspace. But in all seriousness, I mean, there have been reports of, they're calling them UAP, Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. Is that what it means? Is that something that you, I mean, obviously you have to deal with that.

So we control all the airspace. We have all of the airspace. And again, I've seen the video, the military aircraft video. We've seen a lot of these videos. And what is it? I don't think we quite know yet. I haven't got the classified briefing on it yet. Once I do, I can... So it's not really the alien briefing, but there are...

You know, I got to be honest, I think the simple answer is U.S. military attack, they're not going to release it. It's classified. There were some reports that these unidentified aerial phenomenon were spotted 70 miles from a U.S. base that does technological development or something like that. So I'm like, I don't think Russia or China or Iran is launching drones in our airspace. But those narratives have emerged.

I'm just, I suppose if you're still waiting for the classified briefing, I'm just wondering what your thoughts are and if you've encountered anything like that in the short term. No, and I just, I do, again, I look at, again, I watch the videos and how they go from the airspace into water and then back out again. That's crazy. They're not in water, right? The way we see the world work is the way these vehicles do not operate. And

Again, how much information goes out, I think it's fascinating the president, whether it was with the JFK files or other information that people want to have. They want more transparency. The president's committed to that, what information comes out. But I think the backdrop of that too is you don't want to freak people out either. You're like, no shit, we have aliens are among us. These are alien aircraft and we've identified them. We have pictures of them or we've got the crash and the bodies. That's going to freak people out.

So maybe you're like, maybe you might want to know, but maybe you don't want to know. So what you're saying is, you can't say it's true, but it's true. No, I'm kidding. All right.

Possibly. There was a recent statement from a science administrator who said that we have the technology that we can manipulate. Our technology allows us to manipulate time and space. Have you seen that statement? I have not. And I'm not sure what he was getting at. He was saying our planes are slower, our trains are slower. Something happened. Our technology allows us to manipulate time and space to leave distance annihilated. And this lit up the, I guess you can call it the conspiracy space.

Because Donald Trump also around the same time said, "We have weapons nobody knows. Very powerful." And the assumption is many of these UAPs may actually be just military technology and they're insinuating this may be the case.

But I don't know, I guess it's a mystery. - It's gonna be a mystery after the show as well, we're still gonna be a mystery. - Or you're really good at keeping secrets. - Yeah, my kids are like, "Tell me, what do you know?" But I will tell you, I do think as I look at, this goes to maybe a little different point,

How our government works and the faith we have in our government and how smart people are there and they're doing smart things. When you start to pull the curtain back or look under the hood, there's a lot of disappointment. There's a lot of disappointment in the people that have been in really powerful positions that have not been very smart.

and not done smart things and we spend a lot of money and I think this administration which I love the president's back listen we are going to spend your money well we are gonna innovate we can we have to we have to be at the top of our game with the coming threats that we have from around the world and that part of it I love and so I would hope that this is amazing American technology not sure that's true but maybe as we look after Pete Hex's leadership we're gonna get that

Those great armaments, that great innovation and great leadership from DoD. Last question real quick. Is there a timeline for a full rollout nationwide of autonomous taxis? So we're working on that rule right now. We do want to see the ability, because right now you can't have a California standard and a Texas standard. You need one American standard. We have to give that.

always with the backdrop of they have to be safe, right? And the kind of car crashes that you'd have with autonomous versus human driven cars, right? You might just see an autonomous vehicle turn into a concrete barrier. You would never do that, right? You have a different kind of crash that the autonomous vehicle won't have. So we have to come up with the standards of what's acceptable, what's safe,

but also allow this to continue to roll out. So I think you're going to see, again, in short order, you're going to see an expansion of these autonomous taxis. You see them in San Francisco. You'll see them in Texas as well. We want to see them across the country where Arizona as well. Interesting. Looking forward to it. Secretary Duffy, I really do appreciate your time. And that's it. That wraps up the interview I had with Secretary Duffy. So it was an honor and a privilege. And I will say this, too, because I can see it as much as everybody else can.

Department of Transportation just doesn't sound sexy. It's not like war and bombs. But the fascinating thing is when we were putting in our requests for interviews, Duffy was the top of the list. I mean, to be completely honest, Trump, Vance, Elon, obviously. But in terms of the of the cabinet members, obviously, it'd be great to talk with with the DOJ.

But so we did request all that. But Duffy was one of our top choices, largely because flying cars, drone deliveries, autonomous vehicles, drone sighting, paranoia threat claims that the Iranians were launching drones into U.S. territory and UFOs. I'm like, I think the challenge is they call the Department of Transportation instead of something like U.S. Department of, I don't know, infrastructure or something.

Because people don't understand that we're talking about when you see a drone flying overhead, you can't do anything. They don't understand that we're talking about this plane crash that just happened. The helicopter, the Blackhawk slamming into this. And so some of the biggest stories, the biggest questions we have in technology and the evolution of our economy are deeply they're well within the jurisdiction of the Department of Transportation. That being said, you know, for me, I was mostly curious about those things.

We, for obvious reasons, I feel like we don't really get into it. We don't feel like we're threatened by a drone flying in the air and slamming into a building. But what worries me is that this is something I've thought about for over a decade. Sure, we have the southern border, and I was able to talk with Gorka and Kristi Noem about that. But what about threats we don't think about? So there you have it.

So I really do appreciate the time I got to spend with the secretary of DHS of transportation, as well as Sebastian Gorka. We are planning more interviews. And the plan moving forward for this show is actually we're going to be setting up Zoom calls. So I don't know why we started using Zoom. Just like one day Skype disappeared. But for Timcast IRL, this is more of a conversation with news topics. We do everything in person. But for the Our News show,

This is an opportunity to bring in for about 20 minutes conversations with various individuals who can talk to us on topics and trends throughout the day and the news cycle and things like that. So I think that'll be good. We're still we're still feeling it out. But my friends, we're going to grab some of your chats in the meantime before we round this out. And of course, we will be rating our good friend Russell Brand in just a minute. So you don't want to miss it.

Let me make sure I can grab that old Russell. This is what we got to do. I got to grab the link for the raid. That's how we that's how we get it going every every day. AK Storm says Tim Angry Cops is blowing the whistle on Buffalo schools on the unsubscribed podcast YouTube BS Buffalo schools deleted video evidence of child abduction and are refusing to answer subpoenas. Please get rich back on. Wow. Anytime, man. He was fun. He was a funny guy.

The Small Town Gamer says, Tim, are you going to cover the Buffalo public school story broken by Rich High and the Unsubscribe podcast? Indeed. We should have something up by around three o'clock. We'll probably talk about it tonight on Timcast IRL as well. AK Storm says, Buffalo schools are also refusing to assist cops and detectives with investigations. Mandated reporters are not reporting child abuse, both physical and sexual. Please check out Unsubscribe for the vid. That's crazy.

Spork, which is not only did Captain Loback outrank the woman warning her, but she was the pilot in command and had ultimate authority. She did ignore the warning, but did not disobey orders. He couldn't order her. Indeed, I didn't say that. I saw some people were saying that she was disobeying orders. However, my point was that Tower said veer left, descend. She didn't. Flight instructor then said, they want you to veer left and descend. She didn't. And she went straight into a plane.

Even Trump said, how does that happen? You can't see the lights and the planes coming? Maybe. Groaning Phoenix says it feels like a force is trying to keep the world in a state of stagnation and people are starting to wake up to it. Should have Eric Weinstein on Culture War to explain this hybrid war talk. Bros versus who's? Did you mean hoes? Original Beat says Katy Perry wouldn't have crashed. Do you guys see the story over the weekend? Katy Perry and Beyonce ain't selling tickets no more.

Beyonce dropped her ticket prices 20 bucks. Katy Perry's canceling tour dates. Yeah, the institutions are crumbling. Let me put it that way. Decentralization is here for whatever reason. I don't know. I have no idea. Let's see what we got. What do we have here? Someone mentioned some drones in a chat. Chrissy Jean says the drones have got to be policed and regulated better. They're starting fires with them. I watched it happen. Indeed, the things they can do with drones, y'all don't even know.

They can put, you can get a high powered laser, not very heavy, mounted on a drone. Drone can fly over dry brush, laser turns on and holds it for a minute, forest fire started, wildfire, whatever. It's crazy. Now, I don't think they can do it from a satellite because the distance is too great, but I would not be surprised at the very least.

My friends, smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Thank you all so much for hanging out in this Rumble Noon Hour. The Culture War Live is this weekend. It's our pilot. We have no idea what's going on. We have a general idea, general structure set up. We have the venue. We got tickets are sold out. We've got a bunch of submissions. People want to come up and join the debate and be involved. Think Kill Tony meets Jubilee. That's how we that's how we're largely viewing it.

We're going to have Alex Stein's going to be there. Will Chamberlain will be debating Pisco Litty on the merits of the Kilmar Abrego deport, Abrego Garcia deportation, whether it's right, wrong. And we're going to talk with you guys about the general issue. And you can come up and get in that debate. Now, we're already thinking about how we adapt this and change it moving forward, because as we do this, our pilot, we're running into hiccups and bumps.

So the one thing we think we want to do is more seats, bigger venue, 100 tickets and semi open to the public. One idea right now is for future events. Anyone can buy a ticket. Ten seats are reserved for members and you can submit and then we will give you a ticket, a seat, and then you will be the people who can come up and join the debate. We're trying to figure it out because we want to encourage liberals to actually be a part of that audience and come on the stage and debate.

And so we also may try guest oriented instead of subject oriented. So we actually will bring on a prominent personality on the left or the right. They will mention like three key positions of issues that they think are big and want to talk about. But this gives an opportunity for anyone to come up and debate the individual, which may actually be easier. One of the hiccups we're running into is we're getting a lot of submissions from people who are just saying, oh, Bricko Garcia was an illegal immigrant who should be deported. And we're like, we get that.

Most people do. So the question is, with a finite amount of seats for you to come in and debate, what do you bring to this debate that you think has been missed? And so we did get a big hit of submissions, pretty in-depth ones, pretty interesting. And people want to put these ideas in place that they feel are being missed. And that's what it's all about. So my friends,

We're going to initiate this raid on Russell Brand. Thank you all so much for hanging out. You can follow me, as I said, X and Instagram at Tim cast. We are live every day at noon to 1 p.m. here on Rumble with segments up throughout the day.

We're going to be back with segments coming up. I believe at three, we should have something. I'm going to look into it. We may cover the Buffalo schools later on IRL if I don't get to it today, but aiming for a 3 p.m. segment, breaking it down. So definitely check that out. The raid has begun. Thank you all so much for hanging out and we will see you all in the next segment.

The FBI arrested a judge last week who aided and abetted an illegal immigrant by ushering him out a non-public door into a back exit so that he could evade federal agents there to arrest him with a warrant. Here's what gets crazy. This man was supposed to go to court for mercilessly beating another man, striking him around 40 times in the face before strangling him.

The victim was in the courtroom to get justice, and the judge adjourned the case and helped this man escape. She's been arrested. Now, in response to this, another judge is threatening a boycott, saying, I don't care if I get arrested. And the governor is now intervening, providing obstructions which are just on the other side of obstruction. It's getting crazy out there, my friends.

I don't know what you describe this as, but you can call it whatever you want. But we are in a period in this country where Democrats, nothing you say matters. They are merciless. They are ruthless. They will lie. They will cheat. They will steal. And I'm sorry, starting off the show that way for somebody who is politically uninitiated, they're probably going to say, this is crazy. What are you even talking about? Let's start here.

The FBI arrested a judge because she aided and abetted an illegal immigrant who had a warrant. The federal law enforcement were there with a warrant for his arrest and removal. This is how it's supposed to go. The Democrats helped this man escape. They did catch him. And for this, they're saying, oh, Trump's arresting judges. Let's start at the beginning.

You have the media lying every which way. You have the very fine people hoax. Trump never said that neo-Nazis were very fine people. I implore you, please just look up Snopes. Very fine people. And they debunked it seven years later. I don't know why it took so long, but sure they did. You have the Covington smear. And of course, now the Maryland man hoax. The media is lying about everything. I say the media. I say corporate media outlets.

They're referring to this a break of Garcia, a man from El Salvador who was here illegally, who admitted to being here illegally, who was ordered deportation twice. They're saying he's a Maryland father. He's not from here. He's illegally residing in Maryland. OK, fine. We'll give you that one. They're lying about everything. But let's go back last year when Democrats arrested Trump's lawyers in Wisconsin and Georgia.

They arrested Trump on false charges. And you know what the challenge is? There's no way to try and break down the history of the lawfare against the Trump administration and his associates. It's just impossible. So where does that bring us now? The reason why I started so strong in saying that they're going to lie, they're going to cheat, they're going to steal. Guys, it doesn't matter what we say. They don't care. Listen.

The challenge that we have here is that I can lay down for you in detail everything related to the lawfare against Donald Trump and how it's illegal and unjust. And they'll just lie, say the exact same thing in the inverse. Donald Trump was found liable for sexual assault. That's fabricated. A special law was passed in New York allowing a one week amnesty. I'm sorry, a one year amnesty, one year.

For anyone who wants to sue a sexual assault, want to accuse someone of assault civilly. And only one case was brought. And it was E. Jean Carroll. She couldn't corroborate her story. She had no evidence. They found Trump liable anyway. 34 cases of felonies. It was one case of a misdemeanor. They called it falsifying a business record. That's a misdemeanor. How did that become 34 felonies? It's all lies. The point is this. You know it. I know it.

We can't convey that to these people. The media is lying. All we can do every day is try and report the truth and hope people can break free. But so long as you have sophists and these liars on the Democrat podcast side, there's not much you can do other than keep pushing and keep trying. But it's tough, my friends. Right now, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers' administration is instructing state employees to help illegal immigrants avoid ICE. Technically correct. Only technically. And I say that because

Because this is the intent. Let me see if I can make this much more legible. The intent of this order from the Wisconsin governor is to aid and abet illegal immigrants. Let me show you what he says. He's not saying outright, you know, break the law. Of course not. Because the FBI will arrest these people. But he says...

Okay, what is this? Well, typically in the United States...

Typically, when the feds come in, they say, OK, the trope in movies and TV shows. I'm not saying it's real. I'm saying it's the trope is that there will be detective on a scene and they'll be like, it's a crime scene. And the fed shows up and goes, it's my crime scene now. And he flashes the FBI badge. And they're like, what? I won't stand for this. I'm going to the governor because the feds can come in and take jurisdiction. That was the trope. Right. So if the governor is going to tell people do not comply with feds.

OK, we've got something new and special on our hands. Illegal immigration is a crime. You, of course, can instruct people on how they talk to cops or don't talk to cops. But I do find it absolutely funny. We are now at a point where a governor is instructing his employees of the state to to defy. OK, I'm not saying obstruct. I'm saying that when the feds come, we do not cooperate with them. The lines are breaking down, aren't they? You know, look.

I don't know where this goes. I don't know what this becomes, but I said it before and I'll say it again. Go back 10 years and ask people. Lay down everything we've seen in the past 10 years and ask them what they they're going to tell you. You're nuts. Donald Trump's not going to be elected. That's insane. They were saying it exactly 10 years ago. Actually, I don't know if Trump descended the escalator 10 years ago, but when he was running, they were laughing. They're saying he can never win. It's ridiculous. He's a clown.

Tell him then that he'll be accused of being a traitor to his country, a Russian spy. He'll be impeached twice. A thousand people will storm the Capitol building in 2020 to contest an election. I believe a thousand were on the one side where the writing was.

Then say that there'll be the worst riots in 50 years. The White House will be firebombed. I mean, come on. And then end up with when Trump wins, there will be arrest of judges. The state will then instruct the employees to defy the federal government. Stop complying with orders. It's just no one's going to believe it. Now, take a look at this. Another judge, Wisconsin judge, threatens courtroom boycott over Hannah Dugan arrest. Monica Isham says she will not allow ICE to send illegal immigrants to a concentration camp.

A Wisconsin judge is threatening not to hold court in protest of federal authorities arresting her fellow judge, Hannah Dugan, last week. Judge Monica Isha made the announcement in an email to judges across the state on Saturday. Her email titled, Guidance Requested or I Refuse to Hold Court, made clear she had no intention of working with ICE. Quote, If there's no guidance for us and no support for us, I will refuse to hold court and branch to in Sawyer County. I will not put myself or my staff who may feel compelled to help me or my community in harm's way.

I have no intention of allowing anyone to be taken out of my courtroom by ICE and sent to a concentration camp, especially without due process. As both of the constitutions we swore to support require. Should I start raising bail money? Isham wrote now a lot of people thought she was saying charging people more bail. No, no, no. She's saying should should she raise money for herself because she thinks she's going to go to prison? OK, guys, illegal immigration is illegal.

The states for a long time now have been acting in defiance of the federal government to cheat and steal an election. I want to throw it up to our good friend Eric Swalwell, who said cheat an election. That one's for you, buddy. For those who don't know, he farted on camera when he said cheat an election. So whenever you cheat an election, you make the fart sound. I digress. Here's how it works.

Democrats run sanctuary cities. Why? They bring in large amounts of illegal immigrants, protect them from the federal government. It's illegal. It's a crime. It's unconstitutional. And then when the census happens, they count those people towards their population, which is literally what they've done for forever. This gives Democratic states extra votes for president. That's right. In the Electoral College, they get extra votes.

So what ends up happening is California has what? How many votes does California? Let's find out. How many EC votes California? I think it's, is it, is it, um, let's get the, let's get the solid number. I want to make sure I have my facts right. Here we go. 54 electoral votes. It's got 52 members of Congress and two Senate seats.

California electoral vote count decreased from 55 to 54 following 2020 census. It's expected to go down a bit more, actually. It's at 54. It might go down to 50 even or even high 40s. Why? Mass deportation, out migration. Democrats, a lot of I know most of you know this, but a lot of people don't. Congressional seats are apportioned based on total population. That includes illegal immigrants. That means there are members of Congress that are voted on, not by their constituents,

Now, how does this make sense? They actually say you've got seven hundred seventy five thousand people living in your district. Seventy five thousand are illegal immigrants that because of that number, you will get a congressional district. They can't vote. So the Democrats win by default because they're in Democrat areas, mind you. But here's the important point. If you were to take away all of the illegal immigrants from California, they would get a couple less votes in the Electoral College.

So the estimate now with net out migration, people fleeing these blue states are that even if Kamala Harris were to have won Pennsylvania and Michigan, Trump still would have won the election in 2024 because of the gain in electoral college seats with Texas and Florida, other red states.

So the Democrats are flooding their states with illegal immigrants so they can cheat in the elections, so they can cheat after 2030. This is how it works. You don't need these people to vote. Illegal immigrants don't need to go and cast ballots. They simply need to live there and fill out a census form. And then Congress gives them extra votes. They get extra votes in Congress and they get extra votes for the president. They're cheating by upwards of seven to 13 votes, meaning imagine if we took.

Even five votes away from the Democratic Party and gave me Republicans. They have a much stronger majority. But if it's on the high end of maybe 10 to 13 Republicans with a 15 seat majority in Congress, not to mention what we end up seeing in the Senate, because the way the voting patterns change, it's disgusting. You have Republican presidents winning the popular vote a lot. This is why they won't deport. So now what? OK, she says, if this cost me my job or gets me arrested, at least I know that I did the right thing.

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, Harmeet Dhillon, reacted, saying that it was problematic. Dugan was arrested and charged with obstruction. So that's the other governor. I'm sorry, the other governor, the other judge. Wisconsin Democrats denounce arrest of Milwaukee judge in ICE case as some Republicans cheer. Call it whatever you want. I don't care. I'm done. We've got terror attacks against Tesla dealerships and Tesla owners. You've got rampant crime in blue cities. The worst we've seen in a long time.

Will we see a summer of love? I don't know. We've had protests, but they've been fairly weak. So I don't know. Democrats have been obstructing the law, cheating in elections for decades. And now Donald Trump is doing something about it. They're not going to sit by and just let this happen. But what does that mean for the rest of us? Honestly, my friends, I can't I can't tell you. I just hope that you've maybe purchased some gold or silver. I got to rephrase that. It's not financial advice. Let me put it this way.

There are ways. Yeah, don't do that. Don't listen to me. There are ways. I have gold and silver. I buy that stuff. I actually have copper. Copper is good for stuff, you know. It's funny because it actually has gone up to a lot in value. I have emergency food, emergency water, ammo. I don't think the world will end. I don't think that, you know, Yosemite is going to blow up. Is it? I'm sorry. Yellowstone. Yosemite. Why would that blow up? Yellowstone. It's the Yellowstone Caldera, right?

Now they're close enough. You know what I mean? Yeah, the Yellowstone Caldera volcanic crater. The system will break down, right? And I want to make sure this is clear for everybody. When we talk about our concern for collapse, it's not that the world ends and humans are gone. It's that the system breaks down and then you won't know where your next meal is coming from. Right now in Spain, the power is out. Nobody knows why. Southern France, Spain and Lisbon, no power.

Nobody knows why. Sometimes it rains. So I hope you've taken precautions. That's all I'm saying. I'm going to wrap it up there, my friends. Smash the like button. Follow me on Instagram at TimCast. New details have emerged in the airline crash at DCA that resulted in the death of around 70 individuals. The report is that the Blackhawk pilot refused instructions twice.

And of course, there are now rumors flying that this was intentional. But here's the thing.

There were rumors that this was an intentional collision when the collision first happened. Well, many people are now pointing out that by refusing these orders to descend and veer left, it seems like this pilot was headed straight for the aircraft. When you look back at past tweets and comments, even from the president, many people were speculating that this Blackhawk pilot was intending to fly into the path of oncoming air traffic.

I don't know what to believe. I find it all hard to believe. But I don't know how you rectify those facts in this story. This pilot was instructed twice. Instead, went straight for the plane and slammed into it. Here's a story from the Post Millennial. Blackhawk pilot Rachel Lobeck ignored instructions before midair collision over Potomac River. The Blackhawk crew was permitted to control its own navigation, but

around the passenger jet before the crash. They say the pilot of the Blackhawk military helicopter that collided with a passenger plane over Washington, D.C. in January ignored instructions to change course moments before the crash took place, according to a report by The New York Times. Captain Rebecca Loback piloting the Blackhawk was undergoing an annual flight evaluation at the time, while her co-pilot, Chief Foreign Officer to Andrew Lloyd Eves, served as the flight instructor.

Air traffic controllers had warned the helicopter crew about a nearby passenger airliner, and both Loebach and Eves acknowledged the warning, opting to proceed under visual separation. This is a method where pilots are allowed to continue flying in an area by using their own observations rather than adhering to instructions from air traffic control. The report said the Black Hawk was only 15 seconds from crossing paths with the passenger jet when Eves informed Loebach that he believed air traffic control wanted them to turn left toward the East River Bank.

Turning left would have opened up more space between the helicopter and flight 5342, which was heading for runway 33 at an altitude of roughly 300 feet. She did not turn left. Lobeck served as an aviation officer in the army since July 2019 and had around 500 hours of flying time in the Blackhawk. The army confirmed in a release. She was also a White House military social aide under the Biden administration.

The crash took place on January 29th over the Potomac River, killing all 64 passengers who were on board an American Airlines flight from Kansas, as well as three Blackhawk crew members. It was 67. The helicopter appeared to be flying too high at the time of the collision. Additionally, radio communication between controllers and pilots broke down. Multiple layers of safety precautions failed that night, said Katie Thompson, the Federal Aviation Administration's Deputy Administrator under President Biden. I'm going to pause and just say how? How?

There is a saying that I like to bring up in times like this. How many coincidences until you've won the lottery? Often we hear people say, I'm not a conspiracy theorist. I'm a coincidence theorist that all of these things lining up all at once don't make sense. Let me tell you something, my friends. There's something called Martingale in gambling. Maybe you've heard of it. But for those that don't, it's actually a really simple strategy. And it explains why it is that casinos have maximum bets.

Indeed. The way it goes, let's say you're playing blackjack and it's a $10 bet per hand. So you bet 10 bucks, you lose. On the next hand, you'll bet $20, you lose. On the next hand, you'll bet $40 and you lose. Losing three times in a row happens. So the next hand you bet $80 and then you win. Now you're up $10.

You see, the point of the Martingale strategy is every time you lose, you double your bet. The reason why they have maximum bets is so that you get to a point where you can no longer do it. Because theoretically, if you had an unlimited bankroll with no limits, you would never lose so long as you keep doubling your bet every time you do lose. The point is this. The reason why people adhere to this strategy, though it doesn't always work out, is that lining up extreme coincidences in a single period is rare.

Hence, when you have this story of being instructed to veer left, multiple layers of safety precautions failing all at once, the pilot choosing not to on two instances, it's just...

How does that make sense? Let's think about it this way. You may be saying, but Tim, there's only a few coincidences, right? She was told to veer left. She didn't. She was told to descend. She didn't. She was instructed again. She didn't. So they crashed. Think about 3D space and the probability of a helicopter going straight and a plane going down, colliding. Now, collisions do happen. But if you ever watch a movie and you got like the bad guys are getting shot at and the good guys don't get hit, it's not. OK, let me explain this.

The good guys never get shot. The bad guys always get shot. What's miraculous about that is not the good guys don't get shot, sort of. It's that they have perfect accuracy against the bad guys as plot devices. The point is, bullets are small. Space is huge. So when you're flying objects, it actually is hard to collide. It actually is rare. This is why when looking at this story, you have...

Multiple people, more than one person telling this pilot to move, refusing to do it, and then a collision. If they were operating under their observation, then the insinuation is she saw the plane coming and she went straight for it. Now, I don't know for sure, and I'm not trying to besmirch the good name of this pilot. Well, to be honest, I don't want to be a dick because she did lose her life.

But her name is tarnished over this. Either she failed to adhere to instructions that would have averted this catastrophe or it was intentional. Postman goes on to say investigators in the National Transportation Safety Board are expected to issue a final report on the causes of the crash in 2026. Following the crash post, Trump posted a truth.

The airplane was on a perfect and routine line of approach to the airport. The helicopter was going straight at the airplane for an extended period of time. It is a clear night. The lights of the plane were blazing. Why didn't the helicopter go up or down or turn? Why did the control tower tell the helicopter what to do instead of asking if they saw the plane? This is a bad situation that looks like it should have been prevented. Not good. In fact, the insinuation from Trump is that this was intentional. D.C. Drano says, let me get this straight.

President Trump says the Blackhawk helicopter was flying way too high and implies it was intentional. The video shows it head straight towards the passenger airplane. The military won't release the female pilot's name. What are we supposed to make of this? This post from DC Drano, January 31st, just a couple of days later, and he posted this from Trump. Trump said the Blackhawk helicopter was flying too high by a lot. It was far above the 200 foot limit. That's not really too complicated to understand, is it? My friends.

The insinuation has been, has always been, this pilot was intending to slam into that plane and massacre herself, the crew, and the people on that plane. It's hard to believe, right? It's hard to believe. Why would someone do that? I don't know. Why would someone go into a mall with a rifle and unload on random people? Why would a person go into a Catholic grade school and start murdering children? Why would anyone do something so senseless?

We want to believe that this was an accident. We want to. Because it's not the same as someone intentionally going into a building with a weapon. However, I think we just need to realize that sometimes crazy or evil people decide to do evil things. Again, looking at the story, we want to believe it was just an accident. But it was shocking, even when it happened, how the helicopter could have slammed into a plane with its lights on. You see it coming. Helicopters can hover. So it's all...

Very strange, to say the least. You know, I got to be honest, I don't want to believe that this female pilot did this. Some are suggesting that it was actually just incompetence or DEI. And I'm sorry, but you've got three potential scenarios. Abject incompetence, which seems extremely hard to believe. DEI, a woman who was put into a position for her identity, not her skill, leading to this crash, makes a bit more sense.

or the intentional collision to murder people or to take her own life. That one seems hard to believe, doesn't it? Maybe it really just is DEI. They wanted a female pilot who didn't have the abilities and they wanted her because she was female. Now, I'm not saying women can't fly. It was funny because I posted that.

When the crash happened that I'm not saying it's because she's a woman. I'm saying it's because they chose a woman who didn't have the same criteria or the higher, highest, higher skill level of another candidate in meeting. They intentionally went down the list to find someone who was female, even though she didn't score as high. I think that honestly does make the most sense because we really don't want to believe the alternative, which is horrifying. Leave it there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone, you know, stay tuned. We got more segments coming up for you throughout the day, and we'll see you all in a little bit.

60 Minutes went rogue. Scott Pelley, the host, came out and blamed the company, saying that they're basically bending the knee to Donald Trump because the company that he works for is trying to engage in a merger. This is journalistic malpractice. You know, my favorite kind of story to bring you guys, because I'm going to bring you the true facts. 60 Minutes, CBS.

They're getting sued by Donald Trump for a large sum of money. And now, just the other day, this breaking story emerges where Scott Pelley, the host of 60 Minutes, calls out Paramount in a shocking attack on CBS's parent company. At least that's how the New York Post is framing it.

This is what we have in the corporate press. They will lie to you every step of the way for activist reasons. But if you actually read between the lines of what they are reporting, the details are all there. In fact, this is about the resignation of a guy named Bill Owens.

Bill Owens resigned for a variety of reasons. We can speculate one pretending their coverage of the Israel Hamas war seems to have played a role, according to The New York Times. And also the company likely was pushing on CBS because they're in a lawsuit. And I'll break down for you, at least from a small business perspective, what that really means. But let me start by showing you Scott Pelley going rogue. He was our boss.

Bill was with CBS News nearly 40 years, 26 years at 60 Minutes. He covered the world, covered combat, the White House. His was a quest to open minds, not close them. If you've ever worked hard for a boss because you admired him, then you understand what we've enjoyed here. Bill resigned Tuesday. It was hard on him and hard on us, but he did it for us and you.

Stories we pursued for 57 years are often controversial. Lately, the Israel-Gaza war and the Trump administration. Bill made sure they were accurate and fair. He was tough that way. But our parent company, Paramount, is trying to complete a merger. The Trump administration must approve it. Paramount began to supervise our content in new ways.

None of our stories has been blocked, but Bill felt he lost the independence that honest journalism requires. No one here is happy about it. But in resigning, Bill proved one thing. He was the right person to lead 60 Minutes. No, I think if he proved one thing, it's that he was the wrong person.

We have this tweet from at Chicago Ray, and he says, despite the sob story by Scott Pelley, 60 Minutes producer Bill Owens was told to resign because he was who oversaw the editing of the Kamala interview that led to Trump suing them and Paramount for upwards of $20 billion. Now they can't merge until they pay Trump. Here's the story. L.A. Times. Trump amends CBS 60 Minutes lawsuit and demands $20 billion.

This is from February. OK, Trump has amended his lawsuit against CBS demanding 20 billion and again claiming the network deceptively edited a 60 minutes interview with former Vice President Kamala Harris in an effort to prop up her election chances in the new court filing late Friday. Trump demanded twice the amount of damages that he originally then he originally requested.

The updated complaint included CBS's parent company, Paramount Global, as a defendant and added Republican U.S. Rep. Ronny Jackson, Trump's former doctor, as a plaintiff because he lives in Texas where the case was filed. Trump amended the amended filing seeks to steer the case away from the First Amendment grounds. Instead, Trump asserts the case should not hinge on free speech arguments because CBS allegedly had business motivations to make Harris appear stronger.

CBS declined to comment Saturday, though the network has repeatedly denied that it deceptively manipulated the Harris interview. The accusations are that in one instance. And you know what? Let me just let me just say this outright. They did. They do. They all do. They do it all the time. So we've got a couple of interviews that we did here at Timcast with Secretary of DHS Kristi Noem, Sebastian Gorka and Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy. We had the opportunity and we did film with multiple cameras.

We decided to play these, to upload these, single shot, straightforward. When we normally do interviews on TimCast IRL, they are live. We are preparing to do interviews for the Tim Pool morning show, noon show, on the Rumble lineup, and it will be live. And there's a reason for this. Because every time a journalist does an interview, every single, not literally every time, but most of the interviews you see,

that appear on TV are edited and they'll argue, well, we just cut it down for context and time. They cut it down to change what is being said. And the example that I love to give, imagine there's an interview and you've got one camera pointed at me and I'm nodding along. They fake that. Let me tell you this, because I worked, I tell you, I've been on sets that do this. I have done this for Vice. Now, we didn't fake anything, but well, actually, I take that back.

We didn't put out misinformation, but here's the trick. What we would do is while we're filming the interview, they'll say, hey, Tim, we need some reaction shots. And so this is how they fake interviews. OK, now I will stress again, when I did interviews, we never changed the context or edited information. I wouldn't stand for it. I'd always push back if I felt we were getting close to that. But there's a reason why we don't do any of that here.

Once we were done with the interview, the camera guy would say, Tim, can we get some reaction shots? Okay. To the person being interviewed, you can leave now. We're just going to do some pickups. They turn the camera on and have me go like this. Just for those that are listening, I'm crossing my arms with my hand on my chin, nodding. They'd say, now look surprised. And then they would say, we're going to use that when we cut to you to get different expressions because we want to convey emotion. But that never really happened. They added it after the fact. Now, here's why they do it.

And again, I would not be part of this, but I'm telling you, they do this. They add those pickup shots. So when they change the context of what someone said, they can get the correct emotion like reality TV. Let me give you an example. So let's say you're sitting with someone being interviewed and you go, what's the what's the most shocking thing you've ever heard during your time in government? And then you'll have someone like Donald Trump, right, where he jokes around and Trump will go,

You know, the most shocking thing that I've heard anyone say is I won't eat pizza. I won't touch it. Pepperoni, never going to have it. And that was from the local janitor who said it to me. And I said, that's crazy. Right. And then I'm sitting there or the journalist is sitting there and they hear Trump say that. And they're just like, OK. And they and they look expressionless. OK. Once the interview wraps, the producer goes, no, no, no, no. Look shocked. I need you to I need you to go. Really? Really?

And then here's the best part. Sometimes they add questions. They'll say, we're going to do some pickups. Tim, ask this, ask that. And then what they'll do is they will cut out the beginning of what Trump said. So all you see is Trump going, the question then becomes, tell me about what you what it's like for you for lunch. And then Trump goes, I won't touch pepper pizza, especially with pepperoni. The point is.

The original context is that he was saying someone told me they would not do this. All they have to do is remove that opening line. And now they have Donald Trump on camera saying he doesn't eat pizza, which is shocking because everybody loves it. It's like the number one thing to order, right? I'm using a silly example, but this is what they do.

Remember the very fine people hoax? Indeed. Trump said there were fine people on both sides. And I'm not talking about the neo-Nazis, the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally. But they cut that out and then say the opposite of what is true. They lie. That's 60 minutes. So what did they do with Kamala Harris? They edited her interview to change context. And they'll argue they didn't. They'll say this is normal in the industry. Doesn't mean it's right.

So as I mentioned, when we put up these interviews with Secretary Noem, Gorka, and today we did put up Sean Duffy, it is a single camera, both of us. So you can see there's no editing and there's a raw half hour conversation because we don't want any cuts. We don't want any edits. Either have the conversation or don't. But you know what? Maybe it's not as salacious or entertaining, but I'm not here to make salacious or entertaining content. I'm here to get to the truth, which is what journalism used to be.

Now, Scott Pelley is angry because these people are activists. That's what it's all about. The New York Times goes on to mention that Mr. Owens, only the third person to run, he resigned. 60 Minutes has faced mounting pressure in recent months from Trump, who sued them for $10 billion. In an emotional meeting on Tuesday, Mr. Owens' voice sounded raw as he struggled with his words, tearing up.

As he announced his decision to leave, it's clear the company is done with me, he said. Indeed, he oversaw the Kamala Harris interview for which they are being sued. And they may actually lose. And it's jammed up their business massively. Let me tell you the thing about lawsuits, okay? They put you in a position, whether you're right or wrong, you are screwed. You are screwed. I've been in lawsuits where...

People were breaking the law and the judge did not care. OK, people don't understand. CBS is in trouble here. The Trump lawsuit is a big deal. They could have their public broadcast license revoked for interfering in election. And they did. And so now they're saying, oh, it's dude, you can't do this. And he's like, what do you mean I can't do this? I lie all the time. That's what he's saying. That's what I hear.

When the people who run CBS and Paramount are saying, my dude, you cannot be covering the news this way. He goes, but we've been doing this forever. Indeed, it's time to stop. Facing accountability. Here's what's funny. CBS faces accountability. So what do they do? They do this. They come down and say, guy, we got to change this. We can't keep doing this anymore. And he quits. That's the nature of news media. And Trump called him out. He's no perfect guy.

OK, but they're arguing that Trump is trying to shut the media down because he's suing them. Oh, shut up. I'm going to wrap it up there, my friends. Stay tuned. More segments to come up throughout the day. Thanks for hanging out. And we'll see you all in a little bit. It's a shockingly viral story. A picture of a guy who looks kind of fit, but average gets shredded. And then the question is asked, women, do you think he's attractive more before or after? And men, how do you feel?

The Post has nearly 70 million views and it's lit up a massive debate. The topic or the question is, why are women lying about this? Like, what's the actual cause? Men are shocked to find that most women do not like the chiseled cut man. So here's the image. I have no idea who this guy is, but he's famous now. On the left, he looks fit, but average. Um,

He looks like he's not fat. He's got a probably average body fat. He doesn't look obese or anything on the right. He looks like he cut his body fat percentage way down to the single digits. And so he looks cut. However, when polled, William Costello said.

In the first reply to this poll, there is a picture of Ali Mirz before and after a 12-week gym transformation. Who's Ali Mirz? I don't know who that is. Is he famous? Oh, he's a singer-songwriter. Okay. Do you think he looks better before or after, and are you male or female? 24% were male who said he looked better before. 43% were male who said he looked better after. 27% were female who said he looked better before, to only 7% female saying after. That is...

substantially more women thinks he looks better before he got cut working 12 weeks in the gym. And to most men, their answer is women are lying. They might be. This is an interesting debate. What is this phenomenon? Do women actually prefer the average looking guy to the cut guy? Or is it men who do? In fact,

There's a really great post in response to this from at MLilly88, a small user on X, who responded, we're not lying. Men cater to the male gaze more often than they realize. And she shows this blog post, which is absolutely hilarious and probably correct. Let me start by saying it's not huge. When I saw this, I saw this post. I don't really think much about it. I immediately thought two things.

The guy on the right is shorter and he's gay. I'm not dragging him. I'm not trying to insult him. He looks shorter because of the way the photos were taken by about an inch or so. I don't know. He does look a little shorter, but he also does look gay. And I'm not trying to drag gay people, but he looks gay. The first thing I thought was like, I think he's gay. I don't know. He looks like a gay guy. And a lot of people responded to that saying, to be fair, no.

It's not hyper masculine. Typically, what makes a guy a masculine guy is that he doesn't care. He's confident. He does what he wants, but he is in shape. So if you're morbidly obese and lazy, you're going to be less attractive. But if you're like average and strong, that's a good thing. Now, I want to read this post. There's a couple posts I want to read about this.

So this Hugh Jackman one's really funny. You've got muscle and fitness. Hugh Jackman shredded with these. He's got his claws out as Wolverine. And then good housekeeping is he's wearing like a V-neck sweater with a smile on his face.

They wrote, I think the best imagery I've seen to explain the difference between what men think male objectification is versus what women actually want is to see the Hugh Jackman magazine covers Hugh Jackman on a men's magazine. He's shirtless and buff and angry. He's imposing and aggressive. This is a male power fantasy. It's what men want to be and aspire to intense masculinity.

Hugh Jackman on a woman's magazine. He looks like a dad. He looks like he's going to bake me a quiche and sit and watch Game of Thrones with me. He looks like he gives really good hugs. Men think women want big, hulking, naked men in loincloths, which is why they always quote He-Man as male objectification without realizing that He-Man is naked and buff in a loincloth because men want him to be.

More women would be happy to see him in a pink apron cutting vegetables and singing off key to 70s rock. Men want objects. Women want people. Now, I will say mostly correct, but I object before I tell you why that's wrong and only partially correct. And many of you may already know why. So comments, because maybe we'll end up agreeing with each other.

Jeffrey Miller, he'd be the expert. He's an evolutionary psychologist, psych professor, wrote The Mating Mind. He says the guy on the left. OK, so Ali mirrors before getting cut. He could survive a famine, an infection or a long hunting trip or war raid without food. The cut guy on the right is very vulnerable to resource shortages. Women evolved to understand which male body types survive better.

We got Sarpatch Lids saying, why would women lie about this? Like, why would you assume that? Maybe fix your own view of women. Women have nothing to prove here. It's entirely anonymous. No one's going to lie, genius. But let's break this down. I did seek out data on this one. Women are drawn to men with muscles. Surprise, surprise. So the article from 2007, nearly 20 years ago,

Muscular young men are more likely to have more sex partners than their less chiseled peers. Researchers at UCLA said on Monday, their study published in the Journal of Completely Obvious Things that literally everybody knows and no one needs to study about. I'm kidding. It should be called that, though. Their study published in the Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin suggests muscles and men are akin to the elaborate tail feathers in male peacocks. They attract females looking for a virile mate.

Women are predisposed to prefer muscularity in men. Most research is focused on what men find physically attractive in women and the career traits women find attractive in men. Much less research is devoted to what women find attractive. No one, literally no one needed that study. Everyone knows. Okay.

There's a reason why movies sell well when dudes are ripped. Not you don't need to be Arnold at his peak. Big bodybuilder, but fit. It's why Hugh Jackman bulked up and got cut for the X-Men movies. It's why they wanted him to. Men want to be him. Women want to be with him. That's how it goes. Now, hold on there a minute. How do we then get this phenomenon of women prefer the guy on the left, not the guy on the right?

Because women want different things. Take a look at this. Here's the point to be made that I think will piss off every feminist. Certainly, women want the good housekeeping dad. He's going to bake me a quiche and watch Game of Thrones. Is he? Well, the guy on the left whose claws out is going to murder a bear. The bear is going to be walking around minding its own business, but too close to the kids. And Wolverine's going to go pull out the claws and just take them out. Not that women are attracted to large metal adamantium claws, but you get my point.

My point is, while women may say they prefer the dad in the sweater who's going to bake a quiche. Yeah, there's two different realities. Who a woman wants to marry and who a woman wants to sleep with. So let's just be real. Many people are replying in the comments. Yeah, women may prefer Ali on the left before he got cut. But who is she taking home from the bar? And I think it's fair to say Ali on the right.

Probably. I mean, like I said, he does look a little shorter and he does. A lot of people are commenting. It makes him look gay. Like, I don't know why. I don't tell you. But he does it like I think it might be the shorts he's wearing and the pose does not like the shorts on the left. The Nike regular gym shorts, normal thing that guys wear. And I think it's a social thing. I'm not saying like there's something physically about him, like everything social about him. Here's the reality.

I'd be willing to bet that if you're in for a one night stand, Ali on the right, he's going to hook up. But is that really what women want in the long term? You see the point? What is the question being asked of men and women? For men, it's quite simple. Which one looks better? But for women, they're thinking about long term in ways that guys do not think about. Men and women are different, my friends. And so I think it's really simple. I think it's fair to say.

That a lot of women will probably just say on the left, he looks better no matter what. But there's a big difference between what women say they want and what they do. And that's why we see the modern political phenomenon. Why is that women are largely voting Democrat? They don't actually want or care about these things. That's why the Democrats are a cult. There is social order and then there is physical desire.

In this post that says women want people, men want objects. This also is true in the greater context. Women are much more susceptible to social pressures. So there's a funny phenomenon. They're saying it's debunked, but a funny phenomenon that took place in like the 2000s with OKCupid, where they pointed out in a blog that overwhelmingly millennial women would say, if you're not wearing a shirt in your pick, don't bother messaging me.

Because they wanted to look like I'm not into that vain stuff. And then what actually happened? They found that women were substantially more likely to respond to men who were not wearing shirts in their pictures if they were fit. So there's a big difference between what is socially acceptable and what women really want. There's a viral post on Reddit from some liberal woman saying that she fantasized about being with a ripped conservative man. And she just loves it. Not all women are like that, but some are. My point is this.

What a woman wants in a mate versus what she wants in a husband are two different things. And there's a reason for it. As a young man, a guy is ripped, fights the bears, wins the prize. The woman says, he's the best. I want him. After having kids, naturally, male testosterone starts to go down. Men's testosterone goes down.

Because testosterone drives men to bang every woman. It goes down and they go from the ripped Hugh Jackman to the dad Hugh Jackman. So women are looking to hook up with strong ripped guys who they will then have children with. And that guy will then temper down a little bit and become the dad. That's what happens. So everybody's wrong and right at the same time. I don't know.

Let me know what you think. Massively viral debate. Comment below. I'll leave it there. Stay tuned. I think that's it for the day. We got Timcast IRL coming up at 8 p.m. Follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast. Thanks for hanging out. And I'll see you all in a bit. As they should. The White House announces they'll arrest any judge official who impedes ICE operations in violation of U.S. law. And I'll say it again, as they should. We also have this in the Postmillennial.

Trump admin to create list of sanctuary states, cities, targets and services for illegal immigrants, according to a report.

And they're going to go after them and shut them down as they should. It is absolutely insane to me that we live in a country where the Democrats have allowed tens of millions of people to come in in violation of the law, the law that has always been. We're not talking about a Trump administration that came in and said, we're changing the law. We're talking about a law that has always been. And even 10 years ago, Democrats were saying we should not have open borders. Postmodern reports.

White House Press Secretary Carolyn Leavitt addressed questions on the judiciary during a Monday morning briefing, calling out judges who let the Biden administration allow in nearly 10 million illegal immigrants in violation of U.S. law without pushback. In response to a question from Rogan O'Handley, a.k.a. D.C. Drano, in the new media seat, shout out. Yeah.

Levitt said it is absurd. The previous administration was allowed to allow 15 million that we know about illegal aliens into this country with very little pushback from the digital branch.

Two judges were arrested last week. Now let's do this. I'm going to play it for you. Let's just pull it up. Is the clip going to load? In Trump's first 99 days, we've seen a coordinated assault on the rule of law by radical judges who are thwarting his agenda with an unprecedented number of national injunctions. These judges are providing more due process to violent MS-13 and Trenadera, illegal aliens than they did for American citizens who peacefully protested on January 6th.

As Stephen Miller has highlighted, it would be utterly ridiculous to have full trials and appeals for the more than 15 million illegal aliens that came across our border under Joe Biden. Many are now calling for Trump to circumvent these radical judges and consider suspending the writ of habeas corpus solely for these illegal aliens in accordance with the terms of Article 1, Section 9 of the United States Constitution, which explicitly allows for such a measure when there is a rebellion or invasion.

They're strong. Wow. Why did the audio just cut out? There we go. Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses S. Grant, and Democrats' favorite president of all time, FDR. All three of which are not only celebrated by historians, but are immortalized on our national currency with their faces on there.

Furthermore, all three used it against American citizens, where in this instance, we would only be using it against illegal aliens. I think almost every reasonable American would agree that 15 million illegal aliens coming across our border under Joe Biden counts as an invasion, especially since many, as you highlighted, are now robbing, assaulting, raping, and killing American citizens.

Historic assaults on our republic require reciprocal action from our government. Can you please let us know if and when the Trump administration is planning to suspend the writ of habeas corpus to circumvent these radical judges who are infringing on his Article 2 powers and to start shipping out illegals en masse? So just to clarify, this is explicitly outlined.

This is Article one, Section nine. The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion, the public safety may require it. That's interesting. Well, here was the response.

I have not heard such discussions take place, but I can assure you that the President and the entire administration are certainly open to all legal and constitutional remedies to ensure we can continue with the promise of deporting illegal criminals from our nation's borders. And I also agree with the premise of your question, which doesn't happen in this room often, but I do agree with yours. It is absurd that the previous administration was allowed to allow 15 million, at least

that we know about, illegal aliens into this country with very little pushback from our judicial branch. But this president is trying to simply enforce our nation's immigration laws and is facing roadblock after roadblock. So we're compliant with court orders, but as Tom Homan has said every day, we're going to continue to forge ahead with this mass deportation campaign, and the president is open to all remedies to do that. Thanks for being here today, Rogan.

If I can also answer your question, as far as the judges, look, we just arrested a judge, Pam Bondi, for impeding ICE enforcement. I said from day one, you don't have to support ICE's operations. You can support sanctuary cities if that's what you desire to do. Sanctuary cities can stand aside and watch ICE keep their communities safe.

Because any public official, whether you're mayor, city councilman, or governor, their number one responsibility is protection of communities. And ICE has been clear we're targeting public safety threats and national security threats. I can't believe there's any elected official, and especially a judge, that doesn't believe we should be doing that and they should be helping us. What I said from day one, you can sit aside and watch, you can argue against us all you want and protest all you want, but when you cross that line, and I've said this a thousand times,

When you cross that line to impediment or knowingly harboring, concealing an illegal alien mice, you will be prosecuted. Let's go. It's called accountability, ladies and gentlemen. And that's what I am talking about. We want to see it. Now, the funny thing is the Democrats are trying to liken all of this to the same thing as Nazi Germany and Germans. The funny thing about the analogy they're using is that we are literally talking about

OK, people trying to break into the United States versus people who are being forced from their homes. But these people can't really tell the difference, can they? There's a funny comic someone made where it's a it's a concentration camp and he's kicking everybody out of the Nazis, kicking everybody out of the concentration. Like, come on, people are begging to come into this country, even with everything Democrats are saying is wrong.

So clearly the narrative is wrong. Donald Trump needs to bring about accountability and security. And here's what I think. I think if you want to if you want to come to this country, that is commendable. Thank you for it's a compliment. Really, it's a compliment. Say I want to come to America. Well, thank you. We do have a nice country. Let's keep it nice. That means when you come in, you knock on the door, you wipe your shoes off on the mat outside, then you take your shoes off in the foyer. You come in and you sit down. Don't spill your drink. The carpet's new.

Instead, Democrats have opened up all the doors and windows and Joe Biden, Grandpa Joe's sleeping in the lounge chair. People are running through the living room. They're raiding the fridge. And then Papa Trump comes home and he says, Gampy Biden, you know, what are you doing over here? You let all these people in the house. You get the point. Now that people are being kicked out.

It is not the end of the world for them. And the funny thing is the funniest thing about all this, when the Democrats are basically like, he's like Hitler. Yo, Trump's response to illegal immigration is we're going to give you a free ride home. That's the craziest thing about this. And they're coming out. These stories are saying Trump has deported four American citizens. No, he hasn't.

There are illegal immigrants whose children were like two, four and seven years old. And they were given the option. Your American citizen child can enter state care, but you are being deported. And that's what Tom Holman's always said. You can go home with them. They're dual citizens. Congratulations. They come back when they're 18. So when they deport these people.

And they have kids, these illegal immigrants, and the Democrats scream that same. There's a comic they made where it said Project 1938 and people being loaded up on trains. And it says Project 2025 and they're being loaded into planes. It's like, my dude, one of those vehicles was going to a torture death camp and one of them is going to their house.

Like they're flying home. Now, I know the Democrats are going to go, oh, yeah, Tim. But what about Seacott in El Salvador? Oh, are you an adjudicated MS-13 gang member where it's illegal to be one in El Salvador? OK, listen, most deportations, they contact the home country and say, we have several nationals. We are sending them back to you. They illegally entered the United States. We pay that cost. Give them a ride home and then they get dropped off and then they stand there. I don't know. Do whatever you want.

Could you imagine if someone broke into your house while Biden, you ask Joe, hey, Joe, I need you to watch the house while I'm going out for dinner. Joe Biden's sleeping. A guy breaks in. He's eating your chips and watching your TV. You get home and you go, oh, I'll teach you a lesson. I'm going to give you a ride back to your house. That's the worst thing the Trump admin is doing right now. Spare me your hypocrisy.

I am not interested in Democrats lying and claiming something else is going on. The reality is this. People have illegally entered the country, breaking our laws. They have disrespected us and it causes economic strain and it's causing large issues, largely Democrat policy across the board. Now, by all means, come out and argue that 18 year olds, we don't got enough of them. The population's collapsing. So we need my that's your fault.

That is the mass abortion Democrat progressives. And you know, it's funny. They're all like people get abortions whenever they want. We should also open the borders because we need people. OK, how about this?

How about we recognize it's not just an individual individualist issue on abortion. It's a national interest. OK, that means you cannot simultaneously argue anybody could abort any baby for any reason, while also arguing our borders should be opened and non-citizens be allowed in. That would be the end of the American moral tradition. So Trump is doing the inverse. He's saying you can't come in. People should have more babies. I don't know how we survive this one. I don't know where this goes.

But accountability, phase one. I'll wrap it up there. Stay tuned. We've got more segments coming up for you. I think one more. Thanks for hanging out, and we'll see you all in the next segment.
